- 0:09Speaker 1: important is that you are kind to yourself and that
- 0:13Speaker 1: you understand that every single day is a chance to
- 0:17Speaker 1: start fresh.
- 0:33Speaker 2: What is going on? Everyone?

- 0:57Speaker 1: to better navigate yours and move with intentions so that
- 1:00Speaker 1: you can stride towards your own big potential and of
- 1:03Speaker 1: course have some fun along the way. For this week's
- 1:07Speaker 1: installment of Hurdle Moment, you are getting me and only me.
- 1:12Speaker 1: It has been a minute since I've done a solo
- 1:14Speaker 1: Wednesday episode, but I have been getting a lot of
- 1:17Speaker 1: feedback that this is something that you'll like, and my
- 1:21Speaker 1: goal here is obviously to aim to please.
- 1:25Speaker 2: That is what I do.
- 1:26Speaker 1: So today's episode, I am talking to you about how
- 1:29Speaker 1: to get out of a funk. Now, a funk general term.
- 1:33Speaker 1: There can be lots of different types of funks, so
- 1:35Speaker 1: to speak. Right, So a funk that I've been in lately,
- 1:38Speaker 1: I've been trying to get a little bit better with
- 1:40Speaker 1: my eating game. I've been a little bit all over
- 1:43Speaker 1: the place since coming back from Italy and France and whatnot.
- 1:47Speaker 1: So I'm working on that consciously, and I'll talk about
- 1:49Speaker 1: that in today's episode. But of course, a funk's like
- 1:52Speaker 1: not really wanting to move your body, a funk of
- 1:54Speaker 1: not journaling regularly.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Even though you know that it's something that you love.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Maybe a funk of not meditating, a funk of feeling
- 2:01Speaker 1: just kind of like blah.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Maybe a funk about.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Not dating God. That is definitely something that I am
- 2:09Speaker 1: kind of in right now.
- 2:10Speaker 2: You get the drift.
- 2:11Speaker 1: So many different quote unquote funks that you can be in,
- 2:14Speaker 1: and we are going to talk about today, me this
- 2:16Speaker 1: microphone and you the listener, about how to get out
- 2:19Speaker 1: of them.
- 2:20Speaker 2: Now.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Of course, me just giving you these suggestions doesn't mean
- 2:24Speaker 1: that you're going to snap your fingers and everything is
- 2:26Speaker 1: going to be one hundred percent perfect and you're going
- 2:28Speaker 1: to be completely.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Out of these funks.
- 2:30Speaker 1: But by implementing some of the tips that I'm going
- 2:33Speaker 1: to offer you in today's episode, I promise you you
- 2:36Speaker 1: can grab hold of the thing that is holding you back,
- 2:39Speaker 1: kind of bugging you, making you feel mean, and move
- 2:42Speaker 1: forward into the non meth territory. I know, really great
- 2:46Speaker 1: vocabulary are here to kick today's episode.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Off, and you are welcome.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Before we get into it today, I do want to
- 2:52Speaker 1: say thank you Toda Adriane Williams for lending me his
- 2:55Speaker 1: time and his beautiful, beautiful insights on community. We had
- 2:59Speaker 1: a really beautiful discussion last night if you are interested
- 3:01Speaker 1: in catching it on demand, and it's now available on
- 3:05Speaker 1: the Hurdle website at hurdle dot us slash shop. And
- 3:08Speaker 1: also I want to make sure that I call out
- 3:11Speaker 1: next week's live NYC event Local to NYC people. You've
- 3:16Speaker 1: been asking me for one of these for a while,
- 3:17Speaker 1: and I'm so excited to let you know that I'm
- 3:19Speaker 1: going to be popping up on Tuesday, October twenty sixth
- 3:22Speaker 1: at the Lululemon on Fifth Avenue at seven pm with
- 3:26Speaker 1: my friends at Lululemon as well as Tim West from
- 3:28Speaker 1: Bandit Running, Cheryl Donald of Brooklyn Track Club and New
- 3:31Speaker 1: York Running.
- 3:31Speaker 2: Awesomeness, Melanie Weston of Back of My.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Feet, and Matt James, Lululemon Ambassador, to have a really
- 3:37Speaker 1: special conversation leading up to the November seventh New York
- 3:41Speaker 1: City Marathon about the hurdles that we face on the run,
- 3:46Speaker 1: something that I know a lot about and something that
- 3:48Speaker 1: I know that you all can relate to. From the
- 3:51Speaker 1: goodness hurdle that is starting, to the hurdle of nutrition,
- 3:55Speaker 1: the hurdle of keeping it in your regular routine, the
- 3:58Speaker 1: hurdle of injury. I mean so many hurdles right that
- 4:01Speaker 1: we face on the run that totally translate into our
- 4:05Speaker 1: day to day lives. So if you're looking at the area,
- 4:08Speaker 1: I hope that you can make it. I'm gonna link
- 4:09Speaker 1: the event in the show notes. I am really looking
- 4:11Speaker 1: forward to it, and I can't believe that I'm saying this.
- 4:14Speaker 1: I'm really looking forward to getting out, lacing up and
- 4:17Speaker 1: tackling the New York City Marathon myself come November seventh.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Make sure you're following along with Hurdle over on social media.
- 4:24Speaker 1: It's at a Hurdle Podcast. I am over at Emily
- 4:26Speaker 1: a body and if you haven't done so yet, it
- 4:29Speaker 1: would mean the world to me. Great and review the show.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Well, yeah, it just takes a few seconds.
- 4:33Speaker 1: You can do it in the Apple Podcasts app and
- 4:37Speaker 1: again makes all the difference.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Really really appreciate it. That is it for now.
- 4:42Speaker 1: With that, let's get out of this funk and let's
- 4:45Speaker 1: get to hurdling. Okay, being in a funk, We've all
- 4:55Speaker 1: been in them, right in so many different senses of
- 4:58Speaker 1: the word. As I mentioned in the intro to this episode,
- 5:02Speaker 1: I've been dealing for sure with like a funk of
- 5:05Speaker 1: not really being super mindful of what I'm putting into
- 5:09Speaker 1: my body, which is okay, And we'll talk about why
- 5:12Speaker 1: that's okay in just a second. But I know that
- 5:16Speaker 1: in order to feel my best when I show up
- 5:18Speaker 1: to the marathon starting line come to number seventh, that
- 5:21Speaker 1: I'm going to want to pay some more attention to
- 5:24Speaker 1: this in the weeks leading up to that marathon. So
- 5:30Speaker 1: how do we get out of a funk? It's a
- 5:33Speaker 1: good question, right because it is for some easier said
- 5:37Speaker 1: than done. And today what I'm gonna do is give
- 5:40Speaker 1: you an action plan of different strategies that you can
- 5:43Speaker 1: implement to help you pave the way toward being a
- 5:48Speaker 1: little bit happier in whatever it is that's making you
- 5:50Speaker 1: feel a little bit nah. Again the vocabulary in this episode,
- 5:54Speaker 1: you are so so welcome, all right. So step one
- 5:58Speaker 1: to getting out of a funk is admitting to yourself
- 6:02Speaker 1: that you're in a funk.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Right.
- 6:03Speaker 1: That can be really hard for us to be honest
- 6:06Speaker 1: with ourselves about things that are going on in our lives,
- 6:10Speaker 1: especially things or habits that we've developed that we aren't
- 6:14Speaker 1: really proud of.
- 6:15Speaker 2: This is kind of.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Like, I mean, like when a friend of mine is
- 6:19Speaker 1: maybe spending time with someone that isn't quote unquote good
- 6:24Speaker 1: for her. Maybe this is a guy that hasn't treated
- 6:26Speaker 1: her while in the past, and as a result, she
- 6:28Speaker 1: knows this and she'll just conveniently leave it out of
- 6:31Speaker 1: conversation when we're catching up that she's been spending time
- 6:34Speaker 1: with this person.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Usually read flag number one.
- 6:37Speaker 1: If you are spending time with a person and you
- 6:39Speaker 1: don't want to tell your friends about the fact that
- 6:40Speaker 1: you're spending time with that person, then maybe you shouldn't
- 6:43Speaker 1: be spending time with that person. Okay, I digress back
- 6:46Speaker 1: to the funk talk. The first step to getting out
- 6:49Speaker 1: of a funk is admitting to yourself that you are
- 6:51Speaker 1: in a funk, that something is going on that you
- 6:54Speaker 1: aren't really into for yourself. Now, doing that can happen
- 7:00Speaker 1: in a few different ways, right, It can happen that
- 7:02Speaker 1: you take the time to write down what is going
- 7:05Speaker 1: on in your life and get really honest about how
- 7:07Speaker 1: you feel like it is impacting you. Maybe this is journaling,
- 7:10Speaker 1: maybe this is in your notes app, and maybe this
- 7:13Speaker 1: is literally on your laptop and an email to yourself.
- 7:17Speaker 1: All of these things great ways to come clean with yourself.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Of course, the next step to come and clean with
- 7:23Speaker 1: yourself might involve coming clean with a friend or perhaps
- 7:27Speaker 1: a non judgmental third party like a therapist. Both of
- 7:31Speaker 1: those outlets can be really helpful when it comes to
- 7:34Speaker 1: coming to terms with what's really happening in your life.
- 7:38Speaker 1: So step number one admitting to yourself that you are
- 7:41Speaker 1: in a funk. Once you do that, once you get
- 7:44Speaker 1: honest with yourself, then you can move forward and address
- 7:48Speaker 1: what's really going on.
- 7:49Speaker 2: But until you address it, until you.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Come clean about it love that term, then you can't
- 7:55Speaker 1: make any forward progress. The next step getting out of
- 8:00Speaker 1: that funk, make a single item action plan. And I
- 8:05Speaker 1: say that very purposefully because I think the thing about
- 8:08Speaker 1: a funk, whether it is maybe you've been not exactly
- 8:12Speaker 1: treating yourself with the most kindness, your inner dialogue has
- 8:15Speaker 1: been a complete mess, or perhaps your funk is that
- 8:19Speaker 1: you haven't been waking up at a decent hour, You've
- 8:22Speaker 1: been sleeping in a lot, and as a result, you
- 8:24Speaker 1: just aren't feeling really stellar in your body because you're
- 8:27Speaker 1: not giving yourself the time that you need to come
- 8:29Speaker 1: back to your center every day. Okay, again, so many
- 8:33Speaker 1: different funks that we can be in here for the
- 8:35Speaker 1: context of this conversation. So making a single item action
- 8:40Speaker 1: plan is a way to not feel overwhelmed in making
- 8:44Speaker 1: that forward progress. So let's take that example that I
- 8:47Speaker 1: just provided of you've been in a rut with a
- 8:50Speaker 1: lot of negative self talk. So the first question I
- 8:54Speaker 1: would ask in that situation is why is it that
- 8:57Speaker 1: you're in this rut? Is there something specific that's causing
- 8:59Speaker 1: you to be engaging in this not so stellar dialogue?
- 9:04Speaker 1: But beyond that, then I would ask you, what is
- 9:07Speaker 1: one simple action that you can take, maybe starting tomorrow,
- 9:11Speaker 1: that will help you get out of this pattern of
- 9:15Speaker 1: not so desirable behavior in this circumstance. Maybe it's starting
- 9:21Speaker 1: your day writing down one thing that you like about yourself. Now.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Of course, yes this could be something physical, but I
- 9:28Speaker 1: would encourage you to go a little bit deeper than that.
- 9:30Speaker 1: So maybe your one thing action plan, your single step
- 9:35Speaker 1: action plan, is every day for the next three weeks,
- 9:40Speaker 1: I'm going to start my day by writing one nice
- 9:43Speaker 1: thing about myself, one thing that I love about myself.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Once you start to do that, if this happens to
- 9:48Speaker 1: be the funk that you're in, and you can relate
- 9:50Speaker 1: with this, then you'll start to recognize that there are
- 9:53Speaker 1: so many beautiful things that make you who you are.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Of course, when we're in these negative self talk moments,
- 10:01Speaker 1: it doesn't really feel that way, but seeing them, like
- 10:03Speaker 1: visually looking at these sentences on paper or in your
- 10:06Speaker 1: notes app can make a major difference. Let's take another
- 10:10Speaker 1: funk thing. For example, I mentioned the funk of not
- 10:13Speaker 1: really being the best about what I'm eating. Now, whenever
- 10:16Speaker 1: I feel this way, the first thing that I ask
- 10:19Speaker 1: myself is am I literally starting my every single day
- 10:24Speaker 1: once I sit down at my desk with my shaker
- 10:26Speaker 1: bottle of ag one from Athletic Greens.
- 10:28Speaker 2: It's something that makes me feel really good in my body.
- 10:31Speaker 2: I know this.
- 10:32Speaker 1: I know that it's a way that I like to
- 10:33Speaker 1: give back to myself. So I will ask myself that
- 10:37Speaker 1: first and foremost more often than not. Of course, the
- 10:40Speaker 1: answer to that question is yes, I have been such
- 10:44Speaker 1: a fan of this product for so long that reaching
- 10:46Speaker 1: for it feels like second nature. But then, okay, let's
- 10:48Speaker 1: take that single step action plan one step further. Maybe
- 10:52Speaker 1: I'm going to ask myself, can you make sure you're
- 10:55Speaker 1: drinking three to four camelbacks of water a day. I
- 10:59Speaker 1: have this appbolt massive camelback on my desk.
- 11:03Speaker 2: It is called the Eddie.
- 11:04Speaker 1: I love it because it has a bite straw, and
- 11:08Speaker 1: I know that if I drink three to four of
- 11:10Speaker 1: those during my workday, yes, I'm gonna have to get
- 11:12Speaker 1: up to pe often. But that helps me do two things. One,
- 11:15Speaker 1: it makes me feel better because I'm hydrating, but also two,
- 11:19Speaker 1: it helps me not snack like I would if I
- 11:22Speaker 1: wasn't drinking all of this water. So by implementing that
- 11:25Speaker 1: single step action plan into my routine, I can get
- 11:29Speaker 1: a head start on where I want to go now again.
- 11:32Speaker 1: I say this single step action plan with intention because
- 11:37Speaker 1: it can be really overwhelming right for us to just
- 11:39Speaker 1: be like, I've got to make a change, I've got
- 11:41Speaker 1: to get out of this situation. I've got to pivot right.
- 11:44Speaker 1: And when we put together a like twenty step action plan,
- 11:48Speaker 1: it's super super super super easy to feel mega overwhelmed.
- 11:53Speaker 1: You want to make getting out of this funk, so
- 11:56Speaker 1: to speak, feel really accessible and recognize that you have
- 12:00Speaker 1: the power to take back control. That power will feel
- 12:05Speaker 1: really within your reach if you start with one small
- 12:09Speaker 1: thing at a time. Taking a break from today's episode
- 12:17Speaker 1: to talk to you about my sponsors. First up, Gooder
- 12:21Speaker 1: oh Man. I love my Gooders. I really can't imagine
- 12:24Speaker 1: what I would do without my Gooders. I've been obsessing
- 12:27Speaker 1: over these sunglasses since the moment my first pair arrived.
- 12:32Speaker 2: I love how they.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Are both stylish and functional, and I never have to
- 12:35Speaker 1: worry about them falling or slipping, whether I am biking
- 12:39Speaker 1: around Prospect Park or hitting sprints around the East River
- 12:43Speaker 1: Park track. I recently got my hands on a style
- 12:46Speaker 1: that I cannot get enough of, is called the vrgs.
- 12:50Speaker 1: I believe they've got this super sleek all black version.
- 12:53Speaker 1: It's called the Future is Void and trust me, you
- 12:57Speaker 1: are gonna look like a million bucks in these. Of course,
- 13:01Speaker 1: they have an awesome deal for the hurdle fam head

- 13:23Speaker 1: love to my friends at Athletic Greens.
- 13:26Speaker 2: What is going on? Ag one from Athleticgreens.
- 13:29Speaker 1: I mentioned it in this episode as one of my

- 13:35Speaker 1: ingredients as well as probiotics, probiotics, adaptagens and superfoods. Shaking

- 13:48Speaker 1: best now. Of course, ag one from Athleticgreens has an

- 14:17Speaker 1: Winter is here and there is no better time to
- 14:20Speaker 1: make sure that you're giving your body what it really
- 14:22Speaker 1: needs to function its best. So snag some today. The
- 14:34Speaker 1: next trick to getting out of a funk remembering that
- 14:38Speaker 1: you are a product of your environment. So I'm going
- 14:43Speaker 1: to go back to this not exactly eating the best thing.
- 14:47Speaker 1: On that note, before I get into this, I do
- 14:49Speaker 1: want to say that when you admit to yourself that
- 14:53Speaker 1: you are dealing with us or in something, you have
- 14:55Speaker 1: to have some grace with yourself because if you're just
- 14:57Speaker 1: sitting there and you're angry about the fact that you're
- 14:59Speaker 1: doing things a certain way, that's not going to help
- 15:01Speaker 1: you move forward.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Cool.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Cool, I'm glad that we set that up there. So
- 15:05Speaker 1: back to you being a product of your own environment.
- 15:08Speaker 1: If I'm trying to get better with what I'm putting
- 15:11Speaker 1: into my body. But I have a cabinet loaded of
- 15:14Speaker 1: snacks that have tons of processed ingredients and perhaps things
- 15:18Speaker 1: that I know that if I eat, I'm not gonna
- 15:20Speaker 1: feel good in my body. Then that means that I'm
- 15:25Speaker 1: probably gonna go to that cabinet every now and again
- 15:27Speaker 1: and get one of those things. Now, I am never
- 15:30Speaker 1: going to tell you that you need to completely cut
- 15:32Speaker 1: anything out of your diet.
- 15:34Speaker 2: It's just not what I'm about.
- 15:36Speaker 1: I in all of my years, through my weight loss
- 15:40Speaker 1: that I went through in college, and that I feel
- 15:43Speaker 1: is just like an ever evolving chapter in my story,
- 15:46Speaker 1: I never cut out anything. In fact, I used to
- 15:49Speaker 1: go to a weight watcher centered away in and when
- 15:52Speaker 1: I left the weight watcher center without fail, every single week,
- 15:56Speaker 1: I would go to Dunkin Donuts. I would get a
- 15:58Speaker 1: nice coffee and I would get a glie sick donut.
- 16:01Speaker 1: And that was like such a happy, rewarding, fun part
- 16:04Speaker 1: of my week that didn't dissuade me, or what's the word,
- 16:08Speaker 1: like make me veer away from my goals. I was
- 16:12Speaker 1: still able to go after my goal of being happier
- 16:15Speaker 1: and healthier in my body and ultimately lose weight. Even
- 16:18Speaker 1: when incorporating this donut, which some people would be like
- 16:21Speaker 1: that thing should not be on your okay list of
- 16:24Speaker 1: things that you can eat. You don't need an okay
- 16:26Speaker 1: list in my opinion. So while I'm saying here you're
- 16:29Speaker 1: a product of your environment, I know that I can't
- 16:31Speaker 1: keep a cabinet with oreos and Jack's. I don't know
- 16:35Speaker 1: if any of you ate jacks when you were younger.
- 16:36Speaker 1: They're like those cheese puffs. I used to be obsessed
- 16:39Speaker 1: with them. Cheese it God, frozen pizza in the freezer,
- 16:43Speaker 1: like ice cream galore, like. There are so many things
- 16:45Speaker 1: I can keep in my home, but I choose not
- 16:47Speaker 1: to because I don't want to lean into those things
- 16:50Speaker 1: all the time. Again, I'm saying that doesn't mean that
- 16:53Speaker 1: you can't eat those things from time to time, but
- 16:54Speaker 1: for me, it's just smarter for me not to keep
- 16:56Speaker 1: them in my hon Now, other reference points for you
- 16:59Speaker 1: being a product of your environment. If you are trying
- 17:02Speaker 1: to journal first thing during the day, then a really
- 17:05Speaker 1: great choice that you can make is to keep your
- 17:07Speaker 1: journal on your nightstand. By keeping your journal on your nightstand,
- 17:11Speaker 1: you will then wake up, maybe turn off your alarm,
- 17:14Speaker 1: which also happens to be on your nightstand, see the
- 17:16Speaker 1: journal there and just be like, Okay, today, I'm going
- 17:18Speaker 1: to take sixty seconds to write something in here. Of Course, again,
- 17:23Speaker 1: it's okay if from time to time you stray away
- 17:26Speaker 1: from where you want to be. But in order to
- 17:28Speaker 1: get unstuck and to beat these funks, as we have
- 17:31Speaker 1: deemed them, it is important that you set yourself up
- 17:35Speaker 1: for the best success possible. Another great example of setting
- 17:38Speaker 1: yourself up for success if you're in a funk where
- 17:40Speaker 1: you're not working out, often, a really great tool for
- 17:43Speaker 1: you if you want to get that done first thing
- 17:44Speaker 1: in the morning is setting out your workout clothes the
- 17:47Speaker 1: night before, or perhaps just keeping a drawer of workout
- 17:51Speaker 1: clothes that you like all of them. I can't tell
- 17:54Speaker 1: you how much of a massive help that was for
- 17:57Speaker 1: me when I moved to Brooklyn, that I got rid
- 17:59Speaker 1: of so many different pairs of tights and tank tops
- 18:02Speaker 1: that I didn't like the style or the fit. Now
- 18:05Speaker 1: I literally open the drawer and I reach in and
- 18:08Speaker 1: whatever literally is the first thing that I pull out
- 18:12Speaker 1: in the morning, Nine times out of ten, I'm gonna
- 18:14Speaker 1: just wear that thing now. Of course, I have shorts
- 18:17Speaker 1: that I like a little bit more for track workouts
- 18:19Speaker 1: versus longer runs.
- 18:21Speaker 2: You get the vibe.
- 18:22Speaker 1: But by knowing that I enjoy everything that is in
- 18:26Speaker 1: these drawers, that means that whatever I reach in and
- 18:28Speaker 1: grab is going to make my morning.
- 18:30Speaker 2: A little less hectic and a little easier.
- 18:33Speaker 1: And the last thing that I want to talk about
- 18:34Speaker 1: when it comes to getting out of your funk is
- 18:37Speaker 1: set some sort of like an end goal or like
- 18:40Speaker 1: a end reward. Right now, you're going to be taking
- 18:43Speaker 1: small steps to get to where you want to be,
- 18:46Speaker 1: to get over the hurdle that is whatever is not
- 18:49Speaker 1: serving you. And once you get there, you owe it
- 18:52Speaker 1: to yourself to reward yourself for implementing these better for you
- 18:57Speaker 1: habits to do whatever it is you're after, get strong,
- 19:01Speaker 1: date more, wake up, early, journal often again, endless list here.
- 19:07Speaker 1: So what is that reward? Well, that reward could be
- 19:10Speaker 1: putting a dinner on the calendar with a good friend
- 19:13Speaker 1: to have someone on one time with someone you haven't
- 19:16Speaker 1: caught up within a while. Or that reward could be
- 19:19Speaker 1: splurging for that infrared sauna session that you have been
- 19:24Speaker 1: really wanting to buy but just felt like it wasn't
- 19:26Speaker 1: the right time, I'm literally talking to myself. I am
- 19:30Speaker 1: going to an infrared sauna in thirty five minutes from
- 19:33Speaker 1: right now.
- 19:34Speaker 2: I may be a.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Little obsessed at the moment, but yeah, treat yourself because
- 19:38Speaker 1: you deserve to be taken care of, just like many
- 19:41Speaker 1: of you have no issue taking care of others. I
- 19:45Speaker 1: want to revisit really quickly before I let you go,
- 19:48Speaker 1: that idea of not judging your beginnings too harshly. Every
- 19:52Speaker 1: one of us is going through something at one time
- 19:55Speaker 1: or another, and these funks they come and go, and
- 19:58Speaker 1: they happen in so many different But what's important is
- 20:02Speaker 1: that you are kind to yourself and that you understand
- 20:05Speaker 1: that every single day is a chance to start fresh.
- 20:11Speaker 1: So if you meet whatever challenge that you're facing with
- 20:14Speaker 1: some grace, you have some compassion for yourself, and you
- 20:18Speaker 1: show up authentically, honestly and willing to make forward progress,
- 20:24Speaker 1: then hey, that's the first step to making a great
- 20:27Speaker 1: change for your overall betterment. Again, make sure you're a
- 20:31Speaker 1: following hurdle over on social media.
- 20:33Speaker 2: It's at Hurdle Podcast.
- 20:34Speaker 1: I'm over at Emily Abodi and I appreciate you.
- 20:38Speaker 2: You got this. Another hurdle conquered catch you guys next time.
