Speaker: I see all good people, and I see them making mistakes, and I see them not learning their lessons, and I find us insensitive to each other and to our world, and it makes me cry and wish that we were more than we are, that there is so much potential, unrealized within the context of our capabilities as mankind.
• 0:45
Speaker: We, as a species, have accumulated enough knowledge to be honest and authentic in our evaluation of our species of this world upon which we live, this thin veneer of oxygen and life, to gain a wider, more honest understanding of anything, everything we can.
• 1:33
Speaker: That one is creating the possibility for, the receptivity for in one's own being, Now, in every one of the eighty-six thousand four hundred moments we share in this flowing dynamic called creation, for everything that is behind one's own nose, look at your nose, if you can see, look at your nose, and then okay, and then as you are gazing around you, for everything that you see that is beyond your own being, be thankful, feel a sense of grace and ease, a sense of appreciation, for just how lucky mankind is to be able to be thoughtful, to share, to be.
• 2:59
Speaker: In this incredible universe, we are a part of.
• 3:05
Speaker: Each a bundle of miracles, derived from one's own unique personal DNA, created, developed, born, living, growing, flowing, glowing, and shining.
• 3:34
Speaker: These are our goals through life.
• 3:37
Speaker: They change, they grow, but they are each real in themselves at a time and place, when and where, Thomas Wilson.
• 3:58
Speaker: And as we are born and grow, so then we find opportunity, potential.
• 4:12
Speaker: We can learn by assimilating the knowledge man has created and preserved, recorded histories.
• 4:24
Speaker: And now, with scientific endeavors and inventions, we know even more.
• 4:31
Speaker: The world exhibits its own traditions, its own histories.
• 4:38
Speaker: All the circumstances that are occurring on this planet , and the space that surrounds it, from the atmosphere out, the solar system, the galaxy, the universe quickly become visible in one's mind, in one's visualization, we know what the stars look like.
• 5:03
Speaker: Being here now, aware, floating on a sea of realizations, of moments be-ing..... punctuated by different kinds of awarenesses, different levels, different depths, intensities, different receptivities, for no other eason than because our unique bodies are constantly changing.
• 5:32
Speaker: The energy levels are not constant, right?
• 5:35
  Speaker: Through your day?
• 5:36
Speaker: When you're sleeping, they're different than when you're wide awake and exercising?
• 5:41
  Speaker: Of course.
• 5:43
Speaker: Yet we take these attributes of being alive for granted as much as we take all of our senses, each one.
• 5:53
Speaker: And add to this those we don't even understand or don't have much of a grasp of, we are ignoring, taking our capacities for granted, or just mis-understood.
• 6:04
  Speaker: We don't understand everything.
• 6:06
  Speaker: It's okay.
• 6:07
Speaker: None of these things need be negative, all experience is a building block, a foundation for this very next moment or whenever our self illumination flicks on.
• 6:10
Speaker: They are foundations upon which we "can" grow, must grow for mankind, for our future of our species, of our goals to improve.
• 6:27
Speaker: Thinking about these things, comfortable, focused, feeling one's physiology, one's warmth emanating, keeping us warm inside and cuddly and outside as We are warming the atmosphere.
• 6:58
Speaker: Feeling this, please, just to say hello.
• 7:02
Speaker: And deeper, feeling beneath the surface of one's skin, feeling the activity of your vascular system, your arteries and veins as they carry blood, oxygenated from your lungs, to all your cellular spaces.
• 7:23
Speaker: All of them, each one, each, or it will die, each continually, not taking this for granted.
• 7:37
Speaker: Feel the motion of your heart squeezing this oxygenated blood through your arteries, and even so powerful in its pressurization that it forces the blood, now depleted of oxygen and replaced with carbon dioxide, back towards one's lungs.
• 8:07
Speaker: This is what's going on with each breath, with each pulse of one's processes of respiration and circulation.
• 8:18
  Speaker: Everyone is like this.
• 8:21
Speaker: And repeated thousands, tens of thousands of times every day.
• 8:31
Speaker: Just being aware of the heat, I ask, for you to consider this.
• 8:39
Speaker: You can feel your own heat.
• 8:42
Speaker: We need to find a sense of commonality that we can share and communicate better.
• 8:50
Speaker: So it can begin this way in such a simple manner to feel yourself, to feel your processes, breathing too, now, in greater appreciation, adding this, finding the flowing cadence of one's own breathing, articulating this in one's mind, being playful, curious, being full of joy to be alive.
• 9:25
Speaker: Find a sense of calm and grace.
• 9:32
Speaker: It is flowing and glowing in the atmosphere.
• 9:37
Speaker: The energies of everything are here.
• 9:41
Speaker: How are we choosing in our moment now?
• 9:46
  Speaker: What are our choices?
• 9:49
Speaker: Whom do we believe we are?
• 9:52
Speaker: What experience do we have to base our decisions on?
• 9:59
Speaker: "Validate our beings." Focusing on one's physiology is this dialogue we are sharing, in this moment, to feel each other.
• 10:17
Speaker: I ask it with the greatest of sincerity to be aware of your heat emanating, your pulse, pulsing with the cadence of your being alive, with your breath, refreshing blood used to circulate around energy, nutrients for our body.
• 10:47
  Speaker: It is this way.
• 10:49
Speaker: Beneath these processes in themselves, these events occurring through muscular activities, beneath this is another level, another step of physiological awareness.
• 11:10
Speaker: Please join us and be here now.
• 11:18
Speaker: Recognizing your own incredible, miraculous nature.
• 11:33
Speaker: Because that's what we're talking about, realizing this self-realization, illuminating one's own being, under an examination of a sense of allowing and receptivity and kindness and compassion and experience utilization, maturity, seeking self-improvement, virtues, virtuosity, increasing, planting seeds through self-affirmations, changing, growing, flowing, glowing with self-awareness.
• 12:29
Speaker: These manifestations are always present for us to choose, for us to be, reaching for more.
• 12:45
  Speaker: Understanding and being kind.
• 12:49
Speaker: If you're not doing this enough, it means you have many things on your mind, and you have not attended to or been trained or educated or informed about whom you are and what you are capable of.
• 13:04
Speaker: And you need to do this now on your own.
• 13:08
Speaker: This is what we share.
• 13:14
Speaker: Beneath the surface of the skin.
• 13:21
Speaker: Beneath the level where our vascular system is propelling blood through the constantly flowing streams.
• 13:33
Speaker: It is everywhere that we're talking about now.
• 13:36
Speaker: It is in one's muscles and bones.
• 13:41
Speaker: It is in one's eyes and one's ears.
• 13:45
Speaker: It is in one's nose, in one's toes, what we're talking about.
• 13:51
Speaker: It is the vibrancy of life itself.
• 13:55
  Speaker: Feeling this.
• 13:56
  Speaker: Feeling this.
• 13:59
  Speaker: Feeling your shimmering majesty.
• 14:03
Speaker: You feel the heat, yes?
• 14:04
Speaker: So this is a little different.
• 14:07
Speaker: This is not so much heat, this is vibration.
• 14:11
  Speaker: Feeling this.
• 14:12
Speaker: Oh, you don't scoff, please, questions are good.
• 14:15
Speaker: We are not here to doubt, we are here to be curious and to put effort into our own self revelation.
• 14:19
Speaker: We are not here to judge, but we are here to witness.
• 14:24
Speaker: So witness yourself, one Self.
• 14:27
Speaker: All the way down to your bones.
• 14:31
  Speaker: Making sure you do.
• 14:34
  Speaker: Let me know, please.
• 14:39
Speaker: I am attentive to my emails. If you need help or just to say hello. Being here now.
• 14:44
  Speaker: Bundles of miracles.
• 14:47
Speaker: Feeling these physiological attributes which we share helps one focus and concentrate upon our endeavors of being curious and receptive, be-ing open-minded, accepting enough so we can understand and view our own failures, mis-directions, our own lack of effort, changing awarenesses, and be cool with it.
• 15:18
Speaker: Rather than being superficial and ugly towards our own growing pains, be-ing helpful, be-ing understanding and kind.
• 15:32
Speaker: This is why we say to acquire these traits.
• 15:36
Speaker: Yes, everyone else benefits, but most of all, so do we. Our ways of interacting with our being, our closest, and most frequent communication.
• 15:51
Speaker: People say don't talk to yourself.
• 15:53
  Speaker: Hello.
• 15:54
Speaker: What a crock of that is.
• 15:57
Speaker: We are in constant communication.
• 16:01
Speaker: It is what level of communication one is talking about.
• 16:08
Speaker: There are, I suspect, millions, if not billions, if not trillions, of levels of communication occurring simultaneously as each of these words punctuates into the atmosphere from my lips.
• 16:24
Speaker: How many events have already occurred?
• 16:29
Speaker: Vibrating, traveling through the air, being here now, remembering and remembering and remembering.
• 16:46
Speaker: We are bundles of miracles, humbled by the immensity of the creation we are glimpsing in these moments right now, and thankful, filled with a profound sense of gratitude for just having this opportunity to be alive.
• 17:18
Speaker: We are so lucky and fortunate, mankind.
• 17:24
Speaker: The Aquarian age has begun.
• 17:28
Speaker: It is the age of recorded history, and we are stepping up to continue the evolution of mankind.
• 17:39
Speaker: The atmosphere right now is instructive to the kinds of behavior we need to grow away from.
• 17:51
  Speaker: Put behind us.
• 17:54
Speaker: Something to study from our past and to be better understanding of today in each moment as it unfolds.
• 18:04
Speaker: "This way, look how we are considering," and it is not in one facet.
• 18:14
Speaker: We need investigate and update, evolve.
• 18:19
Speaker: It is in every and all directions, mankind.
• 18:28
Speaker: It is everywhere, and it is all the time, one responsibility grows as one's moments increase.
• 18:47
Speaker: It is the experience of life, it is one's potential.
• 18:54
Speaker: We have chosen a path of self-improvement.
• 19:04
Speaker: Being here now, feeling one's whole body undulating, feeling your warmth, the texture of one's skin.
• 19:20
Speaker: Put your hands on one of your thighs or both.
• 19:23
Speaker: Feeling the textures, feeling one's pulse, remembering one's breath, feeling one's lungs as they expand, filled with air from who knows where.
• 19:40
Speaker: Feeling deeper, and at the same instant more wide, your perceptivity is increasing as your depth of one's own investigation is deepening, feeling the shimmer of one's own being alive, feeling one's whole body immersed in our atmosphere, breathing, pulsing, undulating, shimmering with life.
