Soooooo , a little transparency here from me! I tried some jeans on the other day that I haven’t on for about 3 years and they didn’t fit! Here I open up and am totally transparent about how different my life is since I became a face to face PT since I became an online coach. I now have a Sedentary job, less training, a complete different business that involves a lot more focus, combined with habits that haven’t been as in check as I care to admit.
