Black Box Theory Podcast · Sep 16, 2026 · 3m · transcript

What do you do when someone you've supported for years gets caught up in something serious? In this clip we sit in that gray area honestly.

Malcolm and Thomas get into the ethical dilemma of supporting a public figure tied to criminal activity — where loyalty ends and accountability begins, and what our support actually signals and costs the community. From there they pull back the curtain on the financial and power dynamics of the music industry, and why so many of these situations play out the way they do. The throughline: this stuff deserves a mature, informed take, not a knee-jerk one.
