- 1:27Speaker 1: to talk about. The way I like to start off
- 1:29Speaker 1: HEYDOCS is to have my guests just tell a little
- 1:32Speaker 1: bit about yourself. It would be hard pressed to find
- 1:34Speaker 1: somebody who doesn't know who you are, but who you
- 1:37Speaker 1: are what you do with me on Canvas, if you'll
- 1:40Speaker 1: just indulge us with.
- 1:41Speaker 2: That absolutely first, thanks so much for having me. I
- 1:45Speaker 2: love watching your podcast. I like you know you and
- 1:50Speaker 2: I have a great rapport. I was really looking forward
- 1:53Speaker 2: to this as well. Thanks for having me. Yeah, I
- 1:56Speaker 2: am the director of sales for ne On Canvas and
- 1:59Speaker 2: what my role is to evaluate practices and make suggestions
- 2:08Speaker 2: and educate them on their marketing strategies to better their practice.
- 2:14Speaker 3: My whole goal is.
- 2:16Speaker 2: To help them understand all the nuances and niches that
- 2:23Speaker 2: marketing entails, to help them make the best decision for
- 2:26Speaker 2: them and for their practice, and to help them achieve
- 2:29Speaker 2: their goals.
- 2:30Speaker 3: So that's it in a nutshell.
- 2:33Speaker 2: As you know, marketing is got seven thousand verticals and
- 2:38Speaker 2: different alleys and back ways of things happening.
- 2:43Speaker 3: So it's easier said than done. And yeah, yeah, well, and.
- 2:48Speaker 1: I just have to I have to do a little
- 2:49Speaker 1: shout out too, because you are a lot of times
- 2:53Speaker 1: the brain behind all the amazing swag that Neon Canvas
- 2:58Speaker 1: puts out there, and I have just you guys have
- 3:00Speaker 1: got like you are the ones who people go, oh,
- 3:03Speaker 1: remember when they did that this year? I'm doing that
- 3:05Speaker 1: you like, You're always cutting edge on that. So am
- 3:08Speaker 1: I correct?
- 3:09Speaker 2: You are the Yeah, well, I'm a part of a grander,
- 3:14Speaker 2: grander team, so I will give them the props and
- 3:18Speaker 2: the credit. Everybody works really hard at me on Canvas
- 3:22Speaker 2: and really strives to be the best. So I'll take
- 3:27Speaker 2: some credit for logistics, but the team really gets the
- 3:31Speaker 2: full credit for everything.
- 3:32Speaker 3: That we do.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Yeah, well, and I love that. I mean, you guys
- 3:35Speaker 1: are a great team. I know a lot of you
- 3:37Speaker 1: on the team, and it is nice to see companies
- 3:40Speaker 1: that work well together and just really come together to
- 3:44Speaker 1: provide the best experience that they can for the clients
- 3:47Speaker 1: that they're working with. And one of the things that
- 3:50Speaker 1: I wanted to focus on when I was thinking about, Okay,
- 3:53Speaker 1: what should Jeremy and I talk about, Because, like you said,
- 3:55Speaker 1: there are a lot of verticals when it comes to marketing,
- 3:59Speaker 1: and we could get off on a tangent in a
- 4:01Speaker 1: lot of different ways we and who knows, we may
- 4:04Speaker 1: we may get off on a tangent. You know, I
- 4:06Speaker 1: wouldn't put it past us. But one of the things
- 4:11Speaker 1: that I wanted to focus on was talking kind of
- 4:14Speaker 1: about the patient journey and just really what does that
- 4:20Speaker 1: look like from a marketing focus, and what should like
- 4:25Speaker 1: a doctor be thinking about and how that actually relates
- 4:31Speaker 1: to their practice, because I think sometimes we focus so
- 4:34Speaker 1: much on, well, the patient journey is they come in,
- 4:37Speaker 1: they have cricket teeth, and they leave and they have
- 4:38Speaker 1: straight teeth, right, Like, that's their journey. But it's not,
- 4:42Speaker 1: it's not necessarily that when we're thinking about it from
- 4:45Speaker 1: a marketing standpoint and a patient acquirement standpoint. So do
- 4:51Speaker 1: you mind if we just start there with our discussion today.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Yeah, it's really the focus of what I do and
- 5:00Speaker 2: what Neon Canvas does, and it's different for everybody, right,
- 5:04Speaker 2: for every practice and every patient that matched together, it's
- 5:09Speaker 2: going to be a different avenue, right. So, but the
- 5:12Speaker 2: patient journey can start kind of anywhere. It can start
- 5:16Speaker 2: from a video ad that they've seen pop up, or
- 5:20Speaker 2: a social media or their Amazon and they see a
- 5:23Speaker 2: display ad for in visil line, let's say, or braces,
- 5:26Speaker 2: and so it gets some thinking, right, And so then
- 5:30Speaker 2: their whole journey is unique to them and how they
- 5:34Speaker 2: search and their behavior, right, And so they'll go to Google,
- 5:39Speaker 2: they'll talk to their friends, they will research what is
- 5:44Speaker 2: in visi line? Right, what's the difference between clear liners
- 5:47Speaker 2: and braces? But you know who they're asking. They're asking Google, right,
- 5:51Speaker 2: That's where the majority goes. So the patient goes to
- 5:55Speaker 2: Google after they've got some sort of idea, they find
- 5:59Speaker 2: whoever comes up first. Right. Google's got algorithms that ranks
- 6:04Speaker 2: people based on if they're adhering to their requirement and.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Where they're located and what they're searching for.
- 6:12Speaker 2: And they do their research and once they get somewhere,
- 6:16Speaker 2: if they like what they.
- 6:17Speaker 3: See, they will do one of two things.
- 6:19Speaker 2: They'll either contact that office they're like, oh, yeah, this
- 6:24Speaker 2: really jives with me, or they'll do more research on
- 6:28Speaker 2: the office. Right.
- 6:29Speaker 3: So then it's onto social.
- 6:30Speaker 2: Media reviews figuring out, you know, does anybody that I
- 6:35Speaker 2: know work at this practice or has anybody gone there?
- 6:38Speaker 3: Right, So it's a.
- 6:38Speaker 2: Very long journey for the patient, which then we have
- 6:44Speaker 2: to figure out as a business, how do I present myself?
- 6:48Speaker 2: How do I find these patients or the ones that
- 6:50Speaker 2: are right for me.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Yeah, and it's so interesting to think about because you
- 6:56Speaker 1: kind of touched on this. There isn't just like one
- 6:59Speaker 1: starting point, like I think I'm going to date myself here.
- 7:02Speaker 1: But back in the day, most patients opened up this
- 7:07Speaker 1: big yellow book and went to oh and went uh
- 7:11Speaker 1: orthodonist and that was it, right, And maybe they might
- 7:16Speaker 1: have had a dentist give them a card or tell
- 7:20Speaker 1: them this is the doctor you go to, and they
- 7:23Speaker 1: didn't do anything else. It was either yellow pages or
- 7:26Speaker 1: doctor referral. I don't even think there was a lot
- 7:29Speaker 1: at that time of even patient referrals going on as much,
- 7:32Speaker 1: but definitely not online starches, you know, because there wasn't
- 7:36Speaker 1: computers a lot of times or things that we were
- 7:37Speaker 1: using at that point. So when we think about it now,
- 7:41Speaker 1: as you were saying, it's so interesting to think that
- 7:44Speaker 1: patient buyer journey could start with a conversation on a
- 7:49Speaker 1: field or something in a neighborhood chat group, to Google
- 7:55Speaker 1: to I mean, there's so many entry points to somebody
- 7:59Speaker 1: start to make a decision, and I know that that's
- 8:02Speaker 1: really where you guys come in and really help just
- 8:05Speaker 1: kind of funnel and make sure that all of those
- 8:08Speaker 1: touch points are coming together. I'm sure.
- 8:11Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 8:12Speaker 2: And I mean when it comes to marketing, that's such
- 8:14Speaker 2: a buzzword marketing. We're a marketing agency. We do marketing.
- 8:19Speaker 2: Oh what do you do?
- 8:20Speaker 3: We do marketing. I find what I found most of
- 8:25Speaker 3: the time is.
- 8:25Speaker 2: That the people that say marketing don't really know what
- 8:30Speaker 2: marketing is, right. They're talking, you know, they think it's
- 8:33Speaker 2: an avenue like advertising, or it's making a brand, or
- 8:40Speaker 2: just it's a finite piece. But you and I talked
- 8:44Speaker 2: about this before we even started my brand. My marketing
- 8:48Speaker 2: is my hat, right. Nobody's ever seen me unless you've
- 8:51Speaker 2: seen me in a pool without a hat on, right, Like,
- 8:56Speaker 2: it's part of who I am. That's my brand, that's
- 8:58Speaker 2: my marketing. Market is global to the person, to the practice,
- 9:04Speaker 2: and it really defines everything of how you represent yourself
- 9:10Speaker 2: to the public and to other people.
- 9:13Speaker 3: And so, yeah, you're absolutely right.
- 9:16Speaker 2: The possibilities of finding people are endless. Even if a
- 9:20Speaker 2: doctor or a friend tells a patient, now, oh you
- 9:25Speaker 2: have got to go see doctor Kyle Fagla. He is
- 9:29Speaker 2: the best orthodonist around. What's the first thing they're going
- 9:34Speaker 2: to do. They're going to go in and type in
- 9:36Speaker 2: doctor Fagola, doctor Kyle Fagla, and they're going to click
- 9:39Speaker 2: on his website. Right, They're going to click on him.
- 9:41Speaker 2: They're going to find out who he is. They're going
- 9:43Speaker 2: to research where he's at, what he's doing. Right, does
- 9:47Speaker 2: that fit my values, my brand, my personality.
- 9:52Speaker 3: So that's what we really.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Focus on, is customizing this strategy for the practice. Yeah,
- 10:02Speaker 2: telling their story, getting them found, you know, adhering to
- 10:06Speaker 2: those algorithms that Google is looking for so they get
- 10:10Speaker 2: them found, gets them chosen, and gets the patience to
- 10:15Speaker 2: be marketing for them.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, Well, and you just said something that kind
- 10:19Speaker 1: of makes me think. I think so many times, especially
- 10:22Speaker 1: with you know, I work with a lot of startups,
- 10:24Speaker 1: and one of the things that I'm constantly talking about
- 10:28Speaker 1: with my startups is what's our brand going to be?
- 10:31Speaker 1: And a lot of docs are very very caught up
- 10:34Speaker 1: in I got to have this logo, I got to
- 10:36Speaker 1: have this color, I got to have this tag phrase.
- 10:40Speaker 1: And not that all of that isn't important, but one
- 10:44Speaker 1: of the things that I think you guys do really well,
- 10:46Speaker 1: is kind of bringing together that it's more than just
- 10:51Speaker 1: the brand, the colors, the one dimensional, you know, like
- 10:55Speaker 1: it's the color, it's the font, it's this, it's that.
- 10:59Speaker 1: But I think you and I could both agree there's
- 11:02Speaker 1: something that goes way beyond that, and you just said it.
- 11:04Speaker 1: It's the story, the story of what that brand is.
- 11:08Speaker 1: And I'm wondering if you could just kind of pull
- 11:11Speaker 1: that apart for us a little bit and talk about
- 11:14Speaker 1: what that means to come up with a brand story
- 11:18Speaker 1: and kind of how that transcends into your marketing and
- 11:23Speaker 1: marketing strategy, potentially how that follows itself through onto the website,
- 11:28Speaker 1: maybe the different things that they're doing.
- 11:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Well, and again, all of that is their marketing strategy,
- 11:36Speaker 2: right like the brand, the website, it's all the marketing pieces.
- 11:41Speaker 2: And so it's a global situation. Yeah, but the brand,
- 11:47Speaker 2: who you are and who what you want your practice
- 11:51Speaker 2: to be, Excuse me, is the point that you have
- 11:54Speaker 2: to focus on because there are forty other doctors within
- 11:59Speaker 2: a six mile radius that are going to do the
- 12:02Speaker 2: exact same thing as you are. They may have trained
- 12:05Speaker 2: at the same school, they may have had the same
- 12:08Speaker 2: sort of residency, they may have done an associate ship
- 12:12Speaker 2: the same length as you. Their cases are coming out
- 12:16Speaker 2: beautifully just like yours. Right, So what is going to
- 12:19Speaker 2: attract me to you?
- 12:22Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 12:23Speaker 2: And doctors say all the time to me, I want
- 12:26Speaker 2: as many starts as possible. I want to get as
- 12:30Speaker 2: many starts in the door as possible, And I think,
- 12:34Speaker 2: of course, I mean, like that's the goal, absolutely, right,
- 12:38Speaker 2: Like we want that for you too. But you got
- 12:41Speaker 2: to remember that you have your own values and not
- 12:46Speaker 2: every patient is going to be the right fit for
- 12:49Speaker 2: your practice. So you have to attract the patients that
- 12:52Speaker 2: are your patients by showing off who you are in
- 12:58Speaker 2: your global brand, in your global marketing strategy. Your website
- 13:04Speaker 2: needs to reflect the colors, the brand, tell your story,
- 13:09Speaker 2: like you said, right, it has to be cohesive across
- 13:14Speaker 2: every platform on the internet.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Right.
- 13:17Speaker 2: So if I go to this website and it's fantastic
- 13:21Speaker 2: and it's really drawing me in, It's like it's got
- 13:23Speaker 2: puppies everywhere, and.
- 13:25Speaker 3: I'm like, I'm like, oh my gosh, I get I
- 13:28Speaker 3: love this.
- 13:28Speaker 2: And then I get to your social media and it's
- 13:32Speaker 2: nothing but before and afters and the doctor lecturing about
- 13:37Speaker 2: why you should be wearing your nightguard or your put
- 13:42Speaker 2: those in visline trays back in, you know, like that
- 13:45Speaker 2: doesn't fit, like they don't match up.
- 13:47Speaker 3: And so it has to be cohesive.
- 13:50Speaker 2: It has to be a strategy, and it has to
- 13:52Speaker 2: continue in every avenue. And that runs right into traditional
- 13:58Speaker 2: marketing right in the community.
- 14:01Speaker 3: You have to do the same thing. Yeah.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Yeah, well, and I think that what you're saying is
- 14:07Speaker 1: so important, and I feel like it can at different
- 14:11Speaker 1: points become kind of disjointed, you know. I think it's
- 14:15Speaker 1: so easy as business owners to get really dialed in
- 14:19Speaker 1: and focused in on one thing and think this doesn't
- 14:22Speaker 1: really matter.
- 14:23Speaker 3: You know, it.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Doesn't like I'm really focused on these ads or this
- 14:27Speaker 1: one thing, you know, but exactly, it doesn't really matter
- 14:32Speaker 1: that my website is really outdated and you know that
- 14:36Speaker 1: picture of me doesn't even look like me anymore, and
- 14:39Speaker 1: you know what I mean, what you know, whatever it is.
- 14:41Speaker 1: And I think now more than ever, we've got so
- 14:44Speaker 1: much exposure as business owners, and I mean really truly
- 14:49Speaker 1: people can find out about anything they want with just
- 14:51Speaker 1: a little searching. And if you start to see that
- 14:54Speaker 1: where the brand is not coming together, I think it
- 14:57Speaker 1: just puts a little bit of doubt if you do
- 15:00Speaker 1: have a patient that's doing some research, and why I
- 15:03Speaker 1: think it is so important especially you know, I'm going
- 15:06Speaker 1: to say something here to my younger docs, you know
- 15:08Speaker 1: why it's so important to really pay attention to this
- 15:11Speaker 1: on the front end. But it isn't a picket and
- 15:14Speaker 1: stick it either, you know, like you have got to
- 15:16Speaker 1: constantly be thinking about this all the time.
- 15:21Speaker 2: You're you're hitting a nail on the head right now.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Because marketing isn't a one and done, yeah right, Your
- 15:28Speaker 2: practice isn't a one and done. Human behavior and search
- 15:31Speaker 2: behavior is not a one and done, and technology is
- 15:34Speaker 2: not a one and done.
- 15:35Speaker 3: Right, So everything is evolving.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Your strategy, your marketing venors, the way that you do
- 15:42Speaker 2: business is going to evolve. So it all needs to
- 15:46Speaker 2: continue evolving, right, It has to keep up with the Kardashians.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Is that like to make the faux pas statement? But
- 15:57Speaker 2: you know you've got to stay up today with your verticals,
- 16:02Speaker 2: how you're working in your office and keep showing how
- 16:06Speaker 2: you're evolving, right, because that's what life is.
- 16:09Speaker 3: Right.
- 16:10Speaker 2: You can't do the same thing over and over and
- 16:13Speaker 2: over for years and years and years and expect the
- 16:16Speaker 2: same results.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Right.
- 16:17Speaker 2: That's why I love marketing. It's never the same. It's
- 16:20Speaker 2: not the same for any of our clients. It's all different.
- 16:23Speaker 2: It's all telling their story, it's all customizing a strategy
- 16:28Speaker 2: specific for them so that they can have a successful
- 16:32Speaker 2: practice for long term success.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, no, I could not agree with you more. So.
- 16:38Speaker 1: I get asked this a lot, Jill. I got all
- 16:40Speaker 1: my pieces put together. I've got it all pulled together.
- 16:44Speaker 1: What should I be doing now? What type of marketing?
- 16:46Speaker 1: What's that magic bullet out there that I should be
- 16:50Speaker 1: doing that's going to get those patients in the door.
- 16:54Speaker 1: I'm wondering if you can speak to that a little bit.
- 16:57Speaker 1: I'm not expecting you to tell us the magic bullet,
- 16:59Speaker 1: because you and I both know there is not one.
- 17:01Speaker 1: But what are some things if you're we're speaking to
- 17:04Speaker 1: a new adoctor and you're saying, okay, Doc, you just
- 17:07Speaker 1: got to get these fundamental pieces in place when you're
- 17:11Speaker 1: starting to think about marketing, because I think there's a
- 17:14Speaker 1: much different mindset budget view on somebody who's a brand
- 17:20Speaker 1: new startup to somebody who's maybe a two three fourths
- 17:24Speaker 1: dollar four million dollar practice that is in a totally
- 17:28Speaker 1: different arena totally different budget. So can you would you
- 17:32Speaker 1: mind speaking to that just a little bit.
- 17:34Speaker 3: Yes, absolutely, and and that's a great point.
- 17:38Speaker 2: No two practices are going to be the same, especially
- 17:40Speaker 2: as startup versus somebody who's been around for ten years
- 17:43Speaker 2: and is crushing it.
- 17:45Speaker 3: Right.
- 17:45Speaker 2: So for a startup, what we like to call it
- 17:47Speaker 2: is the essentials, right, Like you have to have the
- 17:50Speaker 2: essentials to get visible, get found, get chosen.
- 17:56Speaker 3: Yeah, so what that entails anymore?
- 18:00Speaker 2: Or you know, before the Internet or before we all
- 18:03Speaker 2: had phones in our hands, it was having a good brand,
- 18:07Speaker 2: being out in the community, supporting your local little league.
- 18:11Speaker 2: But now it's make sure your website is hitting Google's algorithms,
- 18:16Speaker 2: it's complying, it is focusing on the keywords that are
- 18:21Speaker 2: being searched for in your area. I mean, this locality
- 18:25Speaker 2: situation is very different. Seattle versus Denver can have two
- 18:30Speaker 2: very different strategies when it comes to what people are
- 18:34Speaker 2: searching for. Because nobody's searching for just orthodonis anymore. They're
- 18:39Speaker 2: typing in who's the best person to put braces on
- 18:42Speaker 2: my fourteen year old son? Right, and that may be
- 18:46Speaker 2: a local long tail keyword search that is happening quite
- 18:50Speaker 2: a bit, and so that's what we focus on. That's
- 18:52Speaker 2: what you've got to focus on. The next point is advertising, right,
- 18:57Speaker 2: Google ads, social media ads, display ads, and display ads.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Are you know, you're on Amazon and you see a
- 19:04Speaker 2: little ad on the side or on any website.
- 19:09Speaker 3: Having that, having.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Those pieces in place and targeting the patients that are
- 19:15Speaker 2: searching for your services, it's ideal key because as you
- 19:21Speaker 2: build out a new website, you're I am orthodontis dot
- 19:24Speaker 2: com is going directly to the bottom of Google because
- 19:28Speaker 2: Google's like, whoa.
- 19:30Speaker 3: Who are you? What do you do?
- 19:32Speaker 2: Right?
- 19:34Speaker 1: Ten?
- 19:35Speaker 2: Exactly, Yeah, And it's not it's not so much. You know,
- 19:41Speaker 2: they're not focused on the domain anymore. Google knows where
- 19:44Speaker 2: you're at. It doesn't matter if you're Denver orthodontis dot
- 19:49Speaker 2: com or Manhattan's Best Orthodontis.
- 19:51Speaker 3: Like, Google's not looking at that.
- 19:54Speaker 2: Google is looking at the content and the physicality of
- 19:58Speaker 2: where you are located versus where me and my phone are.
- 20:04Speaker 3: Searching for you. Right.
- 20:06Speaker 2: So all of these things together are your essentials to
- 20:09Speaker 2: getting found, getting patients in the door, converting advertising, putting
- 20:15Speaker 2: specific and having a company that does research on those pieces.
- 20:21Speaker 2: So that you're not just spending money and hoping, you know,
- 20:26Speaker 2: something sticks. You know, you're you're hoping that you take
- 20:30Speaker 2: the pasta out and you're hoping that it's a dentate.
- 20:33Speaker 2: You're going to throw it on these like you don't
- 20:36Speaker 2: know how long it was in there, and it just
- 20:38Speaker 2: slimes against it. Right, So it's got to be a
- 20:41Speaker 2: very targeted strategy in order to work. And the last
- 20:47Speaker 2: big piece is making sure that whoever's doing it, even
- 20:51Speaker 2: if you're doing it yourself, you are really you're looking
- 20:56Speaker 2: at the data, you're optimizing based on what you are
- 21:01Speaker 2: seeing in that data, and if you're not doing that,
- 21:05Speaker 2: you're wasting money.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Yeah, Haydocs, Let's talk about smile Sweet because it's not

- 21:51Speaker 1: your practice with Smile Sweet, because every smile deserves a
- 21:55Speaker 1: suite of excellence. And that is one thing I completely
- 22:00Speaker 1: agree with you on. And that's something I tell all
- 22:03Speaker 1: of my clients. If you're working with a marketing company,
- 22:06Speaker 1: like those appointments that they are setting aside to make
- 22:09Speaker 1: with you, like you guys do to go through that
- 22:12Speaker 1: data to talk about here's what we think we need
- 22:15Speaker 1: to change, here's what we're seeing. That is you have
- 22:19Speaker 1: to make time for that paramount. You cannot again just
- 22:23Speaker 1: it can't be a you know, it's such a charge
- 22:25Speaker 1: that comes off of my credit card every month, and
- 22:28Speaker 1: I'm sure it's working, but I'm not really going to
- 22:30Speaker 1: do anything. I don't have to worry about it. It's
- 22:32Speaker 1: their job to worry about it. I think it truly
- 22:35Speaker 1: is everybody's. Everybody needs to be thinking about it, worrying
- 22:38Speaker 1: about it, making sure that everything, like you said, is
- 22:41Speaker 1: working very cohesively, or there's going to be breaks and
- 22:45Speaker 1: then the breaks become breakdowns, and then it becomes well,
- 22:49Speaker 1: my marketing just isn't working, you know, Well, it's just
- 22:51Speaker 1: nothing is working.
- 22:54Speaker 3: Absolutely.
- 22:55Speaker 2: That is so important that you can't just hire somebody
- 23:00Speaker 2: to do everything for you. You're running a practice, you're
- 23:03Speaker 2: running a business. It has to be a partnership. That
- 23:06Speaker 2: company that you're hiring can only do so much for
- 23:10Speaker 2: you unless they're in your office, right, And that's not
- 23:15Speaker 2: happening unless you want to spend four to five hundred
- 23:18Speaker 2: thousand dollars a year to have somebody doing that. Yeah, right,
- 23:22Speaker 2: to have a team doing that. And so it's very
- 23:26Speaker 2: important to maintain the level of communication to be looking
- 23:31Speaker 2: at that data. I mean, whether you want to or not,
- 23:34Speaker 2: whether you understand it or not, get somebody to explain
- 23:38Speaker 2: it to you, because it's the most important piece of
- 23:42Speaker 2: the puzzle.
- 23:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 23:43Speaker 3: Yeah, there should be no.
- 23:45Speaker 2: Marketing dollars being spent if you're not getting a return
- 23:48Speaker 2: on investment. Yeah.
- 23:49Speaker 1: And I just want to say this to anybody listening.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Don't be afraid to say you don't know something just
- 23:56Speaker 1: because you're a doctor, or just because you're the office
- 23:59Speaker 1: manager that's in charge of this campaign or whatever. If
- 24:04Speaker 1: you don't understand something, ask until you understand, because I
- 24:09Speaker 1: think it just helps everybody, Like if it was somebody
- 24:12Speaker 1: from your team, Jeremy, that was helping one of my docs.
- 24:15Speaker 1: And if a doctor doesn't understand, they can't do their job.
- 24:18Speaker 1: Either they can't help the doctor, or if they think
- 24:21Speaker 1: that the doctor understands something and they don't. And you
- 24:24Speaker 1: guys are a team, and that's one of the things
- 24:27Speaker 1: that I've really appreciated about Neon Canvas. And I want
- 24:30Speaker 1: you to just kind of talk about this a little bit,
- 24:33Speaker 1: but kind of how you come in and help on
- 24:36Speaker 1: a holistic approach in the sense that you're kind of
- 24:38Speaker 1: helping in all areas kind of as a team, coming
- 24:41Speaker 1: alongside the practices. So I'm wondering if you can just
- 24:44Speaker 1: kind of talk about kind of what Neon Canvas does
- 24:47Speaker 1: that's maybe different than other companies or whatnot that just
- 24:51Speaker 1: kind of helps a doctor along the way.
- 24:54Speaker 2: Yeah, this is a really important piece of Neon Canvas, right,
- 24:59Speaker 2: And it's I love doing what I do because I
- 25:03Speaker 2: have a team, huge team behind me of experts who
- 25:08Speaker 2: are way smarter than I am. They are way more
- 25:12Speaker 2: creative and in tune with everything. They teach me so
- 25:18Speaker 2: much all the time, every day. And so if you're
- 25:21Speaker 2: going to work with an agency, you want to have
- 25:24Speaker 2: people who know what they're doing right. And one person
- 25:28Speaker 2: cannot do everything right. It takes a village, like they say,
- 25:34Speaker 2: So we've got Meon. We have an account manager who
- 25:38Speaker 2: is your doctor's direct liaison between all of our different teams.
- 25:45Speaker 2: We've got web development, social media, SEO, ad teams, videographers, photographers,
- 25:54Speaker 2: social you know, like the entire thing. When it comes
- 25:58Speaker 2: to marketing, every department of specialists that are working specifically
- 26:05Speaker 2: for your strategy right and coming up with custom content,
- 26:10Speaker 2: custom copy. The copywriters are incredible utilizing you know, I
- 26:17Speaker 2: saw another podcast that talked about AI and AI being
- 26:22Speaker 2: very new in orthodontia and healthcare, right, and if you're
- 26:27Speaker 2: utilizing AI for everything, AI is not healthcare specific. And
- 26:33Speaker 2: it's great for if you're talking to somebody at a
- 26:37Speaker 2: hair salon online and it's auto communicating with you, But
- 26:43Speaker 2: AI is not great yet for healthcare, right, And so
- 26:49Speaker 2: you've got to have custom content that's written for you
- 26:52Speaker 2: about you. Everything that you do should be very specific
- 26:58Speaker 2: to you. And that's what Neon does, right. We put
- 27:02Speaker 2: together strategy based on the needs of the practice, what
- 27:07Speaker 2: their goals are, what they offer, and help them hit
- 27:13Speaker 2: their goals.
- 27:14Speaker 1: Yeah, and again what I have appreciated about you guys
- 27:17Speaker 1: and knowing that this was founded out of, you know,
- 27:21Speaker 1: some of the founders, Kyle being one of them that
- 27:23Speaker 1: is an orthodonist, so he understands what we are looking
- 27:27Speaker 1: for when not that you guys just market you know,
- 27:30Speaker 1: and do this just for the orthodonic industry. But I
- 27:33Speaker 1: think there's a component of that that is helpful to
- 27:36Speaker 1: know that this isn't just you know. And I have
- 27:38Speaker 1: a lot of docs that use a lot of companies
- 27:40Speaker 1: and they're like, I'll ask them all time, well have
- 27:43Speaker 1: they done any dental or orthodonic marketing? Well, no, but
- 27:47Speaker 1: my friend used them and they were really good for
- 27:50Speaker 1: my friends, you know, whatever restaurant or you know, whatever
- 27:53Speaker 1: it was. And I'm like, well, okay, well you know,
- 27:57Speaker 1: do your homework on that. Where where I think I
- 28:00Speaker 1: think that's that's where you guys definitely bring some differentiators
- 28:03Speaker 1: there for sure.
- 28:05Speaker 2: Yeah, And I think I think one thing that you
- 28:08Speaker 2: just said, you know, having Kyle, it allowed us to
- 28:11Speaker 2: really know the healthcare market right like, not just ortho
- 28:16Speaker 2: but healthcare in general, right, because we then are able
- 28:20Speaker 2: to really hone into the differences there. But Alex, our
- 28:25Speaker 2: other founder, is a marketing genius, right.
- 28:29Speaker 3: He is the one that.
- 28:30Speaker 2: Created that revolving the ability to drive into any market.
- 28:37Speaker 2: We can go into any market, any vertical, as long
- 28:42Speaker 2: as you're doing the research, you have the pieces to
- 28:44Speaker 2: the puzzle, you know what you're talking about, and you're
- 28:47Speaker 2: able to create a comprehensive, cohesive marketing strategy.
- 28:53Speaker 3: It can be done.
- 28:54Speaker 2: So I don't ever discount like when somebody says, oh,
- 28:58Speaker 2: I've got a I'm going with a local person. That's fantastic.
- 29:04Speaker 2: Thank you for giving me the time to explain it
- 29:06Speaker 2: to you. Make sure that you're getting taken care of. Yes,
- 29:09Speaker 2: if you have questions, if they're telling you that they're
- 29:12Speaker 2: going to guarantee you number one on Google, or.
- 29:16Speaker 3: They're going to.
- 29:17Speaker 2: Guarantee fifty new starts a month, like take a pause,
- 29:22Speaker 2: get marring, let's talk about it.
- 29:25Speaker 3: Right.
- 29:26Speaker 2: So, yeah, I think that any company could do it.
- 29:30Speaker 3: It's a matter of if they are going to do it.
- 29:33Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. That kind of leads me into and I
- 29:36Speaker 1: think this is for any business owner making a decision
- 29:39Speaker 1: when number one. We know that any of this is
- 29:43Speaker 1: not inexpensive. It's something that we have to do. It's
- 29:46Speaker 1: a very important part when I talk to my startups,
- 29:49Speaker 1: you know, it's a very important part of our budget
- 29:52Speaker 1: that we are setting aside to work on marketing and
- 29:55Speaker 1: to make sure we've got a good website. You know,
- 29:57Speaker 1: all the things that you've talked about. I'm wondering if
- 30:01Speaker 1: you can talk a little bit about maybe some of
- 30:04Speaker 1: the missteps that you see maybe younger practices younger anybody
- 30:11Speaker 1: doesn't even have to be a doctor, but maybe just
- 30:13Speaker 1: some marketing missteps that you see people kind of blunder
- 30:18Speaker 1: into and then kind of struggle with. Because I think
- 30:21Speaker 1: that's what especially being newer. I know a lot of
- 30:24Speaker 1: my listeners are newer. That's what we're all so afraid of,
- 30:28Speaker 1: right is making a colossal mistake at a huge expense
- 30:34Speaker 1: when you don't have the money to bail yourself back
- 30:38Speaker 1: out of it. That's one thing if you make a
- 30:41Speaker 1: big mistake, you know, fifty thousand dollars mistake, if you're
- 30:45Speaker 1: a three or a four million dollar practice. It's another
- 30:48Speaker 1: thing if you make a fifty thousand dollars mistake, if
- 30:51Speaker 1: you just took out a loan for seven hundred thousand,
- 30:54Speaker 1: and you don't have anything else behind you, So would
- 30:58Speaker 1: you mind maybe talking to that a bit.
- 31:02Speaker 2: Yeah, And I think that this is a great next
- 31:05Speaker 2: place from where I was just at. Right, Like, you
- 31:08Speaker 2: can choose whoever you want, right somebody local. They helped
- 31:14Speaker 2: my friend's restaurant grow. Okay, great, What are they going
- 31:18Speaker 2: to do for you? Because once you start down this road,
- 31:23Speaker 2: Google is placing authority on what you're doing, and if
- 31:30Speaker 2: it's done wrong, it's going to be a lot harder
- 31:34Speaker 2: to dig your way out than it is to do
- 31:37Speaker 2: it right from the get go.
- 31:38Speaker 3: Right, So this is the hardest piece. It's not cheap.
- 31:43Speaker 2: It takes a lot of a lot of people to
- 31:47Speaker 2: be getting this thing rolling for you.
- 31:51Speaker 3: You can't do it yourself.
- 31:52Speaker 2: And so you know, making that decision to do it
- 31:57Speaker 2: right the first time and doing your research figuring out
- 32:03Speaker 2: is the company doing this for other people? Are they
- 32:08Speaker 2: outsourcing to another country, are they utilizing artificial intelligence for
- 32:15Speaker 2: all of my copy? Are they using the same copy
- 32:17Speaker 2: for every website that they produce, are they using the
- 32:21Speaker 2: same content? You know, Like it's a lot of work,
- 32:24Speaker 2: but you've got to do the work in order to
- 32:27Speaker 2: make sure that you are not digging yourself a hole.
- 32:31Speaker 2: And I think that's I've been doing this a long
- 32:34Speaker 2: time and things have changed immensely since I started right
- 32:38Speaker 2: as well, So it is paramount now and it takes
- 32:45Speaker 2: a lot of time and effort and energy. But if
- 32:48Speaker 2: you do it right from the get go, you put
- 32:51Speaker 2: the pieces in place, and like I said earlier, like
- 32:54Speaker 2: it could be that local marketing agency, it could be
- 32:58Speaker 2: a friend of a friend or whatever. As long as
- 33:01Speaker 2: they're doing the right things and showing you that they're
- 33:05Speaker 2: doing the right things and showing you the data surrounding it,
- 33:09Speaker 2: you're in a good place. Yeah, you don't want to
- 33:11Speaker 2: make decisions based on how cheap the strategy or the
- 33:16Speaker 2: plan is, because you don't want your patients doing that.
- 33:20Speaker 2: And if you have a cheap strategy and you have
- 33:22Speaker 2: a cheap marketing platform, you're going to get those patients
- 33:27Speaker 2: that want to do the same thing. And you want full,
- 33:31Speaker 2: full case starts right like you want the whole meal deal.
- 33:35Speaker 1: So yeah, yeah, let's talk a little bit about because
- 33:38Speaker 1: that was great and I loved what you just said there.
- 33:41Speaker 1: What about I feel like there are so many trends
- 33:45Speaker 1: out there in marketing. Oh, you're absolutely ridiculous. If you're
- 33:49Speaker 1: doing Google ads, Oh you're absolutely ridiculous. If you're on Facebook. Oh,
- 33:53Speaker 1: if you aren't a TikTok expert, you should focus on
- 33:57Speaker 1: nothing else. You know, I like you hear it all right,
- 34:00Speaker 1: And it's almost like whiplash, right, you and I are
- 34:02Speaker 1: both in the groups. We see it all the time,
- 34:05Speaker 1: and yet you're like this, you know, run this way,
- 34:07Speaker 1: run this way, run this way, run this way. Can
- 34:10Speaker 1: you talk a little bit about maybe just settling our
- 34:15Speaker 1: doctors down or having them you know, I think there's
- 34:17Speaker 1: one thing to following the trends and being smart about
- 34:23Speaker 1: following the trends. And you know, do you jump early?
- 34:26Speaker 1: Do you jump late? Do you like, is there any
- 34:29Speaker 1: strategy that you think that doctors should be paying attention
- 34:33Speaker 1: to in regard to all that we could be doing
- 34:37Speaker 1: out there?
- 34:39Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 34:40Speaker 2: Yeah, this is a this is a just like that
- 34:43Speaker 2: marketing question, like what is marketing?
- 34:45Speaker 3: Right?
- 34:45Speaker 2: Like, you know, the trends are trends for a reason, right,
- 34:49Speaker 2: people are following them. They like it, And so there
- 34:52Speaker 2: are trends that go on Google, Meta, TikTok YouTube, where
- 35:00Speaker 2: you spend your marketing dollars is really going to depend
- 35:04Speaker 2: on you, right. I have tons of clients who hardly
- 35:10Speaker 2: spend a lot of money on advertising because they are
- 35:15Speaker 2: doing the tiktoks and the dances and following those trends.
- 35:21Speaker 2: I have a lot of doctors who are following the
- 35:23Speaker 2: trends but aren't getting the same kind of return and
- 35:28Speaker 2: are having to spend more money to get themselves found.
- 35:33Speaker 3: So this is a this is not a one size
- 35:35Speaker 3: fits all. You know.
- 35:36Speaker 2: The number one question I get is how much should
- 35:39Speaker 2: I be spending on advertising?
- 35:41Speaker 3: It beats me? What are you doing? Right? How much
- 35:44Speaker 3: is it?
- 35:44Speaker 1: I love that answer. I love that answer.
- 35:47Speaker 2: Yeah, tell me, like, no idea, that's not something that
- 35:50Speaker 2: I can answer for you, right, Like how much will
- 35:54Speaker 2: it cost to place ads on Google and Meta and
- 35:57Speaker 2: TikTok and wherever?
- 35:59Speaker 3: What kind of ads are you won't need to place?
- 36:01Speaker 3: What campaigns are we running? Like?
- 36:02Speaker 2: There are so many different variables that it's literally one
- 36:08Speaker 2: of the number one questions that doctors have been asking
- 36:11Speaker 2: me for years and years and years, and I all
- 36:17Speaker 2: but refuse to answer. Right, Yeah, got beats me. I'm
- 36:22Speaker 2: not an sem specialist. Yeah, I'm not the one doing
- 36:24Speaker 2: it right. So you need to put together a strategy
- 36:27Speaker 2: with your specialist and then they will come up with
- 36:32Speaker 2: some tangible reasons as to where and why and what
- 36:36Speaker 2: and how much?
- 36:37Speaker 1: Yeah, and then pay attention to it right, you know,
- 36:39Speaker 1: and then it all goes back to okay. So, and
- 36:42Speaker 1: I agree with you. There isn't a magic number out there.
- 36:44Speaker 1: I see doctors spending all different amounts. I see doctors
- 36:48Speaker 1: taking all different approaches to their marketing, and the ones
- 36:52Speaker 1: that do really well are the ones that are really
- 36:54Speaker 1: focused in on Am I paying attention to it? What's
- 36:57Speaker 1: my return on investment? Am I constantly tweaking? Do I
- 37:00Speaker 1: have a team that I'm working with that's helping me
- 37:03Speaker 1: constantly tweak it and not being afraid to pivot? You know,
- 37:06Speaker 1: it isn't a like I love what you just said.
- 37:08Speaker 1: It is not a one size fits all approach. You know.
- 37:10Speaker 1: You don't just pick it and stick it and say
- 37:13Speaker 1: I spend seven thousand dollars a month and this is
- 37:15Speaker 1: all I do and it's going to be glorious. You know.
- 37:18Speaker 1: It's constantly. I think about it like little levers, right,
- 37:22Speaker 1: We're constantly adjusting those levers.
- 37:25Speaker 2: Twisting, yeah, changing, yeah, yeah, the evolution. Well, and the
- 37:30Speaker 2: other piece of this is like you can get stuck
- 37:32Speaker 2: with people who will say.
- 37:34Speaker 3: Oh, the more money you put in, the more you're
- 37:36Speaker 3: going to get out.
- 37:37Speaker 2: Well, that's not a good strategy, right, that's not a
- 37:40Speaker 2: targeted strategy.
- 37:41Speaker 3: You're not focused.
- 37:42Speaker 2: You're not getting good returns because you can't just dump
- 37:46Speaker 2: money into something and hope that it sticks.
- 37:49Speaker 3: Right. That's fishing.
- 37:51Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, you just sit there.
- 37:54Speaker 2: I know you like to fish. I hate fishing. I
- 37:57Speaker 2: think it's the most boring thing in the world. I
- 38:00Speaker 2: do not like to just sit there and wait. I
- 38:03Speaker 2: like to hunt, right, I know, and I don't. I
- 38:06Speaker 2: don't really hunt, but I could imagine myself really liking
- 38:10Speaker 2: to hunt, like if I was going to be real,
- 38:13Speaker 2: like woodsy and doing that stuff. Fishing is not where
- 38:17Speaker 2: it's at for me, and it shouldn't be for the
- 38:20Speaker 2: doctors either.
- 38:21Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 38:21Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I only like to fish in the sense
- 38:24Speaker 1: that if I am going to fish, which I'm not
- 38:25Speaker 1: a big fisherman, I could probably get a pretty good
- 38:28Speaker 1: tan with a good book and maybe a nice cocktail.
- 38:31Speaker 1: That's that's that's a that's my style.
- 38:33Speaker 2: I like your type of fishing, Okay, I like that
- 38:36Speaker 2: type of fishing too.
- 38:37Speaker 1: Yeah. Absolutely, So as we wrap up here, if you
- 38:41Speaker 1: could leave us with I don't know, like one really
- 38:44Speaker 1: good takeaway. I mean, you've just been dropping great pearls
- 38:47Speaker 1: the whole way through here, but one major marketing Like, hey, docs,
- 38:51Speaker 1: if I could leave you with this one thing, what
- 38:53Speaker 1: would that be, especially maybe when they're thinking about marketing
- 38:56Speaker 1: into the future or something they need to be thinking
- 38:58Speaker 1: about right now.
- 39:00Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 39:01Speaker 2: The one thing that I constantly am trying to get
- 39:06Speaker 2: across to everybody, and I said it at the very beginning,
- 39:09Speaker 2: is that marketing is everything.
- 39:12Speaker 3: It's global. It is not one piece. It's not one thing.
- 39:17Speaker 2: It's not advertising, it's not a billboard, it's not this
- 39:22Speaker 2: or that.
- 39:23Speaker 3: Marketing is a.
- 39:25Speaker 2: Comprehensive, total piece of the package when it comes to
- 39:29Speaker 2: your practice and your brand and your identity and who
- 39:34Speaker 2: your practice is. And it's very rare that anybody really
- 39:40Speaker 2: understands that concept. Marketing is always talked about as one
- 39:45Speaker 2: thing or the other, advertising, whatever.
- 39:47Speaker 3: So I say, the.
- 39:49Speaker 2: Biggest thing that I'd like to educate clients on is
- 39:54Speaker 2: remember that this whole thing is one full train of
- 40:00Speaker 2: lots of different cars that go together. And if one
- 40:07Speaker 2: gets disconnected, or you hire one train to do one
- 40:12Speaker 2: thing and one train to do another thing. They're going
- 40:15Speaker 2: to go at different paces and at different speeds, and
- 40:17Speaker 2: they're not going to and get you to.
- 40:20Speaker 3: The same place at the same time.
- 40:22Speaker 2: Yeah, So you've got to think about it globally for
- 40:25Speaker 2: your whole practice. The glasses that you're wearing there, they're
- 40:29Speaker 2: very cute. That's your brand, right, That's who you are,
- 40:31Speaker 2: that's your marketing, and it's part of what you want
- 40:35Speaker 2: to portray to people in public.
- 40:38Speaker 1: Yeah. And I love that analogy of the trains because
- 40:41Speaker 1: you're absolutely right. I think about even the Domino game,
- 40:44Speaker 1: you know, you get all these if you think about
- 40:47Speaker 1: all these different marketing strategies, everybody's kind of going in
- 40:49Speaker 1: their own direction. It's really hard to have a brand
- 40:53Speaker 1: that's cohesive when everything is kind of, you know, running
- 40:57Speaker 1: in different directions. So great, great analogy.
- 41:00Speaker 2: And in today's age, it has to be together or
- 41:04Speaker 2: else it's going to take you forever to get those
- 41:06Speaker 2: trains those cards on the same yeah.
- 41:08Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. So as we finish up, somebody wants to
- 41:11Speaker 1: get a hold of you, Jeremy or you know, reach
- 41:14Speaker 1: out to Neon Canvas what's going to be the best
- 41:16Speaker 1: way that they can do that.
- 41:18Speaker 2: Yeah, the very best way to get a hold of
- 41:20Speaker 2: us at Neon Canvas is neoncanvas dot com, go to
- 41:23Speaker 2: our website. You can contact me directly Jeremy at Neoncanvas

- 41:35Speaker 2: But yeah, absolutely, you know, do your research, find out
- 41:38Speaker 2: what people are doing, and don't be afraid to talk
- 41:41Speaker 2: to a lot of different people. You will find who's
- 41:45Speaker 2: the best fit for you by doing that. Do your research,
- 41:48Speaker 2: talk to different people, and that's really like the best
- 41:52Speaker 2: way to find out who's going to help you in
- 41:56Speaker 2: the manner that you want them to.
- 41:58Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, Jeremy, this has been such a pleasure. Like
- 42:01Speaker 1: I said, I've been looking forward to doing this with you.
- 42:04Speaker 1: I always have so much fun when we get together,
- 42:07Speaker 1: whether it's at a conference, And for anybody listening, if
- 42:10Speaker 1: you're at a conference, Jeremy is going to be there
- 42:12Speaker 1: more than likely and you will always have a good
- 42:15Speaker 1: time if you make time to go and talk to him.
- 42:18Speaker 1: But the way I like to finish up paydocs. If
- 42:21Speaker 1: I'm sure you know this because you've watched and listened,
- 42:24Speaker 1: is I like to do this same. All right, here
- 42:27Speaker 1: we go. What's your go to productivity tool? Your personal one?
- 42:33Speaker 3: Yoga?
- 42:34Speaker 1: Ooh, I like that all right? Early bird or night owl?
- 42:38Speaker 3: Forced early bird, but night out by nature.
- 42:43Speaker 1: Prefer the night owl.
- 42:45Speaker 3: Yeah. It just works out better for me that way.
- 42:49Speaker 2: But I tend to get up pretty early now and
- 42:52Speaker 2: put myself to bed early.
- 42:53Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, that darn adulting. You know, I am stinks man.
- 42:58Speaker 1: What was your first job?
- 43:00Speaker 2: I was a paper boy, yeah, ten years old, ten
- 43:04Speaker 2: until I was fourteen, and then I taught swim lessons.
- 43:08Speaker 1: I always think about that movie and now it's going
- 43:10Speaker 1: to escape the name of the you know, two dollars.
- 43:12Speaker 1: I want to do dollars. You know it was. It
- 43:15Speaker 1: was some skiing eighties horrible movie, but it was really fun.
- 43:18Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I know what you're talking about.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, but somebody will send me in and be like, Jill,
- 43:25Speaker 1: of course this is the movie. Yeah, I know, it'll
- 43:29Speaker 1: come to us when we're done here. All right. What
- 43:32Speaker 1: would you say has had the most impact on your
- 43:35Speaker 1: professional life?
- 43:37Speaker 2: My mom and education. Yeah, so and my grandfather, the
- 43:43Speaker 2: two of them. My mom's an educator. She really instilled
- 43:47Speaker 2: that in me and My grandfather was a lieutenant colonel
- 43:50Speaker 2: in the army, so I'm very militant and to the
- 43:54Speaker 2: precision with everything that I do. So those two things
- 43:58Speaker 2: really I put into everything that I do.
- 44:01Speaker 1: Yeah, that's great and I can definitely see that. And
- 44:04Speaker 1: then final one, what's one business skill you think everybody
- 44:07Speaker 1: should have?
- 44:09Speaker 3: I was just talking about this yesterday.
- 44:10Speaker 2: I think everybody should work at the cheesecake factory for
- 44:13Speaker 2: at least one year. Yeah, so being able to serve
- 44:20Speaker 2: tables at the cheesecake factory or at a restaurant of
- 44:24Speaker 2: the same stature, I think is paramount.
- 44:28Speaker 3: If somebody came to me and I was hiring and they.
- 44:30Speaker 2: Said I worked at the cheesecake factory for a year
- 44:33Speaker 2: or more, they would get definite consideration in my book.
- 44:37Speaker 1: Yeah, that's awesome. That's great. That's great. Well, Jeremy, this
