- 0:00Speaker: I see all good people now.
- 0:02Speaker: Sometimes I forget to open my eyes.
- 0:07Speaker: And I don't see them.
- 0:08Speaker: I don't even find myself because I'm so involved in some crevice or some tunnel-like focusing activity.
- 0:18Speaker: What's that all about?
- 0:19Speaker: Confusion.
- 0:21Speaker: Being here now.
- 0:22Speaker: We begin to clear the air.
- 0:25Speaker: Increasing one's awareness.
- 0:28Speaker: Gaining a sense of perspective, a sense of being a lighthouse.
- 0:35Speaker: Maybe surrounded by fog, but yet bright.
- 0:39Speaker: Energized to be working towards a greater sense of calm and clarity, vitality.
- 0:46Speaker: For the light of the lighthouse is mindful meditation.
- 0:52Speaker: It is being more aware of one's own being inside.
- 0:56Speaker: And because we are aware of what's occurring inside of ourselves, our DNA created physical form, we are in constant communication with the rest of creation, which can begin with the feelings upon our skin surfaces, our hair, being present, aware of this perspective, of this perception of feeling one's skin warm from the muscular activities of our hearts and lungs.
- 1:39Speaker: Being here now, realizing in such a simple commotion, we are bundles of energy, bundles of miracles, bundles much older than we usually give ourselves a thought about.
- 2:03Speaker: For the DNA of which each of us is created is millions of years old.
- 2:13Speaker: It is this way.
- 2:16Speaker: Finding in one's more generous and receptive physicality, finding a couple of processes, these we've been talking about, one's breath, one's pulse, heart squeezing and relaxing, pulse of energy through one's vascular system, propelling the blood through one's arteries and returning in one's veins.
- 2:47Speaker: It is an incredible process.
- 2:49Speaker: It is a miracle.
- 2:51Speaker: From the smallest conceivable form of energy, that which is creation, to the complexity of, for instance, a human form.
- 3:08Speaker: Look at what's occurred.
- 3:11Speaker: In such a short time as it is postulated to be about three, three and a half billion years of evolution on this planet Earth, cool enough to begin and having the other ingredients involved to begin to stir the pot of life.
- 3:35Speaker: It is here.
- 3:37Speaker: The records are clear.
- 3:41Speaker: Being aware is what we're talking about.
- 3:47Speaker: Greater perspectivity is what we call having more experience, having a wider perception from which to gather one's thoughts.
- 4:02Speaker: We call wisdom, education, knowledge, seeking and being here now, in this very moment, allowing oneself to rise, feeling one's skin, one's body, one's breath, one's pulse.
- 4:29Speaker: Throughout one's body, doing this now.
- 4:33Speaker: All of these things at once, simultaneously, aware of one's feet, one's hands, one's nose, one's ears, behind one's eyes, the pulse, finding a sense of calm and ease, allowing this to be.
- 4:53Speaker: We are bundles of miracles.
- 4:58Speaker: with a sense of awe, having this awareness we share, feeling one's whole body trembling with energy, with heat, with pulse, with the rise and subsiding of one's lungs, one's torso, feeling beneath one's pulse, feeling the shimmering, ecstatic majesty of being alive, vibrating continuously, ecstatically, when one allows.
- 5:51Speaker: Being in a state of harmony, of potential, self-improvement, of increasing one's virtuosity.
- 6:06Speaker: These are aspirations, goals worthy of mankind.
- 6:12Speaker: Virtuosity.
- 6:15Speaker: The music's continuing for another minute.
- 6:20Speaker: Please ponder.
- 6:21Speaker: Have an incredible day. namaste
