- Parisa Bady: You would think that a cleanse is a very physical thing, but it's been so emotional, so powerful, so beautiful. Another way to suppress some of our feelings. Comfort food. What the fuck does that mean? It's been interesting how food can affect the mind, the spirit, the emotions, the spiritual connection. Food is medicine. What you put in your body and how you what you put in there is really medicine. So when you take the food away, what does it do to your brain or to your nervous system? Another addiction is talking. There's some people that just like they just want to talk. They eat and eat and eat and eat and eat and they don't realize like the connection is not there to say dude stop like I'm done enough. Freedom, I call it power. Having a power over like desires, like my power over my desire of other women. You know, it's just like a ha I'm just saying. Do you believe that the body stores emotions? Yes. How? Hi everyone, welcome to the On Comments Podcast where we challenge the ordinary and explore what it really takes to build a meaningful life. I'm Parisa. Paige. We are actually doing a cleanse and it's been four five days. This is the fifth day. You would think that a cleanse is a very physical thing, but it's been so emotional, so powerful, so beautiful, so annoying in some ways and kind of rough in other ways. But it's been it's been very interesting and we do it every once in a while. What, how once a quarter or two? Before I was married. Before you have to bring that time. BP up. ⁓ I was ⁓ doing it w once a quarter. Mm-hmm. Right. And ⁓ I I was fasting thirty six hours a week. I still f fast that. ⁓ and e every other month I would do a seventy t three day fasting. Mm-hmm. Seventy two hours. Seventy two hours, yeah. But it's very emotional, it takes a lot. You know, when you're when you're single and so forth is a little different when you have a a lot of obligations, family and kids. You you just can't be that many days not not that you're withdrawn, but it's very, very emotional, very, very spiritual. It is kind of withdrawal. It's like going inwards. Going inwards, yeah, but it it's it's it's really hard to do there's a whole bunch of other stuff that's going on your life and ⁓ y you know, you really can't do a seventy two hour fast when you're working out hard or you can't do seventy two hour fast when you know you're with home with the kids and they want to have food and stuff like that. Just like it's a little more difficult. and also you just get lazy. It's not easy and it's not fun. Yeah. You know? ⁓ once you're through it, it's amazing. I mean once the first two days is rough. Two days of not eating regular food. is rough. And it's not like we don't eat anything. Like we've done juice cleanses before, but the one we're doing right now is with raw raw vegetables. Certain vegetables that cleanse the liver. And some fruits. And some fruits. And then the highlight is my two dates I get at nighttime. Dates. ⁓ dates. Yeah. Not those kind of dates. Yeah. I'm like, have you been on dates recently? Two dates? Two dates at a time. At a time? What? I mean asking for two dates at a time. Yeah, so it's it's like it's interesting because you would think that a cleanse is something physical. But in a lot of aspects it's not. And I was wondering why. So I want to talk about it today, and I want to explore why. when we deprive our body of certain food and we go through the detoxing process. What happens that it becomes so emotional? What happens that you feel like I've been feeling this very intense spiritual connection. ⁓ the mind is super clear, except the first two days, especially when it when I take coffee out. Like I'm completely an addict at this point to coffee. So we take it out and it's just it's been interesting that how the food can affect the mind, the spirit, the emotions, the spiritual connection, like all that. And I wanted to ask you, Doctor, why do you think that happens to the body? Well, I mean I mean the word cleanse is is truly the word ⁓ cleanse and ⁓ coffee I love coffee. ⁓ and I go off of coffee about every three months for three weeks. You know, and at the beginning it was a going through withdrawals like I like heroin, right? Now that I that I've done it regularly, it's a little bit easier. I don't know if because I'm more used to it in my mind or wha whatever it is, but ⁓ there is a a lot of I think psychological reasons behind it. But medically, I mean you're now off of caffeine which for me it really increases your sympathomimetic part of your brain, which the f the kind of like the flight or fight and you're constantly at this level and you don't allow the normal progressions of you know cortisol, people talk about cortisol being bad and it is bad. Right? If you co if you're constantly stressed you know, it'll kill you, right? ⁓ but in the morning is normal to have elevated cortisol because that's how you get out of bed. Mm-hmm. Right? And one of the things that I've been looking at recently is coffee at the beginning of the morning will act act as on the same pathway as your cortisol level. That gives you energy, wakes you up, you go on a go, you're stressed a little bit to get things going, right? And hence you reduce the production of cortisol. ⁓ wow. Because caffeine is mimicking and occupying some of those receptors. That's very interesting. Right? So that's crazy. Yeah, it's crazy. So it drops your natural body's mechanism to wake you up and get you in the mood to be productive. Yeah, just like it just like any other hormone in your body. So and then when you take the caffeine away, that level of stamina that you would normally have in the morning will go away. Yeah, so so first few days when you're off a off coffee, I mean you're lethargic is a fucking shit show. I mean I only drink Say one. I only drink two cups of coffee in the morning, but it's half calf, half decaf. This is tea, by the way. This is non-caffeinated tea, right? When you start drinking coffee after you haven't drank coffee in three weeks. and there's a reason for three weeks, I don't want to get into it, but ⁓ 20 days, three weeks is the right number. you'll feel that. jolt. You'll feel that like you know w I I saw I started drinking Celsius in the morning when I was playing tennis ⁓ in the mornings and ⁓ and I'm telling you it's just an absolute euphoric feeling. Like it's just euphoric because it's like a drug. It is a drug. Right? It is an accepted drug in our in our lives. So is all the other stuff in our lives that are accepted Like sugar. Sh n number one drug in the world is sugar, right? It's ac accepted to have dessert after you eat a big fat meal. Mm-hmm. Nowadays people are kinda frown in the office if you're keeping eating like donuts after donuts. But you know, in our c in our clinics, these drug reps or people or patients always bring us cookies, donuts, that's just sweet shit. You know? And you could see it in kids. Like one of my kids is highly sensitive to sugar. And the minute this sugar, you know, boy, the minute this sugar hits his mouth, he just starts running around like crazy. Like nuts. Right? So it's it's an absolute drug. And so is everything else. Salt, for example, right? Not like it's a drug, it's a mineral, and we need it, right? But we take t salt completely out. For five days. For five days. So we're up five times a night peeing because there's not enough sodium in our in our body, which doesn't allow the this the the sodium channel interaction and the fluids ⁓ lot ⁓ really kinda stay outside. Right? ⁓ but your swelling goes down. Right? My ring is coming out. Okay, there's we're gonna add salt to our diet 'cause it's not a good idea. Right. So by drug you mean something that we have dependency on. Dependency, that that that's a drug, like sugar, caffeine. Or but there's alcohol alcohol. Now alcohol again is also accepted in our society. I well less now, thankfully. It's becoming less and less accepted these days. Yeah. But other things are becoming more exp accepted, like like cannabis. And I'm and I'm in the cannabis business. I believe in it for for pain management reasons and so forth, right? ⁓ but it's another way to suppress some of our feelings. And same with food. Like comfort food. What the fuck does that mean? Comfort food. It you eat to comfort. When you're stressed out you eat and it it stimulates a nerve. I I mean our neuromuscular system is connected. ⁓ there's a nerve, vagus nerve, the number ten, this that goes all the way down to our diaphragm from the brain, right? And the food activates this and kinda tells your brain and there's this a lot of receptors, there's a lot of, you know, biochemical stuff that happens, but it kinda calms things down. So when you take the food away, or the most of the food that we eat away. What does it do to your brain or to your nervous system? It calms everything down. So when we have our normal reaction within our within our body and our nervous system, and we keep adding caffeine, food, sugar, high dose car carbohydrates, which essentially becomes sugar, fat, ⁓ all of these, they stimulate different kinds of ⁓ hormones. receptors and there things are firing all the time. Right? As opposed to when there's not a lot of food in your body, your everything calms down, your gut calms down, there is a a microbiome connection to the brain that goes back and forth and just things start slowing down. And that's why we become calmer, more relaxed, you sleep better, you sleep deeper, and ⁓ all of that ⁓ has to do with food and other stimuli that we're taking. Right. We're just a bunch of nerves and which is electricity. We have plumbing, like a house, which is our veins and arteries, right? Our heart is the pump that pumps the stuff, right? And the electricity, which is the ner the nervous system, goes from it's not one single wire. It's like imagine small little wires that that connect with each other with chemicals inside. And less chemicals involved, the less synapsi synaptic ⁓ firing. It also plays a role when you're trying to work out. It's really difficult to do heavy workouts when you have there's no food in your a you don't have the energy. So the food is the chemical that helps with the firing of produces the ⁓ produces the chemicals that you need, ⁓ for some for the fire acetylcholine, which is the name of the ⁓ the s in the synapse in the connections that I talked about, right? And food is medicine. Right? What you put in your body and how you what you put in there is really medicine. That's what ayurbetic medicine is all about. And I I I remember when I was in in in that ho hospital, ⁓ thinking of I was thinking I'm getting trained as a doctor with an iuretic medicine, but I was admitted as a patient. And it's crazy the kind of food and they manage your your be balancing your doshas, balancing your diagnoses with food. So there's no pills. There is the root of some pl and it's all plant-based, right? And this is why the diet that we're on, even though there's a little difference, it's all raw. And they're all about cooked, right? T for easy absorption, which I also believe in. But the foods and what you eat and what you digest is your medicine. And a w a part of the imbalances is when it comes to our emotions that we don't have access to. ⁓ yeah, yeah, ⁓ a hundred percent. Do you believe that the body stores emotions? Yes. How so? I I think I mean they don't get stored in our muscles and like joints, but then when we do let's say yoga or when we do breath work, that like when the physiology changes, the emotions start changing. So how are the emotions stored in the body? There's a study done ⁓ d ⁓ decade ago so now that before we w there was no connection between how we feel and the chemicals that are released. There's no there's no connection. Now they found out that when you have certain emotions Different chemicals get released in your body. Right? And these chemicals are essentially the same thing as foods that that that we eat. So food does the same similar function in releasing chemicals and Absolutely. I think our bodies store emotions. I that's my personal belief. You know, I think a lot of lot of doctors will frown at this. ⁓ but our muscles have memory. Our nerves and neurons have memory. In fact, memory is a certain number of neurons that are firing in a particular sequence. Mm-hmm. So when you want to remember something, it's like, ⁓ I was wearing that shirt and then you remember what you ate that day or sort of just making that up, right? And ⁓ So they're connected to each other. Yeah, it's it's i it's a series s series of events of neurons and nerves that that You know, the c it cause you to have memory. So ⁓ it's it's all connected. And I truly believe that even our tendons have some sort of a ⁓ emotional connection to to what we eat. So when we don't eat, our our psyche and our body is ⁓ are connected and it allows you to instead of having this stimuli all the time, for the stimuli to go away, and then you have a deeper connection internally, like when you do yoga or meditation and stuff like that. So that's what I think. The stimuli that you said I think is so on point 'cause I feel like there's always a space between the stimuli and the self. And once you remove that stimuli, it could be food, it could be alcohol, it could be ca caffeine, it could be cigarette, it could be scrolling mindlessly, it could be so many things that we have incorporated into our lives daily that if once we give that away and put it aside, that's the gateway and the access to the self. And it's very interesting how food becomes this, like you said, very socially accepted drug that we take every day. And what happens is that it's charged by a desire. Right, there's a craving for it. There's a desire that has to be fulfilled. And I think it's very normal for humans to have desire. I think it's a beautiful thing. I think it helps with being motivated and pushing through and wanting more and growing and all that. But what happens with food is that it's not about having desire, it's about the relationship with desire. And that relationship with the desire for food is that it's something that has to be fulfilled right away. And once it's fulfilled right away, then we realize it's not really a true fulfillment, it's like a temporary satisfaction. And since we have a lot of sugar, a lot of refined carbohydrate, like all the processed food that we eat in our diet, once we get that temporary satisfaction, then it spikes another desire. So it's a cycle that we go through and then we're up for next one and the next one and it just we become a kind of a slave to it. We're we don't we lose our freedom for it because the craving is there and each time we feed that desire, we're feeding the ego and it becomes stronger and stronger. And there is a correlation between ego and food in a lot of spiritual practices in Sufism, in Buddhism, like there's a lot of virtual gurus that eliminate food to a huge level. They go with very little select amount of food. And the reason for it is that once you feed that desire, which is linked to physical pleasure, you're feeding the ego, basically. And when you take that away, it gives you a certain level of freedom because then you are not slave to it. You're not constantly on this ⁓ pursuit of feeding the desire. So that applies to many different aspects. It's not just with food. It's with let's say you're scrolling and you get that hit of dopamine. But then it goes away and you need another one and another one for satisfaction. Or you post something on social media and you get a like and that gives you ⁓ momentarily satisfaction but it then it goes away then you need more of it. Or you have sexual encounters with like you you're then you afterwards you feel more lonely than you were if we before. Don't look at me like that. I'm talking about a hookup. It doesn't apply to us for other people. So it just reminds me of our last episode. That you said I'm cheating on you. It's still a mystery. We haven't found the what was it? Investment banker. Still a mystery. But yeah, so you have like all this stuff, it gives a temporary satisfaction because there is a urge, there is a desire, and we fulfill it right away. And we're slave to it, basically. We lose our freedom. And it's it takes away from the power within that could say, Okay, I have enough connection to myself. I'm feeling this urge. I'm feeling the this desire. Is this really something that I should fulfill right now? Is this something that I would fulfill in the long term? Or is this something that I should just forgo and not pursue? And a lot of us don't have the ability to go there, especially with food. If we want it, we want it, we need it. Right now we eat it, done. Because it's easy and it's so accessible. That's right. So what happens is that we we basically give our power away every time we give into a craving about food. So what we do with cleansing is that we take that food away. You only eat certain food that they're you're told to eat. So you have no choice in it. You have you cannot Give into your desire whatsoever, and the food is so fucking nasty that you don't there's zero desire for it anyways. So there is no satisfaction in eating that food. And it just helps the body to cleanse. And what happens is that you take that stimuli away, and now you're left with yourself. And a lot of times food is a comfort, like you said, comfort food is something to then an emotion comes up. We eat. That's right. To push it down. And emotion comes up again. And we eat and push it down again and it comes up again. And it's just the vicious cycle. And when which you take that away, you can't get that pleasure from food, then the emotion is gonna come up and you have nothing to push it down. Then you have to face it. You have to deal with it. You have to deal with it. And like we've been doing this with my mom and she has been since it's been two days that she's Constantly talking about her childhood, about like crying, talking about stuff that's coming up for her. And even my relationship with her has completely shifted because we were like there was a lot of distance even though we live in the same house. I was we were feeling the distance. Like it wasn't a relationship that was long time ago when I was a child. So all these stuff are coming up, all these emotions are coming up just because we're eliminating food. How crazy is that? I mean not eliminating what we were just eating like rabbit food. Yeah, well well I mean I mean the reason we it's rabbit food is because there there's a function to it. It has a cleanse and it's supposed to clean and and certain certain food material that we take it in has the ability to reduce some hormones and increase some some other enzymes in our body that are that are cleansing, right? But ⁓ The i i it it's certainly like I I stress eat. I used to stress eat a lot more. And I but but I still stress eat. When I'm when I get stressed, I I need just I just I I need something to put in my mouth and and it's it's something that happens from childhood. And I think it happens some ⁓ from the time that you're an infant. That the minute a baby cries, they put a bottle in the mouth and the baby stops crying. It could be that or something emotional that happens in childhood. I I think at some point the connection with the body kind of gets a little fuzzy and blurry or disconnected completely. Like d a lot of people my my brother used to be very obese and I know that a lot of people who overeat, they just it's like a mechanism, almost a trans state. Like they eat and eat and eat and eat and eat. And they don't realize like the connection is not there to say, dude, stop, like I'm done, enough. And there is a a a medical reason because what happens in your belly is how you know you're full, is that as your stomach fills out, the that pressure turns on the receptors, right? In the belly, in the stomach. A nerve, a neurotransmitter comes up and then releases something in our brain that goes, ⁓ I'm full. But there's a lag between that time. So how long does it take between you the time you eat until your brain understands? Like ten minutes, fifteen minutes? Like it's not seconds. Mm-hmm. It's it's minutes. Right? And I think everybody's little different. You know, but then you go from that point, it's like, ⁓ you know, I have this much food in front of me and I eat, eat, eat, eat, eat. I mean that's and then all of a sudden you feel like, ⁓ my god, I'm so full. Like I can't so that time between where your stomach is really full. And by the time you know you're full, you've already eaten another third of your plate or whatever it is. And it's very interesting because a lot of times we it's happened that we're at a restaurant and we order a little food and we eat it and I'm like, I'm still hungry. And then we order something else. By the time the food comes, I'm full. Yeah. It's done. The hunger is gone. But the in in Sufism there is a ⁓ tradition, there's a saying that you don't eat until your stomach is full, you only fill up a third of your stomach. Mm-hmm. And that's how you're supposed to eat. Now we not only fill up our stomach, we eat double of it and then we're like, we can't I can't move. Yeah. Foot coma is a thing now. Yeah, it's called f yeah. But and it and it's even even worse because your stomach is layers and muscles and so forth, right? So it could stretch. It doesn't go back. Well it eventually goes back if you don't eat, but then the receptors that are sending the neurons up to your brain are now your stomach is now this big. So it takes more for you to turn on those receptors. And then they they shrink back if you don't eat for a week or two or three or whatever it is, it shrinks back down. When I was living in the monasteries in Himalayas, there was a swami ⁓ that this guy used to drink one small cup of milk a day. That's it. For years and our ashram, our our monastery was about ten kilometers out of town. And he would walk ten kilometers each way and back. A significant amount of energy required to go back and and it was uphill on the way back. Right? And he was sharp as attack. But ⁓ it's a lot of mental conditioning too, you know, like the first I mean it was the second day of the cleanse of course, but we were doing yoga and then I c caught myself that I kept telling myself in my brain, I don't have energy, I don't have energy, I haven't had any food, like I can't do this, I can't do the push up, I can't do it like I can't do the boat pose, like these are hard stuff. I need food, I need energy for this, you know? And I caught that mental dialect happening in real time and I'm like, do I really need food or is this just my mind telling me that I need food for this? Because your mind doesn't know. It's not used to having this c or not eating. So I wanted to fast for five days and you didn't let me. Yeah. Because I really want to I've heard a lot from people that especially on the spec ⁓ spiritual aspect of it, that once you take food completely away, first of all I think it would have been much easier that the that the garbage you're eating right now, honestly. Not garbage but like green stuff that we're eating right now. But Once you take food ⁓ completely away, then first of all you don't crave it anymore. So you it's not like constantly you're trying to find something to eat after a few days, of course. And then it's a state of bliss and euphoria and just like a lot of mental clarity and a lot of emotional connected connection and like spiritual connection. So I did really wanted to experience that and you didn't let me. Why? I wanted to do a cleanse to really just cleanse out the liver and just all this other stuff that's going on. Right? A. B to really get to that euphoric state, you really w need to be in at least ten days of not eating. ⁓ and ⁓ and it you know, it becomes much easier on day three or four, but by the tenth day you're now used to these emotions coming up and down and it's just really unbelievable. So you did that for ten days? You didn't eat anything for ten days? You know, I had some water with l with a little bit of honey and cayenne pepper and lemon juice. It's got I don't know what it was a special cleanse it was called. I had that's that's all it was for ten days. How was it? It was incredible, it was amazing. But you lose a lot of muscle mass. Mm. Right? And I don't want to lose muscle mass. I know having muscle is directly proportional to your longevity and ten days of not eating or five days of not eating is really difficult to work out. Like like it's just ⁓ it's that's not enough. I played tennis today ⁓ for an hour, with my coach. And day four of the cleanse. Day four and the cleanse. And I did okay. I did way better than I thought I'm gonna do. ⁓ but it's it's it's different, right? So ⁓ that's why I didn't want to do it. So A to have to have a true cleanse as opposed to not eating anything, and B for the fact that you have some food in your body and you just don't degradate the muscles. An another addiction is talking. Believe it or not. There's some people that just like they just want to talk all the time. And that's how they suppress what they're doing. So suppress their emotions. Their emotions. Yeah. Because it they're just talking all the time, so they don't have time to think or to to really feel what they're feeling. So to connect. So in my mon ⁓ monastery when I was living up there, nobody talked until after lunch. And our our day day start at four AM ⁓ you know freezing eight hours of no talking. Fre freezing our asses off in in you know by the by the Ganges River, you know? And ⁓ having to take a cold shower with the with the river water and shit like that. And ⁓ sitting and meditating for four hours and then you have your breakfast and nobody's talking the whole entire time. And then you just don't talk. until after you have your lunch. And there's also this thing called vipassana that people just don't talk for ten days. It's like you go to these retreats and don't talk. And it's really, really weird and difficult. Yeah. I person it wasn't that bad for me, but I know a lot of people just had a really hard time ⁓ with it. What does talking do? When you're talking, you're not listening. you're not listening to anything. When you're talking, you are forming ideas in your brain and it's coming out of your mouth. Right? So a lot of a lot of time like, you know, when I when I coach people and I'm you know, the most powerful people in the room are the most quiet people in the room, I believe, that are always listening. And when you're there and quiet, you're able to understand people's tones and what that means. People's body movement and what that means. Really what they're saying and what they're meaning, as opposed to trying to form a response to the stimuli that you got in your brain and you want to give it back, as opposed to not saying anything and just absorbing it. Right? So one of the things that we used to do is go on meditative walks on the Ganges River, right? And nobody's talking. And you can you can actually hear birds and the sound of the wave ⁓ of the water and the leaves and it's just like you become deeply connected with nature because you're listening. And when you're talking, you're also in your head. So you're thinking, thinking, thinking. Yeah. Rather than to feel actual connection, you gotta come back to the heart and turn off the mind. So that's like a And also another thing is is your your oxygenation level goes up because you're not talking like I'm talking right now, I'm not taking it breath. As opposed to when you're not talking, it allows you to have nice deeper breaths, move more oxygenated blood to your brain. So it just but but I'm just saying that's another form of trying to numb numbing. Numbing. Yeah. It's a very subtle the most probably one of the most subtle ways of it, you know, you s you got from there all the way to like heroin and drugs and stuff like that. Which ⁓ I think there is some place for the dru for drugs and psychedelics and getting even more connected. ⁓ but I believe we could get there. Without it. Without it. Let's start with food. And talking. I don't want to talk anymore right now. The episode is over. No more talking. So what what are we gonna eat tomorrow? ⁓ tomorrow is our first day out of the cleanse. Yeah. I think we should have kebab and like Can't even imagine. Can't even imagine that no. Are you gonna drink coffee? ⁓ no. For how long? Three weeks. Three weeks of no coffee? Yeah. I was really looking forward to having a coffee tomorrow. ⁓ but it's and my my genetic testing tells me that coffee is good for me. I know intuitively down deep inside that I should not drink coffee. Like I know it. Yeah. And it's very hard for me to stop. It's an addiction, right? It's just it's not just the addiction to the to the caffeine. It's I think it's more milk than caffeine to be honest with you. But it's just the warm and fuzzy feeling and it's just it fills me up so I don't have to eat much in the morning and then it's the smell, it's just it it it lights up so many senses. That's right. That it's hard to Just let it go. I think I get a like a rush from it, like a adrenaline rush or something. Like a drill. ⁓ my god. Like So that's the addiction. Y you know, after three weeks, my first coffee is like being on crack. Yeah. You know, it feels and then when you go from that to Celsius, which is like I don't know, two hundred some grams of caffeine, it's like, wow. Like why would you even drink that? I don't get it. Such an addict. I am. Self awareness. But to me I find it really beautiful to be to have that and be able to go all the way to this other end, right? And get connected and get deep and so forth. And know exactly where you are, know exactly what's happening. No be be the master of your feelings and your emotions through meditation, Sufism, what you put in your body. Even if you wanna have caffeine, like I'm not saying Yeah, I don't I'm not saying never have caffeine, I'm not saying never have alcohol, I'm not saying never have drugs. I'm just saying that understanding what it's doing as opposed to just senselessly doing shit. Yeah. It's a whole different ballgame. Yeah, that's what I was th that's exactly what I was mentioning when I said with the desire, like just understanding it, figuring out if if you should be satisfied right away or if ch if you should ever be satisfied, then it becomes a choice and you are you have your freedom. when you make that choice rather than being enslaved by it. Freedom, I call it power. Power. Like having a power over like desires, like my power over my desire of other women. You know, it's just like ⁓ I'm just saying. This episode is over. The the fact that I could control it is very po empowering. You feel empowered? I feel so empowered. I don't want you to feel empowered. I don't I don't succumb to it. How about not having the desire? I mean, we had that discussion already. When? About testosterone and being a a man and being a male and ⁓ s shit like that. Alright, I'm glad we're on a cleanse and I'm in a very centered mode or I would have committed some sort of crime today. But yeah. Thank you for listening and watching, and hopefully if this sparks a desire in you to go on a cleanse, ⁓ please leave a comment, send us a message, and I'll be so happy to share with you the details of what we're doing right now.
