- 1:42Sharky Sharona telling us that JP Miller was in court today
- 1:45too. Dang it, that's one piece of
- 1:47news that I did not look up for our headlines later on.
- 1:51Oh, JP Miller in court. Good.
- 1:54Good, good. Good, good, good.
- 1:56What else we got? We got Chattanooga.
- 1:57We got Ohio. What would my grandmother sing?
- 2:02Beautiful Ohio. I could not know the I don't

- 2:08And she and her sister sing that all the time.
- 2:10What do we got? We got North Carolina, Texas,

- 2:25Now are you saying you are in the South of Sweden or you are
- 2:28South of Sweden? Because there's a lot that's
- 2:30South of Sweden. Mt Rookie.
- 2:33That's my little sis right there.

- 2:39Henderson, Houston, TX, Newport, RI, Land of the Rising Sun,
- 2:45Canada, Sweden, Ireland, Carlsbad, Oklahoma, Michigan,
- 2:50Rochester, Brisbane, oh, North Central Wisconsin.
- 2:53Thank you guys. I thank you so much for tuning
- 2:56in wherever you are. Thank you, thank you, thank you,
- 2:59thank you. OK, what are we talking about
- 3:01today? We are talking about Spencer and
- 3:03Monique Tepee on December 30th. Is that right?
- 3:10I keep on second guessing myself on on these things, the dates
- 3:16and stuff to to do, to do, to do, to do.
- 3:20Hold on. Yeah.
- 3:21December 30th, man, Why? I got to stop.
- 3:28I got to just have confidence. I got to exude confidence.
- 3:31So on December 30th, Doctor Tepe failed to show up to work at the
- 3:36dental practice where he worked. That that set off alarm bells
- 3:42for his coworkers and friends who said to themselves and
- 3:45others, this is not like Spencer.
- 3:50Let's call up to the house, call the house.
- 3:52Monique doesn't answer. That's even more concerning
- 3:56because these two people, it's out of character for them.
- 3:59They call 911911, sends the police out for a welfare check.
- 4:05The cop goes to the wrong address.
- 4:08The the coworkers make their way out to the TEPI home.
- 4:13They continue to call 911, apparently kind of ticking off
- 4:16the 911 operators. That's that's I don't know my
- 4:20interpretation from listening to the to the calls.
- 4:23Eventually a worker is able to gain access.
- 4:28A Co worker is able to gain access and finds discovers
- 4:34Spencer's body. Police come out, they do an
- 4:36investigation. They, they, they put out this
- 4:40video for all of us to look at saying, hey, this duder was
- 4:45there. He arrived before the murder.
- 4:47He left after the murder. Does anybody recognize him?
- 4:51Look at him. And then on Saturday, boom, this
- 4:56man is arrested, a guy named Michael McKee.
- 4:59Now, what connects Mr. McKee if you were with us on Saturday at
- 5:04our impromptu live stream? Well, Mr. McKee was once married
- 5:10to Monique Tepe, but it's been like 8-9 years.
- 5:16They didn't. They don't have any children
- 5:17together. He himself is a vascular
- 5:20surgeon. When he caught a she, she hung
- 5:24out with the with the in the crowd man.
- 5:26She and she belonged there. She had a postgraduate degree in
- 5:30early childhood education. She was no slouch at all.
- 5:34She was amazing. But she divorced Mr. McKee and
- 5:39later married Spencer Tepi. And what in about 2020?
- 5:44And the the two have two children together, ages 4 and
- 5:48one, along with what I'm sure is an extremely smart and obedient
- 5:54and good boy or girl. I don't know, Goldendoodle.
- 5:58So that's where we are today. Now, what are we talking about
- 6:01today? Well, it turns out that Mister
- 6:06McKee was arrested in Illinois, where he had a home in a swanky
- 6:14skyrise right above Lincoln Park with Lake Superior views.
- 6:19The swanky man. So let's read this from WIFR
- 6:25Dateline. Rockford, IL Michael McKee
- 6:29waives his right to an extradition hearing during his
- 6:32court appearance Monday. So I this must have been just an
- 6:36arraignment, right? A public defender with the 17th
- 6:40Judicial Circuit representing McKee.
- 6:42Carrie Poirier. I don't know how she would say
- 6:45it. Poirier.
- 6:47LQ Poirot. No, that's Paulo Gavin.
- 6:50That's not it. Poirier.
- 6:52Let's just say it. The American Way requested a
- 6:54speedy return to Ohio to plead not guilty in the case.
- 6:58Now IA hearing was set for next Monday, although is it is
- 7:03expected that hearing will be cancelled if and when McKee is
- 7:06extradited to Ohio. A date when McKee may be
- 7:09extradited was not given. Now I have for your viewing
- 7:16pleasure and our education the two-minute hearing for Mr.
- 7:22McKee. I want to make sure my audio is
- 7:25all all a working and let's have a playroom at this shall we?
- 7:31Here we go. This is our public.
- 7:56Territory present in custody. Your name, Sir?
- 7:59For the record, Michael McKee. Have you had a chance to speak
- 8:02with him? Yes, your Honor.
- 8:04What's your position at this time?
- 8:06Yes. At this time, Your Honor, on
- 8:08behalf of Mr. McKee, I will assert his right to counsel.
- 8:13I will assert his right to remain silent, and Mr. McKee
- 8:18believes that the most expeditious manner in which he
- 8:21may defend himself against the charges pending in Ohio and to
- 8:25plead not guilty would be to waive his right to an
- 8:29extradition hearing and to have a governor's warrant and to
- 8:33agree to his immediate transportation to Ohio.
- 8:36Understood. Thank you.
- 8:38We will set this matter then for 2:00 on Monday for status on the
- 8:43transfer. Anything else we can do today?
- 8:47Not interesting. That's a pretty big dude.
- 8:58He looks like a strong man too. I think he's listed as 6 foot
- 9:03one, £200. That's a.
- 9:07That's an imposing figure. Thanks everyone.
- 9:20That's the hearing, that's the entire.
- 9:24So we likely won't see another hearing that Monday date.
- 9:29He probably will be provided long before that and that date
- 9:36will be cancelled. And then we will see him in a an
- 9:39arraignment, probably first in Ohio to face the charges of
- 9:46murder, the murder of Monique Tepi, his ex-wife, and Spencer
- 9:53Tepi, her husband. Now, this is begging the
- 9:56question, begging the question. Like, what the crap?
- 10:02What the devil man that is? My question is why?
- 10:08Why? And I think that's a question
- 10:09that most of us are asking. I've got a couple of things.
- 10:12OK. Number one, we've got friend of
- 10:16the show Jen Coffendaffer offering some ideas on News
- 10:22Nation. So let me bring you on over here
- 10:25to this article from News Nation.
- 10:28Headline says motive and Ohio murders likely a festering
- 10:32resentment. Ex FBI agent says OK.
- 10:37And this is written by home Natasha Zuvez or Zuvez and
- 10:41Michael Ramsey. Revelations that a Chicago man
- 10:46charged in the killings of an Ohio couple was once married to
- 10:49victim Monique Tepe suggest a quote deep seated resentment and
- 10:54hatred, close quote had festered for years.
- 10:58A former FBI special agent says the bodies of Monique and
- 11:02Spencer Tepe were found December 30th as police officers
- 11:05conducted a well-being check at the couple's Columbus residence.
- 11:09Their young children and dog were unharmed.
- 11:12There was no sign of forced entry.
- 11:15The suspect that authorities arrested over the weekend of
- 11:18Michael McKee had been married to Monique Tepe from 2015 to
- 11:232017, records indicate. Quote, this divorce happened
- 11:28about nine years ago. They were married for such a
- 11:31brief time, Jen Coffendafer, Law and Justice contributor, told
- 11:35News Nation Prime on Sunday. That is strange, but I think it
- 11:39was a deep seated resentment and hate that just built up and
- 11:43finally came to this conclusion. Investigators reportedly zeroed
- 11:48in on McKee, 39, after tracking a vehicle that had been parked
- 11:52in the neighborhood at the time of the killings to Rockford, IL
- 11:56McKee, a vascular surgeon, is being held in Winnebago County
- 12:00and is slated to appear in court on Monday.
- 12:01Which is what we just watched. Koffendaffer said the motive in
- 12:06the case always seemed personal to her.
- 12:09The accused killer likely studied the Tepes and obtained
- 12:12the passcode that unlocked their door, she said.
- 12:16They had stocked out the location well.
- 12:18It was also very clear they knew where the camera locations were
- 12:22because they evaded a lot of camera coverage, it would seem,
- 12:26she said. I'm glad she added that it would
- 12:28seem because the only camera that we are aware of is the one
- 12:32where we see this video. And that is just because police
- 12:37made us aware of this video, right?
- 12:39We don't. There possibly could be other
- 12:44cameras. This just seems to be the one
- 12:47they wanted to share, perhaps because it was the one that was
- 12:51maybe the best indication of who he was.
- 12:55And police are saying that this man is indeed Michael McKee.
- 13:00So that is Jen's take on it. Now, there's something else.
- 13:07This came from the Daily Mail from yesterday.
- 13:14This is a bit long, but but I think we're going to go over it
- 13:18now. I should what should I preface
- 13:22this with? I should preface this with we
- 13:26really don't know what the motive is.
- 13:28And unless Mr. McKee shouts out in court, hey everybody, I
- 13:35decided to kill Monique and Spencer because and then he
- 13:39tells us the reason. That's the only way we will know
- 13:41what the motive is, right? And prosecutors don't need to
- 13:45prove a motive. They only need to prove the
- 13:48components of homicide. And of course, juries love to
- 13:53know motives because juries are human.
- 13:56They're well, juries aren't human, but jury members
- 13:58certainly are. And we as humans want to know.
- 14:02We want to know why. All right, so let's get back to
- 14:08put wrong button Gavin. There you go.
- 14:12This is written by Mary O'Connor, Emma Richter and Will
- 14:15Potter for Daily Mail. The family of an Ohio dentist
- 14:20and his wife who were allegedly shot dead by her cardiovascular
- 14:24surgeon ex-husband has broken their silence for the first
- 14:28time, with a relative revealing they suspected the alleged
- 14:31killer was behind the crime. So according to this, this
- 14:36person, this family member, when Monique and Spencer were
- 14:43murdered, they were like, I bet it's Michael, mother of two.
- 14:48Monique Tepe, 39, and her second husband, Spencer Tepe, 37, were
- 14:52discovered shot dead in their home in Weinland Park, Columbus,
- 14:56on December 30th. On Saturday.
- 15:01I can you guys tell, Dang it, Gavin, you know what I'm about
- 15:05to do. That's right, that's right.
- 15:13I'm doing a tangent. Guys.
- 15:15Have you noticed that I've been, I've been yawning a lot lately
- 15:19and I've been holding them back. And my wife, my snuggly bear, my
- 15:22sweetie pie, my one and only, She's been saying she's been
- 15:25giving me these breathing exercises and I've been teasing
- 15:28her about it. I've been, I'm a tease, OK, I'm
- 15:32teasing her about it, but I'm, I'm trying not to yawn.
- 15:34But it finally occurred to me, and I don't know why.
- 15:37It hasn't occurred to me since last August when I decided to
- 15:43say goodbye to Fat Gavin. That was the last time I
- 15:47consumed caffeine. I have not had any beverage
- 15:53besides water since August. And I used to when it was almost
- 16:02time to go live, I used to get a soda because I'm not a coffee
- 16:05drinker, not a tea drinker. My, my caffeinated beverage of
- 16:10choice is fizzy, right? And fully leaded.
- 16:13So I used to get like a big gulp.
- 16:17This is not really a big Gulp because it's not 711, but a soda
- 16:19like a fountain drink, right? And I would, I would be fully
- 16:24caffeinated before I started my live stream.
- 16:27And here I am wanting to yawn. I'm not tired.
- 16:32I'm just it's been a long day. It's tangent.
- 16:35I know. Thank you very much for sitting
- 16:37through it, OK. On Saturday, Monique's
- 16:42ex-husband Michael David McKee, 39, was charged with two counts
- 16:46of murder over the brutal double homicide.
- 16:49News of Mckee's arrest came just one day before grieving friends
- 16:52and family remember or gathered to remember the Tepes on Sunday
- 16:56afternoon. That's when the flu the funeral
- 16:58was. Speaking ahead of the service, a
- 17:01TEPI relative who wished to remain anonymous told the Daily
- 17:04Mail. I hate anonymous sources.
- 17:07Oh, I just hate anonymous sources.
- 17:09But OK, told the Daily Mail they were not surprised by Mckee's
- 17:13arrest but felt relieved to know their alleged killer is behind
- 17:17bars. They said, quote, it was
- 17:19absolutely not a shock to anybody.
- 17:22We had all expected it, but we weren't saying that because we
- 17:25didn't want to compromise the investigation.
- 17:28Oh, look how they used proper punctuation.
- 17:31Well done Daily Mail. We are all breathing a bit of a
- 17:35sigh of relief because they got him close.
- 17:38Quote, I imagine that they were worried for the children.
- 17:45They probably were like, we know it was McKee, is he going to
- 17:48come back and that kind of thing.
- 17:51When asked if they knew of any problems Monique and Spencer had
- 17:55had with McKee recently, the the relative replied, not that I'm
- 17:59aware of. Monique and Spencer Tepi's
- 18:02family broke their silence on their gruesome deaths just
- 18:05before the husband and wife are. Oh no, that I don't know why it
- 18:08does that in these prints. Spencer suffered multiple,
- 18:11multiple gunshot wounds. We understand Monica was shot
- 18:15once in the chest. Now I don't know where that
- 18:18information has come from. Maybe family members because I'm
- 18:23going to open up the if you were with me on Saturday.
- 18:28I found the affidavits of probable cause.
- 18:30I was able to obtain those. Let me just let me just pull it
- 18:35open real quick because I don't think it says anything in that
- 18:39affidavit. Let me bring that U because I
- 18:44don't think it says anything about Causeway of death.
- 18:54Yeah. Summary of facts gunshot wounds.
- 19:03Yeah, it doesn't say O. It makes me wonder if this
- 19:08article got that information from a family member.
- 19:12They're not sourcing it, so I don't know.
- 19:15But it says Spencer suffered multiple gunshot wounds and
- 19:18Monique was shot once in the chest.
- 19:20Their one year old son, 4 year old daughter and dog were found
- 19:24unharmed and are currently in the care of loved ones.
- 19:28I should say I should add, physically unharmed.
- 19:31This family was harmed. These children were harmed, just
- 19:35not physically. This is going to be something
- 19:38that that resonates maybe for a couple generations.
- 19:46The couple was found around 10:00 AM after Spencer's
- 19:48panicked colleagues and a friend raised the alarm and called 911
- 19:52when he didn't show up for work that morning.
- 19:55The murders are said to have occurred at 3:52 AM, according
- 19:59to the criminal complaint filed at Franklin County Municipal
- 20:02Court on Saturday. And indeed we did.
- 20:05We did see that. In this document right there,
- 20:093:52 AM on December 30th, cops snared A suspect through
- 20:16neighborhood video surveillance and tracked him to a vehicle
- 20:19which arrived just before the killings and left right after.
- 20:22A summary of facts supporting probable cause stated.
- 20:26Detectives traced the vehicle. And let me just read that for
- 20:29those of you who weren't with us on the weekend.
- 20:31OK, here's the summary of facts in the affidavit.
- 20:35On December 30th, 2025 at 9:57 AM, Columbus Police patrol
- 20:40officers were dispatched to 1411 N 4th St.
- 20:48You know when I do, when I do my snuggly bears breathing and I
- 20:53breathe in deeply. It makes me freaking yawn.
- 20:56Maybe, maybe I I need to come up with some solution to this.
- 21:00But anyway, they were dispatched to the N 4th St. home on a check
- 21:04on the well-being of Doctor Spencer Tepi who had not shown
- 21:07up to work. Officers arrived and found
- 21:10Doctor Tepi and his wife Monique Tepi, deceased inside suffering
- 21:14from gunshot wounds. 2 minor children were found inside the
- 21:18home physically unharmed. Columbus Fire medic #7 responded
- 21:22and pronounced both victims deceased at 10:11 AM Columbus
- 21:27Police Homicide Unit Team 2 was advised, responded and initiated
- 21:31an investigation. During the subsequent
- 21:33investigation, detectives were able to identify a suspect
- 21:36through neighborhood video surveillance.
- 21:39The suspect was tracked to a vehicle which arrived just prior
- 21:43to the homicides and left shortly after the homicides.
- 21:46Detectives were able to identify this vehicle further and link it
- 21:50to Michael McKee. Detectives located the vehicle
- 21:53in Rockford, IL and found evidence of McKee in possession
- 21:57of the vehicle prior to and after the homicides.
- 22:00Now keep in mind, this is just the information they decided to
- 22:04include in the affidavit of probable cause in order to get a
- 22:07judge to sign off on an on an arrest warrant.
- 22:12It's likely, I think in Ohio, what's going to happen is Mr.
- 22:17McKee is going to be indicted. I he'll, he'll be arraigned and
- 22:24then it will be presented to a grand jury.
- 22:26I believe the other option is perhaps there will be a
- 22:33preliminary hearing if he doesn't waive it.
- 22:36And in that preliminary hearing, the prosecution will put forward
- 22:41more probable cause information likely, but probably not their
- 22:46whole case. So we really don't don't have
- 22:52all the information here. OK, back to the Daily Mail.
- 22:57Detectives trace the vehicle to Rockford, IL, where McKee works
- 23:01as a vascular surgeon at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center, and
- 23:06found he had been in possession of the vehicle before and after
- 23:09the homicides. McKee was subsequently arrested
- 23:11in Rockford without incident, meaning he went peacefully and
- 23:16booked into the Winnebago County Jail.
- 23:17Police set. The couple's family's remarks
- 23:21come after Mckee's neighbor said she was left stunned after
- 23:25hearing the surgeon had been accused of killing the Tepes
- 23:29Gerald Lynn Kolarek. I, I'm Miss Kolarek Kolarek, I
- 23:35apologize if I put you to your name, a neighbor of McKee at his
- 23:39upscale Illinois apartment block told ABC Seven.
- 23:43I ought to show you guys this. Let me let me show you.
- 23:48This address is 2100 N Lincoln Park, W 2100 N Lincoln Park
- 23:54West. Give me just one second, I'll
- 23:59bring it up on a map. 2100 N Lincoln Park West Chicago.
- 24:11OK, First off, going over to your website, look where we are
- 24:20in the Chicagoland area, OK, north of downtown Chicago, right
- 24:25on Lake Superior and see where we are Lake MI, I'm sorry.
- 24:30And see where we are in the world, right?
- 24:33Oh, I bet you geography people are like Lake Superior.
- 24:36Gavin what the Devil Lake, MI And then if we go in, I think
- 24:45the best place to put our little Google guy is here.
- 24:52And we spin around there. This this is the building right
- 24:57here. And I think I can even back up
- 25:01just a little bit more and look back at the building that's 2100
- 25:08N Lincoln Park West. This area over here is all
- 25:12Lincoln Park. It is a very desirable
- 25:15neighborhood. The cardiovascular, Well,
- 25:18actually I think he's just a vascular surgeon.
- 25:20I don't know that he's a cardiovascular surgeon.
- 25:22Maybe is, but the Daily Mail described him as cardiovascular.
- 25:25And I don't know the difference between a vascular surgeon and
- 25:27cardiovascular. Gavin.
- 25:29OK, so let's go back over here to here to Jeralyn Kolarik
- 25:38saying let's see. She told ABC 7 she was
- 25:44devastated to hear the news and expressed her disbelief that
- 25:47McKee was accused of murder because he, quote, did not seem
- 25:51like somebody who would do something like this. close
- 25:53quote. And I understand what she's
- 25:55saying. I get it.
- 25:57There's some people where you're like, yeah, you're murder
- 26:00totally. Yeah, I get it.
- 26:01But some people that surprise us, I guess.
- 26:05In fact, on Saturday, when we joined in an impromptu,
- 26:10unscheduled live stream, many of you corrected my thinking when I
- 26:15was like, what the what the Huh. He's a cardio.
- 26:19He's a vascular surgeon. They haven't been married since
- 26:22forever. He's got licenses in many
- 26:25states. He was a standout academic in
- 26:28high school. He went to the Ohio State
- 26:30University. You know, it was like he had
- 26:32everything together. What would make this guy, this
- 26:35guy, do the deed? And and I was correctly, I guess
- 26:45what's the word corrected correctly corrected, Gavin, Come
- 26:48on, let me see if I can get a good screen grab of him here.
- 26:58Well, it let's see there he is. It's just so hard to there,
- 27:07right there, there he is, right there.
- 27:10Anyway, I was corrected. You're like, you know what?
- 27:13People who are high achievers, maybe they're coercively
- 27:16controlling too. And that reminded me, oh, my
- 27:20goodness. Oh, my goodness, guys.
- 27:23You got to forgive me here. That's right.
- 27:28Another tangent. OK, I was talking to somebody
- 27:31who shall remain nameless but I I will say is a high achiever
- 27:39and is married to a high achiever and this person told me
- 27:46I shall refer to them as they them as to not give away the the
- 27:52gender. They told me never chase the
- 27:59high school high achievers, they peak too early and they got
- 28:02issues. Get those that achieve later in
- 28:10life right? It was really funny.
- 28:13I thought it was funny anyway. So yeah, maybe he's just a very
- 28:18controlling dude, who knows? So the neighbor recalled.
- 28:25I sat down with this man. I talked to him at the pool,
- 28:27barbecuing. It's kind of shocking.
- 28:29Kolarek said she was heartbroken for the couple's two young
- 28:32children. How do you explain to a child
- 28:35that mom and dad are here one day and gone the next?
- 28:37She said. Those are real victims of this
- 28:40whole case here, the children. And she is correct.
- 28:44These are. I've blurred out their faces.
- 28:47I think they need to remain anonymous.
- 28:50They need to keep their privacy. But that little 4 year old, that
- 28:55little one year old, Yeah. How do you how do you just say
- 29:00Mommy's not ever coming back, Daddy, Daddy won't be here ever
- 29:04again. It's tough.
- 29:07And I'm the son of a of a man who was told that, who was told
- 29:12his father was dead when he was 7.
- 29:17I'm telling you it's send it that.
- 29:21And of course not in a violent, murdery manner.
- 29:25My grandfather died in an accident, so it's different, but
- 29:30still we as a family have felt that loss now for well, that was
- 29:391956, so 70 years, or it will be 70 years this year.
- 29:48So anyway, yeah, she's absolutely correct.
- 29:51Following the arrest of McKee, the Tempe family said in a
- 29:54statement that the arrest quote represents an important step
- 29:57toward justice for Monique and Spencer.
- 30:00Nothing can undo the devastating loss of two lives taken far too
- 30:04soon. The family said the shooting
- 30:06sparked an urgent manhunt that included investigators releasing
- 30:10footage. Yet we all saw that Cops did
- 30:13reveal there was no sign of forced entry or the supposed
- 30:17murder weapon. But police did find three 9mm
- 30:21shell casings at the scene. They said they did not believe
- 30:24the deaths to be a murder suicide.
- 30:27And I'm sure that there have been search warrants sworn out
- 30:32and returned on his different residences because he up until
- 30:40recently was practicing in Nevada.
- 30:42He's been practicing as far as my memory serves, Virginia.
- 30:51He had, he had a license in California, right?
- 30:54So he had different residences. I, I'm sure they're trying to
- 30:57track down, down that gun. Let's see if there's anything
- 31:03else. Choo Choo Choo Choo.
- 31:06Mckee's mug shot was shared on the Winnebago County Sheriff's
- 31:10Office website, which showed he was booked into jail on Saturday
- 31:13just before noon, and then he appeared in court today.
- 31:20Monique, then under her maiden name Sabatursky, was married to
- 31:24McKee briefly from August 2015, with pictures shared on social
- 31:28media of the couple on their wedding day on August 22nd.
- 31:31The couple had no children and separated seven months later in
- 31:34March 2016. In the complaint for divorce,
- 31:38the plaintiff Monique stated they were incompatible.
- 31:42Divorce documents viewed by Daily Mail showed proceedings
- 31:46started in May 2017 and were quickly wrapped up by June.
- 31:50Yeah, that man, that is quick. The documents reveal he paid for
- 31:54her engagement and wedding rings and listed them as his separate
- 31:57property, stating he paid $2500 for the engagement ring and
- 32:01$3500 for the wedding ring. The couple separation agreement
- 32:05included a a requirement that Monique had to pay him a key
- 32:09$1281.59 back for miscellaneous debt with the added clause that
- 32:16if she did not reimburse him by July 1st, 2018 she would be hit
- 32:21with 23% interest. Wow, very specific.
- 32:28Must have been on a credit card or something.
- 32:33When the pair filed for divorce, they were living in different
- 32:35states, with Monique living in Westerville, OH, close to her
- 32:40parents Ignatius and Narita Sabatursky, and working for
- 32:44Nationwide. McKee lived in Roanoke, VA,
- 32:48working for the Carillion Clinic.
- 32:51He was listed in the documents as practicing as a vascular
- 32:54surgeon at the OSF Cardiovascular Institute.
- 32:59When the divorce documents were filed, they also included a
- 33:02standard mutual temporary restraining order requiring both
- 33:06parties to refrain from harassing, interfering with,
- 33:09assaulting, or doing bodily harm to the other spouse.
- 33:13I think that Mister McKee was unsuccessful in living up to
- 33:18that endeavor. The exes paid their own attorney
- 33:21fees and Monique paid the filing fee and fee for a private judge
- 33:24in a bid to expedite the proceedings privately.
- 33:28A police spokesman told the Daily Mail that no further
- 33:30information will be released at this time so as to not
- 33:33compromise the active and ongoing case progress.
- 33:36He said more information would be released when appropriate.
- 33:41And this this article came out yesterday and so it talks about
- 33:46the public visitation set for noon to three yesterday,
- 33:52followed by a celebration of life, which as far as I know did
- 33:57take place. Let's bring up the Tepes and let
- 34:02us go over to your comments. Remember, if you put GF in your
- 34:06comment, that will help me to see to see it on my end.
- 34:13OK, Scrolling way back. Scrolling, scrolling, scrolling.
- 34:20OK Navy Mama Deb says law enforcement said their time of
- 34:25demise was 3:52 AM. Very specific indoor cameras
- 34:28made possibly. Yeah.
- 34:29I had wondered if there was if there were gunshots that may
- 34:33have been heard by a neighbor or something like that.
- 34:35Or, you know, an outdoor camera may have may have heard the
- 34:42report of the gun as well. So yeah, possibly indoor
- 34:48cameras. And you know what guys, we
- 34:50should all have these things. Camera camera systems are cheap.
- 34:54You don't have to subscribe to. And no, this is not sponsored.
- 34:59I'm not, I'm not segmenting or segwaying over into a sponsored
- 35:05segment. I'm just saying we don't have to
- 35:08pay for expensive security systems anymore in order to have
- 35:13good high definition, sometimes ultra high definition footage,
- 35:17sometimes ultra high definition footage in the dark.
- 35:21We should have these things. We should make these investments
- 35:24into our homes. G smile.
- 35:29Sarah says. I joined the live just in time
- 35:31for the tangent. Well, I'm glad I I hope you
- 35:33enjoyed it. Glad you did, Darlene says.
- 35:36Why not treat yourself to a Big Gulp once a day?
- 35:38It won't kill you, don't you think?
- 35:40Here's the thing. Actually, I did a short about
- 35:42this earlier today and you guys have been so awesome.
- 35:48I am an all or nothing kind of guy and when I decided that I
- 35:55was going to lose weight, I just decided to go all in and people
- 36:00have been asking me. This is a bit of a tangent, but
- 36:02you guys have already seen that three times or twice.
- 36:05It doesn't need to be 3 times. This, this is what was I saying.
- 36:11I'm an all or nothing kind of guy, right?
- 36:13When I decided that I was going to lose weight, I cut out
- 36:18everything that I I knew was making me gain weight.
- 36:25And the fizzy sugar he drinks was, was, you know, perpetrator
- 36:32#1 as far as I'm concerned, persona non grata, Sedona non
- 36:37grata #1 It's very important to me.
- 36:39I got rid of it now. I still love it.
- 36:41And eventually I will get back to it.
- 36:43But for now, I got to stay away from it because I'm doing this
- 36:46all not to raw, right? I'm eating Whole Foods.
- 36:50I am doing, I'm not eating very many calories in a day.
- 36:55It's it's way, way back from where I was.
- 36:59It's up from where I cut it originally.
- 37:02And, and I'm exercising. So that's what?
- 37:05So, yeah. Don't tempt me, Darlene.
- 37:08Darlene's tempting me. Everybody tell Darlene to stop
- 37:11the temptation. I'm going to stick away from it.
- 37:16OK. Scrolling down to the old
- 37:21Patricia Burns. Do you have a window open?
- 37:23If not open, one. Your body is craving higher
- 37:26level of oxygen than is in the room you're in.
- 37:29Maybe that's it. Of course, I live in western
- 37:32Pennsylvania where it is so freaking cold.
- 37:37Maybe I should, Patricia, maybe I should.
- 37:40It's that this yawning is killing me, man.
- 37:45Libu Grizzly arrived a little late today, watching from
- 37:48Brazil. Ashley Banfield looked through
- 37:50the divorce docs and Monique listed her engagement and
- 37:53wedding rings as assets and stated she paid for them.
- 37:56Interesting because what we just read was the opposite.
- 38:00That's really funny. Miss Chivo's dragon says this is
- 38:04also my first Gavin Fish life. Welcome Miss Dragon.
- 38:08I'm only getting back into true crime since the Reiner murders.
- 38:11Oh, and we've covered them at length and we will continue to
- 38:14cover. It's oh, how tragic, right?
- 38:18Just tragic. Brian Rambles, Thank you very
- 38:21much for sending that gift membership.
- 38:23So awesome you're a terrific person a Hyneman 9138 says I
- 38:31believe he specializes in varicose veins and other non
- 38:34heart cardiovascular would specialize in the heart.
- 38:37Thank you for that clarity appreciate that Hyneman Sharky
- 38:42Sharona thank you for sending those gift memberships.
- 38:46Guys are awesome. Do we know what sports McKee
- 38:52played in the past? I'm wondering if if he had
- 38:57concussions, history of concussions.
- 39:02I don't know. I do not know.
- 39:09Let's see. I'm going to just keep on going
- 39:11until we get to the last. Yeah.
- 39:14Heineman says she paid for the rings, but the Daily Mail
- 39:18reported it differently. So I guess, I guess I would have
- 39:25to look at those divorce docs, too, to see.
- 39:32Yeah, you guys are all. You're all kind of clued on
- 39:34that. She paid for the rings, not him.
- 39:37I should tell you the story of Kimberly's ring one of these
- 39:41days. I'm a terrible person.
- 39:45How does he qualify for the public defender?
- 39:47That is interesting. This is a vascular surgeon.
- 39:50How, indeed. Did he qualify for a public
- 39:54defender? Or did they just go, you know
- 39:56what? Just put a public defender on
- 39:58him so that we can get him out of our state?
- 40:00I wonder if that's. I wonder if that's what it is.
- 40:06Emmy Nikolov says. The Carillion Clinic reminds me
- 40:10of Morgan Harrington. Chaos Mama.
- 40:15I've wondered if there was a smart watch that showed when the
- 40:18heart stopped. Oh.
- 40:20Oh, what a great comment, guys. As Joseph Scott Morgan is fond
- 40:24of telling us, this is the future of forensics, right?
- 40:28Is digital forensics. Maybe, maybe that's it.
- 40:31Maybe one of them or both of them were wearing smartwatches
- 40:34that detected when they expired. Yeah, it's possible.
- 40:40Possible, possible and and I think even probable.
- 40:46D9072, Gavin, all or nothing, you need to work for balance or
- 40:50when you get to your goal weight, it will come right back.
- 40:52I promise you. I am.
- 40:55I am well aware of what I am doing.
- 41:00Well aware. I'm.
- 41:02I'm in it for the long haul. Thank you.
- 41:04And then Catherine Fitzpatrick also says she paid for the rings
- 41:08the exact time of death. May be a Fitbit watch or other
- 41:11body monitoring device. Just a thought.
- 41:13Good, good, good, good. And Rin Tin Tins also says the
- 41:20Doctor X did not pay for the wedding and engagement rings.
- 41:23Monique did. Hey, Hyneman, time to acquire
- 41:27taste for black coffee or tea. I'm just not a not a coffee or
- 41:30tea guy. I think.
- 41:32I think you know what I will do every once in a while.
- 41:35It's been a actually, it's been a long time.
- 41:37I will do matte. I'll do Giada matte the, the
- 41:40proper way, the Argentine way, but I don't know.
- 41:44I've, I've lived without caffeine for five months.
- 41:46It's it's kind of great. Gavin, he did play football and
- 41:52basketball in his high school. And that's right.
- 41:55We did read that on Saturday. I, I read that too.
- 41:58You're right. Thank you for reminding me of
- 42:00that. Beach Ferry says hello from
- 42:03England. By the way, after watching your
- 42:04last live on replay, I, I emailed you new questions for
- 42:07three questions. I got a lot of new questions for
- 42:10three questions, which we are going to get into.
- 42:13Actually, I don't even think that I could have created a
- 42:18better transition. I couldn't have.
- 42:21Let's get in three questions. Pow.
- 42:31OK guys, on three questions, what we do is we I answer three
- 42:35of your questions. I solemnly promise that I will
- 42:39do so to the best of my ability, that I will not dodge questions,
- 42:42that when I get them I will answer them.
- 42:45And what I ask of you in return is to send me the questions.
- 42:49That's the first part, Part A, this is like A, this is like a
- 42:53two-part epoxy. OK.
- 42:55Part A is that you send me questions to three questions at
- 42:58gavinfish.com. It's spelled out THREE questions
- 43:01at gavinfish.com, three questions at gavinfish.com and I
- 43:05will endeavor to answer those. Part B of this amazing strong
- 43:10epoxy resin that we are creating here is that you also answer the
- 43:15questions in the live chat so I can see what your answers are.
- 43:21I find that delightful. So here we go.
- 43:24Let's move on to question number one.
- 43:27Question number one is I saw your interview on crime analyst
- 43:30with Laura Richards. Laura is somebody who I really
- 43:33admire. I love her to death and I'm
- 43:35wondering is there next step with the Alan Greenberg case
- 43:39that you're working on or is it basically a dead end to hope for
- 43:42change Now I'm kind of in a holding pattern personally, but
- 43:48that does not mean that the case is in a holding pattern.
- 43:55The actually I should not what I'm about to share with you is
- 43:59not fact that I know it's what I suspect.
- 44:03OK, because anytime I've asked, I've been told I'm not giving.
- 44:07I've been told no comment. OK.
- 44:12I believe there will be another lawsuit filed by Joe Pedraza and
- 44:18Will Trask. Let me bring up, these are the
- 44:23lawyers for Josh and Sandy Greenberg, the parents of Ellen
- 44:29Greenberg. I believe that there will be
- 44:33another lawsuit and there needs to be another lawsuit.
- 44:37So, so yeah, in addition to that, I think that there are
- 44:44efforts they are endeavouring to try to get this case federalized
- 44:50somehow. I think it's possible to be
- 44:55done. There are investigators that
- 44:59want to investigate this, and I think that I will see the arrest
- 45:07of a suspect. My suspect is probably the same
- 45:10as your suspect, but he's not an official suspect.
- 45:14Great question and thank you for sending it in.
- 45:18Question #2 If you could go back in time to witness but not
- 45:21interact with or change a single memory, what would you choose?
- 45:26Like my own life, a memory from my own life.
- 45:31Oh man, if I could go back in time just to witness it, like
- 45:36I'd, I'd be standing away and watching it happen.
- 45:43You know, when I was really little, 3 or 4, and I was just
- 45:48reminded of this recently because I was going through old
- 45:51things and I found, Do you guys remember those, those little
- 45:55books? What are they called?
- 45:57They have like the golden, they're called Little Golden
- 45:59Books. That's what they have, the
- 46:01golden spine. I found one of those packed in
- 46:04my things and I opened it up and in my mom's handwriting it says
- 46:08given to Gavin had a date when when he had his appendix out.
- 46:14I was a bit of a sickly child and I would love to see how my
- 46:22parents, I would love to watch what my parents did.
- 46:26I already know that they did amazingly because I know my
- 46:31parents, but I would love to watch that interaction, what my
- 46:35parents were doing as I was hospitalized when I was little.
- 46:39I bet they were amazing. And I bet it was AI bet it was a
- 46:42sight to see. And they were young.
- 46:43They were in their 20s, right? I was born in 75.
- 46:48Yeah, they were in their 20s. I think that would be pretty
- 46:54awesome. Now.
- 46:57Oh, but that's not my Well, I remember being in the hospital.
- 47:00Yeah, that qualifies. I'd like to know what memory you
- 47:02would choose. There are other things like I, I
- 47:13don't know, I guess the first time I saw Kim really would be
- 47:19cool to see what my face looked like, but I looked freaking
- 47:24Twitterpated. That's funny.
- 47:27Tell me what memory you would choose.
- 47:28I love that last question. If you could have any obscure,
- 47:33unusual, non monetizable talent, what would it be?
- 47:40OK, my mouth is dry. Hang on, I know I got this one
- 47:48first. I was thinking like unlimited
- 47:51number of things to juggle, but I don't I don't care about that
- 47:54all that much. But there is a movie with James
- 47:58Garner. What is the name of the actor
- 48:01that played Colonel Potter on MASH?
- 48:06You guys know who I'm talking about.
- 48:07This is an old movie with James Garner.
- 48:09It's called Support Your Local Sheriff.
- 48:11And it is it is awesome. OK, It's it's part of a there's
- 48:18also support your local gunfighter.
- 48:20And then Maverick became a thing anyway, support your local
- 48:23sheriff. There's a scene where James
- 48:26Garner takes a washer. He flips it in the air.
- 48:30He drives his gun, he shoots it and he catches the washer and
- 48:32he's like, the bullet went through the hole in the middle.
- 48:35And then he's like, Harry Potter was like, I, I can't remember
- 48:38the name of that actor. Like, well, maybe it didn't.
- 48:41Maybe it didn't. He put some tape on it and then
- 48:43he flipped it up and he's like, comes down and it did.
- 48:45He shot through it. And I was like, dude, I don't
- 48:49know. I would love, I would love that
- 48:50trick marksmanship kind of stuff.
- 48:52The Annie Oakley kind of stuff. Yeah.
- 48:54I'd be totally down with that. I'd love to hear Harry Morgan.
- 48:57Thank you. Ohio Pom mom.
- 48:59Harry Morgan is the name of the actor.
- 49:04Yeah. I don't know.
- 49:05Just like sharpshooting old cowboy, Old West kind of kind of
- 49:10showy stuff. That'd be fun.
- 49:14I'm actually pretty good marksman, but I'm not throw a
- 49:16thing up in the air Pew and catch it and it went through the
- 49:19hole in the center. I'm not that guy.
- 49:21Nobody is that guy. So I want that obscure, unusual,
- 49:25non monetizable talent. Now while you guys are click
- 49:30clacking away putting in your answers to the three questions
- 49:34with GF before you put them, let's get into some headline
- 49:38shall we? True prime headline pow.
- 49:48So remember to put GF in your comment, answer those questions,
- 49:51those three questions. I'd love to hear your answers in
- 49:54the comments and giving you a little bit of time.
- 49:56We're going to go over some headlines.
- 49:58Let's go over here this. We all know that Melody Buzzard
- 50:04was in court last week, but this article had a piece from it's
- 50:14this highlighted piece. Outside the courthouse, Melody's
- 50:18paternal grandmother, Lily Dennis, spoke publicly about the
- 50:23case and reflected on her early impressions of Buzzard,
- 50:26according to The Independent. When I met, when I met her 9 or
- 50:3010 years ago, she was not like this.
- 50:32I don't know what happened, Dennis said.
- 50:35Dennis recalled the first time her son, Rubio Mesa, brought
- 50:37Buzzard to the family home. When my son brought her to the
- 50:41house, she was really quiet and just looking at me from head to
- 50:44toe, Dennis said. I told my son, Miko, is this
- 50:47lady, is this girl OK? She's just staring.
- 50:51Dennis said. Mesa, who later died in a
- 50:52motorcycle accident while Melody was still an infant, dismissed
- 50:56her concerns at the time, telling her his girlfriend was
- 50:59simply shy. She told The Independent that
- 51:02while she does not see much of Buzzard.
- 51:04While she did not see much of Buzzard.
- 51:06Afterward, the family embraced Melody, including hosting a
- 51:09large baby shower. All my family came.
- 51:12Dennis said. That can tell you how much we
- 51:14loved her. We loved our baby very much.
- 51:17Dennis also questioned any potential insanity defense,
- 51:20saying she believes the crime was planned.
- 51:22I don't think that's right because she planned everything.
- 51:25Dennis said, referencing allegations that Buzzard
- 51:28switched license plates on a rental car during a road trip
- 51:31with Melody. Investigators have said Melody
- 51:35was considered at risk after she failed to appear at school and
- 51:38her whereabouts could not be verified.
- 51:40So I, I, if there is an insanity defense coming here, I think it
- 51:44will be a very high bar to meet. I really do.
- 51:50I don't think she'll make it OK. Remember our pal Barry Morphew,
- 51:55the alleged murderer of his wife Suzanne Morphew with Bam the
- 52:02tranquilizer? He's in court today.

- 53:20alone and then killed her by forcing her to inhale cyanide in
- 53:25what authorities described as one of the most disturbing
- 53:27domestic homicide cases they have seen.

- 54:51I was born with spina bifida and had to have many surgeries.
- 54:54So grateful for modern medicine. Maybe I was thinking of James
- 55:01Garner because we mentioned the Rockford Files.
- 55:03But Support Your Local Sheriff is one of my very favorite
- 55:06movies of all time. Perhaps my favorite movie of all
- 55:10time was ATV movie called The Shadow Riders with Sam Elliott
- 55:14and Tom Selleck. Second only to that would be
- 55:19Support your local sheriff. I love it.
- 55:23It's me, Shawna says. I grew up on MASH.
- 55:25My dad was a dead ringer for Hawkeye.
- 55:27Nice nice Rin Tin Tin's refuge still looking out for me.
- 55:35Per AI, yawning is thought to be controlled by neurons in the
- 55:38hippo thalamus, triggering the reflex.
- 55:41This may help regulate body temp, increase alertness or
- 55:44message changes in physiological states.
- 55:47All right, all right. Catherine Fitzpatrick says early
- 55:53memory is winter time at night, bundled in the snowsuit.
- 55:56Being a toddler in my most awesome car seat with my own
- 56:00steering wheel, with my dad who taking me with him on an errand.
- 56:04What a beautiful memory. I love it.
- 56:09I love it, Emily, says. Gavin, if you considered a

- 56:24Lady Hawk and Labyrinth are top movies for Mooney.
- 56:29Yeah, I was tempted to watch Lady Hawk pretty recently.
- 56:33I I almost did it. I just I wasn't in the mood for
- 56:37the music. That's really what it boiled
- 56:39down to for me. If we could take Lady Hawk,
- 56:42let's just take Lady Hawk and D 80s.
- 56:46If I the music, it would be an all time classic.
- 56:50But with that music, man, it is. It's stuck right there in the
- 56:5480s. Now.
- 56:54I like visiting the 80s from time to time.
- 56:56I just could not do it. Anybody else answer any of the
- 57:02three questions? I you guys, you guys got to
- 57:07answer those three questions. That's OK.
- 57:08That's OK. We had a fun time together and I
- 57:10appreciate your comments. Oh, and yes, Batgirl, Sam
- 57:18Elliott and Tom Selleck, those might be the 2 greatest
- 57:22mustaches of all time. I mean, I mean, of all time,
