- Cindy Marler: Who are the cheerleaders in your life? Yes, I'm a former cheerleader. I cheered in middle school. I cheered in high school. I am what you would say is a cheerleader kind of personality. I love it. We can, I can do one right now for you. Dribble, dribble, dribble, dribble, shoot, shoot. Put that ball through the hoop, hoop. That's right. But who are the cheerleaders in your life? I need you to really appreciate these people. Because part of it is their personality style. But if they're a really great cheerleader, it's how they think, it's how they see the world. And it's this gift to all of us because they're the people that kind of see the best in every situation. And even when you lose, they have a little cheer for it. And they come up with the pom-pums and they give that little bit of extra yay. And they just lift the mood and lift the spirits. And who are the cheerleaders in your life? Look around. Do you have cheerleaders in your life? What about the ones you do have? Do you appreciate them or do you put pressure on them to be something they're not? Because a cheerleader wants to cheer. Anyone ever seen a cheerleader go in and help with a play on the basketball court or on the football field? No, they're on the sidelines cheering. That's what they're good at. They're good at cheering. So don't try to make the cheerleaders in your life, the players, appreciate the fact that they're there cheering. Don't tell them like, gosh, well, you know, you just always have something positive to say or blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. You're Susie sunshine. Don't make fun of them. Appreciate them. Who are the cheerleaders in your life? Today, we're gonna appreciate them. I want you to send them a little text and say thank you for being one of the cheerleaders in my life. Let's let them know that we appreciate all of our cheerleaders out there just for today.
