- 0:00Well, that's about this physical exercise important for girls in
- 0:02the autism spectrum. Let's get into that right now,
- 0:05guys. What's going on?

- 0:28those things. I upload 4 videos a day, every
- 0:30day. Like seriously, Gad, what's
- 0:32going on? I I've done loads of videos
- 0:34talking about exercise. I've done videos talking about,
- 0:36you know, authorism and the importance of different types of
- 0:38things. But I haven't really
- 0:38specifically said, you know, why is it important that girls in
- 0:41the office and spectrum, you know, exercise and have physical
- 0:44activity in their life? Now, a lot of the time we think
- 0:48about autism and we think about dopamine chasing because we're
- 0:51all trying to get a hit of dopamine.
- 0:53Boys typically gravitate towards more extreme sports.
- 0:56I think it's because something to do with the level of danger
- 0:59in, in a, in a male's brain. It is less cautious than it
- 1:03isn't a female's brain, you know, and it, it's kind of like,
- 1:06I don't know how or why this works, but it does.
- 1:08So men are more gravitated towards, can do more extreme
- 1:12sports and they're, they're more into sports than I would say
- 1:15females typically, right. As I was just saying, typically.
- 1:18So boys are always chasing dopamine by doing, you know,
- 1:21extreme sports or, or, or football or, or atypical kind of
- 1:24high school sports. Whereas females on the other
- 1:26hand, they'll kind of tend to go towards more kind of like
- 1:30intellectual things like business and finance and things
- 1:33like that because girls are intellectually more equipped
- 1:37than males initially and intentionally.
- 1:40So that being said, girls kind of miss out a lot on the
- 1:44dopamine from physical activity. The one thing I would say is
- 1:47that when you chase dopamine in a healthy way, not through like
- 1:51addiction or gambling drugs or anything, then you will be able
- 1:54to have more satisfactory life from the ultimate inspection by
- 1:56actually gaining dopamine through good, healthy, strong
- 1:59ways that are going to benefit you and your body.
- 2:02Now girls in the ultimate spectrum, I definitely highly
- 2:04recommend walking or running or working out at least two or
- 2:08three times a week. This will help keep importance
- 2:11of, of keep giving you dopamine from, from healthy sources.
- 2:14Not only this, it actually helps build something called
- 2:16proprioception, which is the deep muscle activation that
- 2:19you'll need to do. You'll need to activate in order
- 2:23to have a, a healthier sensory relationship because sensory
- 2:27processing disorder is a really big thing.
- 2:29But for people on the autism spectrum and to help overcome a
- 2:32lot of like spatial awareness and, and, and your muscle
- 2:34awareness on your how your muscles are positioned in space.
- 2:38Like how do I open the door? You know, do I open it big
- 2:41enough to walk through it or not?
- 2:42All the same stance, appropriate exception.
- 2:44And you can absolutely hack this by working out and adding in
- 2:47fitness into your life. Now, if you want to get your
- 2:50hands on my free autism life hacks PDF book, you can do
- 2:53autismhacks.net right now and it's completely free.
- 2:57All right, see you in the next one guys.
- 2:58Peace.
