- 0:17Speaker 2: Days of Christmas with Ashley and Tiana. Can you leave
- 0:20Speaker 2: you on day eight?
- 0:21Speaker 1: Already? It's do me over.
- 0:22Speaker 2: You haven't been following along, go back and have a listen,
- 0:25Speaker 2: get through them, because we're going to hold you accountable
- 0:27Speaker 2: and all the ways possible.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Yeah, there's been some big conversations.
- 0:29Speaker 2: All they have, and today's going to be another one.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Today's episode name is New Year, New Lie. While your
- 0:34Speaker 2: future self starts in December.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Why do we all wait until January first to do
- 0:40Speaker 1: all the resolutions and get our health on track and
- 0:43Speaker 1: start for challenge and get all these healthy habits in check?
- 0:46Speaker 1: Like why are we waiting until then? Much have you started?
- 0:48Speaker 2: Now?
- 0:49Speaker 1: What a different position you would be in January? Oh?
- 0:51Speaker 2: Absolutely, we're all lying to ourselves. Yeah, there have been
- 0:55Speaker 2: so many times where I'd been like, I'm going to
- 0:56Speaker 2: start on Monday. I'm going to start, you know in
- 0:58Speaker 2: two weeks from now, and give myself a little leewait.
- 1:00Speaker 2: It's a lie.
- 1:00Speaker 1: It's about when I'm ready.
- 1:01Speaker 2: It's a straight up light. You're never ready. No, you're
- 1:04Speaker 2: never ready. There's never a right time and you know what,
- 1:06Speaker 2: like all of the people who are doing, you know
- 1:09Speaker 2: and actually like achieving the things that they want and
- 1:11Speaker 2: becoming the people that they want to become. They're not
- 1:13Speaker 2: waiting for a deadline to start. They're not waiting for
- 1:17Speaker 2: the New Year's resolution. You know. They're actually the people
- 1:19Speaker 2: who are like, oh, I want to get.
- 1:20Speaker 1: A jump on this, get ahead of the game. They
- 1:22Speaker 1: have this.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Mindset of Okay, I'm not gonna wait until January, because
- 1:26Speaker 2: if I start now, I'm going to be one month ahead. Yeah,
- 1:30Speaker 2: And how cool is that to be able to go
- 1:32Speaker 2: like I don't need a deadline or a Monday or
- 1:35Speaker 2: first of January to actually start something new. I can
- 1:37Speaker 2: just start now.
- 1:38Speaker 1: You always look back when you achieve something and you
- 1:41Speaker 1: always regret not starting earlier. Why didn't I start this
- 1:44Speaker 1: six months earlier? I could have been doing this so
- 1:46Speaker 1: much longer. This is the best thing ever. Even with
- 1:48Speaker 1: your body goals or your health goals or something with
- 1:51Speaker 1: work or a new goal, It's like, if you start now,
- 1:53Speaker 1: you're well ahead of the game. Why would you not
- 1:55Speaker 1: start now or what is the reason? What is a
- 1:57Speaker 1: legit reason when you say it's a silly season. I
- 1:59Speaker 1: just want to relax. You can still relax, you can
- 2:02Speaker 1: still have a good time, but you can also be
- 2:04Speaker 1: mindful and conscious of about your choices and ask yourself
- 2:06Speaker 1: if those choices align with what you value. You're fooling
- 2:09Speaker 1: yourself otherwise. Yeah, you can do all the talking, but
- 2:12Speaker 1: actually walk the walk. Yeah, put things in place. It
- 2:14Speaker 1: doesn't mean you can't have a good time. Absolutely weird
- 2:16Speaker 1: living proof of that when it comes to like alcohol
- 2:18Speaker 1: and stuff, that we can still go socialized, go to
- 2:20Speaker 1: weddings and be the life of the party.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Which I'm still up there dancing. You bet that dance
- 2:24Speaker 2: floor sa hired. When I come, you better? You, I've
- 2:26Speaker 2: hit my protein. You better.
- 2:28Speaker 1: I'm getting up and going for a walk in the morning. Yeah,
- 2:30Speaker 1: I'm still doing all the things that align with me
- 2:32Speaker 1: and that I value because it's important to me. I
- 2:35Speaker 1: don't just say that's important to me. It actually is,
- 2:37Speaker 1: and it's more in your actions. So what are you
- 2:39Speaker 1: doing rather than saying? And you don't have to wait
- 2:42Speaker 1: till January to start doing the things that you want.
- 2:44Speaker 2: And also a cool perspective on this too is like
- 2:45Speaker 2: what are you hiding from?
- 2:47Speaker 1: What scared of? You're scared of?
- 2:50Speaker 2: Fan or yeah, there's a reason why you feel like
- 2:52Speaker 2: you need to wait, and maybe you feel like, oh,
- 2:54Speaker 2: but I just I don't want to have to be
- 2:56Speaker 2: strict with myself and I want to have a bit
- 2:58Speaker 2: of fun and this and that. It's like, yeah, okay,
- 3:00Speaker 2: you can have that, But the belief that you have
- 3:02Speaker 2: that you can't have fun whilst aligning with your goal
- 3:05Speaker 2: is literally a story.
- 3:06Speaker 1: It's very limiting.
- 3:07Speaker 2: It's a story. And yeah, you're not doing yourself a
- 3:09Speaker 2: disservice by believing that you can like have your cake
- 3:13Speaker 2: and eat it too. In that sense, it's so funny,
- 3:15Speaker 2: like over the years, I've always dreamt and wanted to
- 3:18Speaker 2: be someone better than what I was, you know, I
- 3:21Speaker 2: think everyone can relate to that to some degree of
- 3:23Speaker 2: being like, you know, maybe right now I'm not happy
- 3:25Speaker 2: with my life or right now I don't have the
- 3:27Speaker 2: level of finances that I want. I don't have the
- 3:30Speaker 2: body that I want, I don't have the relationships or
- 3:32Speaker 2: the friends that I want. And every year I remember
- 3:34Speaker 2: wishing and like, you know, feeling so disappointed by like
- 3:38Speaker 2: my choices, my behaviors when I was younger, and then
- 3:41Speaker 2: I get to news and I feel like i'd have
- 3:43Speaker 2: like this new lease on life almost. It was almost
- 3:45Speaker 2: like a piece of hope. And you know what's interesting.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Second chair like a second chance.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Yeah, of like oh my god, you know what. No,
- 3:52Speaker 2: it's like the first of January this year, it's.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Going to be my year.
- 3:55Speaker 2: It's going to be different.
- 3:56Speaker 1: New year.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Knew me. And I used to really buy into that concept.
- 4:00Speaker 2: And you know, after like three or four weeks, like
- 4:02Speaker 2: I would really drop off the bandwagon again, and then
- 4:05Speaker 2: I would get to the point where the next new
- 4:07Speaker 2: year would come around and I'd look back and I go, fuck,
- 4:09Speaker 2: I've still done the same thing after twelve months. Yeah,
- 4:11Speaker 2: and then I just would be drowning and all of
- 4:13Speaker 2: this guilt and shame of being like you didn't stick
- 4:15Speaker 2: to what you said you were going to.
- 4:17Speaker 1: The guilt and shame comes in, yeah, and I'd.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Be like, damn, like why didn't I do that for myself?
- 4:21Speaker 2: Why didn't I show up? And I almost think that
- 4:23Speaker 2: everyone needs to get to that point where they're so
- 4:26Speaker 2: fed up with what they're doing, what they're entertaining, who
- 4:29Speaker 2: they're entertaining, what behaviors of yours you're allowing yourself to
- 4:33Speaker 2: do and engage in, and you get to that point
- 4:35Speaker 2: where you're just like, I'm so sick of being this.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Well, i don't want to be.
- 4:37Speaker 2: This person anymore.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Hit like rock bottom in the other way is up?
- 4:40Speaker 2: That's right? Yeah, And I feel like you almost need
- 4:43Speaker 2: to feel that enough times, that disappointment in yourself enough
- 4:46Speaker 2: times to be like nough, fuck this, like I am
- 4:48Speaker 2: not living my life.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Like this, so only time. I sometimes think guilt and
- 4:52Speaker 1: shame does come of service, yes, because it's almost like
- 4:56Speaker 1: that little notification bell that's telling you that something isn't
- 4:59Speaker 1: aligned and you don't feel good about something. So it's like, oh,
- 5:02Speaker 1: I feel guilt and shame around that because that doesn't
- 5:04Speaker 1: feel good for me, so I'm going to do something different.
- 5:06Speaker 1: It kind of does serve you in a way.
- 5:08Speaker 2: I love that you said that. I love that you
- 5:10Speaker 2: said that because it is it's a benefit.
- 5:12Speaker 1: It's a benefit.
- 5:13Speaker 2: It's showing you something that you don't want. How are
- 5:17Speaker 2: we going to ignore that. You can either sit in
- 5:19Speaker 2: it and be like, oh my god, I've stuck here,
- 5:21Speaker 2: I feel shame and feel guilty and make yourself feel
- 5:23Speaker 2: terrible about it, or you can look at it and
- 5:26Speaker 2: go fuck like I feel this way because I don't
- 5:28Speaker 2: want to be here. I feel this way because I
- 5:30Speaker 2: know I can do more. I feel this way because
- 5:32Speaker 2: I know I'm capable of doing so much more than
- 5:34Speaker 2: what I'm currently doing. And I think it's just a
- 5:36Speaker 2: really good life lesson that we all need to go
- 5:38Speaker 2: through and experience to that depth before we can really
- 5:42Speaker 2: go I'm going to do something different this time, Yes,
- 5:44Speaker 2: And then I think that's when it comes into play
- 5:46Speaker 2: that you stop waiting for the first of every month,
- 5:49Speaker 2: or you stop waiting for the news resolution You're not
- 5:52Speaker 2: looking for a sudden overnight transformation.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Long term lifestyle and habits that are going to continue
- 5:58Speaker 1: to serve your time after time.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Yeah, I really do believe that people who wait for
- 6:04Speaker 2: the Monday and who for the you know, the six
- 6:07Speaker 2: week challenge and the first of the year, I think
- 6:09Speaker 2: those people are looking for quick fixes, if I'm being honest,
- 6:12Speaker 2: And I can only say because I used to be
- 6:13Speaker 2: that person. I used to think that if I start
- 6:16Speaker 2: on the first and I go for four weeks, I'm
- 6:18Speaker 2: going to go so hard and everything's going to change. Yeah,
- 6:20Speaker 2: and then I would fall back off and go into
- 6:21Speaker 2: old habits. But because I was looking for the short
- 6:24Speaker 2: term gain, I wanted the fix now. I wanted to
- 6:27Speaker 2: be fixed, solved, relieved from the way that I felt
- 6:29Speaker 2: because of how shit my life felt, or how shit
- 6:31Speaker 2: I felt in myself, whatever the reason. But then when
- 6:34Speaker 2: I started to look at life into like a longevity
- 6:36Speaker 2: standpoint of like, what can I choose now that I
- 6:40Speaker 2: can do for a really long period of time. So yeah,
- 6:42Speaker 2: I really do believe that the people who are looking
- 6:45Speaker 2: for the next marker are kind of usually the people
- 6:47Speaker 2: who are like, I'm going to do it in six
- 6:48Speaker 2: weeks because I want to do it as fast and hard,
- 6:50Speaker 2: as intense as possible. Because I was that person. Yeah,
- 6:54Speaker 2: when you start thinking longer term, you start thinking of
- 6:56Speaker 2: the longevity, you are able to make changes in your
- 7:00Speaker 2: life that don't feel like it completely throws your life
- 7:03Speaker 2: out of balance. It's not like, oh, I'm not going
- 7:06Speaker 2: to the gym at all, and now I'm going seven
- 7:08Speaker 2: days a week, three times a day. Did Yeah, Like,
- 7:10Speaker 2: you don't overdo it because that's not sustainable. Sure you
- 7:13Speaker 2: can do that for four weeks in a row.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Are you going to do it out and injured?
- 7:16Speaker 2: Are you going to do that for thirty years in
- 7:18Speaker 2: a row? Absolutely No, So I think when it comes
- 7:21Speaker 2: to change and it comes to the implementation of you
- 7:23Speaker 2: becoming the version of yourself that you truly want to be.
- 7:27Speaker 2: How can you make small, incremental changes that don't disrupt
- 7:31Speaker 2: you so much that change feels demobilizing for you.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Yes, that's a really good point. And we had this
- 7:36Speaker 1: conversation because you guys would have seen if you're following
- 7:39Speaker 1: on social media. We just launched our project, our online
- 7:42Speaker 1: project that everyone has access to, but had a lot
- 7:45Speaker 1: going on. We've had the retreats overseas retreats, we've got
- 7:48Speaker 1: a physical product X, but this is our online project
- 7:51Speaker 1: that we wanted, something that everyone can have access to.
- 7:53Speaker 1: And if you're listening and you love the podcast, you're
- 7:55Speaker 1: going to love this. It's an online subscription. Anyways, it's
- 7:57Speaker 1: all launched, but we were like when do we launch
- 8:00Speaker 1: and we were tossing back and forth, like November, Oh,
- 8:03Speaker 1: it's been Black Friday month, and no one's want to
- 8:05Speaker 1: do things in decen bat One's going to wait till January.
- 8:07Speaker 1: And they were like, actually, no, the women who are
- 8:10Speaker 1: ready to change the GROSSI because of women listening to
- 8:12Speaker 1: this podcast who want more for their life, more for
- 8:14Speaker 1: their body, more for their health, more for their family.
- 8:17Speaker 1: They're gonna be ready. They're going to be ready and
- 8:19Speaker 1: jump on They're not waiting until January when they feel
- 8:21Speaker 1: ready or when society tells you it is the right
- 8:23Speaker 1: time to make change. We're doing it now.
- 8:25Speaker 2: We're doing it now.
- 8:25Speaker 1: So we've launched and the first month is live for
- 8:28Speaker 1: everyone to jump on board, and it's all about nervous system.
- 8:30Speaker 2: We're so excited work. Honestly, this is something that we
- 8:33Speaker 2: have a lot of heart in and it's almost like
- 8:36Speaker 2: a level up of the podcast whereas like we're very
- 8:38Speaker 2: conversational here, whereas like in this project that we have
- 8:41Speaker 2: that we've just launched, it's very teaching and education based,
- 8:44Speaker 2: and we really want it to be of so much
- 8:46Speaker 2: value for you so that you know you can have
- 8:49Speaker 2: access to the type of trainings and things that people
- 8:51Speaker 2: are doing and teaching and all of these other containers
- 8:53Speaker 2: that might not be as accessible for you. We really
- 8:55Speaker 2: want a place where you can come and meet other women,
- 8:57Speaker 2: grow with other like minded women, and really be able
- 9:00Speaker 2: to expand yourself and your tool belt of how you
- 9:04Speaker 2: navigate every day life, because ashe and I both know,
- 9:07Speaker 2: life can feel fucking hard sometimes lonely and lonely, and
- 9:10Speaker 2: so when you don't have the right tools, life feels
- 9:12Speaker 2: ten times heavier. But when you have the right tools,
- 9:15Speaker 2: you actually navigate life a lot easier, and then you
- 9:17Speaker 2: can kind of keep your head above water, and then
- 9:19Speaker 2: eventually you'll get to a point where you're like, holy shit,
- 9:22Speaker 2: I'm thriving. Cool Now. This is just about refinement, and
- 9:25Speaker 2: that's where we want to get you.
- 9:26Speaker 1: It gets level up. It's called Rise Inside, and it's
- 9:28Speaker 1: an online community. It's on a platform called School, and
- 9:31Speaker 1: there's different trainings and every single month is a different theme.
- 9:34Speaker 1: So we started with nervous system because we believe it's
- 9:38Speaker 1: the foundation for everything. We wish that we learned this
- 9:40Speaker 1: before we went into any other self development because you
- 9:43Speaker 1: can't grow and take on the information if your nervous
- 9:45Speaker 1: system's just regulator. So this is like the foundation where
- 9:47Speaker 1: you learn all the tools. We explain exactly what it is,
- 9:50Speaker 1: how it works in your body, how it impacts everything
- 9:53Speaker 1: positively or negatively, how to get in and out a
- 9:55Speaker 1: green in a red zone. The way this is explained
- 9:57Speaker 1: is very easy to digest, and each month we've really
- 10:00Speaker 1: simplified everything I've been doing self development for over ten
- 10:03Speaker 1: years now towna pretty similar. We wanted to condense everything
- 10:06Speaker 1: that we've learned from all our coaches, from Tony Robbins,
- 10:09Speaker 1: all the courses have done, all the books have read,
- 10:11Speaker 1: all the podcasts will listened to, all the hardships have
- 10:13Speaker 1: gone through in the lessons, and candense it down in
- 10:16Speaker 1: an easy, digestible way that you guys can just listen
- 10:18Speaker 1: for the four weeks. There's workbooks as well. Listen to
- 10:21Speaker 1: us US and to our expert trainers. Jump in the
- 10:23Speaker 1: live Q and a's have the community to ask questions
- 10:25Speaker 1: as well and go on this self discovery journey and
- 10:28Speaker 1: get to know the deeper layers of yourself, why you're
- 10:30Speaker 1: doing the things you're doing, and how to do things better.
- 10:32Speaker 1: You're going to walk away with a whole new toolbox
- 10:35Speaker 1: and it's very easy to follow along to.
- 10:37Speaker 2: Yes, absolutely, you know what else is also fun. We
- 10:39Speaker 2: also have a reward system inside of school, which is
- 10:41Speaker 2: going to be where you can win certain things. The
- 10:43Speaker 2: more that you engage in the community, the more that
- 10:45Speaker 2: you actually show up for yourself, the more that you
- 10:47Speaker 2: have the opportunity to win certain things that we're going
- 10:49Speaker 2: to have discounts for and also prizes along yeah along
- 10:52Speaker 2: the way as well.
- 10:53Speaker 1: We just wanted something the podcast we're not limited to
- 10:55Speaker 1: how much we talk what we kind of are, and
- 10:58Speaker 1: we wanted something more in depth as well. And we
- 11:00Speaker 1: also know that everyone has access to a one on
- 11:02Speaker 1: one coach because obviously is that higher price. So we
- 11:05Speaker 1: wanted something that anyone around the world can come and
- 11:08Speaker 1: be a part of. Anyone who's feeling lonely, who is
- 11:10Speaker 1: ready to take that next step, who wants to learn.
- 11:13Speaker 1: It's really accessible and it's really fun. We wanted to
- 11:15Speaker 1: make self development and growth not feel so heavy.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Yeah, we wanted to make it feel light and fun
- 11:20Speaker 2: and playful and bring a really lighthearted energy to all
- 11:23Speaker 2: of the things that feel the scariest to look at.
- 11:24Speaker 1: And we've taken a lot of like over the last
- 11:26Speaker 1: twelve months of developing this, all the dms, all of
- 11:29Speaker 1: the podcast suggestions, episodes that have done really well, really
- 11:32Speaker 1: collected a lot of data as to what you guys
- 11:34Speaker 1: wanting more of, what you're needing more of. Even after
- 11:37Speaker 1: we do an episode, like we've spoken about nervoussm before,
- 11:39Speaker 1: but when we get questions, been like, oh, but I
- 11:41Speaker 1: actually don't understand what it is, and what about this situation.
- 11:43Speaker 1: That's where we can go in depth. Yea, like really
- 11:46Speaker 1: in depth, not only with us, but bringing an expert
- 11:48Speaker 1: in their field to talk about that topic as well.
- 11:51Speaker 1: And we've got people in that charge, you know, thousands
- 11:53Speaker 1: of dollars just to have one one a lot, and
- 11:55Speaker 1: you get to have them for that whole hour where
- 11:56Speaker 1: they're teaching and talking to you, which is so cool.
- 11:59Speaker 2: It's very cool.
- 12:00Speaker 1: So this is all live now. If you guys want
- 12:01Speaker 1: to be a part of it, just send us a
- 12:03Speaker 1: DM on Instagram, right and we'll send you all the
- 12:06Speaker 1: information and can answer any questions that you've got. Absolutely,
- 12:08Speaker 1: I'd love to see you inside. Absolutely.
- 12:10Speaker 2: I almost think the biggest way to like set yourself
- 12:13Speaker 2: up for disappointment as well is to like be like, oh,
- 12:16Speaker 2: I'm going to start on Monday, you know. I think
- 12:19Speaker 2: like your biggest chance of actual change and sustainable change
- 12:22Speaker 2: is by you when you think of the moment that
- 12:25Speaker 2: you want to change, implementing change in that moment. That
- 12:28Speaker 2: has been the biggest thing for me that has really
- 12:30Speaker 2: really helped in terms of fitness, work related things, relationship
- 12:34Speaker 2: related things, whatever it is. If there's a certain way
- 12:37Speaker 2: that I would like to be from this moment on.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Why would I wait a month to do that? Oh? Yeah,
- 12:42Speaker 2: it's like saying, you know, I'm going to wait a
- 12:44Speaker 2: month in my intimate relationship before I start to respond
- 12:47Speaker 2: calmly because I just want to have a bit more
- 12:50Speaker 2: time being angry at him.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Or say, with diet, I'm going to wait a month
- 12:54Speaker 1: until I start eating healthy and watching what I eat,
- 12:56Speaker 1: So for the next month, I'm going to gorge and
- 12:58Speaker 1: gain four kilos before I even get started my health
- 13:00Speaker 1: a journey that.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Makes zero sense, zero sense.
- 13:04Speaker 1: Yeah, putting yourself like behind before you've even gotten started.
- 13:07Speaker 1: How do you not start now making healthy changes that
- 13:10Speaker 1: serve you towards your goal?
- 13:11Speaker 2: Absolutely, And this is that conversation around making incremental changes
- 13:16Speaker 2: so it doesn't feel like you have to go to
- 13:18Speaker 2: one extreme to the other. Yes, And also when it
- 13:21Speaker 2: comes to things like food as well, it's like, okay, well,
- 13:23Speaker 2: why do you think that it has to be torturous? Yeah?
- 13:25Speaker 2: Do you think that then the rest of your life
- 13:27Speaker 2: has to be torturous because you want to get your
- 13:29Speaker 2: dream body?
- 13:30Speaker 1: It doesn't, and you won't stick with it because you'll
- 13:31Speaker 1: last two weeks and you'll be like, I fucking hate this.
- 13:33Speaker 1: This isn't for me, this is worse. How does anyone
- 13:35Speaker 1: do this? You just won't last. Absolutely a lot of
- 13:38Speaker 1: people wait till January first or Monday. And I also
- 13:41Speaker 1: believe sometimes we wait until crisis or we wait until
- 13:45Speaker 1: something fully breaks down to make change. And once I
- 13:48Speaker 1: got diagnosed with my brain aneurysm, I felt like the
- 13:50Speaker 1: universe was shaking me in, Like you were not happy,
- 13:53Speaker 1: You're not slowing down, you're not listening. I'm giving you
- 13:55Speaker 1: so many signals and messages and you've completely ignored them.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Now I'm going to force you to slow down. Yeah, Like,
- 13:59Speaker 1: don't get to that point either. It's like we've spoken
- 14:02Speaker 1: about it before, Like why do couples wait until they're
- 14:05Speaker 1: at complete marriage breakdown to then get help? Why do
- 14:08Speaker 1: you wait till your hormones are totally out of whack
- 14:11Speaker 1: to go and learn from a match path? Why don't
- 14:13Speaker 1: we make this a preventive thing to learn along the
- 14:15Speaker 1: way stuff were not taught in school, Go to the
- 14:17Speaker 1: experts and prevent things from happening.
- 14:19Speaker 2: It's so true. It's like the same thing with life
- 14:21Speaker 2: coach or a psychologists. People wait till their mental health
- 14:24Speaker 2: is so low, sucked and painful and the worst it's
- 14:27Speaker 2: ever been before they actually seek for that help and
- 14:29Speaker 2: seek their way out. And I get it because I've
- 14:31Speaker 2: also done the same thing too. I had to wait
- 14:33Speaker 2: till crisis and till my mental health was so bad
- 14:36Speaker 2: and I was fucking up my life entirely before I
- 14:38Speaker 2: actually looked for that, And I think sometimes it's necessary
- 14:41Speaker 2: to get to that point. Yeah, However, there comes a
- 14:43Speaker 2: point in life where you don't have to be the
- 14:45Speaker 2: person who waits for crisis every single time. Like, if
- 14:48Speaker 2: you can learn that lesson once, amazing, learn that lesson,
- 14:52Speaker 2: Learn from the time that you had to hear crisis,
- 14:54Speaker 2: and don't allow yourself to do it again. People do
- 14:56Speaker 2: it with money too, Yes, they wait till their bank
- 14:58Speaker 2: account it's so totally drained, till they're like, oh my god.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Like take your action. I need to earn more, I need.
- 15:01Speaker 2: To figure out a way I used to do it.
- 15:03Speaker 2: I'm guilty of that. Are you to do that? Because
- 15:05Speaker 2: I'd be like, oh no, now I'm comfortable, and then
- 15:07Speaker 2: I get to the point where I'm so totally stressed,
- 15:09Speaker 2: Oh my god, can I even pay rent this month,
- 15:11Speaker 2: to the point where then I take action. Yes, you
- 15:13Speaker 2: don't have to wait till crisis until you actually take action,
- 15:17Speaker 2: that is you taking care of yourself. Yeah, and preventative
- 15:21Speaker 2: I think is the best solution when it comes to health, finances, relationship, everything,
- 15:25Speaker 2: the big three really important areas of life. Why do
- 15:28Speaker 2: we wait until that happens?
- 15:29Speaker 1: Stop ignoring the messages, ignoring the sign. Stop waiting till
- 15:32Speaker 1: you're ready or when things are perfect or when things
- 15:35Speaker 1: quote unquote settle down. Monday January first, No, start today
- 15:39Speaker 1: is your This is your sign. It's your big green
- 15:42Speaker 1: flag of like, let's do this, Let's get into whatever
- 15:44Speaker 1: is you want to achieve.
- 15:45Speaker 2: Now is the time, absolutely, and like this is a
- 15:48Speaker 2: really beautiful opportunity for you to pay attention to the
- 15:50Speaker 2: person you say you want to be. Yes, who are
- 15:52Speaker 2: you saying that you want to be? Check in with
- 15:54Speaker 2: yourself of who it is that you say you want
- 15:56Speaker 2: to be. Because if the person you say you want
- 15:58Speaker 2: to be is I'm motivated, and I'm this, and I
- 16:01Speaker 2: take care of myself and this. But you're waiting three
- 16:03Speaker 2: months before you decide to take action on stone that's
- 16:05Speaker 2: supposedly super important to you. You're out of integrity yeah,
- 16:08Speaker 2: and I call you forward lovingly with so much love,
- 16:11Speaker 2: because I know you can do hard things and maybe
- 16:14Speaker 2: there's a part of you that's fearful that you can't,
- 16:16Speaker 2: but you'll never know unless you do it and prove
- 16:19Speaker 2: yourself right with evidence.
- 16:20Speaker 1: On mic drop. I love that.
- 16:23Speaker 2: That's all I've got.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Thanks for joining us, guys. We hope you enjoyed this,
