- 0:00[SPEAKER_01]: You have to understand that if people are making decisions based on cost, they will always do that.
- 0:05[SPEAKER_01]: You have to bring it back to the investment of the transformation they want to have, and how badly do they want to have that.
- 0:13[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to the be it till you see it podcast where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_01]: I'm also Logan, prize instructor, and fitness business coach.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_01]: I've trained thousands of people around the world, and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self-doubt.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_01]: My friends, action brings clarity.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_01]: and it's the antidote to fear.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_01]: Each week my guess will bring bold, executable, intrinsic, and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and be it until you see it.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_01]: It's a practice, not a perfect, let's get started.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome back to the beat till you see the interview recap where my coast and life Brad and I are going to dig into the enlightening confo I have with Jillian Barnes and our last episode if you haven't yet listen that interview this will make a lot of no sense because a lot of no sense yeah well because there was a different type of interview it wasn't really an interview of like what Jillian does it wasn't really a beat till you see it was very much let's talk about the Pilates industry yeah it was an industry debrief and so uh kind of cool actually
- 1:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I also, you know, like coming off of the recap of the, of Adrian Starks, it made me even more aware of our purpose when it comes to Pilis business coaching, because I don't know if Julian asked me this when we were on camera or off, but he was like, why are you like helping these small studios?
- 1:38[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, because that's what accessibility is.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_01]: There's got to be different types of Pilis studios, because people need different things on everyone should be in a 14-person class.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_01]: You know, so anyways, it's really if you are a police instructor or you have one, then they need to listen to both these episodes.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_01]: After you listen to the amazing announcement of today, you know, the holiday and the charity, and you know, the other things, if you want to go off to an FYF or something else, I won't be offended.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_01]: If you like the sound of this voice and you want to keep supporting it, and Brad, just the voice.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_01]: Just the voice.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_00]: Just the voice.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_01]: You should be no PC member.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_01]: OPC is not for people who are like obsessive-polize.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it is.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_01]: It's really for people who just want easy access to real-polodies and then of safe place to be imperfect and to be themselves and to be supported.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_01]: And to be like, it's okay if you missed a week.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_01]: I hope you're welcome back.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_01]: We're all here for you.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_01]: And if so, oh, you're coming for an injury.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I had that one here are these things.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it's where you get community support and you're not alone.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_01]: So go to opc.me-such4z.com.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, actually we're we got a new like for you.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_00]: PC.me slash be it.
- 2:45[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, we see that me such be it.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_01]: Be I T. E I T I'm still waiting for like my just be it.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_01]: Things given that everyone can distill people shit around here like why can't I just be it.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_00]: I love that.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_01]: It's okay, but you know, we have be it.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_01]: And you can be it too, and you could be an OPC member while you're being it.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's probably a promise it helps.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_01]: Today is July 9th, 2026, and it's International Emergency Kit Day.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: It's Emergency Kit Day.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_00]: This is a Boy Scout talk in you right now.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_01]: Today is a day to raise awareness about being prepared when disaster strikes.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_01]: And emergency kits sometimes call the go-bag or disaster back as a portable kit that has essentials you and your family need to survive in a case of emergency.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_01]: They're easy to grab when you need to evacuate for whatever reason, usually a natural disaster.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_01]: This day is a reminder, check your kit or build one today.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_01]: It will make all the difference in emergency happens.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_01]: We have first day kits, but that's what I thought this was.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_01]: And it's clearly a go-back, which we do not have for it.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we don't have, I don't have like the movie, Duffel Bag, that like, go, go, go!
- 3:49[SPEAKER_00]: And you grab it on the way out the door, or like the baby bag, when it's like for someone who is pregnant and like has to run to the hospital, they got a bag ready.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_00]: We probably could put one of those together.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_00]: I think they'll be wise.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_00]: Don't let someone sell you a $300 or no bag, put it together yourself.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_01]: Just put it together.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_01]: Just please put it together yourself.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_01]: photo copies of things are really great.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_01]: If you learn anything from the fires of L.A. it means you need to have copies of very important documents, burser certificates, passports, but also like insurance policies.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_01]: Will's whatever that is.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_00]: I should digitize those and just put them.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_01]: Can we have a digitized go bag Brad?
- 4:26[SPEAKER_01]: Because I gotta be honest, this we're going to have to
- 4:32[SPEAKER_01]: Because I thought there was a emergency kit thing and it was so funny because like you were asked if you had one recently because someone and you're like, oh, yeah, and I'm like, thank God they asked you because if they asked me, I'm like, we don't have one but not only that if you have an emergency kit.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_00]: go through it because when was the last time you had it or opened it or used it I went through ours like I don't know six or 12 months ago and I pulled everything out and and like all the band aids like the stickiness of the band aids would it's gone sticky yeah so I was like oh wow yeah all this expired in like 2005 so I
- 5:09[SPEAKER_01]: got rid of all that and and replace everything and then sure enough somebody asked us hey do you have an emergency kit and and I was like yes and I can stand by the that everything is ready for you here and it's really funny because we actually have a really massive emergency kit in the bathroom by our studio in the house and I was looking for bandits like in the bathroom that I get ready in every day and then I was cleaning things up and getting ready for people to show
- 5:36[SPEAKER_01]: red kit and I was like, oh, we have a massive emergency kit and I opened up no band aids zero band aids that has not been updated and like clearly this is not a real studio because she's us so go check your
- 5:51[SPEAKER_00]: emergency gets go create a digitized go bag because we want to digitize go bag and then maybe a real one that's like if you got to run out the door and you need to change your clothes and stuff.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_01]: You know, this is not what the holiday is, but there's that if I die book, have you seen this?
- 6:06[SPEAKER_01]: I got a vote for it on my Instagram.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_01]: It's called like if I die or when I die and it's like all these important things and we should really fill that out, everything you need to know journal, if I die, Brad's
- 6:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_00]: Well, this is a book, actually, by Christopher Lombardi, let all the information your loved ones will need to know at a difficult time.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_00]: And he said, when my father passed away, I wish I had such a book.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_01]: Well, that's interesting.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_01]: It's a little too much adulting for me in one day, but I like the idea of it.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 6:39[SPEAKER_00]: There's also when I die planners with pockets.
- 6:42[UNKNOWN]: Pocket.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that has little pockets in it.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, for the things like my card, I have a card in Brad's office attached to the refrigerator from my dad dies as a number to call for them to cremate him.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_01]: I know where the card is.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, there's even Reddit arguments about this.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_00]: I made an if I die packet for my husband.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_00]: My family is now calling me morbid for this effort.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's smart.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_01]: It's incredibly smart and it's not morbid and you are going to be here's the thing we talked about grief in our last Like two weeks ago, had nothing with people, but we're just going to bring it back up.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_01]: When someone is Dealing with the loss of a loved one.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_01]: The last thing to figure out is a fucking password to your shit.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like don't do that to people I'm watching the pit and that is a trap.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_01]: You don't want to be like dealing with that less
- 7:27[SPEAKER_01]: What is there insurance like all that stuff?
- 7:31[SPEAKER_01]: No, no don't do the people and as I say this Brad and I are hypocrites, we have yet to sit down and do our fucking thing that is parents asked us to do three times, which is like the DNR and the will thing and all that stuff.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_00]: So you know there's a we talked with us before.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_00]: There's an organization called Free Will.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: Make your free will online.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, well free will.com
- 7:54[SPEAKER_01]: Well, this day just turned into a very helpful day, and my ADHD is really overwhelmed.

- 8:54[SPEAKER_00]: I'm very excited.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_01]: These are we going to?
- 8:56[SPEAKER_00]: 13 and 14.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_01]: It's the reason we're recording prior to the announcement.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_01]: So we don't know.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_01]: But what I can say is it's probably mostly sold out.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_01]: So you want to go to a piece that I can confidently say that.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, we're getting close to, you know.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_01]: Well, because we, these are not conventions.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_01]: These are literal pop-ups.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_01]: These are small studios.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_01]: We're talking like small classes and workshops.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_01]: And we do that.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_01]: So instead of having 50 people in a workshop, there's like 25.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_01]: And you can actually,
- 9:23[SPEAKER_01]: get to talk to me and and we get to take pictures and we get to we get to nerd out on Pilates and the workshops are only 90 minutes.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_01]: You don't have to take a whole day off.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_01]: You can just take a part of a day off and you get to be with other people and bounce body is sponsoring our tour again.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_01]: And so we'll have the Contrology Equipment with us plus some really fun prices.

- 9:44[SPEAKER_00]: Hope you see it at me slash tour, come join us.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_01]: If you're new here, if you're new here, I make flashcards with Polis exercises and they have QR codes.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_01]: It takes you to videos and they have the setup and action on the back.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_01]: And they have really cool tips that I gave you that are my words based on these things.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_01]: If you've liked the way that I talked about Polis, they're right there.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_01]: And they've been edited by a contemporary trained teacher with contemporary women.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_01]: And they've been edited by someone who's never done any of this stuff before.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_01]: Shout out to the spine character because after that, she wanted to buy one.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_01]: So that's how good that deck is.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_01]: So go to opc.me slash flashcards.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, opc.me slash flashcards.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_01]: Your flashcards.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_01]: And if you have the flashcards, do you know that we have posters?
- 10:21[SPEAKER_01]: And you can get our posters at opc.me slash posters.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_01]: And you want to send them out of the posters?
- 10:25[SPEAKER_01]: We make no money on them.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_01]: However, the shipping is because they're printed on demand.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_01]: The shipping is cheaper because it's usually shipping to like near you versus the flashcards, which come from us.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_01]: By the way, my Aussies and my Canadians, we have the distributors on the flashcards.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_01]: So just reach out to us if that shipping shock the hell out of you.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_01]: We have distributors in Australia and Canada.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, awesome.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_00]: Well, we used to do a question-and-sersession here, but we're going to skip that.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_00]: We've moved all of the live Q&A's over to YouTube for Sunday morning at 9 a.m. Pacific, and we shifted our focus here because we really like celebrating
- 11:04[SPEAKER_00]: good works that other people are doing.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_00]: And sharing about it with you anymore aware about things.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_01]: You know, just like just that the different things that exist out there and the different ways we can support things that might be of interest.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_01]: And so July is actually an awareness of month of a lot of awareness is.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_01]: So when I looked up like July, months of awareness is one of the things that July is an awareness month about is the ADA laws and it's like a disability pride awareness month.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_01]: It's also an awareness month of mental health awareness for minority communities.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_00]: ADA for non-Americans, it's the Americans with Disabilities Act, ADA, so, yeah, and then the big fight that started in California many years back.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, I learned a lot about it.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_01]: It's very impressive.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_01]: And so anyways, I wanted to highlight the mental health awareness for minority communities on today's episode because last time we did a recap, we actually did talk about mental health and I just thought it would be a perfect time to bring that up.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_01]: So this charity is
- 12:08[SPEAKER_01]: And they actually have a lot of information in support for bi-poch mental health, specifically.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_01]: And if you go to mjashinal.org, they actually have a whole section because they do have a lot of support for the bi-poch community.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_01]: Culture, ethnicity, and race all play a large role in the way that each person experiences a world in the types of mental health support that they may need.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_01]: MHA's online bi-pock mental health resource center offers a wealth of information and tools to bring light to the unique experiences of black, indigenous, and people of color.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_01]: Communities that empower and uplift bi-pock individuals on their mental health journey tonight just thought that this is really cool resource in case you need it or you or there's someone that you know who needs it because the reality is is that if you have had a different
- 12:50[SPEAKER_01]: experience in this world having a therapist or someone who can understand that is important and it's key.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_01]: And I just think that like how cool that there are people who are making sure that that resource is easy to find.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_01]: They don't have blog posts, but they actually have a whole resource page where you can find someone and find some help near you.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_01]: And so especially,
- 13:09[SPEAKER_01]: Especially with the shit going on in the world right now.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_01]: Well, specifically in the US, I know we have a lot of international listeners, but they just fucked with the voting rights act one more time.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_01]: And we are back to Jim Crow era shit, and you know, it sucks because like the answer to all this is that we all have to vote in November in a way that tells them to fuck off.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_01]: but also like people of color have been trying to do that for a really long time.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_01]: Now, you and I were listening to what's his name that amazing Senator from Georgia who's a Reverend and he's like, I live my whole life under that act and now my children have to fight.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_01]: Raphael Warner, Raphael Warner, do my children have to fight for their right.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_01]: And I just, yeah, I mean, it's a top of life.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_00]: It's fascinating to hear him talk about that, where he's like, you know, I don't know how old he is, but, you know, he's an adult, he's a senator, he's been a pastor for, you know, a long time.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_00]: He has two kids who are younger than 10 years old.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_00]: And he said, for me, because of the changes that happened in the
- 14:13[SPEAKER_00]: I actually grew up in a more equitable time that allowed me to become a senator, you know, as a person of color.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_00]: And he said, unfortunately, my kids are not going to have that.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_01]: and like what they're doing in Tennessee where they just literally got rid of the one black congress for like just terrible stuff.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_01]: And so, and that's all just like, even if you're like, well, that's politics.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_01]: Well, politics affects life and on top of that if you're job on all these different things, just becomes really heavy.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_01]: And we need to make mental health.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_01]: support seem like the same thing as you're going to go get new toothpaste and you're going to like you get your things done like you go to the dentist for cleaning twice a year we go three like mental health support needs to be as routine and normal as all of that.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_01]: And also if you're in a by-product community like I think it's important that you have people who understand what you're going through because it is different.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_01]: And you're not alone.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_01]: So I hope hopefully MHA National.org's resource helps you if not.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_01]: And there are other ones out there that you want us to highlight.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_01]: Please send it in.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_01]: We would love to do that.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_01]: We'd love to use the platform to do that to help people who need that.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_00]: So leave us a voice mail.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_00]: 310955534.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_00]: Or you can also share your wins for our Friday
- 15:31[SPEAKER_00]: Let's talk about Julian Barnes.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_00]: Julian is the co-founder and CEO of the BFS network.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_00]: The company behind the most comprehensive market research in the boutique fitness industry.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_00]: He spent 20 plus years helping fitness and wellness businesses build the structure and strategy they need to grow.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_00]: And he works directly with CEOs and founders of multi-location studios across the country.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_00]: He brings a data-driven numbers first perspective to the work of building a profitable studio.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and it's really interesting too because I mean, he's his background is law and then he I don't remember exactly how he got into fitness But he told the whole story.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_01]: It's like very weird how he got into it, but like he's like He told us this story, but it wasn't on the podcast.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, this one we were we were talking about So sorry guys.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_01]: It was definitely at dinner, but it was it was like oh, he was helping this out Then he did this thing.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_01]: There was his trainer.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_01]: It's really kind of cool too bad that that's not on the pot because it doesn't matter because that was not what he wanted to talk about But like
- 16:29[SPEAKER_01]: Really went along with Adrian Stark's like finding your purpose kind of a thing.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't even write.
- 16:33[SPEAKER_01]: Just know that Jillian is the evidence of doing that if you listen two weeks ago.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's interesting because a lot of people think that studios are only studios if they have multiple teachers and a group classes and things like that and I Yeah, maybe maybe the word legitimate.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_00]: Because they are still obviously a studio.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_00]: But like a real studio or whatever.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_01]: But you and I see a studio as anything
- 16:58[SPEAKER_01]: with a teacher is teaching in.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_01]: And that studio could be a one person show.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_01]: And that person can teach small groups and groups and things like that.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_01]: And so it was interesting to hear the different ways that an air quotes legitimate studios are doing things as a numbers they have.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_01]: But on the non-data side, one of the things that I love that he said was there's no transformation without the transaction.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_01]: And this is really important because for any business owner who is listening to this,
- 17:27[SPEAKER_01]: people, they don't buy your process.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_01]: I'll just be really honest with you.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_01]: Like, please don't tell them your process, no one cares, but they cannot get the thing, the transformation they want to have, the goal they want to achieve without paying you the investment of what that is.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_01]: That's just part of the deal.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_01]: If they want to have better posture,
- 17:46[SPEAKER_00]: There's no transaction without, or there's no transformation without the transaction.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_00]: But I think, I think, let's, before we go further on that, can we take a step back and just, what do you mean specifically?
- 17:56[SPEAKER_00]: What's an example of, like, don't sell the process?
- 17:59[SPEAKER_00]: Because how are people actually making a mistake with that?
- 18:02[SPEAKER_00]: What does that mean?
- 18:03[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they're saying we have classes on three days a week at 10am and your package of six sessions allows you to come two times a week.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_01]: That's selling the process, right?
- 18:14[SPEAKER_01]: Like you come three days a week at 10am and or Matt classes are at six o'clock or at our studio we have Matt, then my private and private sessions on the Cadillac tower, all of that's process.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_01]: It's overwhelming information, it's words that they don't want to hear.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_01]: Even if they know what most that stuff is, that's not what they actually care about, they care that you understand the problem that they have and where they want to grow.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_01]: And that you are excited and a trustworthy person for that.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_01]: And I think we're a lot of people and that's what they will pay for.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, as well.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_01]: Most, you know, actually yoga works as an existing one.
- 18:54[SPEAKER_01]: It's a perfect example.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_01]: They're entire advertising model was first two weeks free.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_01]: You're first two weeks are free.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_01]: that's a process, right?
- 19:06[SPEAKER_01]: Like they, they were not selling like get meditated in 14 days or less or calm your, calm your de-stress from traffic in 90 minutes, right?
- 19:17[SPEAKER_01]: Like they weren't selling what you were going to gain for doing the yoga for two weeks.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_01]: right, whereas if they had actually talked more about like how you would feel when you left they owe a class.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_00]: Sure.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_01]: I think more people would take them up on that for two weeks, for you know, because it's like, wow, two weeks free.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_01]: They must be like, this class has to be full.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_01]: No, they weren't.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_01]: And they're not in business, but like, I see this all the time in people posting about like their Pilates stuff.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, I've got, I'm opening up two spots on Mondays and Wednesdays.
- 19:47[SPEAKER_00]: unless someone only trusts you, that's a helpful.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_01]: Lana Jai, who's been on our show, has done this really well.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, I'm opening in two weeks, I'm opening four spots for a woman over 40 who are tired of yo-yo dieting and they want to actually make a change at last the lifetime.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 20:03[SPEAKER_01]: you can hear the difference, right?
- 20:04[SPEAKER_01]: I'm accepting four new clients or in two weeks I will have four spots available for this type of person.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_01]: That is listing the transformation someone's half.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_01]: She doesn't say, and when you sign up, you'll have to do eight weeks of, you know, macro counting.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_01]: No, she's not saying that because no one wants to do that.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_01]: That's too much information.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_01]: And then, you know, we get this a lot because people will say, well, as it's too expensive, people have been saying polis is too expensive since it was fucking cheap.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_01]: People have been saying polis is too expensive since I started teaching and people weren't even charging a dollar a minute, right, for a private session.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_01]: But you, you have to understand that if people are making decisions based on cost, they will always do that.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_01]: You have to bring it back to,
- 20:44[SPEAKER_01]: the investment of the transformation they want to have and how badly do they want to have that.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_00]: That's the shift.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_01]: Some people don't actually want to pay the investment that the transformation would cost.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_01]: So those people always be looking for a deal constantly frustrated or the ones who are
- 21:03[SPEAKER_01]: buying this silly tool this week and the next thing over here they're bouncing around but there are people when if you reframe it to the investment for what you want to achieve is what Gillian said the investment you want to achieve for your desired goal is going to be one of time and money right so you change the word to investment and then you have to in doing that you're going to shift the mindset from cost to investment right just a really good shift you want to make in someone's brain because they invest in things all day long.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_01]: they invest time in scrolling on their Instagram, they invest time in being in traffic, they invest time on a lot of different things, right?
- 21:40[SPEAKER_01]: So how can we shift the investment of time and money to something that that actually works in them?
- 21:44[SPEAKER_01]: When I was teaching mat classes only, and I was trying to get people in them, I would say stop spending time in traffic, bring that hour in polies and get home in 20 minutes after.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_01]: So I had people literally come to my mat class, two nights a week that I had it and they loved it because instead of sitting in traffic for 90 minutes, they did an hour of pulleys and then say, is that it's from 25 minutes to get home.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_01]: Same amount of time, but they actually got a transformation to go with it.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_01]: So really shifting that mindset and then when people do ask for discounts, you have to have some confidence in the product that you have.
- 22:15[SPEAKER_01]: I keep telling,
- 22:17[SPEAKER_01]: Our agency members like you need to have encouraging in fiction and what you do.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_01]: And that also means telling people how they have to be to be a client of yours.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_01]: My trainer has so much courage and conviction.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_01]: She is like you cannot be a client of mine if you can't come into this many times.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_01]: And I really do think that if a lot more applies and start to say that, yes, they might have fewer clients in the beginning.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_01]: But I actually think they would have more later because of transformation of their clients that were getting would get them more clients.
- 22:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I think this is a perfect transition into what I was hoping to talk about, which is the, you know, there was a moment where he was talking about Steve Jobs and the iPhone, right?
- 22:53[SPEAKER_00]: And he's like, he wasn't like, hey, do you think it'd be cool if like maybe you guys like might want like a
- 23:00[SPEAKER_00]: None of that.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_00]: He was like, hey, check out this amazing tool that we built.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_00]: That's going to change your life.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_00]: Radically.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_00]: And he said, so he was talking about confidence.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_00]: And there's a difference between polling your audience and getting feedback.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_00]: And how do you present the thing that you sell or do?
- 23:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_01]: I'm absolutely certain that there were India's sign of people who were looking at the iPhone before we got it.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_00]: But Julian pointed out that you have to be confident
- 23:30[SPEAKER_00]: that the universe will present you what you need when you need it.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_00]: And that is, that's a scary thing.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_00]: That is the leap and the net will appear kind of approach.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_00]: And you know, obviously, that's definitely something that gets severely tested.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_00]: And Julian acknowledged that for sure.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_00]: Especially when you have financial needs and the wrong clients are coming through your door.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_00]: But saying, you know, y'all were talking about clients and the clients that will,
- 23:58[SPEAKER_00]: stay with you for the long haul or not, right?
- 24:01[SPEAKER_00]: And it's always a scramble at first.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_00]: Like, we'll take anybody who comes in the door.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_00]: But what if our messaging, like we were just talking about, was attracting the correct person who we, A, want to serve and B, is excited to get their transformation.
- 24:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_00]: They're going to stay with you way, way longer.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_00]: And I am,
- 24:25[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if you picked up on it, if you listen to the interview, I don't know if you picked up on it, but I was so proud because we had a bunch of agency members fill out his big questionnaire and he compared agency members' stats against the industry stats.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_00]: And what he said was that agency members retain their clients longer and I was really, really excited to hear that.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_01]: And it's because our agency members, even their process to become a client of theirs, set them up so that they're not getting these crazy wackos that just want to bounce from place to place.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_01]: They are actually set up to make sure that they are the right client.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_01]: They're advertising the right place.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_01]: One of our members is actually changing her website to being about it's specifically their polis studio for women over 40.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_00]: Cool.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_01]: Right, because she's like, I'm tired of getting calls from 20 year olds who are comparing me to this other studio over here, that's not what we offer.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_01]: And even if they can't afford my intro offer, they don't like the classes because they're not for polarized princesses and it's like right.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_01]: So you know what, there are women who are like fucking tired, like I want to go to apply, but all these Pilates princesses are a picture.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_01]: And so this kind of ours has women over 40 pictured.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_01]: That's going to matter so much to them, right?
- 25:42[SPEAKER_01]: And so I am so proud of our agency members.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_01]: They have solid businesses and you have a business.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_01]: You can depend on you're not going off with the trends are.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_01]: And I really think that right now, the Pilates bubble is bursting in several ways.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_01]: One, Haley Bieber just announced that too many people are too many studios are out there and they're of crappy teachers and Haley Bieber wrote this and yes and then the Guardian did an entire article about how people are getting hurt all the time doing Pilates and here's the thing if you were doing real Pilates, you could not get hurt if you were actually ready for the exercise that you're doing.
- 26:19[SPEAKER_01]: Most of the time, people are getting injuries because they're in large group classes that are not on real reformers and or their teacher was not trained thoroughly enough.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_01]: And so the teachers boss is all about how fun the classes and how entertained and how active classes are versus the results that they're getting.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_01]: And I think Julian would back me up on this.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_01]: going back to the transformation you want to have, this is the investment you have to have.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_01]: I have to get you that transformation, which means you have to show up.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_01]: But I have to have the teachers that are quality.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_01]: And so I actually think between the recession that we are all expecting to show up.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_01]: And the fact that people are not going to see the results they want by studios where the people aren't trained fully.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_01]: I do see the pendulum swing.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_01]: Now, how far is it?
- 27:06[SPEAKER_01]: It's not that swing that far.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_01]: If you are a solid studio that's truly knows what you're doing and why you do it and you're not begging people to take class for you by offering it for free.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_01]: But instead, you're like, if you want to participate here, you're soft and you have to come.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_01]: Here's the transformation that we can provide you.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_01]: And here's how we do that.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_01]: You come every other week.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and being real with them, you know, and that's that's what a confidence comes in to play.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_00]: Like having the confidence to know that the universal present you what you need when you need it, you know, it's it's I remember trying to convince clients.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_00]: I remember how much time I spent trying to convince clients that we were the right, you know.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_00]: agency for them or coaching group for them or web development company for them or whatever and it always felt like I'm really good at that but then we would land a client and they were just the fucking worst client and they never delivered the photos that they said that they had or they never gave me copy and so ultimately I'd start this project, we would take it to pause it, start the project and then get stuck right and then or or we would have clients
- 28:16[SPEAKER_00]: for coaching and then they would never participate and then they would disappear.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_00]: And that was like, just felt like such a waste of effort on both our time and theirs.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_00]: And the one-time payment didn't feel worth it.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_00]: It certainly wasn't satisfying.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_00]: We didn't help them, right?
- 28:29[SPEAKER_01]: And so... And it's also why we've even changed our agency and operates now because it definitely is only attracted to people who are willing to actually do the work.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_01]: You have to do the work.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_01]: You can't just do calls with me, our Brad, every quarter, and wine, and you know, whatever, and then go, well, I got this action.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_01]: I can go make a checklist, and I can feel like I did something now.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_01]: No, agency now requires you to ask LOD questions.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_01]: But your problem in there, go watch a course, come to an office out, ask which course to watch, ask what next steps to take.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_01]: Like you actually have to do the action.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_01]: And the reason I love that more, it's definitely not a sexier cell, is that what we do actually fucking works.
- 29:10[SPEAKER_01]: I know that, and the people who've listened to us have been with us for years, and when they do the work, it works.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_01]: Period in a story.
- 29:17[SPEAKER_01]: And we recently were at an event, and I saw one of our ex-agency members,
- 29:22[SPEAKER_01]: would pay because they wanted the transformation but didn't want to do the work and then this person would also do the things I said not to do.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_01]: Right all the time and then they would come back with a problem and it's like okay with the contract you've already signed and so there's not a lot I can do because you made a contract without asking like our opinions and then you signed it and you know that person is like yeah I've just been so overwhelmed and I'm closing these two studios and I'm doing this I'm just downsizing a lot and I just wanted to go I
- 29:50[SPEAKER_01]: But here's the thing, I have courage and conviction at how we coach and who we are for.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_01]: And I know what we can do with people who will do the work.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_01]: And that means, though, you have to also have courage and conviction in what you offer as a studio.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_01]: And if that means telling someone,
- 30:07[SPEAKER_01]: I actually don't work with clients who are in and out every single week unless they're going to do homework.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_01]: And if you're in new homework, it means you have to do it three to four days a week.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_01]: You have to tell people, I just don't work with those people because I don't want to take your money.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_01]: That's dirty money.
- 30:19[SPEAKER_01]: Any studio that takes your money and tells you that they can get you what you want.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_01]: And you're only going to come in once a week, every couple of weeks is lying to you.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_01]: If you educate people on that, I'm telling you, you will get a great client, and here's why I can tell you this with my own courage to convince you with another choice.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_01]: I use a cellity to train program for equinox.
- 30:38[SPEAKER_01]: And I would always ask people, where are you in your research process?
- 30:44[SPEAKER_01]: Right?
- 30:44[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I'm the first person you're talking to.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_01]: Great.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_01]: Let me explain to you how training programs are not apples to apples.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_01]: Let me explain to you what it is that you need to be looking for, what you need to be like questions you be asking by the way, this is all in my book, what question you be asking, what you need to be experiencing, like what these things are.
- 31:02[SPEAKER_01]: When you go and look at other places, I want you asking these questions because if they don't have answers that help that work with your life, it does not matter the price, you will be stuck.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_01]: So I can tell you right now based on the local programs that I know that exist, we are more expensive on paper.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_01]: But here's where we saw
- 31:21[SPEAKER_01]: Why don't you go back to your research to call me back?
- 31:23[SPEAKER_01]: Let's do another thing.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_01]: I can follow with them.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_01]: And there are people who say you're too expensive.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_01]: That's too much time.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_01]: I can't make blah, blah, blah.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_01]: And then they would come back and they'd sign up because they would go to the research and they would realize that on paper, well, we're more expensive.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_01]: We actually have more things.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_01]: So you have to have that with people, because if someone's going to price shop, they're in a price shop.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_01]: But I can tell you why, oh, well, they're we're cheap.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_01]: We're more expensive than them because we're three people, not 12.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_01]: hello educate them they don't know they don't know they don't know so you're getting resentful of them they don't know what they don't know you have to say yeah you can also say something like our teachers have 600 hours of certifications on the else or something like that you know when people would do that when we were at the the students like oh well this is more expensive than the price to your cross-street yeah well those teachers are I can only teach on one item they can only teach them reformer and that's all they're trained on these are comprehensively trained teachers these people did at least nine months to a year
- 32:20[SPEAKER_01]: They have all the access all this equipment to get you the goals you want.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_01]: But if you want to have, if you have to go off that investment, I get it.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_01]: Go do it over there.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_01]: Anyways.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I could keep talking for hours, but we should get to be the action ends because clearly like, I love, I love Jillian's data.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_01]: And I love that we can help people and knowing what the data is really helps us to help people understand where they are and their business and what they have to focus on.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_01]: Cause you're not gonna focus on new clients and retention at the same time.
- 32:48[SPEAKER_01]: If you have great retention, you don't need new clients.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_01]: You know, you don't need as many anyways.
- 32:52[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_00]: Well, stick around.
- 32:55[SPEAKER_00]: We'll be right back.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so finally, let's talk about those be it action items, what bold, executable intrinsic or targeted action items.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_00]: Can we take away from your conversation with Julian Barnes, he said, on client commitment and transformation, Julie said that the first step in the transformation is transforming your daily routine, emphasize that people need to adopt a new routine.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_00]: One that says, I'm coming on Tuesday morning, Thursday after work and Saturday morning,
- 33:27[SPEAKER_00]: For studio owners, you are more likely to be successful if you present a prescription.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_00]: That gives your client the opportunity to adopt a new routine from day one.
- 33:40[SPEAKER_00]: Think about it.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_00]: If you've got a person coming in the door and you've been around sorry, let's leave had a client for a really long time and then you try to get them to make a change.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_00]: Do they make the change?
- 33:54[SPEAKER_00]: very rarely, right?
- 33:55[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you know, people get annoyed at change.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_00]: They get frustrated at change.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_00]: They like what they like.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_00]: They like what they have.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_00]: But if you set that precedent right out of the gate, this is how people get changed here.
- 34:06[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, right.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_01]: I love that.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_01]: We'll also like, I had a client who was always late and made always apologize.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_01]: And I had a client before them and after them.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_01]: And I never given more time.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_01]: And they were asking, I found a stylist like, hey, don't apologize to me.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_00]: This is on you.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_01]: If you only want a 45 minute session, I don't know problem with that.
- 34:23[SPEAKER_01]: But if you want the full session, you have to ask yourself why you don't feel worthy enough to have a full session so that you can figure out how you've to get leave work early.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_01]: But that's the change you have to make.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_01]: It has to be based on what you want.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_01]: Can't be on me.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_01]: And you know it, just never laid again.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's great example because what Julie said, which I thought was, it was kind of snuck in there again.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_00]: He said, keep your power.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_00]: We have power.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_00]: The power is that we are the authority figure.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_00]: And I mean, not an entire kind of a way, but you can say to someone, this is how it works here.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_00]: This is how we see people have success here.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and this is what we recommend for you.
- 35:07[SPEAKER_01]: I think we'll just go into my big action takeaway, which is like, you know, if you're actively listening to what they have to say, you literally hear what they are and you use those words and you connect them to how your services offered then you have to have you have to step into the authority, because they came to your house, yeah, if this person came to your house and you are a nose shoes in the house person.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_01]: Would you just go, I guess I'll let them our shoes?
- 35:31[SPEAKER_01]: No, this is a no shoes house, right?
- 35:33[SPEAKER_01]: So no shoes house.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_01]: So if you are like, I always tell people take my shoes up, but we don't.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_01]: But if you're the person who does, how come you can't be that at the business where you actually are an authority?
- 35:43[SPEAKER_01]: This is where you, you know, I think this is what I think a lot of people have doubt about the benefits that they can have because they themselves have forgotten their own practice.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_00]: Sure.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_01]: And they themselves have not made any clients actually have consistency.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_01]: And so they're not
- 35:57[SPEAKER_01]: actually having the benefits to back up their power on, but you have the hundred years of Joe Pilates' work, working, to go off of.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_01]: So if you are a new teacher, you have a hundred years, literally a hundred years.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_01]: This is the year that this year, this year is a hundred years
- 36:19[SPEAKER_01]: And then you then go, I'll give you the advice that I was given and we'll wrap this up.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_01]: My first week as a teacher at a studio at equinox, this teacher said to me, the best I say can give you is to go one client and make them your own, like make them obsessed with you.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_01]: and you have all the clients.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_01]: And I made those clients obsessed with me and they did circuitry results results that they weren't getting with their other Pilis instructor who I got them from, right?
- 36:44[SPEAKER_01]: Because that other Pilis instructor let them go, come close, please.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, nope.
- 36:47[SPEAKER_01]: You have to make up that session you're about to miss next Sunday.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_01]: I'll see you on Friday.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_01]: Let's do it.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go, I'll make the time.
- 36:52[SPEAKER_01]: And it's because one, I need the money.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_01]: But two, I listened to that advice.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_01]: And that advice gave me conviction and authority to sit here today and tell you if you make people be consistent, they get results.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_01]: So be the boss.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_01]: They came to you.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they came to you.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_00]: Don't give away your power.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_01]: If you need help with that, if you need these pep talks, you should just go to agency.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because this can be easier.
- 37:16[SPEAKER_00]: This is a segue here.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, so prophesies.com, such agency, go there.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_01]: We have, for sure, at the time of recording, this one amazing way to work with us.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_01]: It's why possible the second way, which is a secret, is available.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not sure.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_00]: It's possible.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_01]: possible.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_01]: And if you don't see it, then you book a call with Brad and you ask him, which one is best for you and what's going on there, but we can help you.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_01]: We can help you.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we can certainly support you with these things.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_00]: And you can keep your clients longer, too.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you get all the benefits that our clients get.
- 37:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_01]: And also, guess what?
- 37:46[SPEAKER_01]: You could have predictable boring business, which is so nice.
- 37:50[SPEAKER_01]: Go be entertained by your streamers, not by your business.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_01]: OK, life's stressful enough.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_01]: I don't need to up and down on my business to be what's going on, what I'm going my vibes off of.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_01]: OK, I'm less so again.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm Brad Crowell.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you so much.
