There comes a point in your growth where the people closest to you struggle to understand it. Some reach for your hand. Some pick a fight. In this episode I break down two real conversations, plus a tricky moment with one of my own kids who was wrestling with how much I'd changed, and why the fight someone picks over your growth isn't about you. It's information. The hard part is reading which kind you're looking at, because one is someone asking to come with you and one is someone telling you who they are. You respond to them in completely opposite ways.
