- 3:57Speaker: Feeling deeper still beneath the undulations of one's heart's squeezing pressure on our vascular system.
- 4:08Speaker: Beyond this, beneath this, of course, there must be more.
- 4:15Speaker: There is a reason why these tasks are being completed in every moment as we live.
- 4:22Speaker: Sixty times a minute we pulse.
- 4:26Speaker: Our heart squeezes.
- 4:28Speaker: We breathe.
- 4:30Speaker: Not for the sake of just doing it.
- 4:32Speaker: There's a purpose for it to occur.
- 4:36Speaker: This combination of two processes in human physiology.
- 4:40Speaker: It's to keep us alive.
- 4:43Speaker: There is no more serious or important subject than this.
- 4:48Speaker: Period.
- 4:50Speaker: This is the foundation.
- 4:52Speaker: This is where one begins to find one's own life.
- 4:57Speaker: You must have a firm foundation to rise.
- 5:01Speaker: Try it.

- 5:15Speaker: Studying, practicing, becoming, being, gaining greater perspective.
- 5:22Speaker: Our goal.
- 5:24Speaker: Beneath foundational processes, breathing, vascular system, your heart squeezing, relaxing, relaxing,
- 5:37Speaker: relaxing, remembering, your Majesties, how great you are, each of us is all family, mankind, womankind, children kind.
- 5:55Speaker: All being aware of this spontaneity occurring in the universe, spreading far and wide, galaxies upon galaxies in distance.
- 6:14Speaker: It is the effervescence of life itself, of the energy of life, of creation, the oneness, so often spoken of.
- 6:27Speaker: Being here in this moment, allowing oneself to spread wide one's receptivity, sensitivity, allowing a sense of spontaneity arising in your heart, mind, soul, feeling brave, feeling vibrant, realizing one's self-majesty.
- 7:04Speaker: This is what is spoken of as self-realization.
- 7:10Speaker: This is where we begin.
- 7:14Speaker: Now, here, repeating with me, bundles of miracles is whom we are.
- 7:26Speaker: Please, bundles of miracles is whom we are, humbling realization, thankful, gratitude for our perception, being more receptive, being more allowing, accepting the way we reach out and accomplish these small steps of improvement, adding value to our efforts of growth, harmony, calm, virtuosity.
- 8:19Speaker: Always one needs to assume the mantle of recognition, one's own majesty within this space we call ourselves, one.
- 8:34Speaker: Know thyself, to thine own self be true.
- 8:40Speaker: If not you, now, when?
- 8:46Speaker: In this recognition, then, being humble, is where virtuosity begins.
- 8:55Speaker: When one has a perspective, which we each do, and can broaden it, which we each do in every moment as time and space changes.
- 9:10Speaker: Then which way do we want to nudge for a direction?
- 9:17Speaker: Positive, negative, or are we asleep on board the ship of life?
- 9:24Speaker: Which way?
- 9:26Speaker: Finding the miracle we are.
- 9:32Speaker: We may not be the main actor.
- 9:35Speaker: We are part of a painting of our universe, is what we are.
- 9:44Speaker: It is beyond meaningful conception.
- 9:49Speaker: What are we talking about?
- 9:51Speaker: I don't know.
- 9:51Speaker: Let's talk about it.
- 9:53Speaker: It's a great goal, it's a great illustration of coming to a greater sense of depth, of contemplation.
- 10:04Speaker: These conversations are in and by themselves a way for each of us individually and as a group to deepen our own inquiries, our own investigation, our own being more sensitive to and receptive to our beings.
- 10:27Speaker: This is the real deal.
- 10:32Speaker: Being here now, bundles of miracles, humbled in our self realizations, and thankful, grateful for being alive.
- 10:49Speaker: Namaste.
