With Awareness, bodily, meaning physically, spiritually, meaning with one's mind and all it portends. Everyone is much more than the Life we are individually living in these moments. Evolution, one's DNA, is what we are in part talking about. Most of what is going on in this, "our" Universe, is beyond our comprehension, so says Science. Humble anyone (?) Everyone would be better, realizing our place in the Universe.
