- 0:05SPEAKER_01: Thank you for tuning in to Wellness Wednesday.
- 0:08SPEAKER_01: And we are so excited, you guys.
- 0:11SPEAKER_01: Truly, these Wellness Wednesdays are designed to empower you to take back your health.
- 0:17SPEAKER_01: And you guys, we know that our body is the miracle.
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: And when it's given the right tools, incredible things can happen.
- 0:25SPEAKER_01: And so today's, I'm going to call it podcast slash webinar.
- 0:28SPEAKER_01: For those of you that are listening on podcasts, welcome.
- 0:31SPEAKER_01: Today's topic is longevity.
- 0:33SPEAKER_01: And we're going to be talking about the foundation of what we believe longevity has to do with, which is our cellular health.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: And I'm very honored tonight to have Dr.
- 0:45SPEAKER_01: Terry as our guest.
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: And I'm going to give you her bio.
- 0:49SPEAKER_01: She's, I would say, one of the best people to talk about this subject.
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: And we're going to dive deep.
- 0:55SPEAKER_01: So stay tuned until the end.
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: But Dr.
- 0:57SPEAKER_01: Terry has been studying natural health for more than 40 years.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: And I'm sure that's evolved, Terry, throughout 40 years.
- 1:04SPEAKER_01: I can only imagine.
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: She's a board certified naturopathic doctor, master herbalist, certified natural health professional, certified weight loss coach, and Tai Chi Kung Chai, Tai Chi Kung Master Trainer.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: She was presented a higher achievement award for naturopathic doctors by the American Naturopathic Medical Association.
- 1:29SPEAKER_01: So to say this woman's equipped, it's beyond.
- 1:31SPEAKER_01: So, Dr.
- 1:32SPEAKER_01: Terry, we're excited to have you.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: And as we launch this podcast, would you just give us a background as to why you got involved in natural health?
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: And now that it's been 40 years, I'm sure just the evolution of what that's looked like, I would love to hear, as you are the expert.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's funny.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: Well, I got involved because as a child growing up, penicillin was the latest and greatest.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: And I started thinking about the fact that when I was seven years old, I had surgery on my eyes.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: And looking back on it and with what I've learned through the years, that's what really hit off my situation because we didn't know back in the day that antibiotics will kill the immune system.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: And so from that experience moving forward, the family doctor came to our house because I'm of the age that they came to the house back in the day and gave me a shot at least every 10 weeks or so, because I'd be well enough for a while and then I'd be sick again.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: I had holes in my eardrum.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: I had every itis you can think of, bronchitis, pneumonia, et cetera.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: I was just always sick.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: In fact, I tell people I raised my children under the fear of death if I ever got in a swimming pool with them and a drop of water got near my ears.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: Like no one was allowed to splash if I was in the water.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: So, you know, I went through my life when the time came around for allergy testing.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: I had the tests, the shots, the medicine, and I felt better, but I didn't get well.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: And then I developed asthma, and now I had more doctors and shots and tests and all that, and inhalers, and I felt better, but I didn't get well.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: And then in the end, I developed a heart problem in and out of the emergency room, the fear that would make me even more numb on my left side and all that.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: And now we bring in internists and cardiologists and medicine, and I felt better, but I never got well.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: And so my trajectory changed because suddenly my father died of a massive heart attack.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: He was 53 years old.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: And then five years later, my mother died of lung cancer.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: She was 57.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: And one day I woke up and I thought, oh my gosh, I do what they do, I eat what they eat, I have a team of doctors like they had.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: They're gone, and I'm sicker than they ever were at my age.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: And that was what shifted me over to a new plan.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: So the first herbalist I went to gave me 19 different supplements that I took two or three each, three times a day.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: And I had a big bowl of these herbs, four bottles of water.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: My husband thought I'd lost my ever-loving mind.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: And I would spoon them into my mouth, and I'd just tell him, hell, I don't even have to eat anymore because by the time I'm done with three big bowls of herbs.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: But I began to see a light at the end of the tunnel.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: That the thing was, my common sense was telling me that was a little over the top.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: So that's how I started studying.
- 4:37SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: And you know, now obviously we've evolved to understand that when you focus on cellular health, today we're going to be talking about the foundation of longevity, which is cellular health.
- 4:49SPEAKER_01: Obviously, we're going to dive a little bit deep into that.
- 4:52SPEAKER_01: But let's talk about that for a little bit.
- 4:55SPEAKER_01: Like we're talking about root cause here.
- 4:57SPEAKER_01: And I think you said it perfectly with your story.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: Like you were given all the, you know, band-aids, but yet you felt better, but nothing was changing.
- 5:05SPEAKER_01: And I think the majority of the population is feeling that way because allopathic medicine obviously has a different reason for existing.
- 5:12SPEAKER_01: I'm a hundred percent believer that in its right place and time, it is 100% needed.
- 5:18SPEAKER_01: But when you're talking about a chronic situation, that, you know, it changes.
- 5:21SPEAKER_01: And so I think that it's it's time people understand that too.
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: It's not even about living longer, I believe.
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: I mean, that's the purpose.
- 5:29SPEAKER_01: I think the title of longevity, it's the quality of life.
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: And, you know, as you said, your parents, you know, passed away young with chronic conditions and you wanted to have a different life, right?
- 5:41SPEAKER_01: Longevity is all about the quality.
- 5:43SPEAKER_01: So let's talk a little bit about cellular health and why it's so important to focus on that.
- 5:49SPEAKER_01: And also kind of going back and tying together over supplementation, right?
- 5:54SPEAKER_01: You were given a whole slew of herbs and, you know, you can only take so much, but we're going to dive into what we believe to be the best solution to be able to reduce what people are taking and amplify their results.
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: So let's start there with cellular health.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: Well, you know, through the years, all of the studying that I did and piece by piece putting it together.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: And I realized even for myself, and anytime I'm talking to people about what we do to try to get well or to feel better, is, and especially now with social media, like every time you hear somebody, you're like, holy cow, I need that.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: And then you turn on the TV, and back in the day it was Dr.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: Oz, holy cow, I need that.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: And every article you read, I need that.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: And the next thing you know, you have an entire cabinet full of things that you don't even know why you have it all, and you certainly aren't taking it all, so you're not getting any real success from it.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: And in my particular case, I was way, way, way into antioxidants in 2003.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: So you can imagine my surprise 11 years ago to find out that protonum had been on the market since 2003.
- 7:00SPEAKER_00: And I was passionate about an antioxidant product during that period of time and did so much deep dive study that when protonum was introduced to me, first of all, when someone called me and wanted me to watch a video, I about fell out of my chair.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: And I had already told them I had time because that person had lupus, and I will help anybody with anything I might know that could help.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: And but of course, the ABC prime time did get my attention.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: And once I learned the, you know, the ins and outs, which meant I flew to the company to find out because I couldn't wrap my thoughts around it.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: I have a master's in herbology, and you're telling me one little yellow tablet is gonna do all this amazing stuff in my body, and I'm like, what?
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: And so when I got out to the company, luckily the developers were able to make me understand that everything I knew about God's pharmacy, you know, herbs and tinctures and backlower remedies, so forth, it's all valid.
- 8:01SPEAKER_00: It is.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: What's on this earth is valid.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: And what's happened, particularly with Life Vantage, is taking it to a new level, taking the compounds, putting them together, and now hitting the body at the cellular level.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: And it is a hundred percent game changer.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: I mean, hands down.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: And of course, probably most everybody on the phone on this podcast knows that if you've been around long enough to understand it.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: But it was amazing to me.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: I mean, amazing.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: And fast forward, it's changed my life completely, as I was telling you with my trip, you know, where I was uh through the years, you know, wouldn't even get in a swimming pool that everybody had to stop movement kind of thing, and to go into Paris for 10 days and being up at in action already in Paris by eight in the morning until 10 and so forth at night, going up the Notre Dame Cathedral 424 steps and back down again 424 steps.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: And every single building, for those of you who have been in France, are mammoth buildings.
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: I mean, we we were putting in more than 15,000 steps every single day.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: And the change from back in the day to current and my history and health, because it got better as time went on.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: I had a head-on collision, I flipped my car eight times, I checked my neck bone, I injured my sciatica, I was run over by a car.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: I also fell off a horse on two separate occasions, broke my upper back, and since I've been in Life Vantage, broke my lower back.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: And for me to be in Disneyland Paris on roller coasters with my grandkids and climbing all these steps and stuff at 77 when I couldn't even breathe when I was 30.
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
- 9:56SPEAKER_01: That's amazing.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: That is the power of cellular activation.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: And I love that we talked a little bit about over-supplementation.
- 10:03SPEAKER_01: I will mention there is a book called Deadly Antioxidants.
- 10:06SPEAKER_01: And I think, like you said, like people, I know when my supplement cabinet at one point was like literally took up two drawers, you know, and then you don't really take it because you get discouraged.
- 10:15SPEAKER_01: And what we have found, which I will say this, I've been with this company now for almost 15 years.
- 10:21SPEAKER_01: We have a lot of wellness professionals and naturopathic doctors in our organization.
- 10:25SPEAKER_01: And what they find so profound, which I would love for you to kind of talk about, is that they're able to reduce 90 to 95% of supplementation, if not more, introduce these cellular activators.
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: And we'll talk about what makes them so unique, why they're cellular activators, we're kind of glossing over the surface right now.
- 10:46SPEAKER_01: Because of the fact that when you address the cellular healing pathways, the cellular health pathways and the things that make up the function of a cell, when you address that, the body can do the work.
- 10:58SPEAKER_01: And that is really why I love talking about the concept of biohacking.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: And we know that now in the era of, you know, you know, AI and all the things and the the really the concept of having information at our fingertips, people are understanding that less is more.
- 11:14SPEAKER_01: So let's talk about, let's dive into Protandum Minor F2.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: I know that is our flagship product.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: You already mentioned obviously antioxidants, but let's talk a little bit more about the science and the synergy because I do know that most people have the same questions as you.
- 11:29SPEAKER_01: Well, I'm already taking two of the different herbs in that product.
- 11:33SPEAKER_01: What makes it so unique?
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: Why is it so set apart?
- 11:36SPEAKER_01: Why do we have 28 peer-reviewed studies on PubMed.gov and patents as well.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: So let's talk about that pathway and why this product we believe is so foundational for the entire population and why they should be taking it.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: Well, when you get into ProTandem, what you really have to understand is the history of how it all took place.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: So if you start with Dr.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: McCord being a graduate of Duke University and now doing a graduate study and discovering an enzyme which would be SOD or superoxide dismutase, discovering that that was in our body.
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: I mean, think about it, we don't do this kind of testing on children.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: And so that's pretty much dissipated by the time we're 20 years old.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: But that particular enzyme, along with another enzyme called catalase, uh in tandem, they create a million antioxidants.
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: So you're exactly right.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: I mean, prior to pro tandem, if you called me, my mind would be going on besides the you know, the micronutrients that you need, megavitamin, etc., I'd be thinking vitamin A, vitamin E, uh, vitamin C, resveratrol, various things like that.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: They're all antioxidants, but they're one-to-one antioxidants, which means one free radical, one antioxidant.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: And when I talk about the product, I was so passionate about, I was so passionate because that product delivered 2,500 units of antioxidants.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: 2,500 units.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: Then I learned this little yellow tablet's gonna activate your own body to produce a million every second of the day.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: Like I couldn't even wrap my thoughts around such a thought.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: And then as you really get into the history of the product, how it moved forward, how it was developed, and you begin to understand that that product absolutely delivers that.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: And that's the reason there's so many studies, because you know, I know most everybody was introduced to that ABC primetime video, but what it really did was set off a barrage of studies of people trying to dispel it, trying to figure it out.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: And so, in order to understand it, you had to really kind of go back to the beginning and see that it really is not, you know, you'll have people that'll say, Oh, you know, I can't take milk thistle or I can't have green tea.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: My answer is always going to be take that little yellow tablet, break it into five pieces, and think to yourself how much of one ingredient, because it isn't about the ingredients, it's about the synergy that that ingredient creates in the body to turn on the NRF2 pathway.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: That is the pathway that activates the nucleus to begin to do its job, that it slows down really from our 20s and moving forward.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: In fact, if you look at you know, a timeline of our life, it's a downhill slide.
- 14:42SPEAKER_00: And by the time people are in their 60s, they're on, I don't even know how many medications.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: The people that come to my office, sometimes it's as many as 20, 18, 20 medications for various things, a medication to fix the medication to fix the medication.
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: When this one little tablet just for starters is going to turn on your body's ability to create what kept, you know, if you look at that ABC prime time, realize that in 30 days, John Keonis was back to the level of a young person.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: That's the big deal.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: And that's what that product does in the body to everyone across the board.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: Actually, every mammal.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: You know, like, you know, we've got the pet tape.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we love it.
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's been and they don't have placebo effect.
- 15:30SPEAKER_01: We have incredible stories of of these animals just, you know, making a cup of things.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: Dogs, horses.
- 15:37SPEAKER_00: My daughter has horses on her farm, and and anytime she imports them, she imports her uh horses from Spain.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: Always in the feed bucket is per tandem.
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: That's amazing.
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: And we talk about one of the other master antioxidants of the body.
- 15:51SPEAKER_01: So that's the difference.
- 15:52SPEAKER_01: We consume antioxidants, but our body actually makes them.
- 15:55SPEAKER_01: Um doesn't mean you should stop eating blueberries and taking your micronutrients and all the things.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: It's just gonna, you know, amplify what you're doing.
- 16:03SPEAKER_01: I get people saying all the time, well, I'm doing this therapy, I'm doing this treatment, I'm doing this detox.
- 16:07SPEAKER_01: And I say, this is foundational for everything that you want to do because it's increasing your cellular cellular capacity.
- 16:15SPEAKER_01: And when you increase your cellular capacity, everything you're you do is just gonna work better.
- 16:20SPEAKER_01: That's why we call it the foundation for cellular health.
- 16:23SPEAKER_01: It's like the insurance policy for your cells, which I absolutely love.
- 16:27SPEAKER_01: One of the things that we should mention also is glutathione, which is our master antioxidant.
- 16:31SPEAKER_01: Um, we know that protonum turns on that, but can you just educate people, maybe brand new hearing this information, why it's so unique and and what's so powerful about that antioxidant?
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: About glutathione?
- 16:44SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: Well, glutathione is really the master regulator of the body.
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: And yes, we get these nutrients from food, but as we're aging and the the nutrients aren't able to turn the body back on.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: And that's where the science comes in, and that's the reason.
- 17:00SPEAKER_00: See, one of the things in in my particular profession is, and the reason I got involved with Life Vantage is this brochure was given to me when I went out to the company, and it's an old brochure, and the information on the website, of course.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: But I know from personal experience, if a company can put in writing that not only will the body start producing a million antioxidants, the body doing it is going to trump anything to begin with.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: But it also is going to increase that superoxidismutase by 30%.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: It's already not working in the body and it's ramping it up.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: And so the glutathione is increased 300%.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: We're talking just with this one tablet.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: And then the catalase is 54% increased.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: But even more interesting is if they did a T-bar test, if they did a test, they would not be able to tell the difference between a 20-year-old's blood or an 80-year-old person's blood.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: Unbelievable stuff.
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: So when I saw that in writing, what I know is in a in a in a nanominute, the company would be shut down for making this claim.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: And when I saw it was in writing, I know what I know.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: I was like, you've got to be kidding me.
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: You're telling me this is in writing.
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: Like in writing, like I be built my business with this brochure because that's the stuff I would tell people.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: Is if a company can say this out loud, believe me, the attorney generals, etc., uh, that would shut the company down.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: No.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: And it created such a barrage that there is no product.
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: See, most products out there, any of the products, and I'm I'm looking at the shelf over here because I have products on it, but any of the products, usually the science is about the individual ingredients.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: To have over 30 independently funded and peer-reviewed studies on the finished product, nobody has that.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: Absolutely nobody has it.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: In fact, ProTandum was before its time for people to even understand what was, because you know, originally it was marketed online and also in stores like CVS, Walgreens, whatever.
- 19:17SPEAKER_00: But funny story, a friend of mine, a naturopath, that we, you know, have done a lot of work together, claims, and I believe her, that she not only told me about this two years prior, but put a bottle on my porch.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: And I promise you, if I picked up that bottle, which if it was there, I probably did.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: And I saw the five ingredients, I'm like, oh, I got 900 of those right on my shelf.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: Stop it.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: And, you know, and she says you probably threw it away.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: And I go, but I probably did.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: I don't just randomly put stuff, buddy.
- 19:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, I didn't know.
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: And boy, was she mad because I had signed up with another person.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: But, you know, follow up, ladies and gentlemen, because if she put a bottle on my porch, it wasn't any big deal.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: She wasn't like hounding me about it.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: Did you try it?
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: Did you see it?
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: Do you know about it?
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: None of that.
- 20:09SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's amazing.
- 20:12SPEAKER_01: You know, I've been doing this for almost 15 years, and I tell people if I could really download what I've seen this product do.
- 20:18SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 20:19SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's it's phenomenal.
- 20:21SPEAKER_01: And it's not our only product.
- 20:22SPEAKER_01: Let's talk a little bit about Protandum NRF 1, which was then developed after Protandum NRF2.
- 20:27SPEAKER_01: We're talking foundational.
- 20:29SPEAKER_01: For the longest time, we had two products in our product offering, which was Protandum NRF2 and our true science NRF2 activation for the skin.
- 20:37SPEAKER_01: And then, of course, over time, the company has developed, you know, products to complement our foundation of cellular health.
- 20:44SPEAKER_01: And that is Protandum NRF1, which addresses mitochondrial health.
- 20:49SPEAKER_01: Let's talk a little bit about the importance of not only mitochondrial health, but why it's so profound that this product addresses that second pathway in the body and how it works beautifully combined with protandem NRF2.
- 21:03SPEAKER_00: Well, you know, the reason they would even develop these other two products, the other two protandum activators, is because there are different theories on aging.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: And so with mitochondria, you know, that's another thing that's well known that, you know, the mitochondria is depleted as we're older, our body's not producing it like it was, and so forth.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: And that is, you know, another theory on aging.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: So, you know, first of all, like if I was explaining it to somebody, I'd say, you know, we can stop the free radical damage.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: And by the way, if you stop free radical damage, you stop the body from responding to that.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: And the response is the inflammatory response.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: In other words, when the brain gets a signal that you've got damage, say you cut your finger, then your your brain's gonna signal the tiny blood vessels to seep plasma to the area to eat up the damaged tissue, and this is how the body works.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: But if your immune system Isn't strong enough to complete the healing, then the brain keeps getting the signal, body begins to fill up with inflammation.
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: And every chronic degenerative disease in modern society is linked directly to that inflammatory response.
- 22:14SPEAKER_00: So for myself personally, anytime I have a little achy anything, I immediately, my mind goes to, okay, it's eating up damaged tissue, I've got to fix this problem right away.
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: That's how I think.
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: I don't hang out going, yeah, you know, my legs hurt for the last 15 years.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: It just hurts.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: No.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: If it hurts, it's because your body's responding to some sort of damage.
- 22:38SPEAKER_00: And that's where NRF2 comes in.
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: Now it the other side of the coin is, and the other one of the theories of aging is mitochondria because mitochondria is the energy storehouse of every cell in your body.
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: So if you can stop the damage and raise the energy in the body, then the body has the beginning of being able to cleanse and heal itself.
- 23:02SPEAKER_00: Because, from my vantage point, the body is designed by God to heal itself.
- 23:09SPEAKER_00: And we've been led away from that concept.
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: But the truth is, well, for me, the proof's in the pudding.
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: You know, like if I stayed on my path, by now I'd be in a mobile car with oxygen, talking about all my broken backs and my neck and all these things.
- 23:27SPEAKER_00: And instead, no, the body can heal itself.
- 23:31SPEAKER_00: You know, a little bit of time, a lot of changing of what we're doing, but you're exactly right.
- 23:35SPEAKER_00: We still have to have food.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: This isn't a food replacement.
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: This is activating your body to do its job.
- 23:42SPEAKER_00: And that's where mitochondria is critically important.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: So yeah, it's part of the holding.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: I always try to tell people this isn't like a free pass to go eat, you know, McDonald's every day.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: No, you know, we what we put in our body is a direct response of how we're gonna live, how we're gonna age, how we're gonna think, you know, and all of these things.
- 24:01SPEAKER_01: So we have to take personal responsibility for that.
- 24:03SPEAKER_01: There are moments and times when we're exposed to a toxic environment where we don't have control over.
- 24:08SPEAKER_01: And I can't even tell you how many people I've come in contact with.
- 24:12SPEAKER_01: In fact, a woman, you know, who is in the integrative health space who is diagnosed with breast cancer, I eat healthy, I work out.
- 24:19SPEAKER_01: You know, we're exposed.
- 24:20SPEAKER_01: People get like that that are healthy, they're exposed.
- 24:24SPEAKER_01: We can be exposed to our toxic environment and not even understand it.
- 24:27SPEAKER_01: And so that is why this product is so imperative.
- 24:31SPEAKER_01: Add that insurance policy to really address cellular health and do the work on the back end while we are making responsible decisions about our health and moving the needle forward and all of that.
- 24:42SPEAKER_01: So let's talk about cellular detox and autophagy, our third cellular activator, which is we like to call this product line the tri-synergizer.
- 24:51SPEAKER_01: So we've discussed protandum NRF two, protandem NRF one, and now we're going to talk protandum NAD.
- 24:58SPEAKER_01: And many people know NAD as the IV injection, but let's talk about the profound effect that this cellular pathway has on longevity NAD.
- 25:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 25:08SPEAKER_00: Well, you know what's interesting about NAD is, you know, if you go back in time to the way people lived, you know, like I tell people all the time, I have people from all over the world calling me, Terry, could you write out a diet for me?
- 25:23SPEAKER_00: And I say, absolutely not.
- 25:25SPEAKER_00: Because I know if I take my time to write out a diet, then you're gonna tell me all the things that you don't like, and I don't care what you like.
- 25:34unknown: You know what I mean?
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: So I tell people it's 80-20.
- 25:38SPEAKER_00: If you took away every convenience that we had and you literally had to go on this earth and find your food, 80%'s gonna pull up out of the ground, pluck off a bush or tree, and then if you could catch a rabbit or have or a fish, you'd have a feast.
- 25:53SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 25:54SPEAKER_00: That is my battle cry.
- 25:56SPEAKER_00: 80-20.
- 25:57SPEAKER_00: 80% whole raw living food, alkaline to the body is your balance.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: The other 20%, your nuts, your seeds, your grains, your meats, your big fat piece of chocolate cake.
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: I don't care what that 20% is, but it's acidic to the body, and I do care what it is.
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: But actually, you asked my grandchildren, I drive them crazy.
- 26:19SPEAKER_00: Huh?
- 26:20SPEAKER_01: I just made a carrot cake the other day.
- 26:22SPEAKER_01: Don't tell that's my 20, but anyway.
- 26:24SPEAKER_01: Keep on.
- 26:25SPEAKER_00: Well, we were in Paris, so you can imagine.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: Oh, I can imagine.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: So, how many croissants can you eat?
- 26:33SPEAKER_00: Anyway, so when you understand the balance and you understand how the body's designed, it's a piece of cake.
- 26:41SPEAKER_00: And and then you add to it faith or fear.
- 26:44SPEAKER_00: Either you're spending all your time running in, having a million tests.
- 26:49SPEAKER_00: What if this, what if that, what if this, what if?
- 26:52SPEAKER_00: How about put your energy into wellness and what if we get well?
- 26:58SPEAKER_00: What if we allow our body to do its job?
- 27:01SPEAKER_00: What if we help the body?
- 27:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 27:03SPEAKER_00: So when it comes to NAD, back in the day you would fast.
- 27:08SPEAKER_00: I've fasted for years and years and years.
- 27:11SPEAKER_00: And so that theory for NAD comes from the theory of restricting calories.
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: That's what it comes from, fasting, okay, and the amazing results you have.
- 27:23SPEAKER_00: So, what happens with NAD, which is so interesting, like I've fasted for years.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: So if you fast, then the second, but really ideally the third day, you start getting amazing clarity why the energy it took for you to digest food is now being used to clean up cells.
- 27:45SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 27:46SPEAKER_00: So when it comes to autophagy and cleaning up cells, our company went deep into it trying to figure it out.
- 27:55SPEAKER_00: And NAD is the molecule that that is created to activate sertuin activity, and sertuins are a family of proteins, seven of them in every cell in your body.
- 28:09SPEAKER_00: And if you can turn those those back on, flip that switch, and get them working, they're going to clean that cell, the whole vascular system.
- 28:18SPEAKER_00: And so you'll get clarity.
- 28:21SPEAKER_00: You will.
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: In fact, I had a lady come in with like 27 supplements in a box.
- 28:36SPEAKER_00: And she's, you know, her her boyfriend is telling her she's 82 and lovely, but that her boyfriend is telling her that he thinks that she needs to get tested.
- 28:46SPEAKER_00: In fact, she's getting a test, and all that makes me crazy.
- 28:49SPEAKER_00: But anyway, and so to because, you know, she's forgetful.
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: First of all, I say to her, listen, you have 82 years of thoughts in your head.
- 29:01SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 29:01SPEAKER_00: So if you forget something, it's not a big surprise.
- 29:04SPEAKER_00: Stop it.
- 29:05SPEAKER_00: But in the meantime, autophagy is what you're after.
- 29:09SPEAKER_00: So that's why in the tricinergizer, you know, we're going to stop the damage, we're going to raise the energy, but we're going to clean the cells.
- 29:17SPEAKER_00: Because if you look at a cell and all the little bits and pieces of free radical damage floating around in there, and all the little tiny dried-up worms, which are your mitochondria, floating around in there, you can see how you could be a little foggy.
- 29:31SPEAKER_00: So NAD is critical.
- 29:33SPEAKER_00: And I'll tell you, you can take all the NAD supplements on the planet you want to take, and it's only going to raise that activity like 2%.
- 29:42SPEAKER_00: But our product in 24 hours, you are up to 100% sirtuin activity.
- 29:50SPEAKER_00: Absolutely astounding.
- 29:53SPEAKER_00: So if you stop the damage and you raise the energy and now you clean those cells out, that pertains to all of the drama that people, you know, come in about cholesterol levels, all this sort of stuff, cleaning up those cells.
- 30:07SPEAKER_00: And that's why Tris Energizer working together, they found that the increase is like 1800% in from each one of these levels of things that go on in your body.
- 30:20SPEAKER_00: It's amazing.
- 30:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, profound.
- 30:23SPEAKER_01: I mean, when you think about the concept of longevity, we've coined the space.
- 30:27SPEAKER_01: I don't think you know, there's a lot of, I follow some of the top minds in the natural world and they still haven't discovered this.
- 30:34SPEAKER_01: I'm telling you what, once they, once they get what this product does and how it's so profound in regard to simplifying, amplifying, reducing, and then increasing those, the cellular output, those results, I think it's phenomenal.
- 30:50SPEAKER_01: And, you know, I always like when you, if for those of you that haven't seen that ABC primetime investigative report, one of the things that John Kinonis says is I don't want to wait until I'm 80 years old to figure out that I should have been taking it.
- 31:01SPEAKER_01: And I love that.
- 31:02SPEAKER_01: It's such a profound statement because this isn't just a product.
- 31:06SPEAKER_01: And for those of you thinking or saying, well, I'm going to try it, don't even try it.
- 31:10SPEAKER_01: Like, like save your money if you're not going to give it four to six months.
- 31:13SPEAKER_01: Just do us all a favor.
- 31:15SPEAKER_01: Take this product, give it the ample amount of time.
- 31:17SPEAKER_01: Understand that returning to that cellular longevity and that cellular health over time, especially if your diet isn't there, especially if your, you know, liver's congested, your detox pathways aren't open, you have to give it the ample amount of time to do its job.
- 31:32SPEAKER_01: And we always say, don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.
- 31:35SPEAKER_01: I tell people all the time, oh, I'm going to try it for a month.
- 31:38SPEAKER_01: Nope, I'm not even going to give this to you because you have to commit to the process.
- 31:42SPEAKER_01: You have to understand that cellular healing can take time.
- 31:45SPEAKER_01: And so I love that.
- 31:47SPEAKER_01: I know we've covered a lot, and I know that our tri-synergizer is phenomenal.
- 31:51SPEAKER_01: What last things can you tell us, Terry?
- 31:54SPEAKER_01: You've given us so much incredible information about cellular health, longevity as we wrap up this webinar tonight.
- 32:01SPEAKER_00: I would just like everybody to understand that wherever you are in life today, you have to think to yourself, how do I feel today?
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: How do I want to feel in five years?
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: How do I want to feel in 10 years?
- 32:14SPEAKER_00: Like my personal belief system, biblically speaking, is the body's designed to live 120 years.
- 32:20SPEAKER_00: We cut ourselves short.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: Like, for example, when I turn 50, I have a girlfriend that has a very deep voice, and she called up and pretended she was a doctor trying to schedule a colonoscopy for me, right?
- 32:32SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, what?
- 32:34SPEAKER_00: You know, but I didn't know it was my girlfriend.
- 32:37SPEAKER_00: I didn't.
- 32:37SPEAKER_00: And it was actually on the day of my birthday.
- 32:40SPEAKER_00: We were having a party, and I get this weird call.
- 32:42SPEAKER_00: But anyway, we have a mindset of expectation.
- 32:47SPEAKER_00: The world has us believe we're on the downhill slide.
- 32:51SPEAKER_00: It's simply not true.
- 32:53SPEAKER_00: If I can go from two broken backs, a chip in my neck bone, injured sadtica, and even with my chip in my neck bone and all the things, I was told by a wonderful orthopedic that I love uh just a great dock, that I would lay in traction three to four times a year for the rest of my life.
- 33:11SPEAKER_00: But guess what?
- 33:12SPEAKER_00: I ran the Disney half marathon.
- 33:14SPEAKER_00: I can do 40 jumping jacks off the ground.
- 33:17SPEAKER_00: Incredible.
- 33:18SPEAKER_01: And you're an Tai Chi master or trainer.
- 33:22SPEAKER_01: Did I say that wrong?
- 33:23SPEAKER_00: Tai Chi Chi Kong, yes.
- 33:25SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay.
- 33:26SPEAKER_01: I totally butchered that.
- 33:27SPEAKER_01: Sorry, thank you for correcting me.
- 33:29SPEAKER_01: That that is, and how old are you, Terry?
- 33:31SPEAKER_01: I just want you to know.
- 33:32SPEAKER_00: 77 going on 78.
- 33:35SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 33:35SPEAKER_01: No, I think it's 77 going on 42 or 40 when you say that.
- 33:40SPEAKER_00: I'm growing backwards.
- 33:41SPEAKER_00: Well, you know, when I realized the 120, I would sing Jiminy Cricket's song, I'm No Fool, No Surrey, I'm gonna live to be 103.
- 33:48SPEAKER_00: And my little grandson, I'd say, How long is Alma Terry gonna live?
- 33:52SPEAKER_00: And he'd sing it, you know.
- 33:54SPEAKER_00: But then I thought, why would I cut myself short at 103?
- 33:57SPEAKER_00: I mean, let's go for the gusto here.
- 33:59SPEAKER_00: Amen.
- 34:00SPEAKER_00: Because to me, the object in everybody's mind, because another important thing to understand is your brain is the hard drive for your body, and it makes me crazy with all the testing people do because we've been led to believe we need to do that.
- 34:15SPEAKER_00: We we have, and so, but think about it.
- 34:18SPEAKER_00: In fact, I had a paper here.
- 34:20SPEAKER_00: Where's that thing?
- 34:21SPEAKER_00: I just got it in the mail, and you guys probably get it too.
- 34:24SPEAKER_00: Oh, please come up here because it it makes me crazy.
- 34:29SPEAKER_00: It's it's from my insurance company, uh Florida Blue.
- 34:33SPEAKER_00: And it's like, guess what?
- 34:35SPEAKER_00: Apparently, they send out this card.
- 34:37SPEAKER_00: I have it, I didn't even know what it was for, but apparently every test you get, they pay you money for.
- 34:44SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 34:44SPEAKER_00: So it said there's four new tests that I can get.
- 34:48SPEAKER_00: I get 15 bucks for some diabetes kind of test and 15 bucks for another.
- 34:53SPEAKER_00: And so there were three.
- 34:54SPEAKER_00: The fourth one was a flu shot.
- 34:57SPEAKER_00: You only get 10 bucks.
- 34:58SPEAKER_00: I go, I'm getting a flu shot for only 10 bucks.
- 35:01SPEAKER_00: Raise the ante, maybe I'll consider no.
- 35:04SPEAKER_00: Why not?
- 35:05SPEAKER_01: I mean, I like I told you the other day, it's like giving out free donuts during COVID.
- 35:09SPEAKER_01: I'm like, well, that makes total sense.
- 35:10SPEAKER_01: You know, they like remembering.
- 35:12SPEAKER_00: And so there's this card that people can shop with, and you know, you guys, some of you may have the card.
- 35:17SPEAKER_00: And I mean, if things were on that card, I'm just not that girl.
- 35:21SPEAKER_00: You know, every time somebody says, Well, would you go to the doctor and get this time?
- 35:24SPEAKER_00: I am a doctor.
- 35:25SPEAKER_00: I don't have to go to the doctor's.
- 35:27SPEAKER_00: But it's a belief system.
- 35:29SPEAKER_00: My belief is we should all have a desire to live until we die, not be sick till we die, or medicated and foggy till we die.
- 35:37SPEAKER_00: How about we live till we die?
- 35:39SPEAKER_01: So that's living with clarity, vision, excitement, future, and all of that.
- 35:45SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 35:46SPEAKER_00: And then, yeah, and then if my brain goes, I won't know it anyway.
- 35:49SPEAKER_00: So why would I worry ahead of time?
- 35:52SPEAKER_01: Amen to that.
- 35:53SPEAKER_01: Well, I have no doubt that you are gonna live a life full of, and you already are.
- 35:57SPEAKER_01: I just I so appreciate you for being one of those doctors that's inspiring, empowering people, understanding they are their best doctor, their health is their responsibility.

- 36:44SPEAKER_01: Take care, everyone.
- 36:45SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 36:46SPEAKER_00: Bye.
