Transcript
- 0:05SPEAKER_00: Hello, welcome into Hey Hannah.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: Happy Thursday, everyone.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: I'm saying happy Thursday because I know I'm not going to be able to get this episode out by Wednesday.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: So thank you for your patience already.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: But we had to rock and roll a little differently this week.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: I'm coming back from our quick trip home to Florida.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: It was so fun.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: Just so nice to be in the place you grew up with your baby.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: I can't explain it.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: I really, I just can't explain it.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: It's the greatest thing.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: The flight there was Andy's first flight ever.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: We got delayed twice, but we survived.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: It was really great.
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: I mean, she did way better than I thought she would do.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: Where do I even begin?
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: And thank you so much for everyone's sweet messages.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: I got so many cute messages about people checking in, how the flight went.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: I love you guys so much.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: It was great.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: Like she really did so well.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: And I'm so proud of her.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: That being said, yeah, we got delayed twice.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: We had a layover in Atlanta.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: So flying out of Madison delayed a little bit, which was fine.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: But that thing happened where I didn't know this before becoming a mom.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: But essentially, what you want to do is make sure the baby is nursing or eating, like drinking from the bottle or your boob during takeoff and during landing.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: That's what helps the pressure on their ears.
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: So if you hear a baby crying, it's because they're not drinking, like they're not taking a bottle.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: They're not doing the thing that the mom is really trying so desperately to get them to do.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: And it's causing pain.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: Cause this happened to us at one point.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: So now every time I hear a baby crying, I'm like, oh my God, mom, I'm so sorry.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: You know, the mom is over there trying so freaking hard to be like, take this bottle, take the bottle.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: It'll help you.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: So I had timed it up perfectly to where she really needed to eat the minute we got on the plane.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: But then because we were delayed, I like didn't know what to do.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: I there was no option but to just have her eat a little bit and then hope to God she would eat again during takeoff.
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: And luckily she did.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: So the first flight was great.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: Got to Atlanta.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: We stopped and took a little photo with the pilot who was truly just like, okay, when I asked for it.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: It was so funny.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: He just like could not give a rip.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: But whatever.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: Had to do it for the memes.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: Luckily, the flight attendants were so sweet and they made sure that we did it.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: I asked one of them and they were so like rah-rah about it.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: They're like, yay! Giving her her first little like clip on wings or whatever the heck.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: It was very sweet.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: The flight attendants made it a cute moment.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: The pilot, though, was just like, okay.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: He was like, they don't pay me enough for this, you know?
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: Anyways, it has a sweet memory.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: We got a video, all that, whatever.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, then we're in Atlanta and I was hangry.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: And it's because you're nursing nonstop.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: Like you basically want the baby to sleep the entire flight.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: So she's just like on my boob the whole first flight.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: By the time I get to Atlanta, I'm so hungry, I'm cross-eyed.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: But then I didn't take into account how impossible it is to find food when you already follow a gluten-free diet because I have a gluten intolerance.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: It's not an allergy, it's just an intolerance.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: So, like sometimes I'm like, screw it, give me the gluten.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: I'm so freaking hungry.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: I was willing to do that in this moment, but I'm also now dairy-free, thanks to my sweet baby, who has a serious intolerance to dairy.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: So I don't eat it because I'm nursing.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: Okay, so knowing all that, it was impossible to find food.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: We did the thing where we went straight to the gate, and then once we got to our gate, I couldn't find anything in the entire string.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: You know where you go to like your wing, like your side of food, and you take your time daily dallying on your side.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: And then every once in a while, you have enough time to like cross over to the other wing of the airport.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: That's what I was doing.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: I was going back and forth.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: I could not find anything.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: I even went to like a jumba juice and they only had whey protein.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: I was like, oh my God.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: I sound so silly, but I it was one of those moments where like I had a bit of a temper tantrum.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: And luckily, Peter went and found like some beef jerky and some weird bar, and we called it a day.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: I was just desperate.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: And it it all happened because we went to Starbucks.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: And I always think if all else fails in life, you get those like egg white bites from Starbucks.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: They are so delicious, and the macros are pretty good in them.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: Whatever.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: I don't even follow macros.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: I don't know why I said that, but you know what I mean.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: It's like healthy protein-based snack.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: So I normally get those.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: I ate them up the wooz off from my pregnancy.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: I literally would get them like every two days.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: I was addicted.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: So we get in line and I'm like, oh, I'm gonna get one of those egg white bites.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: It doesn't say cheese on the menu.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh, I think it's dairy-free.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: We order, each of us ordered two of them, two packs of them.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: After we order them, I'm like, let me just look it up to be safe.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: Oh my God.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: The second ingredient it's egg whites and cottage cheese.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, freaking A, I can't eat them.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: So Peter ate four packs like a trooper.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: And then went to go get me some random concoction of like, you know, probably$27 worth of snacks, probably even more than that, probably$40 worth of snacks for me to just feel a little bit satiated for the next flight.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: Anyways, next flight was a little delayed, totally fine.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: She wakes up halfway in the flight, but she's fine.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: She's just like smiling at everyone.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: And I will say, nine times out of 10, the people you fly with when you have a baby are so delightful.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: They're so sweet.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: But there was one man, and it was when we were boarding for the second flight.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: Andy was done.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: She was over me.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: She wanted to eat and go to bed.
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: I was prolonging this eating, going to bed regimen because I wanted it to happen on the plane.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: Duh.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: So she's crying during boarding, and everybody's looking at me, and I'm just taking laps.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: I'm like, it's okay.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: I'm not crazy.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: We're crying an hour now.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: And you know, when you go in the little like tube thing, we're in the tube.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: So her cry is echoing.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: And I'm just like, I get me out of here.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: I can't, I can't be in here because the tube is echoing.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: Like, I need to exit.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: So I'm trying to go backwards.
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: Meanwhile, this one gentleman, and he is I hate that I'm giving him light because he was truly the only person to say something negative.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: He comes in and he he's right behind me and he goes, Oh, a frickin' baby.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: I'm editing him.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: He was definitely using some curse words.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: He was like, Oh, a frickin' baby.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: Are you freaking kidding me?
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: Frick me.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: Peter turns around, gives him like a really solid thumbs up, which I thought was so funny.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: That was the point where I was like, okay, get me out of this tube, get me back to the bane concourse.
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: I was like, please let me back out of here, and I promise I will board the plane again.
- 7:00SPEAKER_00: I just like my baby needs to breathe for a second.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: Anyways, so that was just like a blip on the radar.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: I wait till everyone's boarded, everyone's sat, then I boogie down the plane.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: And of course, it's so funny.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: As I'm walking down, that one gentleman who was not kind is like, oh, there she is.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: She's so cute, talking about my baby.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, sir, you know you were being a douche kebab, okay?
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: That's why you now feel guilty.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: I see right through you.
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: So you're trying to make up for it by saying she's cute now.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: And I don't buy it.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: Leave me alone.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: But I was like, ha ha ha, thank you, so that flight was fine.
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: By the time we landed in West Palm, it was like eight o'clock.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: We were so done.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: We put Andy in this Duna car seat because my mom has a Duna that has been passed down from one of my cousins to my best friend, both of which never used it.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: It sat in their garage.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: We made sure it wasn't expired, all of the stuff.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: My mom read all the reports, watched the YouTube videos, installed it, had it checked, good to go, you would think, right?
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: We get to the car, Andy's so excited, she's happy, we put her in the car seat.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: Suddenly, we can't get the car seat to buckle because it's like a little stuck.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: We're sitting there for probably 30 minutes, and that at this point, Andy had lost her dang mind.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: Rightfully so.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: Like this was just the end of the night.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: We're pushing like 8:30 at this point, and we were supposed to get in at like 5 p.m.
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: And she's just losing her mind.
- 8:35SPEAKER_00: We can't get this thing to buckle.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: We rip the whole thing out of the car, redo it all, try to put it back, throw the base in the back because we're like, we don't need the freaking base.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: We're watching YouTube videos.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: The guy at the Palm Beach Airport is telling us we can't stay there.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: And we're like, sir, please, where are we supposed to go?
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: We can't buckle our baby.
- 8:54SPEAKER_00: So we eventually got home.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: Everything was fine.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: She did cry the entire time back to Jupiter, but you know what?
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: We'll give her that.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: It was totally okay.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: She had a long day.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: So, for all intents and purposes, it was a great travel day.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: She really did well.
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: I know I say she was losing it at the end, but that's okay.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: She deserves to be losing it at the end.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: We had a great trip to Florida.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: It was really great for her to meet all of her little cousins there.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: She has cousins here in Wisconsin, but they are a bit older, whereas the ones in Florida are all around her age.
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: Like they're all under, I think the oldest one is six, and there's like 10 of them.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: So they're all toddlers and like little kids running around, and they love having a little baby.
- 9:37SPEAKER_00: They're so used to it.
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: So it was very sweet to see them all meet and just have them, you know, spend some good old quality time together.
- 9:46SPEAKER_00: Andy was exhausted every day.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: Every day we were just exposing her to new people and she's smiling and giggling.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: And then every day she slept like a freaking baby, which was wonderful.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: We loved that.
- 9:57SPEAKER_00: Um, and then the flight back was easy breezy.
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: She was just great on the flight.
- 10:00SPEAKER_00: I know you guys are supposed to be talking about this, but I have to say, we sat on the way back to Wisconsin.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: We sat on a small plane that was connected to like the Auburn women's volleyball team.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: And I just have to shout them out because they were so incredibly sweet.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: They were playing with her the whole time, taking pictures of her and giggling at her.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: And she was just like standing there smiling, looking behind me and giggling at them.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: And it that was like the best thing.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: So if you're on a flight and you're kind to not only the mom, but you giggle with the baby, just know it goes a long way.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: Like we love it.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: We really love it.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: I didn't get those girls' names, but they knew Andy's name and they were so sweet.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: So there's no chance they're listening to this, but you never know.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: I just want to say thank you to them.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: Outside of that, I did get a quick little morning in the ocean, which was great for Andy.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: She didn't love it.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: The sand confused her.
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: The ocean was a little cold, but she loved the sound.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: She like fell asleep on my mom's lap immediately being there, which was very sweet.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: But she was a big fan of the pool, which was nice to see.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: We brought her out to the pool and she had the cutest little outfit on.
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: I knew that having a girl would mean putting her in all these like super cute, dainty outfits all the time.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: But most of the time, I don't even do that.
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: I put her in the one that's most convenient.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: But the cutest possible thing is the bathing suit.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: Like a little girl in a little bathing suit is just, you can't not smile.
- 11:31SPEAKER_00: You can't not giggle at it.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: It is so sweet to see.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: So we had two little swimsuits for her, and it was really fun to see her kicking by the pool and just taking it all in.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: And just like that, August is over.
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: I really can't believe it.
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: I wanted to do a quick episode talking about something totally different than what I normally do.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: You guys know I am a little obsessed with television.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: Not only did I work in television for over a decade on all sides of it, in sports, production, on camera, etc.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: I have a serious love of TV, period.
- 12:06SPEAKER_00: This was actually funny when I met Peter.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: He was like, I don't really watch TV.
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: And I was like, ooh, red flag.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: I love watching TV.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: I really do.
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: I have no qualms about saying that.
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: I think there's so much good TV out there.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: It's crazy to just like not enjoy some of it, you know?
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: I have, by the way, educated Peter on some good TV.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: I feel like I've gotten him into a little bit of good TV.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: Now, have I also exposed him to really bad TV?
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: Of course.
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: That's my duty as a wife.
- 12:34SPEAKER_00: I have to show him, hey, this is what I watch to turn my brain off, and you cannot judge me.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: So, with that being said, I'm acting like a crazy person.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: I wanted to do a different episode where I talk about all of the TV shows that are coming out this month and this fall.
- 12:51SPEAKER_00: It's the first week of September, and when I tell you the lineup is serious, there is some jam-pack scheduling happening here just in the month of September alone.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: And one of the main reasons I wanted to talk about this was because when I was in Jupiter, I was obviously hanging out with my family, but my best girlfriends all came over the first free night.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: And we're sitting around catching up.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: I found that we kept going back to what we're watching coming up because there's so much stuff on the docket.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: I was like, okay, okay, I need to know what everyone's gonna watch and what we're tuning into collectively so I know what we can discuss as a group, you know?
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: It's like a book club, but they don't do TV clubs.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: So I'm here to talk about what should be considered for our TV club, okay?
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: Fall TV is back and we just have a solid lineup.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: Obviously, we know football is back because we've got our Sunday, Mondays, and Thursdays taken care of.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: Bravo is also filling back up.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: And then we have our typical like ABC lineups, plus a few new shows that I feel like we need to talk about.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: And I have a long list of shows I'm gonna go through.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: And I put together a list of things that are must-watch for me.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: And you might be like, Hannah, what?
- 14:04SPEAKER_00: This list is really weird.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: But these are the shows that I would consider must-watch this next month alone.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: Okay, and the first one, Chad Powers.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: Hear me out.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: If you guys have not watched the show, it is with Glenn Powell, and it is sort of the Ted Lasso of Hulu.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: You could tell everybody's been trying to do one of these like sports comedies.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: Hulu nailed it.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: They did season one with Chad Powers a few years back, and I'm so relieved that the new season is finally coming out.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: Season two drops this Thursday.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: So hopefully, when you're listening to this, it's all about this disgraced quarterback who he had a million chances to get it right, and he never did.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: He was like a party guy, and he just looks like your typical super cocky former NFL player.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: And he's a household name.
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: So, like in public, everybody knows who he is.
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: Everybody wants to take a picture with him.
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: Everybody says he stunk it up in the NFL, that kind of thing.
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: And the whole premise of the first season is him going undercover to try to make a bit of a comeback as a completely different person because he's so sick of people making fun of his career.
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: But it's fun because it is so goofy and so extremely unserious.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: It's like that underdog sports story, and it's funny because the main guy is a bit of an asshole.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: Like he's not someone that is so likable, but you're like weirdly rooting for him the entire time.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: Like you really like him.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: I love this one because I think it's really hard to find a TV show where Peter and I can watch together.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: And we both were like laughing out loud at this whole first season.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: We watched it in full.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: So the good news is that all six episodes drop on September 3rd for season two.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: Oh, also, it requires like very little emotionally, which you know is what I'm looking for as a postpartum mom.
- 15:54SPEAKER_00: So if you want to just laugh a little bit at some silly sports comedy, this is perfect for you.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: Again, it's on Hulu.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: Okay, next one.
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: This is a new one, and I know everybody's talking about it.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: Earl Meets World.
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: This is Alex Earl's reality docuseries, docusoap, whatever you want to call it.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: This one comes out September 4th on Friday on Netflix.
- 16:18SPEAKER_00: This is all about Alex Earl giving people, you know, like an unfiltered look at her life beyond TikTok.
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: And I know we're getting her sister Ashton in this, who she has a good relationship with.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: But Alex Earl infamously has like a complicated, blended family.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: So I'm sure this is gonna be a ton about her career and her new beauty line, all of her relationships.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: But I think this is gonna be a little bit of like escapism, you know, like an extended get ready with me with like a ton of family drama.
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: I think the interesting part about the show will be like a peek into the influencer world.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: Because obviously everybody does the here's a look at my life, here's what I'm doing, here's my vlog.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: But actually having people vlog it real time reminds me of like the early days of Kardashians, where you're getting like a real look at some of the jankiness of it all.
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: You can tell what's made up and what's not.
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: And I'm excited to see that happen with someone who's made it so big time, someone who's been so successful as an influencer.
- 17:24SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: A lot of times these shows go to people who are on the come up, like the Nader sisters, Love Thy Nader.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: They're so fun to watch, but they're not as famous as Alex Earl.
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: And they didn't come up as just being a strict influencer.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: So I'm interested to see how the lens on the influencer world really looks.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: I expect this whole thing to be like a little messy and like a little glossy.
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: Oh, also, I want to know how much she gets into the drama with Alex Cooper.
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: I feel like she's not gonna talk about it a ton, but I would love her to just dabble a teeny bit.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: Like give us a little bit of information on why you had a falling out with Mrs.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: Cooper.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: I could probably guess why.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: And this is so silly, and I really don't care about this at all.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: But I did work with Alex Cooper on a TV show that I don't even know what to say.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: I can't even say anything about it.
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: I don't want to say anything about it, but I did work with Alex Cooper, and all I'm gonna say is I'm very much team Alex Earl.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: And that's it.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: That's all I'm gonna say about that.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: I would just be interested to see what Alex Earl has to say.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: Okay, next one, sticking with the reality TV vibes.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: September 8th, next Tuesday, they're bringing back the Real Housewives of New York City.
- 18:46SPEAKER_00: And oh my gosh, if you guys listen to the podcast regularly, you know that I've been re-watching old episodes of Real Housewives of New York.
- 18:53SPEAKER_00: Just because it's the perfect cozy thing to watch.
- 18:56SPEAKER_00: Nothing, nothing beats old-time Durinda Medley getting introduced to Bethany Frankel, Carol Radswell coming up with the name Bluestone Manor, Sonia Morgan trying to make her fashion international lifestyle brand, uh, Ramona just coming into her singlehood.
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: Like there is an era of Housewives that belongs in the Hall of Fame, and that's that's it.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: But unbeknownst to me, I was watching these old episodes of Real Housewives of New York, not knowing that Carol Radswell was on a comeback tour.
- 19:35SPEAKER_00: So Carol Radswell is returning to Bravo in the new Real Housewives of New York City season.
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: This is season 16.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: And if you're like, I don't know if I can keep up with all of the New York stuff, I get it.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: It's very confusing.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: We have an old cast that they eliminated everyone, and then they brought in this whole new cast, which they aired for like three seasons and it didn't do so hot.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: There are only a few girls returning.
- 20:01SPEAKER_00: Those girls are Erin, Jessel, and Cy.
- 20:03SPEAKER_00: Those are the only three women returning from the new New York cast.
- 20:09SPEAKER_00: They're bringing back some newcomers.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna read these names because I don't know them off the top of my head.
- 20:13SPEAKER_00: It's Hayley Glassman, Erica Hammond, and Daisy Toy.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: And then they're also bringing back one of the OGs, Carol Raswell.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: The reason why this is must-watch television is because Carol has never been the leader.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: Her season was always airing when these other women were like clearly the main entertainers, like Ramona and Sonia and Bethany and Luann.
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: So for Carol to come back is really interesting, also because there's a lot of stuff with her in the Epstein Files.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: I think her name was on one of those lists or something.
- 20:45SPEAKER_00: And she used to be married to John F.
- 20:47SPEAKER_00: Kennedy Jr.'s best friend.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: Like she has a very interesting life.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: So I'm eager to see how this sort of develops with the old girls and these three new girls.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: The vibe that was really missing with New York is, and this sounds silly, but the whole reason why the real housewives did well is because these people were rich.
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: Like I'm currently sitting in Wisconsin in my in-laws basement because we're staying here for a little bit, and my baby's down for a nap, and I want to watch the Housewives.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: What do I want to see?
- 21:21SPEAKER_00: I want to see the glitz and glam that is not my reality right now.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: That's what makes it so fun.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: Like, truly.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: And when it first came out, it was this sort of like unobtainable life.
- 21:29SPEAKER_00: Nobody could be as glamorous as they were.
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: And Beverly Hills has still done that very well.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: But New York has sort of fallen off from it.
- 21:37SPEAKER_00: I'm really hoping these women bring the sort of like New York bang that we need.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: I need the aspirational New York glamour.
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: I need the expensive outfits and the ridiculous dinner parties and all of that.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: I am sad they're not bringing back Uba, though.
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: She was one of my favorites.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: I thought she was so.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Funny.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: So funny.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: But that's okay.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: Moving on.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: Sticking with reality TV.
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: I'm so sorry if you don't like reality TV.
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: I can't relate to you.
- 22:09SPEAKER_00: Next week, we're also getting an entirely new season of Secret Lives of More Midwives.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: This one's on Hulu.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: I think it's only five episodes, and they all drop on September 10th.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: We know that that show has always been a bingeable show.
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: The funny part about this one is that the setting is supposed to be Taylor returning from The Bachelorette, but it's really just her returning from all this unfinished business.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: So we will see the fallout from her sort of public nightmare that she's been living in.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: Whitney is going to Broadway, and then the rest of the mom talk deals with all of the backlash that they've been facing.
- 22:48SPEAKER_00: The show is just extremely bingeable.
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: I can't explain it.
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: It took me a while to get into the show, only because coming from Bravo Land, I think that everybody is funny in reality TV.
- 23:03SPEAKER_00: You know, I was raised on the Kardashians.
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: Like I always thought they were so freaking funny, without trying to be.
- 23:09SPEAKER_00: And they also happen to be gorgeous, and it was fun to watch their outfits and you know see them sort of rise to fame.
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: The mom talk stuff doesn't have the same appeal.
- 23:19SPEAKER_00: Like they're not funny at all.
- 23:20SPEAKER_00: And they all are so beautiful and they all look very similar.
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: When I first watched it, I was getting them all confused.
- 23:26SPEAKER_00: So I was like, who is this person and who's that person?
- 23:29SPEAKER_00: Whereas now I've realized this is just a different ballgame.
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: The reason I love watching them now is because as a new mom, I don't think that we ever saw reality TV with these beautiful, well-to-do moms who were also in the middle of nursing.
- 23:45SPEAKER_00: It's these women who are in postpartum but are also on one of the biggest TV shows in the whole in the world.
- 23:51SPEAKER_00: Or someone who had a miscarriage and is also on the biggest TV in the world.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: Like that era of television where it's just authentic motherhood, and the women are also so put together.
- 24:06SPEAKER_00: I don't know if it's really ever happened.
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: That's one of the reasons why I love watching it.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: It just feels like the moments of motherhood that you see are really real.
- 24:16SPEAKER_00: That being said, I do wish the women were funnier.
- 24:18SPEAKER_00: They're not at all.
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: It's sort of everyone's just like a mess and it's very chaotic.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: There's always marriage issues and just like a ton of matching athleisure.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
- 24:31SPEAKER_00: Everyone is insanely put together on that show.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: It's baffling.
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: But it's only five episodes.
- 24:37SPEAKER_00: So, like, if you need something to binge for the weekend, let it be the secret lives of Mormon Wives.
- 24:43SPEAKER_00: Okay, I'm moving along here.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: I'm telling you guys, there's so much.
- 24:47SPEAKER_00: The next one is Dancing with the Stars.
- 24:49SPEAKER_00: We have a two-night premiere for this.
- 24:51SPEAKER_00: This is next Tuesday and Wednesday.
- 24:53SPEAKER_00: And then it's on every Tuesday.
- 24:56SPEAKER_00: I used to think it was Mondays.
- 24:57SPEAKER_00: I don't know when that switched, but it's on every Tuesday.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: And obviously, this is on ABC, Disney Plus, the next day on Hulu.
- 25:06SPEAKER_00: I watched this show for so many years now.
- 25:09SPEAKER_00: It's just one of those like really silly, mindless shows to watch.
- 25:11SPEAKER_00: You could sort of like have it on while you're cooking dinner.
- 25:16SPEAKER_00: And the whole family can have it on.
- 25:18SPEAKER_00: Right now we're still staying at Peter's parents' house, and that is the perfect show to just like have on in the background while everyone's just decompressing from the day.
- 25:27SPEAKER_00: Everyone has different opinions on who they like.
- 25:30SPEAKER_00: It's fun to hear a little bit of their backstories.
- 25:32SPEAKER_00: I always think it makes these celebrities more likable.
- 25:34SPEAKER_00: But funny enough, I think this morning was when it was announced who's on the show.
- 25:38SPEAKER_00: And I have to say, I don't, I don't know like anyone.
- 25:42SPEAKER_00: There's only a handful of people that I really know.
- 25:44SPEAKER_00: And obviously that list includes Jenna Jawan, which, by the way, so unfair.
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
- 25:53SPEAKER_00: If she doesn't win, like what planet are we on?
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: She's the world's greatest dancer.
- 25:58SPEAKER_00: If anyone doesn't know who I'm talking about, she's the girl from Step Up.
- 26:01SPEAKER_00: She changed my life, like, truly.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: Tranting Tatum also changed my life.
- 26:05SPEAKER_00: Like, but that movie is engraved in my DNA.
- 26:09SPEAKER_00: I watched it a thousand times as a kid.
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: So her being on the show, like, hello, she's gonna win.
- 26:16SPEAKER_00: Also, Julia Stiles, another millennial queen, also known as the dancer, the ballerina who made it in her hip-hop audition during Say the Last Dance.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: Never forget.
- 26:31SPEAKER_00: Okay, so Jenna Duan, Julia Styles, both great dancers, we know.
- 26:34SPEAKER_00: Uh, I mean, I think.
- 26:36SPEAKER_00: Sierra Miller, that's a great one.
- 26:38SPEAKER_00: We knew that was gonna be on her comeback tour.
- 26:41SPEAKER_00: Mora Higgins, we also knew that one was coming because she's just like so beautiful and got an extra rise to fame after her trader stint.
- 26:52SPEAKER_00: Tyler Cameron, love that for him.
- 26:54SPEAKER_00: I know he just got engaged.
- 26:56SPEAKER_00: And like, that's literally everyone I know.
- 26:58SPEAKER_00: I don't know anyone else.
- 26:59SPEAKER_00: Taylor Hansen, I know there's an Olympian, Amber Glenn.
- 27:02SPEAKER_00: There's like a few people on, like, I don't know who these people are.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: But whatever.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: It's a wonderfully corny show.
- 27:08SPEAKER_00: It's just comfort television for the whole family with like just enough competition to keep you interested.
- 27:15SPEAKER_00: Okay, and then we go back to some Bravo.
- 27:17SPEAKER_00: Next on September 16th, we have season seven of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
- 27:23SPEAKER_00: I have to be honest, I don't care about Salt Lake City.
- 27:26SPEAKER_00: I never really have.
- 27:27SPEAKER_00: I've tried so hard to watch it.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: I've always thought that the women are not funny enough to really keep me entertained and they argue too much.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: Like it's a bit too into the weeds for me.
- 27:37SPEAKER_00: I know there's uh a return with Bronwyn.
- 27:40SPEAKER_00: I don't even know who that is.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: There's a Bronwyn return.
- 27:43SPEAKER_00: Um, and there's questions around Bronwyn's post-separation life.
- 27:47SPEAKER_00: That's what people are talking about.
- 27:48SPEAKER_00: So I know it's like peak housewives with the major glam and the snowy scenery.
- 27:56SPEAKER_00: And I love how everyone's always in like the perfect fur ski lodge outfit.
- 28:00SPEAKER_00: Um, but I don't know.
- 28:02SPEAKER_00: I've never really vibed with the girls.
- 28:03SPEAKER_00: People think I'm crazy for saying it's not funny because I know people say that it's one of the funniest ones, but yeah, I don't know.
- 28:09SPEAKER_00: I can't explain it.
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: I I might try to watch it, but who knows?
- 28:13SPEAKER_00: Okay, next we have the traitors.
- 28:15SPEAKER_00: Now, this is an interesting one because it's not the original traitor setup.
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: This is called The Traitor's New Blood.
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: This comes out September 17th and it's on Thursdays on Peacock.
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: Um, and let me read you the plot of this one, okay, because this one's different.
- 28:30SPEAKER_00: It says this edition features 22 regular people, including a funeral director, a pilot, a therapist, a physician, a teacher, and a dog groomer.
- 28:44SPEAKER_00: That's kind of interesting, actually.
- 28:45SPEAKER_00: So it's the exact same thing, but it's all just normal people.
- 28:50SPEAKER_00: And of course, they're all still trying to win$250,000.
- 28:54SPEAKER_00: I actually think this will be really fun, it being normal people.
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: I will watch it and I'm gonna make Peter watch it.
- 29:01SPEAKER_00: Mark my words.
- 29:02SPEAKER_00: And I'm doing that only because last year I was like, no, he doesn't need to watch it.
- 29:06SPEAKER_00: And every time I watched it, he would walk in and he'd be like, wait, who's left?
- 29:10SPEAKER_00: What's happening in it?
- 29:11SPEAKER_00: And by the finale, he like knew who Rob and Mora were, and he was like wanting to see what happened.
- 29:18SPEAKER_00: We know we like a celebrity version, but I think this one will be fun to see a bunch of normies out there.
- 29:22SPEAKER_00: I think the original celebrity edition, though, has been renewed, but I don't think we're gonna see it till like early 2027.
- 29:29SPEAKER_00: But whatever.
- 29:30SPEAKER_00: This will give us our fix and it'll be fun to have some normal people in there.
- 29:33SPEAKER_00: Okay, and then we have a few new TV shows.
- 29:37SPEAKER_00: On Apple TV, there's a show called Brothers that has piqued my interest.
- 29:40SPEAKER_00: And I bring this up because it's with Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson.
- 29:44SPEAKER_00: I think they would make such a fun combination.
- 29:46SPEAKER_00: And I just love Matthew McConaughey.
- 29:48SPEAKER_00: I recently listened to his book, and he's just, he's just so freaking likable.
- 29:53SPEAKER_00: This is a scripted, like buddy family comedy.
- 29:57SPEAKER_00: Okay, so the two guys, Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson, play these like sort of exaggerated versions of themselves.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: And it's all about these two guys who are best friends, and then like some family secret exposes the fact that they could actually be brothers.
- 30:12SPEAKER_00: It's apparently very chaotic and also very warm, but also slightly absurd.
- 30:16SPEAKER_00: And it just sounds like a fun, silly goose time for me.
- 30:20SPEAKER_00: I love a family comedy, and I think Apple TV does that really well.
- 30:25SPEAKER_00: So I would like to see how this one goes.
- 30:27SPEAKER_00: Again, that one premieres on September 23rd.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: So we have some time.
- 30:31SPEAKER_00: Okay, another new show.
- 30:32SPEAKER_00: This is a competition show.
- 30:34SPEAKER_00: This one's on Netflix, which I actually think Netflix does pretty well.
- 30:37SPEAKER_00: This one's called, and hear me out, it's called Wonka's the Golden Ticket.
- 30:41SPEAKER_00: Okay, I know this sounds strange, but I've seen articles about this and I'm like, what in the world?
- 30:46SPEAKER_00: What are we doing?
- 30:47SPEAKER_00: So it's about there's like 12 golden ticket winners who enter a full-scale Willy Wonka factory.
- 30:54SPEAKER_00: They choose partners and they have these like physical and mental challenges, all in like Willy Wonka land.
- 31:03SPEAKER_00: This to me sounds so funny.
- 31:05SPEAKER_00: I love when television gets a little ridiculous, but also comical.
- 31:09SPEAKER_00: Like we know that this is absurd.
- 31:11SPEAKER_00: Like we're all in on the joke, you know?
- 31:13SPEAKER_00: I feel like this will be a little nostalgic, a little family friendly, and like a little whimsical, if you will.
- 31:19SPEAKER_00: But at the same time, it'll just like, we all know that this is a bit ridiculous, right?
- 31:24SPEAKER_00: So I feel like it'll have that fun, like social experiment vibe to it, all while being a competition show.
- 31:30SPEAKER_00: So it's piqued my interest.
- 31:31SPEAKER_00: I don't know if I'm gonna watch it, but again, that one's on Netflix.
- 31:34SPEAKER_00: Okay, and then the last show is Special Forces.
- 31:36SPEAKER_00: You guys, I am the biggest Special Forces fan.
- 31:39SPEAKER_00: I have never missed a season.
- 31:41SPEAKER_00: I don't know why it's not talked about more.
- 31:43SPEAKER_00: I think it's one of the most entertaining shows.
- 31:45SPEAKER_00: Last year we had Teresa and Gia Judice on the show together, like, hello.
- 31:49SPEAKER_00: It's just so fun.
- 31:50SPEAKER_00: You have a bunch of former bachelor people, you have a bunch of former Bravo reality people.
- 31:56SPEAKER_00: It's just always funny.
- 31:57SPEAKER_00: And it's always like every time I watch it, I'm like, can I do that?
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: Can I really do any of that?
- 32:02SPEAKER_00: I don't think I can.
- 32:03SPEAKER_00: You know who I actually think would crush it on that show?
- 32:06SPEAKER_00: Is Peter.
- 32:07SPEAKER_00: But, anyways, okay, so that's September 24th.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: That's the end of the month.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: That's on Thursdays.
- 32:13SPEAKER_00: It airs on Fox, but it's also available the next day on Hulu because duh.
- 32:17SPEAKER_00: If you haven't seen it, it's about a group of celebrities who are sent to different areas to do these like military-style challenges, and they're all Navy SEAL type stuff.
- 32:27SPEAKER_00: Super, super intense.
- 32:29SPEAKER_00: There's no prize, there's no elimination.
- 32:31SPEAKER_00: It's just like bragging rights.
- 32:32SPEAKER_00: You either survive it or you don't.
- 32:34SPEAKER_00: And a lot of people like voluntarily withdraw the entire time, or unfortunately, they're like medically removed.
- 32:40SPEAKER_00: Something goes wrong.
- 32:41SPEAKER_00: And you know, these celebrities are so taken care of, but it's like they might have an ankle that could possibly not work tomorrow.
- 32:51SPEAKER_00: So you should go home.
- 32:52SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 32:53SPEAKER_00: It's like that kind of injury.
- 32:54SPEAKER_00: Nothing crazy.
- 32:56SPEAKER_00: But this cast looks good.
- 32:58SPEAKER_00: We have Oliver Hudson, Kate Hudson's brother.
- 33:01SPEAKER_00: Um, we have Brandy Glanville, former real housewife.
- 33:04SPEAKER_00: We have LaShawn McCoy, Shady McCoy, former NFL player, Matt Barnes, Colin Goslin, which I think is so interesting.
- 33:11SPEAKER_00: I've never seen one of the goslin kids in a reality TV show setting.
- 33:19SPEAKER_00: I don't even know if they've done it.
- 33:20SPEAKER_00: Colin is one of the sex tuplets from John and K plus Eight.
- 33:24SPEAKER_00: So he's one of the six.
- 33:27SPEAKER_00: God, that show brings me back.
- 33:29SPEAKER_00: That was like the first reality TV show I was obsessed with.
- 33:32SPEAKER_00: I never missed an episode growing up.
- 33:34SPEAKER_00: Truly loved watching that family.
- 33:37SPEAKER_00: We also have Mauricio and Alexia Umansky.
- 33:40SPEAKER_00: Mauricio is from Real House of Beverly Hills.
- 33:43SPEAKER_00: He's been married to Kyle Richards forever.
- 33:45SPEAKER_00: And Alexia is one of his daughters with Kyle.
- 33:48SPEAKER_00: Their marriage has been on the rocks.
- 33:50SPEAKER_00: So this will be interesting to have them in there.
- 33:54SPEAKER_00: Ruby Rose, oh, Candace Cameron Bur, she's DJ from Full House.
- 33:59SPEAKER_00: Like, it's such a fun cast, and there's someone in there for everybody.
- 34:01SPEAKER_00: They always do a lot of former Olympians, former athletes, former reality stars.
- 34:06SPEAKER_00: It's intense to watch and it's also weirdly emotional.
- 34:08SPEAKER_00: Like you see a lot of their the side of these people who are struggling.
- 34:12SPEAKER_00: Oh, like Eric and Jesse James Decker were on it last year.
- 34:15SPEAKER_00: And for example, like Eric opened up about how when he retired from the NFL, he had a really great first two months.
- 34:21SPEAKER_00: And then after that, he started really struggling mentally with this new normal.
- 34:25SPEAKER_00: Like he couldn't gather the fact that he wasn't on the field anymore.
- 34:30SPEAKER_00: I also remember watching one season when Tom Sandoval was on it, and that was right after his entire thing.
- 34:35SPEAKER_00: You know, the scandal stuff with Ariana.
- 34:43SPEAKER_00: And all of these guys, the guys who are the judges, if you will, the guys who are in charge of directing everyone the entire time, they're legitimate military men.
- 34:58SPEAKER_00: And so they don't give a crap.
- 35:00SPEAKER_00: Like when Tom Sandoval was complaining about how he's now like the butt of everyone's joke, they were like, get over it.
- 35:06SPEAKER_00: They really snap all of the celebrity egos into place, which that part is also really interesting to watch.
- 35:12SPEAKER_00: But yeah, you see all of these people that you've watched on television in some capacity unpack some stuff from their childhood while also gaining unlikely friendships along the way.
- 35:26SPEAKER_00: And that's another one that you could put on in the background, like dancing with the stars, and just talk about it amongst yourselves with family and like kind of watch and kind of not watch.
- 35:35SPEAKER_00: Everyone has someone else to root for, and it's it just becomes fun.
- 35:38SPEAKER_00: Trust me on it.
- 35:40SPEAKER_00: Trust me.
- 35:40SPEAKER_00: And please let me know if you watch that show because I will be watching and I need to hear what you think.
- 35:45SPEAKER_00: By the way, I loved how I did this entire thing and I didn't even mention football.
- 35:50SPEAKER_00: I'm such a big football fan.
- 35:52SPEAKER_00: We have Sunday night football, we have Monday night football, and we have Thursday night football, which I'm excited for all of them.
- 35:58SPEAKER_00: Thursday night football doesn't start until September 17th.
- 36:02SPEAKER_00: And it's my team.
- 36:03SPEAKER_00: Can't wait.
- 36:04SPEAKER_00: It's the Lions at the Buffalo Bills.
- 36:06SPEAKER_00: So that will be such a fun game.
- 36:09SPEAKER_00: A huge matchup.
- 36:10SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
- 36:10SPEAKER_00: I'm not even going to get into the weeds of talking about football though, because like, hello, I don't have the time to do that.
- 36:16SPEAKER_00: But, anyways, I know this was a bit of a different episode, but this is like my real self wanting to talk about the nuances of television and what we're watching this fall.
- 36:25SPEAKER_00: I feel slightly stressed, but I feel better that we're all in this together.
- 36:30SPEAKER_00: I would love to hear what you guys are going to commit to this fall.
- 36:35SPEAKER_00: Is it any of the shows I just mentioned?
- 36:37SPEAKER_00: Are you like, no, Hannah, I'm currently watching Gilmore Girls, and that's all I'm gonna do.
- 36:42SPEAKER_00: That's also fine.
- 36:43SPEAKER_00: Let me know.
- 36:43SPEAKER_00: I would like to hear what shows we're committing to as a community this next fall.
- 36:48SPEAKER_00: You guys have heard my list.
- 36:49SPEAKER_00: These are the ones I'm gonna just keep an eye out for.
- 36:52SPEAKER_00: If I don't get through the entire season, I will be just watching a few episodes and reporting back on how they go.
- 36:58SPEAKER_00: Um but yeah, I hope everyone is enjoying their first week of September.
- 37:02SPEAKER_00: I feel like it's still the end of summer.
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: I'm not the full fall person until October, okay?
- 37:09SPEAKER_00: But so I'm not gonna say enjoy fall.
- 37:10SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna say the let's enjoy these last few weeks of summer, okay?
- 37:14SPEAKER_00: I hope everyone has a great week, and I'll talk to you soon.
- 37:17SPEAKER_00: Bye for now.
