  Speaker: Good morning.
• 0:00
Speaker: So lucky we are to be here alive witnessing our moments with sound as these words filter through one's mind.
• 0:10
Speaker: Through one's colors one sees.
• 0:15
Speaker: It's amazing really all the attributes of being in the physical universe.
• 0:21
Speaker: Even more incredible when one starts to fathom the depths of what's going on in our world, of reality, of evolution, of the big bang of the universe, of galaxies, of cells, of atoms, of molecules, of bits of energy.
• 0:45
Speaker: Really, the dawning of the Aquarian age is in full swing.
• 0:54
Speaker: The age of recorded history, when we have an opportunity to learn from our forefathers, it is a great boon for mankind that we can learn and assimilate from the experiences, the successes and failures of our humankind that have come before us.
• 1:22
Speaker: Family of humanity, Homo sapiens, another name.
• 1:28
Speaker: We are bundles of miracles as this species.
• 1:32
Speaker: Taken millions of years of evolutionary changes to find our way to be ourselves here.
• 1:44
Speaker: In these very moments, as these words again are flowing into all of our ears, vibrating off our tympanic membranes.
• 1:58
Speaker: It is fascinating to study the intricacies of life, its variety of what it is composed of, and think, allowing one's mind to transcend time, even space.
• 2:24
Speaker: Going back to this moment when the universe was created with a great explosion of energy.
• 2:33
  Speaker: Bam.
• 2:36
Speaker: Energy that was all the same.
• 2:41
  Speaker: Boom.
• 2:43
Speaker: And look to see around oneself, down to one's hands or knees, or at the end of your nose or your toes, looking, seeing.
• 2:59
Speaker: And with one's sense of perception, everything that is surrounding what you're looking at, one begins to find a greater perspective beyond one's own physicality of a wider sense of creation.
• 3:15
Speaker: Having been woven into everything we believe in as physical reality.
• 3:26
  Speaker: Material.
• 3:28
  Speaker: The air.
• 3:30
Speaker: We are Immersed in the air.
• 3:32
Speaker: Immersed in a sea of energy.
• 3:36
Speaker: The air is full of energy.
• 3:39
Speaker: It is teeming with energy.
• 3:44
Speaker: It is the difference for you and I as Homo sapiens and being dead.
• 3:53
Speaker: If the air wasn't as I'm describing it, no one would be alive.
• 3:59
  Speaker: The truth is simple.
• 4:05
Speaker: It needs no complicated explanation.
• 4:12
Speaker: Just having an open mind, being receptive to possibilities.
• 4:21
  Speaker: Because no one knows.
• 4:24
Speaker: We again have such a limited experience in our being at this point in time.
• 4:31
Speaker: One one hundred thousandth of what's going on.
• 4:36
  Speaker: So it's okay.
• 4:41
  Speaker: Not a big deal.
• 4:43
Speaker: Not to get upset or crazed about.
• 4:45
Speaker: It is to be celebrated.
• 4:48
Speaker: We are humanity and have differing personalities, unique individualistic expressions.
• 4:56
Speaker: And so far, evolution is doing us pretty well.
• 5:01
Speaker: We have all the accruments of society, cultures, and civilizations for millennium.
• 5:11
Speaker: And yet still we are a little immature in our behavior.
• 5:20
  Speaker: We are brutish.
• 5:23
  Speaker: Some are divisive.
• 5:26
Speaker: All are complacent, complicit in our world today.
• 5:34
Speaker: We need to shine our beacon upon them of mindful meditation, however, one can, in whatever way you can.
• 5:49
Speaker: Being in one's own being, a beacon of light, growing, nurturing your own effervescence, your own majesty, your own awareness of whom and what we are.
• 6:09
Speaker: These are vital in importance.
• 6:15
Speaker: Accepting when you begin to realize society, our traditions are often based on half-truths, leaving one unsure, disturbed in essence, and one need accept the possibilities we are here to consider, to mindfully meditate together.
• 6:50
Speaker: Each of us is the author of and responsible for what we think.
• 6:59
Speaker: It is not blindly to be accepted anything.
• 7:04
Speaker: One need feel the awe of one's own sense of reverence and astonishment being made in one's own self-realization, one's self-conversation.
• 7:23
Speaker: This is all we're talking about.
• 7:26
Speaker: Don't let the words hide the simplicity of the truth.
• 7:30
Speaker: One needs to talk to oneself.
• 7:32
Speaker: If questions are never asked, answers will never be given (or found thru heighthening sensitivity!!!).
• 7:37
  Speaker: Hello?
• 7:40
Speaker: They are all words for the same simple word.
• 7:46
  Speaker: Aha.
• 7:49
Speaker: This is the possibility of one's being a student of one's own activities.
• 8:03
Speaker: How else is one going to learn something about something if they don't make the effort and do the research and do the spending of time?
• 8:15
Speaker: How does one do this?
• 8:19
Speaker: When we're talking about our minds, we meditate.
• 8:22
Speaker: We call it mindful meditation, or you can call it ten thousand different kinds of meditation.
• 8:28
  Speaker: Just like techniques.
• 8:31
Speaker: There's as many techniques for meditation as there are people who are practicing it because each is unique.
• 8:38
Speaker: Taking each of these facts and these elements of being in their own divinity, in their own right, in their own peculiarities, and weaving them together, just like our DNA, weaving them together into realization, harmony, grace.
• 9:06
  Speaker: All things are one.
• 9:08
Speaker: All things are made of the exact same thing.
• 9:13
Speaker: The energy of the explosion of creation.
• 9:18
Speaker: When one wishes to be in contact with God, one need look no further than themselves.
• 9:31
Speaker: For everything is made in God's image because it is energy, it's whatever we want it to be, it is whatever one wants to believe.
• 9:49
Speaker: And we should have enough confidence in our own beings, are/be-ing curious in nature, not resentful for lack of an agreement.
• 10:02
Speaker: There are other opinions, and each is in-valuable in its own unique way.
• 10:11
Speaker: We need to teach compromise, cooperation, communication, conversation rather than emotional outbursts and predatory reactions.
• 10:29
Speaker: Responses need to be measured, more mature, we are on a ship the size of a planet and it takes wisdom to guide it, not backward reaction.
• 10:33
Speaker: This is what growing up in the Aquarian age equals to.
• 10:39
  Speaker: And learning from this.
• 10:58
  Speaker: Something new.
• 11:12
  Speaker: Improvement has to come.
• 11:15
Speaker: It is a natural product of what you are doing.
• 11:20
  Speaker: It is evolution.
• 11:22
Speaker: If you think good thoughts, good thoughts will be uttered by your mouth, will come to one's mind more rapidly than others.
• 11:31
  Speaker: Why?
• 11:31
Speaker: Because you are smoothing out the rails of that track / road.
• 11:36
Speaker: You are making it easier for these thoughts to come to one's mind.
• 11:41
  Speaker: Thinking.
• 11:44
  Speaker: Meditation is easy.
• 11:49
  Speaker: You need to think.
• 11:50
Speaker: That's not more difficult, it takes more time.
• 11:53
Speaker: You need to make an investment.
• 11:55
Speaker: That's why we call it practice.
• 11:57
  Speaker: And it's fun.
• 11:58
  Speaker: Make it fun.
• 12:00
  Speaker: Making it fun.
• 12:01
Speaker: You have input to put, "making it fun." Not a responsibility, although it is the greatest responsibility one has.
• 12:12
  Speaker: But making it fun.
• 12:14
  Speaker: Want to grow.
• 12:17
Speaker: To be more, make small steps.
• 12:24
  Speaker: Raising one's head.
• 12:28
