- 0:00Speaker: Hi.
- 0:00Speaker: Good morning.
- 0:02Speaker: This is practice.
- 0:04Speaker: One's life is practice.
- 0:07Speaker: It is sensing a heightening awareness, cultivating, scrutinizing, rising in our own awareness.
- 0:18Speaker: In what manner?
- 0:20Speaker: In a sense of being realistic and honest, being virtuous and authentic, bringing a sense of positivity, being here now as a bundle of miracles, which we all are.
- 0:40Speaker: Get that into one's head.
- 0:45Speaker: No, I'm not telling you what to do, I'm just telling you what is.
- 0:49Speaker: I think it's better to be honest with oneself and to come to a sense of realization we are an animal upon the face of the planet Earth in the star system Sol, in the Milky Way galaxy, of a physical universe incorporating some combination of time passing, flowing, and space.
- 1:17Speaker: It is sobering and it is a miracle, and every single thing that has occurred since the time of this creation is a miracle as well.
- 1:30Speaker: It is a state of mind of understanding the complexity of everything.
- 1:39Speaker: Ourselves, know thyself.
- 1:42Speaker: Do you not want to remember all day whom you are (?) the majesty of millions upon millions of years of tradition, of generations before us?
- 1:56Speaker: Of course we do.
- 2:00Speaker: This is our goal.
- 2:02Speaker: Practicing all day.
- 2:04Speaker: Pausing and remembering whom we are, where beneath the clouds of a sky filled with energy we actually consume.
- 2:18Speaker: On the surface of a world mostly covered by the water of our forebears and a bit of land where we now dwell.
- 2:37Speaker: In my humble opinion, I believe mankind as a seemingly pre-eminent creature upon this planet we call our own, has an inherent responsibility to not only do our best for ourselves with our expanding consciousness and creativity, as / in remembering the whole universe is basically one.
- 3:10Speaker: It is the energy of creation.
- 3:13Speaker: Everything boils down, drills down, layer upon layer like an onion, deeper and deeper to its core as primal energy.
- 3:26Speaker: We are all related in constant communication, feeling inside the textures beneath one's skin, one's pulse, one's thermal energy, of course, one's awareness of one's whole body shimmering with thirty-seven trillion cells.
- 3:49Speaker: Celebrating another moment's life activities.
- 4:00Speaker: This is what's going on, taken for granted for sure.
- 4:05Speaker: In parts of us, not everywhere, of course, because the mechanism is working.
- 4:10Speaker: This is another proof there are many levels of consciousness.
- 4:15Speaker: People call it unconsciousness.
- 4:17Speaker: Okay.
- 4:18Speaker: Just a word that man has devised.
- 4:22Speaker: Does it mean it's the ultimate truth?
- 4:24Speaker: Hardly.
- 4:25Speaker: For civilizations that thought the world was flat seven hundred years ago, what do you think?
- 4:33Speaker: Coming into one's own recognition can be done in many different ways.
- 4:41Speaker: Assimilating this just because of a moment's quirkiness or perhaps a more dedicated pathway, one like meditation, prayer, contemplation.
- 4:55Speaker: Doing this in such a manner as finding one's own roots in one's physicality, in one's innate human being-ness, Homo sapien-ness, is a universal and easy way if one puts time and effort into it, because it is energy that creates one's success or failure.
- 5:23Speaker: A lack of effort, a lack of energy means a lack of success.
- 5:28Speaker: If you do this constantly every day, all day, the speed and rapidity of one's success is multiplied.
- 5:40Speaker: When one couples this with creating an environment where we are planting seeds of virtues in our hearts and souls, furthering one's garden of being alive is enhanced.
- 5:56Speaker: Flower seeds too.
- 5:58Speaker: Planting all sorts of things, herbs, basil, cilantro.
- 6:02Speaker: Planting beauty in one's mind.
- 6:06Speaker: It can be a physical garden or it can be good thoughts.
- 6:10Speaker: They are similar yet not the same.
- 6:14Speaker: Doing both is better.
- 6:18Speaker: To have greater understanding, heightening a sense of responsibility and detail, caring for actual plants, shrubs, trees.
- 6:30Speaker: To be in awe is to be astonished in a sense of reverence.
- 6:36Speaker: This can come from anywhere anything.
- 6:41Speaker: It is innate in everything.
- 6:45Speaker: Surely it can come from one's gardens.
- 6:48Speaker: When you look upon a flower or a vegetable or fruit coming into being, everything is a miracle.
- 6:59Speaker: If one takes the moment to develop this pathway of understanding, of kindness, of curiosity, of making a gesture to learn and to delve more deeply into.
- 7:20Speaker: This is mindful meditation.
- 7:22Speaker: We're doing that here right now, today.
- 7:27Speaker: It's simple.
- 7:29Speaker: Being here now, presently is what this means.
- 7:35Speaker: Just aware.
- 7:36Speaker: Expanding one's sensitivity, feeling one's eyes, ears, one's nose, tongue and mouth, one's feeling, one's fingers, one's fingertips, one's feet, one's sole of one's feet, one's toes.
- 7:53Speaker: Feeling the warmth emanating from our skin.
- 7:56Speaker: Feeling the pulse beneath.
- 7:59Speaker: "Feeling the pulse beneath.
- 8:04Speaker: " Feeling one's quivering, shimmering, majesty.
- 8:13Speaker: Some thoughts to think about today.
- 8:16Speaker: We are so lucky.
- 8:20Speaker: It need not be this way.
- 8:23Speaker: We take everything for granted, remembering and pausing as one needs.
- 8:32Speaker: It may be all the time at first.
- 8:35Speaker: That's okay.
- 8:37Speaker: Remembering the majesty of whom everyone and everything is or are.
