Speaker: I see all good people.
• 0:02
  Speaker: Oh.
• 0:04
Speaker: How lucky we are to be breathing and aware.
• 0:16
  Speaker: Heart circulating our energies.
• 0:19
Speaker: Feeding our bodies, our minds.
• 0:22
Speaker: How lucky we are to be alive.
• 0:25
Speaker: Sparkle and shine with radiance.
• 0:30
  Speaker: We are.
• 0:32
Speaker: Being aware of one's radiance.
• 0:34
  Speaker: Being aware.
• 0:36
  Speaker: Sparkle and shine.
• 0:39
Speaker: This is what we do twenty-four hours a day.
• 0:42
  Speaker: Different degrees, right?
• 0:44
  Speaker: Everything's changing.
• 0:46
  Speaker: More energy, less energy.
• 0:48
Speaker: Replenishing energy, recharging energy, expending energy, spending energy.
• 0:55
  Speaker: This is the norm.
• 0:57
Speaker: This is what's going on twenty four hours a day.
• 1:00
  Speaker: So here we are.
• 1:01
  Speaker: It's a beautiful thing.
• 1:03
Speaker: Why don't we visualize ourselves as being sparkling and shining creatures?
• 1:09
Speaker: Basically a humanoid shape, right?
• 1:11
  Speaker: Homo sapiens.
• 1:13
Speaker: Being comfortable with this image of ourselves, viewing oneself in a sense of equanimity, of being a witness, not being a judge, being objective, being helpful, positive, being warm, being kind and considerate to oneself.
• 1:42
Speaker: Visualizing oneself as a radiant creature, sparkling and shining with energy, which is actually, honestly, exactly whom and what we are.
• 2:02
Speaker: This is, as I just said, going on.
• 2:06
Speaker: As long as life is within the organism, of course.
• 2:12
Speaker: And then it's different again.
• 2:15
Speaker: And we understand, have the capacity to understand one hundred thousandth of the electromagnetic spectrum of energy, which is includes everything.
• 2:33
Speaker: TV, sound, movement, smell, everything is included within this.
• 2:40
Speaker: We understand, perceive, have a capacity or capability of grasping with our current physical structure.
• 2:52
Speaker: One hundred thousandth of what is.
• 2:56
Speaker: So what else is there?
• 2:58
  Speaker: There's a lot we don't know.
• 3:02
Speaker: There is energy of all kinds.
• 3:09
Speaker: We have some sense of this.
• 3:13
Speaker: Extra sensory perception we call things some things that are out of the ordinary for most of us, most of the time.
• 3:23
Speaker: And yet these things exist.
• 3:25
Speaker: So I would humbly suggest if it exists for one, it exists for most, if not all.
• 3:33
Speaker: So it is a tinkering with the switches in the gears and the circuit boards in one's manifestation of physical form, of one's mind, of one's brain.
• 3:45
Speaker: And who knows what else?
• 3:47
  Speaker: I don't know.
• 3:47
Speaker: Again, one hundred thousandth of what it is possible to have some sense of a message, of a communication.
• 4:03
  Speaker: This is our limitation.
• 4:06
Speaker: And we're good with that, right?
• 4:09
Speaker: We are sparkling and shining.
• 4:12
Speaker: Anyway, in every moment of our lives, and we can be humbled before this magnitude of creation and thankful at the same time.
• 4:27
Speaker: It is being a witness, again, non-judgmental, an objective observer of oneself.
• 4:35
Speaker: If one wants to make changes, changes make.
• 4:39
  Speaker: Don't dawdle.
• 4:41
Speaker: There is only so much time in one's life, even though there is an abundance within the context of each day.
• 4:50
Speaker: Eighty-six thousand four hundred moments is a lot.
• 4:54
Speaker: Stringing them together in bits and pieces is whom we are and what we accomplish every day, every hour, every minute, every moment.
• 5:09
Speaker: So being a little bit more aware, it means a little bit more of one's moments are coherent and focused, concentrating on self-improvement in our circumstances.
• 5:25
Speaker: So it's a good thing to practice self-improvement all the time.
• 5:37
Speaker: Learning to meditate, being consciously still, finding a comfortable seat if you like, or laying down, staying awake, of course.
• 5:52
Speaker: Standing, leaning, whatever you like, whatever opportunity justifies and helps one formulate one's posture as comfortable as possible and undisturbed as possible.
• 6:09
Speaker: These are basic requirements to think about.
• 6:14
Speaker: And in thinking about them lead us to the next step, which is inquiring of oneself.
• 6:22
  Speaker: Am I comfortable?
• 6:24
  Speaker: You're asking a question.
• 6:26
  Speaker: Of whom?
• 6:27
  Speaker: Of oneself.
• 6:28
  Speaker: What are you doing?
• 6:29
  Speaker: You're feeling.
• 6:31
  Speaker: What are you doing?
• 6:33
  Speaker: Thinking.
• 6:34
  Speaker: What are you doing?
• 6:36
Speaker: "Becalming" more of oneself, one's foundation, one's processes of respiration, one's breathing, of circulation, one's heart's pulsing, of the heat being disseminated throughout our bodies, and ourselves thinking of these different things.
• 7:05
Speaker: Then going deeper and thinking, feeling with heightening sensitivity, our body undulating, cascading with the oxygenated blood from our heart's squeezing simultaneously to being aware of one's breath long and slow.
• 7:37
Speaker: Let there be progress in becoming more calm, more at peace, more open, more kind.
• 7:47
Speaker: Be generous and kind to everyone and certainly oneself.
• 7:55
Speaker: There is no one perfect.
• 7:59
Speaker: The world, the universe, each of us is in a state of oscillation.
• 8:07
Speaker: It is of varying degrees on both sides of what might be called normal.
• 8:14
Speaker: Sometimes we have more energy, sometimes less.
• 8:18
Speaker: Sometimes we're more lost in space, and sometimes we're more coherent and aware and sparkling and shining with energy.
• 8:30
  Speaker: It is this way.
• 8:31
Speaker: When one accepts the reality of the way the universe works, time and space, the quest for more complex energy forms, then we can begin to have a changing perspective, evolving, just like everything else.
• 9:05
Speaker: When one widens our viewpoints, there is more to reflect upon.
• 9:14
Speaker: There is more experience to grasp and to utilize in making more mature and wise decisions, more to consider.
• 9:26
Speaker: Doing this with one's mindful meditation and attempting to fathom a better understanding of oneself, which comes naturally.
• 9:41
  Speaker: We're thinking, right?
• 9:42
Speaker: So to have indications of where one wants to go, then taking little steps of action towards this.
• 9:55
Speaker: This is what we're doing in life every day, one way or the other, positive or negative.
• 10:01
Speaker: Remembering we are here now, bundles of miracles.
• 10:11
Speaker: Allowing ourselves to be in awe and humbled by the magnificence, majesty, immensity of creation or God, whatever one's spiritual representation might be.
• 10:38
Speaker: They all are pointing in the same direction.
• 10:41
Speaker: Do not be afraid, be open-minded, be accepting, be receptive to change, because this is the norm, not remaining the same.
• 10:59
  Speaker: It's an impossibility.
• 11:01
Speaker: It is adverse to the nature of our universe.
• 11:06
  Speaker: Time is sticking.
• 11:08
Speaker: It is not the same now as it is now, as it is now.
• 11:13
Speaker: The music continues for another minute.
• 11:22
  Speaker: Please ponder.
