- 1:17Welcome to Mortgage Marketing Radio.
- 1:19Brought to you by the Mortgage Marketing Institute.
- 1:22It's your number one source for truth in mortgage marketing.
- 1:29Hey listeners, welcome to this week's episode of Mortgage Marketing Radio.
- 1:38So this week is your chance.
- 1:41This week is your opportunity.
- 1:43We are at just about the middle point of October and my question for you is, what are you
- 1:49going to do to set the pace for how you close out 2017 and set momentum for how you
- 1:55enter 2018?
- 1:57Many of you are probably in on the same boat and that is you need either more agents on
- 2:03your bus for four partners or you need deeper relationships with those agents you have.
- 2:07You need a larger share of customer, a larger capture of those real estate agent relationships
- 2:12you have and the ones that you want to add to the bus.
- 2:15Look, I often say that success with realtors many times comes down to a lot of large numbers.
- 2:20Most clone officers simply aren't getting in front of enough realtors and if and when
- 2:25they do they are looking and sounding like a rather lot of officer in town.
- 2:29So they're scripting isn't great, their value proposition isn't great, they're immediately
- 2:33disadvantaged because they're put into the same bucket and perception isn't every other
- 2:37lot of officer in town.
- 2:39So I want to talk to you about we're coming back now to talk about teaching agent classes
- 2:43and why I believe it is the number one way for you to capture and convert real estate
- 2:47agents and build profitable referral partner relationships by teaching agent classes.
- 2:52It does so many things simultaneously from simply getting you in front of maximum numbers
- 2:57and minimum time for positioning you at the front of the room as a thought later.
- 3:01You're being a go-giver instead of a go-taker.
- 3:04You're not just shown up and thrown up and teaching your mortgage company, your mortgage
- 3:07product and how you can close it eight seconds and you've got the best rates in town.
- 3:13The way to succeed is to first give.
- 3:15You've heard of this little thing called reciprocation, be a giver of value, be a go-giver.
- 3:21Establish yourself as a thought leader, as somebody who's willing to pour into others
- 3:24and help somebody else help your agents solve problems.
- 3:28What problems are those business marketing sales related problems and this is where
- 3:33teaching agent classes comes in.
- 3:35You position yourself to do just this.
- 3:39You teach classes at that ad value that make a difference that get you in front of more
- 3:43agents and less time and therefore you reach your goals in terms of how many agents you
- 3:48need to meet with that you're going to convert that are going to become profitable referral
- 3:52partners.
- 3:53It's a system that's a plan.
- 3:55That's why my special guest today I'm so excited to bring you just a short power
- 3:58session, Brandt Store, who's up in Washington state, did his very first agent class.
- 4:04He's a client of powerful presentations, which you'll hear about in a moment, but Brandt
- 4:09Store did his very first class ever, ever, had ever talked classes before at a very small
- 4:15attendance from that class.
- 4:17Yet got two loans and made $6,000 in commissions from his very first class and he's on his
- 4:22way to doing a second one when he had 20 out of 27 reservations to show up for this class
- 4:26and he's often running his off to the races.
- 4:28So my question is to you, what other system of prospecting meeting agents do you have
- 4:34where you can meet less than 10 agents and get two loans referred to you from that one
- 4:40class and make $6,000 in commissions in about 30 days?
- 4:44Where else can you do that?
- 4:45I don't know.
- 4:46If you've got the system, tell me about it because if you don't, you want to learn more
- 4:49about our system, my system, it's called getpowerfulpresentations.com.
- 4:53If you've ever wanted to get in front of agents, teach classes.

- 7:11Hey, Brent, welcome to the show.
- 7:13Hey, Jeff, thanks.
- 7:14Appreciate you being here.
- 7:15I know you're extremely busy and just to kind of get right into it for those listening,
- 7:19watching.
- 7:20So there's two ways that people are probably listening to this right now.
- 7:23One is either on the podcast, the audio portion, or they're watching the video piece which
- 7:27those are listening right now that we'll link in the show notes so you can just click
- 7:32that link to go to the YouTube page or the blog and watch it.
- 7:34All right, so Brent, I don't even know how you came to me.
- 7:37How did you find me?
- 7:38We're going to talk about the classes you're doing and all that, but how did you find me?
- 7:41Boy, you know, I think it was, I think I did a website search or something.
- 7:47I don't exactly recall.
- 7:49But I came across your site and I got some information on your powerful presentations
- 7:55program and I thought, yeah, that's, you know, that sounds good because I had just gotten
- 8:00back into origination.
- 8:01I needed a way to, you know, bring in a connect with some referral partners and agents and
- 8:07so I tried it out.
- 8:08And here you are.
- 8:09Yeah.
- 8:10So you were telling me right before we hit record that you had recently got back into
- 8:14originating, right?
- 8:15Mm-hmm.
- 8:16Correct.
- 8:17Yes.
- 8:18I'm sure what I, I want to have you here to talk about the experience you've had recently
- 8:21in doing powerful presentations and conducting classes.
- 8:24Had you done classes before in your business as a phone officer?
- 8:27I never had.
- 8:28No.
- 8:29Never had.
- 8:30So pretty brave, man.
- 8:31All of a sudden you want to get out there and start doing classes?
- 8:33Yeah.
- 8:34Yeah.
- 8:35Yeah, it was that.
- 8:36Well, actually, I did to a long time ago, first time I'm home by our classes, but honestly,
- 8:42that wasn't that productive.
- 8:43And when I saw your program, I thought, well, this makes a lot of sense, you know, because
- 8:48now you're presenting to people who can continue to refer you in business.
- 8:54So, yeah.
- 8:55So what about it?
- 8:56When you saw the concept of, I mean, you know, first of all teaching classes isn't necessarily
- 9:00in there, right?
- 9:01But, but why, why classes for you?
- 9:04What made sense when you, because you're kind of, you know, re-entering, originating.
- 9:08You didn't have a lot of realtor relationships.
- 9:10So, that makes sense for you instead of like doing co-calls, you know.
- 9:13Well, because co-calls are tests, you know, actually, you went over the statistics in
- 9:18the program and, you know, you just, I guess, if you're glutton for punishment, that's
- 9:23great.
- 9:24But, and, you know, this way you're giving people something of value up front and your
- 9:29health thing and your, it's just a whole different angle to come at it from, where you're
- 9:34providing something.
- 9:35Yeah.
- 9:36Yeah.
- 9:37You're truly earning the business.
- 9:38So, because you're really helping them to build their business that are referring to you.
- 9:44So, you, you were in a situation where I was many years ago when I started originating,
- 9:48when I got out of subprime and then realized I was going to need purchase business back
- 9:52in 2003.
- 9:54And, you know, like no realtor relationships.
- 9:56And I did the traditional stuff everybody else does, co-calling them or not.
- 10:00But it sounds like you probably realized the same thing I did, which is like, man, I need
- 10:03a lot of realtor's fast.
- 10:05Right.
- 10:06I didn't want to co-call because that wasn't that effective and I didn't want to look
- 10:09like every other L.O. in town.
- 10:11Exactly.
- 10:12Yeah.
- 10:13So, how's it gone for you?
- 10:16You've done two classes so far.
- 10:17Right.
- 10:18I've done two classes.
- 10:20The first one we had 22 people register and we had only six showed up.
- 10:28It was still good, it was still great.
- 10:31Yeah.
- 10:32But I learned from that, like, okay, you know what, we need to actually call the day before,
- 10:37you know, like, this can't all be emailed, you know, we've got that phone dial.
- 10:43But what was interesting to you is I reached out to you shortly after that and said, well,
- 10:49Jeff, what do we do with the people that didn't show?
- 10:51You know, you said, well, email them or call them and I sent the email basically verbatim
- 10:56of the, of the way you'd suggested and I've got two, two transactions closing this month
- 11:02from an agent that I met with that didn't come to register, show up.
- 11:07Yeah.
- 11:08Yeah.
- 11:09Exactly.
- 11:10What is that worth?
- 11:11What are those two transactions worth to you?
- 11:12Roughly.
- 11:13Back members, but, you know, yeah.
- 11:14I mean, we're, you know, probably $6,000 this month, what did it cost you to put the
- 11:21class on?
- 11:22Well, let's see, I think I spent about $200, well, I spent $300 on food and I split that
- 11:29with a sponsor.
- 11:30And so, $150, basically, for your first class, for my first class, which had, which had
- 11:38only six people.
- 11:39Six people, correct.
- 11:40Yes.
- 11:41Did I hear you correctly?
- 11:42Two transactions this month?
- 11:44Yes.
- 11:45And then, and then I'm still working with some of the other people, but just, but that,
- 11:51I wanted to bring that up because that was someone we didn't even make it to the class.
- 11:55That's crazy.
- 11:56That's crazy.
- 11:57Yeah.
- 11:58So, how did that go?
- 11:59Did you know her before?
- 12:00No.
- 12:01Not at all.
- 12:02So, wait a minute, wait a minute.
- 12:03So, if you invite an agent to a class, they don't show you call and follow up and say,
- 12:06hey, sorry, you missed the class.
- 12:07And they're like, what happened?
- 12:08Yeah.
- 12:09Yeah.
- 12:10And I just said, you know, I understand things come up, hey, would you like to, you know,
- 12:14go grab a cup of coffee, sit down, we'll do it one on one.
- 12:17And that was the millennials class, the first one that I did.
- 12:20And I brought all the materials with me, you know, get her on the book and there you
- 12:25go.
- 12:26What?
- 12:27When did she give you the referral?
- 12:28How soon after that movie?
- 12:29Gosh.
- 12:30Week.
- 12:31Maybe a week.
- 12:32Wow.
- 12:33Wow.
- 12:34Okay.
- 12:35That's an incredible story, man.
- 12:36I know.
- 12:37So, it's totally worth, it was my sponsor who got the word out to her.
- 12:42But my sponsor didn't, the title of sponsor did actually know her or she just needed a broker.
- 12:49The broker told her, so yeah.
- 12:52That's crazy.
- 12:53Pretty neat.
- 12:54Okay.
- 12:55So that's that.
- 12:56I mean, right there in and of itself, right?
- 12:57Six grand in commissions from a six class.
- 13:00Right.
- 13:01And that's only one class.
- 13:02Does it, like you said, does it include all the other relationships you're going to
- 13:05be cultivating?
- 13:06Exactly.
- 13:07Okay.
- 13:08So let's go to class number two.
- 13:09Tell me about class number two.
- 13:11So class number two, I just did on Tuesday, so that was the 10th of October.
- 13:17And let's see, we had 27 people registered, I think 20 shared.
- 13:25But this one we did the phone call before.
- 13:28And if it was one of my, one of my people that I invited, I called.
- 13:33And if it was one that my sponsor invited, then she called.
- 13:38And that, you know, the percentage of people that showed went through the roof on that.
- 13:43That's awesome.
- 13:44And that's like what, I don't know the math, 80% or so more that showed.
- 13:48That's pretty solid.
- 13:49Right.
- 13:50Right.
- 13:51And a lot of them, we called, weren't even from us.
- 13:53They were from email, promotion, they were from Facebook, you know, boosted advertising
- 14:00promotions.
- 14:01So neither one of us knew them.
- 14:02So we got a lot of new businesses in there.
- 14:04Mm-hmm.
- 14:05Well, that's very cool.
- 14:06It happened so far.
- 14:07That was just last week.
- 14:08So it's kind of fresh.
- 14:09But what's going on with that one?
- 14:10That was just Tuesday.
- 14:11Yeah.
- 14:12So it was only a few days ago.
- 14:13Yeah.
- 14:14Yeah.
- 14:15So you've made your follow up.
- 14:16Right.
- 14:17I've been making my follow up calls.
- 14:18I've been, I found it's a lot easier to reach because what I do is, you know, become friends
- 14:24on Facebook, of course.
- 14:25Right.
- 14:26And I've found Facebook Messenger is the greatest tool because, you know, people that won't
- 14:31pick up their phones and won't return your calls.
- 14:34You send them a, you know, Facebook message and they're like, hey, how's it going?
- 14:37No, I've been meaning to call you.
- 14:38It's like, oh, okay.
- 14:39Right.
- 14:40So yeah.
- 14:41It's, it's, um, it's very, yeah.
- 14:43Mm-hmm.
- 14:44Yeah.
- 14:45Yeah, it was great for follow up.
- 14:46So have you scheduled any, uh, any meetings with agents since, since Tuesday?
- 14:49Um, I've scheduled one so far and have like three that are wanting to schedule.
- 14:54And we have to figure out the, you know, the time.
- 14:57So, um, but yeah.
- 14:59So.
- 15:00Well, what did, what did you learn?
- 15:02Um, now that you've done a second class, it sounds like one thing you learned is you definitely
- 15:06need a call to, to confirm attendance.
- 15:08Correct.
- 15:09Correct.
- 15:10Yeah, what is it?
- 15:11The other thing I would say is definitely like, as they come in as, you know, as people register,
- 15:17um, I think reaching out to them right then and it'd be great.
- 15:21Uh, you know, and just because, you know, it's set up so they get the confirmation email and everything.
- 15:27Um, I actually calling them and say, hey, thanks.
- 15:30You know, that kind of thing.
- 15:32I did put some questions on my event, right?
- 15:35You know, like, what are you interested, you know, what's your main thing you're interested in learning from this?
- 15:39Right.
- 15:40That kind of thing.
- 15:41But just calling them and really, you know, getting a better feel and, and, you know, making it real.
- 15:47You know, make it real like, oh, there is a person.
- 15:50Yeah.
- 15:51That's awesome.
- 15:53Yeah.
- 15:54And so that is important.
- 15:56And I think what I will do in my future ones is when they register also, I'll go on and do a Facebook friend.
- 16:04If they're not my friend already.
- 16:06Maybe I can hack with them and say, hey, I'm looking forward to seeing you at the class.
- 16:09Exactly.
- 16:10Yeah.
- 16:11Exactly.
- 16:12And then the nice thing to is, um, when you complete the class, you can put up a post and of course you can tag everyone that was there.
- 16:19Yeah.
- 16:20Exactly.
- 16:21It's a way to stay engaged and connected.
- 16:22Right?
- 16:23Yeah.
- 16:24It's your network of agents.
- 16:25And, and now you can follow them.
- 16:26You can like their posts and stuff like that.
- 16:28Right.
- 16:29Right.
- 16:30Yeah.
- 16:31And that way you can put up one post.
- 16:32Thank everyone that was there.
- 16:33And, you know, it's, it's great.
- 16:34And, and you get further, further feedback.
- 16:37Besides, you know, we were talking about all of these.
- 16:40Yeah.
- 16:41Hold those up because we're doing video.
- 16:42Yeah.
- 16:43So those are the back forms that you hand out at the end of your class.
- 16:46Yeah.
- 16:47How are you using those?
- 16:48How have those been helpful?
- 16:49Like the questions or whatever?
- 16:50Um, it's nice because it asks them about the areas of business that they're needing help in.
- 16:57So you know right away.
- 16:59Is there, you know, is there an issue?
- 17:01Is there something that you can help with?
- 17:03And it's a great way to kind of focus in on, because there's so much information.
- 17:09But this way you can really dial it in as to, you know, what is it you're really looking for?
- 17:15You, you want to focus on getting more listings, let's say, or you want to focus on lead generation.
- 17:20So it breaks it down.
- 17:21And so it's nice because you know exactly what they're looking for.
- 17:24And then the other section, it also has their problems and their frustrations to lady call returns.
- 17:30No status updates.
- 17:31Send it closing.
- 17:32Those kind of things.
- 17:33Is that helpful?
- 17:34Is it an interesting to see what people put down?
- 17:36Like what are your challenges with your current winter?
- 17:38Right.
- 17:39They're always communication.
- 17:40Almost always.
- 17:41Yeah.
- 17:42So that's, you already get this.
- 17:44So that's our opportunity then to demonstrate that we're an also communicator by what you're saying is like you're following up with a phone call.
- 17:50Thanks for coming.
- 17:51You're doing the Facebook thing.
- 17:52Thanks for coming.
- 17:53Right.
- 17:54All of a sudden you're building this presence of like, hey man, this guy follows up.
- 17:57Right.
- 17:58Right.
- 17:59Exactly.
- 18:00Yeah.
- 18:01Well, and then we, like we have a mobile app that gives them real time updates on, on everything.
- 18:06You know, all the milestones.
- 18:08And so in the class, I do like at the very end, I do kind of like the little 60 second, you know, should be a lot of some of the highlights.
- 18:16We do go branding back to our clients for seven years that they're all co branded on.
- 18:22We have a mobile app that, you know, and they can refer friends prospects to that mobile app.
- 18:28So they get a version of it and has a private search on it for them.
- 18:31And then those prospects can actually share that with other people and they're still, it still goes right into them.
- 18:38So I give like kind of a really brief spill on some of our benefits.
- 18:43And that's it.
- 18:44And then, you know, follow up.
- 18:46Oh, but then those people, have you found those to be helpful for making the calls, the follow up calls and scheduling?
- 18:53Yes.
- 18:54Yes.
- 18:55Definitely.
- 18:56Definitely.
- 18:57Yeah.
- 18:58And a lot of them, a lot of the communication and following up isn't even calls anymore.
- 19:03It's just messenger, messenger.
- 19:06Well, yeah, the new, the new phone call.
- 19:10Yeah.
- 19:11Yeah, it's interesting.
- 19:12What do you expect to get out of?
- 19:14I may be hard for you to say because I know it was just done three days ago.
- 19:17But any expectation you have for that most recent class, where you had 20.
- 19:21Well, I mean, right now, I'm already meeting with one agent on Tuesday.
- 19:28And they'll be more than that.
- 19:30But I mean, sure, if you do one, one of these a month and get one good new person to work with is so worth it.
- 19:39You know, at the end of a year, you've got 12, I mean, there's only so much that you can handle, too, right?
- 19:45So, you know, if you can establish a really good new relationship, you know, every month,
- 19:51just from doing one of these a month, but it will be much more than that.
- 19:55But still, you know, well, I mean, just from the, your point alone, from your very first class,
- 19:59I mean, you got to, you know, 1000.
- 20:01So the odds are that's going to replicate itself.
- 20:04Right.
- 20:05Right.
- 20:06That's cool.
- 20:07Anything you're doing differently or looking forward to moving forward.
- 20:10Because so you've done the millennial class and what the video class in the video class.
- 20:14Yes, just in the 15 essential videos class.
- 20:17Yeah.
- 20:18What's the response from agents?
- 20:20And what I mean by that is, would you consider this your typical lunch and learn?
- 20:23No.
- 20:24No.
- 20:25I went, I am certified to teach the continuing ed classes.
- 20:30But here, but I have never actually done it.
- 20:33I did the certification and did all that.
- 20:35So I can teach them a finance, but here in Washington, there are three hour minimum classes.
- 20:40And, you know, it's, yeah, I mean, and you know, they, you know, they have to get the certification or they're, you know, the continuing ed.
- 20:50But it's really not what they want to hear.
- 20:53It's not interesting.
- 20:54And what I like about these is they're short, you know, you have the food, you keep it light.
- 20:59It's fun.
- 21:00It's an hour.
- 21:01You know, we did these that total wide and more.
- 21:04So, you know, they do a free wine tasting afterwards as well.
- 21:07That's right.
- 21:08Yeah.
- 21:09So, and everyone coming there is coming there because they're not coming there.
- 21:13Not because, oh my gosh, my birthday is coming up.
- 21:15And I need six more.
- 21:17Right.
- 21:18You know, so it's really nice to not respect that I like this a lot better than.
- 21:23Yeah.
- 21:24Are you, are you, are you doing the next class in the series?
- 21:29You're going to redo one of the others.
- 21:31I have another ones scheduled.
- 21:34Oh, this is actually really interesting.
- 21:36Now, they think about it.
- 21:37So, I have another one scheduled at an office.
- 21:40The, the first time I did more at total wine and more.
- 21:43But I am doing one at an office in yellow.
- 21:47And it was interesting because on the feedback form.
- 21:52Or actually, they're one of the questions that I did on Eventbride.
- 21:55It's how did you hear about us?
- 21:57And so the H and said my brother.
- 22:00And so I went and met with him.
- 22:02I was like, oh, that was really cool that your brother.
- 22:04You know, we're sure us.
- 22:05And to refer you to the class.
- 22:07And so anyway, he gave me the broker's name and everything.
- 22:11And I reached out and called her and said, hey, thanks so much for.
- 22:14You know, referring him to, to the class and everything.
- 22:17And scheduled an appointment with her.
- 22:19And now so I'm doing a, doing one at her office.
- 22:22So the person invited you into their office.
- 22:24Yep.
- 22:25Yep.
- 22:26Is there an in-house lender there?
- 22:27Nope.
- 22:28No, okay.
- 22:29So maybe that'll be you.
- 22:30Yeah, there you go.
- 22:31There you go.
- 22:32So yeah.
- 22:33So I mean, it's.
- 22:34That's powerful, man.
- 22:35Yeah.
- 22:36You know, if you start looking for those, those things.
- 22:40And, you know, people really are hungry for this kind of material,
- 22:43because this is what they really need to build their business.
- 22:47And so.
- 22:48Now what's interesting about that is, I think from a perception issue is like,
- 22:52you know, we don't want to look and sound in like every other lender in town.
- 22:56And I got to imagine that you probably wouldn't have had that opportunity to meet with that broker.
- 23:00Had you, like, maybe done a traditional class.
- 23:03Maybe what I don't know.
- 23:04I don't know.
- 23:05But I'm just saying, I see that happened quite a lot where you do a class like you did.
- 23:09And all of a sudden that happens.
- 23:10Somebody gets word and you're like, hey, would you come to our office and teach that?
- 23:13Right.
- 23:14I don't think there's eager and excited.
- 23:15Correct.
- 23:16If I'm wrong to come teach that two or three K class.
- 23:19I don't know.
- 23:20Right.
- 23:21Yeah.
- 23:22Well, it's interesting today, even because I put that post up last night.
- 23:26I showed you.
- 23:27And I got three friend requests and I was like, what are these?
- 23:31And, you know, I, you know, look at the profiles and they're all agents.
- 23:36I was like, that's interesting.
- 23:37You know, I got to talk to them before.
- 23:39So that's cool.
- 23:40That was cool.
- 23:41Yeah.
- 23:42You're expanding your share of influence.
- 23:43Yeah.
- 23:44That's awesome.
- 23:45And it's nice because it's, you know, it's really helpful.
- 23:48And like for the video marketing, it's so nice because it's such a better way for them to be able to gain clients.
- 23:59And that kind of thing, rather than like we were talking about, you know, we're knocking coal calling all that stuff.
- 24:05They can like start really focusing on getting some, you know, video marketing out there to bring in clients and help out with like the mundane tasks of, you know, answering the same questions over and over.
- 24:17Right?
- 24:18Yes.
- 24:19Yes.
- 24:20You create a video and it's an ongoing asset, you know?
- 24:23Hey, I'm curious.
- 24:24So it's funny.
- 24:25You're teaching these classes.
- 24:26I'm wondering now if you are also inspired to implement some of the ideas from the class.
- 24:31Oh, I am.
- 24:32I am.
- 24:33Yeah.
- 24:34And, you know, I'm big fan of mortgage care.
- 24:35I actually use mortgage care.
- 24:36It's a lot.
- 24:37Yeah.
- 24:38Nice.
- 24:39Yeah.
- 24:40And that, and that really helps you because again, you've got the video.
- 24:42And, you know, you know, back in the days to speak, we used to go out and meet with the clients, you know, after work at their home and explain things.
- 24:51And nobody has time to do that now anymore.
- 24:54So you can do a lot for video.
- 24:56So yeah, video, it just helps so much.
- 24:59And because without it, since we're not seeing people as much as we used to, everything just becomes kind of impersonal.
- 25:07Well, let me ask you this.
- 25:09Sometimes I get some L.O.'s they say, well, you know, I'm a little bit reluctant to keep the class out because you're marketing.
- 25:15I'm not really.
- 25:16Yeah.
- 25:17And I always try to tell them that, you know, you're the messenger.
- 25:21And I've never had an agent say, hey, show me your videos.
- 25:25Right.
- 25:26What would you say to an L.O. who's a little bit reluctant because they're not a like expert in the class topic?
- 25:32You know, what I would say is that might even be to your advantage, actually.
- 25:38And, you know, if they see you and you've got, you know, thousands of videos out there, they're going to think like, geez, you know, I, you know, I can't keep up with that.
- 25:48So if you're just getting into it and then you have the summer, you're fresh on that learning curve.
- 25:55And you can say, oh, this, you know, this is what I use.
- 25:58And this is how I got started.
- 26:00You can relate to it.
- 26:01It's very related.
- 26:02Exactly.
- 26:03Exactly.
- 26:04Very cool.
- 26:05So, yeah, but, you know, I never had anyone ask me about about my videos.
- 26:09I mean, I have, you know, I have a YouTube channel and that's kind of thing.
- 26:13But I have a lot more videos have to upload and make and everything.
- 26:17So I'm still just getting, you know, rolling as well.
- 26:20Well, I appreciate you being here.
- 26:22If anybody wants to ask you more questions, are you open to maybe, you know, a couple of LLs reaching out to you?
- 26:27Absolutely.
- 26:28What's the best way to do that?
- 26:29Is it Facebook or Facebook Messenger?
- 26:31Yeah.
- 26:32You can do Facebook, you know, Brant Store, the R&D, the STO chart, or my email is Brant at BrantStoreLones.com, LonesFlora.
- 26:44And, yeah, and then my phone number is 206-941-743.
- 26:49So, awesome.
- 26:50Appreciate that.
- 26:51Awesome.
- 26:52And for anybody who's listening, obviously, who wants to take, you know, kind of that next step in, in roll and powerful presentations.
- 26:58Of course, you know, that's powerful presentations.com.
- 27:01But anything you want to advise if somebody's like on the fence, considering adding this, whether or mix?
- 27:06Oh, man.
- 27:07Yeah.
- 27:08Yeah.
- 27:09The best way I've ever spent in any program to build my mortgage business.
- 27:14And by the way, this is not set up.
- 27:16You and I just, you just boom, got on video and said, let's talk about your results, man.
- 27:20Yeah.
- 27:21It's not, this is not induced.
- 27:23Yeah.
- 27:24Yeah.
- 27:25Yeah.
- 27:26No, really.
- 27:27I mean, it is.
- 27:28It's just so much value.
- 27:30And the videos or the programs that you put together, there's so much information in each one.
- 27:37And you could, from that, you know, after doing those, you could create, like I'm thinking about doing a lunch and learn on past clients, marketing past clients.
- 27:49And of course, it would a lot of the tools that you have in the three courses, you know.
- 27:55But just kind of direct towards how to, how to use these all towards, you know, marketing effectively your past clients.
- 28:02Because, you know, if you use the standard tools and the little email drip campaigns and stuff, I mean, it's better than nothing.
- 28:10But, you know, what if you're sending them video updates and market, you know, outlooks and that kind of thing.
- 28:17And you're using some of the tools where you know who's opening it and when they're opening it.
- 28:21Yeah.
- 28:23We have more classes coming down the pipe as well.
- 28:25So, but that's a great idea for you to, and that's what you don't wait for, right?
- 28:29You already got the skills to do it now.
- 28:31So, yeah.
- 28:32Yeah.
- 28:33Awesome.
- 28:34You know, you're busy.
- 28:35I'm going to jump in another call, but I do appreciate it.
- 28:37And we'll probably get a connect when I've been Washington next week.
- 28:40So, you know,
- 28:41or do that.
- 28:42And I just appreciate you making time at, you know, last minute here.
- 28:46And I want to also just for everybody watching and listening, a lot of people see this kind of stuff.
- 28:50They think about doing stuff, but you did it.
- 28:52You took action.
- 28:53And that's all the rewards and kudos go to you because you took action.
- 28:57Oh, thank you.
- 28:59Thank you.
- 29:00You bet.
- 29:01And so for those listeners listening to the podcast, thank you for listening.

- 29:15And set yourself up for right and great clothes of 2017 and momentum in 2018.
- 29:20So in between now and like the middle of November, even after Thanksgiving and middle December,
- 29:25that's two cool opportunities to do classes because things are a little bit more quiet.
- 29:29Yeah, you can probably capture a little more agent's attention.
- 29:31And but it's a great way to just kind of set yourself up for success.
- 29:34So with that said, anything else you wanted at?
- 29:37Look, you're good.
- 29:39I definitely recommend.
