- Ben: Morning and welcome to your short-term rental bulletin. Here is a piece of good news for European short-term rental operators. The market may be coming less seasonal. New industry data shows that off-season travel across Europe is increasing. Guest nights outside the traditional summer peak are tracking around 9 % year-on-year higher. Suggest that travelers are spreading trips more evenly across the calendar. For years, most short-term rental revenue in Europe was concentrated between June and September. But changing work patterns and flexible travel and lower shoulder season prices are now pushing more travellers into spring, autumn and even winter stays. For operators, this could mean more consistent occupancy throughout the year instead of relying heavily on short summer peaks. Europe's short-term rental market may be shifting from seasonal spikes towards steadier year-round demand. And that is a positive signal from the European short-term rental market. A more balanced demand across the calendar. Thank you for watching and I'll see you tomorrow.
