- 0:28Hello everyone.
- 0:29Welcome back to another episode of Love Your Love Muscle.
- 0:33It is Christmas when we are sending this live.
- 0:35So happy Christmas everyone.
- 0:37Merry Christmas, and if you're watching the recording
- 0:40or listening to the recording, happy New Year
- 0:43because it will be, uh, broadcasted a week
- 0:47or so later than the live session you are watching now.
- 0:50So, welcome everyone, and, uh, yeah, again, Merry Christmas.
- 0:56We're back in nature as you can see. And, uh, why is that?
- 0:59Well, it was nice weather again,
- 1:01and, uh, you can see it's cold.
- 1:04It's winter. It's actually, uh, uh, noon right now,
- 1:09and the sun is setting already you far up north.
- 1:13Uh, we don't get much sunlight in the winter,
- 1:16but, uh, yeah, at least we get some, so that's nice.
- 1:20Um, yeah, and as you maybe can see behind me, uh,
- 1:24there are some concrete here.
- 1:26This is a old World War II bunker,
- 1:30and I'm sitting in right now, uh,
- 1:34and it fits nice with the team of today,
- 1:36which is, uh, world peace.
- 1:38Uh, we always wish, wish the world, uh,
- 1:42a peaceful merry Christmas
- 1:44and, uh, that everybody will find peace,
- 1:47uh, wherever they are.
- 1:49Uh, unfortunately, I don't know, year
- 1:52after year, uh, we are at war somewhere in the world.
- 1:58And, uh, even here in Europe, we are talking about, uh,
- 2:01some war that we are going to plan,
- 2:04uh, together with Russia.
- 2:06So, yeah, well, if you find a way, a weird way
- 2:11of saying it, it's mean.
- 2:12It's straight from the heart, is the way I see it.
- 2:15Uh, wars are always planned.
- 2:17Uh, nobody in their right mind, uh, is going
- 2:21to kill their own species, but we, humanity,
- 2:25or you can really call it human or humane anymore,
- 2:30but we are strange, uh, weird enough to, uh, to still
- 2:33practicing this, uh, sort of, uh, barbaric rituals, uh,
- 2:38against each other and with each other.
- 2:40So, yeah, uh, the dallum always said, uh,
- 2:45uh, teach every 8-year-old how to meditate
- 2:48and we will get world peace.
- 2:51Uh, and that's absolutely true.
- 2:53Uh, everybody that has been meditating, uh,
- 2:57for a while have a steady practice, knows
- 3:00that they get insights, uh, about life,
- 3:06about reality, uh, in such a way
- 3:10that makes war
- 3:11or yeah, whatever, uh,
- 3:15negative things are going on,
- 3:18it makes it rather meaningless.
- 3:20Uh, and, um,
- 3:23however, uh, apparently not enough people are meditating
- 3:28or having a meditation practice,
- 3:29at least not politicians, as it seems.
- 3:32Uh, and yeah, it turns out that, uh,
- 3:36the world is the way it is,
- 3:37and it's probably how it's always going to be, uh,
- 3:41where a circle, the circle of life where
- 3:45we get born, people die.
- 3:47Uh, we live in peace, but also at war with each other.
- 3:51Uh, a circle that is going on, on and on
- 3:54and on, going around and around and around.
- 3:56We don't seem to learn from history, uh, even if many,
- 3:59even though many people are very interested in history,
- 4:02but somehow they don't learn from past mistakes.
- 4:06And we are continuing this circle over and over again.
- 4:10Well, let's hope some someday, uh,
- 4:15we will find a way out of this circle.
- 4:18Uh, but, uh, yeah.
- 4:21Anyway, uh, I think I will turn the camera around.
- 4:25We are in nature. Nature finds a balance.
- 4:28When you are in nature, you are also trying to find balance.
- 4:32And, uh, you are naturally getting into that same frequency,
- 4:36that same vibration, that nature emits
- 4:39when you are in nature, meditate in nature.
- 4:42And, uh, I hope I can give you a taste of that.
- 4:45Uh, again, the team is Christmas and peace.
- 4:48So let's focus on that.
- 4:50Uh, I'm going to turn the camera around
- 4:52and let's get started.
- 4:54Okay. All right, everyone,
- 4:59let's enjoy this nice sunset over here
- 5:04as we get in touch with nature.
- 5:09As always, take a nice deep inhale through your nose
- 5:15and breathe out through your mouth, nice
- 5:18and slow all the way out.
- 5:21Feel that you're getting settled.
- 5:23Take a nice deep inhale again, through your nose
- 5:30and out through your mouth.
- 5:33Settle down, settle down
- 5:37and stare at your device, your screen,
- 5:39looking out over the landscape,
- 5:43or close your eyes if you want to.
- 5:46And this I listen to the sounds, the sound of my voice,
- 5:50the sound of the wind, the sound of the sea, the ocean,
- 5:57the sound of some people walking by.
- 5:59Everything can happen here.
- 6:03Just settle in, get comfortable,
- 6:07breathe normally,
- 6:13and then try to breathe slower
- 6:17and deeper than usual.
- 6:21Slower and deeper than usual.
- 6:35You beautiful.
- 6:42And if you want to, you can focus on your heart area
- 6:51and breathe through your heart.
- 7:00Nice, calm, deep breaths through your heart area.
- 7:04Just imagine breathing through your heart
- 7:08and connecting even more with your surroundings.
- 7:16Connect with your surroundings through
- 7:18that electromagnetic field that your heart creates.
- 7:24You can imagine this field as a soul bubble around you
- 7:35With beautiful colors, a soap bubble
- 7:39that expands as you inhale
- 7:44and contracts as you exhale.
- 7:54Beautiful soap bubble, beautiful rich colors
- 7:59connecting you to the earth to nature.
- 8:09Wonderful.
- 8:16Listen to the sounds.
- 8:20Gaze over the landscape. Settle down.
- 8:24I feel more connected with Mother Earth.
- 8:32Even in the winter when everything's slowing down,
- 8:38nature's still alive.
- 8:41It just goes a little slower.
- 8:46It's still grounding, it's still balancing.
- 8:52Beautiful. Continue breathing through your heart.
- 8:58Whatever other anchor point you had chosen to breathe
- 9:01through,
- 9:11and know that whenever your mind wanders off,
- 9:15your thoughts are all over the place.
- 9:17That's okay. It's a good thing.
- 9:20You notice, just get back to your breath, to your heart.
- 9:25Continue breathing through the focus point you have.
- 9:28Getting back to nature, balancing yourself again.
- 9:33That's the practice.
- 9:45And as we near the end of the year,
- 9:47or maybe if you listen to the hoarding,
- 9:52we started the new year,
- 9:56think about the past year
- 10:02all you've accomplished, all the good things you've done,
- 10:09and forgive yourself
- 10:10or anything that didn't go so well
- 10:15where you made a mistake.
- 10:18It's allowed. And now, in a new year, we are going
- 10:22to have a fresh start.
- 10:24And, And maybe
- 10:31you can take what you've learned from the past year.
- 10:35Maybe you can take it with you as knowledge,
- 10:39as new information into the new year.
- 10:48Make sure to only take the knowledge with you,
- 10:53the information with you into the new year,
- 10:57not the emotional charge.
- 11:14So if you had a negative experience,
- 11:19explore what you've learned from it, what did it teach you?
- 11:31And then forgive yourself
- 11:36or the other persons.
- 11:44Let it go. Done. It's done.
- 11:48We don't have control over it anymore.
- 11:52But take that knowledge, that information is useful for you,
- 11:58with you into next year, into the new year,
- 12:21and continue this practice on your own
- 12:25for a couple of minutes.
- 12:26More reviewing the past year.
- 12:33What did you learn? What is useful?
- 12:38What ideas that you get that you didn't do in the past year,
- 12:43but maybe want to do in the next year.
- 12:48You the past year. Learn from it
- 12:52and create new information
- 12:55and take that with you into the next
- 12:57year, all on your own.
- 13:00Breathing calmly
- 13:02and nice feeling grounded as you, you the past year
- 13:07and transfer knowledge to the new year.
- 16:47All right? It's very beautiful.
- 16:51If you missed focus, just get back
- 16:52to your heart space again, or to your focus points.
- 16:56Ground yourself. Remember your
- 17:01heart's, electromagnetic fields, And
- 17:06how it connects you to the earth, to everything around you.
- 17:16And slowly get back.
- 17:21Breathe normally again.
- 17:27Become more aware of your surroundings.
- 17:35We go with your fingers and toes.
- 17:36Move your body back and forth from side to side.
- 17:42And when you're ready, you can open your eyes.
- 17:45If you have them closed, we'll come back.
- 17:49Welcome back. Alright,
- 17:54I hope you enjoyed that session.
- 17:57And yeah, it's, uh, if you're watching live,
- 17:59this is the last one of this year.
- 18:01And if you're listening to the recording,
- 18:04welcome back in the new year and with this session.
- 18:08And, uh, I hope it benefited you.
- 18:11Uh, I hope also, uh,
- 18:13war mongering politicians will do the same, same thing.
- 18:17Uh, look back at the past year
- 18:20and, uh, hopefully notice that
- 18:23what they're doing isn't very helpful
- 18:26and actually rather they're meaningless
- 18:27and more destructive than anything else.
- 18:30And, uh, yeah, let's hope for a more productive,
- 18:35more peaceful, uh, 2026.
- 18:39Uh, yeah, let's hope on that.
- 18:42Um, what happened
- 18:44to the Transformational Meditation Group in the past year?
- 18:46Well, uh, more or less the same.
- 18:49We have started actually
- 18:50with more nature meditations like this.
- 18:53Uh, so we're going to continue with that
- 18:55because people find them very helpful
- 18:57and they like being out in nature when they can themselves
- 19:01and experience this, uh, through near devices.
- 19:06Uh, we have good recording equipment with, uh,
- 19:09if you are watching this on a, uh, Patreon,
- 19:12you have surround sound.
- 19:13Uh, so yeah,
- 19:15and hd, uh, HD visuals, so not bad at all.
- 19:20Uh, technology, uh, coming a long way to make it
- 19:24as more immersive as possible.
- 19:27These, uh, these sessions. So, yeah.
- 19:31Uh, we also had some travels.
- 19:33We had some workshops, uh, uh, mostly offline.
- 19:38Uh, we had made three therapeutic meditations the past year
- 19:43and more are coming up.
- 19:45They're very popular. Uh, these have to be bought though,
- 19:48uh, so they aren't for free.
- 19:50Uh, but, uh, we do so much for free already.
- 19:54Uh, and, uh, these are professional recorded,
- 19:57guided therapeutic meditations that have aimed
- 20:00to help you in certain situations.
- 20:03Uh, there's a whole manual with them, uh, short user manual
- 20:07that describes how you can use them
- 20:10and how you should use them.
- 20:12And, uh, yeah, uh, lots of people benefit from them. I see.
- 20:16So that's, uh, that's a good thing.
- 20:19We're also continuing with corporations, uh, businesses
- 20:22that want, uh, help with stress, uh,
- 20:25and, uh, uh, emotional regulation.
- 20:30And we're helping with that as well.
- 20:32And of course, we have our monthly deep meditation sessions
- 20:36that will continue in 2026 as well.
- 20:39If you are interested in collaborating with me,
- 20:42either a podcast or invite me for a workshop
- 20:45or a talk, feel free to contact me.
- 20:49I'm happy to, uh, to arrange that with you.
- 20:52And, uh, yeah, we might even have, uh, somebody from Germany
- 20:56visiting in May, April, somewhere, uh,
- 21:01which will be a wonderful, uh, experience as well.
- 21:03So let's hope it gets true
- 21:05and how people interested will join, uh, that workshop.
- 21:09So yeah, anyway, love talking.
- 21:11Uh, if it's 2025 for you, still, Merry Christmas.
- 21:16And if it's the New Year, happy New Year for you.
- 21:19And, uh, yeah, take care. And we see each other soon. Soon.
- 21:23Again, be safe. Namaste.
