- 1:10[SPEAKER_01]: But the things that you're doing, this podcast is here to make sure that you get to have all the worthiness and success in love and things that you want in this world and celebrate you along the way.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_01]: So send your Winsen.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_01]: Send them in.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_01]: Small, big.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_01]: They can be one sentence.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_01]: They can be a paragraph already tomorrow before I get into your Winsen.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_01]: This says,
- 1:25[SPEAKER_01]: Neuroscience shows confidence is built by repeatedly taking action before you feel ready.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_01]: So most people have this backwards, they wait to feel confident before they act.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_01]: Outcome hesitation avoidance over thinking and delay and because they don't act, their brain never gets new evidence.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_01]: That means your brain builds confidence in different areas of life, emotional, social, and professional through action and evidence.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_01]: Listen to the podcast intro action is the antidote to fear and it brings clarity.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_01]: More action you take, the more evidence your brain has for a beautiful confident to take more action.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_01]: Though no action, no evidence, no update, no confidence.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_01]: This negative feedback loop weakens confidence over time.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_01]: Even if you think I'll never know anything new,
- 2:14[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_01]: Confidence grows or we can space on the predictions your brain makes about you, your brain is constantly asking, and I handle this.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_01]: Those predictions only change from action, not from thinking of taking action.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_01]: When you act even while uncertain or afraid your brain gets new data.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_01]: I did it.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_01]: I can tolerate discomfort.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_01]: I handled it at new data creates prediction errors in the brain increasing neuroplacicity, new input, action is more manageable than my fear anticipated, taking consistent action reduces that thread, response over time increases tolerance for uncertainty and strengthens self-efficacy.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_01]: I can handle this.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_01]: This is when confidence grows you don't become confident and then act you act your brain Updates confidence grows act before you feel ready.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_01]: That's how confidence is built So be it babe.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_01]: This is like literally a post about being until you see it Do you see that so the link is in the show notes.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_01]: It's from let's train the brain So grateful for that.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_01]: I saw this one.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_01]: I was like that is the be it.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_01]: That's the be it.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_01]: That it is.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_01]: I love it so much.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so now
- 3:16[SPEAKER_01]: your win.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_01]: This one is from Polaris Core UK, going for lunch with friends for the first time out since post up.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_01]: So if you haven't followed Polaris Core UK, you should, Kimberly is amazing.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_01]: I love her so much.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_01]: She had an unexpected surgery recently and she's been sharing and showing how she's still getting movement and steps in.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_01]: and taking care of herself and prioritizing herself even while in pain, even while injured, she has kids, you guys.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_01]: She, it, like, her life isn't like this all fluffy and ponytails, like she's doing it and she doesn't in a way to help you see, like, you can to take care of yourself in these cases.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_01]: And so thank you for taking the time to share a win with us, so I can highlight you and how you're inspiring me and other people every single day with all that you're going through.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_01]: Here's my way.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_01]: You've heard us talk about this and like the things that are coming up, but I just have to like take a second.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_01]: Elevate, which is in-roundstakes, it's halfway through.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_01]: We did the Elevate Round 6 weekend.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_01]: They're being this month.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_01]: There are assessments for our coming up.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_01]: They're going to have their 4th out of 5 weekends next month.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_01]: And this is the
- 4:25[SPEAKER_01]: I just, like, am so proud of the work that they're putting in, the more importantly, I'm really proud of how I continue to challenge myself and understanding how people learn so I can continue to make each round understand the work that J taught me better.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_01]: And then I get to share that with pass rounds.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_01]: as they support the new people and as they come on retreats, but all in all, I can't believe in 2022 when I started this program, I was like, I think I'll just do it one time we'll see.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_01]: And so my win is kind of big, because it's like so many years in the making, like, so proud I did something scary.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_01]: And so what I'd be it to I saw, it's like not confidence over it.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm so proud of how confident I am in the proc that we're doing because it really does change people's lives and just watching these students at hell of a continue to share their wins of how they're applying with their learning and changing how they're teaching and impacting the lives around them.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_01]: Like it's a win that keeps on going.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_01]: And I also, like, it's something I, like, have to celebrate as well because, like, because they love it so much, because past friends have loved it so much, like, next year is almost full.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_01]: And that is because of, like, the dedication that my team and I put into this program, and so doing something scary that we're like, should we be going to do this?
- 5:36[SPEAKER_01]: Should there be other people to do it?
- 5:37[SPEAKER_01]: So that inspirational post is really an example of, like, it's literally the thesis behind what I've been doing.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_01]: And yes, I can say confidence does come from doing the thing before you feel ready.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_01]: So thanks to all my elevate grads from one through five.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you for six for trusting me.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_01]: You guys are working so hard.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_01]: And people who are sent it for on seven, we're going to have a lot of fun.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_01]: We are.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_01]: All right, let me get you a mantra.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_01]: I let go of everything that holds me back from being my best self.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_01]: I let go of everything that holds me back from being my best self.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_01]: You let go of everything that's holding you back from being your best self.
