- 0:50[SPEAKER_04]: There's a revolution.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, jabies, uh, jabies.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_05]: Finally got to start to get the hang of things down here.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_05]: It's starting to feel real, you know?
- 1:22[SPEAKER_05]: OK.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_05]: It's starting to look around.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_05]: It's starting to take some sniffs.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, like that, you know?
- 1:28[SPEAKER_05]: Uh-huh.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it's coming along.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_05]: Coming along, you know?
- 1:33[SPEAKER_05]: That's why it's not a thousand yard stairs.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_16]: That's what you've been doing just around 10 years.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I went all over the office today.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, the office, I think, good.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_05]: We're getting close, guys.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_05]: The weirdest thing ever was the air conditioning in our studio next door.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_05]: Roke on the, we actually didn't break.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_05]: It was a brand new unit.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_05]: It got struck by lightning.
- 1:54[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_05]: No, why?
- 1:56[SPEAKER_05]: So the guy was just here and we were like, hey man, we can't figure this out.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_05]: Everything was working great.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_05]: And these are brand new units and he goes, oh, this is getting used by lightning.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_05]: Maybe my life is final destination.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_05]: And one of these things is going to give me, I don't know what it is.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know what it is.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_05]: And we had Gerard on the show yesterday, who was sitting where you were, just a 300 pound man bashing into a television.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, bashing into that television inside of take that down last night's.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_16]: So bad.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_16]: And then taking it in.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_16]: Was it a fine?
- 2:27[SPEAKER_05]: And no, it's just when you're that big, right?
- 2:31[SPEAKER_05]: And you're just kind of, it's like, farly where it's just the space is too much for you.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_05]: Sure.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_05]: You almost need to let those guys loose in a warehouse and then kind of shoot it like some sort of interrogation scene.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_05]: Where, all right, you're in a chair, you're far away.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_05]: I'm far enough away from you, but you're also tied.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_05]: tight back.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_05]: So that way in case you try to wriggle free, you can't.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_05]: And then after the show, maybe I could unlock him and then let him out.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_05]: Kind of like a bear.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_05]: It's like leading a bear into the middle of the circus where you're like, all right, let me release the cage, but the cage has got to be big enough.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_02]: This this cage was too small for him.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_05]: Apparently.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_05]: You know, luckily, it was unlike a 30 day warranty.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_05]: So they were like,
- 3:14[SPEAKER_04]: take it back you're nice.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_16]: Nice.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_05]: We're in the hang of it and then I would say what would you reckon coupe by Monday will be in the new studio fully.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's say Monday will just so we have the weekend to get all the equipment set up for something and everything in there over the weekend and we'll probably have it up and ready to go it once a year, conditioners finished, it's only going to take us to day to get everything set up in there.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, perfect.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_05]: And then for the audience, there'll be a bonus show, I think, I don't have a structure in this.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_05]: On Sunday nights, Sunday at five o'clock, I will be in a casino tournament against like the top 25 podcasts, just even though we're number 30, whatever, for Dream Bros. And it is a gambling special for my bookie, and they said, hey, everybody's got their specialty, the winner wins $25,000.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_05]: So I want to fucking win, obviously, and they were like, we got three games, blackjack, poker, and roulette.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_05]: I was like, give me a roulette, let's go.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_05]: So I'm looking forward to that, and that's going to be on Sunday.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_05]: You know, see clips of that everywhere, and maybe we'll throw it up on Patreon, if I can rip the link or something, then be fun.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_05]: Because I'm looking forward to it.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_05]: I haven't done that in years, actually.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_05]: Really?
- 4:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I loved it.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_05]: I used to be a roulette junkie dude.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_16]: No, roulette is a game completely of chance, huh?
- 4:32[SPEAKER_05]: Sort of.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_05]: You can eliminate your odds, so it's a mathematical game where you can kind of shrink them down.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_05]: I usually go to like second thirds, first thirds, things like that, so you can kind of, you can eliminate, let's call it roughly 64% of the table.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_05]: But yes, you still need to have the ball, a little tiny ball bounce where it needs to go at the end of the day, but if always had a lot of luck at it over the years,
- 5:00[SPEAKER_05]: That was my best shot.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_05]: I was one of those dudes in Blackjack who Easy as came in the world.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_16]: Always hit on 16.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not well, yes, but it's very true.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_05]: But I just never had the lock like my friends would bring me just to lose.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_05]: And then they would win a shit ton of money.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, so they would put you in front of correct.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I'd be the and what was this what's the significance of that?
- 5:25[SPEAKER_16]: Well, it's all, you know,
- 5:27[SPEAKER_05]: They were looking at mines to get to their.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_16]: So there's etiquette of blackjack of like you, the never hit on 16, whatever, there's certain things that if the person ahead of you does it, you've just fucked your chances or they do it after whatever.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_16]: So they were telling me what to do like, hey, hit on this and I was like, oh, yeah, so then you take that bad card chances of them having.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_05]: And they won $38,000 at night, and it was me, Christian Cain.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_16]: But it's too decked.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_16]: And so we keep.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_16]: Really.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_05]: And so we keep.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_05]: No, okay.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_05]: Actually, I was on a show.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_05]: I was, she was a fun story.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_05]: It's not.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_05]: It was depressing.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_05]: It was on Tuesday night.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, we were the only three in the entire casino like three in the morning.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_05]: And yeah.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_04]: out Vegas was dead on Tuesday.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_04]: Holy shit.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_04]: That was not worth it.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_05]: This was in 2003 or four somewhere in there.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_05]: And Christian, one of my best friends, had opened up as a country singer.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_05]: He'd opened up for Toby on the whole tour.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_05]: So they were homies forever.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_05]: And so that was easy.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_05]: And we went to fucking all the story now.
- 6:37[SPEAKER_05]: We went to Saddle Ranch.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_05]: He's like, man, I won't be, I won't be Toby Keith, you know.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_05]: I won't be fucking famous or whatever.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_05]: He's like, what's the, what's the, the, the touristy spot?
- 6:45[SPEAKER_05]: And I was like, I mean, any more tourists in the subtle ranch.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_05]: Now, just so I'm not going to insider base bar on you know, that's the, the bull riding thing that you see in Saxon, the city and all that other shit like that was the main bar with the bull riding thing in every single movie.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_05]: And it was like, of course, all right.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_05]: You got country, and then you got cheap drinks, and then girls were in fucking bandanas as tops.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_05]: We get there, and I'm like, dude, it's Tuesday, man.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_05]: Eight people in there.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_05]: Fuck, man, we don't gas at the jet.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_05]: We don't go, it was go to Vegas.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_05]: It's good fucking base.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_05]: Great, man, what do you think that's gonna be like?
- 7:18[SPEAKER_05]: And I just wanna do it for the story, obviously.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I'm all in at this point.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_05]: And yeah.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_05]: Went there, got there, no one there.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, no one at any single casino, nothing, two a.m. on a Tuesday night's as when we landed.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_05]: awful.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_05]: And we played cards to like seven, 30 in the morning, miserable.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_05]: And I lost everything and then they gave me a cut of what they won.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I've never been to Vegas before, but I'm surprised that it's ever empty ever.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_03]: Well, she worked there.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_16]: It's not really.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_03]: It is.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_16]: Wait, what, what, what, what hotel do you go?
- 7:52[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, I think it's plain Hollywood.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_05]: Tuesday night, oh, you're saying yes, it is, I'm saying.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_05]: I'm playing at Hollywood, but if you're on the main main.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_05]: He had a deal there.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know whether he sang there or whatever, but.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_16]: No, I'm playing at Hollywood's off-strap.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_05]: No, it's on-strap.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_05]: It's right across from the blusher.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_05]: Directly across the street.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_05]: So it was, I thought it was fine and you know, but there was only a handful of people out in the street and everything.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_05]: It's Tuesday, like in the dead of winter, like there's no, okay, it's done of winter fine.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_05]: Probably February, January, February, somewhere there.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_05]: So it was just like, I know.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_05]: Weekends, yeah.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_05]: Shit.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_05]: You were Toby Keys.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_05]: We could have fucking had a goddamn table somewhere and really lived it up, but no.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_05]: No, no cool stories out of it.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_05]: Which is the roast, fucking night.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, we thought that was going to be a cool story.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_05]: I know, but that's why I've never told it, because those are just like, yeah.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_05]: Because you're like, oh, I think it's not like Toby whipped out an eight ball, and there was fucking prostitutes everywhere.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_05]: I wanted it to be like the video, you know, like a red solo cup thing, where we were just like, it's really wanted to tell.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_16]: Was that there wasn't a good story?
- 9:00[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I got forced into it, because he's like, oh, man, I'm dying to know this, and I'm like, I'll tell it.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_05]: Fuck it.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_16]: Did you, you said dying to know this, huh?
- 9:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he did.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_02]: Cooked jam it.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_02]: That's my remember saying, yeah, it's a cook set.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_02]: Very bad.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_02]: So, damn it.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_16]: Don't ever say I'm dying to hear this.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_05]: I would tell you this whole story.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_05]: Because it's not, it's not a whole story, sorry.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_05]: They want a lot of money because that's cool for them, but whatever, he was already rich.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_05]: But I'll be playing this roulette thing on Sunday.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_05]: If I win that, I advance to the next round.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_05]: And then that you win $25,000, not to be televised everywhere as well.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_16]: And is it the same night?
- 9:36[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_05]: It'll be different night.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_05]: They're going to give you like a week off.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_05]: They're kind of setting it like the NBA Finals.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_05]: type of sitch, so it'll be like a nice pregame before that, and then the winner does get 25 grand, they're going to wire it in immediately, so you'll have it in your account.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_16]: Great.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_05]: It's pretty rad.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_05]: It's just rad.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_05]: So my bookie rocks is a promo code Jacob Browseau was at first deposit all the way to $2,000.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_05]: Whatever.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_05]: But today, let's be a saddle ranch, we're trying to make California great again.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_05]: Sout ranch is just to be great.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_05]: It was awesome and Spencer Pratt, aka the Pratt Daddy.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_05]: Allegedly has a lead if you want to believe it, but today is Voting Day in California.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_05]: Now, he just dropped a video about an hour ago on his own feed, stating his last final case for why he should become mayor of Los Angeles.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, press play on this clip.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_10]: One of the most pernicious challenges for Los Angeles is affordability from housing to food to basic services.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_10]: Everything is too expensive and it's getting worse.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_10]: Furthermore, it feels like there's a breakaway civilization forming with a G-wagon brigade as living a life that is completely divorced from the permanent reality of 90% of the world's millennials.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_10]: And that gap has never been wider.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_05]: They don't have a good bathroom to do cooking.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_10]: There are two ways to make something more fun about it while they're lower the price or you increase your income.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_10]: When you're making minimum wage, building your gas tank takes the years off your life.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_10]: When people are making a hundred grand a month, they're not even looking at the price of gas.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_10]: It's how long my opponents ever did.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_10]: It's crazy.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_10]: Focus on one way of making these things more affordable.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_10]: The one thing they can do much.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_10]: Well, we're the president.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_10]: So instead, they have government sees everything.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_10]: And promise you, free stuff.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_10]: This is how socialists have always starts.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_10]: And this is how socialists have always been.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_10]: I want to focus on getting more money in your pocket.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_10]: Just last year, because of Karen Bass, and with your ramen chasing, business away within same taxes and regulations, and allowing rampage drug used throughout the city, we had over 100 restaurants shut down in LA City.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_00]: Well, careful now, you're doing your streets for us up or lower middle planet times.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_10]: That's thousands of jobs that have just vanished into thin air.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_10]: This does two things and both of them are terrible for you.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_10]: With less restaurants, you now have more customers packing it to less restaurants.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_10]: With less choices, the restaurants can raise the prices as much as they want, because where are you going to go?
- 12:03[SPEAKER_10]: That's supply and demand.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_10]: But not only does that hurt your wallet as a consumer, it also hurts you as an employee.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_10]: With thousands of waiters and cooks now laid off, you have a massive supply of labor, fighting over a banishingly smaller number of jobs.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_10]: So now employees have to compete for these jobs and how do you do that?
- 12:20[SPEAKER_10]: Take the lower pay.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_10]: Breastron owners can pay anything they want and people will take it because they have to.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_10]: To all you independent film workers, the cinematographers out there raise your hand if you've been taking crap jobs for half your rate lately, bringing your camera gear without a kiffy.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_10]: Why?
- 12:36[SPEAKER_10]: Because you have to.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_10]: There's not enough work.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_08]: The first one was gratis.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_08]: That's fine tree.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_08]: Now we're moving on to the Elite Pack.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_08]: It's seven commercials for the heavily discounted price of $6,500.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_17]: Yeah, this station just quoted me $450 per.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_10]: My plan to tackle this important punch of higher prices and lower wages is simple.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_10]: Increase commerce.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_10]: We need more business.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_10]: You've seen all the for lease signs on store fronts throughout the city.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_10]: When you bring back business to LA with more businesses, we have more competition.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_10]: They have to lower prices to win your business.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_10]: With more commerce, we have more jobs.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_10]: Now the employers have to woo you to work for them with high pay, benefits, better conditions.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_10]: This isn't trickle down economics.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_10]: It's a rising tide that lifts all those.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_11]: While we're at Libcan owns two warehouses on 14th Street and leases them out to produce distributors.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_11]: But the situation with the encampments Robert says has gotten so bad, it's affecting business.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_11]: Robert says one of his tenants is leaving and now he's worried about the building staying vacant.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_11]: If this happens, he says he won't be able to financially stay afloat.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_09]: I tried to sell the property.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_09]: I couldn't handle it any longer.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_09]: I almost went broke when this was vacant for two years.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_09]: I couldn't even find anybody that would want to even buy it.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_09]: My broker brought people a learning and would just leave even right now.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_09]: He's bringing people to try to take this place here.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_09]: And he's at so much fucking campus.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_09]: And as soon as they come around the corner, they don't know I don't want to do this.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_10]: As mayor, I will clean the streets.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_10]: I will make customers want to be out in about patronizing local businesses and I will cut regulations and support commerce in this city.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_10]: This is LA.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_10]: This is Paradise.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_10]: We should have money shooting out of the ATMs.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_10]: We have no excuse to be this destitute and broken down.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_10]: Karen Bass has failed us, and too many have simply accepted that this is all we can expect from LA.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_10]: That ends when I'm mayor.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_10]: There are so many business leaders champing at the bit to invest in a city.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_10]: They just need a leader who doesn't want to destroy the place.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_10]: When I'm mayor, LA is back in business.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, so hey, commercial is incredible and that was his last final push.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_05]: The candidates typically don't do shit like this that long.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_05]: They'll usually put out a tweet or whatever.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_05]: He shot a video.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_05]: Now, something that went super under the radar.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_05]: Go to the next clip here.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_05]: This one's only 20 seconds and I want to show you.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_05]: He went down to the fucking jungles in Jim Gilliam Park down there.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_05]: And that's fucking gangland dude.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_05]: This is in South Central Los Angeles, this is Rollin' 60s territory, this is fucking gang land dude.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_05]: So, just freeze frame now, yep.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, these are the dudes that were there, okay?
- 15:37[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, press play.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_05]: That guy in the white suit is Spencer Pratt, who went down in through a fucking barbecue with the actual gangs in Los Angeles.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_16]: No security, no nothing.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_05]: To say hey man, what's going on in the community?
- 16:05[SPEAKER_05]: What can you, yeah, what do you need, why aren't people and then, well, here's the other part was some of them said to him, hey dude, no politician of any race has ever come down here.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_05]: And they were like, do you really want to know what we need?
- 16:21[SPEAKER_05]: And they were like, yeah, he's like, what do you need?
- 16:24[SPEAKER_05]: So he was there for like two, three hours, no security.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_05]: Self-catered this barbeque down there and literally just hung out with gang members from both sides for like two or three hours What the fuck in an all white suit?
- 16:41[SPEAKER_16]: What did they say they needed?
- 16:43[SPEAKER_05]: They just said nobody's ever heard our voice.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, exactly But they said they said nobody's ever asked us ever what we fucking needed here Here's what we need help with in the community and blah, blah, blah, blah and now look
- 16:58[SPEAKER_05]: The question becomes whether or not he can actually change any of this, and I don't know because the funding typically comes from somewhere else.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_05]: If you're looking at what Mombani is done to New York City and fucking that whole place up, he was out of money in 120 days.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_05]: He went into the state and said, all right, I need $8 billion to bail out New York City, Kathy Hawkel wrote that check.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_05]: I do not see Gavin Newsome writing a check for Spencer Pratt.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_03]: Well, so I've also heard that like the city in New York City is much more powerful than like, or like the mayor is more powerful in New York City than the mayor in LA.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_03]: That is correct.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_05]: Yep, I've lived in both, and that is absolutely correct.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_05]: Because so many things are going in and out of there, like financially, let's face this in New York Stock Exchange.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_05]: So like you start fucking with those people on the exchange and on those investors and all the people living in the high rises,
- 17:51[SPEAKER_05]: You're never real goddamn problem in New York City, whereas LA, what Spencer Pratt just said, the only way you could shut LA down is the production.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_05]: Then Los Angeles and Hollywood goes away.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_05]: New York is the financial system.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_05]: LA is this, and let's face it.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_05]: We're fucking...
- 18:09[SPEAKER_05]: That's kind of happening, isn't it?
- 18:10[SPEAKER_05]: Yes, we're two years away, three years away from nothing shooting in Los Angeles at all.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_05]: Everything is, we get, we got Momentan, Atlanta, Shreeve Ports, and then everything is overseas.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_05]: Vancouver.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_05]: Vancouver, yeah, so it's, what he's asking for, truly is the only way that you can save this city at this point, but I don't think the people that he's actually talking to will vote for him, and it's not gonna matter anyways.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_03]: So, so, what I've, so the, it's LA, so the chances of him winning the general election are pretty small, but if he can get into the top two today, yep, yep, today, yeah, the idea would be is that if he's in the top two, it would, it would push out turnout in Republican voters, which would then vote Republican on the down ballot.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_03]: So it would actually be really helpful for Republicans, even if he didn't win, just to be on the general
- 19:05[SPEAKER_05]: Yes, and he's getting a last minute surge of money and everything else put into it.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_05]: And for that exact reason that you just mentioned, now, the other part of today is, because it's not just the mayors, it's the governors, is whether or not it'll be two Republicans at the top.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_05]: We're all gonna be watching this tonight because if California flips, we wouldn't that be crazy.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_05]: Well, you guys are, this is what I wanted to chat with you guys about, because you and Cooper are pretty much lifelong Californians.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_05]: What was the best period of time there for you guys?
- 19:39[SPEAKER_16]: Best, I mean.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_05]: I know mine, but I only live there for 15 years.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, early 2000s wasn't bad, but back in the early 2000s, like I wasn't involved with politics.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_02]: I wasn't paying attention to it.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_02]: It wasn't being jammed down our photos.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, guys.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_02]: I got the same exact answer.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_16]: We grew up in Ventura, like Ventura.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, the Ventura County and beyond, which to this day is not.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_16]: It's not just what's going on in Los Angeles is not what's going on there.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_16]: So we grew up there then moved to LA early 2000s and it was fucking amazing.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_05]: So why do they shut down you guys as high schools and middle schools and stuff?
- 20:19[SPEAKER_16]: In Ohio.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_16]: in Ohio specifics.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_16]: So, Ohio is basically being taken over by and pathways and Asians, I guess.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_16]: It's like, don't have children.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_16]: They don't have children or they don't really live there.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_16]: So, like, second house, Jason Seagull, he doesn't have kids, right?
- 20:37[SPEAKER_16]: So it's like Juliet Lewis, Jason Seagull, all these people that have these like amazing barren thaw has kids, but
- 20:46[SPEAKER_16]: they go to some weird hippie school, whatever.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_16]: So it's all private schools.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_16]: Because if you are a rich person with kids moving in there, like let's say they're barrenthal, you're going to go to a private school there.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_16]: Because the private schools there are just like super nice and hippie, which is why you move to Ohio.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_16]: But forget me.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_16]: If you wanted to be a rich hippie.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_02]: All right, but it's a little higher, just drum circles.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, they are.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_05]: But, but, but if you're going to a place like, oh, hi, I would think the public schools would be great because it's so rich to live there.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_05]: Well, were they not for you guys?
- 21:22[SPEAKER_16]: They were for us, but that it was affordable.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_16]: Back then, nobody knew about oh, hi.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and I went to high school in Galita, California, just north of Santa Barbara.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't move to Ventura until I was think around 1920 and something like that.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_02]: I spent most of my time in Galita.
- 21:38[SPEAKER_16]: I would probably say the same about, yeah, Montesito, Santa Barbara, the private, the public schools there used to be great.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_16]: It was like, you know.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_16]: a certain middle class, I guess, lower middle class and it was beautiful and the public schools were great.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_16]: There was only a couple of fine.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_16]: But when more like when people found Ohio, first they first they mentioned it in Beverly Hills 90210.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_16]: Uh, and then it kind of slowly grew from there.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_16]: And then Jennifer Lopez got married there.
- 22:15[SPEAKER_16]: One of the first marriages or second marriages.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_16]: And then it slowly started to catch on.
- 22:21[SPEAKER_16]: And then people like, when you go to Ohio for the first time, you're like, oh, my God.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_16]: So this is literal paradise.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_16]: small town in California paradise hippies, but they don't smell.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_16]: You know what I mean?
- 22:38[SPEAKER_16]: It's really just like amazing foods, great fun health food stores, all that it's
- 22:45[SPEAKER_16]: on what was the name of that that want rainbow bridge rainbow bridge food there it's like a nice grocery store but the food that they have in their deli is amazing great it was it was a super expensive health food store before even Whole Foods was a thing so we invented everything there Whole Foods all that stuff or one like owns like owes everything to oh high culture okay
- 23:11[SPEAKER_05]: Um, but when you guys said that early 2000s, that was the year that I had, and it was Schwarzenegger.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_05]: It was the fucking mayor.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_05]: So that's the last Republican that was the mayor there.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_05]: I'm sorry, the governor there.
- 23:21[SPEAKER_05]: And I thought it was a joke.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_05]: I went in and voted as a joke.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_05]: I was just like, this is hilarious, and I don't really care.
- 23:29[SPEAKER_05]: And, uh,
- 23:32[SPEAKER_05]: That was the cleanest, safest that city.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_05]: Like it felt like, oh shit, Hollywood was coming back.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_05]: And remember they were building the Dolby Center and all that stuff for the Oscars, and they were like, look, and he was pumpin' money in a production's out there, and that's how all those jobs stayed.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_05]: And yeah, man, that was the last time for me too.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_05]: And then they're all went to fucking shit.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_05]: I just wonder, and again, I'll keep it on this tonight, but I just wonder if it's enough where people have genuinely had enough to where it's worth a change.
- 24:02[SPEAKER_05]: I thought Schwarzenegger was a joke, but I voted for him anyways.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_05]: people could think Spencer Pratt's a joke.
- 24:08[SPEAKER_05]: People thought Trump was a joke.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_05]: Exactly, some maybe give it a shot because the person who's already in has already fucked up your city beyond repair.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_05]: The governor that's there has already fucked up your city beyond repair.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_05]: Choose new leadership and just see what happens for for you.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_16]: And you need someone that cares about their own image so much that they will work really, really hard.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_16]: to not be the person that didn't do the thing they said they were going to do, right?
- 24:33[SPEAKER_05]: I think that is the best summation of all of this because that is what Trump cares about the most.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_05]: What's with Spencer Pratt cares about the most?
- 24:40[SPEAKER_05]: That's what Schwarzenegger cared about the most.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_16]: Like Karen Bash, she's like, I'm just going to keep my hair like this.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_16]: I'm just going to keep it like this.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_05]: She looks like a troll.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_16]: I'm gonna keep my hair like this, and I'm just gonna wear this one suit.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_16]: Like, what do I care about image?
- 24:54[SPEAKER_16]: Nothing.
- 24:54[SPEAKER_16]: I never said I was gonna do anything huge.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_16]: I just was like, I'm gonna be, you know, different.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_16]: And she's doing that.
- 25:05[SPEAKER_05]: So... She's got that no fuss haircut dude.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_16]: I'm gonna be always, her campaign was like, I'm gonna always be smiling.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_16]: Put it on a clip, but number two.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_05]: And that's it.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_16]: Even when I'm not smiling, it's going to look like I'm smiling.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_16]: I'm going to keep this haircut the whole time.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_16]: I'm going to wear this suit every single day.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_16]: And so she's doing what she said.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_16]: Now, if you make all of these, it's almost like running for high school, you know, some kind of, oh, yeah, I ran for a price present.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_16]: You know, if you say there's corn dogs going to be in the bending machine or whatever, for free, yeah, corn dogs and then you know.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_16]: You better have a free corn dog.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_16]: You better have CDs fucking shooting out of that bending machine or else people are going to rage and that's what you're going to be known for forever.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_16]: is the person that said they were going to do the thing and didn't do the thing.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_16]: So at least let him like pound the pavement kill himself at at 10 years to his life of really stressing out and trying to do this, at least it's going to be something where a person's actual reputation is on the line and not just like another office that they're going to.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_05]: What a full circle turnaround this would be.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_05]: I'm really
- 26:25[SPEAKER_05]: I think you can get into the top two.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_05]: I really believe so after tonight's.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_05]: And then luckily, you're gonna have four more months of him and the internet and messaging, and then you give yourself a better chance.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_16]: And he is the same as Trump, not that I know, but as far as like you're out there, your big, you say all the stuff when people get into rooms with him or he does, you know, podcast before he was trying to do this, like he's a very, like, you know, charismatic, super self-deprecating, everybody actually loves him.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_16]: So can he get into these rooms and kind of talk to these people and be like, hey man, like, this is, maybe I don't know everything, whatever, this is what I'm trying to do, how can I do it, right?
- 27:11[SPEAKER_16]: It's possible.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_16]: It's possible.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_03]: He's currently winning in the polls.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_03]: He's got a tight, it's tight between him and bass, but he just needs to find it.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_03]: All he needs to do is top two.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_16]: I've even tied right now.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_16]: I know crazy, right?
- 27:25[SPEAKER_05]: It is.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_05]: And I really want to see the numbers because a lot of these races that they said have been closed during these primaries last few weeks were fucking blowouts.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_05]: I was telling you, you know, we know when the polls close and all that stuff.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_05]: And then they'll usually get the first set in like eight minutes later, right?
- 27:38[SPEAKER_05]: Somewhere in there.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_05]: Um, and you can kind of tell early sometimes if it's a blowout that it's like, oh, shit, this person's gonna win.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, tonight's a little different because I think the polls cause it's seven, which is ten, our time.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_05]: So I'll be up.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_05]: I'm sure that'll be our top story and drinking bros tomorrow, but uh, I say why not.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_05]: I love it.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_16]: Like I've said, I've, I've liked him.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_16]: for a while now when I'm before hating him.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_16]: And then I've liked him for a while now.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_16]: He's started going on juicy scoop.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_16]: He's selling his crystals.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_16]: He's selling his like bird houses.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_16]: Like he's just
- 28:19[SPEAKER_16]: So LA, right, but he also makes fun of it a little bit.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it's his parents, parents, every, it's, it's LA as you could possibly get.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_16]: Right, like loves his kids, talks openly of all Ed just want to be Ed just want to be famous, literally I'll do anything.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_05]: And it's funny.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_05]: But the other part of this is he's so fucking busy right now.
- 28:41[SPEAKER_05]: So he was supposed to be on drinking bros. And the broken thing and the scheduling conflicts
- 28:48[SPEAKER_05]: for real.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_05]: Here's my cell phone number.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_05]: Here's my email address like just hit me up personally, right?
- 28:54[SPEAKER_05]: And I've told this story a couple of days ago, but it's getting bumps for like he's on the like to today's show and all this other crazy shit, right?
- 29:03[SPEAKER_05]: And I go, hey, you have our audience already.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_05]: This is all Republican.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_05]: It's like, go, yeah, go to the left to shit.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_05]: Like you're fine, and then you can come back in the summer after you win.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_05]: Because I think he will make the top two.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_05]: So I go, just go, and don't worry about us, man.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_05]: This is fucking rad, but even the fact of being that busy and then going out of your way.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_05]: to send somebody yourself a number in your fucking email number and said, hey, dude.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_05]: I think he's contacting a person like, I think he's a pretty genuine dude.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_05]: That's rare that that happens.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_05]: Usually it goes through a publicist or something and you're like, okay, cool.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_05]: But it was just him.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_05]: He responded on his own.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_05]: Should he even wrote in for Drinking Bro the Week last year before this election?
- 29:44[SPEAKER_05]: So yeah.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_16]: He even said like the most relatable thing where he like he goes into Irwan like to get maybe recognized.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_16]: He's like I spend $30 on this smoothie and like no one recognizes me.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_16]: He's like
- 30:00[SPEAKER_16]: fucking waste.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_16]: That's why you go into it, but it's like it's so it's so honest because that's why they all fucking go in there Yeah, yeah, they order the Bieber smoothie.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_05]: Those good smoothies are are they weren't well Yeah, I never I can't justify it.
- 30:15[SPEAKER_05]: I can't justify it.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_05]: I can't justify it.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_05]: I can't justify it.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_16]: No, I've never even been to Irwan Okay, all right.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_05]: I could even tell you where one one is
- 30:23[SPEAKER_05]: I know that I know that I know the jokes about it, right, but I have personally never been in there because it is known that it's a $30 smoothie and it's like, no, dude, I'm not.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_16]: I've been into the OG or one, which is Rainbow Bridge in Ohio.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 30:38[SPEAKER_16]: I don't need to go into the.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_05]: Was that the original?
- 30:42[SPEAKER_16]: in our eyes, which is what we just said, I, you know, I work there when I was 15, 16.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_16]: Like it was so expensive, it was all like, the, it was so expensive.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_16]: But it was the only game in town in a lot of towns, people would travel.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_05]: It had the little jugs.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_05]: You could press the sesame seed things and all this stuff and right.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_16]: Yes, I know if you've been into rainbow bridge.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_05]: I was one by my office that was rainbow something and they said, yeah, no, that's not it was always packed.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_16]: It wasn't a person of it was the health food store.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_05]: And I was just like, all right, but they were doing some of these too.
- 31:20[SPEAKER_05]: So who it's LA, I'm sure everybody's doing some of these at this point.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_16]: I haven't had a smoothie and forever.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_05]: I have neither.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_05]: My kids had one from the planet some of the other night, but I was five bucks.
- 31:32[SPEAKER_16]: It was, anyways.
- 31:35[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, is that it?
- 31:36[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, there's rainbow trees there.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_05]: Did you work there?
- 31:38[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, you did?
- 31:39[SPEAKER_05]: No shit.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_05]: Would you do a cashier?
- 31:41[SPEAKER_16]: So I worked at the Delhi.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_16]: Did you really?
- 31:43[SPEAKER_16]: I worked at the Dally.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_16]: That was a badass part of the store.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_16]: Best part of the store.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_16]: I actually got the dress code changed.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_16]: A new rule put in the dress code, which was.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_16]: Because I was super cool and grunge kind of, and I was wearing a slip over my jeans.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_16]: And like a flannel, but like a slip over.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_16]: So they had to add in the dress code,
- 32:14[SPEAKER_16]: And they never thought they would, but I got brought into the office many times.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_16]: Anyways.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_16]: Rainbow Bridge.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_03]: Was it more of like a whole foods than an air wand?
- 32:28[SPEAKER_16]: it was it was more like it was very local.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_16]: So it was it was more like a whole foods like a cross between.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, for whole foods was like a mom and pop a establishment.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_16]: Exactly.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_16]: That's right.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_16]: That's right.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_16]: That's right.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_02]: Oh boy.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_05]: Can I tell you what's well, TMZ is just running a fucking.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_05]: What?
- 32:50[SPEAKER_05]: A little dirty story here.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_05]: Tom Styer, who's the candidate for governor in California.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_05]: is they were saying what the candidates did in their last hours.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_05]: We just showed you Spencer Pratt's video.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_05]: He went to a drag queen karaoke session.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_16]: Yes, he's very in saying Tom Petty.
- 33:07[SPEAKER_05]: I won't back down.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_05]: Now I'm not going to play that for Jesse.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_05]: That's the greatest button we've ever had in our lives.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_17]: What is it?
- 33:14[SPEAKER_17]: Okay.
- 33:18[SPEAKER_05]: That's going to use a lot.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I got to bring up the levels on those.
- 33:21[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
- 33:47[SPEAKER_16]: Where are we talking about Tom Holland?
- 33:49[SPEAKER_05]: It just popped up as like breaking news.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_05]: He's sober.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_05]: I was like, that's not so bad.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_16]: No, that's not breaking news.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_05]: No, but apparently he wanted Amy Polar's show and talked about it.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_05]: I don't need to.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_05]: God, oh, who said this to me the other night?
- 34:00[SPEAKER_05]: Fuck.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_05]: We're talking about Benny Jones.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_05]: If Benny Jones is documentary that we watch.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, it was Gerard, which Gerard was yesterday, because dude, how awesome was that?
- 34:10[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, you know what, man, there was only one thing that bums me out in the whole documentary because it was so good.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_05]: And, uh, and it goes me too, man.
- 34:17[SPEAKER_05]: It goes, was it the sobriety thing?
- 34:20[SPEAKER_05]: And I go, yes, yes, yes.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_04]: He's all man.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_05]: Watch this badass documentary of Vinnie Jones that is rocks and it just goes, title cards, man, he's to this day, he started over 100 movies, won this and won this one, this, and then at the last line, he's been sober since 2013 and I was like, fuck!
- 34:39[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_05]: Now he, that's the guy I've parted with.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_16]: I got some cool stories and yeah, he said he's been boring.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_16]: boring since 23 years.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_16]: God, all this cool stuff you saw never it will never happen again.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_16]: Now in in his defense, I did say to Ross like a member that part where he bit off the guy's nose blackout drunk.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_16]: I think it's a thing where some people can and some people can't, right?
- 35:08[SPEAKER_05]: I've parted with them.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_05]: Now that I got some cool stories, Vinnie Jones.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_16]: He did something actually happen.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_16]: Or do you guys hear a Vegas on a Tuesday?
- 35:15[SPEAKER_05]: No, we went to, it took me to Jason Statham's birthday party.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_05]: They're best friends in real life.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_05]: And we'll have been fucking drinks.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_05]: Statham is only five three.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_05]: Vinnie Jones is a gigantic man.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_05]: Statham passed out his own birthday party, 45 minutes in and then slept on the couch, like a little, like, curled up like a little baby over there.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_05]: And it turns out, because there was no security there either,
- 35:38[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, Vinnie's my security, you know, Vinnie's my security.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_05]: And they've been best friends ever since that fucking movie, ma'am.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_05]: So that's that relationship still goes to this day.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_05]: Now it makes me question whether, Steve, I'm sober too.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_16]: Okay, but no, listen, there's people.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_16]: I tried to explain this too as well.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_16]: There's people that pass out like a tiny baby on a couch, and there's people that bite somebody's nose off.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_16]: Yep.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_16]: Okay, so this is just the people that say them still drinks, okay?
- 36:04[SPEAKER_16]: Because no one cares about a guy passed out on a couch.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_16]: So this doesn't make headlines.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_05]: We all had a good laugh about it and everything else.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_05]: And no pictures were taken at like, Vinnie took care of all objects for drama.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_05]: No, and he's cool like that.
- 36:19[SPEAKER_05]: Like, hey, dude, there should have been this is a big movie star.
- 36:22[SPEAKER_05]: Like, you can't do it.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_05]: I will say this though, uh, there's a picture of us there.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_05]: My aunt saw it.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_05]: Um, and she apparently that's her celebrity crush of all time and uh, and Dawn and she goes, I got to know about state.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to go, he's five three.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_05]: She's like, no, and I go, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, but he's the coolest fucking dude ever.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_05]: She was like, I don't know that I can get past the five three.
- 36:43[SPEAKER_05]: What is it with the height and women?
- 36:45[SPEAKER_16]: I will say that accent and and and gruff.
- 36:49[SPEAKER_16]: I think that bumps him up.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_16]: Well, he'd be an installer these at least six, one with that with that accent and attitude.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I think it's like they've been doing pretty well for himself.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_05]: You're going to be a good one if you want to walk down the street.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, he's been married for years.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_05]: Is that supermodel?
- 37:05[SPEAKER_05]: But the way he carries himself in a room, too.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_05]: It's like he's the most jacked, ripped man of all time and you watch it in your life.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_05]: Man, that's a lot of confidence at five three.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_16]: Same like nobody knows as we, nobody knows I'm five two.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_16]: Do you know what I mean?
- 37:19[SPEAKER_16]: No.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_03]: And you walk in the room.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_03]: I feel your presence.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, she's got a tall energy.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's all energy.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_03]: Right, blue.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_16]: So, you know, I also have the chair hiked up pretty high.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_16]: But walking in, you know, I'm here.
- 37:32[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 37:33[SPEAKER_16]: Right?
- 37:33[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, hell yeah, do it.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, and it's something that's
- 37:39[SPEAKER_16]: We've learned to be like, how do we make it seem like we're, you know, more powerful than the 63 percent.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_05]: And you guys have pulled it off, but there's not a lot of people that can pull that off.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_05]: It's true.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_05]: It's true.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_05]: It's true.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_05]: It's true.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_05]: You don't want to take a swing at that guy.
- 37:59[SPEAKER_05]: No.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_05]: You don't know.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_05]: You don't know what's going to happen there.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_05]: But the two of them were used to live next to each other, too.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_05]: That's how homies they were.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_05]: Hey, we're getting houses next door to each other, so.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_05]: Like Rick Flare and Hulk Hogan, when Hogan said that story, I was like, he lives next door to you in the coldest sack.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_05]: The fuck?
- 38:19[SPEAKER_05]: What a dream.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_05]: And then he's like, now, Rick, 4.58, Rick's drinking.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_05]: And you're not going to stop him after that.
- 38:26[SPEAKER_16]: Right.
- 38:26[SPEAKER_05]: I was like, all right.
- 38:28[SPEAKER_05]: Well, that's Rick Flare.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, sir's saying he's awesome.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_16]: Sorry.
- 38:33[SPEAKER_16]: That's a fucking third way to Joan.
- 38:37[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no, no.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_16]: So he's still being read great.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_16]: Good to know.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_05]: thing is, if you were here, he would laugh at himself for that, that big of like, yeah, I can't believe I'm sober.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_05]: It's fucking sucks.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_05]: I guarantee you we'd say that, guarantee it.
- 38:52[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, he's probably got something where he's like, look, you know, I wanted to keep my family or, you know, probably.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_16]: They had a jail or something.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_16]: Good.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_16]: You like that, anyway.
- 39:01[SPEAKER_05]: But you got to give it a, you got to take a shot at it, but, uh, had it all these fucking people getting sober.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_05]: I wonder, if you could trace back a sober
- 39:11[SPEAKER_05]: to like Bradley Cooper is that the guy and then it just kind of trickled down everywhere else.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_05]: Bradley Cooper now feels like a tie up to me for sobriety.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_16]: It was Bradley Cooper.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_05]: Did he get Daxcheper sober too?
- 39:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_16]: Shut up.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_16]: Dax Shepherd.
- 39:29[SPEAKER_03]: Dax Shepherd's on something though, because that man was going on, yeah, yeah.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_16]: He's got prescribed something, right?
- 39:34[SPEAKER_03]: He's on the peptides or something.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, he's on all of his genes, yeah, yeah.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_16]: But it all goes back to Bradley Cooper.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_16]: Although I will say, Will Arnett got coop, Bradley Cooper.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_16]: Sorry.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, not cooped up.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_16]: cooped up millionaire.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_16]: Will our net got Bradley Cooper's over, Bradley Cooper got Brad Pitt, you know, so the I feel like it starts with will our net, but I just don't want to give that to Will our net and dacks Started it, they're just not famous enough for me to give them That cred.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_05]: I understand that.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_05]: I understand that You weren't here for this, but, uh, kind of reading middle of the knowledge and dropped out of that festival too.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_05]: It's canceled now, by the way.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_05]: Um, they were billing in his millie the nilly and Oh, I don't know.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_05]: Dad.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_05]: It was going to be this like freedom to 50 fast to whatever at the White House for the fourth July Okay, everybody's dropped out of it Because people are coming after them politically from the left of like floke you how dare you and everybody's like, whoa, dude.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't want this reaction
- 40:41[SPEAKER_16]: uh... but now millie vanilla just said i'm out uh... and it is fab that still alive so the other one's dead who is millie vanilla i had not heard of this person before he had said do well if it's to a limit on the look i'm a on the right there's a lip syncers you can blame it on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a rameon on a r
- 41:06[SPEAKER_16]: I feel like I might have heard the name before, but I'm sure because it's only used as sort of a description of someone that's lip syncing or not really singing their songs.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_16]: So Millie Benelli,
- 41:21[SPEAKER_16]: I have seen this with made into a band basically by someone else, it's crazy when you feel like you know a story really well and then you're forced to describe it to someone that doesn't know and you're like, I have no idea what this is but anyway, they could kind of sing but not really so they did a backing track of someone else and they would go out and perform
- 41:44[SPEAKER_16]: and lip sync and dance and everything and one day, one performance, the track skipped.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_16]: Now, nowadays a backing track is like normal.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_16]: It's just something that people use back then.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_16]: It was the biggest scandal of all time.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_16]: And the song was, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on the, blame it on
- 42:30[SPEAKER_16]: When you think about it now, it's so trivial, right?
- 42:34[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 42:34[SPEAKER_03]: But back then, huge open Pandora's box there, a little bit.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_16]: Huge story.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_16]: One of them hung himself.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_16]: I mean.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 42:43[SPEAKER_03]: Sorry.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_05]: That's crazy.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, they were never so fun before.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_05]: It was different.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_05]: It never had a bit down.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_05]: It was trying to put something about side of the house.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_05]: It was a person's life.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_16]: No.
- 42:54[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 42:54[SPEAKER_05]: There were showers in the area.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_05]: And then the cops did blame on the rain for his death.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_05]: I had to do it.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_05]: Um, obviously this not true.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_05]: He hung himself, but breaking news will our nets as weird Jesus Christ man is the computer now tracking me.
- 43:09[SPEAKER_05]: Um, just got cast.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, opposite Kristen Stewart and that fucking challenger thing.
- 43:13[SPEAKER_05]: Remember she was going to play Sally Ride.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_05]: Now we'll learn that isn't it.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_05]: He's playing in a hardcore drama for a fucking Amazon Prime.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_16]: Well, he did do that.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_16]: He has to show that baby.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_16]: He had to try to do drama for a while.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_05]: You saw it.
- 43:29[SPEAKER_05]: How was the last one?
- 43:30[SPEAKER_16]: the is this thing on.
- 43:32[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 43:32[SPEAKER_16]: I really liked it.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_16]: But maybe they saw that.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_16]: But I am not going to recommend anyone see it because I don't want how I was feeling some type of way.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_16]: It's almost like when you watch something on a plane.
- 43:44[SPEAKER_16]: I was feeling some type of way and it hit me in the right time and the right moment.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_16]: And I really liked it.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_16]: Now, if you talk to anyone else that saw it, they will say it's the biggest piece of shit they've
- 44:00[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, I won't.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_05]: I won't.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_16]: Because I guess it's really horrible and I was just like, I was so nervous.
- 44:06[SPEAKER_16]: I was sober too, but I was like, going through some shit.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_16]: I love a Laura Dern.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_16]: I don't mind a will or not.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_16]: You know, I know.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, another huge story that happened over the weekend here.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_05]: I want to chat about this was, and I called this a year ago.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_05]: I said, Hey, dude, I was in the next two years.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_05]: Some YouTubers gonna create some fucking thing that takes over and there's nothing you can do about it.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_05]: Using elements of AI and creativity and all that other shits here.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_05]: This movie, Backrooms, is just insane.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_05]: The guy's name is Kane Parsons.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_05]: My kid's know who he is.
- 44:44[SPEAKER_05]: He's got some magical YouTube name, whatever his handle is, or...
- 44:48[SPEAKER_05]: I think it might just be Kane Parsons.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_05]: So for him, who was the other one?
- 44:51[SPEAKER_05]: The Michael,
- 44:53[SPEAKER_05]: There was three of these movies, right?
- 44:54[SPEAKER_05]: Well, are you talking about a market player?
- 44:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, yeah, a market player did iron lung.
- 44:59[SPEAKER_02]: That's based off of a video game.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_05]: So my kid wanted to see that.
- 45:02[SPEAKER_05]: And the top three grossing movies because of what their budgets are, or YouTubers, this fucking backgrounds thing is breaking every goddamn record there is.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_05]: And it is off to,
- 45:20[SPEAKER_05]: 118 million dollar global starts.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_05]: The budget of this movie was $750,000.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, I thought that was obsession.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_05]: No, they're all that way.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_05]: So you get obsession and then you got iron long.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_05]: These three different YouTubers made three different movies.
- 45:35[SPEAKER_05]: They have all exploded massively.
- 45:38[SPEAKER_05]: They just wrote this kid a blank check for $10 million and there's no script.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_05]: Which kid came Parsons okay now they're working on the other two right now, but I think each of them were waiting for the shoe to drop of like it's kind of like like major like baseball players like all right Who's gonna get the big contract now my agent can go and ask for that same exact dollar amount with no scripts because that's what they just gave this kid And then yesterday broke the highest it made it made seven point six million dollars yesterday on a Monday
- 46:12[SPEAKER_16]: Which one?
- 46:12[SPEAKER_05]: Backrooms.
- 46:13[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 46:14[SPEAKER_05]: That just came out over the weekends and that is absolutely insane to me.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_05]: That's Blair Witch's total.
- 46:25[SPEAKER_05]: This is Weekend One.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_05]: Good for that.
- 46:28[SPEAKER_05]: What is this?
- 46:31[SPEAKER_05]: Backrooms.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it made $82 million this weekend.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so backrooms is like, uh, it was like an internet like thing, it sort of like, I think it started off on read it where somebody was talking about the general story is if a
- 46:47[SPEAKER_02]: People who are familiar with video games will know the concept of no clipping, which means that you can move through the environment like you fall through the floor, walk through a wall, or something like that.
- 46:54[SPEAKER_02]: If that happens in real life, you fall into the back rooms, which is just like this endless creepy building that exists.
- 47:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's kind of like, it's like, you know, the office building in severance.
- 47:07[SPEAKER_03]: In severance.
- 47:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 47:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 47:10[SPEAKER_16]: Because, is there someone famous in it?
- 47:12[SPEAKER_16]: I, did they get anyone?
- 47:16[SPEAKER_16]: I think they at least use some money on some black eye there, but who's in the trailers.
- 47:24[SPEAKER_05]: I remember seeing the trailer pop.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to say black eyes a lead.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not rocking as anybody's name.
- 47:28[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I don't either around.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, when you do a movie this small, it's tough.
- 47:32[SPEAKER_16]: Who's the lead in it?
- 47:34[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, here we go.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_03]: Um, to wet towel.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_16]: To a towel.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_03]: To a tell.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_03]: He, okay, he's an excellent actor.
- 47:42[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 47:42[SPEAKER_05]: Nobody knows his name, but, but he's a very, very good actor.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_05]: It's just nobody knows his name.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_05]: If you show his picture, everybody would be like, oh yeah, that guy.
- 47:50[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 47:50[SPEAKER_05]: But I can't pronounce this fucking tribal name.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_05]: It's from like, is he the guy from, uh, for example.
- 47:55[SPEAKER_16]: There he is.
- 47:55[SPEAKER_16]: There's some thing.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_02]: It's been in like, it's been in like, yeah, yeah, it's been in, it was the lead in 12 years of slave.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_02]: He was the slave.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_02]: I think Dr.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_02]: Strange also, and the first thing that I ever saw him in was Serenity, the Firefly movie.
- 48:08[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, he's an excellent actor and impossible name to pronounce.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not going to give it a shot.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_05]: Here's how green this kid is.
- 48:14[SPEAKER_05]: He gets a $10 million a deal and they're like, hey, do you got a script and he goes, uh, you know, right wanting to go, I think I think I think I need to get a writer.
- 48:23[SPEAKER_05]: So right now, I mean, and they posted it on deadline.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_05]: He is currently searching for a co-writer to collaborate with.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_05]: at that level.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_05]: That is the craziest story I've ever heard in my life.
- 48:38[SPEAKER_05]: There's 10 million writers who are out there and you have to go search for one because you don't know one single person that you'd like to write with.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_05]: He's like 18.
- 48:49[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 48:49[SPEAKER_05]: Shut up.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_05]: And 18 years old.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_16]: He has the content.
- 48:54[SPEAKER_16]: Wow.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_16]: And he needs someone to put it in correct format, right?
- 48:58[SPEAKER_16]: So like you need someone
- 49:03[SPEAKER_16]: The star of the show is 18 years old.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, holy shit.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_03]: So I have a video.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_03]: So he made a series of YouTube videos and they kind of went viral and that's how he got this.
- 49:13[SPEAKER_05]: I said this a year ago on the show.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_05]: I said this was exactly what was gonna happen in the next two years.
- 49:17[SPEAKER_05]: Now it's here.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_05]: So this is the same guy that made the original background videos.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_05]: Let's look.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_05]: Can you show us one?
- 49:23[SPEAKER_05]: Show us one that would be like a minute and a half.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_05]: This is honestly not.
- 50:03[SPEAKER_03]: That's fine.
- 50:03[SPEAKER_03]: What is this though?
- 50:05[SPEAKER_03]: This is, I'll say, well, let me find one.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_03]: No, it's not.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_16]: It's more like showing, that's more just like vibes cinematography, like, all the stuff he could.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_03]: What about that back room's damage control?
- 50:18[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, this is probably more like, it's 14 minutes so we'll just watch a little bit of it.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, just put on a... No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
- 50:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, generally when you see stuff about the bathrooms, this is what it looks like.
- 50:45[SPEAKER_02]: Now, shit.
- 50:47[SPEAKER_02]: And apparently it was originally based off of an abandoned furniture store that somebody took a picture of.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like the back of our studio is like the back.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_05]: I get a million runs in space.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_16]: All those two wires coming down.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_16]: Wow.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_05]: This kid just fucking did his son his own.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_05]: Luke, go back.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_05]: Just see what you're, he posted that, just set a curiosity to bring years to go.
- 51:12[SPEAKER_05]: So he was 15 years old making shit like this?
- 51:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, this is probably, I imagine you did this in Glender if I had guests.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_05]: That's fine.
- 51:19[SPEAKER_05]: Hey, which is great.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_05]: Still.
- 51:21[SPEAKER_03]: I tried to use Glender.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_03]: I could not figure it out.
- 51:24[SPEAKER_05]: And that's the thing, right?
- 51:25[SPEAKER_05]: You gotta have the skill set to use all the cool shit.
- 51:28[SPEAKER_05]: And that's exactly what I said last year and I go, the kids that are coming up will be able to do it.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_05]: The amount of things that our kids can do with electronics at their age, you're just like, oh, man, that is going to, way past me by, but if you can master it, you could break through and, sure enough, these three YouTubers this year are stealing all the headlines from all the biggest movies there is.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_05]: And an opening of $82 million domestically.
- 51:54[SPEAKER_05]: That is the same number that devil wears product, too, got.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_05]: And that budget was $150 million.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_05]: Whew, okay, that looks, hey, this looks dope.
- 52:04[SPEAKER_05]: Like I'd see this, but this isn't being served to me.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_16]: Right.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_05]: It's not my generation, but this looks like it's shit out of the kids.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 52:15[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if it's interesting that all of these YouTubers are going in the horror route.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_16]: It's just, well, they love this.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_05]: Well, but also art, art, art, art, art, art, art.
- 52:24[SPEAKER_05]: And then those kids love it.
- 52:25[SPEAKER_05]: So when I take our middle school or to go see those movies, it's all middle schoolers in the theater.
- 52:31[SPEAKER_05]: They love it, and then he was like, I remember mindset, didn't you see movies like this as a kid?
- 52:36[SPEAKER_05]: And I was like, you know what I guess I did?
- 52:37[SPEAKER_05]: Like scream and all that other shit.
- 52:39[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I can't like Blair Witch projects.
- 52:41[SPEAKER_03]: Blair Witch, yeah, it's like cheap to produce, but really enthralling, yeah.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_16]: And this is the time you don't have to get a lot of good actors.
- 52:49[SPEAKER_16]: They have to be scared and it makes it better.
- 52:51[SPEAKER_16]: And it's like I'm monster, yeah.
- 52:53[SPEAKER_05]: I agree.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_05]: Because then you can buy into whatever situation, yeah.
- 52:57[SPEAKER_05]: Versus.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_05]: You know, you put Schwarzenegger in there and they're like, all right, too.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_16]: The Lairwich got me.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_02]: Same here.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, same here.
- 53:04[SPEAKER_02]: And kids in general seem to be obsessed with horror nowadays because my niece and nephew, but it's not every video game that they play is horror game, all the videos that they watch or horror shorts and things like that.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I don't, I don't really know why, but good for these kids, man.
- 53:22[SPEAKER_05]: What a crazy story, dude.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_05]: Do you have a favorite horror movie?
- 53:25[SPEAKER_05]: Me of all time.
- 53:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but it, I would say this.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_05]: It depends on either what scared the shit out of you.
- 53:33[SPEAKER_05]: So as soon as you said that two pictures came to mind, one because it scared the shit out of me.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_05]: And I thought it was real.
- 53:39[SPEAKER_05]: Poltergeist.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_05]: Obviously, it was too young for that when it came out, but I called it later and I was like, whoa, dude.
- 53:47[SPEAKER_05]: And that fucked a lot of people up.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_05]: Now, the one that I loved the most was the original Texas chainsaw massacre as far as like the crazy cinematography of it and the way it was shot and all those shit.
- 54:01[SPEAKER_05]: So I've seen that like a million times.
- 54:03[SPEAKER_05]: And my personal dream on this earth was to do a Friday the 13th.
- 54:08[SPEAKER_05]: Like, if you were asking me what my dream gig would be, it would be to write and direct a new Friday, the 13th because those were my favorites as a kid.
- 54:17[SPEAKER_05]: And I loved the cheesiness of it.
- 54:19[SPEAKER_05]: So I would love to do it in 3D where the heads are chopping off and coming at you the whole time.
- 54:24[SPEAKER_05]: So you could at least laugh, be scared, and have fun.
- 54:28[SPEAKER_05]: And that was always my biggest fucking dream.
- 54:31[SPEAKER_05]: Apparently, my friends too, because he's the one that read it all the Halloween movies.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_05]: So,
- 54:36[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I don't know what I did.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_02]: I thought that that was Rob Zombie that read it the Halloween movie.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, the, well, that iteration.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_05]: So the new ones were Jamie Lee Curtis was, uh, uh, uh, Dana McBride.
- 54:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 54:49[SPEAKER_16]: Um, I'm about you.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_16]: I'm about you.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_16]: Exorcist because I watched that one too young.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_16]: And then the real one is candy man.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_05]: So, uh, with Tony, uh, yeah, he just died.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_05]: Can't even just died.
- 55:02[SPEAKER_16]: Mm-hmm.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_16]: The bees coming out, yeah, dude.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_16]: Apparently based on a true story.
- 55:11[SPEAKER_05]: Really?
- 55:11[SPEAKER_16]: That we may do on crime corner sometime.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_05]: Ooh, okay.
- 55:14[SPEAKER_05]: I did a movie with that, dude.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_05]: He's dead now.
- 55:17[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, that doesn't really, I don't have anything to do.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_05]: No, but it'd be rad to talk to him about it.
- 55:22[SPEAKER_05]: Like, she talked to him about what?
- 55:24[SPEAKER_05]: Just doing the movie?
- 55:25[SPEAKER_05]: Well, so I saw him at a, I didn't movie with him, and I did a Comic-Con with him, and he's one of those dudes where it's like, he looks like that in real life.
- 55:33[SPEAKER_05]: Like, he looks scary, shit.
- 55:35[SPEAKER_05]: And people are like afraid to come up and talk to him.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_05]: I think that's a big part of it, too, right?
- 55:40[SPEAKER_16]: Uh, yeah.
- 55:41[SPEAKER_05]: You've got to look like the dude.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, he was super, he was super scary.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, scary, shit.
- 55:48[SPEAKER_05]: Even people were afraid to go up and talk to him on set.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_16]: But that's something where like, you, you will think about it.
- 55:54[SPEAKER_16]: It's like, uh, you will think about it when you're looking in the mirror.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_16]: Anything that makes you go like, what if when you're like alone in the bathroom or what, right?
- 56:03[SPEAKER_05]: Uh-huh.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_16]: the same the Bloody Mary.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:08[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:08[SPEAKER_16]: So.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, I mean, there's a reason why you shouldn't take like young kids to scary movies.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_16]: The brain is just or, you know, smoke weed or super early or do anything like that.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, brain is super malleable at that age.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_16]: Fuck dude.
- 56:42[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, exercise was gnarly.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_05]: I watched that later in life too.
- 56:45[SPEAKER_05]: They came out in the 70s and
- 56:49[SPEAKER_05]: the hype is real like where you're like okay this that's the scary fucking movie fuck like to this day actually this is probably one right yeah like as far as the scariest movie I mean this new shit is a different world because they're really trying to scare the fuck out of you but like the
- 57:16[SPEAKER_16]: differently.
- 57:17[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_16]: Regeneration.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_05]: So the horror films that get me now are more like psychological shit where it's a real life situation kind of like your crime corners where you can see it happening to real people and that's what that's what freaks me the fuck out.
- 57:34[SPEAKER_05]: The cheat like the over-the-top shit where I'm just like all right cool man like you're gonna saw this dude's like like whatever.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_05]: Saw not bad.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_05]: Terrifier.
- 57:43[SPEAKER_05]: Saw
- 57:46[SPEAKER_16]: Wait, is it called tear?
- 57:47[SPEAKER_16]: What is called?
- 57:48[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't seen terrifying, I've seen so.
- 57:49[SPEAKER_03]: I honestly haven't seen tear fire either, but it's like, uh, I can slash, like, over the top door over the top floor.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 57:56[SPEAKER_02]: Have you guys seen hereditary in the other movies that that guy's made?
- 57:59[SPEAKER_02]: So I think hereditary is the, the greatest modern horror film if not, uh, it's really, it's in the, like top five horror films of all time.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, it's still just thinking about it creeps me out.
- 58:11[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 58:20[SPEAKER_05]: wouldn't let the kids see anything.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, there's no, no, no, no.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_16]: I never had a son.
- 58:27[SPEAKER_02]: Funny story.
- 58:27[SPEAKER_02]: So mid summer is another one of the movies made by the same character.
- 58:31[SPEAKER_02]: And mid summer was great.
- 58:32[SPEAKER_02]: My sister was watching it at home.
- 58:34[SPEAKER_02]: And my niece just happened to walk into the room at the very moment that the old man jumped off the cliff and smashed his face on the rock.
- 58:41[SPEAKER_02]: And it's super gory and over the top of his eyes.
- 58:44[SPEAKER_02]: Just went really wide and she got real wide and just warm memory.
- 58:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's sticking with her forever.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_16]: You just, you just saw a core memory being imprinted in your child.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, that's, that's hard.
- 58:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I, I saw Mids Samar at a very particular time in my life, and it's, uh, had a lasting impression on me.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, yeah, depends on when you saw it.
- 59:06[SPEAKER_16]: It's, everyone's horror film, the one that's the scariest.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_16]: I would, I would suggest it's going to be different, because it's all going to be when you saw it.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_16]: Where?
- 59:19[SPEAKER_16]: What, you know, how it hit you.
- 59:21[SPEAKER_16]: I got a lasting impression.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_16]: I didn't think it was just one.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_05]: I got hired to write an original one with an original character that they said, hey, make it like a Jason or a Freddy that could come back for multiple series.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_05]: And I wish it would have gotten made.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_05]: But the rights reverted back to me still, I still own it.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_05]: I would love to make it one day.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_05]: Spring break massacre 88 was the name of it.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_05]: It was all in 3D.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_05]: And it was an original horror character that would just keep weaving through these kids over and over and over again.
- 59:55[SPEAKER_05]: And at the sequel, because they were like, they loved it and so they bought it.
- 59:59[SPEAKER_05]: And then when I went in there, they were like, what's the sequel and I go, I want to go to 92 in the Grand Jera.
- 1:00:06[SPEAKER_05]: going in that nostalgic vibe of what it was at that time because what I didn't want was like cell phones or anything else.
- 1:00:13[SPEAKER_05]: Because that's the scariest part to me looking back at all the shit where we have so many cameras now, we have so many ways to communicate now to call somebody to get a hold of somebody.
- 1:00:24[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know that you can get a, like, trying to get a bit with murder is, is really fucking difficult.
- 1:00:28[SPEAKER_05]: And that takes the element out of it for me, where you can watch all this shit happen in real time, or is then you couldn't.
- 1:00:35[SPEAKER_05]: You always go back to the 70s with like crime corner and shit, where you were just like, hey, dude, you just pick up a hitchhiker and never see him again the rest of your life.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_16]: You could just grab, okay.
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_16]: grab a kid from anywhere, and that kid's yours, you don't even have to hide him that good, that kid's your hospital.
- 1:00:51[SPEAKER_05]: You can take one of my things that there was no band.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, you can take babies.
- 1:00:54[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 1:00:56[SPEAKER_16]: The 70s.
- 1:00:57[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, we do do a lot of cases from the 70s.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, the 70s.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_16]: That's 70s.
- 1:01:02[SPEAKER_05]: Because it's you'll never know the answer.
- 1:01:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, back then, this was before a lot of the Stranger Danger stuff was going or some people are just letting their kids walk to in front of you.
- 1:01:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:01:16[SPEAKER_16]: We were kind of, we kind of do some cases before parents were like, you know, watching their kids really, doing me like before it was like, yeah, just go and ride your bike around and then come back.
- 1:01:32[SPEAKER_03]: Right, and back at the time that I told you things type shit.
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_16]: And that's how, you know, that's how things happened and then enough like kids got taken and then people were like, all right, I guess I'm going to like keep an eye on you all the time now.
- 1:01:49[SPEAKER_16]: make sure you're back at a certain time, talk to you about not getting into bands, but before that they didn't know what they did know.
- 1:01:55[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I got to actually fucking look after my own child.
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, they didn't know what they didn't know.
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_16]: So it was the heyday of the cycle that continues today.
- 1:02:07[SPEAKER_05]: We have a great neighborhood with great kids.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_05]: We just moved back in the same neighborhood here and all the kids know each other and oddly enough, like it's one of the first
- 1:02:18[SPEAKER_05]: times ever.
- 1:02:19[SPEAKER_05]: We've lived some place where you're like, yeah, I trust these kids.
- 1:02:23[SPEAKER_05]: I think they'll go out and make the right decisions.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 1:02:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:02:26[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 1:02:26[SPEAKER_16]: But we've gotten to the point where, you know, I all but have a tracking device on them, but we've got an air attack where it's like you do not
- 1:02:38[SPEAKER_05]: talk to anyone that you haven't seen before met before, you know, oh, I get a fucking story too, because I don't know what Jesse's been saying to our kids, but like holy shit, I forgot to tell you this.
- 1:02:50[SPEAKER_05]: So with my 12 year old, and this is some crime corner shit, and I don't know, I don't know if you're telling him this, but you don't ever get in the car because they're not going to shoot you on the street, probably.
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:03:02[SPEAKER_16]: Don't ever get inside the car tell them to shoot you on the street.
- 1:03:05[SPEAKER_05]: They won't do it any and he goes He goes dad if I if I if I'm running through the woods And I get taken off in the woods And I go yeah and he goes right after he said that I go I go what do you do there and he goes I start spitting all over the ground I was like why are you spitting all over the ground and he goes DNA and I go that had to have come from your fucking mom No, I would never have thought of that a million years
- 1:03:29[SPEAKER_05]: You didn't say that?
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_16]: Maybe.
- 1:03:30[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know what.
- 1:03:32[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know what.
- 1:03:33[SPEAKER_16]: The point is always be, we're going to get out of the screen for Christ's sex.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_05]: And he's talked about spitting in the woods.
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_16]: The point is if anything like that happens, always be thinking of the people that are actually found, like in our cases that we do, or the ones that think of stuff like that, leave the, something like that.
- 1:03:47[SPEAKER_16]: Do you think the phone behind the meat?
- 1:03:49[SPEAKER_16]: Or leave like a piece of your shirt, like all these things.
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_16]: and then they actually get found because they're not just like freaking out, they're actually thinking of ways to like show where they're at.
- 1:04:01[SPEAKER_16]: I'm bread bread.
- 1:04:02[SPEAKER_16]: Wow.
- 1:04:02[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 1:04:04[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:04:05[SPEAKER_05]: I was like, man, you're even talking to mom, huh?
- 1:04:07[SPEAKER_05]: Spit it all over the woods.
- 1:04:09[SPEAKER_05]: That was like the fuck is that going to do?
- 1:04:10[SPEAKER_05]: Steena.
- 1:04:11[SPEAKER_16]: There's going to be DNA everywhere.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_16]: I would say spit all over the woods on the ground.
- 1:04:16[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, it's genius.
- 1:04:17[SPEAKER_05]: I just didn't really look for that stuff.
- 1:04:19[SPEAKER_16]: So if it run through the woods, spit all over the woods.
- 1:04:22[SPEAKER_16]: It doesn't sound like me, doesn't it?
- 1:04:24[SPEAKER_05]: Spit on the ground.
- 1:04:25[SPEAKER_16]: Spit all over the woods.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_16]: Spit it over the ground.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_16]: I think just like leave, you know.
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_05]: You said DNA?
- 1:04:29[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 1:04:30[SPEAKER_05]: 12 years old, DNA, I had to come from you.
- 1:04:33[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't say that shit.
- 1:04:34[SPEAKER_05]: I love it.
- 1:04:35[SPEAKER_05]: Look, I'm all in.
- 1:04:36[SPEAKER_05]: When he said it, I was like, oh my god, that's smart dude.
- 1:04:39[SPEAKER_05]: I never thought of that.
- 1:04:40[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know.
- 1:04:41[SPEAKER_16]: Maybe it's what, maybe it's a YouTube thing.
- 1:04:45[SPEAKER_05]: could be.
- 1:04:45[SPEAKER_05]: There's a lot of fucking rabbit holes now, especially with those shorts.
- 1:04:48[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, shit.
- 1:04:49[SPEAKER_05]: Dude, it really take you down the backwards now for this for YouTube shorts now.
- 1:04:54[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, cow.
- 1:04:55[SPEAKER_05]: That algorithm is wild, isn't it?
- 1:04:57[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 1:04:58[SPEAKER_05]: You thought TikTok was something going on there, but YouTube shorts, you can get locked in for hours and hours and hours.
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:05:05[SPEAKER_05]: And then they'll just reformat them, too.
- 1:05:07[SPEAKER_05]: That's the that's the latest and greatest,
- 1:05:10[SPEAKER_02]: Well, have you guys seen the mini soap operas that they're doing on tiktok.
- 1:05:14[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, tiktok, Instagram reels YouTube shorts and things like that.
- 1:05:17[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, it's a gay button.
- 1:05:20[SPEAKER_05]: Please.
- 1:05:22[SPEAKER_05]: Good.
- 1:05:23[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 1:05:23[SPEAKER_05]: You think it's gay?
- 1:05:25[SPEAKER_05]: I think it's hilarious.
- 1:05:26[SPEAKER_05]: Can I play?
- 1:05:27[SPEAKER_05]: Can I say my favorite one?
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_05]: Do you have Instagram?
- 1:05:29[SPEAKER_05]: I follow one of these.
- 1:05:31[SPEAKER_05]: One of the soap operas, the shorts.
- 1:05:34[SPEAKER_05]: Your series are funny.
- 1:05:36[SPEAKER_05]: serious minor funny okay the ones that i'm talking about or serious like very serious the funny ones are not soap opera so you're also no no no they are tops i did it i did it i tested out his his model this guy and it worked what are you talking about are you going to one of the soap opera because it's like a full production no yeah this is not a this is only like ten seconds of peace this is what you guys are talking about
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_02]: I think they're about 60 seconds each, but they'll follow a full, and it's a full, can you answer a story?
- 1:06:07[SPEAKER_02]: But it's a full encapsulated portion of a story, and it's always about people cheating on each other, rich family, taking advantage of a poor family, or similar to a terrible one.
- 1:06:17[SPEAKER_02]: It's like an envelop.
- 1:06:18[SPEAKER_05]: That's the same one, but the one that the guy that I follow is comedy.
- 1:06:23[SPEAKER_05]: and I laughed my fucking ass off at these.
- 1:06:27[SPEAKER_05]: So what you're saying is he's making fun of this other thing.
- 1:06:32[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, the genre, yeah.
- 1:06:33[SPEAKER_05]: And what are they doing?
- 1:06:34[SPEAKER_05]: Just kind of recreating it, but with their own dialogue?
- 1:06:37[SPEAKER_16]: What?
- 1:06:38[SPEAKER_16]: No, they're making, like they have full-on production.
- 1:06:41[SPEAKER_05]: Stop it.
- 1:06:42[SPEAKER_16]: And like make-up camera, it looks like a soap opera, but it's told in short format.
- 1:06:48[SPEAKER_02]: Pull it up, I'd love to see this, actually.
- 1:06:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we'll see if we can find some.
- 1:06:54[SPEAKER_02]: Why are they weird?
- 1:06:54[SPEAKER_16]: Let me ask you that, because you kind of get into it.
- 1:06:59[SPEAKER_02]: Well, also the stories are really convoluted and over the top, like they used to be on days.
- 1:07:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, it was the general hospital.
- 1:07:08[SPEAKER_02]: I forgot what the part of my parents used to live next door to Ron Moss from, I think it was general hospital or something really.
- 1:07:16[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, super nice guy.
- 1:07:17[SPEAKER_02]: You took all of our family pictures for us.
- 1:07:19[SPEAKER_16]: You also bought brush shorts.
- 1:07:22[SPEAKER_02]: He was also playing in a band called Player.
- 1:07:25[SPEAKER_03]: Short-tell of a telling of.
- 1:07:26[SPEAKER_16]: No, tell a novella.
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_16]: It's just short soap operas.
- 1:07:29[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 1:07:31[SPEAKER_16]: I'm assuming that you're going to actually, they're going to take you to real telling novellers.
- 1:07:35[SPEAKER_05]: This is vertical dramas.
- 1:07:38[SPEAKER_16]: vertical dramas vertical dramas vertical drama vertical drama.
- 1:07:42[SPEAKER_05]: I'm new to this world.
- 1:07:44[SPEAKER_16]: Okay, so let's see, let's check out an vertical drama.
- 1:07:47[SPEAKER_03]: So this, I imagine that this is really sideways, but probably.
- 1:07:53[SPEAKER_16]: This one looks like it's making fun of it, or maybe it's not.
- 1:07:57[SPEAKER_02]: Well, that's, wait, this is a real production.
- 1:07:59[SPEAKER_13]: Good morning, I could do this.
- 1:08:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and this is a level of quality that they have for all of us.
- 1:08:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so you're a kid.
- 1:08:05[SPEAKER_16]: It's like, full, but they shoot it.
- 1:08:07[SPEAKER_13]: If you're talking, that's all.
- 1:08:08[SPEAKER_02]: Who's paying for this?
- 1:08:09[SPEAKER_02]: I'm a pecking the cheek.
- 1:08:10[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of companies over here.
- 1:08:11[SPEAKER_02]: They're really.
- 1:08:12[SPEAKER_13]: Puck your things.
- 1:08:13[SPEAKER_13]: I told you nothing happened.
- 1:08:16[SPEAKER_13]: Do you want to know the truth?
- 1:08:17[SPEAKER_03]: It's already so intense.
- 1:08:19[SPEAKER_16]: That's the first, yeah.
- 1:08:20[SPEAKER_16]: Could you have to get there really quickly because it's about the way to crime?
- 1:08:23[SPEAKER_13]: Because he told me, didn't he?
- 1:08:29[SPEAKER_16]: He leaked us.
- 1:08:30[SPEAKER_05]: new business vertical.
- 1:08:32[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 1:08:34[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 1:08:35[SPEAKER_05]: So this, this, are they trying?
- 1:08:36[SPEAKER_16]: That one's long, right?
- 1:08:37[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but, but is the, is the, is the, is the just, hey, do we, we're making these to try to sell this is a series?
- 1:08:45[SPEAKER_02]: No, they're specifically made for for TikTok and Instagram and that's how they make money and
- 1:08:56[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, so, uh, Blue, go to, uh, Instagram, I'll show you the account that I follow, because I love these, and this is clearly a spoof of that.
- 1:09:04[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 1:09:06[SPEAKER_05]: Um, so the, it's the, uh, name is two, t-w-o dot-a-m dot-t-v. And this is the one that I follow, but I had never heard of the other side of this, so, yeah, uh, play the second one.
- 1:09:26[SPEAKER_07]: All I want from you now is the truth.
- 1:09:27[SPEAKER_06]: No, I can't.
- 1:09:31[SPEAKER_06]: I'm actually a man.
- 1:09:32[SPEAKER_06]: Are you happy now?
- 1:09:33[SPEAKER_07]: I have a secret as well.
- 1:09:36[SPEAKER_07]: I'm a man too.
- 1:09:41[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 1:09:41[SPEAKER_16]: That's a good.
- 1:09:42[SPEAKER_02]: That was actually pretty good.
- 1:09:44[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, that's I'm saying.
- 1:09:45[SPEAKER_16]: So I didn't remember like this.
- 1:09:46[SPEAKER_16]: Not at all.
- 1:09:47[SPEAKER_16]: We're talking about, but very funny.
- 1:09:48[SPEAKER_05]: So go to the tiger.
- 1:09:49[SPEAKER_05]: Let's see that one.
- 1:09:51[SPEAKER_17]: So, Doctor, is he okay?
- 1:09:53[SPEAKER_05]: You are too rough on his girl line last night.
- 1:09:56[SPEAKER_02]: Ah, no, I'm kidding, you only had a vasectomy.
- 1:09:59[SPEAKER_17]: Oh, my god.
- 1:09:59[SPEAKER_17]: That's so dr. Oh, that's great.
- 1:10:04[SPEAKER_03]: So I guess it's a, yeah, I mean, it is.
- 1:10:07[SPEAKER_03]: It's really, it looks really good.
- 1:10:08[SPEAKER_05]: So I used it one night and I made a video.
- 1:10:11[SPEAKER_16]: It's all rained up.
- 1:10:12[SPEAKER_05]: Yep.
- 1:10:13[SPEAKER_05]: Jessie was the one.
- 1:10:14[SPEAKER_05]: She was like, did if you grain this up, it'll look dope.
- 1:10:15[SPEAKER_05]: So I made a video out of it.
- 1:10:17[SPEAKER_05]: Just a quick.
- 1:10:17[SPEAKER_16]: Well, it's the AI cheat these days, but yeah.
- 1:10:19[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, what's the kid?
- 1:10:21[SPEAKER_05]: Get back to the kid real quick.
- 1:10:23[SPEAKER_05]: I just want to see that one.
- 1:10:25[SPEAKER_01]: How are we going to tell him he'll be devastated?
- 1:10:28[SPEAKER_02]: I'll find a way.
- 1:10:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'd add.
- 1:10:31[SPEAKER_02]: Well, that's a lovely picture, but something happened.
- 1:10:33[SPEAKER_06]: Fluffy, no!
- 1:10:36[SPEAKER_02]: Hahaha.
- 1:10:39[SPEAKER_04]: That's what I followed.
- 1:10:40[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, this is my feet.
- 1:10:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, this is what I follow in real life.
- 1:10:45[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, okay We've got one that we're gonna pull up in a minute.
- 1:10:49[SPEAKER_02]: We found one of the most popular vertical traumas.
- 1:10:51[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you did.
- 1:10:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, the double life of my billionaire husband.
- 1:10:55[SPEAKER_02]: Does that what it says?
- 1:10:58[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, um I've had Yeah, this is a full movie.
- 1:11:02[SPEAKER_03]: This is an hour long though pretty wild Jesus.
- 1:11:05[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, so the other ones are very short
- 1:11:07[SPEAKER_03]: I think this fits them all together.
- 1:11:09[SPEAKER_05]: I'll stick them all together.
- 1:11:10[SPEAKER_16]: Is that okay?
- 1:11:11[SPEAKER_16]: They stitched them together.
- 1:11:11[SPEAKER_05]: But that's part of my question.
- 1:11:12[SPEAKER_05]: It was at the endgame of like, hey, dude.
- 1:11:15[SPEAKER_05]: These were all fit together for some drama.
- 1:11:18[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, they are supposed to go like in in succession.
- 1:11:21[SPEAKER_05]: So so then maybe this guy just combine them.
- 1:11:24[SPEAKER_16]: Right.
- 1:11:24[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:11:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:11:25[SPEAKER_02]: I think that these, they fit together just by the nature of the way that they're produced, but they are supposed to be stand alone if you were supposed to.
- 1:11:33[SPEAKER_03]: You guys remember quibi.
- 1:11:35[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 1:11:35[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, yeah.
- 1:11:35[SPEAKER_03]: So I think it's like quibi except they're not on their separate.
- 1:11:38[SPEAKER_05]: Quibi lasted for about an hour.
- 1:11:40[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:11:40[SPEAKER_05]: It was a good idea.
- 1:11:43[SPEAKER_05]: The length was too long because they were like 10 minutes.
- 1:11:46[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, member quibi.
- 1:11:47[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:11:47[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 1:11:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 1:11:48[SPEAKER_05]: It was a huge quibi found.
- 1:11:51[SPEAKER_16]: I invested.
- 1:11:52[SPEAKER_16]: Oh my god.
- 1:11:56[SPEAKER_12]: My whole life can die.
- 1:11:57[SPEAKER_15]: I don't really have any money.
- 1:11:58[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, the thing is.
- 1:12:00[SPEAKER_15]: How shameless have you to come here and beg us for money?
- 1:12:04[SPEAKER_15]: I'll pay you guys back.
- 1:12:05[SPEAKER_15]: I promise.
- 1:12:06[SPEAKER_12]: Or maybe we can let her borrow the money.
- 1:12:07[SPEAKER_12]: I mean, it's a mother that's sick.
- 1:12:10[SPEAKER_15]: You're so thinking about your ex-wife?
- 1:12:12[SPEAKER_12]: No, no.
- 1:12:13[SPEAKER_15]: Do I need to remind you this is your family now?
- 1:12:18[SPEAKER_12]: Only the best.
- 1:12:19[SPEAKER_16]: Do what?
- 1:12:20[SPEAKER_15]: Without the youth of nothing.
- 1:12:22[SPEAKER_14]: Ah!
- 1:12:23[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, baby.
- 1:12:23[SPEAKER_14]: It isn't my loser sister.
- 1:12:26[SPEAKER_14]: Asking for money, like a beggar.
- 1:12:28[SPEAKER_14]: I'll pathetic.
- 1:12:30[SPEAKER_14]: This is a mistake.
- 1:12:31[SPEAKER_14]: Wait.
- 1:12:33[SPEAKER_14]: We'll give you the money.
- 1:12:35[SPEAKER_14]: What?
- 1:12:36[SPEAKER_14]: If you marry Sebastian Klein in my place.
- 1:12:41[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, my daughter is so smart.
- 1:12:45[SPEAKER_15]: That's a good idea.
- 1:12:48[SPEAKER_15]: the legitimate son of the client family.
- 1:12:50[SPEAKER_15]: Isn't he in jail right now?
- 1:12:51[SPEAKER_16]: I'm just worried about this.
- 1:12:52[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 1:12:53[SPEAKER_16]: And her team was just a dirt bag.
- 1:12:55[SPEAKER_16]: Really?
- 1:12:55[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 1:12:56[SPEAKER_14]: Good for nothing.
- 1:12:57[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't press pause.
- 1:12:57[SPEAKER_05]: I got it.
- 1:12:58[SPEAKER_05]: I got the gist of this.
- 1:13:00[SPEAKER_05]: What was the story in her time?
- 1:13:01[SPEAKER_16]: It was just the new, the new way people are watching.
- 1:13:06[SPEAKER_16]: Shows.
- 1:13:07[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 1:13:08[SPEAKER_05]: I look.
- 1:13:08[SPEAKER_05]: I can get down on this.
- 1:13:09[SPEAKER_05]: I'd like to do the spoof of the other one.
- 1:13:12[SPEAKER_05]: I fucked with it for one video and posted it and it did well.
- 1:13:18[SPEAKER_05]: series like this where that's, you know, let's call it eight minutes somewhere in there.
- 1:13:23[SPEAKER_05]: That would be great.
- 1:13:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but it would take a eye still takes forever for that shit.
- 1:13:28[SPEAKER_05]: But these guys are knocking out of the park with like these 10 second clips, it's great.
- 1:13:32[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it's absolutely great.
- 1:13:34[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, maybe that is the way talking about the YouTubers earlier.
- 1:13:38[SPEAKER_16]: create your own content making it a good jelly and dollars like that's what it was meant for well that's what I was that's what I always said was going to happen as well because no one has any vision anymore if you have to literally shoot something even a lot of the
- 1:13:56[SPEAKER_16]: pixels, guys, stuff was basically just to show the vibe he was trying to go for.
- 1:14:00[SPEAKER_16]: If you went into a studio and you were like, this is what I'm thinking, this is what the vibe is going to be.
- 1:14:06[SPEAKER_16]: They'll be like, I don't know.
- 1:14:08[SPEAKER_16]: We don't see it.
- 1:14:09[SPEAKER_16]: Who's the famous person.
- 1:14:11[SPEAKER_16]: But if you literally film it and show it and bring in a finished package, that's the only way that people are going to take a look at you now.
- 1:14:18[SPEAKER_16]: So,
- 1:14:19[SPEAKER_16]: That's kind of how I think of these.
- 1:14:21[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, I do.
- 1:14:21[SPEAKER_03]: I think it was, uh, who is this one, Luke?
- 1:14:23[SPEAKER_03]: So this was a suggestion here.
- 1:14:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, this is a page that I follow called Gloom Stomper, and they do these weird, like, uh, like 70s, fancy movie inspired shorts.
- 1:14:34[SPEAKER_02]: It's all done with AI, but it looks really good.
- 1:14:36[SPEAKER_02]: I would watch a feature length movie if it was all done in this style.
- 1:14:40[SPEAKER_02]: Let's see, Prespa.
- 1:14:42[SPEAKER_02]: Watch this.
- 1:14:51[SPEAKER_16]: See you like good likes huh.
- 1:14:52[SPEAKER_16]: What's this?
- 1:14:54[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, go.
- 1:14:59[SPEAKER_02]: Ah, so it's all like very flash Gordon, but the I love it.
- 1:15:03[SPEAKER_02]: I love it.
- 1:15:04[SPEAKER_02]: I love it.
- 1:15:04[SPEAKER_05]: So this is all like St. James shit dude.
- 1:15:06[SPEAKER_05]: I love it.
- 1:15:08[SPEAKER_05]: That's my favorite.
- 1:15:10[SPEAKER_05]: Gloom Stomper.
- 1:15:11[SPEAKER_05]: How many followers they have?
- 1:15:13[SPEAKER_02]: I'm Instagram.
- 1:15:14[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not sure.
- 1:15:15[SPEAKER_02]: I always watch it on YouTube shorts because somebody in New York still has my Instagram account.
- 1:15:18[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, dude.
- 1:15:18[SPEAKER_05]: There's still it.
- 1:15:20[SPEAKER_05]: There's a 27 guy damn.
- 1:15:21[SPEAKER_05]: I got a lot of followers.
- 1:15:22[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 1:15:23[SPEAKER_05]: Glim Stomper.
- 1:15:24[SPEAKER_05]: I'll join it.
- 1:15:25[SPEAKER_05]: I'm in.
- 1:15:28[SPEAKER_05]: Is that other just stills?
- 1:15:31[SPEAKER_05]: You know all these different styles.
- 1:15:36[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 1:15:36[SPEAKER_05]: Wow.
- 1:15:36[SPEAKER_05]: This is great.
- 1:15:37[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 1:15:39[SPEAKER_05]: Shit.
- 1:15:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, if you ever get a chance go through the page, there's, there's a lot of cool shit on it.
- 1:15:43[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I will.
- 1:15:44[SPEAKER_05]: I'm always looking for a cool shit.
- 1:15:46[SPEAKER_05]: Still this day.
- 1:15:49[SPEAKER_05]: Because it's like, I think it's the only way we're going to get it.
- 1:15:52[SPEAKER_05]: I really do.
- 1:15:53[SPEAKER_05]: Like what we were talking about earlier.
- 1:15:55[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:15:56[SPEAKER_05]: Now, the only one that's crushing right now if we get out of here is this.
- 1:16:01[SPEAKER_05]: Reviews for that Spielberg movie that alien movie said it's scary as shit and it's his best movie in 20 years They said Emily blunt might be nominated for an Oscar.
- 1:16:09[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, blunt ski dude Blonski and who else is she's a great fucking actress.
- 1:16:15[SPEAKER_05]: She really is it's still so weird that she's married from to Jim from the office like I don't know how that That's a thing but whatever man
- 1:16:25[SPEAKER_05]: This movie is everybody's saying the reviews are insane and it's gonna be insane, I know me too.
- 1:16:31[SPEAKER_16]: Who's it?
- 1:16:31[SPEAKER_16]: It's Blonski and who?
- 1:16:33[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, who's the other dude in this?
- 1:16:35[SPEAKER_05]: It's Spiel, but I don't even know the fucking full name.
- 1:16:36[SPEAKER_05]: What's it called?
- 1:16:37[SPEAKER_05]: Disclosure dead, that's so.
- 1:16:39[SPEAKER_05]: But who's the other dude in this?
- 1:16:42[UNKNOWN]: Blonski.
- 1:16:44[SPEAKER_02]: So we got Emily Blunt, Colin Firth.
- 1:16:47[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, Firth.
- 1:16:48[SPEAKER_02]: If you're not Firth, you're last.
- 1:16:50[SPEAKER_02]: And why it Russell, I don't recognize any of the other.
- 1:16:52[SPEAKER_02]: Why Russell is, uh, Karras' kid.
- 1:16:55[SPEAKER_02]: His son.
- 1:16:59[SPEAKER_03]: The red here.
- 1:16:59[SPEAKER_03]: Let's do a let's do an over under what's the opening weekend going to be for that movie.
- 1:17:05[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:17:05[SPEAKER_03]: What's the drop to it?
- 1:17:08[SPEAKER_03]: This weekend, I think.
- 1:17:09[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah, uh, I want to go.
- 1:17:14[SPEAKER_05]: I'll say 65
- 1:17:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it comes out on June 12th.
- 1:17:19[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so 10 days, 10 days, 10 days.
- 1:17:21[SPEAKER_02]: 10 days, 10 days, 10 days, 10 days.
- 1:17:22[SPEAKER_05]: That's all six, six, you five million opening weekend.
- 1:17:25[SPEAKER_05]: Only because this has been shrouded in secrecy for so long, I'm just seeing ads now versus most of these movies, you're putting out trailers now, you're in advance.
- 1:17:35[SPEAKER_05]: Nobody even knew this existed until I think January of this year.
- 1:17:40[SPEAKER_05]: There was always a rumor behind the scenes that Spielberg shouldn't have movie.
- 1:17:43[SPEAKER_05]: But nobody knew anything about it.
- 1:17:44[SPEAKER_05]: It was a million fucking NDAs and it was one of those things where they shredded scripts.
- 1:17:48[SPEAKER_16]: So what are you saying?
- 1:17:51[SPEAKER_16]: 65.
- 1:17:51[SPEAKER_16]: 65 million opening weekend.
- 1:17:52[SPEAKER_16]: Yep.
- 1:17:53[SPEAKER_16]: It's a misunderstanding.
- 1:17:54[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
- 1:17:54[SPEAKER_05]: Only because people don't know about it.
- 1:17:57[SPEAKER_05]: I think fully the way that unless you're searching for it.
- 1:18:02[SPEAKER_16]: I'll say 160.
- 1:18:03[SPEAKER_03]: Whoa, that's.
- 1:18:05[SPEAKER_16]: What's the project?
- 1:18:06[SPEAKER_16]: That's a really happy one.
- 1:18:07[SPEAKER_03]: That would be right.
- 1:18:08[SPEAKER_03]: I'm seeing a 50 million 40 to 50 million.
- 1:18:10[SPEAKER_16]: I'm seeing a close, on close, right?
- 1:18:13[SPEAKER_03]: It's pretty close.
- 1:18:14[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 1:18:15[SPEAKER_16]: Pretty close.
- 1:18:17[SPEAKER_16]: You got to do it.
- 1:18:18[SPEAKER_03]: It's a 65.
- 1:18:19[SPEAKER_03]: You got it, dude.
- 1:18:20[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, they're putting that domestic opening weekend 40 to 50.
- 1:18:24[SPEAKER_03]: 40 to 50.
- 1:18:24[SPEAKER_16]: That's at 65.
- 1:18:29[SPEAKER_05]: I think people love aliens and shit and yeah, 160 being an all-time record.
- 1:18:34[SPEAKER_16]: And yeah, it's like, pirates of the camera know it's like, nobody's winning anything.
- 1:18:40[SPEAKER_16]: It doesn't fucking matter.
- 1:18:41[SPEAKER_16]: So why am I just say 500 Kajillion?
- 1:18:44[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, that would be a record.
- 1:18:47[SPEAKER_16]: I guess fine.
- 1:18:47[SPEAKER_16]: Kajillion?
- 1:18:48[SPEAKER_05]: I think that's fine.
- 1:18:49[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, why not?
- 1:18:50[SPEAKER_16]: They have to make a whole new number.
- 1:18:52[SPEAKER_05]: It's so good, isn't it?
