- 0:01Speaker 1: My name is Aaron Lindauer, and you're listening to a
- 0:04Speaker 1: Life Without Struggle. I'm a wife, a mother of two
- 0:08Speaker 1: wonderful children, a two time best selling author, and a
- 0:12Speaker 1: highly driven and successful entrepreneur. In my seventeen plus year
- 0:17Speaker 1: career as a mindset and health expert, I know what
- 0:21Speaker 1: holds women back from a life you only dream about,
- 0:26Speaker 1: whether you're a CEO, a businesswoman, or executive. I started
- 0:31Speaker 1: this podcast because I have.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Been where you are, and I know you want and
- 0:36Speaker 2: deserve more out of your life. I believe women are limitless,
- 0:40Speaker 2: we just get lost along the way. The process to
- 0:44Speaker 2: get you there is the topic and purpose of this podcast.
- 0:48Speaker 2: When you understand what you want, you can truly step
- 0:52Speaker 2: into a life without struggle.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Welcome, and I'm so thankful you're here. Welcome back to
- 1:01Speaker 1: another episode of Life Without Struggle. My name is Aaron Lindauer,
- 1:05Speaker 1: and today we're going to talk about the silent journey
- 1:09Speaker 1: of weight loss. Okay, this is the quiet moments, the
- 1:16Speaker 1: unseen moments where no one's applauding. Okay, I'm going to
- 1:21Speaker 1: talk about something that nobody talks about, and this weight
- 1:25Speaker 1: loss journey is a silent journey. Okay, because most of
- 1:30Speaker 1: the work that you're going to do, nobody sees. Okay.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Nobody claps when you order a healthier option. No one,
- 1:39Speaker 1: you know, claps when you're you stop yourself from overeating,
- 1:44Speaker 1: for example. Uh, no one claps when you wake up
- 1:47Speaker 1: early and you don't snooze that alarm and you get
- 1:49Speaker 1: that workout in or those steps in, and no one
- 1:53Speaker 1: claps when you see everyone else saying yes and you
- 1:57Speaker 1: say no. If anything, it's like, come on, you know, right,
- 2:01Speaker 1: the crabs in the bucket. You never have to put
- 2:03Speaker 1: a lid on that bucket because there's always someone to
- 2:05Speaker 1: pull you down and listen. This journey is quiet, it's repetitive.
- 2:10Speaker 1: I tell my clients over and over if this feels boring,
- 2:13Speaker 1: you're doing it right, okay, And sometimes I'm just going
- 2:19Speaker 1: to say it. This journey is hard. It's hard as hell.
- 2:22Speaker 1: The transformation is built in the decisions nobody sees day
- 2:27Speaker 1: in and day out, So every day you're making a decision,
- 2:31Speaker 1: whether you realize it or not. That this is where
- 2:35Speaker 1: I want to get really real with you guys. The
- 2:38Speaker 1: weight loss isn't one big heroic moment. It isn't like
- 2:43Speaker 1: some big grand epiphany. You know, so many women come
- 2:46Speaker 1: into my program and they're like, wow, I was overeating.
- 2:50Speaker 1: I had no clue how much I was overeating. The
- 2:55Speaker 1: moments where you choose a smaller portion obviously a prop,
- 3:00Speaker 1: those moments when you're drinking water, walking when you don't
- 3:04Speaker 1: feel like it. That was me this morning. When you
- 3:07Speaker 1: do the meal prep or plan your meals, Okay, you
- 3:11Speaker 1: get that workout done anyway. Okay, none of that is crazy,
- 3:16Speaker 1: earth shattering or super exciting, But it's really about the
- 3:23Speaker 1: moments that you show up even though you're tired, You
- 3:26Speaker 1: show up because you're stressed, you show up when you're unmotivated,
- 3:31Speaker 1: and you do it anyways because the body you want
- 3:35Speaker 1: is built through these ordinary decisions that repeated consistently, it
- 3:41Speaker 1: produces the result. And this is why I want to
- 3:44Speaker 1: talk into this, because so many women struggle with really
- 3:48Speaker 1: number one, having the right strategy that that hands down.
- 3:52Speaker 1: So many women I see are doing all these different apps,
- 3:56Speaker 1: all these different workouts. You're overcon assuming and like you
- 4:02Speaker 1: know it too, right, because like you can be good
- 4:04Speaker 1: Monday through Thursday and then all hell breaks loose or
- 4:07Speaker 1: we have a holiday or somebody's birthday, and you're just like,
- 4:12Speaker 1: I have to have all the things. It's the expectation, right,
- 4:16Speaker 1: And there's an emotional side that nobody sees where women struggle.
- 4:23Speaker 1: But I get the opportunity to be intimately inundated in
- 4:28Speaker 1: a woman's life. Sometimes it gets messy, sometimes they get
- 4:32Speaker 1: mad at me, which I kind of hate. That doesn't
- 4:35Speaker 1: feel good, But I'm also here for it because there
- 4:39Speaker 1: are so many moments where women feel dismissed, they feel
- 4:43Speaker 1: left out. They question is this even worth it? Is
- 4:47Speaker 1: this worth it? It is so darn slow. You want
- 4:51Speaker 1: these instant results, and you wonder is anybody even noticing
- 4:55Speaker 1: that I'm doing all these damn things? Okay, but I'm
- 4:58Speaker 1: going to tell you that sometimes nobody does. Sometimes nobody
- 5:03Speaker 1: sees the actual changes. You know, a question I ask
- 5:07Speaker 1: a lot of my clients is has people started noticing?
- 5:10Speaker 1: Have people said anything to you? And it kind of
- 5:12Speaker 1: sucks when people don't. But here's another thing. Some people
- 5:16Speaker 1: feel so badly about themselves that they can't give you
- 5:20Speaker 1: a compliment. And I know that sounds weird and doesn't
- 5:22Speaker 1: one hundred percent makes sense, but you are going to
- 5:27Speaker 1: begin to notice that the real battle isn't this physical battle,
- 5:31Speaker 1: it's an emotional battle because weight loss requires an emotional
- 5:36Speaker 1: maturity more than motivation. I mean, this is where I
- 5:41Speaker 1: can tell you the emotionally stable women that I coach,
- 5:45Speaker 1: this is a very just cut and dry, very easy pasy.
- 5:49Speaker 1: We come in, you know, sure, do we have a
- 5:51Speaker 1: few nuances or struggle points or things that we got
- 5:54Speaker 1: to work through, But reasonably speaking, they just bulldoze through
- 5:58Speaker 1: these results. There's another other subset of women that you know,
- 6:02Speaker 1: you've got to work through the stuff. You got to
- 6:04Speaker 1: work through, injuries, you got to work through, sick kids,
- 6:07Speaker 1: you got to work through, you know, competing priorities at work,
- 6:11Speaker 1: your husband, did I say kids? Like, there's just there's
- 6:15Speaker 1: no shortage of things on your plate. But the problem
- 6:18Speaker 1: is is we're trying to operate in this old version
- 6:22Speaker 1: of ourself and you're not used to say no to
- 6:26Speaker 1: this woman. You're used to giving in. You know, this
- 6:29Speaker 1: is no different than when someone tries to stop drinking
- 6:32Speaker 1: and all of a sudden it's like, well, but I
- 6:36Speaker 1: always go get a drink or I always have this,
- 6:40Speaker 1: and it's like, well always really, But it's really about
- 6:44Speaker 1: choosing you differently, Okay, staying disciplined following through. Hey, I
- 6:51Speaker 1: actually want these results, and these results are actually worth
- 6:56Speaker 1: the struggle, the hard times, the challenges. And but you're
- 7:00Speaker 1: really saying no to is old habits. Okay, You're really
- 7:04Speaker 1: saying no to this emotional eating that we've done probably
- 7:08Speaker 1: our entire adult life, maybe since childhood. We say no
- 7:13Speaker 1: to the self sabotage that every time the day goes south.
- 7:18Speaker 1: We don't have to have candy, we don't have to
- 7:21Speaker 1: have chocolate, we don't have to have whatever, second helping whatever. Also,
- 7:28Speaker 1: we get away from this instant gratification. And it's tough, right.
- 7:32Speaker 1: We live in this day and age where we can
- 7:34Speaker 1: literally have stuff show up on our doorstep a matter
- 7:37Speaker 1: of hours later. Now, I wish we could just do
- 7:41Speaker 1: that with our body, Like can I get that on Amazon?
- 7:43Speaker 1: Is that cool? Like? How much is that gonna cost me?
- 7:47Speaker 1: But it's not. This is where this journey, I promise
- 7:52Speaker 1: you can feel so lonely, so isolating, and quite frankly,
- 7:56Speaker 1: you're like, is it really worth it? But I'm going
- 7:59Speaker 1: to tell you that every healthy choice is a vote
- 8:03Speaker 1: for the future version of you. And the problem is
- 8:07Speaker 1: is right now, you don't know if it's worth it. Okay,
- 8:10Speaker 1: I'm just gonna put that out there. You don't know
- 8:13Speaker 1: is this going to be worth it because you can't
- 8:16Speaker 1: visualize this. Maybe you can, but for some of you
- 8:19Speaker 1: out there, it's been such a hot minute since you
- 8:23Speaker 1: have felt really good in your own skin. You have
- 8:26Speaker 1: been frustrated for most of your adult life, post kids,
- 8:31Speaker 1: post the career, whatever, and you kind of forget what
- 8:34Speaker 1: it feels like to be playful, to put on jeans
- 8:38Speaker 1: and not do the crazy dance, or just you know,
- 8:40Speaker 1: forbid jeans for a hot minute. I know, I sure
- 8:42Speaker 1: did you know? You can't remember what it's like to
- 8:46Speaker 1: just put on any dress and it looks good. It's
- 8:50Speaker 1: what color do you want? Okay? And for most of you,
- 8:55Speaker 1: we have to delay some form of gratification. Okay, this
- 9:00Speaker 1: one might sting a little bit, but this is really huge.
- 9:03Speaker 1: The work doesn't always pay off immediately. And this is
- 9:07Speaker 1: again why I want to speak so heavily into this,
- 9:10Speaker 1: because you may not see the scale move right away.
- 9:13Speaker 1: I had a client who has just started in my program,
- 9:16Speaker 1: and she questioned, is this program really for her? And
- 9:19Speaker 1: it's a fair question, but we hadn't even seen it
- 9:23Speaker 1: through far enough to even know, like, okay, should we
- 9:27Speaker 1: be changing something? Should we not? Also, I, on a
- 9:31Speaker 1: daily basis remind women you are down on this scale, okay,
- 9:36Speaker 1: just because it perfectly isn't six eight plus pounds like
- 9:40Speaker 1: you know, or if we're comparing ourself to someone else,
- 9:44Speaker 1: which I totally get, I absolutely get, but we have
- 9:49Speaker 1: to understand that we may not see this scale move
- 9:51Speaker 1: right away, okay, that we're stacking wins a little bit differently,
- 9:56Speaker 1: that maybe we don't notice the physical changes.
- 10:00Speaker 2: You know.
- 10:00Speaker 1: What's interesting is I do a lot of zoom calls,
- 10:02Speaker 1: and man, I can see it in a person's face.
- 10:04Speaker 1: I'm just like, oh my gosh, hey, And it's interesting
- 10:09Speaker 1: how that happens pretty quickly for women. And here's the
- 10:14Speaker 1: other thing, too, is we don't just instantly feel confident.
- 10:18Speaker 1: And I will tell you that one takes a hot
- 10:21Speaker 1: second to catch up with you. Some women are just
- 10:24Speaker 1: naturally confident, no matter what size, what shape, whatever, And
- 10:29Speaker 1: it's a great attribute of a woman. But for some
- 10:33Speaker 1: of us, myself included, is it takes us a second
- 10:37Speaker 1: to kind of catch up with Okay, dang, yeah, all right,
- 10:40Speaker 1: this looks pretty good. All right, I feel good and yeah,
- 10:44Speaker 1: all right, Okay, it's really affecting my confidence. But here's
- 10:49Speaker 1: what I want to call out is everything is changing. Okay,
- 10:53Speaker 1: you're changing your discipline, how you show up day in
- 10:57Speaker 1: and day out, You're changing your self. Trust that, Hey,
- 11:01Speaker 1: I can, reasonably speaking, look at a menu and I
- 11:04Speaker 1: can make a better choice. Or I can opt to
- 11:08Speaker 1: cook the food at home because that's going to better
- 11:11Speaker 1: serve my body. Or you know, if the kids have
- 11:14Speaker 1: left fifty percent or more of their plate, you can
- 11:19Speaker 1: either put it, you know, in a container for them
- 11:22Speaker 1: for later, or you can throw it away. That was
- 11:24Speaker 1: a really hard one for me, is like, dude, you
- 11:26Speaker 1: didn't eat anything on your plate, and then like, you
- 11:28Speaker 1: proceed to eat it because you don't want to waste
- 11:30Speaker 1: the food. And here's what I also know is the
- 11:36Speaker 1: things that are changing are your standards. Okay, you tick
- 11:40Speaker 1: at a different frequency. This is how I know a
- 11:44Speaker 1: woman is truly leveling up and changing for life is
- 11:48Speaker 1: our standards start changing. You start being less tolerant of
- 11:52Speaker 1: things around you. You start to realize like, ooh, this
- 11:57Speaker 1: isn't quite what I want anymore because your identity has changed. Okay,
- 12:05Speaker 1: the transformation is happening long before you see it in
- 12:09Speaker 1: the mirror. I knew personally that I was changing, but
- 12:15Speaker 1: everything hadn't caught up with it. So something that we
- 12:18Speaker 1: desires to move now. We sure we could move today,
- 12:22Speaker 1: that that would be totally fine. But what happened in
- 12:25Speaker 1: this happened gosh, probably a good I want to say,
- 12:29Speaker 1: three or four years ago now that we had gone
- 12:32Speaker 1: to a training specifically on mental programming, and we it
- 12:36Speaker 1: was out in beautiful Scottsdale. Now, anyone that's been out
- 12:39Speaker 1: to Scottsdale, it it just ticks to a different vibe.
- 12:43Speaker 1: It's just a totally different vibe out there. Everything is
- 12:46Speaker 1: super nice, very flashy, and not that that's what life
- 12:50Speaker 1: has to be about. But when you come back and
- 12:54Speaker 1: you look at your streets are crumbling, you know, I
- 12:57Speaker 1: swear Indianapolis or Marion County is like a third world
- 13:01Speaker 1: country right now with the level of potholes being exposed
- 13:06Speaker 1: in our city and then the amazing patchwork that we do.
- 13:09Speaker 1: And now I've talked to other folks across the US
- 13:12Speaker 1: and you guys feel the similar feels. And now, in
- 13:15Speaker 1: our city's defense, the cooling and thawing of our roadways
- 13:21Speaker 1: I'm sure is a trip to maintain, but we could
- 13:26Speaker 1: do a better job, and I'm just gonna call it out.
- 13:28Speaker 1: But I also started to feel the feels of knowing
- 13:33Speaker 1: that we were changing and evolving, and we didn't quite
- 13:36Speaker 1: understand it at first, but it truly shaped us to
- 13:40Speaker 1: changing our entire business model, to understanding what environment we
- 13:45Speaker 1: wanted our kids in, to even where we live. Going Okay,
- 13:50Speaker 1: we've made this as good as we can make it,
- 13:54Speaker 1: and yeah, it's okay to move on, It's okay to
- 13:57Speaker 1: outgrow something. But what what happens in that moment is
- 14:01Speaker 1: you get very dissatisfied. I remember driving down a particular
- 14:06Speaker 1: street and just getting pissed because I was honestly scared
- 14:09Speaker 1: I was gonna lose a tire, because I actually have
- 14:12Speaker 1: not once, not twice, but three times, especially when I
- 14:16Speaker 1: first got my car, and I just was like, oh, okay,
- 14:18Speaker 1: these tires are different. Okay, I got you. I've actually
- 14:22Speaker 1: left my winter tires on a little bit longer than
- 14:24Speaker 1: I probably should be right now, but they're a little
- 14:27Speaker 1: more durable. So I hope you guys are laughing at me.
- 14:31Speaker 1: But I got very dissatisfied with the current environment. I
- 14:36Speaker 1: also started to get really really frustrated with a neighbor
- 14:40Speaker 1: across the street who hasn't completely changed, and she I
- 14:45Speaker 1: shouldn't say it that way. We all came in and
- 14:49Speaker 1: kind of invaded the space, right, And she's a very
- 14:53Speaker 1: very nice woman. She just tends to get on my
- 14:56Speaker 1: nerves most days, and so does her barking dogs. So,
- 15:02Speaker 1: but this is what happens is you start getting very
- 15:05Speaker 1: dissatisfied with everything around you, Like you get very frustrated,
- 15:10Speaker 1: You almost get a little combative, and you have to
- 15:14Speaker 1: understand the emotional intelligence that not everything is keeping up
- 15:20Speaker 1: at the same speed. So, for example, in a weight
- 15:23Speaker 1: loss journey, this is where your friends around you haven't
- 15:27Speaker 1: changed and are always going out to happy hour or
- 15:30Speaker 1: ordering drinks or ordering all of these things that you're like,
- 15:34Speaker 1: oh my gosh, this just does not work for me anymore.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Or your kids are always wanting you to order pizza. Well,
- 15:40Speaker 1: guess what, they're not on this health journey. So all
- 15:43Speaker 1: of a sudden, mom says, hey, I don't want that
- 15:45Speaker 1: in the house. It's going to take everybody around you
- 15:47Speaker 1: a hot second to really understand like, oh wow, things
- 15:50Speaker 1: are changing. Or maybe your husband hasn't gotten on the
- 15:54Speaker 1: same frequency as you. And this is something where I
- 15:57Speaker 1: will tell you when husbands and wives can get really,
- 16:00Speaker 1: really good sync with taking care of themselves, It's amazing
- 16:04Speaker 1: how much this impacts your relationship. But you have to
- 16:07Speaker 1: be okay that everyone around you isn't keeping up at
- 16:11Speaker 1: the same speed. And that's why I believe so heavily
- 16:15Speaker 1: in the coaching and support piece of what my program
- 16:18Speaker 1: does and having a community of other women around you
- 16:21Speaker 1: that are understanding this that hey, yeah, we have a
- 16:25Speaker 1: different standard for ourself. You know, we don't hit snooze anymore.
- 16:29Speaker 1: We make our meals, We figure out the right recipes
- 16:33Speaker 1: that work for us. We get the groceries in the
- 16:36Speaker 1: fridge at all costs, right like, we figure things out,
- 16:40Speaker 1: whereas you may have friends that are just like, oh,
- 16:43Speaker 1: forget it, I'm just gonna order takeout, or I'm just
- 16:46Speaker 1: going to do this or that when you're sitting here going, hey,
- 16:49Speaker 1: girl's really not that hard, but she's not there yet.
- 16:52Speaker 1: You can't force people around you to do what you're
- 16:55Speaker 1: doing if they're not on the same wavelength, just like
- 16:59Speaker 1: I can't. You know, so make my neighbor, you know,
- 17:02Speaker 1: get the same frequency as me. And God, this is
- 17:05Speaker 1: all in love and respect. You know, it's just our
- 17:07Speaker 1: time to move. So there's a moment when this will
- 17:11Speaker 1: all click. Okay, there's a moment where one day you're
- 17:15Speaker 1: gonna absolutely look up and you are going to see her,
- 17:19Speaker 1: the woman you have worked so incredibly hard for, the
- 17:23Speaker 1: woman who just kept showing up, stopped quitting on herself
- 17:28Speaker 1: every flippin Friday. Okay, who built herself quietly. And listen,
- 17:36Speaker 1: maybe you're building your body, but maybe you were building
- 17:39Speaker 1: your business, building your career. All these things directly apply.
- 17:44Speaker 1: And here's what I'm going to tell you is there's
- 17:46Speaker 1: no coincidence that when you start leveling up personally, meaning
- 17:51Speaker 1: you start getting your health in a really, really good spot,
- 17:55Speaker 1: everything else is going to start following suit. Okay, your
- 17:59Speaker 1: business grow, your career takes off all of a sudden,
- 18:03Speaker 1: You and your husband are ticking out a new frequency.
- 18:06Speaker 1: And it's a good thing. And it's all because you
- 18:10Speaker 1: decided that you wanted this confidence, you wanted this peace,
- 18:15Speaker 1: you wanted this strength, this self respect, not just because
- 18:21Speaker 1: of what the body actually looks like. Okay, this is
- 18:25Speaker 1: the good stuff. Okay, you realize that the greatest reward
- 18:30Speaker 1: wasn't just the weight loss, it's the woman you became
- 18:35Speaker 1: because you're disciplined, you're strong, you're sexy, you're confident. So
- 18:42Speaker 1: you're never going to regret this work. So I want
- 18:46Speaker 1: to really drive this part of my message home because
- 18:50Speaker 1: taking care of yourself will never get old. You will
- 18:53Speaker 1: never regret that, will never regret being strong, okay, will
- 18:59Speaker 1: never regret prioritizing your health, being disciplined, and you'll never
- 19:06Speaker 1: ever regret feeling good in your own skin because when
- 19:09Speaker 1: you can put the bathing suit on and walk around
- 19:12Speaker 1: the pool and feel confident, that hits on a whole
- 19:16Speaker 1: different level. Okay. The things that you're going to regret
- 19:21Speaker 1: is waiting. You will regret not starting this journey all
- 19:27Speaker 1: day every day, or coming up on pool season and
- 19:31Speaker 1: vacations going to the lake, you know, and if you're
- 19:36Speaker 1: sitting here going I don't even want to go, that's
- 19:40Speaker 1: a problem, okay, because it's too late. It's too late
- 19:45Speaker 1: for you to get smoking hot and ready for the season.
- 19:48Speaker 1: If we haven't started already, because you keep abandoning yourself,
- 19:55Speaker 1: you will never ever ever regret becoming the woman that
- 19:58Speaker 1: you are so proud to be. So I want to
- 20:02Speaker 1: pull this full circle for you is this journey is
- 20:06Speaker 1: silent and it's hard because nobody sees all the reps
- 20:11Speaker 1: you put in in the gym and they just look
- 20:13Speaker 1: at you one day and they're like, dude, what'd you do?
- 20:17Speaker 1: And You're like, huh. I've had so many women say
- 20:20Speaker 1: to me, you know, are you on a GLP one
- 20:22Speaker 1: And I'm like, I wish a GLP one got you
- 20:25Speaker 1: these results, and it's like, damn, no, I've been working
- 20:29Speaker 1: my ass off, okay, but there's no shame, Like, listen,
- 20:33Speaker 1: use the tool. It's absolutely useful tool. I use a
- 20:36Speaker 1: lot of different peptides, but they are not the reason
- 20:39Speaker 1: I look the way I look. I've been disciplined to
- 20:42Speaker 1: my nutrition. I've been disciplined to my alcohol. I've been
- 20:45Speaker 1: disciplined to my workouts, to my steps, to my sleep. Okay,
- 20:51Speaker 1: there are multiple times where I've said no or I've
- 20:55Speaker 1: had a certain portion because that's what's going to get
- 20:58Speaker 1: me to my results. But one day everyone will see
- 21:03Speaker 1: your result, and more importantly, you're going to feel it.
- 21:09Speaker 1: You're going to be alive, You're going to be confident,
- 21:11Speaker 1: you're going to be free, you're going to be proud,
- 21:16Speaker 1: and the work may be quiet, but the confidence it
- 21:20Speaker 1: creates is loud. We're worth every single ounce of this
- 21:26Speaker 1: journey and figuring it out. Sometimes it's going to cost.
- 21:30Speaker 1: You're going to have to invest in a coach, and
- 21:32Speaker 1: I highly recommend if you're listening to this and you've
- 21:35Speaker 1: been like, damn, girl, should just keep talking to me.
- 21:38Speaker 1: I keep hearing you. Book a call with me. There's
- 21:41Speaker 1: a link in my bio on all my socials and
- 21:44Speaker 1: let's figure this out. Okay, I've got different options to
- 21:48Speaker 1: my coaching program. And more importantly, you're going to make
- 21:53Speaker 1: that initial first step, which is the hardest step to take.
- 21:58Speaker 1: But then we're going to get into this and you're
- 22:00Speaker 1: going to be like, damn, I don't have to do
- 22:02Speaker 1: this alone. Okay. That's one of the biggest things that
- 22:05Speaker 1: women tell me is like, I, first off, had no
- 22:08Speaker 1: clue how much I was overeating. Second, you're making me
- 22:11Speaker 1: work out less, which is crazy to me. And then
- 22:15Speaker 1: I'm going to keep your head focused towards this journey.
- 22:19Speaker 1: But you're never ever ever going to regret feeling strong, sexy, confident.
- 22:25Speaker 1: What you will regret is not getting started in saying eh,
- 22:30Speaker 1: maybe next time, maybe at a later date. Maybe when
- 22:34Speaker 1: finances are better, maybe when the timing is better. Listen,
- 22:39Speaker 1: the time is never going to be better, Okay, Like
- 22:42Speaker 1: you're always going to have something, and that's why having
- 22:46Speaker 1: coaching and support to help you through these tough times
- 22:49Speaker 1: is really critical. This is why I've always personally invested
- 22:53Speaker 1: in coaching and support. So when this message is hitting
- 22:58Speaker 1: home and you're saying, hey, I am beyond ready, I
- 23:02Speaker 1: just need to take that critical first step, all you
- 23:04Speaker 1: got to do is book in the call. Because this
- 23:07Speaker 1: journey is silent, and it's okay to have a coach
- 23:10Speaker 1: clapping for you. It's okay to have a community of
- 23:12Speaker 1: women who are like, I get it, girl. Hey, here's
- 23:16Speaker 1: a new recipe. I've tried. Check it out. You don't
- 23:19Speaker 1: have to go on this journey alone, but there is
- 23:22Speaker 1: going to be the silent work where no one's clapping
- 23:24Speaker 1: for you, and you're going to have to keep your
- 23:26Speaker 1: head in the game because it's actually what you want.
- 23:30Speaker 1: This is what I coach and teach in my program.
- 23:32Speaker 1: And so I'd be honored if you would grab a
- 23:35Speaker 1: call on my calendar and let's see if it's a
- 23:37Speaker 1: good fit. Take care
