- 0:03Speaker: All good people.
- 0:05Speaker: I wish it was.
- 0:07Speaker: We have the propensity to be, the inclination to be good people.
- 0:14Speaker: It is our habit as a social creature, animal Homo sapiens, to be sociable.
- 0:22Speaker: We need a male and female relationship just to survive.
- 0:30Speaker: And we have been doing so as Homo sapiens, science says for 300,000 years.
- 0:38Speaker: And prior to this, as different degrees of evolution, life did not begin on the shores with us popping out of some kind of a large nut and a human being being born.
- 0:55Speaker: It was a slow and gradual process, beginning in the mother of life, which is the sea.
- 1:03Speaker: Millions of years.
- 1:06Speaker: Evolving, the sea itself.
- 1:09Speaker: Billions of years ago.
- 1:12Speaker: Today too.
- 1:14Speaker: Today there's a dash of microplastics.
- 1:17Speaker: This is our beginning.
- 1:20Speaker: Under the sea.
- 1:22Speaker: When you go to the beach and you put your feet in the water, remember from whence we have come.
- 1:30Speaker: Being humble is a bonus for one's personality to help make one more allowing and open-minded.
- 1:43Speaker: It is not something that stands alone and without reason and purpose.
- 1:49Speaker: It contributes to one's capacity, one's curiosity, motivation, receptivity to allow oneself to see more clearly.
- 2:02Speaker: Oh, why am I doing this this way?
- 2:05Speaker: Why am I reacting rather than responding?
- 2:10Speaker: How can I improve?
- 2:12Speaker: This is mindful meditation.
- 2:15Speaker: You need not go through twenty minutes of warm-up.
- 2:20Speaker: Being here now as a bundle of miracles.
- 2:26Speaker: Literally millions of years old.
- 2:31Speaker: Okay.
- 2:33Speaker: How do you want to look at that?
- 2:35Speaker: Somebody says that to you.
- 2:37Speaker: How old is the software in our DNA?
- 2:40Speaker: Millions of years.
- 2:43Speaker: How old is the skin and the bones and the muscles and the eyes and the ears and the tongue?
- 2:49Speaker: Still millions of years.
- 2:52Speaker: What is it one is feeling that is so young?
- 2:57Speaker: One's consciousness, one's personality we've developed through the span of our years?
- 3:05Speaker: Okay.
- 3:06Speaker: Realistic, acceptable.
- 3:08Speaker: And yet, what is this a part of?
- 3:11Speaker: The things we've just mentioned.
- 3:14Speaker: What are our capabilities if we only perceive one thousandth of one percent of the energies oscillations of / in our universe?
- 3:31Speaker: Science says this.
- 3:32Speaker: One thousandth of one percent.
- 3:37Speaker: Do you think maybe there are connections between everything?
- 3:47Speaker: Of course there are.
- 3:49Speaker: We are of the what?
- 3:51Speaker: Primal energy of creation.
- 3:54Speaker: When we speak of compounds and elements being created, combinations being evolved, what are the foundational building blocks?
- 4:06Speaker: The building block.
- 4:08Speaker: It's energy, it's what's come into being.
- 4:11Speaker: It is beneath all things.
- 4:14Speaker: When we drill down and look, we find.
- 4:16Speaker: Is there not an ambiance of communication in this eternal buzzing of energy?
- 4:27Speaker: Of course.
- 4:28Speaker: And through one's software's development, one's multi-generational lifespan into the millions, do you think there's not a communication going on?
- 4:45Speaker: How does your heart beat when you are unobservant to it?
- 4:50Speaker: Your lungs open and compress.
- 4:54Speaker: Your thoughts.
- 4:56Speaker: What do you think is going on in these moments?
- 5:02Speaker: This is your past, this is your software, this is your being projecting itself into one's consciousness.
- 5:12Speaker: Remembering when one is walking out the door and maybe putting the key into the lock to secure your premises, and then all of a sudden something comes up in your mind, wells up, that you have forgotten you wanted to take care of a chore.
- 5:27Speaker: And you open the door and grab this article or whatever and off you go.
- 5:34Speaker: Where does this come from?
- 5:36Speaker: It comes from your mind.
- 5:40Speaker: It comes from your being.
- 5:44Speaker: It comes from one's DNA.
- 5:47Speaker: We all know that we are made of one cell, an egg and a sperm joined together.
- 5:55Speaker: Two halves making a whole.
- 5:57Speaker: One.
- 5:58Speaker: In nine months it becomes one trillion cells, one thousand billion cells.
- 6:06Speaker: In nine months.
- 6:09Speaker: And through the balance of one's days, an additional thirty-six trillion cells are added to this structure, this edifice of being a Homo sapien, a creature of muscles, sinews, bones, fats, all kinds of different things.
- 6:29Speaker: All divisable and breaking downable into the primal energy of creation.
- 6:39Speaker: We are bundles of miracles, humbled by this immensity we're in.
- 6:52Speaker: How far can we see?
- 6:55Speaker: How far does the new James Webb telescope see into the distances more galaxies! As if it were endless.
- 7:06Speaker: Humble.
- 7:10Speaker: Thankful to be alive, to be able to share a life, to have an aspiration to be more, to be more aware.
- 7:27Speaker: Maybe instead of one thousandth of one percent, maybe we can look to learn to be at one hundredth of one percent, ten times more than we are today.
- 7:42Speaker: How do we accomplish this?
- 7:45Speaker: By being aware, by being awake, by tantalizing our curiosity, our sense of creativity, more being receptive to what is already here.
- 8:04Speaker: This when we discover things, it's not like they're new.
- 8:08Speaker: The concept seven hundred years ago of the world being flat, all of a sudden becoming round, is just a part of evolution.
- 8:21Speaker: It is gaining ground and wisdom through experience, through consideration, to mindfulness, and that's what this is mindful meditation, growing, flowing awareness, vitalizing tools, remembering in oneself how to do this.
- 8:50Speaker: How do we flow?
- 8:51Speaker: We leave, let's say, a period of prayer or a meditation, and we say to ourselves, that was nice, but where am I now?
- 9:04Speaker: You are still here in this universe.
- 9:07Speaker: Your perspective has changed.
- 9:09Speaker: So in three moments, one, two, three, our perspective changes again, flowing with our perspective, our awareness, allowing our Selves to be
- 9:20Speaker: We are here now, bundles of miracles, humbled by the immensity of creation, even inside our own beings.
- 9:32Speaker: Thankful for realization, know thyself, per Socrates, to thine own self be true, Shakespeare.
- 9:50Speaker: Whatever words you use in "one's" own heart creating the same sense.
- 9:58Speaker: Now, flow.
- 10:01Speaker: Practice, increased energy.
- 10:06Speaker: Awareness, of energies already possessed.
- 10:11Speaker: We already know paying more attention to glow.
- 10:17Speaker: For surely the warmth emanating from one's body is glowing.
- 10:23Speaker: We all know this already.
- 10:25Speaker: Infrared.
- 10:26Speaker: Glowing, being aware.
- 10:29Speaker: This is it.
- 10:31Speaker: Just being aware of thyself.
- 10:34Speaker: Know thyself.
- 10:37Speaker: It is here.
- 10:39Speaker: It is you and I multi-tasking and forgetting these things, who are not.
- 10:45Speaker: What other marvels do we possess, if we know so little now?
- 10:52Speaker: To thine own self be true.
- 10:57Speaker: The music goes on for another minute.
- 11:01Speaker: Please ponder these things and congratulations.
- 11:06Speaker: Flowing all day is our next goal.
- 11:10Speaker: To glow in a heightened state of awareness.
