  OK, this is Celeste. Celeste ran away at the age of

  13 and she met the end of her life, sorry to say it that way,

  at the at the young and tender age of 14 years old, her body

  was discovered in the front trunk of a Tesla.

  Owned by this man, Mr. David Anthony Burke that had been
• 4:34
  towed from a Hollywood Hills location outside.
• 4:38
  The mansion that was being rented for him, the car was
• 4:41
  registered to him. It was taken to a police impound
• 4:45
  lot where. They started complaining of the
• 4:51
  old smell of decomposition. Guys, that is a.
• 4:55
  Powerful smell, and I know that we all have probably experienced
• 4:58
  it with, I don't know, animals in the woods, something like
• 5:02
  that, but I, I was called. This is a bit of a tangent, but
• 5:07
  not music worthy. I was called one time to a while
• 5:10
  I was with the. Coroner, our county coroner and
• 5:13
  I and I went with her on a call to an apartment where somebody
• 5:18
  had expired and they had been expired for about a week.

  And it was an apartment, I don't know, 67800 square feet.

  And boy was it powerful. I can only imagine inside the
• 5:31
  trunk of of that car, this precious little girl discarded.

  Disrespectfully and unlovingly. Placed into two bags after being

  dismembered. Placed into two bags inside this
• 5:47
  front trunk area. I just can't even imagine.

  Cannot even imagine. To to go on with the recap, Mr.

  Burke was was traveling a boat, as our friends from the north

  might say on his on his tour, supporting his music and.

  This, this all happened back in September.

  September 8th is when her body was discovered.

  And it was just what, Thursday, this past Thursday that he was
• 6:21
  arrested. Got the news on Friday, you

  know, and spent the whole weekend wondering what was going

  to happen. And then there was a press
• 6:30
  conference yesterday, and Mr. Burke has been charged in her
• 6:34
  murder along with a couple of other things.

  We're going to get into that criminal complaint.

  Unfortunately, we do not yet have the probable cause

  affidavit that was referred to by Los Angeles County District
• 6:51
  Attorney Nathan Hawkman. I hope that we will get that
• 6:56
  sometime soon. That should have a few more
• 6:59
  details now. His preliminary hearing is

  scheduled for the 23rd, so that's Thursday.

  I wouldn't be surprised if it's postponed, but we might be able

  That would be yesterday following his arraignment where

  he pleaded not guilty to 1st degree murder, sex with a minor

  and more charges related to the death.

  Of Celeste Rivas. Once at the jail, he was

  separated from other inmates for being quote noteworthy.

  A noteworthy prisoner. And will spend his time in

  custody alone, TMZ reported in TMZTMZ.

  Sourced an unnamed source in the jail and then the rest is a

  little bit of, you know, the background and additional

  Safety. I mean, not only is he a high

  profile person, right, but he is accused of a saying a child.

  Mr. Burke, who is alleged to have he is charged with essaying

  to prosecutors, lie in wait, invite her over and took her

  doing it for his safety and I think that's the appropriate

  thing, especially considering I mean, I understand the whole.

  Desire for prison, justice. I just fight that as much as I

  been proven guilty. This is a person who has been

  didn't really take that bait. They're just like.

  We will we will make a motion to unseal that, but it's not sealed

  in this document because it is part of it is part of the charge

  right So that the defendant personally used a deadly and

  dangerous weapon. To wit, sharp instrument said

  use not being an element of the above offense, meaning the

  within the Penal Code Section 1 2022 B 1 and causing the above

  offenses to be a serious felony within the meaning of Penal Code

  I want to be, I want to temper my speculation with humanity and

  compassion, right? Don't want to just be putting

  out, you know, horribly hurtful, speculative things to loved ones

  that I hope. That it was something that was

  quick, that poor little Celeste being a 14 year old girl, not

  knowing the violence that was about to fall on her, didn't

  have to suffer for a long period of time because like, because

  she was stabbed, 20 * 10 of which were in the back of the
• 26:32
  head and neck like Alan Greenberg, right?

  I am hopeful that it was swift, decisive, and that it cut off

  blood flow to her brain before she could even feel it.

  That that's what I hope and I, I think we probably will find out
