- 0:00Well, you're just getting old and that's what happens when you get old.
- 0:04I was 40 years old.
- 0:0540 years old is not old.
- 0:07Jeff Newsyard is the founder of the sexual wellness centers of America and the innovator
- 0:12of Regenmaxx, the patented protocol proven to cure and prevent erectile and vaginal
- 0:18dysfunction.
- 0:19More than three thousand patients have completed the program with outcomes that
- 0:23consistently reflect a remarkable ninety seven point two success rate first demonstrated in
- 0:30his clinical trial.
- 0:31His work began with personal experience because at 40 Jeff faced erectile dysfunction himself
- 0:37and found that pills eventually stopped working.
- 0:40Instead of accepting decline as inevitable, he approached this problem differently.
- 0:45Free from the confines of traditional medical training, he asked questions others were not
- 0:49asking, which led to fifteen years of digging into white papers and research, conducting
- 0:55cadaver studies, and testing ideas with physicians willing to challenge convention.
- 1:01My mind was very sexually driven and my body was saying I'm not cooperating, I'm out.
- 1:06There's a real problem and I don't know what that is but I'm gonna find it.
- 1:09I really started digging deep and and when I say deep, I mean I worked with cadavers, I've
- 1:14worked with pigs, dead pigs and cut into the tissue.
- 1:18It's we lose testosterone and that activates the aging process.
- 1:23The cause of erectile dysfunction is not flow.
- 1:26It's a took fifteen years to figure all this out.
- 1:31Hi, everybody.
- 1:33Welcome to another episode of the Libido Lounge.
- 1:36I'm so excited to invite Jeff to this show because today, we're talking about something
- 1:42that I actually just wrote this long email about over the weekend that is a topic that
- 1:47continually fires me up, which is age.
- 1:51And this whole thing that often happens where when we start aging, we start having things
- 1:58come through our head and oftentimes these are are from medical practitioners, which is I am
- 2:04just getting older.
- 2:05And many times when we start having symptoms, we are told this by our friends, we're told
- 2:10this by our family, we are told this by our doctors, and we ignore symptoms so often
- 2:15because we just think that this is normal.
- 2:18We think our friends are going through it, so obviously we are too, and we then stop then
- 2:24looking and researching for the why.
- 2:28And these symptoms, when we're talking about sexual changes through erectile dysfunction,
- 2:32through vaginal changes, these are symptoms.
- 2:35And while they commonly happen with age, it is not necessarily because of age.
- 2:41And if even if it is, there's still things we can do about it because there are root causes,
- 2:45and that is why I wanted to invite Jeff to talk about this today because we gotta get out of
- 2:51this thinking that it is just because of age.
- 2:55That is doing so much damage to us, to our health, and to our relationships.
- 3:00So, Jeff, thank you so much for joining me today.
- 3:03It is a pleasure to have you on the lounge.
- 3:06Thank you.
- 3:06I'm I'm excited to be here.
- 3:08I've listened to your podcast several times, and I'm excited to be here.
- 3:11Thank you.
- 3:12Fabulous.
- 3:13It's my pleasure.
- 3:14And so, you know, let's start about this.
- 3:16Like, what do you like, talking about this as far as age, like, what do you think is going on
- 3:21from a root cause perspective, especially with, like, with ED?
- 3:25We'll start with ED in part two.
- 3:27We'll get more into the female side of things.
- 3:30And what do you think is the really what happening here, and why do you think so often
- 3:34it's just like, okay, we would get prescribed the little blue pill and it can work sometimes
- 3:39for people for a while and stop or work acutely, not fix the chronic problem.
- 3:44So what is going on here and why are we just often saying it is age and telling people to
- 3:49deal with it?
- 3:50What a great question and I love your intro because that's exactly what I was told
- 3:56verbatim.
- 3:57Well, you're just getting old, and that's what happens when you get old.
- 4:01I was 40 years old.
- 4:0240 years old is not old.
- 4:04I mean I mean, my mind was very sexually driven, and my body was saying, I'm not
- 4:09cooperating.
- 4:09I'm out.
- 4:10You know?
- 4:10So the pills, you know, I did what everybody else does.
- 4:13I, you know, I started looking at hormone replacement therapy twenty years ago and, like,
- 4:18maybe that's a problem.
- 4:19And it was.
- 4:20I mean, my testosterone at 27, I know for a fact, was eleven eighty five.
- 4:25And then at 40, just thirteen years later, it had dropped all the way to three zero five.
- 4:31So that's what got my curiosity up.
- 4:34Like, what caused that, number one?
- 4:37And why don't the pills work anymore?
- 4:39What's going on?
- 4:41And so I started digging deep and and for years for years, everybody's chasing blood flow,
- 4:49blood flow, blood flow.
- 4:50Thus, the pills.
- 4:51Thus, the topical ointments, pumps, and take nitric oxide, and do this, do that.
- 4:58There's so many gimmicks on the market and more today than there were twenty years ago, but
- 5:02there there were still quite a few.
- 5:05And I'm like, listen, there's a real problem.
- 5:07And I don't know what that is, I'm gonna find it.
- 5:09And I started reading white paper after white paper, mean, hundreds.
- 5:14And they were all saying the same thing, and there was one common denominator that nobody
- 5:22was addressing.
- 5:23And I've got a very extensive laser background, and I understand laser medicine very well.
- 5:29I've got a master's in laser physics.
- 5:31I'm I'm very well versed in medical lasers.
- 5:35And I'm looking at all this information, I'm like, listen, everybody's talking about a lack
- 5:43of collagen in the penile tissue.
- 5:46Everybody's talking about the the degeneration of collagen, and and we're assigning it to age.
- 5:54K?
- 5:54Which didn't make sense to me because I knew 70 year olds at the time that had no problems
- 5:59getting erections, which made me feel horrible at 40.
- 6:02Like, why am I?
- 6:04They're old.
- 6:05I'm not.
- 6:05You know?
- 6:06So and now I'm 60.
- 6:08They're not old either.
- 6:09But Yep.
- 6:10Back back then, I was that was my mindset.
- 6:12So in that process, I really started digging deep.
- 6:17And and when I say deep, I mean, I worked with cadavers.
- 6:20I've I worked with pigs, dead pigs, and and cut into the tissue.
- 6:24I gotta figure this out.
- 6:26Lo and behold, it's traditional medicine teaches that we age and lose testosterone, but
- 6:35that's not true.
- 6:36What happens, we stop producing testosterone by about 2% a year in our somewhere in our
- 6:43twenties.
- 6:44Now, obviously, for me, it happened after 27 and was a whole lot more than 2% a year to be
- 6:51down to three zero five in just thirteen years.
- 6:54But what I learned is and I'm just gonna use round numbers for conversation sake.
- 6:57Let's say let's say your your prime level left testosterone was at a thousand.
- 7:03And as it's coming down, gets to 600.
- 7:08That's an activating point.
- 7:09And let me explain it by making it real simple to understand, give you a little word a little
- 7:13picture here, mental picture, and that is think of your body like electrical box at home where
- 7:19all your breakers are.
- 7:21What happens, your testosterone hits that 600 or 500 for that level's unique for everybody.
- 7:26That opens the door to your electrical panel and starts turning breakers off one at a time
- 7:32until the final breaker is turned off and you expire.
- 7:35That is the aging process.
- 7:38But what it is is it started because your testosterone hit a certain level and that
- 7:43opened the door, that activated.
- 7:45Contrary to Western medicine, we lose testosterone and then we a or we we age and
- 7:50then lose testosterone.
- 7:51It's we lose testosterone and that activates the aging process.
- 7:56So once I started figuring that out, I said, okay.
- 7:59So then what about this collagen stuff?
- 8:01Well, guess what the first breaker that gets turned off in your body is?
- 8:04Production of collagen.
- 8:06So as that breaker gets turned off, it happens to men and women same time, same thing.
- 8:12It's just women notice it because women are in the mirror every day and they go, hey.
- 8:16Where'd that line come from?
- 8:17Where'd that wrinkle come from?
- 8:19Men, we don't care about stuff like that.
- 8:20But nevertheless, it's happening.
- 8:23Inside the penis, two tubes called the corpus cavernosum.
- 8:27Inside of that is a spongy tissue called the spongiosum.
- 8:31That spongy tissue is responsible for absorbing all the blood that flows into the penis until
- 8:36it hits a level in that penis that activates a muscle behind the scrotum called the
- 8:42bulbospongiosis that squeezes down, locks down the blood that's in the penis until orgasm.
- 8:49Then that muscle relaxes, blood flows back out.
- 8:52So that sponge is held together by collagen.
- 8:57So what happens is the sponge starts getting not very effective.
- 9:01It's absorbing less and less.
- 9:02So people don't really notice it because it's so slow.
- 9:05It's over a time process.
- 9:07But the first symptom of erectile dysfunction, and I hear it from every patient, The first
- 9:13symptom of erectile dysfunction is I can get erect, but I can't maintain it.
- 9:17And now it's getting harder to maintain it longer, and it goes down way quick.
- 9:23Sometimes I can't even penetrate, it's already gone down.
- 9:26And that's because the sponge is getting more lax and more lax or more dried out because the
- 9:31collagen is degenerating.
- 9:33And if it doesn't get full enough, it doesn't activate that muscle and it creates what's
- 9:37called medically as the venous leak.
- 9:40So when and once you start that, then our bodies are really, really good at
- 9:45overcompensating for injuries and problems.
- 9:48So your veins say, hey, mister Sponge, you're not absorbing all the blood we're sending in,
- 9:53so they help out And they develop atrophy and shrink up to send less volume of blood in.
- 9:58So now you got a 75% erection, and then you're still not absorbing it, so your body reacts.
- 10:03And now you got about a 50% erection.
- 10:05So eventually, I got people who come in at various stages, but they come in and I meet
- 10:10with them in a consultation and they tell me, at best, I got 30% erection.
- 10:15And then I got guys that tell me, you know, I get about a 75% erection and it doesn't stay
- 10:19there.
- 10:20This is all over the board.
- 10:22And then have you ever had your testosterone checked?
- 10:24No.
- 10:24Okay.
- 10:25Well, we need to talk about that.
- 10:26So we just kind of go through the process, but the cause of erectile dysfunction is not blood
- 10:32flow.
- 10:32It's a decaying sponge from decaying collagen.
- 10:37A result of erectile dysfunction is less blood flow.
- 10:41So I said, okay.
- 10:43Let's walk that backwards.
- 10:45Let's not work let's not worry about reversing the blood flow if I don't have a sponge to
- 10:48absorb it.
- 10:49Let's how to figure out the sponge.
- 10:52So many articles about degenerating collagen and lower collagen levels in the spongy tissue
- 10:59with testosterone deficient men.
- 11:03Okay.
- 11:03This makes sense.
- 11:04It's all starting to click together.
- 11:05So I knew how what I had been in lasers laser medicine so long.
- 11:10I knew what I had to do.
- 11:12I knew how to remodel collagen.
- 11:15I do you know, do on women's faces all the time.
- 11:17But on a penis?
- 11:19No.
- 11:19I don't know.
- 11:20I gotta figure this out.
- 11:21You know?
- 11:21And I always joke and say, I won't admit or deny that I burned myself and a couple
- 11:26volunteers a few times trying to figure this out.
- 11:30But eventually, figured out it takes a special kind of laser to remodel the collagen.
- 11:35Once we get that tissue the spongy tissue regenerating, well, then we can create
- 11:41angiogenesis in the penis in the corpus cavernosum and develop new blood vessels.
- 11:46So we get rid of the old, bring in the new, get rid of the old sponge, regenerate just like
- 11:51lifting weights.
- 11:52When you lift weights, you tear your muscles down, and your body at the cellular level
- 11:56rebuilds them.
- 11:58So that was, in a nutshell, the premise.
- 12:01And it sounds like it didn't take very long, but it it took fifteen years to figure all this
- 12:05out.
- 12:06And because I kept chasing all the same stuff, and I kept going down rabbit holes that
- 12:09everybody else was going down.
- 12:12And it's really interesting how some of the most simple things are right in front of you
- 12:15and, you because they're simple, you overlook them.
- 12:18So that's kind of the story behind it all.
- 12:20And I'm gonna tell you, when I when I figured it out, I saw results within three, four
- 12:27treatments of myself.
- 12:28Then I got a couple guys to volunteer at no cost and they started getting results four to
- 12:33five, six treatments in.
- 12:35Then I said, you know, I'm gonna do a clinical study on this.
- 12:38I developed also a I developed a biologic that we inject one time because o shot and p shot,
- 12:44they've been around forever.
- 12:45Doctor Reynolds, Fairhope, Alabama invented it.
- 12:49Back then, that's all we knew.
- 12:51But what I didn't like about it was, number one, if I were to do that today, I'm 60 years
- 12:56old.
- 12:57Well, my stem cells aren't very good or my exosomes and my PRP is not very good.
- 13:01They're old.
- 13:03So I needed something more regenerative, younger, better that was just more
- 13:08regenerative.
- 13:08And the other thing I didn't like about the p shot is it's five and a half ml injected into
- 13:15the penis.
- 13:15That's a lot of volume doing a penis.
- 13:17So it's very painful.
- 13:19And then to do it right, you got to do it three times two weeks apart, and nobody sells it that
- 13:23way.
- 13:24None of these med spas and all they don't sell it that way.
- 13:26They just it's one treat, you know, one shot.
- 13:29It's not gonna help.
- 13:30It's not gonna work.
- 13:31Same with women.
- 13:32Shoot.
- 13:32Women get two ml in a clitoris.
- 13:34Wow.
- 13:35Talk about volume pressure.
- 13:37So, yeah, all that was developed, and and then I did a clinical study on it and of two hundred
- 13:45fifty patients and had a ninety seven percent success rate.
- 13:48Ninety seven point six, actually.
- 13:50And now we've had over 3,200 patients since we've been open on a retail clinic side for six
- 13:59years, and we had over thirty two hundred patients go through the process.
- 14:02And and we've maintained a ninety seven point two percent success rate.
- 14:06And it's the same story, different day, different man, but all the same stories.
- 14:11And I'm telling you, we're seeing results on people who had complete prostatectomies from
- 14:17prostate cancer, from radiation from prostate cancer, And it's been it's just been rewarding.
- 14:26It's so fun to give people their life back.
- 14:28Can't tell
- 14:29the most of the most of
- 14:30the trade I went through
- 14:32Sure.
- 14:32At 40 years old.
- 14:33Oh my god.
- 14:34Sure.
- 14:34Yeah.
- 14:35I love it so much.
- 14:36And I want to I I have couple follow-up comments and and a question and a few things to
- 14:41say here.
- 14:42But the first is, like, I do so value, like, the level of research you've put in this, and I
- 14:48think it's so wise.
- 14:49Like, the idea of continuing continuing to ask why.
- 14:53Like, okay, well, why does this happen?
- 14:54And why does that happen?
- 14:55And why does that happen?
- 14:56You know, I really think that's how we get to the root is continuing to ask that and so many
- 15:01people are not.
- 15:02So just kudos to you for doing that.
- 15:05I want listeners to know that in addition to all of us, like, I am a big fan of getting to
- 15:11the root and giving something that can support you right away while you're getting to the
- 15:16root.
- 15:16And just so everybody knows, one of my favorite devices for this is the LUXIS.
- 15:21I'm gonna put a link to this as well as all of Jeff's information so you can get ahold of him
- 15:26in the show notes below the video.
- 15:28And this toy is amazing because you do have this cock ring that can help keep blood in the
- 15:34penis and and can help with that in the acute time when you need to have those erections.
- 15:39But the most amazing thing is the female part, which this goes around the woman's thighs and
- 15:47sits with this part here right at the clitoris, and this vibrates.
- 15:51So she can keep this exactly fully in place, tighten it up around her thighs.
- 15:56In any position, this is vibrating so she gets that clitoral stimulation, which is incredibly
- 16:01important because less than a third of women can actually orgasm from penetrative sex alone.
- 16:06Majority of women need that clitoral stimulation.
- 16:09And when he's wearing this, which helps keep blood flow in it, this has a magnet which
- 16:14stimulates this other part.
- 16:16And what that means is that when he is getting closer to her or faster, it's actually
- 16:21controlling her vibrations.
- 16:23So while you have her in any positions, while there's that blood flow, she's still gonna be
- 16:27able to experience her clitoris being stimulated, which is gonna help with that
- 16:32orgasm gap and all that.
- 16:33So I just wanted to throw that in there because I think it's a super important point for
- 16:37people.
- 16:38And my one of my questions for you is like because it's it's so interesting, I find, in
- 16:44the sexual dysfunction world that we almost like like make men and women into these
- 16:49different categories oftentimes.
- 16:51We think oftentimes in medicine like, well, these are male problems and these are female
- 16:54problems.
- 16:55And I know you and I both know that when you get to the root cause, it's a manifestation of
- 17:00this way Yes.
- 17:01In the man versus, you know, the woman.
- 17:03But it's like some of this the, you know, similar root causes.
- 17:06And as you're talking about, like, this lack of collagen and, you know, what's going to happen
- 17:10with the spongy tissue and all that with with these changes, one of the things I'm thinking
- 17:16about is, like, as far as the health of the pelvic floor is that you're getting, like, that
- 17:21lack of elasticity.
- 17:22Right?
- 17:22That's what you're describing.
- 17:23We see that for women.
- 17:25That's a huge problem.
- 17:26So I'm curious, you know, just about your protocol.
- 17:29Like, are you helping, like, do anything to kind of work with that increasing that
- 17:34elasticity of those pelvic floor muscles in men?
- 17:36Can you can you talk a little bit about that?
- 17:38Yeah.
- 17:39So with men with men, it's important to exercise that bulbospongiosis.
- 17:47Because as your sponge is not getting full and activating that muscle, looks like every other
- 17:54muscle that you're not using, it gets atrophy.
- 17:56So male Kegels are very, very important.
- 17:59They're very important.
- 18:00You know, when I realized that pills that it when I got onto the sponge part, like, it's not
- 18:07filling up, it was a problem.
- 18:09And the pills weren't working.
- 18:10That's what drove me to the sponge research because when I read that it was there's lack of
- 18:16collagen and testosterone testosterone deficient, all that stuff, the pills were
- 18:21starting not to work, which is proof because those pills work.
- 18:25I don't care if you get an erection or not, they dilate vascularity.
- 18:28I I know very a lot of physician friends that prescribe those for stressful jobs.
- 18:33So you're having a bad stressful day for air traffic controller.
- 18:36Take twenty milligrams of the Cialis, and it'll create blood flow.
- 18:41A lot of things like that.
- 18:42And they work.
- 18:43They dilate vascularity.
- 18:45But what good is that when you don't have anything to absorb it?
- 18:49So the body dilates, sends a bunch of blood in, and every man tells me, well, when I take them
- 18:54now, I get a little firm, but there's no erection.
- 18:57Well, why is that?
- 18:57Because they're working.
- 18:59You got a bunch of blood flowing in, but it's not being absorbed, so it's flowing right back
- 19:02out.
- 19:03Yeah.
- 19:03So that is the problem.
- 19:06And with women, people understand there's no the only difference between a penis and a
- 19:12clitoris, one has a urethra, one doesn't, and size, obviously.
- 19:18But they have the same corpus cavernosum, the same spongiosum.
- 19:22It's the same.
- 19:23Look at a cross section of a penis and a cross section of clitoris.
- 19:27So I was like, wait a minute.
- 19:29If this is helping men, I can restore clitoral atrophy.
- 19:33So we started working on that.
- 19:35Lo and behold, women respond very quick.
- 19:37The problem is with women, they get and we'll get in more into this in part two, but women go
- 19:45through more than just that.
- 19:46Yeah.
- 19:46They they have ED, quote unquote, with their clitoris, but they don't really realize it.
- 19:52But when that's happening, that's destroying clitoral nerves and sensitivity.
- 19:56So there goes your sensation, there goes your orgasm, and it's and then what happens is, as
- 20:02you talk about the pelvic floor, when that relaxes, women go through what's called vaginal
- 20:06relaxation syndrome.
- 20:08That vaginal canal drops, and when that happens, the rugae that line the vaginal canal,
- 20:13that's what creates the wetness.
- 20:15So when that canal drops, those ruegi go flat, and they're not on edge anymore.
- 20:21And then now comes the vaginal atrophy, the dryness, the pain.
- 20:25It it it's a domino effect.
- 20:27And so pelvic floor health is so important, and it's just like it's just like every other
- 20:32muscle.
- 20:32When we stop using muscles in our body, they get atrophy.
- 20:36Why do why do sedentary people get weak?
- 20:40And they say like, when you're old, like eighties, late eighties, they say a fall is
- 20:46likely and the fall is the beginning of the end.
- 20:49Why is that?
- 20:50Because their muscles aren't being used and they don't have the support.
- 20:53So it's the same thing.
- 20:54If we don't exercise that pelvic floor and and work that, we're gonna get atrophy.
- 21:00It's gonna be a problem.
- 21:02Yeah.
- 21:02Thank you for explaining that, and we will go through that from the female part so much in
- 21:06part two you guys.
- 21:08So below the video here, you're gonna find coupon codes to Alexis like I talked about for
- 21:14getting discounts.
- 21:15You're going to find how to access part two.
- 21:19And I know after listening to this and realizing how unique Jeff's approach is and how
- 21:25much he knows, like, you know, I interview so many people.
- 21:28I think I'm, what, close to I don't know.
- 21:31I think we're on like a 100 episode, a 120 at this point.
- 21:34And you are definitely saying things on this episode that nobody has said before.
- 21:38It's just absolutely wonderful.
- 21:40So I wanna make sure that people know how to get a hold of you to check out your work, to
- 21:45get started.
- 21:46I know when people come in, you offer a free book too when when people take you up on that
- 21:51first visit.
- 21:52So can you tell us a little bit about that?
- 21:53And you guys will have all of this information that Jeff's about to share here and, like, the
- 21:57links, all of that below below the video for you all.
- 22:01Yeah.
- 22:01You know, I I'm proud of my story.
- 22:04A lot of people get embarrassed about ED, and I can't tell you how many people say, well, I
- 22:09don't have that problem, but my friend does.
- 22:11And and it's just they're embarrassed, I get it.
- 22:14But guess what?
- 22:15You cannot heal what you're afraid to reveal.
- 22:18Right?
- 22:18So we gotta talk about the problem.
- 22:20But so I I finally just said, I'm just gonna write my story in a it's a small little book.
- 22:26Take thirty minutes to get through, but it tells the story.
- 22:29It gives the science background of it, the success of the treatments.
- 22:34And I'm 60 years old now, and I am never been more proud of my age in my life than I am
- 22:38today.
- 22:38I turned 60 in October.
- 22:40I'm healthier than I've ever been.
- 22:42My blood counts are perfect.
- 22:43My if you if I gave you my blood my labs, you would think you were looking at a 25 year old.
- 22:48I mean, my blood is perfect.
- 22:50My hormone levels are great.
- 22:52I have more energy than ever.
- 22:54And it's because of this experience and realizing how to connect the dots and how to
- 22:59get better.
- 22:59So I just put it down in a story format and put a little book.
- 23:04So, yeah, when you come in for a consultation as a patient, we give you a free one.
- 23:08And especially, you know, if they decide I can't afford this or don't wanna do this or
- 23:13whatever, we just give them the book anyway and tell them thanks for coming in.
- 23:15And and when when you're ready, we're here.
- 23:19You know?
- 23:19So Amazing.
- 23:21We just wanna make it a bit.
- 23:22It's really important.
- 23:23I can't tell you the emotional strain.
- 23:26Women can kinda close off to it a bit and kinda pro program their mind like, I don't get
- 23:32orgasms.
- 23:32It hurts.
- 23:33I don't wanna so they just kinda they're strong mentally, and they're able to just shut that
- 23:39off.
- 23:39Men, you take a man's penis away, they're I mean, they're I just I tell people all the
- 23:44time, I felt like I had to turn in my man card.
- 23:46I was done at 40, and it was embarrassing.
- 23:49It was humiliating, depressing as heck.
- 23:52And so it's just important.
- 23:53I can't tell you how many people tell me thank you for giving me my life back.
- 23:57So it's very
- 23:58And thank you for ending on that point because even the term like, this is something else I
- 24:02say a lot.
- 24:03It's like even the term sexual dysfunction, I think is actually really problematic.
- 24:07Like, sometimes I will say that just from a a medical perspective.
- 24:11But I really think it, like, does disservice, especially for men, about talking about it
- 24:16because what we're really talking about here is is an imbalance.
- 24:20And when we use dysfunction, it sounds like shameful.
- 24:23And, you know, and and not being able to get or maintain our interaction while there is a lot
- 24:29of more, like, emotional and and mental and, you know, can feel my understanding from
- 24:34talking to men is can feel, like you said, like, robbing them of their mask masculinity.
- 24:39And while all that is is emotionally true, at the same time, there's no difference in an
- 24:45imbalance in the penis or an imbalance in the blood sugar.
- 24:49It's like there are just imbalances in the body.
- 24:51The root causes might be different, but all we're talking about is like, oh, the body's out
- 24:56of balance.
- 24:56Let's figure out why.
- 24:58And so I really appreciate, you know, you sharing your story and and taking the shame out
- 25:03of it.
- 25:04Definitely encourage men that if you live long enough, pretty much everybody due to age
- 25:09changes that are reversible, they're just things that get out of balance commonly when we
- 25:14age, not because of age, just because we live a long time and things get out of balance, that
- 25:19are fixable.
- 25:20And so working with somebody like you is essential.
- 25:22I also want the ladies to know that one of my favorite devices also when we're talking about
- 25:27orgasms and so many women are like, wow, this is not important to me anymore.
- 25:32But here's a really interesting device, which is the Lioness.
- 25:35And the Lioness is amazing because what this device does is it is like a it's a data
- 25:41tracking device for your orgasms.
- 25:43And just like tracking our steps, when we track our steps and we realize, oh, I track my steps,
- 25:48I walk more, when you actually use this and it's hooked up to an app on the phone where you
- 25:53can see arousal and orgasms, well, what their company is doing when they're they're working a
- 25:58lot with the Female Sexual Research Institute where they're actually studying this and
- 26:02they're finding that when women track their orgasms, orgasm quality, orgasm quantity, and
- 26:08interest in sex are going up.
- 26:10So it makes sense.
- 26:10So you'll find discount codes and all of that in the show notes.
- 26:13You guys make sure you go check out Jeff's yeah.
- 26:16Jeff's page.
