  Hey,
• 0:16
  girl.
• 0:17
  Hey.
• 0:17
  Welcome
• 0:17
  back
• 0:17
  to
• 0:17
  Notes
• 0:18
  to
• 0:18
  her,
• 0:18
  the
• 0:18
  daily
• 0:18

• 0:19
  talk.
• 0:19
  I'm
• 0:19
  Yaya,
• 0:20
  your
• 0:20
  confidence
• 0:21
  and
• 0:21
  mindset
• 0:21
  coach,
• 0:22
  here
• 0:22
  to
• 0:22
  make
• 0:22
  sure
• 0:22
  that
• 0:23
  comfort
• 0:23
  doesn't
• 0:23
  cost
• 0:23
  you
• 0:24
  everything
• 0:24
  you
• 0:25
  were
• 0:25
  actually
• 0:25
  meant
• 0:26
  to
• 0:26
  have.
• 0:26
  Now,
• 0:27
  before
• 0:27
  we
• 0:27
  get
• 0:27
  into
• 0:27
  today's
• 0:28
  note,
• 0:28
  I
• 0:28
  want
• 0:29
  to
• 0:29
  share
• 0:29
  a
• 0:29
  couple
• 0:29
  exciting
• 0:30
  things.
• 0:30
  So
• 0:31
  I
• 0:31
  recently
• 0:31
  rebranded
• 0:32
  Coaching
• 0:32
  with
• 0:32
  Yaya
• 0:33
  to
• 0:33
  the
• 0:33
  Confidently
• 0:34
  Heard
• 0:34
  Collective
• 0:35
  and
• 0:35
  the
• 0:36
  new
• 0:36
  website
• 0:36
  is
• 0:37
  officially
• 0:38
  live.
• 0:38
  I
• 0:39
  am
• 0:39
  so
• 0:39
  excited
• 0:40
  about
• 0:40
  that
• 0:40
  and
• 0:40
  I
• 0:41
  really
• 0:41
  wanted
• 0:41
  to
• 0:41
  share
• 0:42
  why
• 0:42
  the
• 0:42
  rebrand
• 0:43
  happened
• 0:43
  because
• 0:43
  I
• 0:43
  think
• 0:43
  that
• 0:44
  it
• 0:44
  matters.
• 0:45
  Honestly,
• 0:46
  Coaching
• 0:46
  with
• 0:46
  Yaya
• 0:47
  never
• 0:47
  fully
• 0:48
  felt
• 0:48
  like
• 0:48
  me.
• 0:49
  It
• 0:49
  never
• 0:49
  felt
• 0:50
  like
• 0:50
  it
• 0:50
  was
• 0:50
  the
• 0:50
  right
• 0:50
  fit.
• 0:51
  But
• 0:51
  I
• 0:51
  had
• 0:51
  a
• 0:52
  vision,
• 0:52
  I
• 0:52
  had
• 0:52
  a
• 0:52
  calling,
• 0:53
  and
• 0:53
  I
• 0:53
  wasn't
• 0:54
  going
• 0:54
  to
• 0:54
  let
• 0:54
  a
• 0:54
  name
• 0:55
  stop
• 0:55
  me
• 0:55
  from
• 0:55
  starting.
• 0:56
  So
• 0:56
  I
• 0:57
  went
• 0:57
  with
• 0:57
  it
• 0:57
  because
• 0:57
  I
• 0:57
  wanted
• 0:58
  to
• 0:58
  get
• 0:58
  to
• 0:58
  work.
• 0:59
  I
• 0:59
  wanted
• 0:59
  to
• 0:59
  start
• 0:59
  making
• 1:00
  an
• 1:00
  impact
• 1:00
  on
• 1:00
  women's
• 1:01
  lives,
• 1:01
  and
• 1:02
  I
• 1:02
  wasn't
• 1:02
  going
• 1:02
  to
• 1:02
  wait
• 1:03
  until
• 1:03
  everything
• 1:03
  was
• 1:04
  perfect
• 1:04
  to
• 1:04
  do
• 1:04
  them.
• 1:05
  And
• 1:05
  years
• 1:06
  later,
• 1:06
  the
• 1:06
  name
• 1:07
  finally
• 1:07
  came.
• 1:08
  The
• 1:08
  Confidently
• 1:09
  Her
• 1:09
  Collective.
• 1:10
  Because
• 1:10
  that's
• 1:11
  what
• 1:11
  it's
• 1:11
  really
• 1:11
  about.
• 1:12
  It's
• 1:12
  about
• 1:13
  her.
• 1:14
  You.
• 1:15
  The
• 1:15
  woman
• 1:15
  who
• 1:15
  used
• 1:15
  to
• 1:16
  be
• 1:16
  confident
• 1:16
  and
• 1:16
  somewhere
• 1:17
  along
• 1:17
  the
• 1:17
  way
• 1:17
  she
• 1:18
  lost
• 1:18
  herself.
• 1:19
  The
• 1:19
  woman
• 1:19
  who's
• 1:19
  always
• 1:20
  wanted
• 1:20
  to
• 1:20
  walk
• 1:20
  boldly
• 1:21
  into
• 1:21
  her
• 1:21
  life
• 1:21
  but
• 1:22
  never
• 1:22
  quite
• 1:22
  knew
• 1:22
  how.
• 1:23
  The
• 1:23
  woman
• 1:24
  who
• 1:24
  walks
• 1:24
  into
• 1:24
  a
• 1:25
  room
• 1:25
  and
• 1:25
  knows
• 1:25
  that
• 1:25
  she
• 1:26
  belongs
• 1:26
  there.
• 1:27
  Who
• 1:27
  doesn't
• 1:27
  doubt
• 1:28
  her
• 1:28
  worth
• 1:28
  or
• 1:28
  discount
• 1:29
  it,
• 1:29
  who
• 1:30
  isn't
• 1:30
  afraid
• 1:30
  to
• 1:30
  use
• 1:30
  her
• 1:31
  voice
• 1:31
  because
• 1:31
  she
• 1:31
  knows
• 1:32
  she
• 1:32
  has
• 1:32
  value.
• 1:33
  That's
• 1:33
  her.
• 1:34
  That's
• 1:35
  who
• 1:35
  we
• 1:35
  are
• 1:35
  building
• 1:36
  here.
• 1:36
  And
• 1:37
  the
• 1:37
  collective
• 1:37
  piece,
• 1:38
  that
• 1:38
  matters
• 1:38
  too,
• 1:39
  because
• 1:39
  this
• 1:39
  is
• 1:39
  bigger
• 1:40
  than
• 1:40
  just
• 1:40
  a
• 1:40
  one
• 1:40
  on
• 1:41
  one
• 1:41
  coaching
• 1:41
  session.
• 1:42
  There
• 1:42
  are
• 1:42
  digital
• 1:43
  products,
• 1:43
  there's
• 1:44
  a
• 1:44
  membership
• 1:44
  coming,
• 1:44
  and
• 1:45
  we
• 1:45
  are
• 1:45
  building
• 1:45
  something
• 1:46
  for
• 1:46
  every
• 1:46
  woman
• 1:47
  at
• 1:47
  every
• 1:48
  stage
• 1:49
  in
• 1:49
  every
• 1:50
  season.
• 1:51
  And
• 1:51
  I'll
• 1:51
  be
• 1:51
  honest
• 1:52
  with
• 1:52
  you,
• 1:52
  putting
• 1:53
  this
• 1:53
  out
• 1:53
  into
• 1:53
  the
• 1:53
  world
• 1:54
  was
• 1:54
  scary
• 1:54
  because
• 1:55
  I'm
• 1:55
  an
• 1:55
  artist
• 1:55
  and
• 1:55
  I
• 1:56
  am
• 1:56
  sensitive
• 1:56
  about
• 1:57
  my.
• 1:57
  No,
• 1:57
  I'm
• 1:57
  joking.
• 1:58
  But
• 1:59
  stepping
• 1:59
  into
• 2:00
  a
• 2:00
  new
• 2:00
  name,
• 2:00
  a
• 2:01
  new
• 2:01
  brand,
• 2:01
  a
• 2:02
  bigger
• 2:02
  vision,
• 2:03
  that
• 2:03
  takes
• 2:03
  courage.
• 2:04
  That
• 2:04
  takes
• 2:05
  deciding
• 2:05
  that
• 2:05
  growth
• 2:05
  is
• 2:06
  worth
• 2:06
  more
• 2:06
  than
• 2:06
  discomfort
• 2:07
  of
• 2:07
  the
• 2:07
  unknown.
• 2:08
  And
• 2:08
  the
• 2:08
  time
• 2:09
  isn't
• 2:09
  lost
• 2:09
  to
• 2:09
  me
• 2:10
  either,
• 2:10
  because
• 2:10
  as
• 2:11
  we
• 2:11
  are
• 2:11
  gearing
• 2:11
  up
• 2:12
  to
• 2:12
  the
• 2:12
  end
• 2:12
  of
• 2:12
  season
• 2:13
  one
• 2:13
  of
• 2:13
  this
• 2:13
  podcast,
• 2:14
  very,
• 2:15
  very
• 2:15
  soon,
• 2:16
  we
• 2:16
  are
• 2:16
  beginning
• 2:17
  something
• 2:17
  new
• 2:17
  and
• 2:17
  something
• 2:18
  big.
• 2:19
  This
• 2:19
  season
• 2:19
  has
• 2:20
  been
• 2:20
  a
• 2:20
  love
• 2:20
  letter
• 2:20
  to
• 2:21
  you
• 2:21
  and
• 2:21
  what's
• 2:21
  coming
• 2:22
  next
• 2:22
  is
• 2:22
  even
• 2:22
  greater.
• 2:23
  So
• 2:24
  stay
• 2:24
  close
• 2:24
  and
• 2:24
  make
• 2:25
  sure
• 2:25
  you
• 2:25
  are
• 2:25
  following
• 2:26
  the
• 2:26
  show.
• 2:26
  Get
• 2:26
  on
• 2:27
  the
• 2:27
  email
• 2:27
  list,
• 2:27
  the
• 2:28
  link
• 2:28
  will
• 2:28
  be
• 2:28
  in
• 2:28
  the
• 2:28
  show
• 2:29
  notes
• 2:29
  because
• 2:29
  you
• 2:30
  don't
• 2:30
  want
• 2:30
  to
• 2:30
  miss
• 2:30
  what's
• 2:31
  coming,
• 2:31
  I
• 2:31
  promise
• 2:31
  you.
• 2:32
  Which
• 2:32
  brings
• 2:33
  me
• 2:33
  to
• 2:33
  today's
• 2:33
  note,
• 2:34
  because
• 2:34
  stepping
• 2:34
  into
• 2:34
  something
• 2:35
  new,
• 2:35
  choosing
• 2:36
  growth
• 2:37
  over
• 2:37
  comfort.
• 2:38
  Deciding
• 2:38
  you
• 2:39
  are
• 2:39
  worth
• 2:39
  the
• 2:40
  risk.
• 2:40
  That
• 2:41
  is
• 2:41
  exactly
• 2:41
  what
• 2:41
  we're
• 2:42
  talking
• 2:42
  about
• 2:42
  today.
• 2:43
  So
• 2:43
  let's
• 2:43
  get
• 2:43
  into
• 2:43
  it.
• 2:55
  Now.
• 2:56
  There's
• 2:56
  a
• 2:56
  word
• 2:56
  that
• 2:56
  we
• 2:57
  throw
• 2:57
  around
• 2:57
  a
• 2:57
  lot.
• 2:58
  Stuck.
• 2:59
  I
• 2:59
  feel
• 3:00
  stuck.
• 3:00
  I
• 3:01
  don't
• 3:01
  know
• 3:01
  how
• 3:01
  to
• 3:01
  get
• 3:01
  unstuck.
• 3:02
  I've
• 3:03
  been
• 3:03
  stuck
• 3:03
  for
• 3:03
  so
• 3:03
  long.
• 3:04
  And
• 3:05
  I
• 3:05
  hear
• 3:05
  you.
• 3:05
  I.
• 3:06
  I
• 3:06
  do.
• 3:06
  But
• 3:07
  I
• 3:07
  want
• 3:07
  to
• 3:07
  offer
• 3:07
  you
• 3:07
  something
• 3:08
  different
• 3:08
  today
• 3:08
  that
• 3:09
  might
• 3:09
  sting
• 3:10
  just
• 3:10
  a
• 3:10
  little
• 3:11
  bit.
• 3:11
  What
• 3:12
  if
• 3:12
  you're
• 3:12
  not
• 3:12
  stuck?
• 3:13
  What
• 3:14
  if
• 3:14
  you're
• 3:14
  just
• 3:14
  comfortable?
• 3:16
  Because
• 3:16
  here's
• 3:16
  the
• 3:16
  thing
• 3:16
  about
• 3:17
  being
• 3:17
  stuck.
• 3:18
  Stuck
• 3:18
  implies
• 3:18
  that
• 3:19
  you
• 3:19
  have
• 3:19
  no
• 3:19
  choice.
• 3:20
  Stuck
• 3:21
  implies
• 3:21
  something
• 3:21
  outside
• 3:22
  of
• 3:22
  you
• 3:22
  is
• 3:22
  holding
• 3:23
  you
• 3:23
  in
• 3:23
  a
• 3:23
  place,
• 3:24
  stuck
• 3:25
  as
• 3:25
  a
• 3:25
  cage
• 3:26
  with
• 3:26
  a
• 3:26
  lock
• 3:26
  you
• 3:27
  don't
• 3:27
  have
• 3:27
  a
• 3:27
  key
• 3:27
  to.
• 3:28
  But
• 3:28
  comfort.
• 3:29
  Comfort
• 3:30
  is
• 3:30
  a
• 3:30
  cage.
• 3:30
  You
• 3:31
  decorate
• 3:31
  as
• 3:31
  yourself.
• 3:32
  You
• 3:32
  put
• 3:32
  the
• 3:32
  throw
• 3:33
  pillows
• 3:33
  in
• 3:33
  there.
• 3:34
  You
• 3:34
  hung
• 3:34
  the
• 3:34
  curtains.
• 3:35
  You
• 3:35
  made
• 3:35
  it
• 3:36
  cozy.
• 3:36
  And
• 3:37
  now
• 3:37
  you're
• 3:37
  sitting
• 3:38
  there
• 3:38
  wondering
• 3:38
  why
• 3:38
  it
• 3:39
  feels
• 3:40
  so
• 3:40
  small.
• 3:42
  The
• 3:42
  comfort
• 3:42
  zone
• 3:43
  doesn't
• 3:43
  always
• 3:43
  feel
• 3:43
  like
• 3:43
  a
• 3:44
  trap.
• 3:44
  That's
• 3:45
  the
• 3:45
  whole
• 3:45
  point.
• 3:46
  It
• 3:46
  feels
• 3:46
  like
• 3:46
  safety.
• 3:47
  It
• 3:47
  feels
• 3:48
  like
• 3:48
  certainty.
• 3:49
  It
• 3:49
  feels
• 3:49
  like,
• 3:50
  okay,
• 3:50
  at
• 3:51
  least
• 3:51
  I
• 3:51
  know
• 3:51
  what
• 3:51
  I'm
• 3:51
  doing
• 3:52
  here.
• 3:52
  And
• 3:53
  when
• 3:53
  everything
• 3:54
  outside
• 3:54
  feels
• 3:54
  uncertain
• 3:55
  and
• 3:55
  unknown,
• 3:56
  that
• 3:56
  little
• 3:56
  decorated
• 3:57
  cage
• 3:57
  starts
• 3:57
  looking
• 3:58
  really
• 3:58
  good.
• 3:59
  But
• 4:00
  I
• 4:00
  need
• 4:00
  you
• 4:00
  to
• 4:00
  hear
• 4:00
  me
• 4:00
  on
• 4:00
  this.
• 4:01
  Comfort
• 4:02
  and
• 4:02
  safe
• 4:03
  are
• 4:03
  not
• 4:03
  the
• 4:04
  same
• 4:04
  thing.
• 4:05
  Comfort
• 4:05
  just
• 4:05
  means
• 4:06
  familiar.
• 4:06
  And
• 4:07
  familiar
• 4:07
  can
• 4:08
  absolutely
• 4:08
  be
• 4:08
  killing
• 4:09
  your
• 4:09
  growth,
• 4:09
  your
• 4:10
  potential,
• 4:10
  and
• 4:11
  your
• 4:11
  future.
• 4:12
  Slowly,
• 4:13
  quietly,
• 4:14
  without
• 4:15
  you
• 4:15
  even
• 4:15
  noticing.
• 4:17
  Now,
• 4:18
  I
• 4:18
  want
• 4:18
  to
• 4:18
  tell
• 4:18
  you
• 4:18
  about
• 4:18
  someone.
• 4:19
  We're
• 4:19
  going
• 4:19
  to
• 4:19
  call
• 4:19
  her
• 4:20
  Kiana.
• 4:21
  Kiana
• 4:22
  had
• 4:22
  been
• 4:22
  at
• 4:22
  the
• 4:22
  same
• 4:23
  job
• 4:23
  for
• 4:24
  20
• 4:25
  years.
• 4:26
  20
• 4:27
  years,
• 4:27
  which
• 4:27
  is
• 4:27
  almost
• 4:28
  unheard
• 4:28
  of
• 4:28
  in
• 4:29
  this
• 4:29
  day.
• 4:30
  And
• 4:30
  before
• 4:30
  you
• 4:30
  say
• 4:31
  anything,
• 4:31
  yes,
• 4:32
  that's
• 4:32
  loyalty.
• 4:33
  Yes,
• 4:34
  that
• 4:34
  is
• 4:34
  consistency.
• 4:35
  And
• 4:35
  yes,
• 4:36
  there
• 4:36
  is
• 4:36
  something
• 4:36
  to
• 4:37
  be
• 4:37
  said
• 4:37
  about
• 4:38
  that.
• 4:39
  But
• 4:39
  here's
• 4:39
  what's
• 4:40
  also
• 4:40
  true.
• 4:41
  Kiana
• 4:42
  had
• 4:42
  outgrown
• 4:42
  that
• 4:42
  job,
• 4:43
  probably
• 4:43
  somewhere
• 4:44
  around
• 4:45
  year
• 4:45
  10.
• 4:46
  She
• 4:47
  was
• 4:47
  talented.
• 4:48
  She
• 4:48
  was
• 4:48
  capable.
• 4:49
  She
• 4:49
  had
• 4:50
  skills
• 4:50
  and
• 4:50
  ideas
• 4:51
  and
• 4:51
  a
• 4:51
  mind
• 4:51
  that
• 4:52
  was
• 4:52
  made
• 4:52
  for
• 4:52
  more.
• 4:53
  But
• 4:53
  the
• 4:54
  job
• 4:54
  was
• 4:54
  steady.
• 4:55
  The
• 4:55
  PayCheck
• 4:55
  cleared
• 4:56
  every
• 4:56
  two
• 4:57
  weeks.
• 4:57
  She
• 4:58
  knew
• 4:58
  everybody.
• 4:59
  Everybody
• 4:59
  knew
• 4:59
  her.
• 5:00
  And
• 5:00
  it
• 5:00
  was
• 5:00
  comfortable.
• 5:01
  So
• 5:01
  she
• 5:01
  stayed.
• 5:02
  She
• 5:03
  told
• 5:03
  herself,
• 5:03
  it's
• 5:03
  fine.
• 5:04
  She
• 5:04
  told
• 5:04
  herself
• 5:04
  it
• 5:05
  was
• 5:05
  being
• 5:05
  responsible.
• 5:06
  She
• 5:06
  told
• 5:07
  herself,
• 5:07
  girl,
• 5:08
  you
• 5:08
  got
• 5:08
  a
• 5:08
  good
• 5:08
  thing.
• 5:09
  Don't
• 5:10
  rock
• 5:10
  the
• 5:10
  boat.
• 5:11
  And
• 5:11
  then
• 5:12
  one
• 5:12
  day,
• 5:12
  the
• 5:13
  boat
• 5:13
  rocked
• 5:13
  for
• 5:14
  her.
• 5:15
  The
• 5:15
  job
• 5:15
  was
• 5:15
  gone.
• 5:16
  And
• 5:17
  when
• 5:17
  it
• 5:17
  was,
• 5:17
  Keanu
• 5:18
  didn't
• 5:18
  just
• 5:18
  lose
• 5:18
  a
• 5:19
  paycheck.
• 5:20
  She
• 5:20
  lost
• 5:20
  footing.
• 5:22
  She
• 5:22
  lost
• 5:22
  her
• 5:22
  sense
• 5:23
  of
• 5:23
  self.
• 5:24
  Because
• 5:24
  without
• 5:25
  realizing
• 5:25
  it,
• 5:25
  she
• 5:26
  had
• 5:26
  let
• 5:26
  that
• 5:26
  job
• 5:27
  become
• 5:27
  her
• 5:27
  identity.
• 5:28
  Her
• 5:28
  confidence
• 5:29
  wasn't
• 5:29
  rooted
• 5:30
  in
• 5:30
  who
• 5:30
  she
• 5:30
  was.
• 5:31
  It
• 5:31
  was
• 5:31
  rooted
• 5:32
  in
• 5:32
  where
• 5:32
  she
• 5:32
  worked.
• 5:33
  And
• 5:34
  the
• 5:34
  moment
• 5:34
  that
• 5:34
  it
• 5:34
  was
• 5:34
  taken
• 5:35
  away.
• 5:35
  She
• 5:36
  didn't
• 5:36
  know
• 5:36
  who
• 5:36
  she
• 5:37
  was
• 5:37
  without
• 5:37
  it.
• 5:38
  She
• 5:39
  came
• 5:39
  to
• 5:39
  me
• 5:39
  and
• 5:39
  she
• 5:39
  said,
• 5:39
  yaya,
• 5:40
  I
• 5:40
  just
• 5:40
  feel
• 5:40
  so
• 5:41
  lost.
• 5:41
  I
• 5:42
  don't
• 5:42
  even
• 5:42
  know
• 5:42
  what
• 5:43
  I'm
• 5:43
  capable
• 5:43
  of
• 5:44
  doing
• 5:44
  anymore.
• 5:46
  And
• 5:47
  I
• 5:47
  want
• 5:47
  you
• 5:47
  to
• 5:48
  sit
• 5:48
  with
• 5:48
  that
• 5:48
  for
• 5:48
  a
• 5:49
  second.
• 5:50
  Because
• 5:50
  the
• 5:50
  hard
• 5:50
  truth
• 5:51
  is
• 5:51
  the
• 5:51
  comfort
• 5:52
  didn't
• 5:52
  protect
• 5:53
  her.
• 5:53
  It
• 5:54
  actually
• 5:54
  made
• 5:54
  the
• 5:54
  fall
• 5:55
  harder.
• 5:57
  20
• 5:57
  years
• 5:57
  of
• 5:57
  not
• 5:58
  being
• 5:58
  challenged,
• 5:59
  20
• 5:59
  years
• 5:59
  of
• 6:00
  not
• 6:00
  having
• 6:00
  to
• 6:00
  bet
• 6:01
  on
• 6:01
  herself,
• 6:02
  20
• 6:02
  years
• 6:02
  of
• 6:03
  coasting
• 6:03
  unfamiliar.
• 6:04
  And
• 6:05
  then
• 6:05
  when
• 6:05
  it
• 6:05
  was
• 6:05
  gone,
• 6:06
  she
• 6:06
  had
• 6:07
  no
• 6:07
  muscle
• 6:07
  for
• 6:07
  the
• 6:08
  unknown.
• 6:09
  That's
• 6:09
  what
• 6:09
  comfort
• 6:10
  costs.
• 6:11
  Not
• 6:11
  always
• 6:11
  dramatically
• 6:12
  and
• 6:13
  not
• 6:13
  always
• 6:13
  at
• 6:13
  once,
• 6:14
  but
• 6:14
  over
• 6:15
  time,
• 6:15
  it
• 6:15
  costs
• 6:16
  you
• 6:16
  your
• 6:16
  resilience,
• 6:17
  your
• 6:17
  confidence,
• 6:18
  your
• 6:19
  sense
• 6:19
  of
• 6:19
  what
• 6:19
  you're
• 6:20
  actually
• 6:20
  capable
• 6:21
  of.
• 6:23
  Now,
• 6:23
  let
• 6:23
  me
• 6:24
  ask
• 6:24
  you
• 6:24
  something.
• 6:25
  What
• 6:25
  are
• 6:26
  you
• 6:26
  comfortable
• 6:26
  in
• 6:27
  right
• 6:27
  now
• 6:27
  that
• 6:28
  you
• 6:28
  have
• 6:28
  already
• 6:29
  outgrown?
• 6:30
  Is
• 6:31
  it
• 6:31
  a
• 6:31
  job
• 6:31
  that
• 6:32
  you
• 6:32
  could
• 6:32
  do
• 6:32
  in
• 6:32
  your
• 6:32
  sleep,
• 6:33
  but
• 6:33
  it
• 6:34
  stopped
• 6:34
  challenging
• 6:34
  you
• 6:34
  about
• 6:35
  two
• 6:35
  years
• 6:35
  ago?
• 6:37
  Is
• 6:37
  it
• 6:37
  a
• 6:37
  relationship
• 6:38
  that's
• 6:38
  fine,
• 6:39
  not
• 6:39
  bad,
• 6:40
  not
• 6:40
  amazing,
• 6:41
  just
• 6:41
  fine.
• 6:42
  And
• 6:42
  fine
• 6:43
  has
• 6:43
  become
• 6:43
  the
• 6:43
  ceiling.
• 6:45
  Is
• 6:45
  it
• 6:45
  a
• 6:45
  business
• 6:46
  that
• 6:46
  you've
• 6:46
  kept
• 6:46
  small
• 6:47
  because
• 6:47
  scaling
• 6:48
  means
• 6:48
  risking
• 6:49
  something?
• 6:50
  Is
• 6:50
  it
• 6:51
  a
• 6:51
  version
• 6:51
  of
• 6:51
  yourself
• 6:52
  you've
• 6:52
  been
• 6:52
  performing
• 6:53
  so
• 6:53
  long
• 6:53
  that
• 6:54
  you
• 6:54
  forgot
• 6:55
  she's
• 6:55
  not
• 6:56
  actually
• 6:56
  who
• 6:56
  you
• 6:56
  are
• 6:57
  anymore?
• 6:58
  Because
• 6:59
  here's
• 6:59
  what
• 6:59
  I
• 7:00
  really
• 7:00
  need
• 7:00
  you
• 7:00
  to
• 7:01
  understand.
• 7:02
  Comfort
• 7:02
  has
• 7:02
  a
• 7:02
  price
• 7:03
  tag,
• 7:03
  and
• 7:03
  we
• 7:04
  don't
• 7:04
  always
• 7:04
  see
• 7:04
  it
• 7:04
  on
• 7:05
  the
• 7:05
  front
• 7:05
  end.
• 7:05
  On
• 7:06
  the
• 7:06
  front
• 7:06
  end,
• 7:06
  it
• 7:06
  looks
• 7:07
  like
• 7:07
  stability,
• 7:07
  predictability,
• 7:09
  safety.
• 7:10
  But
• 7:10
  on
• 7:10
  the
• 7:10
  back
• 7:10
  end,
• 7:11
  the
• 7:11
  receipt
• 7:12
  reads,
• 7:12
  missed
• 7:13
  opportunities,
• 7:14
  underdeveloped
• 7:15
  potential.
• 7:16
  A
• 7:16
  confidence
• 7:16
  that
• 7:17
  was
• 7:17
  never
• 7:17
  fully
• 7:18
  tested,
• 7:18
  so
• 7:19
  it
• 7:19
  was
• 7:19
  never
• 7:19
  really
• 7:19
  built.
• 7:21
  Kiana
• 7:21
  didn't
• 7:21
  lose
• 7:22
  her
• 7:22
  confidence
• 7:22
  when
• 7:22
  she
• 7:22
  lost
• 7:23
  the
• 7:23
  job.
• 7:23
  She
• 7:23
  lost
• 7:24
  her
• 7:24
  confidence
• 7:24
  because
• 7:24
  she
• 7:25
  never
• 7:25
  had
• 7:25
  to
• 7:25
  build
• 7:26
  it
• 7:26
  beyond
• 7:27
  that
• 7:27
  job.
• 7:29
  And
• 7:29
  I'm
• 7:30
  asking
• 7:30
  you
• 7:30
  today,
• 7:31
  are
• 7:31
  you
• 7:31
  doing
• 7:31
  the
• 7:32
  same
• 7:32
  thing?
• 7:33
  Are
• 7:34
  you
• 7:34
  so
• 7:34
  comfortable
• 7:35
  that
• 7:35
  you're
• 7:35
  actually
• 7:36
  just
• 7:36
  slowly
• 7:37
  shrinking?
• 7:38
  Because
• 7:38
  staying
• 7:39
  in
• 7:39
  a
• 7:39
  place
• 7:39
  that
• 7:39
  you've
• 7:40
  outgrown
• 7:40
  isn't
• 7:41
  stability.
• 7:42
  It's
• 7:42
  slow
• 7:43
  stagnation
• 7:44
  with
• 7:44
  a
• 7:44
  steady
• 7:45
  paycheck.
• 7:46
  And
• 7:46
  I
• 7:46
  don't
• 7:46
  mean
• 7:46
  a
• 7:47
  real
• 7:47
  paycheck,
• 7:47
  because
• 7:47
  we
• 7:48
  are
• 7:48
  talking
• 7:48
  about
• 7:48
  more
• 7:49
  than
• 7:49
  just
• 7:50
  a
• 7:50
  job
• 7:50
  or
• 7:50
  a
• 7:51
  career
• 7:51
  here.
• 7:53
  Here's
• 7:53
  what
• 7:54
  I
• 7:54
  really
• 7:54
  need
• 7:54
  to
• 7:54
  say.
• 7:55
  You're
• 7:55
  not
• 7:55
  stuck,
• 7:56
  but
• 7:57
  you
• 7:57
  might
• 7:57
  be
• 7:57
  choosing
• 7:57
  comfort.
• 7:59
  And
• 7:59
  that
• 7:59
  is
• 7:59
  a
• 7:59
  real
• 8:00
  valid
• 8:01
  human
• 8:01
  thing
• 8:01
  to
• 8:01
  do.
• 8:02
  I've
• 8:02
  done
• 8:02
  it
• 8:03
  before,
• 8:04
  but
• 8:04
  it's
• 8:04
  still
• 8:05
  a
• 8:05
  choice.
• 8:06
  And
• 8:06
  choices
• 8:07
  can
• 8:07
  be
• 8:07
  changed.
• 8:08
  The
• 8:09
  woman
• 8:09
  who
• 8:09
  grows
• 8:10
  and
• 8:10
  the
• 8:10
  woman
• 8:10
  who
• 8:10
  stays
• 8:11
  are
• 8:11
  not
• 8:12
  separated
• 8:12
  by
• 8:12
  talent.
• 8:13
  They
• 8:13
  are
• 8:14
  not
• 8:14
  separated
• 8:14
  by
• 8:14
  circumstance.
• 8:16
  They
• 8:16
  aren't
• 8:17
  even
• 8:17
  separated
• 8:18
  by
• 8:18
  opportunity.
• 8:20
  They

  to

  uncomfortable

• 8:28
  for

  you.
• 8:30
  Because
• 8:30
  discomfort
• 8:30
  is
• 8:31
  coming
• 8:31
  either
• 8:32
  way.
• 8:32
  You

  can

  choose
• 8:33
  it
• 8:33
  you
• 8:34
  can

  into

  some

• 8:37
  some

• 8:38
  or
• 8:38
  you
• 8:39
  can
• 8:39
  have
• 8:39
  it
• 8:39
  handed
• 8:39
  to
• 8:40
  you
• 8:40
  the
• 8:40
  way
• 8:40
  Kiana
• 8:41
  did.
• 8:41
  When
• 8:42
  the
• 8:42
  comfort
• 8:42
  is
• 8:42
  removed
• 8:43
  and
• 8:43
  you
• 8:43
  have
• 8:44
  no
• 8:44
  muscle
• 8:44
  built
• 8:44
  for
• 8:45
  what's
• 8:45
  coming
• 8:45
  next,
• 8:47
  the
• 8:47
  women
• 8:47
  who
• 8:48
  are
• 8:48
  out
• 8:48
  here
• 8:48
  thriving,
• 8:49
  they
• 8:49
  are
• 8:49
  not
• 8:49
  more
• 8:50
  talented
• 8:50
  than
• 8:50
  you.
• 8:51
  They
• 8:51
  are
• 8:52
  not
• 8:52
  more
• 8:52
  qualified
• 8:52
  than
• 8:53
  you.
• 8:53
  They
• 8:54
  are
• 8:54
  not
• 8:54
  luckier
• 8:55
  than
• 8:55
  you.
• 8:56
  They
• 8:56
  just
• 8:56
  decided
• 8:57
  that
• 8:57
  their
• 8:57
  growth
• 8:57
  was
• 8:58
  worth
• 8:58
  more
• 8:58
  than
• 8:59
  their
• 8:59
  comfort.
• 9:00
  They
• 9:00
  chose
• 9:00
  discomfort
• 9:01
  of
• 9:01
  the
• 9:01
  unknown
• 9:02
  over
• 9:02
  comfort
• 9:03
  of
• 9:03
  staying
• 9:03
  small.
• 9:04
  And
• 9:04
  I
• 9:05
  need
• 9:05
  you
• 9:05
  to
• 9:05
  know
• 9:06
  that
• 9:06
  you
• 9:06
  can
• 9:06
  make
• 9:07
  that
• 9:07
  same
• 9:07
  choice
• 9:08
  right
• 9:08
  now,
• 9:09
  today.
• 9:10
  Not
• 9:10
  when
• 9:11
  it's
• 9:11
  the
• 9:11
  perfect
• 9:11
  time,
• 9:12
  not
• 9:12
  when
• 9:12
  you
• 9:12
  feel
• 9:13
  ready,
• 9:13
  not
• 9:14
  when
• 9:14
  everything
• 9:14
  is
• 9:15
  lined
• 9:15
  up.
• 9:16
  Now,
• 9:17
  do
• 9:18
  you
• 9:18
  want
• 9:18
  to
• 9:18
  know
• 9:18
  what
• 9:18
  happened
• 9:19
  with
• 9:19
  Keyonna?
• 9:20
  She
• 9:20
  did
• 9:20
  the
• 9:21
  work.
• 9:21
  Not
• 9:22
  because
• 9:22
  it
• 9:22
  was
• 9:23
  easy,
• 9:23
  not
• 9:24
  because
• 9:24
  she
• 9:24
  woke
• 9:24
  up
• 9:24
  one
• 9:24
  day
• 9:25
  feeling
• 9:25
  confident
• 9:25
  and
• 9:25
  ready,
• 9:26
  but
• 9:26
  because
• 9:27
  she
• 9:27
  made
• 9:27
  a
• 9:27
  decision,
• 9:28
  a
• 9:28
  real
• 9:29
  one,
• 9:29
  that
• 9:29
  she
• 9:29
  was
• 9:30
  not
• 9:30
  going
• 9:30
  to
• 9:30
  let
• 9:30
  this
• 9:31
  moment
• 9:31
  break
• 9:31
  her.
• 9:32
  She
• 9:32
  was
• 9:32
  going
• 9:32
  to
• 9:33
  let
• 9:33
  it
• 9:33
  build
• 9:33
  her.
• 9:34
  And
• 9:35
  slowly,
• 9:35
  she
• 9:36
  started
• 9:36
  remembering
• 9:36
  who
• 9:37
  she
• 9:37
  was
• 9:37
  outside
• 9:38
  of
• 9:38
  that
• 9:38
  job.
• 9:39
  She
• 9:39
  started
• 9:40
  reconnecting
• 9:40
  with
• 9:40
  the
• 9:40
  skills
• 9:41
  she
• 9:41
  hadn't
• 9:41
  used
• 9:41
  in
• 9:42
  years.
• 9:43
  Interest
• 9:43
  she
• 9:43
  had
• 9:43
  put
• 9:44
  on
• 9:44
  the
• 9:44
  back
• 9:44
  burner
• 9:44
  because
• 9:45
  the
• 9:45
  job
• 9:45
  was
• 9:45
  steady,
• 9:46
  and
• 9:46
  steady
• 9:46
  felt
• 9:46
  like
• 9:46
  enough.
• 9:47
  She
• 9:48
  started
• 9:48
  building
• 9:48
  confidence
• 9:49
  the
• 9:49
  real
• 9:49
  way.
• 9:50
  Not
• 9:50
  the
• 9:50
  borrowed
• 9:51
  kind
• 9:51
  you
• 9:51
  get
• 9:51
  from
• 9:51
  a
• 9:52
  title
• 9:52
  or
• 9:52
  position,
• 9:53
  but
• 9:53
  the
• 9:53
  kind
• 9:53
  that
• 9:54
  lives
• 9:54
  in
• 9:54
  your
• 9:54
  bones
• 9:55
  because
• 9:55
  you
• 9:55
  earned
• 9:55
  it.
• 9:56
  She
• 9:57
  bet
• 9:57
  on
• 9:57
  herself,
• 9:58
  probably
• 9:58
  for
• 9:59
  the
• 9:59
  first
• 9:59
  time
• 9:59
  in
• 10:00
  20
• 10:00
  years,
• 10:01
  and
• 10:01
  she
• 10:01
  won.
• 10:02
  That's
• 10:03
  what's
• 10:03
  available
• 10:03
  to
• 10:03
  you
• 10:04
  on
• 10:04
  the
• 10:04
  other
• 10:04
  side
• 10:05
  of
• 10:05
  your
• 10:05
  comfort
• 10:06
  zone.
• 10:06
  Not
• 10:07
  perfection,
• 10:08
  not
• 10:08
  a
• 10:08
  guaranteed
• 10:09
  outcome,
• 10:09
  but
• 10:10
  a
• 10:10
  version
• 10:10
  of
• 10:10
  yourself
• 10:10
  that
• 10:11
  knows
• 10:11
  what
• 10:11
  she's
• 10:12
  made
• 10:12
  of
• 10:12
  because
• 10:12
  she's
• 10:13
  actually
• 10:13
  tested
• 10:14
  it.
• 10:14
  You
• 10:15
  don't
• 10:15
  find
• 10:15
  that
• 10:15
  woman
• 10:15
  in
• 10:16
  the
• 10:16
  comfort
• 10:16
  zone.
• 10:17
  You
• 10:17
  find
• 10:17
  her
• 10:18
  just
• 10:18
  past
• 10:19
  it.
• 10:21
  Now,
• 10:21
  I
• 10:21
  know
• 10:22
  the
• 10:22
  comfort
• 10:22
  zone
• 10:23
  feels
• 10:23
  like
• 10:23
  protection.
• 10:24
  I
• 10:24
  know
• 10:25
  that
• 10:25
  staying
• 10:25
  where
• 10:26
  it's
• 10:26
  familiar
• 10:26
  feels
• 10:27
  like
• 10:27
  a
• 10:27
  responsible
• 10:28
  choice.
• 10:29
  Because
• 10:29
  when
• 10:29
  you've
• 10:29
  got
• 10:30
  people
• 10:30
  depending
• 10:30
  on
• 10:31
  you,
• 10:31
  when
• 10:31
  you've
• 10:31
  got
• 10:31
  bills
• 10:32
  that
• 10:32
  do
• 10:32
  not
• 10:32
  care
• 10:33
  about
• 10:33
  your
• 10:33
  dreams
• 10:33
  and
• 10:34
  a
• 10:34
  world
• 10:34
  that
• 10:34
  can
• 10:34
  be
• 10:35
  really
• 10:35
  unpredictable
• 10:36
  right
• 10:36
  now,
• 10:39
  it
• 10:39
  can
• 10:39
  be
• 10:39
  scary
• 10:39
  to
• 10:40
  step
• 10:40
  outside
• 10:40
  your
• 10:40
  comfort
• 10:41
  zone.
• 10:41
  And
• 10:41
  I'm
• 10:42
  not
• 10:42
  dismissing
• 10:42
  any
• 10:43
  of
• 10:43
  that.
• 10:43
  Trust
• 10:43
  me,
• 10:44
  I
• 10:44
  am
• 10:44
  not.
• 10:45
  But
• 10:45
  I'm
• 10:45
  asking
• 10:46
  you,
• 10:46
  how
• 10:46
  long
• 10:47
  are
• 10:47
  you
• 10:47
  going
• 10:47
  to
• 10:47
  let
• 10:47
  fear
• 10:48
  of
• 10:48
  discomfort
• 10:48
  be
• 10:48
  louder
• 10:49
  than
• 10:49
  the
• 10:49
  call
• 10:49
  of
• 10:50
  your
• 10:50
  potential?
• 10:51
  How
• 10:51
  long
• 10:51
  are
• 10:52
  you
• 10:52
  going
• 10:52
  to
• 10:52
  keep
• 10:52
  choosing
• 10:52
  the
• 10:52
  version
• 10:53
  of
• 10:53
  your
• 10:53
  life
• 10:53
  that
• 10:53
  feels
• 10:54
  safe
• 10:54
  over
• 10:54
  the
• 10:55
  version
• 10:55
  that
• 10:55
  feels
• 10:56
  like
• 10:56
  you?
• 10:57
  Because
• 10:58
  the
• 10:58
  comfort
• 10:58
  zone
• 10:59
  will
• 10:59
  always
• 11:00
  feel
• 11:00
  reasonable.
• 11:01
  It
• 11:01
  will
• 11:01
  always
• 11:02
  have
• 11:02
  a
• 11:02
  good
• 11:02
  argument,
• 11:04
  it
• 11:04
  will
• 11:04
  always
• 11:04
  make
• 11:05
  the
• 11:05
  case
• 11:05
  for
• 11:05
  staying,
• 11:06
  and
• 11:07
  it
• 11:07
  will
• 11:07
  always
• 11:07
  cost
• 11:08
  you.
• 11:09
  You
• 11:09
  are
• 11:10
  not
• 11:10
  stuck.
• 11:10
  You
• 11:11
  are
• 11:11
  capable.
• 11:11
  You
• 11:12
  are
• 11:12
  qualified,
• 11:12
  and
• 11:13
  you
• 11:13
  have
• 11:13
  everything
• 11:13
  you
• 11:14
  need
• 11:14
  to
• 11:14
  move.
• 11:15
  You're
• 11:15
  just
• 11:16
  choosing
• 11:16
  not
• 11:16
  to.
• 11:17
  And
• 11:17
  I
• 11:17
  say
• 11:17
  this
• 11:17
  with
• 11:18
  love.
• 11:18
  Real
• 11:18
  love,
• 11:19
  the
• 11:19
  kind
• 11:19
  that
• 11:20
  will
• 11:20
  not
• 11:20
  let
• 11:21
  you
• 11:21
  off
• 11:21
  the
• 11:21
  hook
• 11:22
  because
• 11:22
  you
• 11:23
  didn't
• 11:23
  come
• 11:23
  this
• 11:23
  far
• 11:23
  to
• 11:24
  stay
• 11:24
  comfortable.
• 11:24
  You
• 11:25
  came
• 11:25
  this
• 11:25
  far
• 11:25
  to
• 11:26
  grow,
• 11:26
  to
• 11:27
  expand,
• 11:28
  to
• 11:28
  become
• 11:28
  the
• 11:28
  woman
• 11:29
  who
• 11:29
  keeps
• 11:29
  catching
• 11:30
  glimpses
• 11:30
  of.
• 11:31
  Of
• 11:31
  when
• 11:31
  you're
• 11:31
  being
• 11:32
  honest
• 11:32
  with
• 11:32
  yourself.
• 11:33
  She's
• 11:34
  not
• 11:34
  stuck.
• 11:34
  She's
• 11:35
  waiting
• 11:35
  for
• 11:35
  you
• 11:35
  to
• 11:35
  decide
• 11:36
  she's
• 11:36
  worth
• 11:37
  the
• 11:37
  discomfort.
• 11:39
  And
• 11:39
  before
• 11:39
  you
• 11:39
  go
• 11:40
  today,
• 11:40
  just
• 11:40
  a
• 11:40
  reminder
• 11:41
  that
• 11:41
  we
• 11:41
  are
• 11:41
  wrapping
• 11:42
  up
• 11:42
  season
• 11:42
  one
• 11:43
  of
• 11:43
  notes
• 11:43
  to
• 11:43
  her.
• 11:44
  We
• 11:44
  only
• 11:44
  have
• 11:44
  a
• 11:45
  few
• 11:45
  notes
• 11:45
  left,
• 11:45
  and
• 11:46
  I
• 11:46
  want
• 11:46
  to
• 11:46
  make
• 11:46
  sure
• 11:47
  that
• 11:47
  when
• 11:47
  the
• 11:47
  season
• 11:48
  ends,
• 11:48
  you
• 11:49
  do
• 11:49
  not
• 11:49
  lose
• 11:50
  me.
• 11:50
  So
• 11:51
  here's
• 11:51
  what
• 11:51
  I
• 11:51
  need
• 11:51
  you
• 11:51
  to
• 11:51
  do
• 11:51
  right
• 11:52
  now.
• 11:52
  If
• 11:52
  you
• 11:52
  are
• 11:52
  not
• 11:52
  following
• 11:53
  this
• 11:53
  show,
• 11:54
  go
• 11:54
  do
• 11:54
  that.
• 11:54
  Whatever
