- 0:49Speaker: Allowing oneself to be a Homo sapiens, evolved over millions of years, allowing oneself to be calm, to be cordial to oneself, relax, allowing gravity to pull us down, sinking a little, feeling as much.
- 1:20Speaker: Allowing oneself to feel the physicality of one's own body's emanation of heat from our muscular activity in the process of our circulation and respiration.
- 1:39Speaker: We are eating all the time.
- 1:43Speaker: When I used to look at a cow, I would think to myself, well, they eat a lot.

- 2:35Speaker: The powers, the intricacy, the detail of what we find and have found give us incredible opportunities, both positive and negative.
- 2:49Speaker: Being a witness, being objective as an observer of one's own being and one's relationship with everything else.
- 3:03Speaker: One's skin, one's largest organ, feeling the warmth.
- 3:12Speaker: Feeling beneath the skin, the pulse.
- 3:16Speaker: Feeling between the pulse and the warmth, feel the shimmer, the ecstatic vibration of one's being as a whole, as an organism, exuding life energies of all kinds, thermal, just mentioned, but how many different kinds of mental and physical energies are being integrated, developed, created, transformed, communicated in our bodies all the time?
- 3:58Speaker: And what relationships do these "energy entities" in essence have?
- 4:06Speaker: What does this mean?
- 4:10Speaker: In whatever manifestations it may be.
- 4:16Speaker: We perceive so little.
- 4:19Speaker: We need to hold our heads high as we do the best we can, understanding there is infinitely more than we perceive going on.
- 4:33Speaker: And yet we are a part of this.
- 4:36Speaker: Having ample reasons for being humble before this magnificence of creation, God, by many names and many religions.
- 4:48Speaker: It is here, it is the same, it is one.
- 4:53Speaker: It is the ability to think, to expand one's perception.
- 4:59Speaker: We are here now, bundles of miracles, humbled, awed by the majesty and the continuation of the immensity of creation.
- 5:21Speaker: Thankful for having a part, allowing us to journey our way through each day, each moment, we have life.
- 5:38Speaker: And this ecstatic vibration of which we're speaking about is the physical representation of what we are.
