Transcript
- 0:01SPEAKER_01: Welcome to the Heal Yourself Podcast, where we dive deep into all things healing.
- 0:06SPEAKER_01: I'm Kieran, the traditional naturopathic and functional nutritionist.
- 0:09SPEAKER_02: And I'm today, this is the pathologist and myself and teams.
- 0:15SPEAKER_02: And we are here to guide you through the transformative process of healing your body, mind, and soul.
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: Which means we're not staying in one place.
- 0:23SPEAKER_01: One episode we're diving the clinical nervous system one.
- 0:29SPEAKER_02: We're unpacking identity frequency in whatever story.
- 0:33SPEAKER_02: Realizing that.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: Because your body was never separate from the rest of you.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: It's all one conversation.
- 0:45SPEAKER_02: Think of it less like a police and more like sitting in on a conversation between two besties who happen to also be obsessed with healing.
- 0:53SPEAKER_01: So polypacy, no spiritual bypassing, no toxic positivity, just the truth about what it actually takes to come home to yourself.
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: Your body already knows the way.
- 1:04SPEAKER_02: Let's go remember it together.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: Today, Denise and I are coming to you talking about how maybe not everything is a lesson.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: And this is this is funny to say because for so long, Denise and I have said everything in life is a lesson.
- 1:31SPEAKER_01: Everything happens for a reason.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: And Denise, I remember you even saying something in the past of like, oh, well, you know, if the the situation keeps happening, then you haven't learned your lesson.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: And I think there is some truth to that, right?
- 1:46SPEAKER_01: Like I do think we need to learn from things.
- 1:50SPEAKER_01: I think we need to view a lot of things as lessons.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: That's how we grow and evolve.
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: But I also think that we can become a little bit obsessive with that.
- 2:00SPEAKER_02: Oh, absolutely.
- 2:01SPEAKER_02: Just with anything.
- 2:02SPEAKER_02: And I feel especially when you go into that spiritual world, yeah.
- 2:07SPEAKER_02: I think we tend to overanalyze and overly explain and overly find things.
- 2:16SPEAKER_02: So we can definitely get obsessive with that.
- 2:18SPEAKER_02: So I and I also want to point out because sometimes we have said things in the past and maybe we're changing our views or changing our perspectives or adding something different.
- 2:30SPEAKER_02: It's because we're continuously changing and evolving.
- 2:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 2:34SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 2:34SPEAKER_02: And that is why I feel the biggest thing for us as human beings is we don't come here to Earth, to this lifetime, whatever you want to call it, to stay status quo.
- 2:47SPEAKER_02: We're we come here to evolve, right?
- 2:50SPEAKER_02: So that's why sometimes we are.
- 2:52SPEAKER_02: So I believe maybe when we started, we were talking more about like a lot of health issues.
- 2:57SPEAKER_02: I remember you were talking more about, you know, it could be lab work and gut and things like that.
- 3:02SPEAKER_02: And now we talk more about emotions, we talk about more about patterns and things like that.
- 3:08SPEAKER_02: So because we have learned and evolved and changed.
- 3:13SPEAKER_02: So just whoever's listening and saying, oh, the girls are changing their path, it's we're we're on the path of growing, and with growing comes differences and changing, and we can definitely change our minds.
- 3:29SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: I have two things around that that popped up as you were speaking.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: One of them is, yeah, I would actually be concerned if we were talking about the exact same things we were talking about a year and a half ago, right?
- 3:40SPEAKER_01: We want to grow, we want to learn.
- 3:42SPEAKER_01: And the other thing is, is we're not completely changing what we said because I really do think things are lessons.
- 3:49SPEAKER_01: But I think when we're talking on here, not everybody interprets things in the same way, right?
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: So sometimes people are so busy trying to uncover these lessons that then they're missing the experience of living, right?
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: Like, oh, this must have been a lesson, this hardship, this how this guy that cut me off in traffic was a little what was the lesson I was supposed to learn when you could be looking around, enjoying things or talking to your kids in the back, or you know what I mean?
- 4:20SPEAKER_01: So there's a balance there.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: And we as humans, we struggle with balance, right?
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: Like, sure, I think some of the big things, oh, what was a lesson in that?
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: Oh, this is great, but the lesson should come to you pretty easily.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: You shouldn't have to journal on it, you shouldn't have to meditate.
- 4:37SPEAKER_01: You didn't, you know what I mean?
- 4:39SPEAKER_01: Like a lesson will come to you pretty quickly if that's what you're supposed to learn, is what I believe.
- 4:46SPEAKER_02: Okay, so let me give you an example.
- 4:48SPEAKER_02: And you tell me if this is something that it could be, I'm not sure if it's a lesson, but okay, so uh I've always told myself, and I because I wasn't when I first started doing uh my business, I do something called, like I said, IE assessment.
- 5:05SPEAKER_02: So when the parents don't agree with the school district finding, they hire somebody in the district base.
- 5:10SPEAKER_02: So I'm that somebody, right?
- 5:11SPEAKER_02: So uh the first few, I just took anything and everything, and I told myself that moving forward, I need to ask questions about the child that I am going to be testing before I actually accept the case, right?
- 5:25SPEAKER_02: And I did that, and then some and then you forget, right?
- 5:29SPEAKER_02: So but this one I asked the questions and they came back to me with the answers, but the child was 18, and I know myself that I don't take 18-year-olds, but I didn't dig in deeper into when he's gonna be 19 or you know, I took on the case, and then later on I was like, why did I take on the case?
- 5:48SPEAKER_02: Right, he's 18 and a half, he's out of school.
- 5:51SPEAKER_02: You know, it's kind of like it, it isn't it's not my area of expertise.
- 5:54SPEAKER_02: I usually do kiddos, and then I just reminded myself like to learn from that, and then instead of just like when when they give me the information, also see if this is something that is aligned with me.
- 6:11SPEAKER_02: So I kind of I don't know where I'm going with this, but how could that be something that is a lesson?
- 6:16SPEAKER_02: Because, or did I forget my boundaries, or did I forget that?
- 6:21SPEAKER_02: Wait a minute, like why did you pick on the case?
- 6:23SPEAKER_02: Is it because you wanted to okay?
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: There's two things that popped up to me immediately.
- 6:31SPEAKER_01: And that again, when things come to me, I'm like, that's intuition.
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: First thing was yeah, boundaries, right?
- 6:37SPEAKER_01: Sometimes we go lax on our boundaries.
- 6:39SPEAKER_01: I do it.
- 6:40SPEAKER_01: How many times have I told you, oh, I don't see clients in the evening?
- 6:43SPEAKER_01: I don't see clients on the weekends, and then you're like, Hey, do you want to record a podcast episode?
- 6:47SPEAKER_01: Oh, I have a client in the evening.
- 6:48SPEAKER_01: Well, I have a client on the weekend.
- 6:50SPEAKER_01: My boundaries do the same thing because I'm human, right?
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: So it could be boundaries.
- 6:56SPEAKER_01: The second thing is, is maybe this kid really needs you.
- 6:59SPEAKER_01: Like, have you ever looked at it?
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: If you were supposed to just work with this kid, that's true, that's true.
- 7:05SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 7:06SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 7:07SPEAKER_02: Maybe he did, maybe he did.
- 7:08SPEAKER_02: Yeah, maybe he was like, Maybe the mom did, or maybe the mother did.
- 7:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 7:14SPEAKER_02: No, I love that for you.
- 7:16SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so I I love that.
- 7:18SPEAKER_01: That's and that's the thing.
- 7:20SPEAKER_01: We could overanalyze and we could get into where did I go?
- 7:23SPEAKER_01: And it's like, it is what it is, you know what I mean.
- 7:26SPEAKER_02: If I view it the second, this if I view it uh from the second perspective, I because if I'm gonna say, oh, you know, what am I gonna do next time?
- 7:36SPEAKER_02: Not to take an 18-year-old, but what if another 18-year-old needs me?
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean, do your screening, do your screening, but if they slip through and it's not a boundary issue, somehow you missed it, then they were meant to see you.
- 7:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's how I see it.
- 7:53SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 7:54SPEAKER_02: So, yes.
- 7:56SPEAKER_02: And that's how can we, but how can you know somebody who, you know, for example, like with us, I know but for myself, like when I start digging deep into something, like I just keep digging and digging, and then you the more you dig, the more you find, the more you dig, the more you analyze.
- 8:13SPEAKER_02: So, what what can be this is an interview, it feels like because you suggested this topic, so I'm gonna roll with it.
- 8:20SPEAKER_02: So, what how what is the balance here?
- 8:23SPEAKER_02: You know, especially for somebody who tends to overthink, tends to overanalyze, tends to want to find the answers, tends to you're talking about yourself deeper deeper.
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: I'm talking about a friend.
- 8:37SPEAKER_03: Friend, okay, she may have the same things that I do.
- 8:42SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: Oh, he maybe it's a he you guys are dying right now.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: Okay, so what's the what's the balance?
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah, what's the balance for somebody?
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: I'm sure Kira, there are a lot of people like that.
- 8:55SPEAKER_03: Okay, there are a lot of people.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: I think we have to find the balance, right?
- 8:59SPEAKER_01: And that's why we have these conversations is to spark something in people and even something in us, right?
- 9:06SPEAKER_01: Of like, oh, okay, actually, let me sit with that for a minute.
- 9:09SPEAKER_01: Do I overanalyze?
- 9:11SPEAKER_01: Do I overthink?
- 9:12SPEAKER_01: Is that even serving me?
- 9:15SPEAKER_01: And so I think it is good to look at things as lessons, right?
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: Like, but quickly, meaning like what we just did for that kid.
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: Okay, was it a boundary issue?
- 9:27SPEAKER_01: Maybe I'm I'm gonna work on my boundaries, but also was this supposed to happen, maybe because the kid and the family needed me?
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: Sure.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: And let it go.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: I this is where you know, when we did the episode on overdoing things of like, do we have to journal and meditate and do all these things?
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: We don't need those things to be spiritual.
- 9:45SPEAKER_01: That's just a you are a spiritual person.
- 9:48SPEAKER_01: And so I think if you quickly look at these instances of, oh my gosh, is there something I can learn from that?
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: Oh, great, done, move on.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: I see, you know, rather than hyperfixating, because that I mean, I used to do that on certain things of honestly, it would be conversations for me because I don't know, that's just where my head went, especially when I was younger, of like, oh, could I have said something different?
- 10:14SPEAKER_01: And I would like rehearse the conversation in my head, and okay, what would I do differently next time?
- 10:21SPEAKER_01: Why?
- 10:22SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 10:23SPEAKER_01: Like it doesn't now I'm missing out on 30 minutes of my life because I'm sitting there going through all these scenarios that did not even happen.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah, does that make sense?
- 10:34SPEAKER_02: No, that makes total sense.
- 10:36SPEAKER_02: Absolutely, absolutely, and that's that's really cool because I love also what you said about the lesson should just immediately come to you versus you going digging because I I think you're right.
- 10:49SPEAKER_02: I mean, your perspective makes sense, right or wrong, doesn't matter.
- 10:53SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I feel if you are going to dig for the lesson or truly analyze the lesson, it's not a lesson anymore.
- 11:02SPEAKER_02: It's just you fabricating fabricating the evidence to create that lesson.
- 11:06SPEAKER_02: Because you know the mind will find the evidence.
- 11:09SPEAKER_02: It's kind of like the same thing as when you are used to not having things going well in your life, let's say for for that phase, and then things start going well, yeah, and then you start overanalyzing and overthinking and trying to interrupt whatever is going well in your life because you are used to something that's not going well, or so, and you're constantly looking for you know, when is when is the bad thing going to happen?
- 11:38SPEAKER_02: Because I'm not used to feeling happy or joy or at peace.
- 11:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, nervous system is used to chaos.
- 11:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and that's you know, that's the other thing too, is when we're constantly looking for lessons, right?
- 11:56SPEAKER_01: Again, make it quick.
- 11:57SPEAKER_01: Was I supposed to learn something in this moment?
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 12:00SPEAKER_01: Okay, great.
- 12:00SPEAKER_01: Grab it and go.
- 12:02SPEAKER_01: But okay, let's say I'm gonna use your example here again.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: Let's say the next five kids that you sign up with are all teenagers.
- 12:11SPEAKER_01: Okay, does that mean that you have completely screwed up in life and you didn't learn the lesson the first time, the second time, the third time?
- 12:18SPEAKER_01: I mean, we could say maybe, but I feel like at that point we're we're looking for control, even right?
- 12:27SPEAKER_01: Of like, I don't know.
- 12:30SPEAKER_01: I'm trying to figure out how to word this.
- 12:33SPEAKER_02: I think I'm kind of getting like, for example, let's say, you know, yes, maybe this kid taking this kid is setting me up to helping five other keros come to me.
- 12:43SPEAKER_01: And it could be, but I think sometimes we'll look at things of like, okay, I this this situation keeps happening so I can learn the lesson and I didn't learn it the first time, the second time, the third time.
- 12:55SPEAKER_01: No, I don't necessarily buy that, right?
- 12:58SPEAKER_01: If you quickly looked at it again, of like, oh, is it a boundaries issue?
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: Okay, I'll work on that, but you don't ever reinforce your boundaries, then that's that's a habit you've fallen into.
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: But I think that we can sit here and look for all of these lessons forever of like, oh my gosh, I must be failing at life.
- 13:16SPEAKER_01: You're not, you're also here to live a human experience, just let it be.
- 13:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, I love that.
- 13:24SPEAKER_02: And then it kind of it ties into did we talk about it to the topic where if we're constantly doing this, that means we are telling ourselves that we're broken and we need to fix it.
- 13:38SPEAKER_02: Did we talk about that?
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: And that's what this ties into of like you're not, you're not you're not doing anything wrong, right?
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: Just because the situation keeps presenting itself, or like you know, when we're in our 20s and we're in these relationships, it's like, oh my gosh, I keep attracting the same guy that's not available.
- 13:56SPEAKER_01: Sure, we could look for lessons, but I see so many women doing that over and over and over, and I I just I don't think you're broken.
- 14:07SPEAKER_02: No, yeah, we're not broken, but we find ways to justify sometimes.
- 14:16SPEAKER_01: I feel and that's the thing, I think not every experience needs fixing, right?
- 14:23SPEAKER_01: This is where we can turn healing into a form of self-blame when we see these patterns emerge, and oh my gosh, I didn't learn my lesson the first, second, or third time.
- 14:33SPEAKER_01: Let's not blame ourselves, right?
- 14:37SPEAKER_02: And I do feel though, too, Kira, and I know we talked about it before we hit record, is just there's so much because the spirituality world right now and the healing, like coaching, and like it's just it's too loud, it's everywhere.
- 14:52SPEAKER_02: I know it's on everywhere on my algorithm.
- 14:56SPEAKER_02: And I told you, like, I'm so sick of it, and I feel that like once you continuously receive these messages, and you're like, what is wrong with me?
- 15:04SPEAKER_02: Like, what am I doing?
- 15:05SPEAKER_02: I've been on this journey, and like that lesson keeps repeating, for example, whatever.
- 15:10SPEAKER_02: But remember, sometimes if it requires another person, maybe that's their lesson, yeah.
- 15:15SPEAKER_02: You know, and I feel that we're just definitely being bombarded with all of this.
- 15:22SPEAKER_02: So the message of brokenness is pretty loud that you require healing, that you do require to be on the spiritual journey, and then even in the spiritual world, we're finding people who are contradicting each other, who are stepping away from it, because they're putting rules, yeah.
- 15:39SPEAKER_01: They're making rules, and that's that's my issue with all of this, right?
- 15:44SPEAKER_01: Is there a rule?
- 15:44SPEAKER_01: Is there an unwritten rule that everything in life has to be a lesson?
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: No, like who who says that?
- 15:50SPEAKER_01: Yes, again, I think we have to learn lessons to grow and evolve.
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: Um, but it doesn't mean that we need to pick everything apart.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: And like you and I had seen, I don't remember if it was the one I sent you, you sent me, I can't keep things straight, but there was the spiritual, I think it was the spiritual couple you had mentioned, and they were talking about rules of not eating animals.
- 16:11SPEAKER_01: And in the spiritual community, they're saying you can't be spiritual if you eat animals.
- 16:16SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 16:17SPEAKER_01: Who made that rule?
- 16:19SPEAKER_01: Truly, who made that rule?
- 16:21SPEAKER_01: Plants are still living.
- 16:24SPEAKER_02: Right, they talked about that too.
- 16:26SPEAKER_02: I guess there's like I didn't even know that the eyes actually research on that that print plants like have emotions or something.
- 16:32SPEAKER_02: Well, we know, think about it when you talk to plants and when you True, yeah, because they can die when you are because there's plenty of experiments where they will die if you are talking negatively to them, and will flourish when you do, so they absolutely have emotions.
- 16:49SPEAKER_02: So yeah, you're eating.
- 16:50SPEAKER_02: So same thing, yeah.
- 16:51SPEAKER_02: You right that that I yeah, they mentioned that, like but that's the thing, it's a rule.
- 16:55SPEAKER_01: Who has who who guides the spiritual community?
- 16:59SPEAKER_01: There is not a leader over it, right?
- 17:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like and if we're saying God, okay, but then we're looking at the the Bible, it just it gets into so much, right?
- 17:13SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I feel that like it this touches in the topic that we talked about, just chill the fuck out, yeah, type of thing, and enjoy your life.
- 17:23SPEAKER_02: And um, there could be a lesson, there could not be a lesson if it comes to you great.
- 17:28SPEAKER_02: So just recently, because you know, my friend overthinks a lot.
- 17:36SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna say I'm gonna say he so so so you don't know that to me, yeah.
- 17:41SPEAKER_03: So you know he, my friend.
- 17:43SPEAKER_03: I love it.
- 17:44SPEAKER_03: He happens to be a speech therapist too.
- 17:49SPEAKER_02: Anywho, so to this week, actually, okay, it's me because I I overthink.
- 17:54SPEAKER_02: I've I I'm overthinking less, okay.
- 17:56SPEAKER_02: But anyway, so this week I am driving from you know client to client, and I'm like, why am I doing this?
- 18:04SPEAKER_02: Why are you doing this, Denise?
- 18:05SPEAKER_02: Like, you can totally like drop this whole business thing and just go get a school job, like uh, and I was thinking about a certain contract I contracted with the regional center, and it took me two years to get contracted with them, and finally everything got done supposedly in August, and we have not received referrals.
- 18:25SPEAKER_02: I'm like, seriously, what the heck?
- 18:27SPEAKER_02: Is I, you know, I would wanting to receive referrals versus the insurance because it's better to deal with state funded than you know, insurance.
- 18:36SPEAKER_02: And I'm driving, and I'm like, I can get a school job, and I'm being I'm being in my emotions, I'm being in my victim mentality, right?
- 18:43SPEAKER_02: And then just yesterday we received two phone calls from service coordinators, and today we got two referrals, and that's another way of like so it just came because I let it go.
- 18:54SPEAKER_02: I thought about it, let it go, didn't even overthink it.
- 18:56SPEAKER_02: I just let it go, and then the referrals started coming in.
- 19:01SPEAKER_02: So this is an example of just a lesson just showing up versus me digging deeper for it.
- 19:08SPEAKER_02: I I reminded myself, no, I'm doing this business because I want to, etc.
- 19:12SPEAKER_02: And I let let it go, and it just showed they just showed up.
- 19:18SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's I mean, that's it.
- 19:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so that's a like yeah, like you don't have to go digging, like that's another proof of what you said.
- 19:28SPEAKER_02: It's just the lesson, whatever it is gonna come easily to you, and if it doesn't, then this is your sign that you are the one digging deep and trying to find the evidence.
- 19:38SPEAKER_02: So just uh chill the fuck out, like that's how I told how I tell my friend to do it.
- 19:45SPEAKER_01: You tell your friend that because it's like again, it's you're trying to control, right?
- 19:50SPEAKER_01: If you're trying to make sense of something, you're trying to control, and we can't then it goes back to interpretation and there's meaning too much.
- 19:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: Do you have a mantra for today?
- 20:05SPEAKER_01: I don't think of one.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: Not everything is a lesson.
- 20:14SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 20:19SPEAKER_02: Trust life.
- 20:22SPEAKER_01: Let's go with it.
- 20:24SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 20:25SPEAKER_02: Um, it's important to maybe trust life without needing to understand everything that happens.
- 20:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 20:32SPEAKER_02: So instead of saying the whole thing, just we say trust life.
- 20:37SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I like it.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: Or maybe it could be chill the fuck out, bitch.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: I like it.
- 20:46SPEAKER_02: Alrighty.
- 20:48SPEAKER_02: We are going to do our breathing thing that we do every single time before we end every episode.
- 20:57SPEAKER_02: It has been our practice.
- 20:59SPEAKER_02: And oh my goodness, girl, did we just like say that we hit 5,000 download?
- 21:03SPEAKER_02: We did, huh?
- 21:03SPEAKER_02: Last time.
- 21:03SPEAKER_02: We did, we did, yeah.
- 21:05SPEAKER_02: And we're getting close to the our next one because I just looked at it.
- 21:08SPEAKER_02: I was like, wow, we are like only 2,000 away from the next one.
- 21:12SPEAKER_02: So continue downloading, continue listening, sending to your friends.
- 21:17SPEAKER_02: These are just like seriously, it's just like Kira and I having coffee together, and we were just sharing with you.
- 21:23SPEAKER_02: All righty, you know the drill.
- 21:24SPEAKER_02: If you don't know the drill, we do breath work before we end the session, before we end the episode.
- 21:30SPEAKER_02: And uh if you're driving, do not close your eyes, but you you can still breathe.
- 21:35SPEAKER_02: But if you are not driving, close your eyes.
- 21:38SPEAKER_02: One hand on the heart, another one on the belly.
- 21:40SPEAKER_02: We're gonna do five, five, fives, breathing in for five, hold for five, exhale for five, and we're going to repeat the mantra.
- 21:47SPEAKER_02: Trust life.
- 21:48SPEAKER_02: All right, I'm gonna guide you through it.
- 21:49SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna inhale one, two, three, four, five, hold, four, three, two, one, exhale, four, three, two, one, trust life.
- 22:04SPEAKER_02: Again, one, two, three, four, five, hold.
- 22:10SPEAKER_02: Four, three, two, one, exhale, four, three, two, one, trust life, and you can add chill the fuck out, BR.
- 22:24SPEAKER_01: I love the nice little spiritual ending there.
- 22:27SPEAKER_01: All right, guys, we will see you on the next episode.
