- 0:18SPEAKER_01: I love to buy houses.
- 0:19SPEAKER_01: I like to sell houses.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: It's grass balls.
- 0:23SPEAKER_01: Wait a minute.
- 0:25SPEAKER_00: The leads a week.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: Here's your host, Dustin Brohm.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: Hey, what's going on, everybody?
- 0:38SPEAKER_01: Welcome to episode number 34 of the Massive Agent Podcast.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for listening today.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: My name is Dustin Brome.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: I'm a realtor in Salt Lake City with EXP Realty, and I'm the founder of the Massive Agent Society.
- 0:49SPEAKER_01: Check that out at MassiveAentSociety.com if you're interested in learning how to get your own leads.
- 0:55SPEAKER_01: If not, don't worry about it.
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: You know, save the time.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: So I don't know about you guys, but in my CRM, I have you know I have a few thousand leads from over the last year or so, right?
- 1:05SPEAKER_01: And and you guys that have been in the business for longer, you have a crap load of leads over many years, okay?
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: And so many of those leads, they don't pen out because usually they just don't respond to any of our communications.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: And I get it, okay.
- 1:19SPEAKER_01: You have to understand, people are acting the same way that you react.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: When I whenever I get sales calls, whenever I get somebody that's even like I want control over everything.
- 1:29SPEAKER_01: It's weird.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: Like it I've turned into such uh a control freak when it comes to my time.
- 1:35SPEAKER_01: I I hate getting phone calls.
- 1:36SPEAKER_01: I hate when somebody reaches out and says, hey, you know, do you have any questions about this?
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: And and it's weird because they're just doing their job, but my first reaction is to is to kind of put up that block and be like, no, you know, if I have questions, I'll I'll come to you.
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: Like I just I don't want to talk to anybody.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: It's weird.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: And I think I think most of us are like that these days.
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: So you have to keep that in mind, keep that perspective.
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: These people, they opted in on your landing page, they they they clicked on your Facebook ad or they filled out your lead capture form for a reason.
- 2:08SPEAKER_01: Okay, people who aren't interested don't do that.
- 2:12SPEAKER_01: Why would you click on a Facebook ad for a list of homes that have a swimming pool if you're not at least interested?
- 2:19SPEAKER_01: Okay, like I understand clicking on it, but when when you actually opt in, you wouldn't do that unless you had some level of interest.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: So keep that in mind too.
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: Okay, so there's the perspective of why people aren't responding to your communications, okay, once they become a lead.
- 2:34SPEAKER_01: You have to also re remind yourself they were interested at some point to some extent.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: Otherwise, you you would never have their information.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: Okay, so they are interested.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: Now, the then the game becomes what does it take to to engage them?
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: What does it take to get their attention, and how long is that gonna take?
- 2:54SPEAKER_01: How persistent do you need to be to get them to respond, right?
- 2:58SPEAKER_01: So there's a lot of data out there that says the average uh the average lead responds after seven attempts.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: Okay, so if you're if you're giving up after five attempts, on average, you're falling short.
- 3:12SPEAKER_01: You need to be res you need to continue following up with people, and I'm talking text messages, phone calls, emails, all of it.
- 3:19SPEAKER_01: Okay, a mix of all of it.
- 3:21SPEAKER_01: Over time until they respond.
- 3:24SPEAKER_01: Okay, so that means you need a good CRM, you need a a system in place to follow up with these leads as they come in within the first five minutes that they come in.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: So I use Agentology.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: They're my they're like my inside sales agents, if you will.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: They respond to all my leads immediately, 24-7-365.
- 3:41SPEAKER_01: It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth it if you're doing a lot of um, you know, if you're getting a lot of leads from different sources.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: So even with them, there's still a lot of leads that just don't respond.
- 3:52SPEAKER_01: They flat out don't respond to anything.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: Okay, even though you you have their accurate information and you can see they're opening your emails, they're just not responding, okay?
- 3:59SPEAKER_01: That happens.
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: So here's what you do, okay?
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: And don't just ignore them.
- 4:03SPEAKER_01: Like most agents, they're like, oh, those leads are dead.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 4:06SPEAKER_01: Remember they were interested.
- 4:09SPEAKER_01: That's why you have their information to begin with.
- 4:12SPEAKER_01: Uninterested people, people who uh you know, and and everybody says they're just looking.
- 4:17SPEAKER_01: Oh, I'm just looking, just browsing.
- 4:19SPEAKER_01: I say that too, when it comes to like if I'm going out and looking at a car or something like that.
- 4:23SPEAKER_01: Oh, I'm just looking.
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: Until what I mean by that, and what they mean by that is they don't want to be bothered until you either do something that gets their attention or they are ready to approach you.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: And usually they will not ever approach you.
- 4:37SPEAKER_01: So you've got to do something to get their attention at some point.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: So with those old leads, let's say let's say you have 300 leads that are uh between six months and twelve months old.
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: Most people just they're like, oh, they're they're dead leads, right?
- 4:51SPEAKER_01: Here's what you need to do.
- 4:52SPEAKER_01: Okay, and this is where you where you need a decent CRM.
- 4:54SPEAKER_01: And most of them have this functionality, but you need to be able to send a mass text or a mass email, or both.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: I actually don't know of a CRM, like one of the major real estate CRMs that doesn't have that.
- 5:06SPEAKER_01: Like even Realty Juggler, which I think is the the least expensive, which is actually a great CRM for a hundred bucks a year.
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: I used that uh for many years.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: Realty Juggler is fantastic if you're just looking for a cheap basic CRM.
- 5:18SPEAKER_01: Even they do uh text messages.
- 5:20SPEAKER_01: So you select all of those old leads.
- 5:22SPEAKER_01: Okay, so let's say there's 300 of them, you select them all, you you click on mass text, and you send them a text, all of them a text that says, Are you still looking to buy a house?
- 5:32SPEAKER_01: That's it.
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: Are you still looking to buy a house?
- 5:35SPEAKER_01: If you go much further than that, it you know, you're not gonna get their attention.
- 5:40SPEAKER_01: People feel compelled to answer that question because it's so simple and straightforward.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: Something else you could say in a text is I have some availability to show homes this weekend.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: Are there any homes that you'd like to see?
- 5:51SPEAKER_01: That's it.
- 5:52SPEAKER_01: You could do the same thing in an email, because I I know a lot of you won't have phone numbers for leads.
- 5:58SPEAKER_01: A lot of times we just have an email.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: That's fine.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: Do the same thing in an email.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: But you've got to send just do it every every few months, go back to those old leads, and you can even set it up on a drip campaign to do this.
- 6:11SPEAKER_01: So once they if they haven't responded after, you know, 180 days or whatever it you set it to to, it sends them a text that's that does that.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: So you don't have to manually do it.
- 6:21SPEAKER_01: But so many of us have these leads that are just sitting there, they're not on an active drip campaign, they're just they're not being responded to, they're just sitting in your CRM, basically dead.
- 6:31SPEAKER_01: They're on life support.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: So to get them back to life, to revive them, you have to just manually select them all, send them a text.
- 6:39SPEAKER_01: You still looking to buy a house?
- 6:41SPEAKER_01: And let them tell you if they are or not.
- 6:43SPEAKER_01: You'd be surprised at the response you get.
- 6:45SPEAKER_01: And even you're gonna get a lot of responses that say, no, you know, I'm not.
- 6:48SPEAKER_01: I already bought one, I'm not moving there anymore, you know, whatever it is.
- 6:52SPEAKER_01: Totally cool.
- 6:53SPEAKER_01: Then then at least you know, and you can scrub your database a little bit, but some people will.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: You might dig up a few a few people who are like, oh yeah, you know what, let's do it.
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: But you never know unless you try.
- 7:03SPEAKER_01: Now remember, you spent good money on these leads.
- 7:05SPEAKER_01: Okay, leads aren't aren't cheap.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: You could be running the best Facebook ad ever created, and it's still gonna be a uh, you know, fifty cents, a dollar, two dollars a lead.
- 7:18SPEAKER_01: Make sure make sure that you're not just pissing that money away and respond to these leads.
- 7:23SPEAKER_01: And also think of your obligation to these people, okay?
- 7:27SPEAKER_01: Even though they're making it difficult for you to serve them, you should still try, right?
- 7:32SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 7:33SPEAKER_01: I mean, they're they are opting in on your website.
- 7:37SPEAKER_01: They're they're they're putting their hand up, they're saying, hey, I want information about that property.
- 7:41SPEAKER_01: Or they're saying, hey, I want that list of foreclosure homes, which is like three homes, but hey, I want that list of homes under 300,000 on Salt Lake's East Side.
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: I want that list.
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: Uh and yes, they make it difficult for you, but remember, be persistent.
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: Most leads don't respond until after the seventh attempt.
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: So put a system in place to do that.
- 8:01SPEAKER_01: Use your CRM.
- 8:02SPEAKER_01: And the the old leads, the leads that aren't on a drip campaign that are just sitting there that you've kind of ignored, they're on life support, send them a mass text.
- 8:09SPEAKER_01: And when I say mass, it's like, you know, you select all 300 of them, send the same text to all of them.
- 8:14SPEAKER_01: Just do it.
- 8:14SPEAKER_01: And if your CRM doesn't have that, let's find you a new CRM because that's kind of important.
- 8:18SPEAKER_01: Another thing you can do instead of just the one-off texts or emails is run a contest.
- 8:25SPEAKER_01: You know, do like a if you're running a contest for an Amazon gift card or an Echo Dot or a you know, like a stay at a local hotel or a parade of homes tickets or whatever it is, make sure you send a link to it or even just put, you know, create an email that has all the information they need and send it to all of those old leads.
- 8:45SPEAKER_01: Send it to every single one of them.
- 8:47SPEAKER_01: Because offering something for free that they can just enter and win, that gets a lot of people re-engaged.
- 8:53SPEAKER_01: If it shows up in their inbox or shows up as a text, they're like, oh, that's cool.
- 8:58SPEAKER_01: Some will some will unsubscribe, some will ignore, some will reply, stop with the text, right?
- 9:04SPEAKER_01: So you stop texting them.
- 9:06SPEAKER_01: But again, you're just trying to find a few people out of that giant pile of old, damn near dead leads to respond to you.
- 9:14SPEAKER_01: Just a few people.
- 9:15SPEAKER_01: If you get a few people every time you do it, is that is that worth it?
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: That's worth it.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: You can even think of specific contests you can do just for those old leads.
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: Just for people who who have been a lead at some point, and maybe you do something like, you know, a$200 stay at, you know, some resort in town, you know, and then includes dinner, whatever.
- 9:37SPEAKER_01: Make it attractive.
- 9:38SPEAKER_01: And if if you don't have the money to go do that, and I ideally, even if you have the money, you go get a sponsor to to donate a gift.
- 9:47SPEAKER_01: Donate um a night stay at whatever hotel, donate a gift certificate for dinner or whatever.
- 9:53SPEAKER_01: So if you go partner with some of these businesses, think creatively of what you have that they want, and maybe that's just exposure, maybe that's just, you know, you sending a bunch of people to their website all of a sudden or to their social media profiles, they might do it.
- 10:07SPEAKER_01: It doesn't hurt to ask.
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: If you can save yourself a few hundred bucks, do it.
- 10:11SPEAKER_01: So, okay, this is random.
- 10:13SPEAKER_01: The the squirrel returns on this episode, on episode 34, of course.
- 10:16SPEAKER_01: But I I had somebody ask, they're like, hey, how come you don't put your your podcasts on like the video of them being recorded?
- 10:22SPEAKER_01: And like, at you know, at some point I'd like to do that, but to be totally honest, you should see me as I'm recording.
- 10:28SPEAKER_01: Like I look like a f I look like an effing idiot.
- 10:30SPEAKER_01: Like my arms are flailing around, okay?
- 10:33SPEAKER_01: Uh sometimes they're flailing back behind my head, sometimes they're flailing over to the side and in front.
- 10:37SPEAKER_01: And I talk with my hands so much when I'm recording a podcast.
- 10:41SPEAKER_01: I don't know why, but it's pretty damn goofy.
- 10:43SPEAKER_01: It's pretty goofy, and so a video of that doesn't really, you know, that doesn't really sound like a great idea to me.
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: But I don't know, maybe having a video being recorded, maybe being on Facebook Live might help calm my hands, calm my arms, but also maybe not, and I might just look like the idiot that that's trying to fly while recording a podcast.
- 11:01SPEAKER_01: So speaking of CRMs, and just so you guys know, I use Lion Desk right now, and I'm also using KV Core because as an EXP Realty agent, some of the technology that we get is a KV Core website.
- 11:14SPEAKER_01: It's a full system, it's a full lead generation system.
- 11:16SPEAKER_01: It's a website, it's a CRM that has a ton of functionality to it.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: And so I have I have my system that I've been using for Search Salt Lake for a few years now with my Easy Agent Pro website, with a Lion Desk CRM, with Agentology as my ISAs to respond to the leads.
- 11:32SPEAKER_01: I still have that going, but I'm also testing the KV Core system because I have it.
- 11:37SPEAKER_01: And it so KV Core is conversion, KUN version, and it's now been upgraded to KV Core.
- 11:44SPEAKER_01: It's a very powerful platform, it has a ton of functionality, it's really good at capturing leads actually.
- 11:49SPEAKER_01: And any E if you're an EXP agent, you get this.
- 11:53SPEAKER_01: It's just one of the technology platforms you get.
- 11:56SPEAKER_01: So that's super cool.
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: I'm learning it for two reasons.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: I want to test it because if it's better than what I'm using currently, I want to use that, right?
- 12:05SPEAKER_01: But at the same time, I want to I want to know how it works so that I can give support to to new agents that that um switch over to exp on my team.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: I want to be able to help them set up their KV core system so they can start running some ads and get some leads using that system.
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: But what's nice about KV Core is the uh the landing pages you can create.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: Like if you want to do a quick list of homes that have a swimming pool, that's uh an ad I'm running right now, that's doing very well.
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: You can just say, okay, here's the criteria I want, boom, it gives you a link, use that link in a Facebook ad and it creates a landing page.
- 12:40SPEAKER_01: I'm getting you know eight to ten leads a day from that right now, and I'm only spending ten bucks a day.
- 12:45SPEAKER_01: So yeah, it it's crazy.
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: I've been with EXP for uh since May sometime, and there's a lot of things that I like.
- 12:52SPEAKER_01: There's some things that I'm frustrated with.
- 12:54SPEAKER_01: They're mostly gr growing pains because they're growing so fast and that you know they're trying to keep up with that growth.
- 12:59SPEAKER_01: So I get it.
- 13:00SPEAKER_01: They're I mean, none of them are bad, but they're just frustrating.
- 13:04SPEAKER_01: But beyond that, what I think one of the things I'm becoming one of the things that I'm I'm starting to love most is the KV Core platform that you that you get.
- 13:12SPEAKER_01: Because most agents don't have a great website and a lead gen system.
- 13:16SPEAKER_01: So when you're just given one an all-inclusive, all-in-one system, it's it's awesome.
- 13:21SPEAKER_01: So you guys that are using KV Core or that have it and have not been using it, get on it.
- 13:26SPEAKER_01: Start learning it.
- 13:27SPEAKER_01: It's powerful.
- 13:28SPEAKER_01: Okay, I'm really becoming a fan of KV Core.
- 13:30SPEAKER_01: All right, switching gears yet again.
- 13:32SPEAKER_01: Let's talk about something that I think is vital, something uh that I've personally been dealing with over the last few weeks.
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: I'm getting to the point where I like I've bit off more than I can chew.
- 13:43SPEAKER_01: I have too many different ventures going on, too many different things, and I don't have the systems in place to handle it all, or at least to handle it all well.
- 13:52SPEAKER_01: Okay, when you're doing too many things, when when you have too many plates spinning at the same time, you can't keep them all straight.
- 13:59SPEAKER_01: You can't keep them all up.
- 14:00SPEAKER_01: There's a great saying that I've been ignoring for far too long.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: The man that chases two rabbits catches none.
- 14:07SPEAKER_01: Okay, if you if you're chasing two different things, it's hard to have any real success with any one thing, right?
- 14:13SPEAKER_01: So what I'm doing right now is I'm trying to figure out how I what what can I systemize?
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: What can I outsource?
- 14:19SPEAKER_01: What can I cut out completely that I don't need to do so that I can focus on a few core things?
- 14:26SPEAKER_01: Because man, when you when you have too much going on and you're not focused on what's actually going to produce revenue and what's actually gonna uh lead you towards your goal, you're just wasting time.
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: You're wasting time.
- 14:37SPEAKER_01: And what happens is then you get then you run the risk of burnout.
- 14:41SPEAKER_01: You run the r because it's stressful.
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: When you see, oh my god, I'm sp I'm spinning my wheels here and I'm not really making any progress, I'm not making any real headway, that's terrible.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: I mean, that that messes with you psychologically, it hurts your confidence, it hurts your uh enthusiasm about what you're doing, none of that's good.
- 14:58SPEAKER_01: I mean, if you're if you're focused on one singular thing and you're constantly making progress every day, that's empowering.
- 15:06SPEAKER_01: That's exciting, that's gonna keep you excited to keep going.
- 15:08SPEAKER_01: But when you can't really see any anything that uh when you can't really see any tangible uh evidence of of success or progress, it's easy to to get frustrated and stressed out and pissed and you know all that stuff.
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: So here's what I recommend, guys.
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: Twofold.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: First off, taking a break is okay.
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: Okay, with with all this hustle, you know, hashtag hustle horseshit that's going around.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: And it's it's look, it's not horseshit if you understand what they're really saying.
- 15:36SPEAKER_01: Work your ass off, make the most use of your the best use of your time, and you know, get to it.
- 15:42SPEAKER_01: That's good.
- 15:43SPEAKER_01: Okay, you should do that.
- 15:44SPEAKER_01: I believe that.
- 15:45SPEAKER_01: But the way some people interpret it is, oh, you should only sleep three hours a night and work all the time and ignore your family and you know, all that stuff.
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: That's stupid.
- 15:55SPEAKER_01: And that's gonna lead to a big crash and burn at some point.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: All this this hashtag hustle nonsense, at least when people interpret it the wrong way, it makes people think taking breaks is weak.
- 16:06SPEAKER_01: That, you know, taking a step back or or taking a day off to just like remove remove yourself from business, get your mind off of your business and your transactions and your clients.
- 16:17SPEAKER_01: That's not weak.
- 16:18SPEAKER_01: Okay, that's actually smart.
- 16:20SPEAKER_01: Taking care of yourself mentally is smart.
- 16:22SPEAKER_01: And here's here's what happens.
- 16:24SPEAKER_01: Whenever I take a few days off, or whenever I just like sometimes I have those days, guys, where I'm just like, oh, I'm done.
- 16:32SPEAKER_01: I'm done.
- 16:33SPEAKER_01: I'm just I I'm not not doing it anymore for the rest of the day.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: And it that happens at like 1 p.m.
- 16:37SPEAKER_01: and I just I'm like, I'm done.
- 16:39SPEAKER_01: The very next day, because I took my mind off of business, I'm able to hit the ground running even better with more more with more of a focus, and I'm able to get more done, and it's a hell of a lot more effective.
- 16:52SPEAKER_01: So I use brakes, I use unplugging as a way of actually being more productive, as reaching my goals even quicker.
- 17:00SPEAKER_01: But if now look, because not everyone's wired like Gary V.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: Gary V is a very unique guy, okay?
- 17:07SPEAKER_01: He's wired to work 18 hours a day every frickin' day, and he loves it.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: It doing that energizes him.
- 17:14SPEAKER_01: Most people aren't like that, and that's okay.
- 17:17SPEAKER_01: I'm not like that.
- 17:18SPEAKER_01: I have an above average work ethic, but I'm not Gary V.
- 17:22SPEAKER_01: So I I have to realize that for me, every once in a while, I need to just shut off my phone, I need to go think about other stuff, go spend time with the family, play with the kids, and just by getting my mind off of what I'm trying to do, once I once it's time to get back to work, I have a renewed focus and I'm even more effective and I get more shit done.
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: So I use breaks as a tool to get more shit done.
- 17:48SPEAKER_01: You should do the same thing, because I bet you you are not Gary Vee either.
- 17:52SPEAKER_01: You just have to be honest with yourself about that.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: It's okay to not be at Gary V's level because he is a freak.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: Something to aspire to, but if you're not sleeping, if you're not taking breaks, you're going to burn out, you're gonna have a breakdown, you're gonna piss off your family, you might even I mean, it leads to divorce.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: You know, if if you're pushing too hard and and ignore your family, it leads to divorce, it leads to other relationships being broken or strained.
- 18:18SPEAKER_01: Take breaks, okay?
- 18:20SPEAKER_01: Take breaks.
- 18:22SPEAKER_01: I just think that's super important to talk about.
- 18:24SPEAKER_01: Um and it's something that I am realizing the importance of more and more.
- 18:29SPEAKER_01: I'm to the point now where I I know that it's not weakness, so uh I have no problem talking about it.
- 18:36SPEAKER_01: Uh I used to, you know, c a year or so ago, I kind of did think it was weak.
- 18:41SPEAKER_01: Like, I gotta just keep going, keep going, keep going.
- 18:43SPEAKER_01: But then I started to realize that's actually counterproductive.
- 18:46SPEAKER_01: Take a break, let your mind reset, so to speak, so then you can come back at it with fresh eyes, with a fresh mind, and just crush it.
- 18:54SPEAKER_01: You're gonna be much more effective and you're gonna get a lot more stuff done.
- 18:57SPEAKER_01: Okay, did you know that we do a daily flash briefing on Alexa devices?
- 19:03SPEAKER_01: Every day I do a flash briefing called the Massive Agent Minute, and it's 60 to 90 seconds of a thought, an idea, a strategy, a rant, uh, you know, something that I feel that you need to hear that day.
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: Okay, so most people in the morning, they'll they'll go sit down in their office and they say, hey, Alexa, play my daily briefings or play my flash briefings, and it plays whatever flash briefings you've enabled.
- 19:26SPEAKER_01: Go check out the Massive Agent Minute.
- 19:27SPEAKER_01: I really appreciate you uh subscribing.
- 19:30SPEAKER_01: Well, it's actually enabling.
- 19:31SPEAKER_01: I really appreciate you enabling that.
- 19:34SPEAKER_01: You can do it on your Alexa app or even on Amazon Desktop.
- 19:38SPEAKER_01: Uh on Amazon Desktop, just pick skills in the little drop down for categories, type in Massive Agent Minute, bam, enable it.
- 19:45SPEAKER_01: There you go.
- 19:45SPEAKER_01: I found out though it's only available in the US.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: I'm trying to figure out how to get it available in other countries, but I'd really appreciate you enabling that.
- 19:53SPEAKER_01: And if you like what you hear, please leave us a review.
- 19:56SPEAKER_01: You can do that in the Alexa app.
- 19:58SPEAKER_01: Pretty simple.
- 19:59SPEAKER_01: Just like you can leave a review in the Apple Podcast app for uh maybe your favorite real estate podcast with your favorite host.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: There's a thought.
- 20:07SPEAKER_01: And if if you think that I'm trying to guilt you into writing a review on iTunes, you are 100% right.
- 20:14SPEAKER_01: If you've been listening to this show for more than if you've heard more than two episodes and you haven't at least left a rating, a rating is when you just give it a number of stars.
- 20:24SPEAKER_01: A review is when you actually write a review.
- 20:26SPEAKER_01: If you haven't at least given us a rating, I'm a little hurt.
- 20:29SPEAKER_01: This hurts my feelings.
- 20:30SPEAKER_01: I'm a sensitive guy.
- 20:32SPEAKER_01: How am I supposed to keep moving forward and keep doing shows if I know that you still haven't left us a rating?
- 20:38SPEAKER_01: What the hell is that?
- 20:41SPEAKER_01: In all seriousness, we appreciate reviews and ratings.
- 20:44SPEAKER_01: They help us a lot, they help us grow our audience, which then lets us get better guests on the show and do more cool stuff down the road, and we do have some really cool stuff coming down the road.
- 20:54SPEAKER_01: Alright, and lastly, finally, in conclusion, what else is there?
- 21:00SPEAKER_01: Oh, and one more thing, like Steve Jobs used to say.
