- 0:54SPEAKER_00: She works directly for Gary Vaynerchuck.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: She is the she runs the Vayner Experience Division of Vayner Media.

- 1:25SPEAKER_00: If you guys are new to the show or just joining, welcome.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: I am Dustin Brome, your host.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: This is the Massive Agent Podcast, which of course is the number one podcast on the planet that starts with the word massive.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: Hey, it's science.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: Like it just is.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: And so we're proud about that.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: I am the founder of the Massive Agent Society, MassiveAgent Society.com.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: Go check that out if you want to learn how to get more leads and become a Facebook ads master.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: I'm a national speaker, trainer, and coach for both real estate and mortgage companies.
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: I'm a realtor in Salt Lake City with EXP Realty and the co-founder of leadswebinar.com with my good friend Jason Frazier from The Agent Marketer.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: Okay, today is the day that we finally make the big announcement and tell you guys what we've been teasing, what we've been alluding to over these last few weeks on social media and our Instagram stories, uh something that you might have seen that we're calling the industry syndicate.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: It's time to make the announcement and we'll tell you what it is, who's involved, and why we're doing it, because this industry syndicate that we've put together, this is the first of its kind in the real estate industry.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: And I don't just mean for real estate agents.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: I mean any corner of the real estate world, like interior design, home decoration, uh or home decor, I guess they'd call it, uh, you know, home inspectors, insurance.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: Like this has not been done in the real estate industry until now, and we're proud to announce it right now.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: So over the last over the last month or so, uh I've I've teamed up with uh with two other founders of this thing, Jason Frazier and Phil Treadwell, who's the host of the Mortgage Marketing Expert Podcast.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: And we have been putting together a media network of other shows, podcasts, flash briefings, Facebook live shows, any show uh that is popular and that's hot and that's uh in line with you know the new school.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: Uh not old school thinking, not you know the the old school like you know crusty, uh, you know, dusty stuff.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Uh well, that's a weird explanation, but you know what I mean.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: Like the new school, the the if you're listening to this show, you're in the new school.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: So everyone there's a bunch of other shows out there in our industry that that are in line that but but they they talk to different audiences or they they have different spins on on the content they do.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: Well, we're teaming up with all of them.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: We we're putting together the industry's first media network called the Industry Syndicate.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: There are 15 shows involved, uh, and that's with uh with 12 different hosts and because some of us have podcasts and flash briefings.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: And so the way that this is going to work is uh the industry syndicate will be the the one-stop shop, one singular place, one singular organization for for great real estate content uh that is uh that you consume online.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: Okay, now we we looked at like you know, look at ABC and NBC in in TV, how you know their networks and they have all their shows, right?
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: And then in radio, you have Westwood One, you have Cumulus that have all their different radio shows that they syndicate, right?
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: Why don't we do that in the real estate industry?
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: Well, we just did.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: We already have.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: It's called the industry syndicate.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: The difference here is instead of us as the syndicate telling each show how how they can do it, who can who can be on the show, who can't, who can be their sponsor, who can't, how to, you know, creatively how to do their show, we have no interest in that.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: The reason why we're aligning with these shows and why we're teaming up with them is they already do a great job.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: And so they're doing their shows their way, full creative control.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: We just see a ton of power, not just for us as as show hosts, but for you guys as as the real estate industry to have one central place to go to find great real estate content and discover new stuff that that's similar to what you're already listening to.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: So we're going to have our own app for the industry, or sorry, for the industry syndicate.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be our own app.
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: All the shows are gonna have you know their content in there, it's gonna be kind of its own social network in a way, a way for you to connect with other people in this community.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: Think of how cool this is.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: Like my show has its own audience, uh, you know, Jason Fraser's show has its own audience, the other shows have their own audience, and now we're able to combine all these different communities into one in one central location.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be so powerful.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: And it you know, moving forward, podcasting, Alexa, all of that is just gonna be that much more powerful and that much more um that there's gonna be so much more content coming out, so many more people listening.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: There was a stat the other day that uh the day after Christmas, the Alexa app was the number one app in the app store because there were tens of millions of people in one day activating new devices.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: If that's not telling, I don't know like if that's if that's not all you need to know, I d uh I don't know what to do.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: I I don't know what to do to convince you that voice marketing is next.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: So uh you can go to the industry syndicate.com, industry syndicate.com, check out all the other shows that are involved.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: I'm super excited because today I finally get to make the announcement of who else is part of the industry syndicate moving forward.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: So we've got uh the mortgage marketing expert podcast hosted by Phil Treadwell, the Agent Marketer Podcast with Jason Frazier, the Agent Marketer Flash with Jason Fraser, that's his flash briefing, this Massive Agent Podcast, Massive Agent Minute, that's our Alexa Flash Briefing, the Modern Agent Podcast with Rick Gonzalez, Prime Real Estate with Justin Conico, R.E.C.
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: Experience with Jazz Takar up in uh Toronto, Canada, Agent Rise podcast, formerly known as the Onion Juice Podcast with Neil Mathwick, he's a part of this as well, the Technest podcast with Nate Smoyer, The Voice of Social Sales, Chelsea Pites, her podcast and her flash briefing by the same name, MindShare, the uh uh the MindShare podcast with David Greenspan, the Daily LO Life show, that's a Facebook Live show, a daily Facebook live show.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: He's also going to be doing a podcast and putting that out.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: That's hosted by Josh Pitts, and then the Real Estate Sessions podcast, hosted by Bill Ritter.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: So this is the Industry Syndicate.
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: If you guys haven't heard of these other shows, go to industry syndicate.com, check them out.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: There's links to all of the all of the shows, info about the host, what the show is about.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: You can connect with them, you can learn more about this industry syndicate, what it means, and and really you know why we're doing it.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: Because this is one of those things that I think could be such a great resource for the whole industry.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: I see it all the time in Facebook groups.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: Oh, you know, what are the best podcasts to listen to?
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: And you know, there's all these different people who recommend different things, and it's all just scattered.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: And it's all up to the iTunes uh search uh on who they say you should listen to.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: Well, we're creating our own resource and teaming up, we're all gonna be kind of cross-promoting each other and having each other as guests and and all of that.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: There's so much power in working together to build a massive media network within the real estate industry.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: And the shows that we have now, this is just the beginning.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: We're gonna be branching into other parts of the real estate industry, real estate investor shows.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: That's a huge segment of the real estate industry.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: Real estate investment, there's a home design, like uh all sorts of stuff that we're gonna be announcing soon.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: So go to industry syndicate.com, follow the industry syndicate on social media as well, look for uh all of the different hosts that are gonna be announcing this and what it means to them and how they're gonna be using it.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: Uh they're gonna be announcing it on their shows this week, you know, the first couple weeks of January, so go check them out.
- 8:56SPEAKER_00: But uh so stoked to announce this and super stoked to see uh kind of what it evolves to and what it becomes over the next 12 to 18 months.
- 9:04SPEAKER_00: Uh and before we get into the interview with Kim Garcia, the senior VP of Vayner Experience, which is so freaking cool that that he agreed to be on the show, uh next week we'll have an announcement about the Massive Agent Society and the changes coming there.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: We have uh some of the biggest issues people have had or biggest concerns is they're like, hey, I want to join the society, but my market's already taken.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: There's already someone who claimed my market I can't join now.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: Well, we're gonna solve that.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna encroach on them and you know what they what they own and and claim with their market, but we're gonna give an extra option that uh anyone in your market can do, including yourself.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: Um also some people have said they just want to be a part of a coaching program.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: They don't really care about the Facebook ads database, and you know, they don't want to pay one-on-one coaching prices.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: We have a solution for that as well.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: So stay tuned next week for more uh for the big changes coming to the Massive Agent Society.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: Go to MassiveAgent Society.com if you have not heard of it and you want to see what our uh Facebook ad database and lead gen coaching program is all about.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: Uh today we have Kim Garcia on the show.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: So excited for this because she is the she runs the show, Agent 2021, as you've heard me talk about that I'm speaking at on January 17th, Miami.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: She runs the show.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: This is her event.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: It's the second year they've done it.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: She works directly for and with Gary Vaynerchuck, and so uh we get to hear from the horse's mouth, so to speak, exactly what the event is, why it's different from other real estate conferences, why you should be there.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: Uh super excited for this interview, so let's get into it with Kim Garcia.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: All right, guys, we're sitting here with Kim Garcia, senior VP of Vayner Experience.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: She's been with Vayner Media for the last seven years, and she is the one uh basically spearheading Agent 2021 and all of the events that the Vayner Media does, which I having gone to VoiceCon in New York this last year, I know how you guys do amazing events.
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: So, Kim, welcome to the Mass Agent Podcast.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: How's it going?
- 11:06SPEAKER_01: Thank you, thank you.
- 11:07SPEAKER_01: Thanks for having me.
- 11:07SPEAKER_01: I'm so happy to be here, Dustin.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: I'm uh it's going really well.
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: Awesome, awesome.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we're super stoked to have you.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: I it's like a dream come true to have been selected to to speak at Agent 2021, and you know, we're just a couple weeks away, and so I wanted to bring you on and let you speak to the massive agent audience about the event, what it is, how it works, like why they should be there, why it's different from you know all the other real estate conferences that are out there, which there's like a thousand of them, maybe more.
- 11:38SPEAKER_02: There are.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: So so, real quick, can you tell us about Agent 2021 that's happening on January 17th in Miami?
- 11:47SPEAKER_01: Yep, no problem.
- 11:48SPEAKER_01: Um, so yeah, we're super excited.
- 11:50SPEAKER_01: So we're coming into our second year.
- 11:51SPEAKER_01: Um, last year, the inaugural year was with KickApp.
- 11:55SPEAKER_01: The response um real estate was actually our largest track.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: So the track, so Agent 2021 covers um real estate insurance.
- 12:03SPEAKER_01: We added mortgage this year, which is different than last year.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: We just had such a demand from mortgage brokers, obviously, it aligns with the other verticals, and then we have auto dealers as well.
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: Um, so that's that's one big change is we're including mortgage this year, which I think from from just like a biz dev and a networking perspective, I think is pretty important um to have them in the mix.
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: So excited about that.
- 12:23SPEAKER_01: That's actually a based on early ticket sales right now.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: Um, real estate and mortgage are actually our biggest, um, biggest uh attendee purchases.
- 12:31SPEAKER_01: So those should be a big track.
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: Um so yeah, I mean I think coming coming out of last year, um, we took a lot of feedback.
- 12:38SPEAKER_01: Um, thankfully, the the response is super positive.
- 12:41SPEAKER_01: So we made some we we made some improvements just based on a little bit of feedback that we had from last year, which you know, no uh no surprise, people wanted more Gary, so we will be giving them more Gary.
- 12:54SPEAKER_01: Um but so he he's gonna be doing, yeah, he's gonna be doing the opening keynote with Matt Higgins.
- 13:00SPEAKER_01: Um Matt Higgins is uh Shark uh on Shark Tank.
- 13:05SPEAKER_01: He's also a huge uh just sort of entrepreneur, self-starter, um, works for Stephen Ross, um, who owns the Dolphins and the stadium and all that good stuff.
- 13:16SPEAKER_01: He is an incredible, he has an incredible story.
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: So I think it's gonna be really interesting for attendees to hear his story.
- 13:21SPEAKER_01: He is like the true definition of hustle.
- 13:23SPEAKER_01: So it'll be really fun to hear um Gary and him sort of share the stage and talk about their journey.
- 13:30SPEAKER_01: Um and then we we actually are announcing today an uh another keynote which will happen during the lunch hour.
- 13:37SPEAKER_01: Um I'm incredibly, incredibly excited.
- 13:40SPEAKER_01: Um in fact, I don't know if I should even say who it is.
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: Uh let me see.
- 13:47SPEAKER_01: I guess by the time, I guess by the time this airs, your uh your listeners will uh I guess will be um will be aware potentially.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: Um but he is part of he's a Florida native, which I'm stoked about.
- 14:03SPEAKER_01: Um he is he currently lives in Harlem.
- 14:07SPEAKER_01: Um he's going to be hosting a show on um on Vice Land.
- 14:13SPEAKER_01: His name is John Henry, uh, and he has also an incredible story.
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: He was Forbes 30 under 30, he's part of Ebony's Power 100, he is now a partner at Harlem Capital, um, which is an early stage VC firm.
- 14:28SPEAKER_01: Um and his his show on Vice Land is actually called uh The Hustle, which so it falls in line with sort of the Vayner, uh the Vayner ethos, if you will.
- 14:37SPEAKER_01: Um so he's he's gonna be doing our lunchtime keynote, and then Gary's gonna close out the day.
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: So we're sort of gonna get two um attendees, we'll get sort of two uh more inspirational um uh speeches from Gary, and then John Henry will be in the middle, which will be awesome.
- 14:54SPEAKER_01: Um so in addition to that, yeah.
- 14:56SPEAKER_01: So in addition to that, um we're going to Facebook is gonna be back for their second year.
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: They're building on their presence last year.
- 15:03SPEAKER_01: Last year, um, attendees slam the Facebook lounge, which was incredible.
- 15:07SPEAKER_01: It was the the hunger for education from our attendees is is so important at this event.
- 15:14SPEAKER_01: And um, so Facebook is bringing Instagram and they're also going to be doing uh bring a blueprint on site.
- 15:21SPEAKER_01: So um there will be Instagram Story School, which if you've listened to anything Gary has said probably in the last year, Instagram Stories right now is your probably greatest investment in terms of ROI on social.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: So um Instagram's gonna be leading sessions um across all industries.
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: So in each of the industry's tracks, Instagram Stories uh will be a dedicated uh panel.
- 15:43SPEAKER_01: And then we'll have another.
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: Wow, that's right.
- 15:49SPEAKER_01: That's right.
- 15:49SPEAKER_01: So it's the yeah, it's the only, it's the only panel um across all four industries that is led by a partner.
- 15:56SPEAKER_01: Um in all of our other sort of panel and industry topics, we have a a Vayner representative because we want to always make sure that we have our Wayner POV within the education piece.
- 16:07SPEAKER_01: And then we we obviously bring on speakers and partners um to do the rest.
- 16:10SPEAKER_01: But this Instagram stories is the one dedicated um Instagram only um led panel for all four industries.
- 16:18SPEAKER_01: So that's gonna be it's gonna be incredibly insightful.
- 16:20SPEAKER_01: They're gonna do creative best practices, they're gonna give strategy, they're gonna obviously talk about the the uh the paid media product.
- 16:28SPEAKER_01: So it's gonna be incredibly insightful.
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: And then in addition to that, they're gonna have an on-site cabana.
- 16:32SPEAKER_01: Um, we're having partner cabanas um on the field this year.
- 16:37SPEAKER_01: And so they're gonna be they're gonna have a massive presence there, which will be really nice.
- 16:40SPEAKER_01: So attendees will get that one-on-one time with them to ask direct questions about challenges they may be having with the platforms in general.
- 16:47SPEAKER_01: So I'm really excited about that.
- 16:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so it's nice that they're they're building on last year.
- 16:52SPEAKER_01: They just saw a ton of value, and they were like, you know what, this is they they have an incredible small business group, so they really want to obviously help educate um attendees.
- 17:01SPEAKER_01: So that is gonna be excited.
- 17:03SPEAKER_01: And then also we we heard from last year's attendees that they wanted more sort of networking and biz dev opportunities.
- 17:10SPEAKER_01: I think last year, um, and and similarly this year, to be honest with you, our whole goal for this event is to educate.
- 17:17SPEAKER_01: Um, and so last year we were really focused on the education piece, and we had, you know, we had attendees in um sessions pretty much throughout the entire day.
- 17:26SPEAKER_01: It was like start to finish with a few um keynotes mixed in.
- 17:30SPEAKER_01: This year, we've added in a bit more networking opportunities.
- 17:33SPEAKER_01: So the day before the event, which this is also something we heard from attendees, is they just wanted it, they wanted a night or an evening or a few hours to get to know other attendees and um do sort of a kickoff.
- 17:43SPEAKER_01: So the night before we're doing a VIP dinner for VIP ticket holders for Gary, uh, which Gary is hosting.
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: Um, it's very small.
- 17:50SPEAKER_01: We're keeping it limited so that everyone gets their time with Gary to ask, you know, direct questions of him.
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: Um so it's it's being capped at 75.
- 18:01SPEAKER_01: Um, so those are strictly for VIP ticket holders.
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: And then for general admission ticket holders, we're gonna have an opening night reception for, and that's obviously for all attendees and speakers that are welcome to attend that.
- 18:14SPEAKER_01: And that will give an opportunity just you know to have folks mix and mingle before they jump into the event the following day.
- 18:20SPEAKER_01: Um, and then on yeah, and then on event day, obviously kicks off.
- 18:24SPEAKER_01: So I think one differentiator from from this conference as opposed to other conferences, A, we're obviously focused specifically on social and digital.
- 18:33SPEAKER_01: I think you know, Vayner Media as a whole and Gary, if you've if you listen to them, under really understand where consumer attention is.
- 18:40SPEAKER_01: And currently consumer attention is within the social and and digital world.
- 18:45SPEAKER_01: So um we are specifically focused on those, like how to build your personal brand within within social media, how do you leverage the media ads, what are creative best practices that you should be thinking about as you're developing your creative for storytelling?
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: So I think we are solely focused on that.
- 19:02SPEAKER_01: We want to make sure that um especially these industries which have been slower to adopt um in the past digital practices really can learn and walk away with the tools that they need to start implementing.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: And and I I think what all what is also different, I think a lot of um conferences now that are happening are much more inspirational.
- 19:24SPEAKER_01: I think that it you know they're much more of like a kick in the ass, which is great.
- 19:28SPEAKER_01: Like I think that you know, you need that in your life and you need that in your in your business practice.
- 19:33SPEAKER_01: And so you you go into these events and you sort of get that kick in the ass, but then it's the what's next.
- 19:38SPEAKER_01: And no one really knows what to do after they leave other than they feel great and they feel inspired to do something, but they just don't know what it is that they need to be doing.
- 19:45SPEAKER_01: And so we hope to fill that gap.
- 19:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we hope to fill that gap.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: And and not to mention, like you can you can follow Gary and you you you can follow John Henry and you're gonna get the inspiration that you need for free.
- 19:55SPEAKER_01: You don't need to buy an$800 ticket, right?
- 19:58SPEAKER_01: So we want to make sure that people are walking away with like very, very specific um tools to start implementing immediately.
- 20:05SPEAKER_01: And we have amazing case studies from last year that I'm excited that we're gonna be sharing on site.
- 20:10SPEAKER_01: Um, so we're excited about that.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: So, and then additionally, we heard from attendees last year that they wanted more Vayner Media.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: So we obviously have a ton of speakers on all of our panels, but they wanted more one-on-one time with the Vayner Media senior leaders.
- 20:22SPEAKER_01: So we're we'll we're gonna be programming cabana this year.
- 20:24SPEAKER_01: So Lindsay Blum, who is uh ahead of Vayner Talent, where she works with um, she works with thought leaders on building their personal brands, sort of the Gary Vee model.
- 20:35SPEAKER_01: Um she's gonna be leading a session within um within the Vayner Media Cabana, um, really going one-on-one with attendees on how they can they can grow their personal brands.
- 20:43SPEAKER_01: And then we're also gonna have uh Steve Babcock, who's our chief creative officer leading creative sessions um during the networking break.
- 20:50SPEAKER_01: So there's gonna be a lot more sort of interaction with Wayner, interaction with with Gary, but then also just like much more programming, I think.
- 20:58SPEAKER_01: Um last year it was a little bit loose in our lounge, and I think we want to we want to tighten that up just based on feedback from from attendees.
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: So and then the level of speaker this year.
- 21:05SPEAKER_01: I mean, we had I I was like amazed at the level of speaker we had in year one, only because like the like like I mentioned earlier, these industries are sort of slower to adopt.
- 21:15SPEAKER_01: So to find experts in the space is a little bit challenging, to be honest with you.
- 21:19SPEAKER_01: Um and we we had an incredible range of speakers last year.
- 21:23SPEAKER_01: I think you know, from a diversity perspective, from a gender perspective, those are really things that we're mindful of.
- 21:28SPEAKER_01: We want to we want to make sure that we're including all different sorts of POVs.
- 21:32SPEAKER_01: Um and so this year we've really leveled that up, and I'm excited about the the range of speakers that we have this year.
- 21:39SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be it's gonna be an incredible learning experience for everybody that attends.
- 21:42SPEAKER_01: And I really do believe that this is probably one of the the conferences that you will receive the most value from.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: Well, if uh excuse me, if VoiceCon was any indicator of what this event's gonna be like, I would say yeah.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: Um I've gotta say you guys did such an awesome job with.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: That and it's uh it's one of those conferences that I because I've been to a bunch of conferences, and you know, I speak at Inmin, and you know, I think uh what's awesome about here too is you guys aren't competing with Inmin over the past time, which is cool.
- 22:14SPEAKER_00: Um, but Inmin and like NAR and all these like traditional real estate and mortgage conferences, they're like I said, they're they're very light on the tactics, very light on the education and more on inspiration, or just like, hey, here you can do these two things.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: We're not gonna tell you how to do them, but you can go do these two things.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: But the value is in the networking at those events.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: And that's I think what brings people back.
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: So the fact that you guys are doing the tactics of getting down into the details and having more networking, uh, I think it's gonna be amazing.
- 22:46SPEAKER_00: So I'm excited for that.
- 22:47SPEAKER_00: And you mentioned the cabanas on the field.
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: If you guys don't know, this event is at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, which is where the Miami Dolphins play.
- 22:57SPEAKER_00: So that's gonna be cool.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: And it's snowing here in Salt Lake City, so it's gonna be nice to get into Miami weather.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: Um that's right.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: Man, I'm I'm excited for this.
- 23:07SPEAKER_00: You you do a good job of uh painting a picture of what it's gonna be like.
- 23:10SPEAKER_01: So um Yeah, Miami in January is always a good idea.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: Yes, yes, it's it's not dumb.
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: Uh that's what I thought.
- 23:19SPEAKER_00: So uh I mentioned VoiceCon and I really quick, like I just wanted to give you this feedback on it.
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: VoiceCon was one of those events that really changed uh that changed the course of my business uh and my vision uh in a positive way.
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: So I went in there having launched this podcast in January of 2018.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: So I already had the podcast up and running for what, four or five months?
- 23:41SPEAKER_00: That was in May, right?
- 23:42SPEAKER_00: In New York City.
- 23:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 23:45SPEAKER_00: That seems like two years ago.
- 23:47SPEAKER_00: It's amazing how funny.
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: But I went in there with a podcast, and I'm like, ooh, I'm already doing the voice marketing thing.
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: I have the podcast, you know, like that was kind of my subconscious thinking.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: And then you get people from DiAcio, the alpha, you know, the the Spirits Company and Chase Bank and like and Google and all these people, they're like, oh no, then there's their skills, there's flash briefings.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: Google will will pretty soon be having uh audio results in the search results pages.
- 24:13SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, oh my God, I've got to do a flash briefing.
- 24:16SPEAKER_00: And I launched the flash briefing uh uh the very next week after I got home from New York.
- 24:21SPEAKER_00: And it worked.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, thank you.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: It it was just very tactical, so it taught me how to do it and and why I should do it all events.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and you guys don't skimp.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: You don't skimp at your events on the food and and just everything.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: Like it some conferences you go and they just have a bunch of boxes stacked up with turkey sandwiches in it.
- 24:40SPEAKER_00: It you guys don't do that.
- 24:42SPEAKER_01: No, it's so funny that you mentioned that because that's actually a big so that's always a conversation we have going into the planning.
- 24:49SPEAKER_01: Is I, you know, obviously Vayner Experience is concerned about the experience of the attendee, but that is a big differentiator, and we've heard that from a lot of our attendees, is that wow, when we're going to one of your events, like there is there's really great food.
- 25:03SPEAKER_01: We want people to feel like you know, they're getting they're getting their money's worth, to be honest with you, and they're they're they're feeling fulfilled.
- 25:09SPEAKER_01: I hate going to conferences and like having to be stuck with a box lunch and and you don't have the fuel that you need to actually digest the information that's being thrown at you.
- 25:18SPEAKER_01: So yeah, that's a big piece of it.
- 25:20SPEAKER_01: So I appreciate you calling that out.
- 25:21SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 25:22SPEAKER_00: And you know, it's when you see that foods included, you're like, okay, cool, I don't need to worry about food, and then then you're like, oh, it's a box lunch, that's awesome.
- 25:30SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 25:31SPEAKER_00: Some people don't want it, some people don't eat it, and you know, so that's cool.
- 25:35SPEAKER_00: So Kim, you've been with Vayner, Vayner Media for like seven years, and and uh crazy.
- 25:43SPEAKER_01: And I'm longest job I've ever had, by the way.
- 25:46SPEAKER_01: Is it really?
- 25:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: Well that speaks volume.
- 25:49SPEAKER_01: I'm usually like three, yeah, I'm usually like a three year and then out, two to three years and then out because I just get bored.
- 25:55SPEAKER_01: So yeah, I know this that I mean being at a job this long does speak volumes to obviously Gary and and the the agency that he's built, for sure.
- 26:04SPEAKER_00: That's so cool.
- 26:05SPEAKER_00: So how did you it most of this audience I think are are definitely Gary V fans or they know who Gary V is, which I'm sure you're used to now, is everyone's like, oh, look Gary V.
- 26:16SPEAKER_00: Um, but because he's he's just a very impactful, powerful presence, and and he's a mentor from afar for me and for many, many others.
- 26:24SPEAKER_00: What is it like working for Vayner?
- 26:27SPEAKER_00: What's it like with Gary Vaynerchuk as a boss?
- 26:29SPEAKER_00: What is, you know, tell us about that, because I think that's interesting.
- 26:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 26:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah, totally.
- 26:34SPEAKER_01: So it's funny.
- 26:35SPEAKER_01: I I was actually, I was working at the Orange Bowl committee um prior, well, actually two jobs prior to Beiner Media, and somebody um uh like a marketing consultant that I had um I had met down there virtually introduced me to Gary.
- 26:50SPEAKER_01: So he we were talking about social media.
- 26:52SPEAKER_01: I was a very, very early adopter um on Twitter.
- 26:56SPEAKER_01: So I think I was like 2005 Twitter, but I really just saw like social media as a marketing channel, even in those early days.
- 27:02SPEAKER_01: And so I always had an interest in in sort of um the power of the platforms.
- 27:08SPEAKER_01: And so I started following Gary on on Twitter because I, you know, someone had mentioned him to me, and at that point there were not that many people on Twitter.
- 27:14SPEAKER_01: So I started following him, and I also have an interest in wine, which he was uh at that point doing a lot of wine stuff.
- 27:21SPEAKER_01: Um, so started following him, and then fast forward, um, I moved on to Discovery Channel following the Orange Bowl and um was there for a couple of years and then moved over to uh lead Discovery Channel's marketing efforts for a bunch of their shows.
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: Um, Shark Week was one of them.
- 27:39SPEAKER_01: It was obviously still, yeah, it was still like pretty early days social, but you know, Facebook was was starting to have like real chops in terms of marketing.
- 27:48SPEAKER_01: And so I started a push, you know, my CMO was was great at the time.
- 27:53SPEAKER_01: He um was super supportive and really trusted my gut.
- 27:56SPEAKER_01: So was was allowing me to explore, you know, how we could use social to to sort of promote Shark Week and some of the other shows that I was working on.
- 28:05SPEAKER_01: Um, and so at that point, I think I I'd seen that Gary tweeted out I'm launching an agency with my brother.
- 28:11SPEAKER_01: And so I was in New York for an event and I just cold called him and was like, hey, I'm I'm doing this thing.
- 28:17SPEAKER_01: Can we meet for 30 minutes and see if there's a way for us to work together?
- 28:21SPEAKER_01: And at that point, 30 minutes, uh I mean, I don't think I it would be really hard to get 30 minutes with him these days, but I I was able to carve out 30 minutes with them and we hacked together a scope.
- 28:29SPEAKER_01: And so I actually started off as his client.
- 28:32SPEAKER_01: Um, he he and his brother um were really my day-to-day contacts for a while.
- 28:38SPEAKER_01: They worked on Shark Week, Moonshiners, um, Gold Rush is a bunch of our the shows that I was working on.
- 28:43SPEAKER_01: Oh, I love Gold Rushes.
- 28:45SPEAKER_02: That was my show back in the day.
- 28:47SPEAKER_01: Oh, really?
- 28:48SPEAKER_01: That's so funny.
- 28:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I love that.
- 28:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that was a big, big one for me.
- 28:52SPEAKER_01: Um I actually I I went up to the Yukon and we did a shoot up there with all with all the guys.
- 28:58SPEAKER_01: They're great guys.
- 28:59SPEAKER_01: Um so anyway, so yeah, so we so I started off as a client and then six months later, uh Discovery moved me to LA.
- 29:08SPEAKER_01: Um, around that time, Gary was um starting to to flirt with the idea of opening a San Francisco office.
- 29:14SPEAKER_01: And so he reached out and just said, Hey, like, are do you have any interest in coming over to the agency side and and sort of leading those efforts for me?
- 29:22SPEAKER_01: So it's funny because at that point in my career I started thinking about, okay, like I've worked for big, I've worked for big brands.
- 29:29SPEAKER_01: I've always I always felt like I was sort of the nudge, like, why aren't we doing this or we should be doing more of this, and this is like smarter?
- 29:35SPEAKER_01: Like really, I was like that person that was always kind of pushing my senior leaders or just thinking about things differently.
- 29:41SPEAKER_01: And so I was getting a point in my career, I was like, you know what, if like if I think I'm so entrepreneurial or I think I'm so innovative, like going to work for this guy is really gonna like test my chops there.
- 29:51SPEAKER_01: So I made a I made a decision for me as a as a professional.
- 29:56SPEAKER_01: Um, and I was also five months pregnant, so really not the greatest time to be jumping to a startup.
- 30:03SPEAKER_01: Um, but I you know, he hired me five months pregnant.
- 30:06SPEAKER_01: We moved to San Francisco, and the you know, I've been with him since.
- 30:10SPEAKER_01: Um for the for the majority of my time at Wayner, up until I until I launched Wiener Experience, I was overseeing our entertainment division.
- 30:17SPEAKER_01: So I built out our entertainment um team to about 60 plus employees that focused on creative strategy, um, analytics, media buying, planning, um, for TV networks, movie launches, sports, all that good stuff.
- 30:34SPEAKER_01: So I did that for the majority of my time at Viener and then most recently obviously launched Vienna Experience two years ago.
- 30:40SPEAKER_01: But uh working for Gary is, you know, he's the best boss I've ever had.
- 30:45SPEAKER_01: He um is incredibly supportive, he's incredibly um trustful.
- 30:51SPEAKER_01: Um he like pushes you, he he unders, I he understands people really well, and I think he like figures out how to push you in a way that aligns with uh a positive response.
- 31:01SPEAKER_01: So I think what you see is what you get.
- 31:04SPEAKER_01: I uh for anybody that is a Gary V fan, he is pretty true to what you see.
- 31:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah, he obviously dials it up and at times um to make certain points, but uh for the most part, that's that's who he is.
- 31:16SPEAKER_01: He's a very, very kind person.
- 31:18SPEAKER_01: Um he treats me as a person, not just as an employee, which I think is obviously important.
- 31:24SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, we do like like any company, we do uh, you know, check-ins.
- 31:28SPEAKER_01: He and I do check-ins and he's always, you know, asking about my family first, um, really thinks about like what's gonna fulfill me as a person, not just as an employee of his.
- 31:39SPEAKER_01: And I think that's a huge differentiator for for me in terms of working for somebody or CEO.
- 31:45SPEAKER_01: Um, but yeah, he's he's been he's he's the greatest mentor I could have possibly have imagined or stumbled upon.
- 31:51SPEAKER_01: And I feel very fortunate to work for him.
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: You know, from afar, he he just seems like one of those like once-in-a-lifetime, once in a generation uh people, like personalities and leaders.
- 32:02SPEAKER_00: And it and so it's super cool that he's documenting everything because we get to see uh what seems like a large portion of what you're talking about and and to learn from that, which is amazing.
- 32:13SPEAKER_00: So it it's uh yeah, I'm just super uh blessed and grateful that uh that I get to be a part of this agent 2021 and kind of see how you guys do things behind the scenes and just be a part of the whole uhyner ecosystem for a year.
- 32:28SPEAKER_00: It's uh it's it's humbling.
- 32:30SPEAKER_00: So I appreciate the the opportunity for that.
- 32:33SPEAKER_00: And um Yeah, of course, you earned it.
- 32:35SPEAKER_00: Well, thank you.
- 32:36SPEAKER_00: There's there's like what six or eight of us speakers that rented a house just uh what like five minutes away from the stadium.
- 32:43SPEAKER_00: And so that's gonna be kidding, is that right?
- 32:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 32:46SPEAKER_00: So that's gonna be fun.
- 32:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 32:49SPEAKER_00: And uh, you know, coming in uh coming in Tuesday.
- 32:53SPEAKER_00: Um let me see here.
- 32:55SPEAKER_00: So anyone who's not yet registered for Agent 2021, and it it's first off, it's January 17th in Miami at Hard Rock Stadium.
- 33:06SPEAKER_00: Uh how can they go how can they get tickets?
- 33:09SPEAKER_00: How can they go register for that?
- 33:10SPEAKER_00: First off, are there still tickets available?
- 33:13SPEAKER_01: There are still tickets available.
- 33:15SPEAKER_01: Um yes, there are very few VIP tickets available.
- 33:20SPEAKER_01: So I would say if you want that VIP experience, which is obviously dinner with Gary the night before, VIP um registration, priority seating, all of that good sort of the all the good stuff that comes along with a VIP um package, I would say get those.
- 33:36SPEAKER_01: Um, but I think what's also fun about this event, which you know you asked me earlier about a differentiator, I think most conferences don't have a videographer package, but because we like respect the Gary V model of content and understand that that's like an important part to personal brand building.
- 33:52SPEAKER_01: To your point, he documents everything and it's fun to sort of watch the journey.
- 33:56SPEAKER_01: Um, we offer a videographer package with all of our general mission and VIP tickets.
- 34:00SPEAKER_01: So if you want to buy tickets, go to agent2021.com.
- 34:04SPEAKER_01: Um, and then if you're a listener for today, if you want to receive um nearly 20% off your ticket, enter the code MASSIVEAGENT and you'll receive that 20% off discount on all of all the ticket packages.
- 34:17SPEAKER_01: So whether you're coming in a general mission or you want to do your general mission plus your videographer pass, whatever that is, you'll get 20% off using the Massive Agent discount code.
- 34:27SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
- 34:28SPEAKER_00: Well, I appreciate you doing that for the peeps.
- 34:30SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
- 34:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 34:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah, of course.
- 34:32unknown: Of course.
- 34:32SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
- 34:33SPEAKER_00: So what's next for Vayner Experience?
- 34:35SPEAKER_00: Any events coming up that you can talk about or digest yet?
- 34:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean, we're so we're we're dabbling a little bit.
- 34:43SPEAKER_01: We always have a little bit of a presence at CES, which is a consumer electronics show in Vegas.
- 34:48SPEAKER_01: Um it's a big marketing event.
- 34:50SPEAKER_01: Um, so we'll be we'll be hosting some dinners there.
- 34:53SPEAKER_01: We're also um working on some uh the Can Lion Festival is another marketing event that we usually have a pretty decent presence at.
- 35:01SPEAKER_01: So we're working through some some some stuff there.
- 35:03SPEAKER_01: And then of course VoiceCon will come back.
- 35:06SPEAKER_01: Um and so we're starting the planning on VoiceCon.
- 35:09SPEAKER_01: It'll it'll be back in New York.
- 35:11SPEAKER_01: Um, so we're starting that.
- 35:13SPEAKER_01: And then uh we also do a ton of brand work, which you know I I'm obviously always talking about these own own sort of owned and operated proprietary events, um, but we do we have a lot of brand clients that have come to Vayner for social and digital services that are now looking to extend that experience through experiential.
- 35:30SPEAKER_01: And so we we have um a bunch of our brands that we're working on as well that we have by is a is a big client of ours, the Juice Company.
- 35:38SPEAKER_01: And so um we're working on some stuff for them.
- 35:40SPEAKER_01: So yeah, we stay busy.
- 35:42SPEAKER_01: We're a lean and mean team.
- 35:43SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
- 35:44SPEAKER_00: That's really cool.
- 35:45SPEAKER_00: How big is the Vayner Experience Division?
- 35:48SPEAKER_01: We so our call team is three people.
- 35:52SPEAKER_01: Um but we obviously have support.
- 35:54SPEAKER_01: Um, so we leverage Gary's team um for Creative, and um we have a media buying team that that we leverage um with that's within the agency.
- 36:03SPEAKER_01: So sort of all of the day-to-day work is done by by three three people, and then um we leverage all of the internal resources that we have at hand.
- 36:11SPEAKER_00: Wow, you are leaning mean, that's fantastic.
- 36:14SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 36:16SPEAKER_00: Impressive as hell, too.
- 36:17SPEAKER_00: Jesus.
- 36:18SPEAKER_01: It's actually kind of funny because like people will be like, oh, I was speaking to somebody on your social media pages, and I'm like, yeah, that was one of us.
- 36:27SPEAKER_01: Don't worry about it.
- 36:28SPEAKER_01: Like, we're we're covering community management, we're covering you know, strategy and creative.
- 36:33SPEAKER_01: So it's it's always funny when people think that there's like this broad, huge team working to support these events, and it's no, it's really us.
- 36:40SPEAKER_01: You can guarantee you've talked to one of us.
- 36:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I know.
- 36:43SPEAKER_00: That was the impression I had, but that means you're doing a good job, you you know.
- 36:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, thank you.
- 36:48SPEAKER_01: And we and we obviously like leverage a ton of great partners.
- 36:51SPEAKER_01: Like we have a production partner that helps on on the production of our events, um, a Miami-based company that I used to work with at the Orange Bowl Company, they're at the Orange Bowl, and they're wonderful.
- 37:00SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, we obviously enlist a ton of partners to support us, um, which we're thankful for.
- 37:07SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
- 37:07SPEAKER_00: I just want to uh I really want to encourage everybody listening.
- 37:12SPEAKER_00: If you guys, if there's any way in hell that you can make it to Miami on January 17th for this event, do it.
- 37:19SPEAKER_00: Whether you're a realtor, a loan officer, a mortgage broker, a mortgage exec, uh, you know, you run a brokerage, be there because look, I've been to Inmin, I've been to uh, you know, a bunch of different real estate conferences, and they're all pretty much the same.
- 37:32SPEAKER_00: And I'm not saying that they're not worth going to, but they're the they're the same in that they're high-level stuff.
- 37:39SPEAKER_00: Like they talk about, you know, you could do a few of these things, they don't really get into it.
- 37:43SPEAKER_00: People keep going back just because they're friends are there at the networking.
- 37:47SPEAKER_00: And it's you know, there's not there's not a whole lot of depth to it.
- 37:52SPEAKER_00: But age of 2021 is like you guys don't give a shit about anything that isn't current.
- 37:58SPEAKER_00: Like some of these other conferences, but they're still talking about why you you know, why you should start a Facebook page.
- 38:05SPEAKER_00: And like how to have sessions on like how to have better direct mail campaigns and stuff like that.
- 38:13SPEAKER_00: And that's like cool if that's what you're looking for, but you guys only care about what is working right now and what's going to work for the next, you know, the next 12 months or whatever.
- 38:22SPEAKER_00: So it's it's as current of information as you could possibly get.
- 38:26SPEAKER_00: And you get into the details with tactics and the whole experience of it all.
- 38:30SPEAKER_00: So, guys, go get a ticket if you haven't yet, because like Kim said, there's there's not a lot of them left.
- 38:37SPEAKER_00: And I will be speaking on the mortgage track about content marketing and how to build a brand on uh with content marketing, which is gonna be happening in the morning of the 17th.
- 38:47SPEAKER_00: So be there for that.
- 38:49SPEAKER_00: Um Kim, so you've mentioned New York and VoiceCon's gonna be there again, which is awesome.
- 38:55SPEAKER_00: Any any excuse for me to get to New York, I'm there.
- 38:59SPEAKER_00: Uh VoiceCon last year was the first time I'd ever been to New York, and I'm obsessed with that.
- 39:03SPEAKER_01: Oh nice.
- 39:04SPEAKER_00: It it there's something about New York that just like like to me, it's better.
- 39:08SPEAKER_00: I'd rather go there than Bora Bora, which is weird.
- 39:11SPEAKER_00: And to you that would probably be a little bit as long as that guy.
- 39:14SPEAKER_00: But yeah.
- 39:15SPEAKER_00: Um so I'm excited for that.
- 39:17SPEAKER_00: Uh quick travel tip.
- 39:19SPEAKER_00: Where do you fly into?
- 39:20SPEAKER_00: Where's the best place to fly into if you're going into Midtown or uh you know that?
- 39:24SPEAKER_01: I go JFK always.
- 39:25SPEAKER_00: Really?
- 39:26SPEAKER_01: I always go JFK.
- 39:27SPEAKER_01: LaGuardia is kind of a mess, to be honest with you.
- 39:29SPEAKER_01: It's going through a whole like renovation, it's kind of a mess.
- 39:31SPEAKER_01: I always go JFK.
- 39:33SPEAKER_01: I I also love Jet Blue, which flies into JFK.
- 39:36SPEAKER_01: So um, yeah, that's that's usually my that's my airport.
- 39:40SPEAKER_01: Pretty easy.
- 39:41SPEAKER_00: Cool.
- 39:42SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 39:42SPEAKER_00: I uh I'm flying into LaGuardia for Inmin at the end of January, so that'll be interesting.
- 39:47SPEAKER_00: I've never flown in there before, but it looks like a cluster, but we'll uh hopefully.
- 39:51SPEAKER_01: It is a little bit of a mess.
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 39:53SPEAKER_01: You'll be fine.
- 39:54SPEAKER_01: You'll be fine.
- 39:55SPEAKER_01: You'll muscle through it.
- 39:55SPEAKER_01: It'll get you in the right mindset for New York, you know?
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 39:59SPEAKER_00: Well, Kim, thank you so much for being on the show.
- 40:02SPEAKER_00: Uh before we go, I have some some questions, some like either-or rapid-fire questions that I like to ask every guest.
- 40:08SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 40:09SPEAKER_00: You know, so hopefully you studied up and prepared for this one because it's early.
- 40:13SPEAKER_02: Oh boy.
- 40:15SPEAKER_00: So uh I'm just gonna go through the list, tell me one or the other, and uh, you know, if you want to elaborate on some cool, but you don't have to.
- 40:24SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 40:24unknown: Okay.
- 40:25SPEAKER_00: Facebook or Instagram?
- 40:27SPEAKER_00: Instagram.
- 40:28SPEAKER_00: Instagram or Snapchat?
- 40:30SPEAKER_01: Instagram.
- 40:31SPEAKER_00: Book or podcast?
- 40:33SPEAKER_01: So I would say both.
- 40:35SPEAKER_01: Booked is usually for me like a lighter type of digestion of information.
- 40:41SPEAKER_01: So beach reads, like really kind of like fun thrillers.
- 40:45SPEAKER_01: Um, I would say podcasting is a great time saver.
- 40:48SPEAKER_01: So I try to digest all of my like business and information, health and wellness through podcasting.
- 40:54SPEAKER_01: Um, so so really both, I guess.
- 40:57SPEAKER_01: Um I do I don't do digital reads, so I do like to I like to hold a book and flip pages.
- 41:03SPEAKER_01: No, I like to flip, I feel, you know what it is?
- 41:06SPEAKER_01: Like when I finish a book, and I guess I used to read a ton before my daughter was born, and I've I've gotten back into reading.
- 41:13SPEAKER_01: I feel productive when I finish a book.
- 41:15SPEAKER_01: And I don't know that I don't have the same satisfaction that I would feel if I like read it digitally for whatever reason.
- 41:21SPEAKER_01: I don't know what it is, but I it feels like also I do uh everything like work-related for me is digital, so it feels like a little bit of a a pleasure to finish a book.
- 41:31SPEAKER_00: I can see that.
- 41:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I kind of get that sense of accomplishment when you when you find finally finish off a book and you close it.
- 41:38SPEAKER_00: There's something about sound.
- 41:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 41:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I love it.
- 41:43SPEAKER_00: iPhone or Android.
- 41:45SPEAKER_01: Oh, iPhone for sure.
- 41:47SPEAKER_00: Definitely.
- 41:48SPEAKER_00: Alexa or Google Home.
- 41:50SPEAKER_01: Alexa.
- 41:52SPEAKER_00: Burgers or pizza?
- 41:55SPEAKER_01: Pizza.
- 41:56SPEAKER_01: Uh pizza is my death row dinner.
- 41:59SPEAKER_01: Like, if I'm on death row, I'm going pizza and champagne.
- 42:02SPEAKER_01: That is my dinner.
- 42:03SPEAKER_01: There's a pizza for every occasion.
- 42:06SPEAKER_01: It is my most favorite is my anniversary dinner every year.
- 42:09SPEAKER_01: Pizza and champagne.
- 42:10SPEAKER_01: That's it.
- 42:11SPEAKER_00: Oh, I like that.
- 42:12SPEAKER_00: And where's the best pizza in New York?
- 42:16SPEAKER_01: Oh, uh, Lucali.
- 42:18SPEAKER_01: That to me was like, I miss Lucali.
- 42:22SPEAKER_01: So it's in Brooklyn.
- 42:23SPEAKER_01: Um, I actually think they opened one in Miami recently.
- 42:26SPEAKER_01: Um, so maybe when you guys are down for Agent 2021, you check out Lucali.
- 42:30SPEAKER_01: Um but it's a family-owned business.
- 42:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Lucali.
- 42:33SPEAKER_01: Um, it it wasn't far from where I lived in Brooklyn.
- 42:37SPEAKER_01: It's a family-owned place, it's been there for years.
- 42:39SPEAKER_01: Um, it's BYO, so you you can, you know, they don't serve any alcohol, but you can bring your your bottles of wine if you want, and and the pizza is just from another place.
- 42:49SPEAKER_01: I mean, I think it's it's on um the Netflix show Ugly Delicious, and it's gotten a little bit more popular um because it was featured on there, but it is the best pizza.
- 43:00SPEAKER_00: Ooh, I'm gonna when I'm in New York for Inmin, I'm gonna check that out for sure.
- 43:05SPEAKER_00: I'm family over in Brooklyn.
- 43:06SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna be out there anyways.
- 43:08SPEAKER_01: Perfect.
- 43:09SPEAKER_01: I'm sure they know it.
- 43:10SPEAKER_01: They don't take they don't take reservations.
- 43:12SPEAKER_01: It's one of those situations where you have to like go and you have to wait for your table.
- 43:17SPEAKER_01: So it's in the winter, it's a little bit more manageable.
- 43:19SPEAKER_01: In the summer it gets busy because people obviously are going and they don't mind standing outside and waiting.
- 43:23SPEAKER_01: But um, they do sort of there's I think there's only like 10 tables inside, so they do sort of waves of seating, but it's delicious.
- 43:31SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
- 43:32SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
- 43:32SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm excited for that.
- 43:34SPEAKER_00: New York or LA?
- 43:38SPEAKER_01: I mean, I'm in LA.
- 43:40SPEAKER_01: So I moved here six months ago.
- 43:45SPEAKER_01: You know what?
- 43:45SPEAKER_01: They I love them both, to be honest.
- 43:47SPEAKER_01: For me, uh I ended up back in LA because of the weather.
- 43:51SPEAKER_01: I just I really need sunshine in my life, and um, New York became a little bit of a grind with the weather.
- 43:57SPEAKER_01: But I also love New York.
- 43:58SPEAKER_01: I'm a Yankees fan.
- 44:00SPEAKER_01: I'm a Bills fan, which is the only New York team.
- 44:05SPEAKER_00: Buffalo Bills.
- 44:07SPEAKER_00: I'm sure that goes over like a lead balloon in the office.
- 44:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's great.
- 44:11SPEAKER_01: I try to not schedule any meetings after uh Jet Bills games.
- 44:15SPEAKER_01: Although they both suck.
- 44:16SPEAKER_01: So at this point, it doesn't really matter.
- 44:18SPEAKER_02: Right, right.
- 44:20SPEAKER_01: Um so yeah, I don't know, it's it's a tough call for me.
- 44:24SPEAKER_01: I think as a family, I I like being back in LA because for us, like we we love to hike and bike and skateboard and scoot and surf and all that good stuff.
- 44:35SPEAKER_01: So for us from a lifestyle family perspective, I really love LA.
- 44:39SPEAKER_01: Um, but I New York has an insane amount of energy in a in a small island, and you know, there's nothing that beats that feeling.
- 44:48SPEAKER_00: New York's pretty cool.
- 44:49SPEAKER_00: Uh LA's beautiful too.
- 44:50SPEAKER_00: Totally different places.
- 44:52SPEAKER_00: Which brings me to the next one mountains or beach?
- 44:56SPEAKER_00: Beach.
- 44:58SPEAKER_01: I will die facing the sun on the beach with my pizza and champagne.
- 45:03SPEAKER_02: Nice.
- 45:03SPEAKER_01: Beach for sure.
- 45:04SPEAKER_01: Although I do love the mountains too.
- 45:05SPEAKER_01: I'm a I'm a big hiker.
- 45:06SPEAKER_01: I mean, that's like Mother's Day is always I always ask just to go hiking.
- 45:10SPEAKER_01: I really love, but we live really close to the beach now, so um, we're we're beached.
- 45:15SPEAKER_01: I'm definitely a beach person for sure.
- 45:17SPEAKER_00: Uh my wife's trying to get me to uh at least get a place in a more warm climate.
- 45:23SPEAKER_00: LA, San Diego, South Florida, something like that.
- 45:27SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 45:27SPEAKER_00: I'm a mountains guy.
- 45:29SPEAKER_00: You are mountains?
- 45:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm from Salt Lake.
- 45:32SPEAKER_00: I've lived here forever.
- 45:33SPEAKER_00: I just I love the four distinct seasons.
- 45:36SPEAKER_00: I love winter, I love fall, I love everything.
- 45:39SPEAKER_00: But uh yeah, getting to the beach is pretty awesome too.
- 45:42SPEAKER_01: No doubt.
- 45:43SPEAKER_01: Sound of the waves, there's nothing that beats the sound of the waves in a sunset.
- 45:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's hard to beat that.
- 45:49SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 45:51SPEAKER_00: So, okay, a question for uh for someone not in the real estate industry.
- 45:55SPEAKER_00: I'm curious your perspective.
- 45:57SPEAKER_00: Is that real estate market overall in a bubble or no bubble?
- 46:03SPEAKER_02: Um I think it might be in a bubble.
- 46:08SPEAKER_02: Fair, fair enough.
- 46:11SPEAKER_02: It very well could be.
- 46:13SPEAKER_01: I mean, what do you what do you think?
- 46:15SPEAKER_01: What do you what is your point of view?
- 46:17SPEAKER_00: I think it's in a bubble, but not the bubble we think of like 2008.
- 46:22SPEAKER_00: Uh I mean that was bad loans.
- 46:24SPEAKER_00: No.
- 46:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 46:26SPEAKER_01: I don't think we're there.
- 46:27SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 46:27SPEAKER_00: It's just overheated.
- 46:28SPEAKER_00: It it went up so damn high, it has to cool off a little bit, and then the you know, so I would lean more towards no bubble myself, but I understand why you'd say bubble.
- 46:40SPEAKER_00: For sure.
- 46:41SPEAKER_01: It's funny, I I actually hear like, and uh this may be uh you know, sort of a shift in generate generational thinking, but um a lot more people are renting than buying.
- 46:53SPEAKER_00: There's more renting, absolutely.
- 46:55SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 46:56SPEAKER_01: Because like obviously the cost to buy is is much more significant now.
- 47:01SPEAKER_01: Um and the inventory to buy, I I mean I look, we're we're we're in we just moved to LA and we're looking to buy, and it's it's not only is it like enormously expensive, but just there's the inventory, it just doesn't exist.
- 47:14SPEAKER_01: So a lot more people are spending more spending more um I guess more of their time as renters than buyers.
- 47:21SPEAKER_01: And again, it could just be a generational thing, but um I'm hearing much many more people like their POV is like I'd rather spend money traveling than on a mortgage, and I want to be able to like be flexible in my living situation.
- 47:36SPEAKER_01: So who knows?
- 47:39SPEAKER_00: No, you're absolutely right, and it there's definitely something generational with that.
- 47:43SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, younger millennials, they you know, they don't want to be tied down really.
- 47:49SPEAKER_00: They they want to be able to bounce around to different places uh or open up to new opportunities.
- 47:55SPEAKER_00: So if that's a hell of a lot easier if you're renting, and it also depends on where you're at, too.
- 48:01SPEAKER_00: So you know absolutely that no, that's you're right on with that.
- 48:06SPEAKER_00: You're not wrong.
- 48:07SPEAKER_00: Podcast or vlog?
- 48:11SPEAKER_01: Hmm, that's a great question.
- 48:15SPEAKER_01: Um, I'm a visual person, which is why I kept answering Instagram and everything, like it's such a visual platform.
- 48:21SPEAKER_01: So I love a I love a vlog, but I do going back to my earlier point about podcasting, I do find podcasting to be a time saver and that you know I can digest it sort of anywhere.
- 48:31SPEAKER_01: I don't need I don't need the visuals to and I I do like and and it's probably why I like reading is I I like to sort of create my own visuals when I'm when I'm reading, which is why I always like read the book before I see the movie, because I won't sort of want to create my own.
- 48:44SPEAKER_01: Um so I love a podcast for that, um, for obviously the the ability to digest anywhere.
- 48:51SPEAKER_01: But I do love, I mean, I love storytelling, I love um visuals behind a vlog and to really get to know somebody.
- 48:58SPEAKER_01: Like I think if um like I think Gary's Gary's vlog has you know obviously been incredible, incredible for him and just people getting to know him, and I think to be able to see the action um is really important.
- 49:11SPEAKER_01: So yeah, it's tough.
- 49:12SPEAKER_01: I I mean I like them both.
- 49:13SPEAKER_01: I think it just depends on obviously the the type of information that's either in the vlog or the podcast.
- 49:20SPEAKER_00: They're they're both so different.
- 49:21SPEAKER_00: Like, like you said, the podcast is more like passive listening.
- 49:24SPEAKER_00: Like I listen to podcasts while I'm walking the dog every night and when I'm driving.
- 49:30SPEAKER_00: But then video, like if I'm able to sit down at my laptop or on my phone, I'll watch video or I prefer it.
- 49:35SPEAKER_00: So they're just different.
- 49:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 49:37SPEAKER_00: Well, then that leads me to YouTube or Facebook Live.
- 49:46SPEAKER_01: YouTube or Facebook Live.
- 49:48SPEAKER_01: I'm probably consuming much more YouTube than I am Facebook Live, to be honest with you.
- 49:53SPEAKER_01: I, you know, it's funny, I don't spend a ton of time on Facebook.
- 49:59SPEAKER_01: I'm not like a big contributor on Facebook.
- 50:01SPEAKER_01: I um I love keeping up with friends and family, you know, that I haven't seen in a while.
- 50:07SPEAKER_01: I use Facebook personally much more for sort of like albums of you know seasonal activities.
- 50:13SPEAKER_01: Like I'll probably do a like a holiday album.
- 50:16SPEAKER_01: More for, you know, I my daughter has a profile on there, so it's more for for legacy for her to have um all of those images and whatnot.
- 50:25SPEAKER_01: Um so I don't actually consume a ton of long form long form content.
- 50:30SPEAKER_01: Now I do Instagram TV for sure.
- 50:33SPEAKER_01: Um but I think I'm spending more time yeah, I think I'm spending more time on um on YouTube from a video consumption perspective.
- 50:41SPEAKER_00: YouTube's hard to beat, for sure.
- 50:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it is.
- 50:45SPEAKER_01: It's easy.
- 50:46SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 50:47SPEAKER_00: It and it's it's there forever.
- 50:48SPEAKER_00: You know, it's easier to to search.
- 50:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but YouTube is nice.
- 50:53SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 50:54SPEAKER_00: Uh final one, Uber or Lyft?
- 50:58SPEAKER_01: Uber.
- 50:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 51:00SPEAKER_01: I know that's like probably that's like a big I know that's like it's it's very polarizing to say Uber.
- 51:06SPEAKER_02: It's like the Apple and Android battle.
- 51:09SPEAKER_01: Right, I know.
- 51:10SPEAKER_01: Um Uber, I was an early adopter of also.
- 51:13SPEAKER_01: And I mean I to be fair, like when I lived in New York, I I Uber, Lyft, and Juno, I would just play the fair game.
- 51:22SPEAKER_01: So I would call them all up when I needed to go somewhere and see which had the cheapest fare, and I would go for it, to be honest.
- 51:28SPEAKER_01: But I would say from a default perspective, like I default to Uber out here now that I'm moving LA.
- 51:33SPEAKER_01: I Juno doesn't exist, so I'm Uber or Juno or Uber or Lyft.
- 51:38SPEAKER_01: Um, but my my first sort of my first at bat when I'm doing a ride share is I go to Uber first.
- 51:46SPEAKER_02: Nice.
- 51:47SPEAKER_01: And then if it's outrageous, then I go back, then I go into Lyft.
- 51:50SPEAKER_01: But yeah, Uber's by default.
- 51:54SPEAKER_00: And leave us with one app recommendation.
- 51:58SPEAKER_00: Your favorite app right now, it doesn't have to be marketing, doesn't have to be, you know, just whatever what's your favorite app right now that you recommend people get.
- 52:07SPEAKER_01: Oh gosh.
- 52:08SPEAKER_01: Um, well, Instagram.
- 52:11SPEAKER_01: Hopefully you have Instagram already, hopefully your community has Instagram.
- 52:15SPEAKER_01: Okay, so one of one of my favorite, and that's it's obviously popped a bit more for me during the holidays because it's um it's an it's a photo sharing app.
- 52:24SPEAKER_01: So I use an it's a small app called Social Print Studio.
- 52:30SPEAKER_01: And it was formerly known as Prinstagram.
- 52:34SPEAKER_01: So you could take your all of your social photos um and print them in sort of a high quality, sort of fun, unique gift that you can create out of photos.
- 52:43SPEAKER_01: Um but it's super quick.
- 52:45SPEAKER_01: It's like you up you you just connect it to your social profiles and then like I've I printed ornaments for my family.
- 52:51SPEAKER_01: I my daughter I do like yearly photos of and you know, print them out, we hang them.
- 52:56SPEAKER_01: So Social Print Studio, formerly Princegram is one of my most used apps right now because I'm printing pictures like crazy for family and friends.
- 53:03SPEAKER_01: Um and they have some like unique printing um options for metals and wood and paper and all that good stuff.
- 53:11SPEAKER_00: So that's that would be good for realtors and loan officers for closing gifts or you know, little gifts for their clients.
- 53:18SPEAKER_01: Yep, that and they also do like fun business cards, like that sort of thing as well.
- 53:23SPEAKER_01: Um, and then I love Curacura, which is um it's it's connected to Instagram, but it's a way to sort of make your photos and videos sparkle.
- 53:34SPEAKER_01: So I have a big um I'm a big Curakira fan.
- 53:38SPEAKER_01: And then a friend of mine created an app called Cardlust.
- 53:42SPEAKER_01: And this is really fun, sort of quirky um cards that you can create, but you send through text.
- 53:50SPEAKER_01: So a lot of holiday stuff going on.
- 53:53SPEAKER_01: I you know we had like last-minute happy hours at our house for just you know a few friends.
- 53:58SPEAKER_01: So I'm instead of doing like a more formal invite or even like a paperless post, I just use cardless and I send it to beautifully, yep, um, beautifully designed um sort of text message that you just include your pertinent information.
- 54:14SPEAKER_01: So it's a little bit, it's a little bit more classy than a text, but it doesn't go as like crazy or formal as um a paperless post.
- 54:22SPEAKER_00: These are fantastic recommendations.
- 54:24SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna go get some of these.
- 54:26SPEAKER_01: So yeah, so those are some of the ones that I'm using, I think, I think most frequently now because of the holidays.
- 54:32SPEAKER_01: And then um I'm looking at my home screen right now to see what other one.
- 54:37SPEAKER_01: Uh Venmo I use a lot.
- 54:40SPEAKER_01: Um Yeah, that's those are probably the those are probably the big ones for me.
- 54:45SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
- 54:46SPEAKER_01: Cool.
- 54:46SPEAKER_00: No, that's good stuff.
- 54:47SPEAKER_00: I I really like uh you said social print studio.
- 54:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, social print studio.
- 54:53SPEAKER_01: They're a little small company based out of yeah, based out of SF.
- 54:56SPEAKER_01: They do um, like I said, they're like a very, very small, like family friendly business, which I always like to support the underdog.
- 55:04SPEAKER_01: So I think they're and their their customer service is phenomenal.
- 55:07SPEAKER_01: Um they're a little bit quirky.
- 55:09SPEAKER_01: So yeah, they're a fun, fun little company for sure.
- 55:12SPEAKER_00: Love it.
- 55:12SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 55:13SPEAKER_00: Hey Kim, I know you have another another meeting uh to hop hop into real quick.

- 56:47SPEAKER_00: We're we're like 180 episodes in at this point.
- 56:49SPEAKER_00: We do one a day, seven days a week, and it's an extension of this podcast.
- 56:54SPEAKER_00: It's not just it's not just a clip of the show.
- 56:56SPEAKER_00: So if you're thinking, well, I'm not gonna do that because it's just a little clip of each podcast, it's not.
- 57:02SPEAKER_00: It's totally original content, and we do not do clips of the show.
- 57:05SPEAKER_00: It's uh it's in addition to this.
- 57:07SPEAKER_00: So if you listen to the show and you want more, more than just the once-a-week podcast we do, go enable on your Alexa app or on Amazon desktop, you can just put it in the search bar, Massive Agent Minute, enable it, add it to your flash briefings on your Alexa device, and uh you'll get 60 to 90 seconds of uh of extra original content every single day uh that goes along with this podcast.
- 57:32SPEAKER_00: So also, if you would, those those who have asked, and it this is this is really cool.
- 57:40SPEAKER_00: This speaks volumes about you guys, about our audience.
- 57:42SPEAKER_00: I've had dozens of messages with people saying, hey, you know, like my market sold out with the Massive Agent Society, or I'm just, you know, I'm just not financially able to right now, but how can I give back to this show?
- 57:55SPEAKER_00: How can I help the podcast?
- 57:57SPEAKER_00: How can I help you guys uh bring value to you because I've been listening for almost a year and whatever.
- 58:02SPEAKER_00: So first off, thank you.
- 58:04SPEAKER_00: Um there there are some things you can do to to help us out.
- 58:07SPEAKER_00: And so since you've asked, I'm not shy enough to to uh respond.
- 58:12SPEAKER_00: So number one thing you can do is leave us a review or or a rating in iTunes if you have it yet.
- 58:18SPEAKER_00: Those who have, thank you.
- 58:19SPEAKER_00: I can't tell you how much that means to us and how much it helps us.
- 58:22SPEAKER_00: But it's like SEO for podcasts.
- 58:24SPEAKER_00: iTunes is the platform where uh all the podcasts are, all the all the big ones.
- 58:29SPEAKER_00: iTunes is the platform.
- 58:31SPEAKER_00: It's like Google for uh for websites.
- 58:33SPEAKER_00: So reviews and ratings help us to rank better within iTunes.
- 58:38SPEAKER_00: When somebody searches for for a real estate podcast, uh a show with you know 150 reviews is going to show up better than a show with five reviews, which makes sense, right?
- 58:49SPEAKER_00: So please help us to boost that.
- 58:50SPEAKER_00: It'll help us grow our audience, which then will help us get bigger guests and provide more awesome stuff for you guys and more resources and everything like that.
- 58:58SPEAKER_00: You can do that, uh you can just do it on your podcasting app, or if you prefer, plug in MassiveAnpodcast.com slash review, and it'll take you right to it to leave a review.
- 59:09SPEAKER_00: You could also, this helps us out financially as well without any money out of your pocket whatsoever.
- 59:14SPEAKER_00: You all shop on Amazon.
- 59:16SPEAKER_00: We have an Amazon store, an Amazon affiliate account.
- 59:19SPEAKER_00: So just go to MassiveAgent Podcast.com slash Amazon, and that'll take you to our Amazon store.
- 59:25SPEAKER_00: And then if you're buying stuff on Amazon, just all you have to do is go through our link through our store, buy whatever you were gonna buy normally, and then through the affiliate program, we actually earn a small commission from that without, you know, it doesn't cost you any more, doesn't make the product more expensive.
- 59:41SPEAKER_00: Amazon just pays us a little commission for sending the sale uh to them.
- 59:46SPEAKER_00: So that helps us out as well to help us pay for hosting and and equipment and you know all the stuff that we've got to pay for with this podcast that right now honestly comes out of my pocket, and that is super helpful as well.
- 59:58SPEAKER_00: So MassiveAgent Podcast.com slash Amazon.
- 1:00:02SPEAKER_00: And since this is the first podcast of 2019, wow, I just realized that now at the very end of the show.
- 1:00:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah, first podcast of 2019, how cool is that?
- 1:00:12SPEAKER_00: But uh this is the time where a lot of people are are thinking about a brokerage change.
- 1:00:16SPEAKER_00: And so, you know, I switched in May, and I know some people don't care what time of year it is, but New Year's resolutions, people are thinking about changing brokerages, or at least they're more receptive to what else is out there that could be a better opportunity.
- 1:00:28SPEAKER_00: I am I switched to EXP Realty back in May.
- 1:00:32SPEAKER_00: I am extremely happy that I did.
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_00: Uh it's better than I thought it was going to be.
- 1:00:37SPEAKER_00: There are more opportunities, and that those opportunities are bigger than I thought they were going to be.
- 1:00:41SPEAKER_00: So I wish I would have done it a year prior, but nonetheless, it's an opportunity that if you're in that spot where you're thinking, is there something better?
- 1:00:50SPEAKER_00: Is there a more advantageous brokerage for me?
- 1:00:53SPEAKER_00: Are there more like what I keep hearing about this company stock that that exp agents get, or I keep hearing about the revenue sharing that's more lucrative than uh than uh you know KWs.
- 1:01:03SPEAKER_00: Uh you know, what's that all about?
- 1:01:04SPEAKER_00: If you just have those questions, go to massiveagentpodcast.com slash exp, click play on the video, and it'll it'll visually lay it out for you, show you why why exp is growing so damn fast, why so many huge teams and uh and top producing agents are switching to exp, and uh it'll show you what I saw.
- 1:01:26SPEAKER_00: It's one of those things that um you know it's not uh you don't have to by watching that video and seeing what exp is all about, if you don't know what it's all about, educate yourself.
- 1:01:37SPEAKER_00: Just you know, it may be for you, it may not be for you.
- 1:01:40SPEAKER_00: But either way is cool.
- 1:01:42SPEAKER_00: Just make sure that you get the information so you know what what all this hype in the industry is about.
- 1:01:48SPEAKER_00: The hype is not just is not empty.
- 1:01:50SPEAKER_00: There's a reason for it.
- 1:01:51SPEAKER_00: This video will show you what's up massiveagentpodcast.com slash exp.
- 1:01:55SPEAKER_00: And if you have more questions or it looks exciting to you and you want to explore working with me and my team at exp, reach out, message me uh through Instagram at Massive Agent or our Massive Agent Podcast Facebook page.
- 1:02:08SPEAKER_00: Uh uh.
- 1:02:09SPEAKER_00: I'd be happy to answer your questions and talk about what that looks like.
- 1:02:13SPEAKER_00: So uh thank you guys so much for listening.
