- 0:05Speaker 1: Apogae Production. Welcome to the Sheep Risers Podcast. I'm Ashy
- 0:13Speaker 1: and I'm Tiana. This podcast is about female empowerment.
- 0:16Speaker 2: And encouraging you to be your biggest and boldest and
- 0:18Speaker 2: most authentic version of yourself.
- 0:20Speaker 1: We'd help you shed the shame, grow to a new level.
- 0:23Speaker 1: We're gonna laugh, cry, and talk about the topics everyone
- 0:26Speaker 1: else is too afraid to talk about.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Get ready for your next level of self.
- 0:32Speaker 1: I'm glad you didn't meet earlier, because we met exactly
- 0:34Speaker 1: when we were meant to me. Yeah, we did. The
- 0:36Speaker 1: universe was guiding us, you know. And that is good evidence.
- 0:40Speaker 1: And I hope even listening it gives you evidence and
- 0:43Speaker 1: trust that it's going to work out and you will
- 0:45Speaker 1: meet your people.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 0:46Speaker 1: And if people are falling off, it's happening for a
- 0:49Speaker 1: reason because you're not as aligned.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 0:51Speaker 1: And I know everyone's waiting to hear about my latest
- 0:54Speaker 1: friendship breakdown with my old podcast host. If you were
- 0:57Speaker 1: here hoping I'll say a bad word about here, You're
- 0:59Speaker 1: in the wrong place. It's not how I want to
- 1:01Speaker 1: show up. It's not what I ever want to do,
- 1:03Speaker 1: and it's not what I will do. I have so
- 1:04Speaker 1: much love for her and so much gratitude for her
- 1:08Speaker 1: and our journey and what we went through. But upon reflection,
- 1:11Speaker 1: now that we're not doing the podcast together and our
- 1:14Speaker 1: friendship has broken down, I can see that we were
- 1:16Speaker 1: not aligned in our growth in where I wanted the
- 1:20Speaker 1: podcast to go to where she was going in her
- 1:22Speaker 1: journey in her life, to what we value in life
- 1:26Speaker 1: was just very, very different. And it's not that one
- 1:29Speaker 1: is wrong or good or bad, and neither should be shamed,
- 1:33Speaker 1: but it wasn't aligned. You know, for example, wanting to
- 1:36Speaker 1: do events, that was something I always really wanted to do.
- 1:38Speaker 1: I wanted to expand this podcast, do little events, do
- 1:40Speaker 1: big events, and for her that felt like a lot,
- 1:43Speaker 1: felt like more pressure, it felt like more energy, more
- 1:46Speaker 1: time away from her family. It wasn't aligned for her.
- 1:49Speaker 1: So then I kind of pulled back and held back
- 1:51Speaker 1: from doing that. And now that we're doing this together
- 1:54Speaker 1: and I get spread my wings and you're just as
- 1:55Speaker 1: hungry for that. The alignments there were both after the
- 1:58Speaker 1: same thing, and that's really cool. So I love the
- 2:01Speaker 1: last two years I've had with her podcasting, and it
- 2:03Speaker 1: was beautiful and I will be forever grateful for that.
- 2:06Speaker 1: But that chapter did close, and instead of dwelling on that,
- 2:09Speaker 1: and yes, I've grieved that, and I've cried so many
- 2:11Speaker 1: fucking tears because I loved her so much and that
- 2:15Speaker 1: was really hard to go through publicly as well, and
- 2:17Speaker 1: also get to be excited about the next chapter and
- 2:20Speaker 1: how different that can look. And I hope anyone listening
- 2:23Speaker 1: that's going through that it's okay for chapters to close
- 2:26Speaker 1: and for you to open up a new one that's
- 2:28Speaker 1: more aligned, and you can meet yourself where you're at
- 2:30Speaker 1: right now, not who you were a year ago or
- 2:32Speaker 1: two years ago, and also find the people that can
- 2:35Speaker 1: meet you where you are right now. And if they
- 2:37Speaker 1: can't hold all of you, whether it is your anxious attachment,
- 2:40Speaker 1: or is your jealousy, or is your territorial or your
- 2:43Speaker 1: brightness or whatever it is, some people can't hold that.
- 2:46Speaker 1: It's not because they don't love you. They just might
- 2:48Speaker 1: not have the skills or the knowledge to do it.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Looking back my Tripod friendship, I was definitely very anxious
- 2:53Speaker 1: and they couldn't hold that, and I should never expect
- 2:55Speaker 1: them to either. But saying now with you, we've both
- 2:58Speaker 1: had moments. We understand attachment styles very well. We both
- 3:02Speaker 1: had moments where we'll call each other and be like, oh,
- 3:05Speaker 1: my anxious is just coming out. Can I just check
- 3:07Speaker 1: to something come.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Up with you?
- 3:08Speaker 1: Just then I'm like, oh my gosh, no girlfriend, Oh good, Okay,
- 3:10Speaker 1: it's just in my head. I did that yesterday, yeah,
- 3:12Speaker 1: and I did it last week. But it's because we
- 3:15Speaker 1: understand it. We know have the tools and the knowledge
- 3:17Speaker 1: to be able to hold someone with anxious attachment. I
- 3:19Speaker 1: have another girlfriend really close to me who's quite avoidant.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Five years ago, I would have taken that so fucking
- 3:25Speaker 1: personally that she's avoiding me. Now, when she goes into avoidant,
- 3:28Speaker 1: I know she needs her time and space to decompress,
- 3:31Speaker 1: and she will come back to me when she's ready
- 3:33Speaker 1: to talk. Yeah, and I don't pressure that anymore. Whereas
- 3:36Speaker 1: five years ago, I would have come in like an
- 3:38Speaker 1: anxious little puppy dog. Let's talk about it, let's sort
- 3:40Speaker 1: it out. Are you okay? What have I done? And
- 3:42Speaker 1: it would have pushed her away more so. Understanding the
- 3:45Speaker 1: attachment styles will really help your friendships and help yourself
- 3:49Speaker 1: self soothe through those moments.
- 3:51Speaker 2: There's actually a book that I would recommend. It's called Attached.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Oh you've told me to read this. I need to.
- 3:57Speaker 1: I'll have this and Pussy.
- 3:58Speaker 2: It's a really good book attached It will just help
- 4:00Speaker 2: you understand yourself, past experiences, how to navigate attachment styles
- 4:04Speaker 2: moving forward. It'll just be a really beautiful tool that
- 4:07Speaker 2: you can use in your everyday life. Also, Pussy really
- 4:09Speaker 2: good recommendation for a book. Totally off topic, but if
- 4:13Speaker 2: you feel disconnected from yourself, your pleasure, your body, your pussy,
- 4:16Speaker 2: and even the word pussy makes you squirm a little
- 4:18Speaker 2: bit when you hear me say it, really recommend it's
- 4:21Speaker 2: about a reclamation of connecting with yourself. Again, very powerful,
- 4:26Speaker 2: but something that I just wanted to add to what
- 4:28Speaker 2: you were saying actually around friendships, and I just wanted
- 4:31Speaker 2: to say two things can coexist at once. You can
- 4:33Speaker 2: be sad that a chapter has ended and also be
- 4:37Speaker 2: grateful for what has been. And I think and I
- 4:40Speaker 2: think it's really beautiful, you know, because it's what you've
- 4:43Speaker 2: been holding a lot lately, and not a lot of
- 4:45Speaker 2: people get to see this side of you, and you know,
- 4:48Speaker 2: you do such a beautiful job of making sure that
- 4:51Speaker 2: you're always taking into consideration everybody else's feelings and making
- 4:54Speaker 2: sure that you're not in any way putting anybody else
- 4:56Speaker 2: in harm's way. You can experience the pain of what
- 4:59Speaker 2: you're feeling in this friendship breakdown and also be grateful
- 5:02Speaker 2: for the time that you spend together and simultaneously be
- 5:06Speaker 2: grateful and excited for what's coming next. And I just
- 5:09Speaker 2: really wanted to voice that because I think.
- 5:12Speaker 1: A lot of people are thinking that I've just moved
- 5:14Speaker 1: on to another friendship and another podcast host. Yeah, so easily. Yeah,
- 5:19Speaker 1: And I would have said that it has not been easy.
- 5:21Speaker 1: It has been far from that.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:22Speaker 1: It's been tears and grieving and trying to figure out
- 5:26Speaker 1: a way to make it work and to keep everyone
- 5:28Speaker 1: happy and to move on and be excited whilst still
- 5:31Speaker 1: crying and you know, being really upset with how it
- 5:34Speaker 1: all went down, and also choosing to stay silent, you know,
- 5:39Speaker 1: because like you said, I don't want to bring this online.
- 5:42Speaker 1: This is something that I wanted to just communicate and
- 5:44Speaker 1: deal with behind closed doors. But it is really hard
- 5:47Speaker 1: to have a spotlight on you, that's for sure. Yeah.
- 5:49Speaker 2: And as well, it's like you've chosen to focus more
- 5:51Speaker 2: on what is coming than what's lost because of the
- 5:54Speaker 2: way that things kind of unfolded what has been the
- 5:58Speaker 2: previous podcast, the previous podcast host your previous friendship doesn't
- 6:02Speaker 2: take away no from our friend and that friendship and
- 6:07Speaker 2: dynamic and co hosting and all the things, doesn't take
- 6:10Speaker 2: away from what's here. And I just really wanted to
- 6:11Speaker 2: say that because there's been a couple of little comments
- 6:14Speaker 2: here and there are people questioning things, and I just
- 6:16Speaker 2: want to say, like, I'm not here to take someone's place.
- 6:18Speaker 2: I'm not here to replace anybody, Ashy and I an
- 6:20Speaker 2: here to replace anybody. We are creating something of our own,
- 6:24Speaker 2: and they had created something of their own. You guys
- 6:26Speaker 2: created something of your own as well, and I just
- 6:28Speaker 2: want to celebrate that for what has been and celebrate
- 6:31Speaker 2: what is coming as well, because it's just as important
- 6:34Speaker 2: each other of just as important as each other. And
- 6:37Speaker 2: I just our journey and it's grief, it's beautiful, it's
- 6:40Speaker 2: amazing everything gets to exist at once. And yeah, it's
- 6:44Speaker 2: holding all of the emotions of a friendship breakdown, a
- 6:48Speaker 2: new friendship, evolving, creating something for the future that's coming
- 6:52Speaker 2: as well, and holding all of it simultaneously. The duality
- 6:55Speaker 2: of emotion is fucking hard and.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Heavy, very hard and heavy.
- 6:59Speaker 2: You might be so happy over here in this one relationship,
- 7:02Speaker 2: but be devastated that something over here happened, and you
- 7:05Speaker 2: have to learn how to navigate all of it.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Yeah, it's been a lot to hold. I don't feel
- 7:09Speaker 1: like I realize it until I talk about it and
- 7:11Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, yeah, yeah, I've been talking about it
- 7:14Speaker 1: with my coach and with other friends and steve to
- 7:17Speaker 1: try and work through it. But sometimes you have to
- 7:19Speaker 1: bark it to the side because you have to get
- 7:20Speaker 1: on with being a mum and showing up. And it
- 7:22Speaker 1: also like you don't want to sit in it. It
- 7:26Speaker 1: feels really uncomfortable. You want to allow it to all
- 7:28Speaker 1: come up. But I just was so worried from past experience.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Is the grief of a friendship loss. I really drowned
- 7:35Speaker 1: in it.
- 7:35Speaker 2: Yeah, and it.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Really took away my joy for so long because I
- 7:39Speaker 1: was just so desperately wanting it to be what it
- 7:41Speaker 1: once was, you know. So it's yeah, it's hard to
- 7:44Speaker 1: close chapters. It really is.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it is. It's that grieving somebody who's not dead. Yeah,
- 7:50Speaker 2: it really does feel like that, whether it's a friendship
- 7:52Speaker 2: or a relationship.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Whether there's hurt or no hurt, like whatever the situation,
- 7:57Speaker 1: it's all valid and all really hard. Yeah. Yeah, So
- 8:00Speaker 1: we want to talk about this because our audience is
- 8:02Speaker 1: all females, and majority of you would have gone through
- 8:05Speaker 1: some kind of relationship breakdown, whether it's with your friends
- 8:08Speaker 1: or family or an intimate partner, and we could all
- 8:11Speaker 1: head in our heart say it is one of the
- 8:12Speaker 1: most difficult things you will go through in life.
- 8:15Speaker 2: I think I mentioned a little bit earlier where there
- 8:17Speaker 2: was some kind of like mean girl energy that I
- 8:19Speaker 2: kind of experienced. And there was actually a different experience
- 8:21Speaker 2: that I had recently where I experienced like this mean
- 8:25Speaker 2: girl energy in this new environment that I'd never been
- 8:28Speaker 2: in before, around people who were all like labeled conscious,
- 8:33Speaker 2: and it was just a really interesting experience. So I
- 8:37Speaker 2: went to this event and I was a guest speaker
- 8:40Speaker 2: at the event. I was asked by the owner of
- 8:42Speaker 2: the event to be a public speaker and to contribute
- 8:45Speaker 2: to her business summit event. And there were a multitude
- 8:49Speaker 2: of other different speakers there, predominantly male. I think there
- 8:51Speaker 2: was only a couple of other women. I had never
- 8:54Speaker 2: really met this woman either, so I hadn't met her,
- 8:56Speaker 2: only spoken through social media, and you know, it was
- 8:59Speaker 2: all good and well leading up to the event, but
- 9:01Speaker 2: what I noticed once I actually got there, I felt
- 9:05Speaker 2: a little bit excluded, like a bit of an outcast.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:09Speaker 2: I felt there was this other woman who was an
- 9:11Speaker 2: events manager there, her and the owner of the actual event.
- 9:15Speaker 2: It was almost like these little, passive, aggressive, kind of
- 9:19Speaker 2: little digs at being a princess and doing all these things.
- 9:22Speaker 2: And in my head, I was like, oh, well, I'm
- 9:24Speaker 2: wearing a very feminine dress and I've got my hair curled.
- 9:27Speaker 2: I'm not in a suit like what women normally would
- 9:30Speaker 2: when they go to a business summit. And I was like, no,
- 9:32Speaker 2: I feel like I'm in my feminine error. I want
- 9:34Speaker 2: to feel feminine, you know, when I'm upstage speaking about
- 9:37Speaker 2: my story, and yeah, I just felt like they were
- 9:41Speaker 2: all these little digs and things like that. And I
- 9:43Speaker 2: noticed once I actually got off stage, the owner of
- 9:45Speaker 2: the event was so short with me, so short, so
- 9:50Speaker 2: blunt didn't have a bar of it. I was so
- 9:52Speaker 2: genuinely trying to make conversation with her, and she just
- 9:55Speaker 2: wouldn't have a bar of it. And I just had
- 9:57Speaker 2: the worst taste in my mouth. And I remember thinking
- 10:00Speaker 2: this was before i'd even gotten on stage. I was like, oh,
- 10:03Speaker 2: I feel really uncomfortab will hear I can feel projections,
- 10:06Speaker 2: I can feel that they're having a process in their
- 10:08Speaker 2: head while they're talking to me and looking at me
- 10:10Speaker 2: like you know that day and so people get and
- 10:13Speaker 2: I just remember thinking, Wow, what a way to make
- 10:15Speaker 2: somebody feel so uncomfortable before they go on stage.
- 10:17Speaker 1: You're already so nervous.
- 10:19Speaker 2: I'm really grateful that I could hold it. Like I
- 10:21Speaker 2: was like, all right, I'm going to compartmentalize and want
- 10:23Speaker 2: to park that for a second. I need to focus
- 10:25Speaker 2: on what I'm going to share, what I can provide,
- 10:27Speaker 2: the value that I can offer for the audience who
- 10:29Speaker 2: have come here and paid to listen to this. And yeah,
- 10:32Speaker 2: it was a really disappointing experience. And I was just like,
- 10:36Speaker 2: oh my god, I just don't fit in here. And
- 10:39Speaker 2: I'm really grateful for that, Like I'm grateful for my
- 10:41Speaker 2: awareness of that and also being able to see these
- 10:43Speaker 2: things in other people. But I just remember thinking like,
- 10:46Speaker 2: this is a conscious community, people who claim their XYZ
- 10:49Speaker 2: and I just didn't get any of that. And yeah,
- 10:52Speaker 2: it was a really unfortunate experience because it really left
- 10:55Speaker 2: a bad taste in my mouth, and it also makes
- 10:57Speaker 2: me compassionate to people who do judge the coaching industry,
- 11:01Speaker 2: Like I'm a part of the coaching industry, and sometimes
- 11:04Speaker 2: I'm like, I don't want to be yeah, you know,
- 11:06Speaker 2: because I see the judgment and I understand why because
- 11:09Speaker 2: people can kind of like, you know, be on their
- 11:10Speaker 2: high horse and kind of you know, claim that there's
- 11:13Speaker 2: something but behind closed doors be doing something different. And
- 11:16Speaker 2: that was what I felt. It was like these women
- 11:18Speaker 2: were claiming that they were big coaches in the industry
- 11:20Speaker 2: and projecting onto me, you know, at an event, and
- 11:24Speaker 2: all the insecurities and stuff came up.
- 11:26Speaker 1: And don't get me wrong, everyone.
- 11:28Speaker 2: Is human, I get that for sure, but it wasn't
- 11:30Speaker 2: what I expected for women who were selling high ticket
- 11:33Speaker 2: stuff like what they're selling.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Teach women how not to do this stuff, you know.
- 11:37Speaker 2: It was very Yeah, it was a disappointing experience for sure.
- 11:42Speaker 1: I think we can all relate to being in an
- 11:43Speaker 1: environment where we've felt that mango energy. There hasn't been many,
- 11:47Speaker 1: but I remember years and years ago I went to
- 11:49Speaker 1: a big event. I won't say the brand, and I'm
- 11:52Speaker 1: going by myself, which is really no wracking, but they
- 11:55Speaker 1: were all a lot bigger than what I was in
- 11:57Speaker 1: the influencing world, and I just remember trying to sparkle
- 12:00Speaker 1: conversation with all of them, and it's like they were
- 12:03Speaker 1: just too cool. They just didn't want to bar of me,
- 12:05Speaker 1: and it's really hard to make conversation. There was another
- 12:08Speaker 1: girl there as well. We ended up clicking, and she
- 12:10Speaker 1: felt exactly the same. They were very clique and it's
- 12:13Speaker 1: just the same thing and puts such a bad taste
- 12:14Speaker 1: in my mouth. And I just thought, oh, and it's
- 12:17Speaker 1: a compliment I get quite often as Oh, you're so
- 12:19Speaker 1: kind and you applied to it all your dms and
- 12:21Speaker 1: you're just as you are online. It's why would I
- 12:23Speaker 1: not be? Yeah, why does having a following or being
- 12:26Speaker 1: Instagram famous, like YouTube famous or TikTok famous make you
- 12:29Speaker 1: any better than anyone else. It doesn't. We should be
- 12:32Speaker 1: treating every single person with kindness and respect, regardless of
- 12:35Speaker 1: who you are, or how far you've come or how
- 12:37Speaker 1: much money you've made. You can still be nice. Yeah,
- 12:40Speaker 1: you can still have a conversation.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Comes down to personal values. Yeah, those things people say often,
- 12:45Speaker 2: those things only exacerbate traits of you that are already there. True,
- 12:49Speaker 2: you know, so it's like maybe you know, you just
- 12:52Speaker 2: come to learn who people really are when they do
- 12:54Speaker 2: experience these things. Yeah, it's like they see those traits
- 12:57Speaker 2: of themselves are exacerbated, they come out stronger. You know,
- 13:01Speaker 2: what was already under the surface is kind of there
- 13:03Speaker 2: to see now that you have a platform. So like
- 13:06Speaker 2: it's not good or bad, wrong, whatever, it just is.
- 13:09Speaker 1: This is an observation. I think most of us have
- 13:11Speaker 1: experienced that. But it's also why I think I got
- 13:14Speaker 1: into being a personal trainer for women as I never
- 13:16Speaker 1: wanted anyone to feel alone because I felt like that
- 13:18Speaker 1: growing up, where it's being left out or different groups
- 13:21Speaker 1: or clickiness. And it's also why we want to do
- 13:24Speaker 1: these smaller intimate events. Anyone that's had push trauma with
- 13:27Speaker 1: friendships or sisterhood wounds give you evidence that it doesn't
- 13:31Speaker 1: have to be like that, and women can meet you
- 13:33Speaker 1: where you're at, and they can hold all of you
- 13:35Speaker 1: and they can love all of you. And that's a
- 13:37Speaker 1: big goal of ours this year is to actually bring
- 13:39Speaker 1: that together. And everyone who's listening to this podcast, we
- 13:42Speaker 1: trust and believe that you're on the same vibration as us,
- 13:45Speaker 1: and you're wanting the same things as us. That's so
- 13:47Speaker 1: freaking cool to be in a room full of women
- 13:49Speaker 1: who all matching that you can only thrive and grow
- 13:52Speaker 1: and sparkle ten times brighter when you're in that room.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Yeah, and as well, Like I just wanted to speak
- 13:58Speaker 2: too quickly. The women who maybe you feel like you
- 14:01Speaker 2: really want to fit in and you end up making
- 14:04Speaker 2: friends with girl kind of group, and then you maybe
- 14:07Speaker 2: even think that you need to become the mean girl
- 14:09Speaker 2: because you think that that's what you need to do
- 14:11Speaker 2: in order to fit in. I just want you to know,
- 14:13Speaker 2: like you never need to abandon yourself to fit in
- 14:16Speaker 2: a place that you don't fit, you know, because I
- 14:18Speaker 2: know that there can be a lot of pressure when
- 14:20Speaker 2: it comes to fitting in that you know, maybe there's
- 14:22Speaker 2: a cool girl group or women who behave a certain
- 14:24Speaker 2: way and you're like, oh, do I need to be
- 14:25Speaker 2: like them in order to be accepted? But the truth
- 14:28Speaker 2: of the matter is if you feel that way, they're
- 14:31Speaker 2: not your people.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Yes, so true, you know.
- 14:33Speaker 2: So it's like, just know the people you spend time
- 14:36Speaker 2: with will influence you, whether it's towards the person you
- 14:39Speaker 2: want to be or away from the person you want
- 14:41Speaker 2: to be. So just remember that because there will always
- 14:44Speaker 2: be environments like what we're trying to create, places where
- 14:48Speaker 2: you can come, where you can be all of who
- 14:50Speaker 2: you are, Be the softer version of you, be the
- 14:53Speaker 2: more brady version of you. Whatever it is that you are,
- 14:56Speaker 2: and whatever your flavor is. You get to be accepted
- 14:59Speaker 2: within this place without molding into something that you're not.
- 15:02Speaker 1: I love that because.
- 15:03Speaker 2: That's what this is about. It's really about finding your
- 15:06Speaker 2: people and being willing to take off the masks. Yes,
- 15:10Speaker 2: but I think that's a lot of what we want
- 15:12Speaker 2: to include into these events is actually giving you permission
- 15:16Speaker 2: to be the vibe that you want to attract in,
- 15:18Speaker 2: you know, being that first and foremost before you attract
- 15:22Speaker 2: the people that you want, instead of the opposite way around.
- 15:25Speaker 2: Because we tend to do that, We're like, how do
- 15:27Speaker 2: I find the people and then I'll become the person
- 15:29Speaker 2: I want to be? But it's actually the opposite way around.
- 15:31Speaker 1: It's such a good way to put it.
- 15:32Speaker 2: It's the opposite way around. We're doing it backwards. We
- 15:35Speaker 2: have to look within ourselves and go, what is it
- 15:39Speaker 2: that I am being right now that I'm attracting the
- 15:40Speaker 2: people I'm attracting. How can I become the version I
- 15:44Speaker 2: want to be person I'm proud of, and then that
- 15:47Speaker 2: would be the energetic match for the people I want
- 15:49Speaker 2: and desire to call in, Like, who would I have
- 15:52Speaker 2: to be for that type of person to want to
- 15:54Speaker 2: be friends with me? Yes, And it's true, not about
- 15:58Speaker 2: changing who you are at your core. It's not about that.
- 16:00Speaker 2: It's just about being the best version of you that
- 16:03Speaker 2: you can be with the freedom to be all of
- 16:06Speaker 2: who you are and know that when you are that
- 16:10Speaker 2: they can find you. And it happens every time.
