- 0:05Speaker 1: Apologiae production Grow and Glows Twelve Days of Christmas. Hello everybody,
- 0:14Speaker 1: welcome back to Grow and Glow twelve Days of Christmas.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Got a random guest here. When someone suggested this on
- 0:21Speaker 1: the forum, I was like, yes, actually why not? I
- 0:23Speaker 1: didn't think you'd be up for it. Yes, of course
- 0:26Speaker 1: I was not excited. Claudia here from Hideaway. So if
- 0:29Speaker 1: you guys don't follow us on TikTok, what are you doing?
- 0:31Speaker 1: What are you doing? We're a lot of fun. But yeah,
- 0:35Speaker 1: I've got Claudia today to talk all things social media.
- 0:38Speaker 1: So I've got a bunch of questions to ask her.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Who are you, how old are you? And how did
- 0:42Speaker 1: you get the job of Hideaway.
- 0:43Speaker 2: So I'm Claudia, I'm twenty and we actually connected like
- 0:47Speaker 2: I think this time last year. You invited me to
- 0:50Speaker 2: one of your baseline events. It was a Black Friday
- 0:52Speaker 2: ritual collection. So I came down. Of course I said yes,
- 0:55Speaker 2: because you gotta just say yes to every opportunity. Yes,
- 0:58Speaker 2: because I wouldn't be sitting here if I didn't say
- 1:00Speaker 2: yes to them.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Virtually, that's so true.
- 1:02Speaker 2: Actually, yeah, So went to one of your events and
- 1:05Speaker 2: then went to two more baseline events. And then you
- 1:08Speaker 2: text me on TikTok, would you like an opportunity with Hideaway?
- 1:11Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:12Speaker 2: Of course I said yes. It was something I was
- 1:14Speaker 2: looking for for ages in the social media industry, and
- 1:18Speaker 2: it was the perfect timing.
- 1:19Speaker 1: So good. We'd actually interviewed maybe a couple of months prior.
- 1:22Speaker 1: We were looking for like a new marketing manager and
- 1:25Speaker 1: someone that could do social media. And I went through
- 1:27Speaker 1: all these interviews, probably ten different girls, but I just
- 1:30Speaker 1: kept saying to the team, I'm like, they just don't
- 1:32Speaker 1: have what I'm looking for. And they're like, what are
- 1:34Speaker 1: you looking for? She's bubbly, she's this, she's at I'm like,
- 1:37Speaker 1: I don't know what it is, but it's just not them.
- 1:39Speaker 1: I don't see them being our face of brand personality.
- 1:44Speaker 1: I think when I see her know her? Oh know it? Yeah? Yeah.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Randomly one day I was like, I just pulled out
- 1:49Speaker 1: your profile, said to Steve, what do you think about
- 1:51Speaker 1: this girl? He's like, Oh, she's really cute. I said,
- 1:53Speaker 1: I think I'm going to ask her to do Hideaway
- 1:54Speaker 1: and let's just start like five hours a week, see
- 1:56Speaker 1: how she goes, see if we like it. Yeah. He's like, yeah,
- 1:58Speaker 1: we've got nothing to lose and then very quickly we
- 2:00Speaker 1: increase your hours and locked you in.
- 2:03Speaker 2: The rest is history.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Oh good, All right, let's get into talking about content
- 2:08Speaker 1: because it's such a huge part of our lives these days,
- 2:11Speaker 1: and especially business owners huge and a lot of my
- 2:14Speaker 1: audience are mums and business or just women who want
- 2:17Speaker 1: to start a business. So how does your brain kind
- 2:19Speaker 1: of work around like content? Can you just go over?
- 2:22Speaker 1: I suppose, like, how do you create a content plan?
- 2:24Speaker 1: How do you think of what to do?
- 2:26Speaker 2: Honestly, you just need to immerse yourself in all the
- 2:29Speaker 2: social media platforms, Instagram, TikTok, all of that. You just
- 2:33Speaker 2: need to watch every single day. I spend a lot
- 2:35Speaker 2: of time on social media, but you almost have to.
- 2:39Speaker 2: There's no option to it. So I literally just watch
- 2:42Speaker 2: every single video and watch videos that are in my
- 2:45Speaker 2: niche as well, so I can get inspiration. You're want
- 2:48Speaker 2: to copy their videos, yeah, but you just want to
- 2:50Speaker 2: see what is performing well from them, so then you
- 2:53Speaker 2: can kind of tweak it yourself and make it your own.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Love.
- 2:55Speaker 2: That's really you just got to try out everything.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Yeah, you're so right about being on social media a lot,
- 3:01Speaker 1: because when I had baseline, like we kind of all
- 3:04Speaker 1: tried to do video, and like I felt like I
- 3:06Speaker 1: was pretty consistent, but not consistent enough and not all
- 3:10Speaker 1: over the trends and just didn't stand out, I suppose,
- 3:14Speaker 1: and it never really took off, Like we didn't really
- 3:16Speaker 1: have any viral videos or just get much engagement. And
- 3:20Speaker 1: I think because I was running the business and I
- 3:21Speaker 1: had so many other things on that when I left
- 3:24Speaker 1: Baseline and Steve asked me to do this role, I
- 3:26Speaker 1: was just like, I can't do it full time, babe,
- 3:28Speaker 1: Like you have to be so immersed now, Like can
- 3:31Speaker 1: I get someone to come on and kind of take
- 3:32Speaker 1: the reins. I'll be in whatever video. They can just
- 3:34Speaker 1: boss me around and tell you what to do, but
- 3:36Speaker 1: I just want someone to fully own that role, immerse
- 3:39Speaker 1: themselves in it, be obsessed with it, and bring the
- 3:42Speaker 1: energy to the team. So, yeah, you're right, you've got
- 3:44Speaker 1: to be really immersed in.
- 3:46Speaker 2: It, definitely. And the trends changed so quickly, so like
- 3:50Speaker 2: one week it'd be one thing that's absolutely viral, but
- 3:52Speaker 2: you got to jump on it so quick.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Yeah, there's no mucking around. That's so true. Sometimes I'll
- 3:56Speaker 1: go to Claudia with a trend and she's like oh
- 3:58Speaker 1: that was two weeks ago. Okay, well, no worries. My
- 4:03Speaker 1: next question was how do you stay up to date
- 4:05Speaker 1: with trends? But it is just being so immersed in it, right.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Yeah, and asking like friends and family as well, Like
- 4:10Speaker 2: my sister's for you page will be so different to
- 4:13Speaker 2: my full you page, so she'll be like, oh my god,
- 4:15Speaker 2: have you seen this trend? And I'll be like no,
- 4:18Speaker 2: Like I need to ask every single other person because
- 4:21Speaker 2: not everyone's for you page is the same. Yeah, I
- 4:23Speaker 2: just got to stay on top of other people's as well.
- 4:25Speaker 1: What do you think about brands and people that think
- 4:29Speaker 1: you're copying or like if we see someone do a
- 4:31Speaker 1: similar trend to ask, like I feel like it's a
- 4:34Speaker 1: fine line of oh they're copying us, but it's like
- 4:37Speaker 1: that's what it is. It's a trend. Everyone does it.
- 4:39Speaker 1: How does your mindset? Do you ever get moments of like,
- 4:41Speaker 1: oh my gosh, should I want them thinking on copying?
- 4:43Speaker 1: Because we have been blocked by a brand. We won't
- 4:46Speaker 1: say how it is, but I'm like, oh my gosh,
- 4:48Speaker 1: Like everyone's doing those trends, like it really is the app,
- 4:51Speaker 1: But how does your mindset around it?
- 4:53Speaker 2: There's no such thing as copying on social media. There
- 4:57Speaker 2: are so many trends that go around, and people need
- 5:00Speaker 2: to jump on the trends. Yes, I'll see one business
- 5:03Speaker 2: platform social media on TikTok and they're posting something and
- 5:07Speaker 2: then I've already filmed that, but I haven't posted that yet.
- 5:10Speaker 1: And it's like no, like people are going to think
- 5:12Speaker 1: that I'm copying them.
- 5:14Speaker 2: But no, because so many trends go around and you
- 5:16Speaker 2: have your own twist to it. They're probably selling something
- 5:19Speaker 2: completely different to what we are, so we don't even
- 5:21Speaker 2: have the same audience. And there's no competition. Support other people,
- 5:24Speaker 2: support other businesses exactly.
- 5:26Speaker 1: There's room for everyone. Yeah, Like there's been so many
- 5:28Speaker 1: things like even saw I wasn't involved. It was one
- 5:30Speaker 1: of our Black Fridays. How you got Frankly my dear jewelries,
- 5:33Speaker 1: And I was like, that's freaking cool, Like we get
- 5:35Speaker 1: to club rate and help them out and they've donated
- 5:37Speaker 1: all this beautiful jewelry. Definitely hate when people see it
- 5:40Speaker 1: as like competition. Oh, it's just a yucky energy. We're
- 5:42Speaker 1: not about that.
- 5:43Speaker 2: Yeah, No, you got to support other people.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Yeah, definitely love that everyone knows that you're a gen
- 5:48Speaker 1: Z and I'm a millennial. People often mistake us for
- 5:51Speaker 1: a mother daughter you wrote, and you know what, I've
- 5:52Speaker 1: been running with it. I'm like, I'm going to run
- 5:54Speaker 1: with this. This is cool. If I look like this
- 5:56Speaker 1: and I've got a twenty year old daughter, I'll be stoked.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Go me.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Do you find there's quite a big gap of gen
- 6:01Speaker 1: Z trends to millennial trends or is it all kind
- 6:04Speaker 1: of mesh in?
- 6:06Speaker 2: It kind of depends. I feel like there are some
- 6:08Speaker 2: really like millennial trends.
- 6:11Speaker 1: And I'm like, oh God, we're not doing that.
- 6:15Speaker 2: We cannot do that.
- 6:16Speaker 1: We're gonna stand on top of it.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Yeah, but not hugely. I think, like with fashion trends
- 6:22Speaker 2: and things like that, I do see a big difference,
- 6:24Speaker 2: but not as bad on TikTok.
- 6:27Speaker 1: In your generation in gen Z is being on social media.
- 6:32Speaker 1: I've heard that in schools now, people are like, what
- 6:34Speaker 1: do you want to be in you're older, and it's like,
- 6:35Speaker 1: I want to be a content creator. I want to
- 6:37Speaker 1: be a YouTube But whereas when I was at school,
- 6:38Speaker 1: it's like I want to be a doctor or a
- 6:39Speaker 1: pe teacher, or go to UNI or have a gap year,
- 6:42Speaker 1: whereas now it's just so much based around social media, right,
- 6:45Speaker 1: social media quite commons.
- 6:47Speaker 2: So huge now and everyone wants to make it so
- 6:50Speaker 2: it's very saturated, But you just got to stand out.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Really. Do your friends think you've got a pretty cool job? Like,
- 6:55Speaker 1: are they wanting to do stuff like you?
- 6:57Speaker 2: Oh? Yeah, I'm trying to push them into it too.
- 6:59Speaker 2: I think it's such a cool opportunity for people to do.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Do you have any advice for brands that are like, Oh,
- 7:04Speaker 1: I'm scared like put on someone because it's quite a
- 7:07Speaker 1: new role, Like, it's quite a new thing to hire
- 7:09Speaker 1: a content creator. It's not like admin or customer care
- 7:12Speaker 1: or packing.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Do you have any advice for brands that are like, oh,
- 7:17Speaker 1: I'm just really hesitant to like hide that stuff and
- 7:19Speaker 1: have that extra wage. What would you tell them?
- 7:22Speaker 2: Honestly, I think you just need to do it and
- 7:24Speaker 2: have someone completely separate just doing the content, because otherwise
- 7:28Speaker 2: it's just not going to get done as good as
- 7:30Speaker 2: you want it to. If you have someone in the
- 7:32Speaker 2: exact role that you want, everything is going to look
- 7:35Speaker 2: amazing and there's not going to be something falling behind.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Your Instagram's not falling behind, or you tiktogs falling behind,
- 7:41Speaker 2: So honestly.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Do it.
- 7:42Speaker 2: Yeah, put the hours in because it's going to be
- 7:45Speaker 2: worth it. And social media is the underdog really market
- 7:49Speaker 2: is because you can put an amazing batch of content
- 7:53Speaker 2: onto social media and it's just.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Going to go crazy.
- 7:56Speaker 2: If you do it right and you perfect it, you're
- 7:59Speaker 2: good to go.
- 8:00Speaker 1: And it's just having that personality behind the brand. I
- 8:02Speaker 1: don't think you can just have a nice product anymore.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:05Speaker 1: I want to get to know behind the scenes of
- 8:06Speaker 1: the brand.
- 8:06Speaker 2: Absolutely, like even the Kadashians. You want to go back
- 8:10Speaker 2: for every single episode. Make your content like an episode. Yes,
- 8:14Speaker 2: each video is an episode. You want to go back
- 8:16Speaker 2: and tune and see the different personalities and see what
- 8:18Speaker 2: they get up to. It's a different kind of marketing,
- 8:20Speaker 2: but it's working.
- 8:21Speaker 1: And like what we do. We only started with five
- 8:23Speaker 1: hours with Claudia because I was scared too. I was like,
- 8:26Speaker 1: this is an extra wage, Like how do we measure
- 8:29Speaker 1: if she's bringing in more customers or whatever? Like obviously
- 8:32Speaker 1: you can look at the followers and whatever, and we
- 8:34Speaker 1: have grown so much since Claudia has been on Like
- 8:36Speaker 1: our follow account, I likes like everything, which and people
- 8:39Speaker 1: will literally comment and say I bought something because of
- 8:42Speaker 1: this TikTok. Yeah, how cool is that? It really does
- 8:45Speaker 1: pay off. So even if you are a small business owner,
- 8:47Speaker 1: getting someone in even just for five hours a week
- 8:50Speaker 1: and just start there and in five hours you can
- 8:52Speaker 1: actually get a lot of videos done. Definitely, there is
- 8:55Speaker 1: the editing process as well, yes, but I think just
- 8:58Speaker 1: start small and gradually increase and once you start to
- 9:00Speaker 1: see the results and see how much it's impacting your business,
- 9:03Speaker 1: game changer. Yeah.
- 9:04Speaker 2: But find the right one though.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Yeah, that's hard because, like I said, I interviewed probably
- 9:07Speaker 1: ten different people when they just they had so many
- 9:09Speaker 1: qualifications and so much experience in marketing. I was like,
- 9:12Speaker 1: it's not about that. I actually don't care if you've
- 9:14Speaker 1: gone to union or not. Like, you need to have
- 9:16Speaker 1: this personality people want to connect with and you've got
- 9:19Speaker 1: this like vibrancy about you.
- 9:20Speaker 2: You've got to be passionate.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Yeah, you've got to love social media? Yeah for sure.
- 9:25Speaker 1: What do you do when you have content or do
- 9:28Speaker 1: you ever have content fatigue? I know for my personal
- 9:31Speaker 1: page sometimes I'm like I don't know what to create,
- 9:33Speaker 1: like and I'll just have a week great, don't post anything.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Do you ever find that with Hideaway and if so,
- 9:38Speaker 1: what do you do about it with Hideaway?
- 9:41Speaker 2: Not as much, Like we have so many trends and
- 9:44Speaker 2: like we can just easily create videos like our food reviews.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Yeah, one loves our food of the week.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Yeah, so we can always create them some trends in
- 9:53Speaker 2: a week. They might not be very MANI. Yeah, so
- 9:56Speaker 2: you just got to think about, Okay, what can we
- 9:58Speaker 2: replace that with? So we kind of are alright with
- 10:02Speaker 2: like anything fatiguing on social media.
- 10:04Speaker 1: What about your own person stuff?
- 10:05Speaker 2: My own page is hard sometimes, but you also need
- 10:09Speaker 2: to think about what time of the year it is.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Christmas is coming up. We can create so many videos
- 10:15Speaker 2: around Christmas, and because it's such a hot topic, people
- 10:18Speaker 2: can chat about it in the comments and engage with
- 10:20Speaker 2: the video. You can do a Christmas wishless video. People
- 10:23Speaker 2: can send it to other people, tag their friends in
- 10:25Speaker 2: the comments, and it creates a really engaging video which
- 10:29Speaker 2: is gonna go viral.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Yeah. One thing I think when you have learned, which
- 10:33Speaker 1: I think is really cool for business owners as well,
- 10:36Speaker 1: is to do as many videos as possible and not
- 10:38Speaker 1: overthink it. Yes, because on a Monday, say Derek, can
- 10:41Speaker 1: we do like twenty videos. Yes, we do a lot
- 10:43Speaker 1: of videos and we give them all to Steve and
- 10:45Speaker 1: he pops some up as ads, and he also has
- 10:48Speaker 1: two graphic designers that do a lot of graphic design
- 10:50Speaker 1: and work. And say he puts up fifty ads for
- 10:52Speaker 1: the week, I think it's more it's like one hundred
- 10:53Speaker 1: and fifty hour and you just never know which AD's
- 10:56Speaker 1: gonna do well. And sometimes me and Claudia will put
- 10:58Speaker 1: tons of effort into this one where we film in
- 11:00Speaker 1: different spots and the transitions and the music and we're like, yeah,
- 11:03Speaker 1: look at this Steve, and then one of us in
- 11:05Speaker 1: the warehouse, just like showing a packed order will absolutely
- 11:08Speaker 1: kill it. Literally, we just never ever know. So we've
- 11:11Speaker 1: learned now it's just like do whatever give it to
- 11:13Speaker 1: see pop out on socials and you actually just don't
- 11:15Speaker 1: know what's gonna pop off.
- 11:16Speaker 2: You just got to see what works. It could spend
- 11:18Speaker 2: hours editing a video and it gets a few thousand views, yeap.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Or we could spend thirty seconds on a video and
- 11:24Speaker 2: it goes r out it gets hundreds of thousands of views.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Yeah, same with ads.
- 11:27Speaker 2: You just never know.
- 11:28Speaker 1: You never know. It's crazy even for Black Friday, like
- 11:31Speaker 1: always ask Steve what's doing well, and I'm like, I
- 11:33Speaker 1: beat you. It's this video. Who's like, Oh this one.
- 11:35Speaker 1: I'm like that has the gross background. I'm like the
- 11:37Speaker 1: dirty floors like our black Friday in the production area. Yeah,
- 11:40Speaker 1: that was one of the best ads, and I think
- 11:42Speaker 1: me and you were just like, oh the floors gross,
- 11:44Speaker 1: Like we weren't even going to film that wall no,
- 11:46Speaker 1: and it ended up popping off. And one of our
- 11:49Speaker 1: best performing ads was that Oh my god, yes you
- 11:52Speaker 1: want to buy one. That one with our perfume. It's
- 11:55Speaker 1: still killing it. That's sist. So that's been like the winner,
- 11:59Speaker 1: hands down. I would never have thought that.
- 12:01Speaker 2: No, that Monday, we just looked up a random perfume
- 12:04Speaker 2: sod and went with that.
- 12:06Speaker 1: And it goes for like what fifteen seconds or something
- 12:08Speaker 1: probably like seven? Yeah, so short. What's next for TikTok
- 12:13Speaker 1: and Instagram? Do you see any changes happening? Do you
- 12:16Speaker 1: see anything that's gonna Like I've heard TikTok shop is coming.
- 12:19Speaker 1: What's that coming to Australia. Yeah, that could be really big.
- 12:22Speaker 1: But do you have any predictions for social media?
- 12:24Speaker 2: Honestly, just especially business wise, I think they're gonna hire
- 12:28Speaker 2: a lot more content creators for businesses and brands and
- 12:32Speaker 2: bring their social media to life. But I feel like
- 12:35Speaker 2: only some will strive and pop off. Some like Fatigue
- 12:41Speaker 2: not do as well because you've really just got to
- 12:43Speaker 2: put hours in, like we said. Yeah, but I've also
- 12:46Speaker 2: seen that, like on Instagram post now as a grid,
- 12:51Speaker 2: people are acting it as like a story. So you
- 12:53Speaker 2: scroll and they've got tics on the photos, which I
- 12:56Speaker 2: think is pretty cool. It's almost like a scrolling photo story.
- 13:01Speaker 1: It's quite that's interesting.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that's gonna be super popular over.
- 13:04Speaker 1: The next few months. Yeah, Okay, I feel like there's
- 13:08Speaker 1: been a couple of leaders with the whole hiring a
- 13:10Speaker 1: content creator, like Jazz hand Made for example. They're amazing, amazing,
- 13:14Speaker 1: and they kind of started these trends I suppose, as
- 13:18Speaker 1: to how to incorporate it into your business. Yeah, but
- 13:21Speaker 1: I definitely see some brands where I feel like the
- 13:24Speaker 1: owner doesn't want to be on camera and they're being
- 13:26Speaker 1: forced to be on there, not forced, but they feel
- 13:28Speaker 1: like they have to, or the person behind the camera
- 13:30Speaker 1: just feels a bit awkward, and I just feel like
- 13:33Speaker 1: those are the ones that are going to struggle. Yes,
- 13:35Speaker 1: you have to love being on camera, Like we just
- 13:37Speaker 1: can't get enough of it. We love it. So I
- 13:39Speaker 1: think if you are owner, it's such a cool thing
- 13:42Speaker 1: if you want to be on camera. But the person
- 13:44Speaker 1: you hire, like they've just got to be so passionate
- 13:47Speaker 1: and just be all amongst it. And something that Steve
- 13:49Speaker 1: always says to me too, is that you're up for anything.
- 13:51Speaker 1: So we have had people in the past that have
- 13:53Speaker 1: felt really shy to go downstairs or like, don't want
- 13:56Speaker 1: to interrupt door, do you want to go on the streets,
- 13:57Speaker 1: whereas you're like, fuck it, I'm doing it. Oh yeah.
- 13:59Speaker 1: She'll literally get like Frida hour was dying because even
- 14:03Speaker 1: I was like I don't think I could do that.
- 14:04Speaker 1: She'd get up on a table and like starts yelling
- 14:07Speaker 1: black Prise Live and we're filming it, but like all
- 14:11Speaker 1: the stuff are looking at you like, oh my god,
- 14:13Speaker 1: what are you doing? But you just don't care. You're like, I,
- 14:16Speaker 1: this is my job. I'm gonna get the job done,
- 14:17Speaker 1: and I'm gonna do it well and cool.
- 14:20Speaker 2: That is literally my mindset and it's so good. Yeah,
- 14:23Speaker 2: you just have to do it though, because opportunities and
- 14:26Speaker 2: things that happen kind of like that you cannot restrict
- 14:29Speaker 2: yourself from doing something. I think you only live once.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Yeah, well you have no ego either, Like you really
- 14:34Speaker 1: don't care what people think about you. You're there to
- 14:36Speaker 1: have a good time and bring the good vibes and
- 14:38Speaker 1: like you're gonna do it regardless. You know. That's it.
- 14:40Speaker 1: I think it's a really cool attitude to have, because, yeah,
- 14:43Speaker 1: even when we've gone out in the streets, I'm like, okay, Claudia,
- 14:46Speaker 1: you can go talk to them, get shy. Yeah, but
- 14:50Speaker 1: I just love seeing how you're just like, I don't know,
- 14:52Speaker 1: just you just don't care.
- 14:54Speaker 2: You are never gonna see these people again. I always
- 14:57Speaker 2: play that over in my head. So what did you
- 14:59Speaker 2: have to lose? So you have to go out there,
- 15:01Speaker 2: put yourself out there and you probably won't ever see.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Them in so freaking cool, and you just never know
- 15:07Speaker 1: who you're going to meet or optun you're going to get.
- 15:09Speaker 1: I love that. So cool. What has been one of
- 15:13Speaker 1: your favorite trends or favorite videos that you really enjoyed
- 15:17Speaker 1: or that's surprised you and done really well?
- 15:20Speaker 2: Oh my goodness, honestly a prank videos.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you know what I'm going to get you.
- 15:26Speaker 1: I've got some ideas the other day and they were like,
- 15:29Speaker 1: why do you not prank her? I was like, oh
- 15:32Speaker 1: my gosh, so stay tuned.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Oh, I'll have eyes on the back of my head.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Don't you haven't buy those cameras. Yeah, the pranks have
- 15:39Speaker 1: been fun so much. The videos that surprised me that
- 15:42Speaker 1: have done really well because we were just genuinely wanted
- 15:44Speaker 1: to give back to our audience. Was calling them up
- 15:47Speaker 1: when they've spent a lot of money or like for
- 15:49Speaker 1: the first order of Black Friday, and just it's so beautiful,
- 15:52Speaker 1: how excited they are to get a call from us
- 15:54Speaker 1: and to get a voucher.
- 15:55Speaker 2: It's so lovely. I'm so glad that they are performing
- 15:58Speaker 2: well and people can see like our personality behind the brand.
- 16:03Speaker 2: We literally just wanted to give back. Yeah, and then
- 16:05Speaker 2: it went viral.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Yeah, that was crazy. It's nice. Yeah, it is nice,
- 16:08Speaker 1: and it's nice for brands to give back to the
- 16:10Speaker 1: customers because without customers, we don't have a brand totally.
- 16:13Speaker 1: So it's really beautiful that we can do that. And yeah,
- 16:15Speaker 1: they just get so stoked. But that surprised me. I
- 16:16Speaker 1: didn't think they would go viral on the internet neither.
- 16:19Speaker 1: We just popped it up because why not?
- 16:20Speaker 2: Are we doing a lot more call?
- 16:22Speaker 1: Yes, keep your phones on loud girls. Yes, there's so
- 16:25Speaker 1: many we've called and they haven't picked up for like.
