- Jessica Figueroa: To share a fun little tidbit. So when I was in high school and the Super Bowl was in Miami, I was one of the field dancers for Kiss. I wanna rock and roll all night and party every day. that's right. So you could probably find that on YouTube, and I'm one of those little specs dancing to Kiss, singing that song. Anyways, but there's also something that KISS stands for called Keep It Simple. Silly, I've heard people say stupid. I prefer silly, but it's called Keep It Simple, Silly. Keep it simple, KISS. Keep it simple. People overcomplicate things in their life. They overcomplicate the smallest things. And that overcomplication causes stress and anxiety and it makes things worse. And we're just doing it to ourselves. We're overcomplicating something that's super simple. So, where do we need to keep it simple, silly? Keep it simple. Where do we need a system or a structure or routine or just to let go of so we can keep it simple? So today I want you to rock and roll all night. And I want you to kiss. Keep it simple. Silly. Keep it simple. Not everything is complicated. Most things are way simpler than we think. Most things. So for today, guys, kiss. Keep it simple. Silly. I'll see you tomorrow.
