Circumcised of Heart: What Paul Really Meant in Romans 2:29 (July 15)
Audio reading: Num 23:16-30, 1 Chron 19:1-21-30, Rom 2:25-3:8, Psalm 11:1-7, Prov 19:10-11
In this episode we unpack Romans 2:29 and explore what Paul means by a "circumcised heart." Using Deuteronomy, Ezekiel, and other Scriptures, we explain how true circumcision is a spiritual change produced by God’s Spirit, how to receive that heart-change, and what it looks like to seek praise from God rather than people.
Listen as we trace the biblical background, offer practical application for repentance and surrender, and pray for a heart transformed to follow Christ.
