  Speaker: One is lost in a sea of revolving circumstances, responsibilities, desires, ego, wisdom, each of us inside of ourself.

  Speaker: What we do have the capacity to do in these precious moments as they arise is be mindful, capable of accomplishing anything.

  Speaker: Remember changing relentlessly.

  Speaker: Offer to our own selves, up to our minds, our souls, our being, our personalities, our ego, our everything, choices, how we proceed.

  Speaker: Societies, cultures, religions, spiritual traditions, our own experience, wisdom, and knowledge contribute, help us rise, gain a better understanding of what we're doing, accomplishing, better or for worse.

  Speaker: There are more or less an infinite number of decisions one is making daily throughout the day.

  Speaker: How can I learn from what is being presented to me as the moments come and pass by?

  Speaker: What is it I can keep developing and be satisfied with little steps, inklings, little decisions of unique and personal behavior because each of us is unique in this universe.

  Speaker: No one has the same generation by generation evolutionary trail behind themselves as You and I do.

  Speaker: Even a blade of grass or a bird flying through the air, fish swimming in the sea, dragonfly.

  Speaker: Surrounds us, is within us, beneath, above, behind us.

  Speaker: You, I'm talking to Soul of Souls, you, as we circumnavigate ourselves, rising, spreading, subsiding in all directions, continually, in an act of fusion and fission simultaneously, where inside your heart and soul, help this be, With understanding and compassion.

  Speaker: These are worthy of one's ascending before them to acquire, to reach up and out toward and to grab, to become.

  Speaker: It is surveillance of one's own being.

  Speaker: When we are circumnavigating our own physical form, our bodies, our minds, all of it together.

  Speaker: But we are also outside of our bodies, if we wish, in our sense of perception.

  Speaker: So in navigating in an elliptical orbit around ourselves, as our earth does the same around our sun.

  Speaker: It is continuous, yes?

  Speaker: It's not stop and go.

  Speaker: It's all the time being here now.

  Speaker: In this place, beyond one's physical being spreading, receiving, fusion, fission, both, everything, all of one's time, keeping in the frontal part of one's mind.

  Speaker: This recollection illuminate oneself.

  Speaker: This equals to revelation, realization, improvement.

  Speaker: These are all tied together.

  Speaker: We will make plenty and are making plenty of mistakes.

  Speaker: It is part of the mystery, the beauty.

  Speaker: Life is unknown to us.

  Speaker: It is constantly not only changing, but new.

  Speaker: From which direction it comes, we don't really know.

  Speaker: Surely it is coming, and it in itself a blessing for us to remember all the time.

  Speaker: It is inherent, crucially important for us to be aware, like a light bulb all the time.

  Speaker: Because we are alive.

  Speaker: We have the generation capacity.

  Speaker: We are like a solar cell or windmill.

  Speaker: The energy is always flowing, making sure some of it is flowing in this way, in awareness, in lifting one's head, opening one's sensitivity.

  Speaker: This whole practice, promise, perform, repeat, practice, promise, perform, improve.

  Speaker: There is no question that you will do so in a saw-toothed manner.

  Speaker: Because everything is changing.

  Speaker: We each have positive and negative sides.

  Speaker: The energy rises for whatever reason.

  Speaker: For whatever reason, it is okay.

  Speaker: It is natural.

  Speaker: And yet the illumination of one's encompassing soul is always here, turned on.

  Speaker: Be a witness unto yourself, finding the switch in your heart, pressing it on, caressing this awareness continually.

  Speaker: Linger and render this in one's mind.

  Speaker: Coordinate with one's soul.

  Speaker: Implement the changes occurring in every instant of time with the flavor of self-recognition.

  Speaker: I know whom I am, a bundle of miracles, feeling humbled by the majesty of all that I have some conceptualization of, thankful existence occurs, and this opportunity of what we consider to be life exists.
