Transcript
- 0:02I welcome to tea sign with Amy and Beth. Hello, good morning,
- 0:07good day. How's it going. It's going pretty good. I'm back on
- 0:15my on my uh I think I mentioned it yesterday or last week. I'm
- 0:20back on my routine of getting up in the morning to go to the gym.
- 0:25So I get up at like four fifteen for twenty UM at the gym
- 0:30by five, so get it done. That way, I got the rest
- 0:35of my day to get other stuff done. So feeling pretty good all night
- 0:43usually though, well, last week, the first two days was pretty easy.
- 0:47By Wednesday, it was a little rougher. By got through the week,
- 0:51I got a little tougher, but um, the yesterday and today I
- 0:56got up so actually yesterday and today I actually woke up before the alarm went
- 1:02off, but I just laid there waiting. So do you go to bed
- 1:07early early now about the same time as I always do? Gotcha? That's
- 1:12usual somewhere around ten, gotcha. So we try to be in bed really
- 1:22kind of like around nine, a little bit after ninth. If it's by
- 1:23nine thirty, that's awesome, so nice. I was just curious because you're
- 1:29getting up so early and I don't wake up that early. If I do,
- 1:30I'll go into meditation or I'll whatever I do to go back into my
- 1:36space. Yeah, well, I work out. Um, I'm there for
- 1:44from the time I leave to the time I get back, like an hour
- 1:46and a half, and get ready for my day, have breakfast, and
- 1:49then i do my meditation. Um, and my meditation right now because I'm
- 1:53dude, still doing that Joe. To spend a meditation is like almost an
- 1:57hour, and I think I'm checking out since I been getting up at like
- 2:04four fifteen. I think I've been checking out during that meditation for a few
- 2:10minutes. But then the musical change or he'll say something and it brings you
- 2:16right back. So I'd like to believe I'm just really going into deep meditation.
- 2:23Oh no, I drift up. I do the same I do vining
- 2:27at night chime lately, but I've been doing it every single night, and
- 2:30I'll drift off and then I'll come back and I drift off. It's like
- 2:32that first thing, I'm at the root chakra. Next thing you know,
- 2:35I'm I could be at the Crown, I could be at the Harst.
- 2:38So last night I was at root and I blinked out for a bit and
- 2:42then showed up at the solar plexus. Like so for me, I feel
- 2:45like it's divine timing, right, It's only going to show up. It's
- 2:47gonna show up exactly what you need to be. Maybe that needs a little
- 2:51bit extra space, a little energy, more attention. Well, I will
- 2:55have to say that in the meditation that I'm doing. He says, you
- 3:00know you're going to go to to being nobody, no thing nowhere, And
- 3:05apparently I'm doing that really well, right there you go. I'm good with
- 3:12that. I'm good. Yeah, yeah, that's awesome because I'm back for
- 3:15the visualization part. So it's all right, nice, nice. You know,
- 3:22it's important that I was listening to Bashar recently and he was talking you're
- 3:25talking about focus on what you want, and he talks about like the secret
- 3:29and stuff like that and the thing that people miss out on. So he
- 3:32says to really get into that meditative space, to really be in the high
- 3:36space of the energy, feeling good creating it, but not to do it
- 3:38for any more than fifteen minutes. He says, any more than fifteen minutes
- 3:42when you're creating like that, you can create more problems. Fifteen minutes,
- 3:47and then the next thing you do is let it go. You don't think
- 3:51about it, you don't write on atrododalist it's not you don't do anything with
- 3:53it. And he says you will notice that things change and transpire for you.
- 3:58I've kind of it's kind of been in my mind to do it.
- 4:00It's funny how we can. I have this stuff in my mind to accomplish
- 4:04these things that would make me super happy, but don't how much time do
- 4:08I dedicate to it? Honestly, I'm like, I'm even not even barely
- 4:12playing any game lately. You know, I do a little bit of it
- 4:15compared to what I was doing before. I just don't. I don't have
- 4:18a desire for zero desire. So but it's giving me more time to do
- 4:23other things. It's giving me more time for my thoughts to be at the
- 4:26places. So it's kind of awesome. It's kind of awesome when you free
- 4:30yourself up and pay attention. Because I was doing the same stuff before too.
- 4:33I was working things. It's so funny. I was working myself into
- 4:38my calendar. Listen, how ridiculous that sounds, right, And then relationships
- 4:44like we were having a conversation yesterday. I'm gone all day long, so
- 4:46you know what I mean. If I'm gone all day long, then how
- 4:48and i just want to come home and relax. And I'm not sharing.
- 4:51I'm not having any interaction that's good for relationships. I'm not. So it's
- 4:57you know, it's bringing that stuff to like too and having an awareness of
- 4:59it. It's because we want to be imbalanced in harmony and balanced in harmony
- 5:03and all aspects of our life. Yeah. Well, and that's the thing
- 5:09we're going back to. The to the manifesting or law of attraction or the
- 5:14secret is using your visualization to see it happening as if it's already happening whatever
- 5:24it is you desire, and feeling the emotion of it, and then at
- 5:30your best maintaining that emotional state throughout your day and periodically think about your desires,
- 5:35but as it is, as if it's already happening. So it's the
- 5:40emotional state that is super vital to that creative process. That's why it's important,
- 5:46like in relationships, bringing that that lightheartedness into the relationship if that's what
- 5:53you desire in a relationship, if you're tired of heavy and arguing and and
- 5:58you know, discumf discomfort, discord, Well, what are you bringing to
- 6:03the relationship. And it's the same as in business. My focus for awhile
- 6:11now and I'm still embracing it, m is and reminding myself to embrace it
- 6:16is a creativity of the classes, not the burdensome of having to create them
- 6:21and then do the class because that energy, that emotional state I'm putting into
- 6:28the creative process, and I have to stay since I've been doing the the
- 6:32Joe dispends a meditation every day that I am more in a flow state when
- 6:40I'm doing the creation of the classes, Like it's just a flow, like
- 6:46there's there's not like you know, you get to a point you're like,
- 6:49oh, dang, I gotta boo, I gotta fix that. Oh I
- 6:53gotta do this on the website. I mean, it's this jerking since I
- 6:57don't have it's just like a flow, Okay do this and it just and
- 7:00then it's just been so simple. And what happens with that as well,
- 7:08is when things seem so simple or so easy, that gets our attention because
- 7:14we're usually focused on drama, We're usually focused on the hard stuff. We're
- 7:18usually we're focused on how difficult things are supposed to be, and then we
- 7:25feel more rewarded because we made it through the difficult stuff. When you know
- 7:30what, I'm at this point in my life, I am so ready for
- 7:32eas and flow just so I am embracing that so much. And it's the
- 7:41same with you know, artificial intelligence now is a big deal and it's I
- 7:47just saw something. They had the news on it at the gym, and
- 7:51it caught my attention because they were talking about how quickly artificial intelligence is exploding
- 7:58right now and having to have some governing laws about the use of it.
- 8:05And and I've been using it to use to create the content for class descriptions
- 8:11and for the descriptions of our of this podcast. And what I used to
- 8:18do is sit there and I would have to create the content, which would
- 8:22take me an hour or two because I have to come up with the wording
- 8:24and you know, the flow of it and all this, and sometimes that's
- 8:30that's a struggle. And I don't want to bring that struggle energy into that
- 8:35business. And so and just type in a sentence into the AI program and
- 8:43I have twenty three hundred words in like two minutes of a description of something,
- 8:48and so it's been very beneficial and taking that that struggle off of me
- 9:00and having and it's also I mean time, time is important when we're in
- 9:03a business and a solopreneurs and having all these things we're juggling in a business
- 9:09and personal life, and so it's it's actually for me, it's been a
- 9:16blessing to be able to use it. So finding that finding a way My
- 9:22whole point is finding a way to bring a higher vibrational emotion into the areas
- 9:28of your life. But also keeping in mind that all areas of your life
- 9:33affect all areas of your life. So business affects personal, personal affects business,
- 9:39and it's it's important to recognize that your job, if you have you
- 9:45go to a job of employment and you don't like the people you're working with,
- 9:48or you don't like the job you're doing, that is affecting your personal
- 9:52life. It's affecting your health. Like it's it's all correlated. And we
- 9:58talk about enter g a lot, so recognizing it everything's energy and everything is
- 10:03cool mingling, yeah, because we think there's fine lines between us and everything
- 10:11else. Like I can see you and I can see your shelf system behind
- 10:13you, you know what I mean. But the truth of the matter is
- 10:16we're all connected. I mean, there's no there is no separation. Yeah,
- 10:20but we get to have this human experience to see that there's separation so
- 10:22that we can come here and have this experience of not feeling the love and
- 10:26then finding ourselves back to the love and however you want to look at it.
- 10:30But we have all those options. We have a lot of choices out
- 10:33there. Yeah. And then as they're going to learn that, you just
- 10:35want to feel better. And as you're going you learn, you learn so
- 10:37much about yourself, just the whole journey of it all, and you just
- 10:43ask yourself different questions and you find yourself in a place of having more knowing,
- 10:48the knowing of something that and I try every time it comes up,
- 10:50like when you know something, all I can say is I know, I
- 10:54just know. I don't know, I just know. That's just that's all
- 10:56I can tell you. I have nothing to in my experience for how I
- 11:01feel. That's my knowing. And to be in that space all the time.
- 11:03I actually heard Susanne Geeseman recently make a comment about that was her supertool.
- 11:09You know, that was the supertool, the knowing, and she's the
- 11:11knowing this and that's where she's at right now that she was saying. She
- 11:13says, I'm not saying that one's better than the other, but she says
- 11:16it kind of is because that knowing, that knowing is not having faith,
- 11:20it's a knowing. It's not having hope, it's knowing. There's a knowing
- 11:24that everything's fine. And then listening to the guidance for all of us having
- 11:28the human experience. I'm listening to human experience, so I'm going to go
- 11:31with my human body. I'm listening to doctor Berg again this morning on just
- 11:37random stuff, and he was talking about menopause. Well, I'm I'll be
- 11:39fifty three of us year and I haven't really had a menopause. But then
- 11:43he starts talking about all these symptoms that women have and he says, is
- 11:46that normal? And he says, no, it's not normal for us to
- 11:50have the hot flashes and all these things. And he starts going on about
- 11:54so much information. And you have to when you're listening to anybody else's information,
- 11:58you have to see how it resonates with you. And then it becomes
- 12:00annoying. There becomes a knowing in that because you just know that it feels
- 12:03right. I know recently, I have been taking way too much vitamin D.
- 12:07I started having reactions because I've had too much vitamin D. So I
- 12:11have a knowing. I didn't get to the extremes. You start looking up
- 12:13the information and it's not really to that point. But they weren't talking about
- 12:18the surges or the hot flashes. I haven't been taking it. I'm not
- 12:20having the hot flashes and the surges. So but that's not one of the
- 12:24symptoms, you know, So you can't look at that stuff. You just
- 12:26have to You have to have a knowing and trust. I mean, you
- 12:28can trust it or don't. But it's annoying. There's no explanation to it,
- 12:33period, But he did. He goes on to talk about LDL cholesterol,
- 12:37and he talks about that there's more than one there's two L deals and
- 12:39one of them is actually a good and we're so we've been taught told so
- 12:43much that this is bad for you in cholesterol, and he says cholesterol supports
- 12:46the adrenals, so when you're lower organs, your sex organs. The overreason
- 12:52and your go nads or a testes how you want to talk at well,
- 12:54when they'll start fading, our adrenals are supposed to pick up. And if
- 12:58our adrenals are not picking up and replacing all that, because there should be
- 13:03there should be no separation. That should go from one as a work automatically
- 13:05at the other room picks up the job just automatically. But that just goes
- 13:09to show you the issues and a tissue. Right, there's something going on
- 13:13in that space. Adrenals are in the sake or the solar plexus area,
- 13:16so you look at all the stuff and you just start kind of exploring it
- 13:20and seeing what does it mean. Well, it made sense to me when
- 13:22he was talking like that because most of us are told avoid cholesterol. Cholesterol
- 13:26is bad for you, but there is good cholesterol for you, and it's
- 13:28learning and knowing what that is. So it's just interesting because on this journey,
- 13:33I'm finding out so much information and I'm a spiritual level. Does that
- 13:37make a lot of sense to me to be that way? Maybe not really,
- 13:41but at the same point it does because if it's bringing me into a
- 13:43space of harmony in this body while I'm having this experience. That's awesome.
- 13:48You know, if a woman doesn't have to go through these things, and
- 13:52I'll be the guinea pig. I'll do this stuff and if it starts changing
- 13:54and where I'm not having any of the symptoms, I'll share it. Does
- 13:56that mean that it's going to work for everybody? No, Because we have
- 14:00belief systems, we have ideals, we've listened to. It's whatever you've been
- 14:03digesting all day long. What foods are you eating, what are you watching
- 14:07on TV? What are you listening to? What are the words that are
- 14:11coming out in your mouth? What are you reading like this, There's so
- 14:13many things we've talked about how we feed ourselves, and we feed ourselves in
- 14:18so many ways. But it's being it's knowing to just pay attention to that
- 14:22stuff. It's the no week and that makes our journey so much easier.
- 14:26Then it doesn't feel like it's such a struggle. It doesn't feel like it's
- 14:28a task to do these things. Oh God, I don't want to be
- 14:31here anymore. I mean, it doesn't feel like all that heaviness because it
- 14:33doesn't feel heavy. It feels lighter, It feels possible. You just know,
- 14:39well, it's interesting because yesterday, actually this morning, I watched the
- 14:45replay, but I just start watching A lady about hormone bath. So BEV
- 14:50and I haven't talked in a week, and here we are, We're both
- 14:54listening to something about hormones. And I have I've not had a menstrual cycle
- 15:01since twenty fifteen. Yeah, so, um, I've been going through this
- 15:07for a while, but I'm not taking it. I haven't. I haven't
- 15:09taken any um, other than vitamins, I haven't taken any like supplements or
- 15:16anything to balance my hormones. Um. Well, what I want to say
- 15:22though, is because you mentioned chakras and and the idea, you know,
- 15:28if we take the medical side and the O our mind, body, spirit
- 15:33or spiritual side and enter weave them because that like you said, you know
- 15:41the sex organs and you know is our our root chakra and our sacral chakra,
- 15:50which um, we got to do some healing, emotional healing, mental
- 15:56healing in that space to how bring those more into alignment, which then affects
- 16:03our hormones and our sex drive and right and and the belly fat and and
- 16:08um. So it's to do, it's it's all, it all counts,
- 16:14is what I'm trying to say. It all counts that are We've talked about
- 16:18this so many times. Mental, emotional, physical, spiritual. Those four
- 16:25categories need attention for your body to come into harmony. And I encourage people.
- 16:34I go every year to get a yearly check up to I know kind
- 16:40of where my body's at, but that's where my body is at that time.
- 16:42Doesn't mean that's where it's at the whole year, but at least I
- 16:45have once a year check up that says, here's what we know, here's
- 16:52what we know from your blood work, and Okay, what do I need
- 16:56to do right what? And I just for the first time in year,
- 17:00I had to make an adjustment, a serious adjustment from in December for my
- 17:07body to come into more of an alignment, to be in a space that
- 17:12it feels good. And I like got the news one day. That next
- 17:18day, man, I was on it. I was making those adjustments.
- 17:21But I also know, just because of what I believe to be true is
- 17:26I had some emotional work to do, some mental work to do, and
- 17:32I got I went for a three month check up after that. So in
- 17:34March I went and got checked again, and then it's really great. Everything's
- 17:38good. Thumbs up. Do what keep doing? They had doctors don't want
- 17:42to know what you're doing. They don't if you are if you make a
- 17:47change in your your body and your blood work, and they don't have an
- 17:52explanation. It doesn't matter. They don't want to know. They don't want
- 17:56to hear about it. They just want you to keep doing what you're doing
- 17:57that helps you feel better. And that's what my doctor said, whatever you're
- 18:02doing, keep doing it. I'm like, okay, you got that,
- 18:06sister. Do you want to hear about it? They don't have time.
- 18:08They don't have time. They so anyway, So intercomingo your meridians, your
- 18:18chakras, your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual health with the medical practice
- 18:26right with those medical diagnosis and it is it's just the diagnosis is just the
- 18:32idea of what the medical doctor knows with what their training is. And you
- 18:37are our physical our body on all levels. Our body is so incredibly powerful
- 18:45of healing. But the emotional and this is the piece that most people don't
- 18:51want to do because it sucks. And I say that with conviction, because
- 18:56it does. I'm not gonna say it's easy and I'm not gonna say it's
- 18:59joyful to do emotional work, but it's well worth it for your physical well
- 19:03being. And I also believe I think I mentioned this before, and I'm
- 19:10not sure if I did that. You know, as I was growing up
- 19:14and going through you know, life and listening to older women who experienced menopause,
- 19:21man, there were some angry women and there still are. There's people
- 19:25women go through menopause and they are angry, Like you don't want to be
- 19:30around them, right, it's just that bad. Well, in my early
- 19:37starting in my early thirties, I started doing my emotional work and by the
- 19:41time I hit the menopause state where it was pre menopause menopause postment, like,
- 19:48I never went through that through an angry state, and I feel like,
- 19:53and there's no way to really measure this, it's just my how I
- 19:59know right that, knowing that because I did my some so much emotional work,
- 20:07because if you remember, I came from an angry state, like most
- 20:11of my childhood and my twenties, I was in that angry state. And
- 20:15there's no doubt in my mind that if I hadn't done my healing process that
- 20:22in my emotional mental healing that when I hit that menopause state or pre menopause,
- 20:27I would have been like an absolute bitch. There's no doubt in my
- 20:32mind. I you're like, it would have been bad. I just it
- 20:38was just would have been bad, like worse than becoming a teenager. It
- 20:42was a bit way worse. But I feel like because I did do so
- 20:47much work on myself that I didn't experience any of that. Was I tired,
- 20:52Yeah, I was I a little cranky because I was tired. Yeah,
- 20:55but I wasn't like clause out, angry, going to rip your face
- 21:00off. So it's in all of it's important, all of it is.
- 21:07It's a whole package, this body, this container, It's a whole package
- 21:11that needs attention. And I don't want to discount like the doctor stuff.
- 21:18I think it's it can be valuable to see a doctor. But we also
- 21:22receive our information internally, so we actually do receive the information. And sometimes
- 21:26we received the information internally, just like going to have a psychic reading,
- 21:30right, we received the information, We're already receiving the information. A lot
- 21:33of times we'll go see someone else just to have the confirmation. Because you
- 21:37had to know when you were going through the sugar stuff, you had to
- 21:41know that I probably should, right, it's not a big deal. But
- 21:42then you go to the doctor and the doctor's like, listen, this is
- 21:45a big deal. So then you started doing something about it. But like
- 21:48I said, I don't want to discount it, but I want people to
- 21:49understand you can go within inside of yourself and get this information. You can
- 21:53hold onto a bottle of pills with with your non dominant hand and hold it
- 21:56next to your body and ask your body, does is this good for your
- 22:00body? Sometimes? And I know because I've been in this place where it's
- 22:03all over the place. You talked about your hormones and stuff like that when
- 22:06you're in a stress state. When we were angry all the time, I
- 22:07can guarantee you that we were using up adrenals constantly to try to stoothe that
- 22:14stress state. Because if you were happy, you wouldn't be stressed. It
- 22:17wouldn't put the same amount of stress on the body. So it's like we've
- 22:19been doing this our whole body, our whole lives, and depleting ourselves,
- 22:22depleting our accounts. Right, oh god, check my account for the adrenals
- 22:26and it sucks right now, So I'm going to start replenishing it, you
- 22:29know, just doing certain things because it can produce all the feel good stuff
- 22:33into the body and then it helps balance out because everything works together. It
- 22:36can't nothing can do it by itself, just like we can't do it by
- 22:38ourselves. We can do it by going within sight of ourselves, and which
- 22:41we have access to everybody, to our personal Google, whatever you want I
- 22:47call it, but we have all that information. Just recently, I was
- 22:51I woke up from sleep. I'm in the in between place and I was
- 22:53told COLI C H O, L I N E and it helps support deliver.
- 22:57But I was reading about this and it's like, what in the hell,
- 23:00Like where did this come from? I don't remember read again. And
- 23:03I'm not saying that I couldn't have because I've read different stuff. If it.
- 23:07Like I said, I watched Doctor Burg this morning. I didn't go
- 23:08looking for you just have to be in my lookout, you know what's next.
- 23:11And I thought, well, I'll check this out for a minute,
- 23:12because that's I'd like to hear what this all means. Even the medical media
- 23:17talks about going through the changes and stuff, and it is not normal for
- 23:22us to be like this. Now we call it normal because, like you
- 23:23said, we've talked to so many people that are older than us. You've
- 23:26heard the conversations, you've seen you've seen the angry, ugly but if you
- 23:30know what I mean. But doing the work and also on the other side
- 23:33of that, this meditation I've been doing recently, it goes through each one
- 23:37of the chakras and so without me having to really effort, Like I'll go
- 23:42through this stuff and maybe it gets caught up in an area. Like I
- 23:45said, maybe I woke up at the solar plexus at the perfect right time
- 23:48for me to give attention to that space. Because as I'm working through those
- 23:52places, the stuff starts to come up, and it comes up and I'm
- 23:56like, it blows my mind, because I'll be doing something in the evening
- 23:59and all of a sudden it hits my mind and then I'm like done with
- 24:00it, and then I'm trying to remember, like so I can write it
- 24:03down and like, hey, we've got something to talk about this. This
- 24:06is what I just went through, and for the life of me, I
- 24:07can't pin it down because it's like I resolved it, that was it.
- 24:11I don't need to look at it anymore. Right, So it's there's so
- 24:14much, there was so much effortless. So I don't want people to think
- 24:17that it's like such a because I used to think that it was an effort
- 24:19to go out and do these things, and it's it really is effortless depending
- 24:22on how you're looking at it. But that's kind of what anything. Taking
- 24:26a walk out to your bellbox if you're not feeling good could be quite an
- 24:29effort. On another days it's effortless, right, and it's just honoring then
- 24:33it's at that point honoring the body. And for me, I'm looking at
- 24:36stuff I want to know. I don't want to band aid fix for things.
- 24:40I want to know the deep remainings for things. And that's my journey.
- 24:42This is my journey. I'm not saying that everybody else is on the
- 24:45same journey. I'm not saying it's going to work the same way, and
- 24:47I'm not saying it's not going to because it kind of depends on you.
- 24:48It depends on what your thoughts are. Are you being duell you know,
- 24:52are you in a space of duality where you you're tugging yourself? You know,
- 24:56you're playing tug of war with yourself from one side of the the stick.
- 25:00As Esther Hicks would say, to the other side of sticky, are
- 25:03you happy on one side and you're angry on the other side. You're just
- 25:06playing tugger where there's no balance there. So it's just not holding on you
- 25:08know, it's not holding yourself into that space, and it's redirecting where our
- 25:12attentions are where we want them to be at. What do we want to
- 25:15advertise for? What do we want more of your in your life? Joy?
- 25:18I want to be freaking happy. I want to be happy all the
- 25:21time. Why not? Why not? And who says it's not possible.
- 25:23We've already learned the impulsible, right, We've been told all this stuff.
- 25:26If I listened to every single thing that I've ever heard in my whole freaking
- 25:30life, I wouldn't even be here right now if I listen to it and
- 25:33held onto it, because they aren't my beliefs, that's not my knowing.
- 25:38Yeah, because knowing Trump's beliefs and everything, and that knowing that knowing,
- 25:47well got to embrace that more. I mean, I happen and I know
- 25:49you it's gonna start showing it more. I think it's unavoidable at this point.
- 25:53I feel like because there's such a change going on, I feel like
- 25:56this is the knowing part is the next part of it. People are gonna
- 25:59have certain they'll they're start their start having the same feelings and they'll have that
- 26:03same knowing. It's just unexplainable, but it's solid what's inside of you that
- 26:07you just know period in the story. There can never be there can be
- 26:11no argument about it because this is your truth, this is the knowing,
- 26:15and it's I mean, it's as simple as I've had. This happened in
- 26:18the past week. Um well with one person, a friend, Uh,
- 26:26we're in the past like thirty days. Um I have called her right when
- 26:32she's picked up her phone to call me, and she's like, I was
- 26:36just the first time it just blew away. I thought he's gonna fall off
- 26:38her chair. But the second time just happened last week, and I'm like,
- 26:44all, you know what, I need to call her and check in.
- 26:45And I called and she's like, I was seriously just geting ready to
- 26:49call you. So like twice, that's unknowing, that's a that's a that's
- 26:55a connection. And then it is thinking about my son. Bam, he
- 27:00calls me or text me, thinking about my mom. Bam, she calls
- 27:03or text me Like this has just been in the past week, but this
- 27:06stuff's been going on for a while. But it's also the knowing of Uh,
- 27:11well, I saw meme on social media. It said, um,
- 27:17I'm I'm an in path and I see fake people off of that movie.
- 27:23Oh hell, what's it called the sixth Sense? And he says, I
- 27:27see dead people? Right? Uh, it was I see fake people,
- 27:32and um, we do. That's the knowing. That's knowing that people aren't
- 27:37being an integrity, or knowing that that they're telling their little white lies or
- 27:41big lies, or um knowing that you need to drop everything right now and
- 27:48go to the store for whatever it is you needed from the stores. You
- 27:52need to go now because you're probably gonna run into somebody you've been thinking about,
- 27:56or you're gonna have a see somebody that, um, they're going to
- 28:00benefit from your your interaction. That knowing is happening on a continuous basis all
- 28:07day, every day, and it's up to us to tune into it exactly.
- 28:15It's just us to embrace. Like that word embrace is like like,
- 28:21this is part of me, right, It's wrapping my arms around and saying,
- 28:23yes, this is part of me, and I want to utilize it
- 28:30to help me have more ease in my life, help me have more simplicity,
- 28:36help me have more joy, help me experience more fun and love.
- 28:41That's to me is what it's about. The more I embrace it, the
- 28:45more of that I get. So surrender to your knowing. Just surrender over
- 28:51to it. You don't know, so to surrender to the knowing. It
- 28:53It's just it's a super energy. It's a superpower. It really is.
- 28:57It really is. It brings four It suits you. It. I want
- 29:03to say plotcates you, but it just puts you in a place where her
- 29:07playcate. It puts you in a place where you just feel it just feels
- 29:11good and you don't question it. And that's the thing to practice. Was
- 29:15it is interesting that you brought up a phone call. And this is what
- 29:18I'm why I'm telling you guys these stories, because it pay attention to this
- 29:22guidance. This guidance is amazing. I'm getting ready to see I see two
- 29:27clients and their sisters, and I haven't seen the other one for a long
- 29:30time. So I'm seeing the sister, but she hasn't gotten there yet.
- 29:33And all of a sudden, her sister pops into my head and I get
- 29:37this whole thing, like you know about her husband that transitioned and all this.
- 29:41Like I got all this information, I put it into a tech send
- 29:44it over to her, and she says, oh, my god, were
- 29:45you in my head? I haven't talked to her for a long time.
- 29:48Are you in my head? Because I was. I was wondering if I
- 29:51was a good, good enough, good person for him, and all these
- 29:53things in them and the information I just received would have contradicted everything that she
- 29:57was thinking. Right then, it does. It's not to question it.
- 30:00These things aren't to be questioned. You just do them. You just follow
- 30:03through and what happens then you get this. It's not like, oh,
- 30:07good job, bed, you did a great job. No, Because I
- 30:10could I could help change her life. I could hear that information float through
- 30:14me and I can share it with somebody else and it changes her where she
- 30:17doesn't have to suffer. Maybe she's still gonna have suffering, but she's not
- 30:19gonna have suffering from that aspect because she received information that she was thinking about.
- 30:25It was something that was in her and her ortics, it was in
- 30:27her her energy or however you want to call it, But it doesn't matter
- 30:33because it's the response and it's and that helps people to know they're being seen,
- 30:36that they're being heard. Then they're they're not by themselves. There's something
- 30:40greater than what we think. Yeah, and that's that's a that's amazing too,
- 30:45because there's a lady you haven't talked to in a very long time,
- 30:48and you just send her this text that right, Yeah, it's random changed
- 30:56probably changed her life, like changed her her own energy, her own perspective,
- 31:02her own um uh mental capacity, not capacity, but mental thoughts that
- 31:11that How would bev No? I'm having these thoughts right now, How would
- 31:15bev no to um send me a text that's really going to touch my heart
- 31:21and make a huge shift in me? How would how would you know that?
- 31:26Bev Right? And so that to me is so exciting and so exhilarating
- 31:30because that's another reason why we're here where Yeah, we're each having these human
- 31:36experiences individually, but we're also energetically connected and to be here as whether helpers
- 31:45for each other or messengers for each other that these little acts like that are
- 31:52huge. And what do we do? We say, here are we questionable?
- 31:56Why am I? Why do I know this? Why? Why am
- 31:59I receiving this information? Am Am? I supposed to send this to her?
- 32:04What if I send it to her and she she thinks I'm weird?
- 32:07Right? And we just it's one part of the process of getting out of
- 32:12that analytical mind and um, and just setting your your human side aide,
- 32:21your human self aside, and connecting to that spiritual guidance that your little act
- 32:28of kindness, which is what I and it's not little, it's but any
- 32:31act of kindness is huge. And I was, as I say, the
- 32:35little act of kindness could be huge? Um, yeah, but we got
- 32:38we have to take action on it, right, We have to move,
- 32:43um move? And and so what are my stories is? Again? It's
- 32:47just happened last week, I h I was sitting here, I was doing
- 32:52my business and working on the creation of my business, and I got a
- 33:00message A knowing to send an email to a lady who I know, who
- 33:06is in charge of the programs at our community college. Just offer her the
- 33:12idea that I could teach classes there of the stuff that I teach, and
- 33:16it was very simple email. I said, you know, possive thinking about
- 33:22some possible classes if if you feel like it's a fit and resonates with you.
- 33:29Here are some of the things that I teach. And I listed shocker
- 33:34balancing, intuition development, raiki, energy work like I, archangels like.
- 33:40These are the classes I listed. Didn't put anything about meditation. Why I
- 33:47don't know, but I didn't and I know and and I after I hit
- 33:52sinned, I just went back to what I was doing. And that day
- 33:55I got a response with an exciting yes, we would love to have you
- 34:00teach here. I was like, okay. On Thursday I went and talk
- 34:05to her. It's gonna end up that's what I'm gonna start with as meditation.
- 34:08So I'm gonna start with the meditation at the community college. And and
- 34:14she's like, I think we should have a variety of these clouds. And
- 34:16I'm like, okay, well, yeah, I'm game for it. If
- 34:21great, it's gonna be you know, beneficial. And so so that was
- 34:24a door that opened and had I not listened, I'm gonna reach a whole
- 34:30different um community of people. Yes, right, took Okay, So you
- 34:46know, being able to reach a whole nother uh group of people through that
- 34:52avenue and wherever it goes from there. It's but the idea is that you
- 34:57know, as a teacher, spiritual teacher, that I want to a goal
- 35:01of typically a goal of a spiritual teacher or a coach is how many people
- 35:07can I reach? What doors are opening for me to reach other people,
- 35:13to get into different groups of people, And this is one. So I'm
- 35:19like, yeah, okay, let's do it. Let's see what happens.
- 35:22And I can touch a handful of lives through that avenue. Let's do it,
- 35:25right. So that's awesome. Yeah, and it is. But that's
- 35:31right up your alley too, because you like you like to teach. Yeah,
- 35:36you just it's just an automatic for you. It's been a natural thing
- 35:38for you. Gosh, I recognize that all the way back when you were
- 35:40doing the basically the get togethers up in the wall off ice for a lot
- 35:45of that stuff. That's just what you're You're that's just what that's your draw.
- 35:50That's one hundred percent your draw. It lights me up, man,
- 35:52it lights me up. And I guess, so there's here's the thing that
- 35:58I had to recog nice. I get so highly energized from teaching that afterwards
- 36:06it's almost as if you're if somebody's experiencing a caffeine or sugar crash. Oh,
- 36:13it's like and I will, like if it's a big event, especially
- 36:19like the qualifies. You know, that was usually like two days all day,
- 36:23and I would be so energized and I wouldn't sleep because I'd be so
- 36:29excited about it. And it wasn't I know, it wasn't because I wasn't
- 36:31sleeping. It was because of the high energy experience that afterwards, I would
- 36:38like for a day I would just sleep because I would just it was almost
- 36:43like a crash, like okay, it's time to rest, you know.
- 36:46And so I had to really recognize that. It took me a couple of
- 36:50times and I'm like, wait, hold on, we can't keep doing that.
- 36:57And that's talks about that hersal, she's had that experience, but she
- 37:00enjoys the high part, you know what she knows she enjoys it. But
- 37:04intuitions or they're telling her like, hey, there's going to be a drop
- 37:07and as you can only go you can go so high, but you're going
- 37:10to drop in from this now is that true? I don't know, but
- 37:13that's two people I've heard had an experience about. It doesn't mean that I
- 37:15have to bring it into my experience, but it's an awareness, right.
- 37:17So again, if we want to go to the whole world thing, if
- 37:22there's something that you're seeing that you don't want in your experience, how would
- 37:24you like to see it different? Because we have that kind of control,
- 37:28we don't have to be ran by somebody else's story or their experience not saying
- 37:31anything different about yours, because because I've also heard the difference from other people.
- 37:36Gosh, and there's some people that freaking channel all the time, and
- 37:38someone will say that they totally are charged up, and they're they'll be amped
- 37:43up for like a couple of days, like after doing some of that stuff.
- 37:45So it's really just saying, how does your back to the body right,
- 37:49how does your system? How is your system handling this stuff? How
- 37:52is your system? So it's I find it fascinating. So this is interesting
- 37:55too. I was listening to Gosh, it was a person recently. It
- 38:00was a female. I can't remember her name, but I know she was
- 38:02being It was on the next level soul interview, and she's just talking about,
- 38:09you know, making sure that you're supplementing your diet because of some of
- 38:14these things that these these electrical impulses are this way, the way it affects
- 38:19the body, and how making sure you're having magnesium because it helps the body
- 38:22to be able to handle all this stuff so you can continue doing it.
- 38:25If you're not drinking enough water and you're crabby, well, because you're not,
- 38:30you're not your your your tool. The suit that you're in is not
- 38:34being it's not being honored, it's not being taken care of, and it
- 38:37doesn't have enough fluid in it for you to receive the information. When we're
- 38:42more of that fluid, that information flows in so easily. I've noticed this
- 38:45for in my experience. It doesn't mean it's everybody's experience, but making sure
- 38:50that I'm drinking the fluid, trying, you know, getting up to that
- 38:52gallon a day for me or whatever feels good for somebody else. But it's
- 38:57just paying attention to it. How do I feel will feel or if I'm
- 39:00feeling crabby and I've got a freaking headache, well, how much water if
- 39:02I had today? You know, it's just looking at that stuff is a
- 39:05majority of our body is made up of water, and we're not honoring it
- 39:08by keeping it depleted. We're just not We're not honoring it by eating too
- 39:15much of something that may not be good for us, then not balancing it
- 39:19out with something else like the sodium and potassium, and then and then how
- 39:22the body. When we're under a whole lot of dress and stress, your
- 39:24body gets rid of potassium and holds onto water and sodium. So then you're
- 39:30out of balance. You're back. But that out of balance? What does
- 39:32that tell you? That means that something in your life is out of balance.
- 39:35It's not an harmony, right, It's not like it's the end of
- 39:37the world or a horrible thing. It's just something to look at. But
- 39:42what do we do a lot of times? Well, okay, so I've
- 39:44got that problem. I had that problem for actually since the kids were born,
- 39:47so thirty something years. I had that problem by not bringing in potassium,
- 39:52which I learned again from doctor Burg. And all I can say is
- 39:55I try to pill a true and I know it's a difference to my up
- 40:00start chapped anymore, and my skin feels more hydrated. I don't feel like
- 40:02I'm holding access water or you know, all these other things, and it's
- 40:06a balance. It's a balance and to be in that space of harmony.
- 40:09So it's just it's just honoring the whole thing's paying attention to that. But
- 40:13we spend so much time outside of ourselves, looking at the way the government's
- 40:16running or not running, looking at what's on TV or not on TV,
- 40:22looking at a relationship, and assuming so much shit in your mind because you
- 40:24have these stories in your mind that you've carried your whole freaking life and you
- 40:29don't even realize you're doing it until you start paying attention to the craft that
- 40:31you're feeding yourself through your mind, through your thoughts. So it's just it's
- 40:36a fascinating journey when we start looking at all this stuff, when we get
- 40:39out of the TODs of everything else and you start recognizing, oh, well,
- 40:43I don't have to drink this water every day, but my body's asking
- 40:45for it today. Oh I noticed I have a headache. Oh you know,
- 40:50my gauge is letting me know, you might want to add some water
- 40:52to this system. You might want to put some cool in this system,
- 40:54do you know what I mean? So it's just like looking at it,
- 40:57this body, because it isn't It is a machine in a lot of ways.
- 41:00But we've still got to be in balance. And then we can come
- 41:02here to hold everything into our liver and hold everything into our adrenals and our
- 41:08kidneys and our throat chakra and creating cancer. We didn't come here for all
- 41:12that stuff, but it is an experience. We don't have to stay in
- 41:15that space. But but what do we learn? We learned so much from
- 41:19all these things that happen in our life. With my body being out of
- 41:22balance, it brought me into myself. But char said, This girl asked
- 41:25Bashar, so tell me why do you guys have a tennessee to lose hair?
- 41:29And he said, he says, because they need to show that they're
- 41:36vulnerable. And it's not a need to show it, but it's because it
- 41:38creates a vulnerability within themselves and allow them to step into this place of being
- 41:43vulnerable. So be vulnerable and see if your hair stays with you. You
- 41:46know what I mean. There's just so many things. And when I heard
- 41:49that kind of resonated with me a little bit because my whole life I was
- 41:52a strong person. I would cry in the shower. I didn't let people
- 41:54see you that I ever cried. I was angry all the time because that
- 41:58was protective for myself. I could keep everybody out a safe distance, which
- 42:00I still seem to keep people at a safe distance in a different way.
- 42:05But it's just all these things. But these gauges. We had all these
- 42:07gauges to kind of guide us to where we need to go to from within
- 42:09side of us, and then it shows up in our own physical body.
- 42:14But it's so easy to look at someone else and be like, oh,
- 42:16well, they need to do this and this and this and that'll help them,
- 42:20not even hearing our own words that it's telling us exactly because the people
- 42:23that have the problem that are showing up in your experience are having the problem
- 42:27because it's for your growth too. It's for both of you, guys.
- 42:30Yeah, So it's it's I find everything. It's it's interesting. It's interesting,
- 42:37and it's interesting how how things can be so different. And I value
- 42:43these conversations that we have and I have a few other people that I have
- 42:45these conversations with. Two it's like, these deep conversations are not just they're
- 42:50not just surfacing things because because we learn so much about each other, and
- 42:52we learn so much about ourselves because in those spaces, in this space,
- 42:55with our conversation between us, our communication, I'm learning you more stuff about
- 43:00myself. I'm seeing things, I'm recognizing things. And we just can't do
- 43:05it if you lock yourself in a whole cave in the mountain, and that's
- 43:07it, because eventually you got to get out. I mean, maybe you
- 43:10don't have to. But we're co creators. We were we came here to
- 43:15co create together. We're a benefit to each other by all of us being
- 43:17together. And and Bev and I come and do these because we want you
- 43:22to learn from what we've done, good or bad. You gotta share a
- 43:28funny story. I think it's funny. So like about a year ago,
- 43:37even with all this information, I know, about a year ago, it
- 43:42was the message came to me, my knowingness said take an estrogen supplement.
- 43:50Okay, So I go to a health food store and I get this jar
- 43:52of of supplements and they get home and I read the container and follow the
- 43:55directions and take what it says to take for each day, right, And
- 44:00I do that, and after about two weeks, my body goes into a
- 44:05menstrual cycle of swollen breasts, lower back hurts. Like I'm experiencing things I
- 44:13didn't experience even when I had a menstrual cycle, Like I didn't have the
- 44:16back pains and all the stuff, right, maybe slight cramp, nothing major,
- 44:22And I was very blessed in that way. But my body goes through
- 44:27this whole experience. And I'm thinking when I say swollen breasts, I'm like,
- 44:35I have never like these things are huh what has happening? And so
- 44:44it took me a minute and I'm like, oh, okay, well this
- 44:50isn't gonna work, is it. So I gave it a couple of weeks
- 44:53to let that kind of move through my system. I mean that lasted for
- 44:59like a day. I laid on the couch because I could not take it.
- 45:01I just laid on the couch and rested all day. But I let
- 45:06that stuff move through my system for a couple of weeks and then I tuned
- 45:10in listen to the body, and since then I've been taking it. Now,
- 45:15this is a supplement that says directions is like daily. I take it
- 45:22twice a week, once one pill on Monday and one pill on Friday,
- 45:29and I've been and so far it's been great, like doing great. But
- 45:35at what I did is I tuned into Okay, if I'm supposed to be,
- 45:39if I'm receiving this information to take estrogen and estrogen supplement, what dosage?
- 45:49How much of this should I because I can't be doing this stuff.
- 45:52This is not gonna work for me, right because that goes along with what
- 45:55you were talking about earlier, like you take you too in, you ask
- 46:00the body, ask your higher self, ask the angels whoever you want to
- 46:05ask, tune in and you will get the information that's true. And so
- 46:12for my experience, even what you went through was the estrogen dominance. Anyways,
- 46:15that's too much estrogen in the system. So that means that your body
- 46:17is not even dumping the extra estrogen that can even happen from being constipated.
- 46:22If you're constipated, and this goes for men and women, then they're holding
- 46:25onto extra estrogen that we don't want to hold onto. So that's something that
- 46:30that's part of the process of removing it from your body. So that's I
- 46:34totally honor that I don't take mine every day like they say it you're supposed
- 46:37to. I get into a habit of it sometimes, but I pay attention
- 46:39to the body. Yeah, just like I went picked up a colin and
- 46:44it has soy in it. Well, for me, I don't really feel
- 46:46like soy is an ideal thing that's also going to read it's going to raise
- 46:52your estrogen, which is fine because I do think I needed some estrogen,
- 46:54but I almost feel like it would be kind of creating a problem in the
- 46:59future. And what did I do? I asked my body, like,
- 47:00what do you think about this? After I purchased it, because I brought
- 47:05it home and I didn't look at the back of the bottom and didn't see
- 47:07that it had soy in it, and so I looked at it and it's
- 47:08like and I asked my body. My body says, no, it doesn't
- 47:13want that. So it doesn't want it, but wants coaling. But it
- 47:15doesn't want coaling with this. And I didn't pay attention to it when I
- 47:19was at the health food store. So that was my learning lesson, which
- 47:22is an awesome lesson. It's awesome. Yeah, So that's why we share
- 47:25our stories, because, yeah, because you gotta pay attention and it's not
- 47:30it's a doctor says you need to do this all the time, and this,
- 47:32this and this, and it's like, if you're not listening, you're
- 47:36listening to something outside of yourself. So even though you get advice, I
- 47:38remember, I have a friend and her father once you go in for surgery
- 47:43to have part of his coal and removed, and he told them, listen,
- 47:49if you're going to go in there and you're gonna cut out, you
- 47:51can cut out. He said, how much you could cut out? That's
- 47:52it. If you're gonna cut out any more than that. If it's that
- 47:54damaged, go ahead and just stitch it right back up, close me,
- 47:58back up, and leave it alone. He that decision. But we don't
- 48:00recognize that we have that choice. It's a lot of times we start getting
- 48:04fearful. We think that someone else knows what's best for us, and that's
- 48:08not a true story. It's just not. So it's checking in with yourself
- 48:13and asking yourself, and that's where a lot of us knowing and stuff comes
- 48:15into. That's when that's where the dream journals come to, or the having
- 48:21a journals decide of your bed, because information comes through when you're down,
- 48:24because you're not thinking in anything at all. Your mind is open to receiving
- 48:29that information. That's where the benefit of meditation comes from, because the benefit
- 48:32of meditation is quieting the mind, not you making it quiet down, but
- 48:37just being an awareness of it, just listening to it, not shutting it
- 48:40down, because that awareness is like, Okay, that's cool. Oh you
- 48:44got that to do. Okay, thanks for the reminder to the next thing.
- 48:47You know. It's just there's always we have such opportunities here, we
- 48:52really do. And gosh, for the longest time, I felt and it
- 48:55just said a lot for where I was at too. I felt like everything
- 48:58was such a struggle. Everything was so heavy. This has happening to me,
- 49:01I have no control over I really felt like I had no control over
- 49:05anything, anything at all, and especially when it came to my body or
- 49:08my health. And you're talking to a person that was bodybuilding and doing all
- 49:12that stuff and pushing the body to do certain things by certain means, you
- 49:16know, depleting the water, increasing the protein, dropping the carps, sometimes
- 49:22increasing the carbs. Like all these things is constant play with the game of
- 49:27what I've read about somebody else's experience. Instead of letting my body tell me
- 49:30what was the best way to do this? Okay, instead of saying okayoo
- 49:34boo boooooo. Okay, body, this is what I want you to take
- 49:37in right now. This is where I want to go with the way my
- 49:38legs look, the way that my face looked. You know whatever, you
- 49:42put it in there and you start looking at other things and you just kind
- 49:44of let it do its thing. You just program it into there without thinking
- 49:46about all the things of how to how you can control it, what do
- 49:51you want to do with it? So it's just I'm going to be interested
- 49:55to see what I look like in a year from now, just by the
- 49:58changes that I'm making right now. Because, like I said, I'm going
- 50:00to be fifty three this month, which I think is freaking awesome. Yeah
- 50:04that makes an age. So okay, I'm solid with that. Let me
- 50:08know how it else, because I'll be fifty three in June. Yea yea.
- 50:15But yeah, so we do we put um And I know, you
- 50:20know, I'm thinking about it as you're talking. I know the medical professionals
- 50:24are frustrated because so many people are self diagnosing themselves. And I say this
- 50:36with high regard of respect that a lot of times it's incorrect because they're going
- 50:43by what they're reading from one article instead of doing more research and not listening
- 50:49to the body, not listening to themselves. That's what commercials are made for.
- 50:54That's what marketing is made for. It's made to plant those seeds for
- 50:58you to feel like that what the symptoms that they're describing. So you think
- 51:02you have it, so you go at the the prescribe, you go specifically
- 51:07to ask for that prescription. So so I get that the medical professionals are
- 51:12frustrated in that sense, but I also know that my my m you would
- 51:23call it my knowingness or my opinion, that they're also frustrated because we as
- 51:30individuals are listening to our bodies more and we're not completely trusting in their diagnosis
- 51:37or their prescription or their recommendation because it's just like it's just like a school.
- 51:46The medical professionals are putting us in a pool of general and that's what
- 51:52the schools do. It's everybody learns the same. Well they know now that
- 51:57that's not true, but every but he's so busy that they they you know,
- 52:01a doctor has to see so many patients in a day to me their
- 52:06media's quota to pay the bills to run his business whatever, and they don't
- 52:12have time to sit there and go, okay, well, how how is
- 52:14your what have you been thinking about lately? What have your thoughts been?
- 52:17They've been positive or like they don't have time for that. They're like,
- 52:22here's what I know, from what my degree tells me, from my studies,
- 52:25tell me from the most recent article that I've read, Here's what I
- 52:30know. And I'm going to put you in that pool of people and this
- 52:34is what I feel like it's gonna work for you for a prescription, and
- 52:37you know, as a person tuning who tunes into her body, and it's
- 52:42like that doesn't really feel I just went through this with my medical profession and
- 52:49professional and she's like, okay, well we're gonna put you on this prescription.
- 52:52And I'm like, wait, what do I have to do to not
- 52:55take that? And she told me and I made the chain just immediately,
- 53:01and it was one of those this is so funny we're talking about this because
- 53:05I was contemplating this this morning on my way from the gym to my house,
- 53:08which is about eight minutes really, and it was like, the thought
- 53:14was people want to live. Okay, I get that, you want to
- 53:22live because they're afraid to die. There's fear round death. You go to
- 53:27the doctor, you have an issue, You go to the doctor, and
- 53:29the doctor says, here's a prescription, but typically not, probably more often
- 53:35than not, that prescription leads to other issues. So you're taking more prescriptions
- 53:38to cover up. But anyway, so we're going to the doctor to get
- 53:45these things that are going to cover up, so to speak, the issues
- 53:55that we have so that we feel better. But yet those they are causing
- 54:00more damage to our body. But yet there's not You want to live,
- 54:07but there's not enough interest to take your own health into consideration. So is
- 54:14it I believe type two diabetes is comppletely one hundred percent created from environment,
- 54:29but nobody wants to change their environment equals everything in your life, your relationships,
- 54:34your mental state, your emotional state, the foods you're eating, the
- 54:37job you have, like it's again a whole package. But yet we stay
- 54:44in that suffering and we're not interested in doing any making any changes. So
- 54:52I'm just gonna go to the doctor. The doctor's gonna tell me what's wrong,
- 54:53to give me this pill so I can function in this environment that doesn't
- 54:59feel good. So I can continue to live in that environment. And I'm
- 55:01just like that went a little deeper with that than what my conversation was with
- 55:07myself this morning. But the whole idea is we want to live, but
- 55:09we don't want to take them the action, the initiative of our own health
- 55:16to make the changes so that we can live a healthier or more joyful life,
- 55:22a happier life. So isn't that I'm just I just found that so
- 55:27interesting this morning. That popped into my head, and here we are having
- 55:30these conversations this morning, so that's great. There wasn't even something I was
- 55:34going to talk about today either. You're the one that started it. And
- 55:37that want creates a desire, That want creates a desire, even if you
- 55:40want to go to a doctor, And sometimes people want to go to a
- 55:43doctor just because they want to be seen, They want to be seen and
- 55:45heard in a let down again, because they're the ones that need to see
- 55:47and hear themselves. Yeah, you know what I see is and we've been
- 55:52we both watched The Next Level Soul, and we listen to Alex's interviews and
- 55:57he's had interviews with a few doctors that have and this is where I see
- 56:00medical going. They're listening to their knowing, they're listening to their intuition,
- 56:06they're using their psychic gifts. That's natural for all of us, but they're
- 56:08doing it and there and they may not discuss it with their colleagues what they're
- 56:12doing, but they'll have responses and answers to things that they would never have
- 56:17known to even select or tests for or anything. So there's we'll be going
- 56:22into a space of that knowing. When your body says you need to go
- 56:25see this doctor, a doctor shows up on your thing and you just know.
- 56:30You don't know why, but you just know because that doctor. Like
- 56:31if you look at listen to Anthony the medical medium, he receives information from
- 56:37the spirit of compassion, and that tells him. He gets all these diagnosis
- 56:42for everybody that goes by him. It doesn't matter. He could be walking
- 56:45talking on the phone, talking to that person. He's picking up them.
- 56:47He's picking up the people that are walking by him. He's picking up people
- 56:51all he's at that on the road driving or as a passenger, which is
- 56:55not always fun. But it's this knowing that guides us to another person that
- 56:59can give those answers because maybe we don't have an understanding or maybe we're getting
- 57:04in our way of the information that's coming in through us and we just need
- 57:07someone else to kind of filter it and decipher it for us, to tell
- 57:10us what really is going on. And it doesn't mean that we didn't know,
- 57:14but we didn't know how to put it all together. So then you're
- 57:15going to go to these doctors that actually are using their knowing, they're actually
- 57:19using their psychic abilities, and they're taking the information they have learned from the
- 57:24medical from from going to college to learn all this stuff. They're taking that
- 57:28information but not creating a blanket to cover everybody. It's just another opportunity to
- 57:32look at something that this could be beneficial for this person, or you can
- 57:36recognize that it definitely is not. And like you said, for most of
- 57:39the things, I will tell you most of my clients that are on medications,
- 57:43if they go if they're getting the one, they're getting another one.
- 57:46And how many people do you talk to that just want that magic pill anyways?
- 57:50They just want the magic pill when all along you're the magic pill,
- 57:52right, But recognizing that that's a duality, right, recognizing that yes,
- 57:57I could do this, but then we have dualities like, well, I
- 58:00have to do this, I have to eat that food to fix this.
- 58:02Maybe not really, but it's an opportunity. But you have to know.
- 58:06It's what your knowing that tells you, yes, you definitely need that right
- 58:08now, and then always being aware that those things changed. Just like for
- 58:12me, I needed vitim and DA was deficient. I am no longer deficient.
- 58:15I am very sufficient. I'm overflowing. You might want to call me
- 58:21the sun. I don't even know so bright, bab, you're so bright.
- 58:28I would you want to put a disclaimer that there are the medical professionals
- 58:32our are beneficial. Yes, and it's also important to listen to yourself,
- 58:39and there are prescriptions that are definitely needed for you to get through whatever you're
- 58:44going through. So if you're in a deep depression, sometimes you need that
- 58:47depression medication to get you through whatever you're getting through. But you know,
- 58:52it's to recognize that if you're in a depression that's past experience based, meaning
- 59:04things that have happened to you in the past that you're still hanging on too,
- 59:07and whatever's happening in the current situation is triggering all that emotional heaviness that's
- 59:15stored in the body and the current situation is triggering that to come up.
- 59:20But instead of looking at it and doing some healing around it, it's maybe
- 59:24need the medication for now. So so, and also, you know the
- 59:30medical professionals, they have the equipment to help give us the information. That's
- 59:37why I go every year. I just want to know where I'm at,
- 59:39what's going on. And even though it's once a year, I don't care,
- 59:44I guess is. I actually look forward to it. But also,
- 59:46at the same time, if you're gonna if you break your arm, you're
- 59:51probably not gonna sit there and just oh, you know, it's hurts and
- 59:54I'm gonna suffer. You're gonna go to the doctor, get an X ray,
- 59:57see if it's broke. They're gonna stabilize it, do the thing.
- 1:00:00So and Perry give you some payments to get through it. So, so
- 1:00:05don't discount I'm not DiscId personally, I'm not discounting the medical professionals. But
- 1:00:09what we are telling you is listen to your body. Listen to you.
- 1:00:15And I wanted to hit on when you said we start talking about doctors and
- 1:00:20their psychic abilities and their knowingness right that they're they're starting to tune into this.
- 1:00:24What came to me was they're probably recognizing how beneficial meditation is, and
- 1:00:30in meditation, they're getting these downloads and now they're using that information on their
- 1:00:34patients. So I'm just like it's a domino effect that hopefully instead of them
- 1:00:38turning to tobacco or alcohol or their own prescriptions, that they're turning more towards
- 1:00:47that peace calmness through meditation. And then they're they're tuning into ourselves as well,
- 1:00:55like it just happens when you do meditation. It just happened, So,
- 1:01:00um, then maybe that's happening. And the more the more medical professionals
- 1:01:07and this is doctors and nurses and texts and all of them, right,
- 1:01:12the more that they are if they turn more in that direction of meditation and
- 1:01:20being still and and um, creating inner calmness, then they're going to receive
- 1:01:28or be connected to their guidance, their higher self, their spiritual GPS,
- 1:01:35whatever you want to label it. And they will. Now you know,
- 1:01:39once they they that becomes present in their experience and they utilize it and recognize
- 1:01:47how often they are right because they followed that, then they're gonna use it
- 1:01:53more and more. And the more it takes one right, one person who
- 1:01:58does that and they share, they find somebody who they can share that information
- 1:02:01with, and then it expands from there, grows from there, and then
- 1:02:07more people are doing it, the more it's going to become a common true
- 1:02:14and it's being talked about now. So the ripple effect is it's it's awesome.
- 1:02:19Yeah, it's awesome. I mean in one week, Okay, in
- 1:02:22one week, I have seen like three different social media posts about yoga studios
- 1:02:34coming in our town being constructed right now, getting gay to open. I'm
- 1:02:39like three in a week, and I'm like, what is happening right as
- 1:02:44so cool and so fun? So um it is. It's becoming the it's
- 1:02:49what we would you know, become in the norm quote unquote norm. It's
- 1:02:52becoming more common and it's it's going to be It's just great. It's just
- 1:02:58a great time to be on that train. Yes, I'm having fun in
- 1:03:02my life because of it, but yeah, yeah, I love it.
- 1:03:07I love it in community, being in community. Um, that's something I'm
- 1:03:12working on right now. As far as creating a community of women to come
- 1:03:15together because it's it's more of because we've been in survival mode for so long
- 1:03:22in our lives and our in decades, women especially been in survival mode because
- 1:03:30proving ourselves that we're good enough, you know, doing a man's job,
- 1:03:34taking care of the whole household with ten kids. What You're right, We're
- 1:03:37just doing all this stuff and it's complete survival mode. And it's it's uh
- 1:03:43to me. I reckon, like, it's time to raise the feminine energy.
- 1:03:49And we can do that in community of feminine energy. Now, if
- 1:03:53if a male you know, has tuned into his feminine energy must come,
- 1:03:59that's cool. I'm I'm not against that. But the idea is to raise
- 1:04:02collectively the feminine energy. And it doesn't mean being a feminist. It's just
- 1:04:08got to bring that nurturing in and that more tuning into our spiritual side and
- 1:04:15connecting more to that knowingness and following that guidance and utilizing all of that more
- 1:04:21awesome. Yeah, And I'm calling it sisterhood soul connection. Nice fun.
- 1:04:29I was like, all right, that was a that was that came to
- 1:04:31me. That wasn't something I just I mean, I'm I'm like universe I'm
- 1:04:36open to whatever you want to give me. Because creating names for things not
- 1:04:42my four teams. It's like, okay, so do you want me to
- 1:04:45do this? I need a name for it. What we're gonna call this?
- 1:04:48Nice? Nice? I like it. Yeah. So anyway, that's
- 1:04:55a great conversation. Bev ils have been a great conversation. It's because I
- 1:05:00never know. It's like sometimes I'm like, I don't even know. I
- 1:05:03know where this conversation is going to go. But it's like I have to
- 1:05:05remind myself when I get into that space. I never know where the conversation's
- 1:05:09gonna go. I never know it's going to come up. I never planned
- 1:05:12on listening to, like I said, listening to the things that I listened
- 1:05:15to while I'm getting ready or any of that stuff. It just I just
- 1:05:18look at whatever I resonate with, whatever I get pulled towards showing up in
- 1:05:23my stuff. I know that I'm being pulled towards that. Yeah, so
- 1:05:27that's awesome. And then I guess for this, I would say for this
- 1:05:30week. So if everybody whoever's listening to this, I want you to if
- 1:05:34you can take the time and meditate three to five minutes. You could do
- 1:05:39a sip of the Divine, which you can find on YouTube. You can
- 1:05:41sit quietly for three to five minutes. You can do just breathwork for three
- 1:05:45to five minutes. You can do whatever you want, but do some sort
- 1:05:47of meditation. I don't care what time of day you do it. And
- 1:05:49then let us know next week after our show, you know, in the
- 1:05:54comments, let us know what you notice, let us know what seems different
- 1:05:58for you. How do you feel thought as life seemed to be changing for
- 1:06:01you? Yeah, yep, yeah, that's cool. It's way cool.
- 1:06:09It is cool. And it's coming from a girl who denied meditation for about
- 1:06:14seven years or so, even though I knew about it and everybody was talking
- 1:06:18about it, everybody I was reading and following. I was like, yeah,
- 1:06:23no, that's not for me. Yeah it is. It is now,
- 1:06:28and I make time for it. So and then asking yourself, even
- 1:06:31when that comes forward, you say, oh, this is not for me.
- 1:06:33What part of you saying this is not for me? That things it
- 1:06:36doesn't have any more time or anything else to give. But you don't have
- 1:06:40time to give you. You don't have time to give to yourself. You
- 1:06:42don't have time to give yourself. There's a problem. It's the victim side,
- 1:06:45yeah, the victim that says, no, you don't have time for
- 1:06:47this, and the survival side that says you have too much to do,
- 1:06:53you don't have time to sit. Let's go girl, And it's not a
- 1:06:57problem. It's just is where you're at on your path. Right, Let's
- 1:07:00go girl, Yes, right now, it's let's go girl. We got
- 1:07:03meditate, we gotta do some journaling, we got some creativity in the business
- 1:07:09to do today. That's my Let's go girl now. So nice, Yeah,
- 1:07:13it's funny. All right, my friends, thank you for hanging out
- 1:07:15with us. Tea time with Amy and Bev. Any final words I already
- 1:07:19said it, all right, make it a nut way week. That's right.
- 1:07:24Let's see you next time. Bye,
