On this episode, Chris did some solo chatting about several topics! The big news on this pod was Jakob Ingebrigtsen just won gold at the Euro Champs 5k! In his first race of 2026, he is showing solid form and will be racing Cole Hocker in a 1500 later this month!
Over the weekend, Trevor Giampa and Eric Floberg came to town and I had some fun stories from long run and the weekend as a whole to share!
