seek and yea shall find, it is as simple as this, it need not be onerous or difficult, in fact, it shouldn't be as we are talking about ......

just remembering whom one already is, yet

it does mean one needs to practice,

you know the saying "practice makes more perfect," there is a reason this saying holds so much power, it's true!

the energy one puts in to one's goals, aspiration

becomes the building blocks of the edifice one is building inside, no effort, then, one's house is built upon sand or made with straw

and is more easily lost or torn down.....
