- 0:00SPEAKER_00: You problem solve for what you believe.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: That's the topic of today's podcast.
- 0:05SPEAKER_00: And I'm going to start with this that the amount of money you make is directly related to the degree to which you manage your mind and you solve problems.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: So if you're currently making 30k a year in your business, you're managing your mind and solving problems at the 30k level based on what you believe to be true.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: If you want to make 100k, you don't wait till you get there to solve problems from there.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: You start to manage your brain and solve problems at the 100k level now, based on what you decide to be true.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: Did you see the different language there?
- 0:39SPEAKER_00: Don't worry if you didn't, because we're going to go deeper with this right now.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: So if you're ready, you know what to do.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: Grab your brew and let's dive right into this gold.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: You know how sometimes you can hear the same thing a million different times, but then you hear it one way and boom, it just lands.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: I know you know that feeling.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: And just as a side note, that's why it's okay for you to repeat yourself a hundred times and a hundred different ways in your social media, in your content.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: That was a side note.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: But this exact thing happened to me when I heard my coach say what you believe is what you problem solve for.
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: Now, instead of spending a lot of time right now trying to explain it, I'm gonna give you a real life example.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: Currently, I'm doing corporate coaching for a company that has about a 64 million pound turnover.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: And what I'm finding, and what I have found is that for some of the people, what they're what they're believing is we need more money, we need more staff.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: And from that belief, they're only problem solving for we need more money and more staff.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: And when they do that, they don't bring the conversation back to what's in my availability now?
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: What am I not seeing?
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: How could I make things work more efficiently without the more the more money and the more staff?
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: How can systems be created and be running more smoothly?
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: And there are some people that are still running that model, and there are some people that are actually going, okay, so what's in my availability right now?
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: It's as simple as that.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: So now I want to ask you to have a look at where this might happen in your business.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: So, in order to help you to just kind of wrap your brain around it and start using this for yourself, I'm gonna share with you some common beliefs that I hear that are limiting someone's ability to problem solve for making more money, and then how you could easily change the thought to create more effective problem solving.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: So here's number one no one interacts with my social media, people don't buy from me on social media, some kind of that flavor.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: So something about the inefficacy of social media in terms of making you more money.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: Now, when I see problem people problem solving from this belief, here's what tends to happen: they're copying trends, in other words, they're doing what other people are doing, they're thinking and trying to get the viral real, thinking that that's the answer.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: They choose to go onto a different platform or onto more platforms, or they don't post at all.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: These are not like exclusive, by the way, there's way more, but these are the big ones.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: Now, if you then change the thought for I don't actually know how to write effective stroke compelling copy yet, the problem solving becomes simple.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: It becomes dedicating time to the skill of writing better copy.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: Can you see how more effective that is?
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: Can you see how the ROI, the return on the investment now of learning how to write better copy, will pay you compounding dividends for the rest of your business career?
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: Whereas if you keep going from the place of it doesn't work on social media and you copy trends and you try and go viral and you do a different platform or you don't post at all or you post sporadically, you're always going to be stuck in that model and you're never gonna get those compounding results of growth, whether it's followers, money, you know, people reaching out for consultations.
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: It's a good one, right?
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: And I know for myself, I've been in business for 15 years, and for 15 years, I've avoided doing copy because quite frankly, my brain wants to explode.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: And this time, in the mastermind that I'm in, I have made my number one commitment learning how to write copies that I speak directly to my perfect clients that I want to work with, and I help them with my copy.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: Writing great copy is not about me, it's about how I'm helping them.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: The second one is well, I'm not making the money I want to make.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: And that can be followed with, and I've done everything and I've tried everything, and I don't know what I'm doing anymore.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: But there's some kind of flavor I've not making the money I want to make, and I've been doing this forever, and I should be further along by now.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: How I see people problem solving for this is that they lower their prices or they change the prices.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: There's no like, there's no um, there's no baseline, it's just it's constantly changing.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: But off lowering prices is is often a go-to.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: They change their offer, they just throw out something new and then they never copy it if it doesn't go, it doesn't go well.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: They change their niche, they work with less than ideal clients.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: They're putting out offers that are actually not in alignment with who they are and what they want to do and where they're going in their business.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: When you change the thought for there is something in my strategy that's limiting my money earning capacity, now you start to problem for problem solve for finding the holes in the bucket.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: Where is the conversion not happening?
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: Is the conversion not happening at the copy level?
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: So you actually that what you're writing isn't landing, then you start there.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: Are people commenting or sharing your posts, but then the conversion drops there?
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: So maybe this the call to actions aren't strong enough.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: Maybe your uh maybe your process isn't strong enough and people don't know what to do next.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: Maybe on your emails, like people open your emails, but they're not clicking on the link because there's something not compelling enough in your email.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: Maybe they're getting to the sales page and they don't click buy because there's something that makes them uncertain in your email.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: Maybe they don't trust themselves in your sales page.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: Maybe they don't trust themselves yet and your copy hasn't helped them with that.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: Maybe they don't trust you yet and your copy hasn't helped them with that, or maybe they don't trust your process yet and they just need to be around you more.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: But when you problem solve from the strategy point of view, you're looking for the holes in the bucket.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: I also want you to be really clear on what is within your operating field around money.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: How is your coherence, your frequency alignment with money?
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: If you have money limitation, you cannot outwork that.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: That is a somatic experience.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: It needs to be released from your body and your brain.
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: You need to create energetic coherence.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: You would problem solve for that.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: How do I need to change my operating field?
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: My frequency, my thoughts, my beliefs, my energy, my expectations around money.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna spend time working there.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: That's how you problem solve for not making the money you want to make yet.
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: You find the hole in the bucket.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: The third one, and the final one I'm gonna share with you today that I see as very common is someone has the answer that I need that's gonna make this work for me.
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna repeat that one because this is big.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: Someone out there has the answer that I need that's gonna make this thing, this business, work for me.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: And how I see people problem solving with this is buying more courses, getting more certificates, downloading more freebies.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: They get more receipts without the results.
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: They copy other people's ideas.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: They get in this mode of stopping and starting in their business.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: They're always changing something in their business.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: When you change this for the thought that I am, I am always the answer to my success, your problem solving becomes so effective.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: You decide to become the master of your psychology.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: In other words, you learn which thoughts you need to hold more on the dashboard of your mind to get you in the energetic state and in the frequency of belief and sufficiency and just doing what you said you were gonna do and making the results data and not personal.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: You problem solve for how do I remove these limitations from my body as well as my brain?
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: Because I'm aware that I'm still pushing against something and I've tried to outthink it and I can't.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: So, how can I remove this from my body?
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: How can I change my somatic shape?
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: You learn how to practice greater courage and commitment to the things that you said you were going to do, even if it feels like sometimes they're not working.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: You just keep showing up.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: You prioritize building self-trust, you stick to one thing and you see it through until you have enough data to decide whether something needs to change.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: Circling back to the beginning of the podcast, I said to you, if you're making 30k, you are managing your mind and solving problems at the 30k level based on what you believe to be true.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: And a lot of those thoughts are the ones that I've shared with you above.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: And then I said, if you want to make 100k, you don't wait until you get there to solve problems from there.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: You start to manage your brain and solve problems at the 100k level now, based on what you decide to be true.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: And deciding is the key word, you problem solve from future self.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: So here's my implementation invitation for you today.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: Number one, get really honest about what self-concept you have been deciding from.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: Are you have you been deciding from the one that is biased towards what's not working or how long you've been doing it, or that you should be further along by now, or that you're missing the thing?
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: Or are you coming from the place of the self-concept that the one who's asking what is the real issue?
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: What is the real problem?
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: What is the thing I should be solving problem solving for, which is the future self.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: And regardless of where you are on that thing, I want you to now start to decide to take yourself out into your future timeline, walk out into your future to the space where you have the next result that you want, and then I want you to look back to the now.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: What did that version of you stop believing?
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: What did she stop saying to herself, and what did she stop doing?
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: When she drew that line in the sand, what did she decide to think?
- 10:00SPEAKER_00: What did she decide to say to herself?
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: And what did she decide to do no matter what?
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: Step number three, do that.
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: That simple.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: And I'll speak to you again in the next episode of the Bee Mont Lobster podcast.
