EP50. Many moms with young children consider a bubble bath or going shopping solo, a form of self-care. After posting about her self-care day that consisted of blow-drying her hair and going to Walmart alone while listening to a podcast, Renee received some comments asking why basic hygiene is considered self-care for moms. Renee describes what she considers self-care, what the definition of self-care is, and why we shouldn't feel bad about our self-care choices.
