  that the RCMP unredacted several portions of documents that they

  had already released to the media, specifically because

  there was a lawsuit by several media outlets and they rather
• 2:33
  than wait for the court to give them an instruction to do it,

  they actually just went ahead and did it.

  Now, I've looked all over the place for those documents to

  actually read them and I haven't been able to get my hands on

  revisit this article that we read a couple of days ago.

  Well, we didn't read this specific article that this one

  came out day before yesterday. There are Jack and Lily's
• 4:35
  beautiful little faces. This article says a few slim
• 4:40
  details released by the RCMP about their investigation into
• 4:43
  the disappearance of Jack and Lily Sullivan have rekindled
• 4:46
  online speculation. And remember guys, this case is
• 4:51
  one that I mean, it's been since May, it was in May that these
• 4:57
  two kiddos went missing out of their home in in Nova Scotia,
• 5:04
  that this is this is where they lived right here and they lived
• 5:08
  in the in the mobile home there in front.
• 5:10
  Their grandmother lived back in the in the RV back there by the
• 5:18
  by the chicken coop. You know, there's a little swing
• 5:20
  set and stuff back there. There's a little closer view of
• 5:24
  that area. This is this is where they
• 5:26
  lived. And apparently they, their
• 5:30
  parents say they heard them playing.
• 5:34
  Their parents are Malia Brooks Murray and her partner David
• 5:39
  Martel. This is this kind of captured
• 5:43
  the world. 2 little kiddos like this going missing.
• 5:46
  It's really tough for us to take right?
• 5:48
  And when there are this many eyeballs on a case, I mean,
• 5:53
  think of Kada Scott, think of Kada Scott right now, right when
• 5:57
  Kada Scott went missing. Thankfully, because it seems, it
• 6:02
  seems like Kada Scott doesn't meet the the criteria for
• 6:06
  usually people caring, right? She is of African descent.
• 6:12
  She's from the city. You know, she didn't get a lot
• 6:16
  of she she normally wouldn't have gotten a lot of eyeballs.
• 6:19
  I'm not sure what it was that got eyeballs on her.
• 6:22
  Perhaps it was, I mean, honestly, perhaps it was just
• 6:25
  her beauty that made everybody want to find Katie Scott.
• 6:30
  But with that many eyeballs, with that many eyeballs, her
• 6:35
  remains were thankfully found. But Lily and Jack, no, it has
• 6:41
  been since May and we still don't have any idea what
• 6:49
  happened to these little creaturas, right?
• 6:51
  So let's go back over to this little article.

  OK, so rekindled online speculation, of course, that is
• 7:00
  not untrue. But the newly redacted sections
• 7:04
  of RCMP, it should say unredacted sections of RCMP
• 7:09
  warrants don't provide any answers to what happened to the
• 7:12
  2 Pictou County children who were reported missing by their
• 7:15
  mother, Malia Brooks Murray, on May 2nd.
• 7:19
  Also, witness statements contained in them are not
• 7:22
  corroborated by other evidence. And we're going to get into what
• 7:26
  those statements are. I, I don't need to characterize
• 7:30
  it. In response to a court challenge
• 7:32
  by The Canadian Press, The Globe and Mail and CBC in September,
• 7:36
  the RCMP unsealed added sections of the warrant documents, which
• 7:40
  lay out much of their extensive investigation up to late May.
• 7:45
  Again, nothing past late May with court looming where the
• 7:52
  media was going to seek more redactions be lifted.
• 7:54
  The RCMP voluntary lifted more, but not all, of the redactions
• 7:57
  last week. The formerly redacted
• 8:00
  information includes statements by two people who live near the
• 8:04
  rural property in Lansdowne Station that Jack, four, and
• 8:07
  Lily, 6, shared with their mother, stepfather Daniel
• 8:12
  Martel, and his mother Janie McKenzie.
• 8:15
  Once again, this is, this is where they were living, very
• 8:20
  rural seems to be a, you know, a poorer socioeconomic situation
• 8:28
  for these kiddos. That doesn't matter, of course,
• 8:32
  does not matter. It's just just, you know, kind
• 8:35
  of talking about their living situation.
• 8:39
  Their value is the same value as you and me and we care about
• 8:44
  them, though we, most of us have never met them, right.

  OK. Another area resident told
• 8:51
  police that about 1:30 AM on May 2nd, he heard a car on Hwy. 289
• 8:56
  which runs past Jack and Lily's home, then turn around by the
• 8:59
  railroad tracks near the area of Garlick Road and lands down
• 9:03
  Station Road. The vehicle stopped making noise
• 9:05
  for a few minutes, then headed on toward Lehrig Rd.
• 9:09
  Speculation in chat rooms and among self declared sleuths.
• 9:12
  This is really funny. That's that's a jab right?
• 9:15
  Because in order to be a sleuth does anybody have to declare it
• 9:20
  any is there? Is there a certificate that one
• 9:22
  must get? No.

  But So that's a little bit of a jab.

  That's poor. I shouldn't have got past an

  editor. But anyway, operating YouTube
• 9:32
  channels feeding into an international obsession with the
• 9:35
  case is that this contradicts the version of events told by
• 9:39
  police by both. Told police, by both Martel and
• 9:42
  Brooks Murray that the children were put to bed around 9:00 PM
• 9:46
  on May 1 and that no one left the house until this morning.

  The morning. OK.

  Yeah, yes, speculation in chat rooms and among self declared
• 9:59
  salutes operating YouTube channels feeding into an
• 10:01
  international obsession with the case is that this contradicts
• 10:04
  the version. Well, it does contradict
• 10:07
  contradict the version. That's really funny, but I think
• 10:12
  police found it to be untrue, right or, or unfounded.
• 10:16
  They, they couldn't corroborate it.
• 10:17
  The children were last seen in public the previous afternoon,
• 10:20
  the first based on security footage from a Pictou County
• 10:23
  Dollarama. What's a dollarama?
• 10:26
  Is that like a dollar store, a Dollar General or something like
• 10:29
  that? The RCMP followed up on the
• 10:32
  statements, looking at security and hunting camera footage
• 10:34
  obtained from properties in the area.

  Quote, investigators conducted a thorough review, thorough review
• 10:44
  of surveillance footage from the Garlic Rd. area during the early
• 10:47
  hours of May 2nd and found no evidence of any vehicle activity
• 10:50
  at the time, reads a statement from the RCMP.

  Yeah, as such, no driver has been identified and the presence
• 10:57
  of a vehicle has not been substantiated as a key element
• 11:00
  in the investigation. Sorry, I'm getting a text from

  This actually is something that we're going to want to share

  OK, so the presence of a vehicle has not been substantiated as a
• 11:18
  key element of the investigation.

  The RCMP have received over 600 tips and have followed up on
• 11:24
  each. Brooks, Murray and Martel told
• 11:28
  the RCMP independently that on the morning of May 2nd, they
• 11:31
  were in bed with their baby Meadow.
• 11:34
  They said they could hear Jack and Lily playing in the kitchen
• 11:37
  and that Lily at multiple points looked into the bedroom after a
• 11:42
  period of not hearing the children.
• 11:44
  That little detail, that little detail I think is new to me.

  I don't remember that detail, but OK.

  After a period of not hearing the children, Martel went to

  check on them, but they were gone, along with their boots and
• 12:04
  Lily's backpack. A wrench he'd wedged in the top
• 12:12
  of the front door the night before to prevent a black bear
• 12:14
  from pushing it open was still there, meaning the only other
• 12:18
  way out was a sliding door at the back.

  OK, I just, and the author really just kind of glossed over
• 12:28
  that. And this is a place where you
• 12:31
  need to protect yourself from black bears pushing in the door.
• 12:36
  We actually get little black bears on my street.
• 12:39
  I've seen them twice now, and I think my sister has seen them
• 12:42
  once, too. We get little bears, little
• 12:44
  black bears. But certainly they don't try to
• 12:49
  push in our our door anyway. So the other way out was the
• 12:53
  sliding door at the back. Excuse me?

  Martell's mother, Janie McKenzie, who lived in the
• 13:03
  backyard in a camper, said she heard the children playing
• 13:05
  outside that morning, fallen back asleep and awoke to Martell
• 13:09
  calling their names. So at about 10:00 AM, Brooks
• 13:15
  Murray called 911, leading to a massive search of the woods,
• 13:18
  roads and waterways near the home.
• 13:19
  In the following days, RCMP Major Crime would begin a large
• 13:24
  investigation that continues. The released warrant
• 13:27
  applications are for GPS tracking, data, communication
• 13:31
  and other records from the cell phones of Martel and Mother
• 13:35
  Brooks Murray. It's interestingly worded.
• 13:40
  Malia video recordings from school buses operating in the
• 13:44
  area, electronic records from companies in Montreal, Toronto,
• 13:48
  Halifax, whose names and purposes are redacted.
• 13:50
  I speculate there and this is only speculation, that that
• 13:54
  might be airlines, that might be, I don't know, transportation
• 14:00
  companies, logistics companies or something like that.
• 14:04
  But we don't know. Banking records of Martel and
• 14:06
  Brooks Murray text plus messages from May 1 and two of three
• 14:10
  redacted phone numbers in other parts of the warrants Brooks
• 14:13
  Murray is said to have used text plus video recordings from the
• 14:20
  How does one say that Kobe, Kobe Quid or Kobe kid pass toll
• 14:24
  booths? So looking to see if the kids
• 14:27
  maybe we're taken past the tollbooths and closed circuit
• 14:31
  television footage from a redacted location six months
• 14:34
  after Jack and Lily's disappearance.
• 14:35
  If the RCMP, if the RCMP has clues as to what happened to the
• 14:40
  children, they're keeping them close to their vests.

  So that is our update on little Jack and Lily.

  Kata Scott, 23 year old Philadelphia woman, I understand
• 18:40
  she was a graduate of Penn State at the very least from what I'm
• 18:43
  reading. She attended Penn State, was
• 18:47
  working in an assisted living facility, had only been working
• 18:50
  there a couple of weeks when she kind of stepped out from her job
• 18:56
  and nobody ever saw her ever again.
• 18:58
  Her remains were found a couple weeks later.

  The the person who is charged with her murder is this man, a
• 19:09
  man named Keon King. Now, let me let me show you the
• 19:14
  this is the new set of documents that came out of the
• 19:21
  Philadelphia Municipal Court course.

  His preliminary hearing is still scheduled for the 10th of
• 19:28
  November. I do not think that I'm going to
• 19:31
  be able to go and do that one guys.

  But and there are no cameras allowed in Pennsylvania courts.
• 19:38
  And so when that happens, we will have to cover it based on
• 19:42
  the coverage from the media, which is no problem.

  OK, bail has been set as without bail right there and we kind of
• 19:55

  basically a courtroom document that is mostly left empty.

  Here are the official charges that have been added.

  Robbery, murder, you'll notice that in state of Pennsylvania,

  we have like most states, we have a grading system of
• 20:29
  felonies and misdemeanors. But when it when it comes to

  homicide, it is felonious for sure, but it is always graded as
• 20:37
  homicide as its own thing. So, so it looks like he's got
• 20:44
  two felonies plus the murder and then 12345678 misdemeanors
• 20:51
  including abuse of corpse, obstruction of justice,
• 20:55
  tampering with evidence and so forth.

  Here is the criminal complaint. This is the one that I want to
• 21:00
  show you guys that the affidavit of probable cause should be
• 21:05
  bigger than this. But we did read the affidavit
• 21:07
  yesterday and it gave us lots of information.

  We don't need to hash, hash that all over.

  But we did have one question about her cause of death.

  It had been reported that she died from a gunshot wound to the
• 21:24
  head. That was reported by both 6 ABC
• 21:31
  and NBC 10 and Fox 29. I believe in in Yeah.

  Anyway, the Fox affiliate, the ABC affiliate, the NBC affiliate
• 21:43
  in Philadelphia all reported that on the criminal complaint.

  Now we have The acts committed by the accused were on or about
• 21:52
  October 4th in the area of 6199 Ardley St. in the city and
• 21:56
  county of Philadelphia. The defendant, Mr. King,
• 22:00
  intentionally, knowingly, recklessly or negligently caused
• 22:04
  the death of K to stop Scott by shooting her with a firearm,
• 22:09
  which the defendant is statutorily prohibited from
• 22:13
  possessing. So it doesn't confirm the head
• 22:20
  part, but it does confirm the bullet wound, like the gunshot
• 22:25
  wound, and it does confirm that he is prohibited from possessing
• 22:31
  A firearm. I think that that had been that
• 22:33
  part had been confirmed to be 4, but you know, it's, it's in this
• 22:41
  in this document. I don't think there's any other
• 22:43
  detail. Oh, and of course, the all the
• 22:49
  charges while I was at it, I did go to the court website to the
• 22:53
  UJS and I just downloaded the docket as of today, it looks

  like, I mean, all of the cases are tied together.

  They will all be handled probably in the same preliminary

  hearing. He was arraigned yesterday at
• 23:13
  12:37 PM. He is scheduled for a
• 23:17
  preliminary hearing on the 10th of November in front of Judge

  Christine Hope at 9:00 AM in room 3O6 there at the at the

  historic Philadelphia Courthouse.

  that's going on, the corruption that's going on there in Letcher

  County. But while one of the things that

  we didn't get to, not in detail anyway, is this, which is the

  complaint of Kimberly Mullins, who is the widow of Judge Kevin
• 27:59
  Mullins. Let me bring up, this is Judge
• 28:04
  Mullins here. He was murdered by Mickey
• 28:09
  Stein's on video. He was shot 9 times.

  And yeah, so I mean, we all know that story and it's a crazy
• 28:18
  story, but wrong button fish. It's OK, we can go to here.

  All right, so this is a a lawsuit that was filed against
• 28:34
  from Kimberly Mullins and all. One, she is Judge Mullins widow,
• 28:40
  2, she is the administratrix of the estate.

  And three, she is the parent of his two surviving daughters,
• 28:50
  their their two daughters. It is against Sean Steins, that
• 28:54
  is Mickey Steins, Jason Eccles who was a deputy to Mr. Steins,

  La Shawna Frazier who worked in the office and Christine Bowling
• 29:08
  who also worked in the office. Now, by the way, when we go
• 29:12
  through, when we go through the documents in the Sabrina Adkins
• 29:19
  case, there is so much in there in terms of messages, text,
• 29:26
  Facebook messages, things like that between Mickey Steins and

  privilege or justification placed Judge Mullins in eminent

  apprehension of harmful contact and made harden full contact by

  shooting and killing Judge Kevin Mullins in his judicial

  chambers. Stein's actions were undertaken
• 30:27
  willfully, wantonly, maliciously, and or with
• 30:30
  reckless disregard for the rights and safety of the
• 30:33
  plaintiffs. As a result of this intentional
• 30:36
  assault and battery, Judge Mullins succumbed to his
• 30:38
  injuries and lost his life. Oh, perfect, perfect.

  So on or about the 19th, Sean Steins intentionally shot and

  killed Judge Mullins. Prior to the 19th, Steins

  exhibited concerning and dangerous behavior, including

  but not limited to anxious, paranoid, and psychotic conduct
• 31:31
  that posed A foreseeable risk of violence.

  Now, you know what's very interesting, what's very
• 31:37
  interesting about this to me is that in her lawsuit, Kimberly
• 31:45
  Mullins is telling the court and the world, because they're
• 31:50
  public documents that Mickey Steins was acting anxious and
• 31:59
  paranoid and other and other psychotic and exhibiting other
• 32:05
  psychotic behaviors. I think this might be used as an
• 32:08
  exhibit in court for the the criminal case.

  I mean, but anyway, basically she is saying he was negligent.

  The Letcher County Sheriff's Office buying through his
• 32:23
  agents, servants and or employees is mandated by
• 32:27
  Kentucky law to attend the circuit and district Courts of
• 32:30
  the Commonwealth, preserve the peace, provide courthouse and
• 32:33
  courtroom security, and protect judges of the Commonwealth of
• 32:35
  Kentucky. The duties upon imposed upon
• 32:38
  Eccles and the Letcher County Sheriff's Office with respect to
• 32:41
  providing courthouse and judicial security were
• 32:45
  ministerial in nature involving obedience to orders set forth by
• 32:48
  statute, blah, blah, blah. Defendant Eccles, as an agent or
• 32:52
  an employee of Electric County Sheriff's Office, had a special
• 32:55
  relationship with Judge Mullins and had a duty to warn Judge
• 32:58
  Mullins of Defendant Stein's dangerous propensities.

  Eccles was aware or in the exercise of reasonable care,
• 33:06
  should have been aware of the concerning and dangerous
• 33:09
  behavior of defendant Stein's and failed to take proper
• 33:11
  precautions and or to appropriately warn Judge Mullins
• 33:15
  of this concerning and dangerous behavior.
• 33:17
  Defendant Echols as an agent, blah, blah, blah, had a duty to
• 33:23
  control Stein's. So they're alleging, hey, they

  needed to warn the judge, they needed to control Mickey
• 33:30
  Stein's. So that is basically what

  they're saying. Same kind of thing.

  Negligence of Lashawna Frazier, right That he exhibited this

  weird behavior that she is required, she has the duties,

  she's an employee of the Sheriff's Office.

  She had the duty to warn Judge Frazier.

  Judge Mullins. She had, let's see, Defendant
• 33:59
  Frazier, 35, was aware or in the exercise of reasonable care,

  should have been aware of the concerning and dangerous

  behavior of defendant Steins and failed to take proper

  precautions and or to appropriately warn Judge

  And then to control defendant Stein's.

  Yeah. So same thing to Lashawna, same

  thing to Christine Bowling. So that is the complaint.

  Now the defense has filed a motion to dismiss, which is just

  kind of par for the course. That definitely has to happen.

  But I it makes me wonder if Jeremy and Carrie Bartley will

  widow is saying that he was cuckoo, You know, at the time he
