- 4:36See if that's for you.
- 4:38All right.
- 4:39So that said, let's get into this week's episode.
- 4:41And speaking of my recent podcast review that I just referenced there about this show
- 4:45being for MLOs and real estate agents as well.
- 4:48Yeah.
- 4:49So sometimes what I try and do is diversify, mix it up.
- 4:52My audience, as you guys may or may not know, I've been in front of real estate agents for
- 4:5510 years.
- 4:56And I teach classes a lot.
- 4:58So that's one way I get in front of real estate agents.
- 5:00So I'm in tune with what's going on with real estate agents.
- 5:03And sometimes the topics are relevant to agents as well.
- 5:06And you're welcome to share the podcast with them.
- 5:09So this week, we're talking about mobile, right?
- 5:11And are you mobile first or mobile friendly?
- 5:14And there's a difference.
- 5:16And so it's not often that I bring on vendors, but whenever I hear about or come across
- 5:20a quote vendor, somebody who's got a technology play, a platform, a product or service in
- 5:26the marketplace, that I think is relevant for you guys.
- 5:28And that's top notch, both from a leadership standpoint and from a quality standpoint.
- 5:35It's usually only them that I feel compelled to bring those people to you.
- 5:39And today, this episode is an example of just that.
- 5:43So I'm interviewing Ben Tierlink.
- 5:45He is the CEO founder of Mobility RE.
- 5:49And we're going to put some links in the show notes based on what we talk about here.
- 5:52But look, I don't know what your situation is at your company if you've got a mobile app.
- 5:55If you do great, if it's not meeting your needs, you might want to suggest your leadership
- 6:00check out Mobility RE.
- 6:02Mobility RE has typically in the past only sold to companies on an enterprise level.
- 6:07But we are testing out something special, Ben and Mobility RE just for our listeners,
- 6:12just for you.
- 6:13Because he and I believe so strongly in that you've got to be mobile first today, not mobile
- 6:17friendly, knowing that, right?
- 6:19The predominant way people are engaging with you online on your app and consuming information
- 6:25is going to be mobile first.
- 6:27So if you don't have a mobile first user experience, you're creating friction, which means you're
- 6:33creating issues, you're not having an ideal customer experience and thus impacting your
- 6:37personal brand and might even be impacting your conversions, your client experience, post
- 6:43client reviews and things like that.
- 6:44So that's why I think it's a very important topic for you.
- 6:47The other thing is that when I started learning about Mobility RE, what it does, I was
- 6:50really blown away.
- 6:51So I don't want to reveal it all in the intro here.
- 6:53But they've got some really cool, unique features that I have not heard of in a mobile
- 6:58app before and I've looked at lots of different mobile apps.
- 7:01I've had people on in the past that have mobile apps, but this is quite unique and different
- 7:04whether you're a real estate agent or a loan officer, I mean, everything from obviously
- 7:08what you would expect, like easy text messaging, real time notifications of people engaging
- 7:12with, you know, on your website, but lots of other cool stuff like integration live, real
- 7:17time integration into local MLS, right, with GPS search, obviously the ability to personal
- 7:22brand it, to co-brand it, both for realtor and loan officer.
- 7:26You can actually schedule showing requests, setup custom filters that might include some
- 7:30real time listing alerts.
- 7:31The other thing I thought was really cool for you as a lender is that you can actually
- 7:36search by area agent's production, the type of loans they're doing, you can get really
- 7:43deep and granular with the deal type that the agents are doing and which lender, right?
- 7:49And why that's obviously useful is if you're going to be marketing and targeting agents
- 7:52you want to obviously know, are you going to be spending time with quality producing agents?
- 7:57And where's the bulk of their business perhaps going if it's not going to you?
- 8:00So that and a whole bunch of other things which Ben and I are going to unpack on this
- 8:03episode.
- 8:04But I do want to point out that check the show note links.
- 8:06If you want to do take the next steps, there's a special offer that Ben and Mobility Art
- 8:10you have put together to make this available now in a non enterprise user offer.
- 8:17So as I said in the past, big enterprise offering, right, only could get it if you were out
- 8:20of company that had it now, if you're interested in checking out more, you can do so by using
- 8:26the link we provide, which is, by the way, I'll just tell it to you right now, but it is
- 8:30get Mobility RE.com.
- 8:34Once again, it's get Mobility RE.com link in the show notes as well, link to everything
- 8:42you need in there.
- 8:44So without further ado, let's enjoy this week's show.
- 8:49Hey Ben, welcome to the show.
- 8:50Hey, thanks.
- 8:51Thanks for having me.
- 8:52You bet, man.
- 8:53So we're here to talk about mobile apps and modern technology and helping the realtor.
- 9:00You know, it's funny.
- 9:01I'm prepping for this.
- 9:02I'm looking over some of my notes in your website and something came across my research,
- 9:06my screen here.
- 9:07And we're going to talk about this about how, because there's this conversation brewing
- 9:11right now.
- 9:12I'm sure you see it around, you know, how do we beat Zillow, right?
- 9:15How do we compete against Zillow, all that kind of stuff.
- 9:17One of the things we talk about that, they kind of set the stages both for agents and
- 9:20lenders.
- 9:21But give us your brief, you know, version of how you would describe Mobility RE to a real
- 9:27estate professional.
- 9:28Yeah.
- 9:29So, you know, my kind of cubic, you know, elevator pitch to an agent Mobility RE would
- 9:36be, you know, that we are that customized app and platform for the agent so that they
- 9:42can give it to their clients and keep their client off those other platforms where all
- 9:47of their competitors are.
- 9:48So, we wanted to provide that home search experience with an awesome user experience and interface,
- 9:55but brand it to that agent and to that loan officer together.
- 9:59And that's, you know, kind of the quick high level and it really resonates with the agent
- 10:04because they're all experiencing what you just talked about and that's that frustration
- 10:08of the clients all going there.
- 10:10All right.
- 10:11So, that brings up a question.
- 10:12I think we can really, I mean, when I hear somebody say, and I'm not trying to isolate
- 10:17you, right, but when I hear somebody say, keep the consumer off the other, you know, destinations
- 10:24that they're going to, that we know they're going to, right, Zillow and all the other places.
- 10:28Can we really do that?
- 10:29Yeah, you know, and I think it's a really good question.
- 10:33I would say initially, no, because it's been there, they've done an amazing job of capturing
- 10:41all the eyeballs, you know, I mean, people are going to go there when they first start.
- 10:46But you know, what we've kind of seen is our way to get in front of that consumer and
- 10:52to make it happen is this is that conversation piece then for the realtor lender to say,
- 10:59hey, I'm sure you're already on Zillow or, you know, truly or wherever they are searching.
- 11:05But then, you know, they have all these advantages as to why they should use this instead
- 11:11and they start talking about, you know, the accuracy of the data, you know, a lot of the
- 11:15times, homes, you know, don't get marked as sold, so you're looking at homes at a sold
- 11:20weeks or months ago, we talked about, you know, that you're going to have a bunch of agents
- 11:25now hounding and calling you.
- 11:27So, you know, we see that the agents then start using all those reasons to then pluck that
- 11:33consumer off.
- 11:34Yeah, I like that, I like that.
- 11:37You know, leave there until you explain why they should and give them good that they
- 11:42can then replace it with, then you know, it really is happening.
- 11:46Well, that's actually an interesting concept.
- 11:48Thanks for kind of unpacking it like that, because I do think that makes a lot of sense,
- 11:51right?
- 11:52And like, you know, kind of taking control of the customer.
- 11:54So maybe their journey does start on one of these platforms that's attracting the eyeballs.
- 11:59That's cool.
- 12:00But it's like, what happens from there?
- 12:02That's if I'm kind of peeling back the layers of what you're saying, right?
- 12:06It's now up to us as the real estate professional to deliver that consumer experience that, right?
- 12:11What's our process going to be?
- 12:12Because we can't control the Zillow experience, but we can control ours.
- 12:15Right.
- 12:16Right.
- 12:17Exactly.
- 12:18Yeah, so you mentioned something as well, and just kind of, you know, going through this
- 12:21kind of, you know, checking the boxes of what your app does that's unique and different.
- 12:26A few things that jump out to me and considering my audience predominantly lenders, we'll talk
- 12:31about the, what's it called here, the lender partner portal through this conversation.
- 12:36Yeah.
- 12:37What are some of the, the, the real, you think key differentiators for the mobility are you
- 12:42up?
- 12:43Yeah.
- 12:44So, you know, there are a few things.
- 12:45You know, one is obviously the customization to the realtor, you know, which they want.
- 12:51They want to be there.
- 12:52They want their branding, their logos, and all those things.
- 12:56The second is that we're able to capture borrowers, information, and track their activity without
- 13:02forcing them to register.
- 13:04And we do.
- 13:05It's really powerful because, you know, so many of the other platforms out there, it's,
- 13:09you know, go to my website, go here, go do this, and then it's this forced registration.
- 13:14And we know what happens when a consumer gets that page, they take off and they go right
- 13:18back to wherever they started, which may be Zilla.
- 13:21Right.
- 13:22That's a big piece for us is to say, look, give them this, let them use it, have that search
- 13:26experience, but don't force them to register.
- 13:29However, we're going to track that and let the agent and the loan officer know, hey, here's
- 13:33everything that that consumer is doing.
- 13:35Another unique thing for us, though, is the co-branding of the agent and the loan officer.
- 13:40Hey, just not to interrupt, but before you go on, how do you, how is it that you can set
- 13:46it up so that there's no opt-in, there's no email required?
- 13:48Is that because it's an app they download in the app store?
- 13:52And so I wish, you know, but we're right soon and Google player really pretty strict
- 13:57about that.
- 13:58That would be a good thing, because that means if you downloaded some random app that
- 14:03you have your phone number and everything else about, yeah, which would be kind of scary.
- 14:07So because they download it, we don't capture it, but the different channels and ways that
- 14:12the consumers come in is how we are able to capture that.
- 14:16So through social media and our APIs and tie it in to the social media, when a consumer
- 14:22comes in, we capture through our texting platform, through our app share, where an agent
- 14:28shares it from their own phone to a potential client's phone, open houses, we also have
- 14:33like a signwriter component.
- 14:35All of these different ways and channels that the consumers come in, capture that phone
- 14:40number, and then track the activity, which has just been a really powerful way of getting
- 14:47them in, but not forcing them to register, but getting that info, and then as they request
- 14:52more and more info within the app, or a, I'm going to schedule a showroom if I want
- 14:56to do this.
- 14:57We'd say, all right, do you want to provide even more information?
- 15:01But out the gates, we're getting a cell phone number.
- 15:03We found that that cell phone number is really probably the most valuable thing you can get,
- 15:07because from a cell phone number, you can learn a whole lot about somebody.
- 15:12And you're getting that cell phone number because of the various data points you're able
- 15:15to connect once the consumer does download the app?
- 15:18Yeah, once they come in, correct.
- 15:20And we have a web version and a native version of the app.
- 15:23So even if they just come into the web app, we're capturing that.
- 15:27Okay.
- 15:28What is the usual kind of experience from what I'm thinking about is like, does the customer
- 15:36know like what's the proper kind of etiquette, right?
- 15:38If somebody's going to be, they may not know you're getting their mobile phone number.
- 15:41So are there some things to be aware of there before you start like being in people, you
- 15:44know?
- 15:45Yeah, you know, I mean, what we found that a lot will do is I'll say, you know, I'm going
- 15:50to share this apathy or someone may just text in, off a sign, rough of a mail or whatever,
- 15:55you know, it's the consumer sees.
- 15:58And you know, what will often happen is that agent or a loan officer will then text back
- 16:02through that same channel and just say, you know, sound like you're utilizing the application,
- 16:07you know, feel free to continue to use it if you need anything with no.
- 16:11Then the responses also can be tied to the activity, which is helpful because if that consumer
- 16:16goes in and they look at the house, they like it, and then they request showing on it
- 16:20within the app.
- 16:21You know, that's a pretty easy and solid lead response to say, hey, you saw that you wanted
- 16:27to go see this home tomorrow at two, yeah, I'll get it all lined up, meet you over there.
- 16:32So can I actually download this like straight up myself in the, in the app store or do I need
- 16:36a special?
- 16:37Yeah.
- 16:38So mobility RE is unique that way that we don't promote ourselves in the app store like
- 16:44Zilla or something else.
- 16:45It's our whole model is that we brand it, customize the agent, then have them promote it.
- 16:50So you know, an app that you would get would probably be some brokerage or agent or individual
- 16:56app that is in some market promoting and marketing and branding it that way.
- 17:02So if we do test accounts and demo accounts that we send to people to get a feel for it,
- 17:08not really promoting our own platform, we're more of a, let's brand it to the real estate
- 17:15professional and let them promote theirs.
- 17:17Yeah.
- 17:18Okay.
- 17:19Yeah.
- 17:20All right.
- 17:21So that's great.
- 17:22A couple other highlights.
- 17:23So you're welcome to keep going in terms of unique app features.
- 17:24I mean, I'm just looking at the website.
- 17:26I'm seeing the, you know, MLS data integration and to your point earlier about the accuracy
- 17:32of the info, right?
- 17:33That comes right from the MLS.
- 17:34But another cool feature I thought that, correct me if I'm wrong, that stands out different
- 17:38than Zillow is the updates.
- 17:40Yeah.
- 17:41Tell me a little bit about that.
- 17:42Yeah.
- 17:43It's pretty cool because we are direct vendors of the MLSs with the agents that are members
- 17:49of those MLSs.
- 17:50So we basically go in, we create the app for an agent.
- 17:53They're a member of that MLS.
- 17:54We attach that MLS to the app and how is the application and, you know, fortunately with
- 18:01our vendor partnerships with these MLSs, we get that data in real time.
- 18:05So we're able to send real time notifications of homes hitting the market.
- 18:09And that's really pretty powerful as a consumer, you know, as approved by their loan officer.
- 18:14They're just waiting now for the perfect home to hit the market.
- 18:17You know, we can notify that consumer within, you know, a minute or two of it actually
- 18:21hitting the MLS that this home just hit, it matches your criteria, you know, go check
- 18:28it out.
- 18:29And, you know, oftentimes I can be a day or two before it hits all these other platforms.
- 18:32Right.
- 18:33That's a nice advantage to a consumer that is in a hot market where things are moving
- 18:38quickly.
- 18:39So, I mean, this app is, it's pretty powerful, right?
- 18:42I mean, we don't have time to unpack everything here.
- 18:44You've got a full-blown CRM, which is kind of unique, I think, right?
- 18:48I don't really see that often in apps.
- 18:50I see usually there's kind of an integration to a third-party CRM, so that probably provides
- 18:54a little bit better experience for all parties.
- 18:57And you can interrupt me anywhere you want, by the way.
- 19:00The thing I'm just pointing things at that jump out to me, a Facebook integration.
- 19:03Tell me how one uses that.
- 19:05Yeah.
- 19:06So, you know, that's part of that lead capture.
- 19:08So, as an agent gets their own customized app, they can now promote their app within
- 19:14Facebook to all of their friends and clients, they can also, you know, even do Facebook
- 19:19ads.
- 19:20And then a consumer can then get the app straight from Facebook.
- 19:24And the integration there is really cool, because the consumer can click on it through
- 19:29the APIs.
- 19:30We know who clicked on it, what they did, they can request showings, communicate, you know,
- 19:34do all those things.
- 19:35So, there are very cool integration through social media.
- 19:38Here's a crazy question for you that I didn't, I didn't prep you for is, I don't know
- 19:43if you've ever seen sometimes people run the Facebook ads where it's like, you know,
- 19:46get a list of homes under X or maybe, you know, energize into an IDX for certain, you
- 19:52know, listing or criteria.
- 19:54Can you guys, can somebody run an ad on Facebook?
- 19:58Get them to quote download the app per se to get access to that specific CTA?
- 20:02Yeah, absolutely.
- 20:03I mean, you know, people can get really pretty creative with it, because all of those
- 20:07are search filters and alerts and everything that they created.
- 20:10And so, you know, really it's up to that agent or brokerage or whoever and how they want
- 20:15to promote it on Facebook, but they can do exactly that, say, hey, you know, have homes
- 20:20that fit this criteria, send directly to your phone, click here, and when they click,
- 20:24it would take a straight into that alerts page where they just drag the map where they
- 20:29want the alerts and filter of price ranges or other things and automatic, there it
- 20:35is.
- 20:36So, I think that's really cool compared to like how a lot of people do it right now is
- 20:38go to a landing page or whatever, right, and all the things you got to stitch together
- 20:42there.
- 20:43This goes right into your app, tied to your CRM, tied to the whole, the whole frictionless
- 20:46kind of process, you know?
- 20:48Exactly.
- 20:49Yeah.
- 20:50Yeah.
- 20:51He's cool.
- 20:52That is cool, man.
- 20:53Yeah.
- 20:54The CRM, again, just a quick glance.
- 20:55I mean, I was actually kind of surprised how in depth the CRMC seems to be.
- 20:59Yeah.
- 21:00It is, you know, and what we've noticed is a lot of agents, a lot of lenders do have their
- 21:06own CRM.
- 21:07So, we've created this one that basically says, hey, look, you have all these people coming
- 21:11in.
- 21:12We're going to track their activity.
- 21:13We're going to show you what they're doing.
- 21:14We're going to show you if they've added favorites, requested showings.
- 21:17If they've shared it with someone else, if you've shared it with them, then we're going
- 21:20to do all those things and provide it to you and send notifications by a text and email
- 21:25and then let you view it in your desktop or mobile CRM.
- 21:30But we also then said, let's pass it through to your existing CRM if you have one.
- 21:36Because, you know, we're not trying to get you to switch CRMs, but if you don't have one,
- 21:40you can utilize this.
- 21:42If you do, then we'll pass all these leads through and you can continue to log into the
- 21:46one spot that you check all your leads, but now see all your leads that come in from this
- 21:51platform.
- 21:52Right.
- 21:53Right.
- 21:54You know, we can really go either way and that's been really pretty convenient for everybody.
- 21:57You also have showing, showing requests on this app, which probably makes it convenient
- 22:02for the potential buyer, right, to schedule a showing request.
- 22:05Yeah.
- 22:06Absolutely.
- 22:07I mean, the consumer can click request showing and schedule that essentially.
- 22:11In the agent whose app it is, then gets the notification and line up that showing and
- 22:17call the text, the consumer back and say, we're good to go meet you to and now there's
- 22:24being a new client over there showing them a house.
- 22:26Yeah.
- 22:27Love that.
- 22:28Okay.
- 22:29So we spent a little bit of time talking about, you know, some of the features and stuff.
- 22:31And obviously we're going to put links to your website and some other things.
- 22:34Other things we'll tell you listeners about in a few moments here, but it's mobility
- 22:38r e dot com links in the shown us if you want to, there's a cool video there.
- 22:42You have a daily webinar, I think as well.
- 22:44Yeah.
- 22:45So we do.
- 22:46We do demos daily webinars.
- 22:47So people can just request, you know, to join that and then we'll send them a link and
- 22:52run through that demo and, you know, webinars so they can see the products and what it
- 22:57is.
- 22:58How it works.
- 22:59But, you know, I think a big part of our platform, obviously, you know, a little history
- 23:05of our company.
- 23:06We've been around a little over 10 years and we started out really more as just a real
- 23:11tour product, you know, customizing and building these, but we found so often that these agents
- 23:17were working with lenders and the lenders wanted to be part of that and, you know, build relationships
- 23:23to the agents that we started getting more and more lenders calling and saying, hey, how
- 23:27can we utilize this to build relationships with agents, generate leads together, you know,
- 23:34follow up on leads together and take those consumers off the other platforms and put them
- 23:39onto this, where now an agent and loan officer are there.
- 23:42So we really kind of transitioned to a lender agent product and have added a lot of cool
- 23:50features for the mortgage industry, you know, one of the best parts of that now is, as
- 23:58all these consumers come in and they're searching for homes, you know, we create space on
- 24:03there for the lender and link it directly to their online loan application.
- 24:08So the consumer can now kind of get that whole experience of finding a home and getting
- 24:15approved for a loan all kind of in a one-stop shop, so, you know, that's been really beneficial
- 24:22for our lenders to now be able to go to the agent and say, hey, look, we can do this together
- 24:28where we have home search, we have, you know, a loan application of approval process all
- 24:33kind of connected and, you know, it's what the consumer is just being pounded with in
- 24:39terms of advertising.
- 24:41We also see, you know, the one-stop shop, yeah, rocket home, rocket mortgage, you know,
- 24:47all cool things.
- 24:49Well now they can get that same user experience by finding a home and getting their loan
- 24:56all through this one platform.
- 24:58But tell us real quickly then about the lender partner portal.
- 25:01What is that?
- 25:02Yeah.
- 25:03So, you know, basically what that is, that allows the lender to come in and introduce
- 25:08mobility to their agents and to the brokerages that they work with, but then what happens
- 25:14we end up creating these apps for these brokerages and agents, the mobility team will actually
- 25:19do rollouts and sales presentations to these brokerages for the L.O.
- 25:27And you know, just to give you kind of an example, we have a lender in Colorado and they
- 25:31went to, I think, five or six independent brokerages, meaning, you know, ABC Realty,
- 25:38Nada, or Coldwell, or Rebe, and today look, we have these really cool apps that can be customized
- 25:44for each of your agents, you know, then they can give it out to their clients so the client
- 25:49uses it instead of these other platforms.
- 25:52And every one of those independent brokerages and all that would be awesome.
- 25:55We love it.
- 25:56Some mobility created apps for every one of those, it ended up in about 1600 realtors and
- 26:02did sales meetings for each of those brokerages.
- 26:04The mobility team helped launch it to those agents and then had the lender section on every
- 26:13one of those apps.
- 26:14So you know, the exciting and cool part for us is then working and talking with that lender.
- 26:20They're now getting roughly 35 to 40 completed loan applications in their inbox every single
- 26:27month.
- 26:28The consumer that's now getting this realtor app, searching for houses and they see this
- 26:32big applying now button, they click on their info in and loan app drops in the lender's
- 26:40inbox, you know, they get everything squared away.
- 26:44In addition, they're now building relationships with 1600 realtors that they may not have
- 26:50known or had a conversation piece, you know, with and how they do.
- 26:54So the big part of this platform is the lender ability to go to agents for brokerages.
- 27:03You don't think the lender would have been successful if they offered to buy 1600 cups
- 27:06of coffee?
- 27:07No, I don't know, add a donut to it.
- 27:14Add a donut baby, we're in, I love it.
- 27:18That is really a great example of, you know, number one, knowing, you know, who you're speaking
- 27:22to because what you're kind of alluding to with the big franchises they already have,
- 27:26CRMs and apps and like caliber, and stuff like that.
- 27:29So the easier kind of path there was, hey, how can I find the underserved?
- 27:32So loan officer listening to this, right?
- 27:35This is your opportunity.
- 27:36We're going to give you some, you know, ways to learn more about mobility, how you can
- 27:39have a conversation with them about perhaps bringing something like mobility RE to any dependent
- 27:44brokers like that, to have a similar situation, like Ben just talked about.
- 27:48Huge value added, man.
- 27:49Love it.
- 27:50Thanks.
- 27:51Okay, other in terms of, you know, in the lender partner portal itself, that's a co-branded
- 27:59experience, you said?
- 28:00It is.
- 28:01Yeah, it's a co-branded experience that will brand to the agent and to the loan officer.
- 28:06But, you know, what we did, and I don't know if we can kind of talk about this now, and
- 28:11I think this is, you know, have a good segue in, is that, you know, we've done this for
- 28:17over 10 years, and as these loan officers start looking at it and saying, this is awesome,
- 28:24but I do need to know my audience.
- 28:25I need to know who I should be at in this conversation with, I found, you know, for
- 28:30ever, all those, you know, go into a real estate office or try to have a conversation with
- 28:36an agent, just kind of blind, not knowing, does this agent do two deals a year or do they
- 28:43do?
- 28:44Right.
- 28:45Do deals a year.
- 28:46Yes.
- 28:47And so as we looked at this and have been, you know, creating this co-branded product
- 28:50for 10 years, we said, you know, why don't we create something that's going to help
- 28:54our loan officers, our lenders, understand who's doing all the business in their market,
- 29:00so they can then go have the conversation to, you know, a potential app and coffee in
- 29:06a donut.
- 29:07But two agents that are actually active, good, solid agents producing exactly.
- 29:14Yes.
- 29:15And so, you know, last summer, we launched a beta version of what we call market intelligence.
- 29:23And, you know, what that does is kind of twofold, one, it gives the loan officer the ability
- 29:31to search agents and brokerages in their area to see who's doing what.
- 29:39So basically, say, I want to see all the top brokerages in this market or I want to see
- 29:44all the top individual agents in this market or a specific brokerage or a specific agent.
- 29:50We can then show you how many deals they're doing, what kind of deals they're doing.
- 29:55And then, you know, we were able to take it one step further, which is really pretty exciting.
- 29:59We can then also show you what lender they're working with.
- 30:03So, it basically allows our lenders the ability to come into a market, you know, analyze
- 30:09it and say, okay, these are the brokerages or agents that we think there's an opportunity.
- 30:15They're not specifically using a lender.
- 30:18It's kind of scattered.
- 30:19And we're going to go in and try and now have conversations with these people
- 30:23and now use all these other tools and products we talked about for the first part of this,
- 30:27you know, to then say, hey, we can create these co-branded tools that are going to be effective for
- 30:33you. We'd love to, you know, work with you to show you how we can help each other generate
- 30:37more business. So it's really kind of connected that circle of, now we have the way to find the
- 30:44right agents and brokerages. But then we also have the tools to co-brand and build the relationship
- 30:50and generate leads together. Are you saying that you can let's just say a lender goes through that
- 30:55and identifies an opportunity much like you described. You're willing to help have those kind
- 31:02of conversations to bridge that? Yeah, yeah, exactly. So what we do, you know, what the typical lender
- 31:10will do is they'll come into the intelligence. They'll find those agents brokerage that,
- 31:16you know, they want to work with. And then, you know, what they'll do is reach out somewhere
- 31:21another to that brokerage and say, hey, and we've created some cool marketing materials. We have
- 31:25like a two-minute teaser video that the elo could send to that brokerage or to that agent and say,
- 31:30hey, check this out. Let me know if you're interested. And that says, hey, get your own app. Do this,
- 31:35this and this. Have a brand and capture leads with no registration. So it kind of perks the
- 31:39interest of that brokerage or agent. And then they say, hey, look, you know, we want to come in
- 31:45and give you guys a demo or a presentation. Well, part of what mobility does is we have teams that
- 31:50will then, you know, do a webinar and do that presentation to the brokerage explaining the whole
- 31:56product or the LL. So essentially, the LL just lines that meeting up. We do that. The LL looks
- 32:02great. And then, you know, every time the brokerage is excited and says, yeah, we love it. Like,
- 32:07what do we need to do? Yeah, that's really cool. Build and launch it. That's very interesting.
- 32:14Because that is really, you know, taking the angle of a business partnership versus just a vendor,
- 32:19you know, like that a lot. I like that very, very much. My brain is spinning. I've just been
- 32:26taking notes to this whole thing. So if somebody wants to learn more about how to do that,
- 32:31wants to dig into the mobility app, I know you and I have talked about doing something special for
- 32:35our listeners and that historically, your platform has been available pretty much only on an
- 32:42enterprise basis, right? Yeah. So, you know, we've had, you know, our product, the co-branded
- 32:48side of things that, you know, we've done an individual agent level and on a branch level for
- 32:53lenders, but the whole intelligence piece of it, where we're now giving you insight on,
- 32:59you know, productive agents, but also on the flip side lender production for recruiting,
- 33:06where we can show, you know, what LOs are producing, what kind of loans, what realtors they're working
- 33:11with, that market intelligence piece that, you know, we launched a year ago, that has been really
- 33:18on an enterprise level only. And has gained a ton of traction, has been really, really effective
- 33:25last year, but that's where I think we can do something pretty unique for all of your listeners
- 33:33that, you know, we've never opened it up on an individual basis. So it's been the entire company
- 33:39has to, you know, sign up. And, you know, we're going to open that up to individuals through your
- 33:44platform, which is kind of exciting. Yeah, it is. And I'm looking forward to being a part of this
- 33:50because it's, it is literally brand new as of what you and I just talking like the other day.
- 33:56But ice, you know, you and I talked just quite candidly about there's other things in the
- 33:59market that are trying to do different pieces of this, but don't necessarily do it all together,
- 34:03whether it's MTA reports, list reports, whatever. But you guys, I think, have this complete
- 34:08sweet solution that also integrates, let's just face it, the mobile culture that we all live in,
- 34:14and really creates a true, you know, connection, if you will, a bond, you know, the whole, like
- 34:21I remember back in the day, like the pain of disconnect. What we're looking for as a lender,
- 34:25you know, everybody talks about loyalty from real estate agents. Well, how can you make that
- 34:28that relationship more sticky, the pain of disconnect, right? And then this, this is a great example
- 34:33of it would be painful for an agent to disconnect because of the value they get that you bring to them.
- 34:38Exactly. Exactly. Love that. Yeah. So for those listening, if you want to learn more,
- 34:43what we're going to do is put a link in the show notes, and you need to just grab your mobile phone,
- 34:47click through to the show notes page, or if you're on your computer desk, help laptop,
- 34:50obviously, you know, click over to the podcast page, but it'll be very easy for you to find that,
- 34:56and that'll take you to the next step in the process. And let's all get together and,
- 34:59you know, do something meaningful together. Awesome. Love it. How about if anybody wants to reach out
- 35:04to you personally, Ben, where would they do that? Yeah, so a couple of things that they can do,
- 35:08you know, reach out to us directly. I'm going to give you, you know, this email,
- 35:14it's sales, because it's going to respond much, much faster than I am. So you reach out to sales
