- 0:14Speaker: The funny thought I'm sharing about day and night, about the way our lives are structured and relegated to different increments we call our moments, our minutes, our hours, our days, how we categorize ourselves, how we place ourselves within constraints when what's really going on is a flowing momentum time of being aware.
- 0:48Speaker: It is what is.
- 0:50Speaker: It is not days or nights.
- 0:53Speaker: This is caused only by the rotation of our planet.
- 0:57Speaker: It could be like a moon where the planet doesn't turn at all.
- 1:02Speaker: And one side is bathed in light and the other eternally dark.
- 1:10Speaker: Remembering what's going on here is important.
- 1:13Speaker: It is a sign, a greater understanding of, a wider perspective in this encompassing universe we are a part.
- 1:25Speaker: Flowing is our way, awareness, allowing it to rise, flowing inside through one's dissemination of heat, one's flickering pulse, feeling this, feeling the undulation, when one feels it at multiple places, points of awareness, remembering one's breath, remembering kindness and understanding and wisdom of which all of these virtues...
- 2:05Speaker: one possesses, you possess, rising in your practice of being what we're talking about.
- 2:14Speaker: Being here now, a bundle of miracles, just being whom you are, but calling it out, humbled before the awe.
- 2:29Speaker: One can generate in themselves, thinking of this immensity of creation, what we are a part, our own DNA, our own evolution through this realm, this dimension, this universe, whatever it is that's going on.
- 2:53Speaker: Thankful for just having a place, a chance to experience this world.
- 3:00Speaker: Allowing oneself to feel in one's physical structure, one's physical foundation is another word.
- 3:10Speaker: Important for when we might be confused, pause and think of one's foundation.
- 3:17Speaker: Finding one's balance is another word.
- 3:22Speaker: Where am I now?
- 3:24Speaker: In my home, in the universe, and I am open to and receptive of all.
- 3:34Speaker: Please, in humility, help me.
- 3:39Speaker: This is a worthy goal, accept the universe is part of what's going on.
- 3:49Speaker: Because you are a nodal point.
- 3:51Speaker: We are, I, nodal points of energy.
- 3:55Speaker: So there are many things going on around us, simultaneously.
- 4:02Speaker: We don't have as much to say about these different things.
- 4:06Speaker: People, for instance, or pets, or environmental things, or whatever.
- 4:11Speaker: Everything is changing.
- 4:14Speaker: It is a matrix of activity constantly.
- 4:22Speaker: One needs to practice and bind themselves to a sense of being open and kind, understanding, to realize with compassion and empathy how simple yet how difficult all of this is.
- 4:43Speaker: Juggling and sifting through everything we do is amazing.
- 4:54Speaker: One must keep a firm reign, yoking as in a yogic expression, one's mind, one's brain.
- 5:09Speaker: For we keep adding complexity to what we can conceive.
- 5:16Speaker: And yet, we know from our own historical context we need be careful of what we say, do, and think.
- 5:26Speaker: This is what we're talking about.
- 5:29Speaker: If one thinks of themselves as a failure, what do you think will this imply and portend?
- 5:38Speaker: On the other hand, if one thinks of themselves as having the possibility of success, then the circumstances of these two different thoughts are not the same.
- 5:54Speaker: They can't be.
- 5:56Speaker: Nothing is.
- 5:57Speaker: But where one might have cowered and said no, the other hopeful, said yes, experience, attention, energy followed into this positivity.
- 6:17Speaker: This is in essence self-improvement.
- 6:21Speaker: Being here present.
- 6:27Speaker: In this environment, one finds themselves in, heat emanating from our muscular activities and being disseminated through our skin, feeling our skin, feeling not only its warmth, but whatever is around it, hair, clothes, air, breezes, activities.
- 6:53Speaker: Being alive and alert, being curious with a smile of joy, being kind, so very important.
- 7:08Speaker: To not be self-critical, but allowing things to be alright.
- 7:14Speaker: Yes, there are always improvements to be made, and we need be honest about what we're attempting to improve and where we are still failing to put more attention, practice into the realization of being open-minded and allowing the reception of thoughts coming from one's soul.
- 7:45Speaker: There is no question, there are many billions and trillions of experiences that make up your DNA.
- 7:55Speaker: You are not alone in this universe.
- 8:00Speaker: You are part.
- 8:03Speaker: And within the context of that part, human being, one calls themselves, there are an infinite number of inputs.
- 8:16Speaker: Listen, know thyself, to thine own self be true.
- 8:25Speaker: Pause.
- 8:27Speaker: Find your foundation, your breath, your pulse, your heat, your whole body shimmering in ecstatic, remembering whom we are.
- 8:44Speaker: Realization.
- 8:47Speaker: I am this, for we are.
- 8:51Speaker: And realizing we are being receptive enough to feel the vibrations of our own being alive.
- 9:04Speaker: And the nature of whatever environment we find ourselves in.
- 9:12Speaker: Positive improvement, practicing our goal being in awe.
- 9:22Speaker: Have a nice day, a great day.
- 9:27Speaker: The best in one's life.
- 9:30Speaker: Until tomorrow. namaste
