- 0:00Speaker: Whoa whoa whoa, good morning, somebody said to me, What do I do when I'm not feeling well?
- 0:07Speaker: And I reply to them as I replied to myself and to all of us...
- 0:14Speaker: take a deep breath, taking a moment to just relax, and remember whom we are.
- 0:26Speaker: Eliciting a sense of increasing perception of the physicality of our foundation, talking about the physical foundation of being alive.
- 0:43Speaker: Pause and doing this, leaving all the thinking to later.
- 0:50Speaker: You will have a chance to untie one's mind and clear what you need to have clarity in.
- 1:00Speaker: One follows the other.
- 1:02Speaker: So pausing these things and focusing upon one's physical nature, one's process of breathing is a good beginning.
- 1:14Speaker: We breathe twenty thousand times a day, feeling one's chest in motion, expanding and contracting as we breathe our way through these moments of time.
- 1:29Speaker: Feeling this air, feeling the air's temperature, warm, neutral, cold, feeling the air as it passes through one's lips or nostrils, into one's throat, into one's upper and lower lobes, feeling this, following this, focusing on this, on this process of respiration.
- 1:57Speaker: What are we doing?
- 1:58Speaker: We're bringing oxygen laden air into our lungs.
- 2:03Speaker: Follow along, comfortably postured, undisturbed, feeling the warmth that we're emanating through our skin, the source being our two prior activities, our breathing and circulation, pump heart, squeezing and relaxing, making muscular energy, making warmth.
- 2:31Speaker: We're dissipating it through our bodies.
- 2:34Speaker: How?
- 2:35Speaker: Through circulating our blood, and by coincidence, circulating the oxygen laden in the air we've just breathed into our lungs.
- 2:47Speaker: Doing this, being aware of both at once, practicing.
- 2:53Speaker: It may or may not be easy doing it, also including the warmth emanating from one's body, all three, feeling the pulse as it cascades through your body, it may be in your head or your torso or legs or arms or hands or feet, your nose, your cheeks, behind your eyes.
- 3:17Speaker: Wherever you feel it is wherever you do.
- 3:21Speaker: And breathing.
- 3:23Speaker: And the temperature of one's body.
- 3:28Speaker: Now adding to this a fourth.
- 3:30Speaker: Thinking about what?
- 3:32Speaker: Thinking about all of these processes, what do they connotate?
- 3:36Speaker: We are alive, feeling our life.
- 3:40Speaker: Oh, how do I do that?
- 3:42Speaker: Do I do it in my head?
- 3:43Speaker: No, we're feeling the foundation.
- 3:45Speaker: We're feeling the skin.
- 3:47Speaker: We're feeling the bones, the sinew, the flesh, the fat, the muscle.
- 3:52Speaker: We're feeling everything within the context of our physical frame.
- 3:58Speaker: Our DNA-derived physical structure, which is millions of generations in the making.
- 4:08Speaker: This is where we are at.
- 4:11Speaker: Now, feeling the energy, feeling the cells, feeling the oscillation of life energy in thirty-seven trillion cells.
- 4:27Speaker: This is our responsibility, our being receptive to and accepting of what's going on.
- 4:38Speaker: Not taking for granted, not ignoring, but becoming part of life's song.
- 4:47Speaker: The cadence, the rhythm, the flowing.
- 4:52Speaker: These are all tools to be utilized for one's self-realization, edification, illumination.
- 5:05Speaker: Tools to use.
- 5:11Speaker: As every moment is or always changing.
- 5:23Speaker: A tool today becomes a very valuable tool tomorrow because you're learning about it every day.
- 5:30Speaker: How can I do this better?
- 5:33Speaker: Is a wonderful phrase.
- 5:35Speaker: Making progress, putting in effort, rising and subsiding, and learning from both successes and failures.
- 5:48Speaker: This is all part of the parcel of life.
- 5:52Speaker: Because these things are opinions, not necessarily anything more than this.
- 6:01Speaker: What do you believe you are doing?
- 6:04Speaker: How do you view your world?
- 6:07Speaker: Do you have a half empty glass or is yours half full?
- 6:13Speaker: Everything in every way should be better understood.
- 6:21Speaker: Why am I this way?
- 6:23Speaker: How can I improve?
- 6:27Speaker: What little steps need I take to change, to become more?
- 6:35Speaker: Here, now bundles of miracles millions of years old.
- 6:44Speaker: Everything within your body has been around for fourteen billion years.
- 6:53Speaker: We're all working with used parts.
- 6:56Speaker: The roadmap of the creation of your body from one cell into thirty-seven trillion.
- 7:06Speaker: It has been around for hundreds of millions of years and growing, changing.
- 7:12Speaker: This is whom you and I are.
- 7:18Speaker: And with all this comes a great sense of humility.
- 7:22Speaker: Realizing these things, the incredible nature of creation, of godliness is another word, of what's been done, of what has occurred.
- 7:38Speaker: Culturally, societally, people will say different things, and that's okay too.
- 7:45Speaker: Let us be expansive in our understanding.
- 7:48Speaker: In what we can now call the Aquarian age, we are smart enough.
- 7:53Speaker: We can reflect and view.
- 7:56Speaker: We can learn from the past as well as the present to create a better future for everything.
- 8:06Speaker: Thankful to have this opportunity.
- 8:10Speaker: The music continues for another minute.
- 8:13Speaker: Enjoy your day. namaste
