  I am hoping that you have questions that we can start

  looking for the answers for because unlike many of the cases

  that we follow here on this channel, there is Bupkis coming

  out of the LAPD in terms of anything, we don't have access
• 5:28
  to the search warrants. We there has not been an arrest

  that so there are no probable cause affidavits.

  This is while we're in what like week four or five of this
• 5:42
  precious little has ever come out.

  So we're just going to talk about this as it's been reported
• 5:48
  in the media, OK? Number one, Celeste Rivas was a
• 5:52
  13 year old girl when she went missing in April of last year.

  Now, reportedly she had gone missing three times, according
• 6:06
  to ABCLA, in 2024, this being the third time.

  So at the time of her disappearance, she was 13 years
• 6:15
  old. She was found on what would have
• 6:18
  been either the day before or the day after her 15th birthday.

  So we're talking about a young impressionable girl, one that
• 6:31
  maybe may have been somebody that was a little bit of a free
• 6:36
  spirit, maybe a little bit of an independent growing into a young
• 6:41
  woman. I don't know the circumstances
• 6:45
  under which she went missing so many times.
• 6:48
  She was a runaway or whatever. But this is this is what she
• 6:54
  this is who she was, OK. And to me, when I hear these
• 6:59
  kinds of things about such a young person, I just think that
• 7:05
  they are the perfect prey for would be predators.

  You know, we had Anna Sonoda on what, 3 weeks in a row to talk

  about preventing our children, our loved ones from being prey
• 7:22
  to predators And it to me it feels like this 13 year old
• 7:28
  child was, was just the perfect prey.

  This is just my opinion, right? Just the perfect prey.

  She was born from the best I can tell, near Lake Elsinore, CA
• 7:43
  Lake Elsinore is in the Inland Empire.

  It's in Riverside County. The Inland Empire is what is

  referred. They refer to the Inland Empire.

  Bernardino counties are referred to as the Inland Empire.

  They are on the east side of the Los Angeles basin, going up into

  the foothills. So Lake Elsinore is right where

  I put that little, you know, yellow pointy penny thing almost

  due due east of Long Beach, so southeast of LA, so not far away

  from where she was found. Now the second person that's
• 8:38
  involved in this is a man named David Anthony Burke.
• 8:40
  He goes by the stage name spelled D4 VD.

  It's pronounced David. Mr. Burke is a Houston born
• 8:51
  artist who is known for his viral hit Romantic Homicide.

  Now you guys are going to have to forgive me, but I could not,

  I could not bring myself to listen to modern music,
• 9:06
  especially one called Romantic Homicide, especially in light
• 9:11
  that we have a homicide here. Well, I believe we have a
• 9:13
  homicide here. We'll get to that.

  But I'm sure he is a talented young, young artist with musical
• 9:19
  tastes different than my own. He rose to fame through social
• 9:24
  media, through Tiktok, through YouTube.
• 9:27
  He eventually signed to Interscope, to a label under the
• 9:32
  Interscope management, right to a brand of the label.
• 9:35
  So by about halfway through this year, this guy's star was
• 9:41
  rising. He was living in a four and a
• 9:44
  half million dollar home in the Hollywood Hills.
• 9:47
  He had, he was touring. He had brand sponsorships.
• 9:53
  He had, I mean, this guy, this guy's star was on the rise.
• 9:58
  Now since and we'll get into a few details about this, since
• 10:04
  his car was discovered with the body of Young Miss, young Miss
• 10:13
  Rivas Hernandez, those a lot of those brand partnerships have
• 10:18
  been pulled while the investigation is ongoing.

  It is important to note here guys that right now while it is
• 10:26
  being investigated as a homicide, we don't know that we
• 10:31
  have a homicide here. There's lots of speculation
• 10:34
  online. I've been trying to keep this
• 10:37
  presentation to just what we know, not what people speculate
• 10:44

  those that that go all over social media doing all sports

  sorts of speculation. We do not engage in speculation

  very often here. OK, what are we doing?

  OK, All right. So was there a link?

  Besides the obvious of Miss Rivas Hernandez being found, her
• 11:56
  remains being found in a car either owned or leased by Mr.

  Burke? Police have not confirmed any
• 12:07
  personal or professional connection between the two.
• 12:13
  Some online sleuths that I've seen on Tiktok I've seen on
• 12:16
  Facebook have claimed to have found images showing Mr. Burke
• 12:22
  with a young woman believed to be Miss Rivas Hernandez.
• 12:28
  But like, her face is always conveniently covered, so it's
• 12:33
  impossible to know if there was a connection between the two.
• 12:38
  Now, one of the things that I don't think that I looked up is
• 12:42
  how old is Mr. Burke? He's 20.
• 12:49
  OK, So he would be 5 years the senior of Miss Rivas Hernandez.

  There are some rumors that suggest that Celeste appeared in
• 13:05
  some of Mr. Burke's live stream chats before her disappearance,
• 13:09
  though none of that, at least to my satisfaction, is verified.
• 13:12
  I haven't seen any reports from reputable news sources that have
• 13:17
  said that. It's just rumor at this point.
• 13:21
  Investigators have not. They've not released any
• 13:26
  information that we can rely upon, at least to my standards,
• 13:29
  that the two are linked, other than what I said before, which
• 13:34
  is the fact that her remains were found in his car.
• 13:39
  But we do know from the LAPD that his phones, his hard
• 13:45
  drives, his computers were seized as part of the
• 13:48
  investigation. I'm sure that they're working to
• 13:51
  figure out if there is a connection between the two.
• 13:57
  OK, so a little bit of a timeline and I did this kind of
• 14:00
  weird. We're going to start with this
• 14:02
  timeline, but I'm, I'm going to like, I'm going to kind of salt
• 14:06
  and pepper in some other parts of the timeline.

  OK, All right. So in Lake Elsinore, April 5th,
• 14:14
  2025, she's already gone missing twice in 2024, in the four
• 14:18
  months, not even four months, the three months plus five days
• 14:23
  of 2024, Miss Rivas Hernandez went missing.
• 14:27
  And the last one was on April 5th out of Lake Elsinore, there
• 14:32
  in the Inland Empire, southwest of Los Angeles, southwest of
• 14:37
  Hollywood, where her body was eventually found.
• 14:42
  She was missing guys for more than two years.
• 14:46
  But on August 27th of this year, a Tesla Model SI think it was a
• 14:52
  Model S We'll look at a picture here in a second.
• 14:54
  I think it's a Model S registered to Mr. Burke received
• 14:57
  a parking ticket in the Hollywood Hills.

  It was reported that there were multiple parking tickets and on
• 15:06
  September 3rd, it was towed to an impound lot down in
• 15:10
  Hollywood, down on the valley floor where it was put into a
• 15:17
  lot. Within a few days, workers are
• 15:20
  smelling something funky. We all know, Well, maybe not all
• 15:24
  of us, but here we're in Pennsylvania where our our state
• 15:29
  animal is roadkill. We all know the smell of
• 15:33
  decomposing remains. To my nose, animals and humans
• 15:37
  are the same. I know that to other creatures
• 15:41
  that have been created and put on this earth, they are
• 15:43
  different, but the tow yard, the workers are saying this is
• 15:50
  getting a little bit funky and they go to investigate.
• 15:53
  They pop the franc, which is a kitchy little way of referring
• 15:59
  to the storage area in the underneath where the hood is on
• 16:06
  a Tesla Model S where in a petrol powered car the engine
• 16:11
  would be. They open it up and they
• 16:15
  discover the remains. Police are called, They do an
• 16:19
  investigation. Miss Rivas Hernandez, her
• 16:23
  remains are identified by dental records and the cause and manner
• 16:31
  of death was deferred saying basically the Emmy is saying we
• 16:36
  need more investigation to figure this out.
• 16:39
  But what they haven't done is release the autopsy report.
• 16:46
  Now, keep in mind that this is not Florida.
• 16:49
  This is not Idaho. This is not Minnesota and or
• 16:54
  Kentucky or the myriad other states that do their best to be
• 16:58
  transparent. This is California where they
• 17:00
  don't believe in such things. So whether it will be released
• 17:04
  or not, it it's more likely that it won't be released.
• 17:08
  But anyway, it was the 16th of last month that Celeste her that
• 17:15
  she was identified OK the following day.
• 17:21
  The following day, police execute a search warrant up in
• 17:26
  the Hollywood Hills to a residence that is leased by Mr.
• 17:29
  Burke. And then I just added in there
• 17:34
  couple things. There was a public vigil in Lake
• 17:36
  Elsinore in late September. Also, Mr. Burke cancelled his
• 17:40
  tour. And her funeral was held about a
• 17:44
  week ago yesterday there in Rowland Heights in the Inland
• 17:50
  Empire. Yes.
• 17:52
  So well, actually I can't tell if that that actually looks like
• 17:55
  a Model X to me, but I have a hard time seeing that and being
• 18:02
  able to tell though I am familiar with with the product
• 18:07
  line. OK, So what we learned is that
• 18:10
  this Tesla had multiple parking tickets before it was towed from
• 18:14
  a Hollywood Hills street near a mansion.
• 18:17
  I don't know if it's a mansion or not that people refer to it
• 18:21
  as a mansion. Let let me just say it costs a
• 18:23
  lot of money. Four and a half million dollar
• 18:26
  house and yeah, it's a big house.
• 18:29
  It's a nice house. It's up in the Hollywood Hills.

  It's being rented or leased. I've heard it both ways by Mr.
• 18:36
  Burke. Course again, he is on an upward
• 18:40
  trajectory. He's earning all sorts of money.
• 18:43
  Of course, he's living in a $4 million place now.
• 18:49
  I had to move to Pennsylvania. It doesn't matter.

  OK, we we know that the tow yard staff discovered the body.
• 18:57
  These are actual. This is an actual image from

  either a drone or a helicopter showing the investigation into
• 19:07
  into the discovery of the remains the this parking lot was
• 19:12
  near Mansfield Ave. and Romaine St. in Hollywood just like right
• 19:16
  in the middle of Hollywood's area of the valley.

  OK, and because it was a suspicious death, it was taken
• 19:25
  over. The investigation was taken over
• 19:27
  by L as robbery homicide division, which is so famous
• 19:32
  starting probably what was dragnet and it they're they are
• 19:38
  they are the homicide guys and gals in LA.
• 19:42
  All right, what we know of her body from what has been released
• 19:48
  is that it was in an in an advanced state of decomposition.
• 19:52
  What we don't know is exactly how long she was in the brunk of
• 19:56
  that Tesla, but police said that they believe that she had been
• 20:00
  dead for several weeks. Again, we learned that her
• 20:04
  identification was made through dental records and that the
• 20:08
  cause and manner of death is deferred.
• 20:10
  What that means is that we don't know that we have a homicide
• 20:14
  here. There are other possibilities
• 20:18
  that we can talk about other than homicide that that could be
• 20:24
  crimes here could there could be charges, but we don't know
• 20:30
  exactly how she died or whether it was accidental self-inflicted
• 20:38
  homicide, natural, which I doubt with a 15 year old girl or you
• 20:45
  know, or a homicide. So there are a couple things
• 20:51
  that we have learned are that the LAPD has described the
• 20:57
  circumstances of her death as suspicious.

  Again, Oh, the Emmy is not said. It's the LA County coroner's
• 21:05
  office. They they have pathologists.
• 21:07
  So I probably am using medical examiner incorrectly, but the
• 21:10
  forensic pathologist at least has not determined the cause and
• 21:14
  manner pending toxicology and Histology tests.
• 21:19
  So Histology, I'm going to get this really bad as far as
• 21:23
  definitionally, but it is basically the examination of
• 21:29
  tissue samples and so forth, right.
• 21:32
  So a histological exam of a burn victim might be skin tissue
• 21:39
  which is stabilized and looked at layer by layer to see, you
• 21:43
  know, how deep the the burns go, those kinds of things.
• 21:47
  Those are, that's histological examination.
• 21:51
  Toxicology, of course, is the toxicity of the blood and other
• 21:55
  fluids within the body. In this case, I would imagine
• 21:58
  that they're probably not testing as much blood, but
• 22:02
  decompositional fluids are probably what they're testing
• 22:06
  mostly. So until that determination
• 22:10
  comes in, this is not going to be classified as a homicide.
• 22:18
  They need to, they need to do some more digging first.
• 22:20
  Now Mr. Burke from what I understand is, well, he's saying
• 22:26
  he's cooperating with the investigation.
• 22:30
  I would imagine that somebody that has that that much on the
• 22:35
  line for himself, his family and all of the other leeches that
• 22:41
  are in succubi that are attached to him as he builds his career.
• 22:47
  I would imagine that he's getting advice from legal
• 22:50
  counsel. So I don't know how much he is
• 22:55
  he is cooperating. To what extent.

  It could be that he is fully cooperative.

  It could be that he's lawyered up and they're telling him to
• 23:05
  shut the mouth. So I don't know.

  But we do know on the 17th, as I said before, that a search
• 23:11
  warrant was executed on this Hollywood Hills residence where
• 23:15
  he was leasing it. We know that again, phones,
• 23:19
  laptops, drives, recording equipment was seized and is
• 23:24
  being analyzed for any link to Celeste or to her timeline.

  And again, we do know that the residence was not owned by Mr.
• 23:34
  Burke. So as far as kind of fallout, he
• 23:40
  has cancelled all of his tour dates, he's paused any music
• 23:45
  promotion brands have pulled out from from sponsoring him,
• 23:52
  partnering with him. And one of the things that I
• 23:56
  found interesting is that fans and critics alike are really
• 24:00
  taking a look at his song lyrics and, you know, trying to find
• 24:05
  anything that might be imagery that could indicate that this
• 24:12
  young man might have a predilection for homicide.

  Again, a lot of that is speculative, right?
• 24:20
  So it's not something that I really want to get into, but
• 24:23
  that's what's happening. I did see an article from the
• 24:26
  Daily Mail that police that said police are analyzing potential
• 24:32
  previous contact between Celeste and Mr. Burke.

  It does not have very much verified information.

  Again, there are some online photos that seem to show Celeste
• 24:50
  with Mr. Burke, but there's been no confirmation out of law
• 24:55
  enforcement that I have been able to find.

  than I do, but there are, there are lots of theories that are

  being bandied about and, you know, just, I guess, debated

  a victim of trafficking? And I of course it's possible,

  Elizabeth Jones, we talk a lot about what trafficking is and it

  is not what we think sometimes it is this whole idea of

  kidnapping all these people, putting them in a container and

  shipping them across the sea kind of stuff.

  It can be done much, much easier than that.

  So certainly it is it's possible, but there are lots of
