- 0:00Speaker: I seen all good people now.
- 0:02Speaker: Good to be alive.
- 0:11Speaker: Good to be here.
- 0:13Speaker: Good to be practicing.
- 0:14Speaker: We become better by practicing.
- 0:17Speaker: Practicing is what helps us cement our habits and change our ways.
- 0:24Speaker: And we have a lot of ignorance going on.
- 0:28Speaker: It is in everything.
- 0:30Speaker: It is actually in every way.
- 0:34Speaker: Because of what reason?
- 0:36Speaker: Because we take things for granted.
- 0:40Speaker: Indeed, we point out we have an ability to fathom, to conceive of, to have a sense of.
- 0:53Speaker: Less than one percent of the energies manifested in our universe in creation.
- 1:04Speaker: In fact, it's one thousandth of one percent of awareness.
- 1:11Speaker: So this leaves a lot undone.
- 1:15Speaker: And yet, because we are in a blissful state of lacking awareness, we don't comprehend, we don't even fathom these things because we don't miss what we have never, in essence, experienced.
- 1:36Speaker: But this is a major assumption we're making.
- 1:43Speaker: We're saying it is beyond us.
- 1:48Speaker: It may be very well we ignore what is in the presence of the electromagnetic spectrum, which is more closely the truth.
- 2:00Speaker: These events and this energy are (not) not occurring, it is we're not perceiving.
- 2:08Speaker: We're not retaining an awareness, a receptivity to what's also going on.
- 2:20Speaker: Similarly, to our breathing or our other bodily processes, our heart squeezing that are going on simultaneously, and many, many thousands of times every day.
- 2:44Speaker: And you already know the answer.
- 2:48Speaker: That we are blissfully unaware.
- 2:55Speaker: That's not a bad thing or a good thing, it's just a level of awareness to have.
- 3:02Speaker: Because that's what everything is.
- 3:05Speaker: The electromagnetic spectrum.
- 3:07Speaker: Again, extrasensory perception.
- 3:11Speaker: How sensitive is one to being open-minded, receptive, accepting of what is.
- 3:23Speaker: This is what we're talking about.
- 3:26Speaker: These concepts can seem alien when one has allowed oneself to be captivated by mankind's creations and determinations.
- 3:40Speaker: When we perceive so little of what is actually going on, we need be humbly open-minded to understand that which we seemingly have no clue about.
- 4:06Speaker: For instance, even oneself.
- 4:10Speaker: We like to think we have a semblance of control over our own beings, and we do.
- 4:21Speaker: We can help direct ourselves and help guide ourselves.
- 4:26Speaker: That's very true.
- 4:28Speaker: It is why practice, such as we're doing, is valuable because it helps build a routine, a suggestion to one's being, one's lesser and greater beings to coordinate and make this occur.
- 4:49Speaker: And yet everything in life is the same way in varying degrees, making each moment unique.
- 5:03Speaker: Fashioning one's direction on the primordial sea.
- 5:12Speaker: It is this way.
- 5:15Speaker: We think of ourselves as being whole, but we are only a part.
- 5:23Speaker: It is not you nor I that determine the beat of our hearts, the bellowing action of our lungs.
- 5:39Speaker: Actually, not very much of anything.
- 5:46Speaker: We exist as a layer in our minds, more or less.
- 5:52Speaker: What control over your body?
- 5:54Speaker: Do you feel you have?
- 5:56Speaker: Some, yeah.
- 5:58Speaker: Muscular, more or less.
- 6:01Speaker: But in essence, there are many things that you would question and wonder inside of yourself.
- 6:10Speaker: Is this my ability?
- 6:12Speaker: That my heart pulses like this, that I seemingly have an automatic action of breathing in, pausing, breathing out, and pausing again.
- 6:32Speaker: Do you think?
- 6:34Speaker: Do you come to a conclusion when you fathom that for nine months you were in your mother's stomach, in her womb.
- 6:49Speaker: this symbolic cell of life, and had any idea or fashion about what was occurring, of the dramatic creation from just one cell to a trillion.
- 7:15Speaker: How much control do you and I think we have?
- 7:24Speaker: This is a valuable question to think about, to ponder.
- 7:34Speaker: And I'm going to ask you to do that.
- 7:39Speaker: The music's continuing for another minute.
- 7:43Speaker: Have a fabulous day, remembering with kindness and humility your being all day as often as one can be.
